HAMMER: Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from Hollywood along with Brooke Anderson.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Yes, A.J. And there`s big news breaking today - Taylor Swift kick apparently aimed right at John Mayer. Did that guy really break the heart of America`s sweetheart?

HAMMER: And I say, shame on him, Brooke -

ANDERSON: I know.

HAMMER: If he did. But have I to tell you, we were absolutely astounded today when we got a first look at the lyrics from Taylor`s upcoming new song. And quite frankly, you don`t have to be a rocket scientist to figure them out.

Swift and Mayer were reportedly dating at one time. The song is called "Dear John." And if she is indeed writing about him, then, Taylor, welcome to the John Mayer broken hearts club. And your fellow members include, of course, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Singer, guitarist, lothario, John Mayer, has left a long trail of wronged exes that runs through Hollywood. He blabbed about his breakup with Jennifer Aniston. He called another ex, Jessica Simpson, "sexual napalm."

But today, it seems John has wronged the wrong woman, because John Mayer, you`ve just been swifted. The music world is being rocked today by reports that country music good girl, Taylor Swift, has written a scorching new song about bad boy John Mayer, a song that appears to finally confirms reports that the two hooked up.

CHRIS WILLMAN, CONTRIBUTING WRITER, YAHOO!: "Dear John" - she`s really naming names that it`s about John Mayer.

HAMMER: Chris Willman, a contributing writer for Yahoo! got an early listen to Swift`s upcoming album, "Speak Now." And Willman tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Swift`s album includes a new song called "Dear John." And "Dear John`s" lyrics might leave squirming in discomfort.

WILLMAN: It`s a pretty raw, powerful, wrenching song.

HAMMER: In the upcoming song, "Dear John," Taylor reportedly sings, quote, "It was wrong. Don`t you think 19 is too young to be played by your dark twisted games when I loved you so?"

John, you may be so vain, but we bet this song really is about you.

WILLMAN: It`s pretty rough stuff. I don`t think that he`s going to be real flattered by the song.

HAMMER: Late 2009, early 2010, Mayer, who is now 33, and swift who is 20, had everybody whispering and wondering if they were an item after they were frequently spotted together looking quite chummy.

(MUSIC)

In this YouTube video, we see Mayer joining Swift for a flirty duet of his hit, "Your Body is a Wonderland." But despite such friendly displays of chumminess, neither one of them ever publicly confirmed a romance.

WILLMAN: There`s something about Taylor that she would have been a star in any decade.

HAMMER: Today, as reports of the new Swift song grow, "AccessHollywood.com" posted this previous interview with Mayer. He talked about a song he was recording with Swift back in 2009 and he gushed about the young singer.

JOHN MAYER, SINGER AND MUSICIAN: I consider her a friend. I think she`s really a remarkable person.

HAMMER: But now that Taylor is reportedly dissing Mayer in a new song, it looks like his good feelings about her aren`t mutual. But at least, Mayer wouldn`t be the first to find himself swifted. Taylor`s written songs widely believed to be about her former boyfriends, Joe Jonas and Taylor Lautner.

(MUSIC)

And at the MTV Video Music Awards last month, she unveiled another new song called "Innocent" about Kanye West`s controversial crashing of her VMA acceptance speech a year before.

WILLMAN: She`s been clear that each song is extremely autobiographical. And she doesn`t seem to mind being that transparent.

HAMMER: Yahoo`s Chris Willman, who recently talked to Swift, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Swift has never had any qualms about naming names in her music. And even though she never directly mentions Mayer in her new song "Dear John," she knowing full well people will read between the lines.

WILLMAN: I don`t think she means for there to be a lot of doubt.

HAMMER: So John, if you`re planning on continuing your love-them-and- leave-them act, it looks like you better stick to actresses, because messing with the wrong singer might get you swift-kicked by a song.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: John Mayer seems to have truly earned his rep as a serial dater who`s just made a big mess of his relationships. I mean, look at how the road of his love life has been littered.

Mayer now seems to have wronged Taylor Swift. We know that John Mayer ticked off Jessica Simpson when he described her "sexual napalm." And then, well, he got himself in a little bit of hot water by blabbing a bit too much about his relationship with Jennifer Aniston. That leads to our Flashpoint, why would any Hollywood star want to date John Mayer?

Right now, in New York, Ereka Vetrini who is a senior editor at "In Touch Weekly." With us, in Hollywood, entertainment journalist, Tanika Ray.

All right. Tanika, right off to you in our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - why in the world would any Hollywood star want to date John Mayer? Please help me understand.

TANIKA RAY, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: I`m going to take it one step further. Why in the world would any woman want to date John Mayer after how he`s treated all these chicks in Hollywood?

HAMMER: Fair enough.

RAY: It`s awful. I have to say Taylor Swift is genius because what she does here is she writes about what she knows. And that`s why she`s such the success that she is. So any guy that`s going to date Taylor, be nice.

HAMMER: If she is, in fact, writing about John Mayer.

ANDERSON: Exactly.

RAY: Then, I celebrate her. Revenge is sweet.

ANDERSON: Yes. And no kidding. And we know that John Mayer is a serial heartbreaker.

RAY: He is.

ANDERSON: If sweet little Taylor Swift did indeed fall for him and get hurt, I do feel for her. But Ereka, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, why would any Hollywood star want to date John Mayer?

EREKA VETRINI, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": Look, I see - he`s sexy. He is sexy.

RAY: Absolutely.

VETRINI: And sometimes, a guy with a reputation doesn`t intimidate certain people. But with Taylor, I don`t think it is about that. I think he pulled her in. She`s 19 years old. It probably didn`t take much. So I say like A.J. said, shame on John Mayer, not Taylor.

HAMMER: And what stinks about all this - stinks about all this for me is I still, in a way, like John Mayer.

RAY: I do, too.

VETRINI: No, no, no, no.

ANDERSON: He is a charmer. He is a charmer.

RAY: He can sing his butt off.

VETRINI: He can sing and play the guitar. Boy, that`s sexy.

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: Well, listen. No one can forget the other man who hurt Taylor Swift, that, of course, being Kanye West. Now, today, Kanye is admitting having gone through a pretty tough time after being ostracized for hijacking Taylor`s acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards last year.

Now, just last night, he was at the L.A. premiere of his new short experimental film called "Runaway." And at that, I think he surprised everybody by confessing to having had suicidal thoughts in the past.

Here what`s he told the crowd last night, "There were times that I contemplated suicide. I will not give up on life again. There`s so many people that will never get the chance to have their voice heard. I do it for them."

Now, I want to be clear. He didn`t say when he had these suicidal thoughts or if they were necessarily related to the Swift drama.

But Tanika, with these new revelations and, quite frankly, with the fact that Kanye seems to have owned up to what he did and he knows he`s paying the price and will probably for some time, do you think it is time for people to forgive and forget and do you think that they will?

RAY: I do. And let me say the Taylor Swift incident on the MTV Music Awards was the caboose in a downward spiral for him. His mom passed away earlier that year and that had to conflict him so much. And he`s been going through a lot of trouble.

I said on this show so many times to you, guys, he needs therapy. And when you great superstar that has all these yes men around him and don`t allow him to really be in the pain, it`s just going to cycle through. So I`m glad that he`s finally -

ANDERSON: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) up there.

RAY: Absolutely.

ANDERSON: And he apologized numerous times publicly.

RAY: Absolutely.

ANDERSON: So I think that went a long way in terms of people forgiving him. But you, guys, that is not the only confession that Kanye is making today.

Kanye told Ellen DeGeneres today that because of the fallout from that Taylor Swift incident at the 2009 MTV VMAs that he`s going to stay away from award shows for good. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KANYE WEST, SINGER: I`ll never go on stage again. I`ll never sit in an award show again. But when I feel convicted about things that really make stuff to culture that possibly did deny for years and years and years and years, I`m sorry. I will - I cannot lie about it in order to sell records. I feel that, you know -

ELLEN DEGENERES, HOST, "THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW": Well, I hope you don`t mean that. I hope you`ll be in an audience again. I hope you`ll perform in all the shows and you`re too important and all of it is important in culture, you know. It`s just an entertainment show.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: OK. Ellen wants to see Kanye back at the award shows performing. Ereka, do you think everybody else is ready to welcome Kanye become to showbiz?

VETRINI: I am not ready to welcome him back. I don`t buy - listen, I feel bad that his mother passed away. I do feel bad. He took the time away. He said he`s been to Japan and Hawaii. He`s been taking time away.

And he comes back. He sits on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and he says it was a moment of sincerity or alcohol or something like that. He calls himself a soldier of culture. This is not an apology. It`s not an apology for his actions, for his poor manners. He`s not apologizing.

RAY: He`s apologized to Taylor many times.

VETRINI: But he has - but he really hasn`t.

RAY: He`s apologized to her.

VETRINI: He comes back after all this time and he calls it sincerity or alcohol. I mean -

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Yes. I know he should have clarified. Which really was it?

RAY: He was trying to be funny.

ANDERSON: I personally do want to see him back on the award shows.

RAY: Absolutely.

ANDERSON: Because no matter what he does, he`s ridiculously good at making music.

RAY: Talented. Absolutely. And he was on the MTV Music Awards this year and performed a very long number.

HAMMER: And out of fairness to him, he has apologized to Taylor Swift in the past.

RAY: Yes, in the past.

HAMMER: And I have to say, for the first time, I`m feeling a bit of sympathy for Kanye. But it`s one of those time-will-tell things. Let`s see if he still is the evolved person he promised to be.

RAY: Absolutely.

ANDERSON: If he`s not completely self-absorbed anymore, if he`s totally his attitude -

VETRINI: That should be the moment.

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Ereka Vetrini, Tanika Ray, thank you.

RAY: We love you, Kanye.

HAMMER: All right. As we move on, I can`t say I`m shocked but there is another so-called sex tape out there linked to Tiger Woods. Startling news today about that supposed sex tape of Tiger Woods and a woman who claims she bedded Tiger.

And happy birthday, Kim Kardashian. All right! SHOWBIZ TONIGHT obtained a brand-new invite to her 30th birthday bash. But I`m here to tell you there`s a catch. You`ve got to pay thousands of dollars to get in. Are you kidding me? How much would you pay to party with Kim?

And brand-new octomom drama today. The octo-doctor, who helped her get pregnant, is on trial. Disturbing revelations today about how many embryos he put in her and how many may be left. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Sixteen years. You were never good with numbers, Howard.

BOSLEY: Well, 15, 16, what`s the difference?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Sad news today as one of America`s favorite TV dads has died. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT confirmed that Tom Bosley, who, of course, played Mr. Cunningham, Mr. C, on the iconic TV show, "Happy Days," died after a long battle with lung cancer.

Bosley`s wife tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he just completed chemotherapy, but succumbed to heart failure. Tom Bosley was 82 years old. Man, I really enjoyed what he did.

ANDERSON: Yes, he was great.

HAMMER: Really, really great. Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood with Brooke Anderson.

And Brooke, there is a fantastic new trend that I`m loving in Hollywood - Latina leading ladies were breaking the mold.

ANDERSON: Yes, Latina star power, A.J. It`s a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT special report today. From Jennifer Lopez to Eva Longoria, it is crystal clear that big screen or small, Hollywood actresses of Hispanic dissent are playing second fiddle no more.

Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Jessica Alba in "Valentine`s Day" -

JESSICA ALBA, ACTRESS: Tucking in for two? I mean, one and a dog.

WYNTER: Eva Mendes in "The Other Guys," and Salma Hayek in "Grownups."

SALMA HAYEK, ACTRESS: Your son is so cute.

WYNTER: All Latinas, all movie actresses, all a part of a rising trend of Hispanic actresses taking on roles where their race is not central to the characters they play.

Alba played Ashton Kutcher`s girlfriend in "Valentine`s Day." Mendes was Will Ferrell`s wife in "The Other Guys." And Hayek was Adam Sandler`s significant-other in "Grownups." Movie Web site, "Fandango.com," recently highlighted this trend.

ELISA OSEGUEDA, ASSOCIATE EDITOR, "FANDANGO.COM": The big news this year in Hollywood is that Hispanics are finally getting significant roles they`ve been looking for. And they started off the year really strong with Puerto Rican star, Jennifer Lopez, in "The Backup Plan."

Zoe Saldana, who many are so surprised when they found out that she`s half Puerto Rican, half Dominican - she comes out in two movies this year, "The Losers" and "Takers."

We have America Ferrera in "Our Family Wedding," Cuban actress Eva Mendes in "The Other Guys," and the list goes on.

WYNTER: And it has nothing to do with their ethnicity says "Fandango.com" columnist, Elisa Osegueda.

OSEGUEDA: The fact that they`re Hispanic is so secondary to their character and the (UNINTELLIGIBLE) in Hollywood.

WYNTER: Osegueda said the changes are welcome since it wasn`t too long ago that Latinas mainly played maids in countless films.

OSEGUEDA: You have Elizabeth Pena in "Down and Out in Beverly Hills" who played, you know, a sassy maid and servant. You had Lupe Hontiveros who has been it in Hollywood for years, over 20 years, where she`s always played, you know, that maid who delivers those crazy punch lines. And we`re seeing less of that now. There`s been more Hispanic actresses (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

WYNTER: And perhaps the surge in Latino moviegoers fueled this trend. According to the Motion Picture Association of America, although whites make up the majority of the American population, moviegoers and ticket sales, it`s actually Hispanics who are more likely to go to the movies.

In fact, 37 million Hispanic moviegoers purchased 300 million tickets in 2009. That`s the highest rate of any ethnic groups. And he trend can be seen beyond the big screen with regards to television. Just look at the roles played by America Ferrera in "Ugly Betty" and Eva Longoria in "Desperate Housewives."

AMERICA FERRERA, ACTRESS: Yes. That`s what I`m talking about.

EVA LONGORIA, ACTRESS: You, guys, this is so big.

OSEGUEDA: There is an audience there and it seems the studios are finally tapping into that. And they`re realizing that Hispanic actresses can win an audience.

WYNTER: And at the same, bridge the gap that so long plagued Latina stars who are starting to earn their place in the spotlight.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. According to "Fandango.com," the trend of more leading roles for Latinas can also be attributed to Latino filmmakers like Robert Rodriguez writing bigger and better roles for Latina actresses.

HAMMER: Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is on a brand-new anti-bullying crusade. But today, Khloe Kardashian reveals Perez Hilton is the one who bullied her.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KHLOE KARDASHIAN, REALITY TV STAR: For me, Perez has been my personal bully. Perez has given me the nickname of a transvestite, of a tranny, writing "fugly" on my face, things that are very hurtful to me.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROBIN ROBERTS, CO-HOST, "GOOD MORNING AMERICA": Do he still see his so- called soul mate? He still does see her?

JENNY SANFORD, WIFE OF GOV. MARK SANFORD: He does. The children haven`t met her yet. And I don`t know what their future is, but he does see her from time to time.

ROBERTS: Does it have any effect on you one way or the other that he is still with her? Would it be easier if he was not? Is it easier that - not easier that he is, but -

SANFORD: You know, no, it doesn`t seem to matter to me one way or another. I mean, sometimes I think it would be nice if he stayed with her because it would seem like maybe there was a reason for him to, you know, break the whole family up and go through all this. But I don`t know. It doesn`t really bother me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: OK. Jenny Sanford says she`s recovering from the scandal. And, A.J., she says she`s even having fun getting out and meeting new men.

HAMMER: Good. Good for her. Brooke, so many people obviously touched by the death of "Leave It to Beaver" mom, Barbara Billingsley.

ANDERSON: Absolutely. She was such an iconic TV mom, A.J.

HAMMER: Yes. And so many tributes are filling up our Facebook wall right now. A lot of people out there remembering. Barbara passed away over the weekend at the age of 94.

Cindy F. writes, "She was great and was special. I think every child should have a mom like her. Rest in peace."

Tanya K. writes this, "She has a special memory in my heart. And being 94, wow. Not many people can hope to live that long a life. Ms. Billingsley, you were an icon."

ANDERSON: Yes, she was. And now, the SHOWBIZ lineup - here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Startling news today about that supposed sex tape of Tiger Woods and a woman who claims she bedded Tiger.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from Hollywood.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson with big news breaking today - has a Tiger sex tape secret finally been revealed?

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. Tiger Woods is fighting off yet another sex tape scandal today. But this time, the golf superstar may be the victim of a big time hoax. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter with us right now in the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Hollywood newsroom with the latest developments. Kareen?

WYNTER: I have to say this is beyond bizarre. The details behind this alleged sex tape hoax are just simply crazy. Listen to this - in a brand- new interview with "Radar Online" revealed just today, Philadelphia boxer Teneal Goyco - that`s his name - he`s claiming he`s the guy in the supposed Tiger sex tape.

Now, the tape is being sold Devon James who has claimed she also had an affair with Tiger. He is claiming James and her husband offered him $1,000 to fulfill her sexual Tiger Woods fantasy and taped it.

The boxer claims that the couple dressed him up in a Nike hat and sweater vest and that they insisted on calling him Tiger through the entire video shoo.

He also claims as if that`s not enough, that it was only when he saw an ad featuring the alleged sex tape for sale at $24.95 a pop that he realized he was involved in the apparent hoax.

Devon James tells "Radar Online" that Teneal`s claims are simply not true. She`s calling it completely, completely lie. A.J., this is absolutely wild.

HAMMER: It is so wild. Kareen, thanks a lot. Now, we did reach out to James` reps today. They hadn`t gotten back to us as of show time.

Right now, in New York, Vicki Ziegler who is a family law attorney and the author of "The Premarital Survival Guide." With us in Hollywood, Tanika Ray, who is an entertainment journalist.

All right. I`m sure Tiger Woods can`t be happy that stuff like this continues to happen with his name attached to it. Tanika, isn`t this just more proof Tiger will probably never be able to distance himself from these sexcapades which obviously wrecked his marriage and quite possibly his golfing career?

RAY: You know, I have to say I think we`ll get over it. It`s been a little under a year. Remember that time when we thought we`d never not have Britney Spears on the show every single day? It`s over.

So I have a feeling over 2011, 2012, this will be over and done with.

HAMMER: It`s always going to creep in.

RAY: It`s always - it`s always those media leeches that are sucking on the teat of that sort of scandal that will always rear their ugly heads. But we have to be responsible and ignore.

ANDERSON: And you know, time is healing, right?

RAY: Absolutely.

ANDERSON: As you say, after time passes, a lot of people do kind of move on. But Vicki, you`re an attorney. If you represented him, what would you advise him to do, sue or should he let the whole thing go?

VICKI ZIEGLER, FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY: You know what? I don`t think he wants any more negative publicity, even though he`s the product of a potential scandal.

RAY: No.

ZIEGLER: My advice to him would be, keep your friends very close to your vest, your enemies very far away. Make sure and be sensitive as to who you talk to. And actually, make sure in fact that you focus on your children, first and foremost, and then work second and ignore this completely. That would be the best advice I think I could give him at this point.

ANDERSON: Yes. Great advice.

HAMMER: I think it`s going to simmer down for sure. But 20 years from now, it will still come up, maybe in smaller, smaller ways.

RAY: And don`t take a job to do a sex tape wearing Tiger paraphernalia.

HAMMER: Bad, bad idea.

RAY: Hello.

ANDERSON: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) from the get-go?

HAMMER: All right. There is even more big news breaking today including - wait until you hear about this - a big invitation for you to party with Kim Kardashian, for big dollars, of course.

Kim K. is having a celebration. You`re invited if you let loose with $2,500 of your own money. We`re talking about Mel`s risky new role. Will a cameo in a comedy actually help his career? And is Homer Simpson really a practicing Catholic? All this making big news in "The Buzz" today.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Catholics claim the Simpsons. The official Vatican newspaper just proclaimed Homer and Bart Simpson as Catholics. The news may come as a surprise to the congregation of the Presby-Lutheran church the Simpsons attend on the show.

The paper cites a 2005 episode where Homer and Bart consider a Catholic conversion as proof of their Catholicism. Maybe more surprisingly it says despite homer`s penchant for beer and mischief, parents shouldn`t hesitate to let their children watch, quote, "the adventures of the little guys in yellow."

Mad Mel`s risky new role. The controversial star will reportedly have a comedic cameo in the sequel to the "Hangover." The new film set in Bangkok would apparently feature Gibson as a tattoo artist.

Gibson is still trying to rehabilitate his public image after his ugly breakup with Oksana Grigorieva could still have him facing domestic violence charges.

Kim Kardashian`s pricey party. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has just learned a New York City night club is selling tickets to Kim Kardashian`s, quote, "official birthday party" at up to $2,500 a pop.

It`s a bold invitation considering the reality star has already celebrated with her family and friends in Las Vegas.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

$2,500 to party with Kim Kardashian. Are you kidding me? Although, seriously, Tanika, it`s easy for me to goof on that. But you know, do you get why perhaps there are people out there who -

RAY: Do I get it? Yes.

HAMMER: Who would think it would be worth it to pay that.

RAY: It`s all those millions of people watching the Kardashian show. And I`m guilty. I watch it. They`re good television. But when it comes down to it, on the invite, you can get in the door for $45. You probably will never see Kim.

HAMMER: Right.

RAY: Then, there`s thousand-dollar tickets and $2,500 tickets. And the pit game in all this is that you`re actually paying to be an extra on her television show. I`ve never heard of that before. Mad respect. Don`t hate -

ANDERSON: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) always rolling.

RAY: Don`t hate the player. Hate the game is what I`ve got to say.

HAMMER: Here`s what I`m thinking is they`re not that dumb, Brooke, that they would actually put this out there if they didn`t think that they would get the money for it.

(CROSS TALK)

So obviously, there`s a huge reality to this obsession.

ANDERSON: Yes, there is an obsession. Kim has brilliantly translated this obsession into millions and millions of dollars. Her entire family is now famous and making beaucoup bucks off Kim Kardashian and the reason why people love her, you know.

And here`s another example, guys, that the obsession is apparently real. Take a look at the stunning information that Yahoo released today about people using Yahoo search engine.

Take a look at this. Kim Kardashian the most searched "it" girl this month. Not only did she surpass Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, but her searches are up a whopping 414 percent this month. So Vicki, now that you know how hot she is, would you pay $2,500 to party with her?

ZIEGLER: Oh, gosh. N-O. You know what real thing is - let me tell you something, Brooke. If it went to charity, I would. But we`re in a bad economy.

RAY: Absolutely.

ZIEGLER: These are tough times. And while she`s a master marketer - I mean, the woman is an entrepreneur just because she`s gorgeous. We know she`s not a Hollywood actress. She`s nothing that I know of in terms of her career.

RAY: Talent -

ZIEGLER: She`s beautiful and she`s got assets.

RAY: Assets -

ANDERSON: Yes. And Vicki, you make a good point. If it were a fundraiser for a charity, that`s one thing. But I don`t think Kim K`s bank account is any sort of charity right now.

ZIEGLER: I agree.

ANDERSON: OK. And while Kim K. gets ready to get her party on, her sister Khloe is actually launching a counterattack against celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: For me, Perez has been my personal bully. Perez has given me the nickname of a transvestite, as a tranny, writing "fugly" on my face, things that are very hurtful to me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It`s Ms. Khloe Kardashian`s candid confession in a remarkable attack today tied to the war on gay bullying. We`re going to play that for you in just a few minutes.

ANDERSON: Yes. And right now, I`ve got to move on to brand-new bombshell revelations about octomom, Nadya Suleman and the doctor who helped her get pregnant with her eight babies.

There is a legal hearing to determine whether his medical license should be suspended for negligence. And it was revealed that he implanted an incredible 12 embryos in Suleman.

But wait, there`s more to this. A witness testifying at the hearing says that Suleman has 29 more embryos frozen and in storage in case she wants to have more children. I am speechless and we`re just going to have to leave that there.

HAMMER: There`s no speech.

ANDERSON: I mean, What can we even say to that? Tanika Ray, Vicki Ziegler, thank you.

HAMMER: All right. You remember all those reports that Elton John might join up with "American Idol." Well, today, I`m here to tell you, it`s never going to happen now, not after Elton`s vicious "Idol" slam today. Elton reveals why he doesn`t like the show. He even takes a swipe at Simon Cowell.

And this story blew me away. Today, it`s the subway iPhone band. These guys rocked out on the New York City subway. And even -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s amazing, like I`m in shock.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s pretty amazing. That`s amazing.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s an app for that.

HAMMER: You`ve got to hear this. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Mike Tyson sued for $25 million by photographer after airport incident. "Greg Brady" wants to be on the next "Dancing" like his TV mom.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARRY WILLIAMS, ACTOR: For me to come in and break that pressure a little bit and kind of change it around and give it some fresh eyes was a thrill to do. I would love do this show.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s also a great dancer.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with A.J. Hammer. And hey, A.J., I know that we love our Apple products -

HAMMER: Yes.

ANDERSON: The iPad, the iPhone. But did you see that story about the iPhone band?

HAMMER: Yes, remarkable. These guys are amazing. This is a New York City band that isn`t just singing along to music on their iPhones. They`re actually playing their iPhones as instruments. I`m talking drums, bass - the whole thing. And it`s even got jaded New Yorkers rocking out on the ride to work.

Here now is CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): They were riding the B Train when they whipped out their iPhones, but they weren`t making a call. They were making music. Instead of strumming his usual guitar, Eric Espiritu was playing his iPhone app.

ERIC ESPIRITU, MUSICIAN: I am actually strumming it.

MOOS: They`re a little-known Brooklyn band called Atomic Tom. Now, their iPhone song has gone nuclear on the Web with more than 1.3 million views.

LUKE WHITE, LEAD SINGER: We thought there was a lot of cool risk factors involved.

MOOS: Risk factors like being shunned by the captive audience in the subway car, but that didn`t happen.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Wish I was there.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s amazing. Like, I`m in shock.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s pretty amazing. That`s amazing.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s an app for that.

MOOS: You bet you, and all those apps were plugged into amplify.

(on camera) To perform their song without interruption, the band picked a long stretch without stops, crossing the bridge to Brooklyn.

(voice-over) And though in the video they create a story line, saying they`re playing their iPhones because all their real instruments got stolen...

WHITE: Our instruments are, in fact, safe and sound.

MOOS: It took them three takes, and the video was shot with three cell phones. The band says Apple had nothing to do with the video`s creation. Given the reaction -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Makes me want to get an iPhone.

MOOS: It`s no wonder the band says Apple is now in talks with Atomic Tom`s record label to do something with the video.

(on camera) Of course, not all subway musicians need iPhone apps.

(voice-over) Most do it the old fashioned way, but in the age of the iPhone, some fans say their prefer this -

(MUSIC)

MOOS: To this -

(MUSIC)

MOOS: Go ahead and throw down that guitar, but notice, no one was willing to throw down their iPhone.

(MUSIC)

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Fantastic. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I actually think as soon as I get back to New York City, I`m going to go look for those guys next time I`m riding the subway.

ANDERSON: They were really amazing. And you know, I`ve got to wonder what Elton John would have to say about those musicians, because today, Elton is slamming "American Idol" and revealing for the first that he turned down an offer to replace Simon Cowell.

Right now, in New York, Ereka Vetrini who is the senior editor for "In Touch Weekly." With us in Hollywood is Brian Balthazar who is an editor for "PopGoesTheWeek.com."

OK. Ereka, Brian, Elton John always speaks his mind. So I`m not too surprised that he did not hold back on "American Idol."

Check out what Elton John said in a brand-new interview out today in Britain`s "Radio Times" magazine, "I was asked to judge `American Idol.` I couldn`t do it because I won`t slag," meaning criticize, "anyone off. Also I don`t want to be on television. It`s become boring, brain crippling."

I`ve got to wonder how "Idol`s" new judges, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez would feel about Elton John`s criticism here. But Brian, "Idol" is obviously doing something right.

More than 20 million people tune in every single week to watch. So what`s boring to Elton John isn`t boring to a lot of other people.

BRIAN BALTHAZAR, EDITOR, "POPGOESTHEWEEK.COM": Right. He may find it boring. But you know, he`s a product of his generation where he got crazy and played his music. And now, this is the new generation. In fact, Jennifer Lopez says this is very much like the industry is today. And this is a new world.

ANDERSON: You`ve got to change with the times.

BALTHAZAR: Yes. It`s a shame he`s not more honest about his feelings.

ANDERSON: I`m actually certain, guys - I`m actually certain that Jennifer Lopez would completely disagree with Elton John, because Jennifer says she`s having a great time on "American Idol."

Just today, on the brand-new talk show on Daytime Talk called "The Talk," Jennifer Lopez sets the record straight about her headline-making experience on "Idol" so far. Watch what she says.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JENNIFER LOPEZ, SINGER AND "AMERICAN IDOL" JUDGE: I love Ryan, contrary to what everyone is saying. I love Steven. I love Randy. Everything`s great. Here`s what`s hard about it. It`s easy when they`re really good and it`s easy when they`re really bad because you just go no.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It is what it is, right?

LOPEZ: It`s when they`re in the middle.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. But here`s the thing. You know, being able to judge the people in the middle - that`s a really important part of this job. Ereka, do you think that maybe Jennifer Lopez could come to regret that she is going to face some criticism over how she handles being a judge?

VETRINI: No, not at all. I`m so excited to see J-Lo on this panel. I think she`s honest. I think she`s outspoken. I think she`s fair.

I don`t think she really cares what is anybody thinks about her. So I think it`s all going to work out in the end. What I don`t agree with is that love fest she professes with Ryan and everybody else. I`m curious to see how long that lasts, because, you know, when it`s live and there`s no editing or tape - you know, all of the episodes are taped right now. But when it`s live, there`s no censoring, so we`re going to see the little squabbles that we love so much and look forward (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

ANDERSON: Oh, yes. The truth is going to come out.

HAMMER: I mean, the fact is she`s used to being criticized as a singer and she can take that. But this is a whole new arena for her and there are going to be people who don`t like what she`s doing.

ANDERSON: But you doesn`t have to be mean to criticize.

BALTHAZAR: In fact, she really had this reputation of being a diva for a while. She`s been knocked down a few pegs. I think she`s going to be very sympathetic and use this as an opportunity to make herself more acceptable and more likable to the viewers.

HAMMER: Fair enough. Ereka Vetrini, Brian Balthazar, thanks, guys.

ANDERSON: All right. Khloe Kardashian`s bullying revelation. The reality star says she`s a victim of cyber-bullying since she`s been victimized by Perez Hilton.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: For me, Perez has been my personal bully. Perez has given me the nickname a transvestite, as a tranny, writing "fugly" on my face, things that are very hurtful to me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: It`s Khloe`s emotional message today. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Comic book about Justin Bieber`s life on sale this week. "Glee" cast in racy "GQ" magazine pictorial.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Khloe Kardashian is going after her bully, Perez Hilton. In an effort to reach out to those who have been tormented by bullies, especially antigay bullies, Perez has been getting big Hollywood stars to record "It Gets Better" videos.

But the tables turned with Khloe Kardashian. Her emotional video was released today. And Khloe reveals she was bullied as a kid, but it was nothing like dealing with Perez Hilton and mean-spirited comments on his blog.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: Perez Hilton asked me himself to do this video and he`s doing such an amazing thing by getting all these celebrities to speak up to people.

But for me, Perez has been my personal bully. Perez has given me the nickname of a transvestite, as a tranny, writing "fugly" on my face, things that are very hurtful to me. But then, it also lets his followers now feel like, "Oh, that`s my name now."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Perez Hilton has just made a vow that he won`t be a cyber bully anymore.

Just in today, Willow Smith`s awesome new music video. Willow, of course, is the celeb new spawn of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. So with all that star power DNA coursing through her veins, it`s really no wonder that at nine years old, Willow is a budding pop star.

I`ve got to tell you, the anticipation for Willow`s debut video for "Whip My Hair" has been so intense, there have been video leaks all over the Internet for weeks now, but the official video just dropped. Take a look.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: I think she looks terrific.

ANDERSON: She does. And the song is very, very catchy, I think. And A.J., you and Willow actually share something, don`t you?

HAMMER: We do?

ANDERSON: Yes. A birthday on -

HAMMER: Her birthday is on Halloween? That`s pretty cool. Oh, good.

ANDERSON: She turns 10 and you turn 29.

HAMMER: Oh, happy birthday to you, too, Brooke. You got that right.

ANDERSON: All right. So on Monday, we asked you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. And results came in late today. It`s not a huge shocker here.

"Paris Hilton Says She Done With Partying: Do you believe her or not a chance?" Only two percent of you say yes. Who are you two percenters? OK, 98 percent of you say no.

Here`s some of the E-mails we go. Chuck from Arizona, "Paris has to be insane to even think that anyone would believe that she`s hanging up her party shoes. Give it up, Paris."

Kadeem from California, "I`m not buying anything for her lame excuse saying she wants to quit partying. I think Paris Hilton needs to zip her mouth."

HAMMER: You know who else joins us on our birthday, me and Willow Smith?

ANDERSON: Who?

HAMMER: Vanilla Ice.

ANDERSON: Oh -

HAMMER: Ice, ice, baby. It`s pretty cool.

ANDERSON: What a great trio.

HAMMER: That is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood with Brooke Anderson.

ANDERSON: That`s right. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is now live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday.

HAMMER: And we`re still TV`s most provocative entertainment news show seven days a week at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific here on HLN.
