Aired November 17, 2010 - 23:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST: We`ve got big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - the Bristol dancing backlash. Coast-to-coast shock today as Bristol Palin makes it to the finals of "Dancing with the Stars."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BRISTOL PALIN, "DANCING WITH THE STARS" CONTESTANT: I`m just blessed to still be around in the competition. I never thought I`d make it this far.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Bristol is revealing to us today about the controversy. And in the SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, we`re asking, should Bristol win the whole show?

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Prince William - his beautiful, soon-to-be bride Kate Middleton. Brand-new frenzy today over their engagement. But are they now the biggest stars in the world, even bigger than Brangelina?

HAMMER: Eva`s divorce shocker. Brand-new reports today that Eva Longoria is breaking up with her husband.

ANDERSON: Gwyneth`s "Glee." Gwyneth Paltrow guest stars -

(MUSIC PLAYING)

The big debate today - was Gwyneth any good?

HAMMER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show -

ANDERSON: Starts right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: Hi, there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - Bristol`s dancing bombshell.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. Here comes the queen of the dance. Sarah Palin`s daughter, Bristol, is now advancing to the finals of "Dancing with the Stars." SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that the controversy over Bristol outlasting some big celebrity favorites have been simmering now for weeks.

But now, after singer Brandy got cut, even after earning much higher scores from the judges, the Bristol backlash is boiling over. Here now is the moment that is sparking brand-new outrage today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: On this ninth week of competition, I can now reveal that the couple with the lowest combined total of judges` scores and viewer votes is Brandy and Max.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Yes. Keep watching everybody`s faces. They`re stunned. So now that Bristol is another step closer to the big prize, here`s our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - should Bristol win the whole show?

With me right now, in Hollywood, Tanika Ray, who is an entertainment journalist.

I was - yes. You were stunned. I was stunned that high-scoring Brandy got the boot instead of Bristol. And I think Bristol is just as surprised that she was not eliminated from the show as everybody else was.

She did not have the best scores. And Tanika, a lot of people are angry today that Bristol is still on the show. But the fact of the matter is viewer-votes count.

TANIKA: Yes, they count.

ANDERSON: They count for 50 percent.

RAY: A lot.

ANDERSON: And she`s got a fan base, apparently.

RAY: Brooke, she`s been voted at the bottom of the rung every single week -

ANDERSON: Right.

RAY: Since this started practically by the judges. But the fans obviously like her. Look, I`m visually estimating right now what is going on. But I`m also going to, you know, eat crow. I`ve been her biggest critic and I`m here to say, obviously, she`s a big popular girl. Her mom is very famous.

She`s now very famous and the people that are voting are young girls who are all about being teen moms.

ANDERSON: They`re calling in. They`re texting.

RAY: Yes. I`m not voting, are you?

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: That`s right -

RAY: Absolutely. And don`t forget, the biggest show on MTV is "Teen Mom." It`s bigger than "Jersey Shore." So it`s a big trend right now.

ANDERSON: And that`s what she is.

RAY: Absolutely.

ANDERSON: She is a teen mom. She`s a single mother. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there after the show last night. We spoke with Bristol and her partner, Mark Ballas who told us - Mark told us what he thinks the finals are going to be like. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARK BALLAS, BRISTOL PALIN`S "DANCING WITH THE STARS" PARTNER: Very dynamic final, I see. I don`t think we`ve had one quite like it. And you know, it`s a very positive energy, too.

So whatever the outcome, it will be fun and enjoyable and it will be great sportsmanship at the end. I don`t think there will be any bitter feelings no matter what the outcome is.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What would winning the mirror ball trophy mean to you?

B. PALIN: It would mean so much to me. But like I said, I`m just blessed to still be around in the competition. I never thought I`d make it this far. And I`m just thrilled to still be here.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: All right. She`s been so humble about the whole thing even though the debate is heated among the show`s fans. A.J., I want to bring you in now. Does it surprise you that things aren`t getting bitter behind the scenes of the show?

HAMMER: No, it doesn`t surprise me at all. I mean, we both talked to people who have been on these shows before. They`re in this competition mode together. It`s not Bristol`s fault that she is winning for whatever reason she`s winning.

RAY: Right.

HAMMER: I mean, you can`t blame her. Look, if it is a popularity contest and that is the main reason that she`s winning because she`s got all of these people calling in and voting for her, then, you know, good for her.

But I can understand why backstage people might be, you know, looking at each other saying what the heck is happening here when maybe she`s not the best.

ANDERSON: Yes.

HAMMER: But at the same time, I don`t think they`re bitter towards one another, I can imagine.

ANDERSON: No, not at all. It`s a big love fest. They`re friends.

RAY: Yes.

ANDERSON: This is a beneficial thing for all of them on the show. Well, posted the debate today on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page. And I can tell you we were flooded with comments.

Look at this. Paul W. wrote this on our wall, "I`m still trying to figure out when did little Miss Bristol become a star? She shouldn`t even be on the show, let alone be in the finals. This is a travesty!"

RAY: Hallelujah.

ANDERSON: Exclamation point. But Kim A. wrote on our wall, "Dancing with the Stars" boils down to being a popularity contest. She clearly had more votes in her favor last night. It`s like Bruno said, `If you want someone to stay, you need to vote.`"

All right. Kim of course referring to the judge because Bruno Tonioli in her Facebook comment to us, because Bruno did urge people to vote for their favorites. Tanika, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, I have to ask you, should Bristol win the entire competition?

RAY: I don`t know she should, but I`m starting to accept the fact that she might. Oh, I can`t live like this.

ANDERSON: I never felt that she should. But now I`m thinking maybe.

(CROSS TALK)

RAY: Maybe. What it comes down to is we are busy people. You`re a mom. I`ve got a social life. And young kids are sitting home loving the show and they`re voting. And we`re not, so we can`t complain after the facts. Well, it is what it is.

ANDERSON: A.J., to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint today, should Bristol win this competition?

HAMMER: I just want to roll back and repeat what Tanika just said. That is actually how I feel. I mean should she - if it`s strictly a dance competition, well, then, no. But in the grand scheme of things, look, she`s earned her place so far. Nobody is going to be able to deny that.

RAY: Yes.

HAMMER: So if she ends up winning this thing, I`ve got to tell you, at this point, I will not be shocked.

ANDERSON: I won`t either. You know, I do think in the end, the superior dancer should be rewarded -

RAY: Yes.

ANDERSON: And should win, but rules are rules and it is partly a popularity contest.

RAY: Oh, it is.

ANDERSON: All right. We`ve got to move now to more big news breaking today. Tina Fey censored. A.J., what`s going on?

HAMMER: Yes. This is raising a lot of eyebrows, Brooke. There`s a lot of new controversy making headlines today over this new Tina Fey speech. Fey just won the Mark Twain Award. Now, this is the most prestigious award that is given out. It is the biggest honor in comedy.

And in Fey`s acceptance speech for the award, she had a lot of fun at Sarah Palin`s expense. You could expect that, except those Palin jokes landed on the cutting room floor. I`m going to play for you now what did make the final cut. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TINA FEY, COMEDIAN AND ACTRESS: I would be a liar and an idiot if I didn`t thank Sarah Palin for helping get me here tonight. My partial resemblance and her crazy voice are the two luckiest things that have ever happened to me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. That`s the stuff that made it onto the show that people saw on TV. And that was obviously completely kind to Sarah Palin.

But today SHOWBIZ TONIGHT obtained the uncut version with Fey`s less- than-flattering remarks about Palin. Watch what didn`t make the show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FEY: Politics aside the success of Sarah Palin and women like her is good for all women except, of course, those who will end up paying for their own rape kit and stuff.

But for everybody else, it`s a win-win, unless you`re a gay woman who wants to marry her partner of 20 years. But for most women, the success of conservative women is good for all of us, unless you believe in evolution. I take it back. The whole thing`s a disaster.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I mean that is great, biting comedy from Tina Fey, obviously, badly at Sarah Palin`s expense. But in a brand-new statement to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT just obtained late today, here`s what PBS is telling us, "The show was 20 minutes overtime so we had to make cuts for time. No one had any objections to any of what Tina said and her full remarks are available on the program Web site."

OK. I give them credit for putting it on the program Web site. Still, Tanika, you`ve got to sit here and wonder why they only cut out the negative stuff. Do you think there`s more to this story?

RAY: A conspiracy theory. I don`t know what`s going on but Alaska is coming on strong. And people were muskets and moose must be ruling this world right now. I don`t know but I thought those remarks were hilarious and right on point as Tina Fey often is.

So I`m a little disappointed it didn`t make the real show. But all award shows go, they had to cut something. And maybe somebody thought she got her dig in and that was enough.

ANDERSON: I don`t know. They cut that particular portion?

RAY: Right.

ANDERSON: It does raise questions, A.J. For them to say it`s not political by any stretch - I don`t know about that. I think PBS should kind of cop to exactly what happened.

RAY: Say it isn`t so.

HAMMER: Well, hey, we heard from PBS. This is what they say happened. But I`ve got to say, even if you like Sarah Palin, it`s still kind of fishy, right? I mean, you can`t deny that.

RAY: Yes.

HAMMER: All right. We`ll end it there. Tanika Ray, thank you so much.

ANDERSON: All right. Well, we all know - we`re going to talk about Beyonce now because we know she`s not shy about wearing revealing outfits. But today, she`s been banned from TV for this -

(MUSIC PLAYING)

Yes, that`s pretty risque, but is Beyonce too hot for TV?

HAMMER: Eva Longoria`s divorce shocker. Eva admitting today she is breaking up with her husband, NBA star Tony Parker. But you know, just yesterday, her people said, "No way. This isn`t happening." So what gives? It`s Eva in her own words today.

Also this -

(MUSIC PLAYING)

ANDERSON: Gwyneth does "Glee." I thought she was terrific, really on fire. But the big SHOWBIZ TONIGHT debate today, a success or a flop?

Plus, why the Lohans are reportedly really mad about the episodes. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

It is time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Angelina Jolie cuts short shooting of her movie in Bosnia due to protests. Bruce Springsteen covers Willow Smith`s "Whip My Hair" on "Late Night."

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. And Brooke, I know a lot of ladies on the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT staff are really looking forward to this moment.

ANDERSON: That`s right, A.J. It`s that time of year when people magazine announces its pick for the sexiest man alive. Can I get a drum roll, please.

2010 sexiest man alive is Ryan Reynolds. There he is. I can hear the debates starting everywhere right now - is Ryan Reynolds the sexiest man alive?

Right now, in New York tonight, is Julie Jordan. She is a special correspondent for "People" magazine. Julie, great to see you. And I think, yes, Ryan Reynolds is super-sexy and I also think he`s very funny. I think a sense of humor really goes a long way.

So Julie, is that one of the reasons Ryan was chosen as your sexiest man alive?

JULIE JORDAN, SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: Brooke, most definitely, hands down. I mean, he`s charming. We know that. He`s beautiful. He`s got an amazing body. You know, he`s going to suit up as the Green Lantern next year.

But he`s so self-deprecating. I sat down with him, and then we were all just laughing hysterically. You know, he doesn`t take it too seriously. I mean, that`s what`s fun about it.

You know, he told me that the hardest part about this whole thing is it`s going to be difficult to organically work in his title into conversations with people, you know, going about his day. You know, he`s having a good time and he`s so fun. And we just think this is his moment.

ANDERSON: And I love that he also told you that he prefers to sleep in the nude because if anyone breaks into your house, I can`t think of anything more frightening than a naked 6`2" man coming at you.

JORDAN: Right, right.

ANDERSON: All right. Julie, I`ve got to tell you. Minutes after we posted on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page that Ryan Reynolds was named this year`s sexiest man alive, the dam just broke.

JORDAN: I know.

ANDERSON: There was a flood of ecstatic messages on our Facebook wall today. All positive. Danielle E. says, "Love him. I`m glad he was picked. He`s smart, sexy and an all around great guy. Scarlett is one lucky lady."

Actress Scarlett Johansson is, of course, married to Ryan Reynolds. OK. Scarlett was just named "GQ`s" babe of the year. Julie, what does Ryan say? Does he expect to be treated differently by his wife now that he is "People`s" sexiest man alive?

JORDAN: Right. They`re quite the pair right now. I don`t think he`s expecting much of a change. He says at best, you know, he might get a "Hey, sexy man, take out of garbage." But that`s the extent of any acknowledgement on her part.

You know, these two are just - they`re gorgeous. I mean, we`ve done a sexiest couple before so maybe in the future we`ll do another sexiest couple and he`ll be back on the cover again.

ANDERSON: Yes. And they seem to be really in love with one another and keep their private lives just that private.

JORDAN: Yes.

ANDERSON: Well, you know, I agree Ryan was obviously a terrific choice but I also do believe, Julie, that maybe John Hamm could have given Ryan some major competition, because, you know, John Hamm, to me, is also the epitome of sexy. Do you think maybe next year we could see him take the top honor?

JORDAN: I will say he is always one of the top contenders and Don Draper, like you said - he`s just amazing. He`s so dapper. He`s just - he`s incredible. So I would say, you know, 50/50, he`s going to be on the cover sometime in the near future.

ANDERSON: All right. Julie Jordan, always great to see you. Thank you so much. And don`t forget to pick up the brand-new issue of "People" magazine, "The Sexiest Man Alive" issue when it hits newsstands everywhere this Friday.

HAMMER: As soon as I posted the Bristol Palin "Dancing with the Stars" controversy on Facebook earlier today, Brooke, the comments were flooding in, hundreds of people responded to this.

Now, Brenda B. does think that Bristol deserves to be in the finals and people saying otherwise should back off. Here`s what she writes, "Goodness gracious. The calls came in and Bristol beat Brandy. Get over it. Leave the poor girl alone. People are so quick to judge and talk mean. What happened to nice?"

ANDERSON: I love hearing you say "goodness gracious," A.J. All right. The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines have been really jammed, too.

We`ve got a call from Amarlis in New York who thinks that Brandy was robbed.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

CALLER: Brandy has been in the top two the whole season because she`s been the better dancer. Her and Jennifer Grey and Kyle. The fact that Bristol Palin is still there has been a travesty. But the fact that she took somebody else`s spot who deserves to there been because they dance better is just outrageous.

And so for that reason, I will not be watching "Dancing with the Stars" for the rest of the season. And I think if that`s the way they`re going to operate it, I won`t be watching it anymore.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Thank you, Amarlis. People are very fired up, very passionate about this. Call us at "Showbiz on Call." Let us know what you think about this or anything else that is on your mind.

HAMMER: Goodness gracious - the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines are always open at 1-888-SBT-BUZZ; 1-888-728-2899. Leave us a voicemail so we can play your call on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ANDERSON: That was a cute expression. All right. Well, without a doubt, Beyonce is hot, right? But today, I can tell you that she`s been banned from TV for this -

(MUSIC PLAYING)

ANDERSON: Risque, sexy - yes. But is it too hot for TV? Our fired-up debate just ahead.

HAMMER: Tiger Woods` very surprising move revealed today. I`m pretty stunned he`s doing this.

ANDERSON: And, wow, a customer found a real whopper at a Burger King drive through.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I looked at the receipt and it says (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In big, bold letters, the receipt said F you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: B.K., I don`t think this is what you mean when you say, "Have it your way," right? Wait until you hear how this all happened. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: Time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: First 36 minutes of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" leaks online! "Glee`s" Matthew Morrison says he is a teacher to his young cast mates in real life.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tiger on Twitter. Tiger Woods joins Twitter today. His first tweet, "What`s up, everyone? Finally decided to try out Twitter. Yes, it`s me. I think I like this Twitter thing. You guys are awesome. Thanks for all the love."

And get this. Tiger Woods already has more than 100,000 followers.

Well, I`ve got to tell you tonight Pink`s pregnant. She confirmed the happy news on "Ellen" today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ELLEN DEGENERES, HOST, "THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW": Seriously, why do you think you`re glowing?

PINK, POP STAR: Oh, so many reasons. That`s it? That`s the question?

DEGENERES: That`s it.

PINK: Well, it could have something to do with these babies. I`m eating for two these days.

DEGENERES: Was this planned? Have you been wanting -

PINK: I worked for it.

DEGENERES: Yes? Oh, I bet. But is it something that you -

PINK: It was not an oops. Yes.

DEGENERES: that`s fantastic. And do you know if it`s a boy or a girl? Do you want to know? Are you going to find out?

PINK: I don`t think I want to know but the doctor kind of told me what she thinks. I`m terrified because she thinks it`s a girl.

DEGENERES: You`re going to get payback - is that what you`re worried about?

PINK: Yes. My mom has always wished me a daughter just like me. I`m terrified. One of us will go to jail.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And I think if it is, she`s not admitting that on "Ellen`s" show. By the way, the dad-to-be is Pink`s hubby, of course, Motocross racer Carey Hart. Pink, we know you sing that cool song, "Raise Your Glass." Today, we`re raising a glass to you and offering our congratulations.

ANDERSON: And exciting times for Prince William and Kate Middleton. Of course, they just announced their engagement. And today, we are getting so many posts on our Facebook wall about this - is Kate the new Princess Diana?

Most of you said no. Frances F. writes, "You couldn`t replace a lady like Diana. She was one of a kind. I don`t think that Kate could come anywhere close to Diana, not an inch."

But Cheek T. thinks Kate could be the new Diana, "She is beloved by her fellow citizens and she has always been so beautiful and graceful, even under tremendous scrutiny."

HAMMER: Time now for the SHOWBIZ lineup. Here`s what`s coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Gwyneth Paltrow does "Glee."

(MUSIC PLAYING)

The big debate ahead - how did Gwyneth do?

Plus, why are the Lohans reportedly really mad about the episode?

Prince William and Kate Middleton - could they become the biggest stars in the world, even bigger, dare I say, than Brad and Angelina?

Beyonce banned. Beyonce`s too hot for TV today. Why she`s sparking a brand-new worldwide controversy. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe confirms she`s pregnant via Twitter. Kelly Osbourne poses for the first time ever in a bikini after losing 50 pounds.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - Eva`s divorce shocker. Eva Longoria-Parker confirms she is splitting from her NBA star husband.

ANDERSON: Beyonce banned. Beyonce`s racy ad yanked off TV for being too sexy.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

The Beyonce ad that`s sparking worldwide controversy. Is it too hot for TV?

HAMMER: A burger with an outrageous side of profanity. Yes, a man gets more than a burger his way at a Burger King drive through.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And the receipt said (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In big, bold letters, the receipt said F you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Plus, breaking today from the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - Susan Boyle trumps Taylor Swift. And big Beatles news - a new Fab Four feat.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - Eva Longoria`s shocking divorce drama in her own words.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. The devastated "Desperate Housewives" star is speaking out today saying "I want a divorce" just a day after her spokesperson denied that her husband, NBA star Tony Parker, had filed for divorce.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now reveal today that Eva is the one who wants out of her marriage. Now, the couple has been plagued by reports of Tony`s infidelity during their three years of marriage. And today, Eva reveals bombshell new details that she says prove her husband`s cheating ways.

Right now, in Hollywood, Tanika Ray who is an entertainment journalist. Also, right now, in Hollywood, Tony Potts, weekend co-host and correspondent for "Access Hollywood."

So late today, Eva dropped a big bombshell about not only filing for divorce. But she tells her good friend Mario Lopez at "Extra" that she found hundreds of text messages that he had on his phone from another woman, allegedly the wife of one of his NBA teammates.

Now, we`ve heard reports of infidelity in Eva`s marriage before, but even Tony has always been quick to shoot down those reports. Tanika, I wish I could say any of this surprised me, but it doesn`t. Are you at all shocked by this?

RAY: Not at all. You know, I hosted the reunion show for Basketballwise and it seems to be pretty much on par that the basketball player cheat is not the exception. Not to stereotype the basketball players, but they have a lot of opportunity and that is when men seem to stray - opportunity, like tiger.

HAMMER: Yes.

RAY: So in this case, I`m not shocked. I`m saddened, but hopefully, Eva can pull herself up by her Louis Vuitton bootstraps and keep it moving.

HAMMER: Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has not independently confirmed that Tony Parker ever cheated. These are simply Eva`s claims to "Extra" that Tony had cheated earlier in their marriage.

And just after SHOWBIZ TONIGHT confirmed Eva filed for divorce today, she took to her Twitter page. Listen to what she said, "It is with great sadness that after seven years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other`s happiness." I have to say this - that`s pretty well-tweeted.

RAY: Yes.

HAMMER: But I`m also disappointed because I always want the naysayers to be proven wrong when they say a Hollywood marriage is not going to last.

RAY: Yes.

HAMMER: Tony, are you at all surprised that these two are splitting up like this?

TONY POTTS, CORRESPONDENT AND WEEKEND CO-HOST, "ACCESS HOLLYWOOD": A little bit. I mean, Eva was my basketball coach, actually, at the NBA all- star celebrity game. And Tony was always there with her. They had a great time. She was actually a pretty good coach.

But you know, if Shakespeare were alive today, I think his adage would be "to tweet or not to tweet," because tweeting is I think one of the most dangerous things now in a marriage or a relationship.

Forget about alcohol. Forget about drugs. It`s tweeting. Tweeting brings down not only celebrities, not only marriages but, you know, politicians as well. So it`s dangerous.

RAY: TMI.

HAMMER: It can be very dangerous and we`re seeing that proven. Really, it`s happening every day now. And there is another shocking detail that`s out today that Eva is reportedly requesting spousal support from Tony.

RAY: What?

They revised their prenuptial agreement that they had in 2009. Tanika, based on how the story has played out so far, I mean, just this week alone, you know, the reports of a divorce, the denials and now, the actual divorce -

RAY: Back and forth. Back and forth. Yes.

HAMMER: Do you see this divorce getting ugly?

RAY: I think it could. I think Tony`s right. Once you start tweeting about, it can get a little messy. I think you keep your mouth shut. You carry on with your day`s work and you hope up get your money that`s due to you.

HAMMER: Yes.

RAY: But they haven`t been married that long, I think, what, three years. And by Hollywood standards, seven years - they`ve almost been married 50 when it comes down to Hollywood years.

So I guess it makes a full-blown marriage. And we`ll have to see what happens next.

HAMMER: Yes.

RAY: Eva makes a lot of money. How much more money does she really need when it comes down to it?

HAMMER: I know. I just hope good sense prevails here because I can understand there`s bitterness if there has been cheating going on. We`re going to move on to big news breaking today.

RAY: Absolutely.

POTTS: Yes. Good news.

HAMMER: Because we have to get on to the royal fairytale of Prince William and Kate.

ANDERSON: Yes.

HAMMER: Now, Brooke, could these guys actually take Brad and Angelina`s throne as the most famous couple in the world?

ANDERSON: Well, they are well on their way A.J., and let the royal obsession again. Prince William and Kate Middleton shocked the world with their expected, yet unexpected royal engagement.

And today, the world wants to know every little detail about this real-life fairytale. Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Talk about a royal hot flash. For the prince and the commoner, the long wait was over.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The British papers have been calling her Waity Katie.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Waity Katie.

TINA BROWN, "THE DAILY BEAST": Her nickname is Waity Katie because she spent so long waiting for him to propose.

MOOS: And how long have then known each other?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: They`ve been on-again, off-again -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Eight years.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: They have been a couple on and off again for nine years.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: They knew each other for 10 years.

MOOS: Let`s let the happy couple answer.

KATE MIDDLETON, PRINCE WILLIAM`S FIANCEE: I guess - how many years?

PRINCE WILLIAM OF WALES: A long time. Three, four.

MOOS: In the obligatory post engagement interview, he modestly looked down -

PRINCE WILLIAM: To share my romantic side.

MOOS: And bit his lip. She smiled and looked poised. The prince made a few funny faces, and the only public display of affection was when he patted her.

MOOS: They did well. No gaffes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You both look incredibly happy and relaxed.

PRINCE WILLIAM: We are. We are. We are sort of like ducks, sort of very calm on the surface but little feet going under the water.

MOOS: He talked about the engagement ring, the same sapphire his father gave Diana.

PRINCE WILLIAM: It was my way of making sure my mother didn`t miss out.

MOOS: The news of the engagement was so sudden, networks were left scrambling.

MEREDITH VIERA, NBC`S "TODAY SHOW" CO-HOST: Jim, what else can you tell us?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Well, I`m not exactly sure what you have already said. This has been a real rush -

MOOS: CBS tried to interview the prime minister.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Sir, good morning to you. Are you able to hear? Oh, he is speaking to the public there, and so we are able to listen in. Unfortunately, we are not able to listen in.

MOOS: And this F-word was the word of the day.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Finally.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Finally. That`s right.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Finally!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Finally, finally, Prince William has seen the light.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Finally engaged.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Finally.

MOOS: But the prince laughed off their long relationship.

PRINCE WILLIAM: Well, it`s a long time ago now, Tom. I`ve had to rack my brain.

MOOS: And even those who parodied Kate Middleton`s wait.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE (singing): Oh, when will he marry me? I`m in bloody purgatory -

MOOS: Offered congratulations. What`s eight or nine years when -

PRINCE WILLIAM: We are looking forward to spending the rest of our times and lives together.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE (singing): His crown jewels are in my grasp -

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: The parody is terrible. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. So the word of the day is "finally." Well, people are now officially obsessed with this couple, which leads me to the SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, are Prince William and Kate Middleton the world`s biggest star couple? Tanika, what do you think?

RAY: Well, not until they have a cute nickname like Brangelina. So I offer "Williate" or "Killiam." They`ve got to get something going in order to be the biggest celebrity couple in the world.

But here`s the thing. I do like her. She`s adorable. And her advantage is she knows exactly what she`s getting into -

ANDERSON: Yes.

RAY: Being raised in London. She knows what that`s about. She knows that the eyes of the world are going to be on her at all times.

ANDERSON: Yes. And they took their time getting to this.

RAY: They took their time.

ANDERSON: So you think she`s prepared to enter the royal family?

RAY: I do.

ANDERSON: Prepared for the press and paparazzi -

RAY: Yes.

ANDERSON: And that sort of thing.

RAY: But I`m a little uncomfortable with the ring. That`s a lot of pressure.

ANDERSON: Yes.

RAY: There`s so much love that comes with Diana. And for her to have that ring on her finger is even more pressure compounded. So Kate, I got your back, girl.

ANDERSON: She`s very eloquent, very articulate.

RAY: Yes.

ANDERSON: And you know, William -

RAY: Take your time.

ANDERSON: William was adamant that nobody`s - she`s not trying to fill his mother`s shoes. He doesn`t want her to do that. Tony, I want to ask you now, to the SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, are Prince William and Kate Middleton now the world`s biggest star couple?

POTTS: Well, they, I think, will only eclipse Brad and Angie if they adopt like nine kids. No, I think they now are. And by the way, though - by the way, if you look at them, they look like a very happy couple. They didn`t look happy to me. I know the British are very demure.

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Oh come on. They`re polite. They`re restrained. They`re British.

RAY: Absolutely.

ANDERSON: I thought they were lovely. Tanika Ray, Tony Potts -

POTTS: Real quick. I want to -

ANDERSON: Thank you both. We`ll leave it there.

POTTS: OK, go ahead. OK, OK.

HAMMER: We`re moving on to other top royalty - Beyonce, who was banned today. Get this - there`s actually concern she might harm children. The startling news that Beyonce just got yanked off of TV for being too sexy.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: We are showing you the video today of Beyonce that is causing an international firestorm.

Also this -

ANDERSON: Gwyneth on "Glee" - the big debate. How did she do? Plus, what Gwyneth said on "Glee" that apparently has the Lohans fuming.

HAMMER: Burger, friends and an F-bomb. Today, the nasty, eye-popping message a man got with his burger. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

ANDERSON: Gwyneth Paltrow on "Glee" with her spin on Rihanna`s hit song, "Umbrella." Today`s hot debate - how did Gwyneth do? And why are the Lohans reportedly peeved about Gwyneth`s "Glee" gig?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. A.J. Hammer in New York.

We`re going to have more on Gwyneth`s big night on "Glee" in a moment. But first, Beyonce is stirring up some new controversy today.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. A commercial for Beyonce`s new fragrance called "Heat" is so steamy that some today are saying it`s too hot for TV.

Right now, from Hollywood, Rachel Zalis, who is a contributing editor for "Life and Style Weekly." With me in New York is Ben Widdicombe. He is a celebrity journalist.

All right. You`ve got to see what all the commotion is about here. I want to play for you some of Beyonce`s TV ad for her perfume, "Heat." Stand back.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: OK. I`ve got to stop it there. Please stop. OK, because right after this part here, the commercial really starts heating up. We should really take it off now.

Today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has learned the Advertising Standards Association in the U.K. banned the ad from daytime TV because they say, hey, this thing is not appropriate for kids.

I`m no prude but can I actually see where they`re coming from. Ben, did Beyonce take it too far if she expects this commercial to be OK for mainstream TV?

BEN WIDDICOMBE, CELEBRITY JOURNALIST: I don`t think it`s that bad. I mean, the dress is a little revealing, that`s for sure.

HAMMER: A little revealing? I mean, look, again, no prude but she`s barely there.

WIDDICOMBE: It`s not raunchy. There`s no guy in the video. She`s just by herself. It reminds me of "Family Guy" where Peter owns a television network and hosts a show called "The Side Boob Hour." It reminded me about it a little bit, but I think it`s fine.

HAMMER: Well, I think she looks terrific in the video. I mean, she looks absolutely sexy. But they really could have pulled back even a little bit in this commercial and I think they would have accomplished the same thing.

Rachel, to you, do you think that Beyonce might regret making such a sexy ad? Or is she now going to laugh all the way to the bank with all of the attention it`s getting for being banned?

RACHEL ZALIS, CONTRIBUTING EDITOR, "LIFE AND STYLE WEEKLY": Listen, I`m with you, A.J. I`m not a prude but I also thought like this is selling sex. But they know what they`re doing. It`s very sensational. It`s going to get everyone talking. But I wasn`t sure if this was an ad for perfume or her audition tape to play Linda Lovelace in the role that Lindsay can`t do anymore. I mean, it`s like really on fire.

HAMMER: All right. We do have to get now to another story that is making big news today. Brooke, I thought Gwyneth Paltrow was just spectacular when she was on "Glee" last night. What did you think?

ANDERSON: Yes. She was fantastic, A.J. The Oscar-winning actress really showed off her skills singing Cee-Lo`s song, "Forget You." Take a look. I thought she was amazing.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

ANDERSON: Ben, how do you think she did? Should Gwyneth forget about her acting career, become a full-time musician?

WIDDICOMBE: Well, you know, I was a little on the fence about her Country Music Awards song.

ANDERSON: I remember.

WIDDICOMBE: But this was amazing. I think she`s having a real moment. This is such an enjoyable clip to watch. And I have to say what a nightmare to talk about a song with this title on live television. I`m concentrating really hard right now.

ANDERSON: Yes. Good job. You managed it well, Ben. Well, you know, Gwyneth`s singing on "Glee" is not the only thing that really has people talking today. A lot of people were shocked when Gwyneth`s character, a substitute Spanish teacher, took a few swipes at Lindsay Lohan. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GWYNETH PALTROW, ACTRESS: Lindsay Lohan es bien loca, no? Cuantas veces ha estado Lindsay Lohan en rehabilitacion?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Cinco veces. Cinco.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: OK. In a statement to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT late today, Lindsay Lohan`s mom, Dina, says that the Lohans were hurt that a talent like Gwyneth would stoop to slamming Lindsay, essentially. Rachel, are you surprised that "Glee" and Gwyneth went there?

ZALIS: I`m so surprised. I mean, I thought it was a cheap shot. You know, "Glee" is all about promoting positive messages. And here, they`re sort of like hitting her when she`s down, she`s trying to recover. She`s in rehab.

It kind of made me wonder - was there ever a rumor that Chris Martin and Lindsay Lohan? You know, for Gwyneth to get there, it`s like -

ANDERSON: Oh, a little retaliation. I wonder. Ben, what do you think? Were you surprised they went there?

WIDDICOMBE: Well, you have to remember that Gwyneth is playing a character. It`s not like she slammed Lindsay Lohan giving an interview to a journalist. And you know, what a great way to teach Spanish to high school students. I think they might actually retain that phrase. So it was her playing a character, I think. And I can see why Dina is offended, though.

ANDERSON: OK. Ben Widdicombe, Rachel Zalis, we`ll leave it there. Thank you, both.

HAMMER: Well, I really got a kick out of Gwyneth on "Glee" with her clean version the Cee-Lo F-bomb song. But today, I`ve got to tell you, there is nothing funny about the F-bomb one guy got along with his burger at Burger King.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I look at the receipt and it says (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you on it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In big, bold letters, the receipt said F you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. And believe it or not, the story actually gets worse. Wait until you see what happens. It`s time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Rosie O`Donnell says she`s cancer free after recent breast cancer scare. MTV`s "Teen Mom" shooting new season with new cast, debuts in January.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Time now for "Hollywood at Home." This is where we get stars to reveal how they balance fame and family life today.

Ben Stiller - Ben stars in a new animated hit, "Megamind." Ben, of course is constantly juggling tons of projects. When the cameras stop rolling, Ben says it`s all about unplugging from work and making time for his two kids.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BEN STILLER, ACTOR: I think the key to when you`re not working, that you`re totally present and doing things with your family that you want to do. Because when you`re working, you can`t get away from the fact that it`s just - it is - you know, it`s very involved. But you have to set parameters and make sure you get home at a certain time.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Great perspective. Family and priority. And how cool is this - Ben`s two young kids recently set up a lemonade stand outside of their Hollywood home and all the money they made went to charity. Teaching them some great life lessons early. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: After spending $9.22 on a Double Whopper with Cheese, onion rings and a small drink, Francisco Perez looked at his receipt.

FRANCISCO PEREZ, GOT VULGAR MESSAGE ON BURGER KING RECEIPT: I looked at the receipt and it says (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, that`s pretty mean. A burger, onion rings and big, fat F- bomb to go. And if that`s not outrageous enough, you have got to hear what happened next to this poor guy.

Did you see this? So after a late-night drive-through run, this guy gets ready to dig into his burger. But before he does, he looks at the receipt. And right there where the order number is supposed to be, an employee pulled a fast one, rigging the computer to spit out the F-word instead.

Now, the guy says he felt totally humiliated by this so he got out of his car and went inside to talk to an employee and that just added insult to injury. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PEREZ: So I show the guy. He looks at it and kind of like laughs and was like, you know -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He didn`t say sorry? He didn`t say this will never happen again? It`s a mistake?

PEREZ: No, no. There was no "Sorry. I`ll fix it."

HAMMER: Fix it? He didn`t get an apology but what the F-word wise guy didn`t remember was that, you know, the employee`s name is also printed on the receipt. Taking a wild guess here but I`m pretty sure that person not working at Burger King today.

ANDERSON: Yes, no doubt. OK. Making news today, Bret Michaels makes a bombshell announcement saying that long time rivals hair bands, Poison and Motley Crue, are hitting the road together.

Before you get out your snake skin shirt and your skirt and your guy liner, the SHOWBIZ truth squad went digging for details and found out today it`s totally false.

Motley Crue front man Tommy Lee tweeted that Bret doesn`t know what he`s talking about. It is not true. That was backed up by Motley Crue`s manager who tells "People" magazine it`s wishful thinking by Bret who wants the tour to happen to celebrate Poison`s 25th anniversary next year.

HAMMER: Brooke, everybody here is very bummed out about that. It would have been nothing but a good time, I`m telling you.

Well, on Tuesday, we asked to you vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. Moments ago, the final results handed to me - "Prince William Engaged to Kate Middleton: Is she the new Princess Diana?" Here`s how that went - 37 percent of you said yes. A majority, 63 percent, said no.

Among the E-mails, we got this one from Annette in Texas who writes, "She is not the new Princess Diana and it was inappropriate for William to give her his mother`s ring. Kate should have a ring of her own to start out their lives."

We got this from Donna in Alabama, "Kate is a lovely girl and I hope she stays true to herself and William. I hope they have a long, wonderful marriage."

OK. So Brooke, a viewer is suggesting that Kate should have gotten her own ring, not Princess Diana`s. What do you think about that?

ANDERSON: Well, I see both sides of that argument because Prince William made that choice. He gave her that ring, wanted to pay tribute to his mother. But we know his mother`s marriage to his father didn`t work out. So maybe you think Kate deserves a fresh start. Regardless, A.J., the ring is beautiful. They`re a lovely couple.

HAMMER: I wish them the best. And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday.

HAMMER: And we`re still TV`s most provocative entertainment news show seven days a week at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific right here on HLN.
