JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST (voice-over): Tonight, a jaw-dropping kidnapping, rape and shooting rampage. Cops say Lamar Moore kidnapped a 13-year-old girl at knife point, chained her to his toilet bowl, sexual assaulted her, and then ambushed a Detroit police station, seriously injuring four cops. How did the courageous young girl turn the tables on this sicko?

Plus, fast-breaking developments in the case of a teenaged girl police believe was murdered by the man who hired her to baby sit. Cops have arrested the father of the children. Fifteen-year-old Elizabeth Ennen was baby sitting. After they found her body near a remote road. Tonight, Diena Thompson, who lost her beautiful daughter, Somer, to murder, is comforting the Ennen family. She Her joins us live on ISSUES tonight.

And Morgan Harrington`s unsolved murder haunts her devastated parents every day. This week, for the first time, they walk the field where her remains were discovered one year ago, shortly after she vanished from a rock concert. I`ll talk to Morgan`s heartbroken mom and dad and try to help them track down their daughter`s mystery killer.

Then comedian Steve Harvey`s not-so-funny family feud. His ex-wife takes to YouTube to claim to the world he`s a cheater. Now he`s responding by suing her, claiming she`s the reason he didn`t get a show on Oprah`s OWN network. We`ll talk to Mary Harvey live tonight.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight, a stomach-churning discovery in the aftermath of a hideous shooting rampage inside a Detroit police station. Cops say a depraved gunman opened fire on four cops, seriously wounding them before being shot dead himself.

Tonight -- there is the gunman -- cops reveal that now-dead gunman had kidnapped a 13-year-old runaway at knife point and sexual assaulted her for nine days in the basement of his house of horrors.

This past Sunday, the courageous girl finally broke free and raced to a neighbor`s house to call police. Sources say cops quickly moved in to search the house where she was tortured. Her kidnapper reportedly saw the cops entering his house and apparently went berserk, because minutes later he ambushed the local police station, gunning down those four cops, who thankfully survived, and then shot that gunman dead.

Meantime, in another very bizarre twist, two days after that shoot-out with the cops, this now dead sicko`s house is mysteriously set on fire. Luckily, cops had already recovered a slew of evidence on this pervert`s property, including porn magazines and video equipment he may have used to film sex acts.

Cops say the fire was arson. So who would want this house of horrors burned to the ground? A disgusted neighbor? Or perhaps an accomplice trying to cover his tracks.

Tonight, two of the police officers are still in the hospital. Two have been released. The 13-year-old runaway who was tortured for nine days, she is reportedly back home with her family.

Straight out to Allan Chernoff, CNN senior correspondent.

Allan, thank you for joining us. You`re all over this story. What is the very latest?

ALLAN CHERNOFF, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Jane, two items. No. 1, you referred to the fire. That occurred early yesterday morning while, as you said, it has been ruled to have been arson. And of course, that did happen after police went back to the house, got more evidence, so they say they`ve got all the evidence they need.

No. 2, the gun has been tied to a convicted cocaine dealer, Elijah Gaden (ph). And he has been arrested. He could provide some very, very important leads in this case, Jane.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes. This is so fascinating in a very scary and awful way.

What do neighbors have to say about this perverted sicko shooter? Listen to this. This is a shocker.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He ain`t got no violent, no character like that, you know? That`s not even him.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That ain`t real. I knew Mo and it ain`t that, what they`re trying to say about him. It just ain`t. It ain`t his character.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Everybody`s defending Mo, the now-dead shooter. But he had run-ins with the law. He and two other men were busted for having 115 pounds of marijuana back in 2002. In `96, he was arrested for attending a dogfight and convicted for resisting arrest, and court records show he was just at a hearing last week where he was ordered to pay child support.

Now the now-dead alleged kidnapper/rapist also has a 4-year-old son. So I`d like to know, Dr. Robi Ludwig, psychotherapist, what do you make of neighbors saying, "Oh, he was a pleasant, laid-back guy" when he`s believed to have kept a 13-year-old sex slave chained to a toilet while he raped her?

DR. ROBI LUDWIG, PSYCHOTHERAPIST: Well, here`s the scary thing. You can`t always tell who is a dangerous person. And we know this about pedophiles. Sometimes they`re very well loved in the community.

Now, it doesn`t sound like that that`s the case with this particular man, but he could have been very friendly, superficially so, with the adults that he interacted with, and neighbors only know, you know, what they know. They don`t know what goes on behind closed doors.

And also we really don`t want to think that our next-door neighbors are dangerous pedophiles who have sex slaves. We really don`t want to think that.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, and I`ll tell you something else about this case, taking a look at that burning house, OK? In the charred remains, tons and tons of porn. Porn magazines.

My big issue: does porn equal perversion? Now, this dude had porn magazines, all over the house. OK? Cops also found -- get this -- video equipment -- that`s right, video equipment -- they suspect he was using to film the rape of this 13-year-old girl.

Now, this would mean one of two things, or both: A, he was a porn addict who was acting out the sick stuff he was watching; B, he was a child pornographer who was selling or distribute these video. OK? So first of all, let me say, I think this is a warning to those who think porn is harmless and they disconnect it from any wrongdoing. This is a call to action.

You know, 70 percent of men between 18 and 34 visit a porn site in a typical month. So you`re wrong if you think that graphic porn is harmless, because some of the women and girls, especially, might have been forced into it, Mike Brooks. Forced into it.

MIKE BROOKS, HLN LAW ENFORCEMENT ANALYST: There`s a good possibility of that. And you know, when you see pedophiles, what do you -- a lot of times, what do you find? Porn.

And this guy, I find it hard to believe that this was probably his first time doing something like this with an underage girl, Jane. You know, usually, you just don`t go out and do this. Maybe he`s done it before.

But we also need another box on the other side of that graphic that says war on cops. Keep in mind: those were four officers of 11 that were shot in a 24-hour period here in the United States. So war on cops also.

But it looks like this guy, the reason he did this, Jane, he knew they were moving in on him. I think he went in there because he didn`t have that much ammunition in that .20 gauge shotgun, went in there and wanted to get killed by police. Call that victim-precipitated homicide or suicide by cop.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Because he knew they were closing in. And I agree with you, Mike Brooks, there is a war on cops, as well. And we should make a graphic that says "War on Cops," because that is a huge problem in this country, and we`re going to work on that.

Now, this is far from a closed case. Cops say this house fire is arson. But the sicko homeowner who cops say kidnapped and raped the kid and held her hostage in his bathroom, he was already dead, so who burned the house down and why?

Now, cops were able to get key evidence before the fire, including video equipment they say this depraved pervert might have been using to film the sex acts on this girl, this 13-year-old girl.

That`s my question. Anita Kay, defense attorney, I just came from a sex-trafficking conference where they say that runaways, especially, and this girl was a runaway, are often taken by pumps and sex traffickers. And they are broken down in their first few days of captivity. And it sounds like they might have been doing something like that with her, breaking her down, keeping her chained to this toilet and raping her and possibly filming it for A, either turn her into a prostitute or, B, sell that pornography.

ANITA KAY, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Right, Jane. This could be a huge ring, because what happens in sex trafficking, is they bring in different girls. They may move them to different houses. They may shoot pornos with them. So there could be other children that were coming in and out of this house. And if that`s the case, then the dead gunman did not act alone. He`s got somebody else or multiple people that is working with him.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And remember, he got a gun from a convicted coke dealer. So obviously...

KAY: Exactly. So what was his involvement?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Melody in Ohio, your question or thought, ma`am?

CALLER: All right, Jane. My question is, this -- I wouldn`t even call him a gentlemen, and I`m sorry, but has he been convicted of any other crimes,, ones stemming back to maybe childhood? Thank you.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes. We just mentioned that he has a rap sheet a mile long. And so he has, what, possession of blood and marijuana, attending a dog-fighting ring and resisting arrest.

But here`s the interesting thing. This guy, who shot the police station and put four cops in the hospital, wasn`t the only one in his family with a violent history. People who know him say he had two brothers and a sister. One brother was recently picked up on a probation violation. The other brother was convicted of two counts of murder and sentenced to up to 60 years in prison Monday. That is the day after this guy went on the shooting rampage.

So Robi Ludwig, do you think that it may have been a combination of, oh, police are moving in on him, and also he`s sort of freaked out by the fact that his own brother has just been sentenced to a huge amount of time in prison for murder?

LUDWIG: You know, it`s hard to know whether he was even intellectually advanced enough to be affected by what was going on with his family. It could be that he`s just this very primitive, animalistic kind of guy who was...

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Leave the animals out of it. Let me tell you something...

LUDWIG: You know what I`m saying.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: No, I -- I honestly feel that this person is a criminal.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Mike Brooks, he`s a criminal. He has a rap sheet. He got a gun from a convicted coke dealer. He had porn in his house. He had video equipment. He allegedly took a girl who`s 13 years old, chained her to the toilet, and raped her over nine days. Put this in perspective for us.

BROOKS: It`s hard to put something like this in perspective, Jane. You know, this isn`t the act of a normal person by any stretch of the imagination.

But if you go back now, if you want to try to figure out, OK, who set this guy`s house on fire? Yes, it could have been someone who was involved in, you know, crime with him. But it also could have been the neighborhood that said, "Hey, we don`t want someone like this," some other people, vigilantes if you will, that says, "We don`t want anything to do with this guy in our neighborhood," even though we saw a couple of people earlier in the show saying, "Oh, you know, Mo wasn`t a bad guy." But there`s other people that probably thought a little bit differently.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Nobody knows what`s going on behind closed doors.

Allan Chernoff, what are they doing to determine who set this fire and why?

Allan?

All right, let me go to -- let me throw that to Anita Kay. You are a former sex-crimes prosecutor. What are prosecutors and police going to do to determine who set this fire and why? And could there be other victims? And could -- if it`s true that this is some kind of sex-trafficking ring, or pornography ring, this poor 13-year-old girl who escaped, she might already be on the Internet somewhere right now.

KAY: Exactly. And they will have the arson investigators try to get to the bottom of who started this fire or how it was started.

But that`s the fear, is that there was evidence in there that could possibly lead them to other victims. And they could be victims who are runaway, children of the night who they don`t have the ability to get to the police. They`re not going to see this on TV and say, "You know what? I was a victim." There could be a whole ring out there. We just don`t know.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Within 45 minutes of a child running away, when she lands at a bus station, she is approached by a pimp. Runaways are the main human resource for all these horrible things. Thank you, fantastic panel.

Now for the first time ever, Morgan Harrington`s devoted parents traveled to the place where their daughter`s body was found a year ago. I`m going to talk to them about their nightmare and their hunt for justice. They are hunting for their precious daughter`s killer.

Also, massive developments in the case of a girl police believe was murdered by the man who hired her to baby sit. Diena Thompson, who lost her beautiful daughter Somer, joins me next with advice for Elizabeth Ennen`s family.

VIRGINIA ENNEN, ELIZABETH`S MOTHER: The last thing she told me when I talked to her a little after 8 on Tuesday night was that she loved me.

ENNEN: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And Carmen was -- said he had dropped them off.

ENNEN: He dropped them off -- dropped her off at 1:30 at the house. But she just never came in.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: That poor woman, going through absolute hell.

Tonight, heart-wrenching, sickening details released about what happened to a Lubbock, Texas, teenager -- the daughter of that woman -- who was found dead on the side of the road.

Fifteen-year-old Elizabeth Ennen vanished. Three weeks ago today, she never came home from a baby sitting job. And now cops believe the man who hired Elizabeth to baby sit is the one who killed her.

Elizabeth`s body was found Monday night on a rural Lubbock road. The medical examiner says she was either smothered or strangled, and then somebody just dumped her.

Cops believe that someone is this monster, 45-year career criminal Humberto Salinas. He was actually a friend of the victim`s family. He`s the one who hired Elizabeth to watch the kids so he and his common-law wife could go out. But cops say surveillance video that has not yet been released to the public shows Salinas -- Salinas forced Elizabeth into a motel room and then later forced her into his car.

My heart goes out to Elizabeth`s mother. You saw her crying just a moment ago.

And now helping her through this nightmare is a mother who knows exactly what she`s going through, Diena Thompson, who is my hero. She`s the mother of Somer Thompson. Little Somer was kidnapped and raped and killed by a neighbor. Her mom, Diena, has now become an anti-crime crusader and a champion for victims` rights. Diena is fond of saying that her club of relatives of murder victims is a club nobody ever wants to joining.

Straight out to my very special guest and one of my heroes, Diena Thompson.

Diena, thank you so much for joining us tonight.

DIENA THOMPSON, MOTHER OF SOMER THOMPSON: Thanks for having me again, Jane.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: You`re in Lubbock, Texas, where tonight I understand you`re going to meet with Elizabeth`s mom, Virginia, and give her a grant from the Somer Thompson Foundation. You`ve spoken with (UNINTELLIGIBLE) mom -- go ahead. Tell us about it.

THOMPSON: I was just going to tell you that we`ve actually already issued the grant to her. I had the pleasure and the great opportunity of meeting her before I came to do the show. And we did offer her -- we gave her, you know, financial assistance. And I just wanted to let you know that we had already done that.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: What is that mom experiencing? Because I know from talking to you that there`s no way that anybody who hasn`t gone through this can even approximate, but can you describe what -- what she is experiencing tonight?

THOMPSON: Sheer -- the worst nightmare that you could never even imagine. Because unless you`re in these shoes, you can`t describe; there aren`t words in the English language to even put any kind of truth to what this nightmare is like. She can`t stop crying. She`s literally beside herself.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: We`re going to talk to you again in a moment. Please stay right there. Our hearts go out to this family, the woman you`re looking at right there, and of course Diena.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What I seen coming from over here, when I parked, coming from over here, was an older man and a young girl. And my first impression was, "Oh, my gosh, that beautiful little girl, why is she with that man? He`s so old." And he put her in the car like a -- like a bag of garbage. You know, he just, like, threw her in there.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: That man now believed to have killed 15-year-old babysitter Elizabeth Ennen.

Now, the victim`s mother knows that suspect because she`s friends with his common-law wife, and that`s probably why she let her teenage daughter baby sit for this guy.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ENNEN: I`ve met him before. He seemed to be nice. I mean, I don`t know -- we never dreamed this. I mean, I wouldn`t have ever thought, because they treated -- Carmen has always treated my kids just like they were her kids. And that`s what he has in the past treated them, like they were his, too. You know, they were good to them.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: What she didn`t know is the guy she allowed to come into her life and let her daughter baby sit for, has a rap sheet a mile long for crimes like domestic assault, aggravated assault, drunk driving, theft, and injury to a child.

Here`s my big issue tonight: you never know the face of danger. Parents have a tendency to trust other parents. We often fear strangers, but danger can be right next door.

And Diena, that`s exactly what happened to your daughter, Somer. A neighbor took your daughter. In Elizabeth`s case, it`s allegedly a family friend. How do we protect ourselves from these people who have these toxic backgrounds when we don`t know about their toxic backgrounds until it`s too late?

THOMPSON: Well, Jane, first of all, I would say that, you know, you just -- you just hit the, you know -- the nail on the head when you said that you let these people into your life and you don`t know anything about them. And I`m a firm believer that you don`t know anything about anyone that they don`t want you to know.

And to protect our children, we don`t need to just tell them what they should do. We need to show them. We need to teach them. We need to empower them and get them, you know -- make them empowered in themselves so that they don`t -- they don`t fall into these traps.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And you bring me to my call to action, tonight, Diena. Babysitting, it seems like the most harmless activity, but it can be a danger zone. After all, who knows who`s going to be waiting when the babysitter arrives?

If your minor child is babysitting, please make sure you vet the situation thoroughly. And this is in no way pointing the finger at the victim`s mother. We are just trying to make sure that this poor child did not die in vain by showing parents what they can do to protect their children.

Thoughts on that, Diena?

THOMPSON: You know, like you said, it`s not -- it`s not that -- it`s not Virginia`s fault. You know, she`s known these people for a while, from what she told me, and trusted them.

And, you know, babysitting, we`ve all done it. I did it as a -- as a teenager. And you`re right; you never know who`s laying in wait. My daughter was taken walking on a bright street with 50 to 75 other children walking. You never know who`s standing right around the corner.

I know a group called radKIDS, and they really do amazing stuff with children.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Diena, you are my hero. Keep up your amazing work for the relatives of these victims.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight, a devastated mother and father take a heart- wrenching journey in a desperate bid to solve their daughter`s vicious murder. Morgan Harrington`s courageous parents are my guests tonight here on ISSUES. They retraced the steps their daughter`s killer took as he dumped her body on a remote Virginia farm.

Morgan`s remains were discovered a year ago, three months after she vanished. Her mom wore Morgan`s jewelry as she visited this hallowed ground for the very first time and it was a very emotional journey.

G. HARRINGTON: I wanted to be in this place one time, just one time. It was my right as a parent to come and walk this land. I wanted to see it. I needed to see it.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Morgan was last seen hitchhiking near the University of Virginia. She had just left a Metallica concert on campus after she went to the bathroom and was unable to get back into the stadium. So she told friends over the phone she would find a ride home.

Can renewed coverage of Morgan`s murder jog somebody`s memory out there and prompt a tip that will finally blow this case wide open and give this family some kind of closure? Some answers, anyway.

I am so honored to have Dan and Gil Harrington back here on ISSUES. They`re my heroes for the dignified and courageous way they have handled the worst possible news you can ever get as a parent.

Gil, tell us, if you can, what you were feeling as you took that brutally painful trip to the very spot where your precious daughter`s body was found?

G. HARRINGTON: You know Jane it was a tough walk, but mine to do. You know, I was there before Morgan took a breath and I had the obligation to be there where she took her last breaths. I held her newborn body with a pulsating umbilical cord and I have held her empty skull in my hands.

That is an abomination for any parent to do. We don`t want any other parents to go through this kind of anguish. We want this serial killer who killed our daughter and attempted to kill another woman out of that community.

And someone there knows this guy. And we`re trying very hard to shake him out of the tree because I`m not content to wait for him and wait for another DNA hit. I want to find him.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, to that point, that`s one of the things that we want to do here on ISSUES is not just report this awful crime but be part of the solution and help keep the story in the news, first of all. And second, perhaps somebody out there will connect the dots and have some information.

Investigators say as you mentioned, Gil, that the DNA links your daughter`s murder to a 2005 kidnapping and sexual assault about 80 miles away. Police released this sketch of the suspect in that case which is in Fairfax County, Virginia. Investigators won`t say where they got the DNA that ties these two cases together, whether it came from a piece of clothing or something else.

But I have to ask you, what had authorities told you about this other case 80 miles away? Do you have any hope at all that this sketch that was provided by the surviving victim of that 2005 rape will lead to your daughter`s killer?

DAN HARRINGTON, MORGAN HARRINGTON`S FATHER: You know, Jane, I think that`s part of the mystery here is the connection between Fairfax, Charlottesville and this remote farm. The pieces just don`t really fit together. The 2005 abduction and rape of the individual was not all that probably dissimilar from Morgan`s situation in that the individual was stopped before he actually could kill the woman, but he was choking her and subsequently he ran away.

We hope that someone will know something. Clearly where Morgan`s body was located is very, very remote. I was just shocked when I walked the ground yesterday with grass literally up to my waist. We drove probably maybe a half a mile into the farm and then walked probably a quarter mile to get to this very, very remote area.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Oh, my God. That must have been so difficult for you to be there at that spot.

Let`s retrace your daughter`s steps the night she disappeared in the hopes again of solving this case. Morgan went to a Metallica concert with her friends on October 17, 2009. She told friends she was going to the bathroom. She left the arena and security warned her you can`t get back in without your ticket stub.

About an hour later, Morgan was seen blocks away and she appeared to be hitchhiking along a bridge on the UVA campus, apparently in an attempt to get back home on her own. A month later, her shirt was found along a street just off campus. And then in January of last year, a farmer found her bones on his property about ten miles from college.

So I would like to go to Dr. Carole Lieberman who`s a forensic psychiatrist, what does this tell you about who this suspect could be, a rape 80 miles away, then maybe picked up hitchhiker Morgan, and then ends up in a farm ten miles away, a very remote farm, and they have already interviewed all of the people who work on that farm, it`s not any of them. How does that person get to a farm?

DR. CAROLE LIEBERMAN, FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST: Well, you know the state police investigator was talking about how he thought it might be someone with familiarity obviously with that area, but it doesn`t have to be someone who was just recently familiar with it. It could be someone who as a child went hunting in that area.

I think he was kind of giving out a hint to the general public to think more also about those kinds of people who might have long ago been coming to this area and hunting. And now he was hunting a human specimen and not some animal.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I could also say that it would occur to me that possibly it was someone who does deliveries to a form. A farm needs mulch and seed and all sorts of things that have to be delivered to the farm. So anybody who was a truck driver who was doing deliveries to that farm, or who has ever done deliveries to that farm, might know -- might also be this killer.

LIEBERMAN: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And Mike Brooks, I want to bring you into this discussion.

MIKE BROOKS, HLN LAW ENFORCEMENT ANALYST: No, you`re absolutely right. And my question is, Jane, what brought this subject to the Fairfax county area? Did he live there for a while? Did he have a friend, an associate, a relative, someone that he knew in that area and possibly was traveling between Fairfax County, in Albemarle County (ph) and the Charlottesville area?

Again, I know this area down there and I`m from the Washington metropolitan area and you have to know where you`re going in this particular area of Albemarle County to know where to put -- to dump a body where you don`t think anyone`s going to find it.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Here`s my big issue. Do we as a culture need a DNA discovery, for example in order to solve cases like this?

Gil, you have argued for the use of familial DNA screening and it was used to solve the Grim Reaper case in California just last year. You may remember it. Lonnie Franklin Jr. was arrested for 10 murders dating back to 1985.

Police broke the case after DNA left behind at one of the murder scenes was linked to his son, the suspect`s son. So in familial DNA, you don`t need an exact match, just a match close enough to get to a family member.

And here`s my call to action, every single state must start using familial DNA screening, if it helps save one family. And helps a family like the Harringtons find out what happened to their precious daughter, it`s worth it.

Gil, your thoughts on this?

G. HARRINGTON: We have lobbied and we hope that familial DNA will be utilized in Morgan`s case. We`re looking for permission for that. DNA is difficult though, because the rules for it vary from state to state. We are -- after we can get familial DNA used in this state, then we want to address things like how can you, if someone has a violent assault and they are plea bargained down, then DNA is not submitted for their crime. So they`re not in the data bank.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, absolutely. I agree with you.

(CROSSTALK)

G. HARRINGTON: We need to standardize the way we utilize DNA technology in this nation. It`s very haphazard -- I`m becoming more aware on this technology --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I would say if there`s any way you could talk to the other victim from 2005, that person may have clues that might somehow help you put the pieces of the puzzle together.

We are not going to let your case go, Dr. Harrington and Mrs. Harrington. We are going to do everything we can to get justice for your daughter and your family. Thank you so much for joining us once again.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: A brutal beating at a New York Wendy`s caught on YouTube video. A worker viciously pummelled by a pack of crazed teens. The kids seemingly went to Wendy`s with the intention of making a sick Internet fighting video. And when this mother of five got in the middle of the chaos she was suddenly attacked in front of a cheering crowd.

What on earth are these teenagers trying to prove? We need to teach our kids that this is demented not entertaining. If they think violence is going to put them on top, they may soon find out that one stupid punch could knock them down for the rest of their lives.

Stop it, kids, break it up.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight it`s to the ultimate battle of the exes. Famed comedian Steve Harvey is not laughing tonight as his ex-wife drags him kicking and screaming into the spotlight.

You know what they say, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." Well, Steve`s learning that the hard way. Tonight, Steve ex-wife Mary Harvey is angry and she`s going public. Mary posted three -- count them, three -- tell-all videos on YouTube, ripping Steve apart.

She`s accusing him of everything from cheating on her and leaving her broke to turning their son against her. Tonight those videos have gone viral, something like half a million hits. Mary claims I woke up and everything was gone.

Let`s check out one of those videos.

MAREY HARVEY, STEVE HARVEY`S EX-WIFE: The "not having closure" part was really devastating. But on top of that, he took my Wynton, took my Wynton from me. He turned my son against me. Had me evicted from our house. Thrown out.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And Wynton is the son that they have together. Steve says none of it is true, so what ignited this online tirade? As Steve points out the couple has been divorced for years now. So let`s listen to this from the "Steve Harvey Morning Show". Point-counterpoint.

S. HARVEY: I have seen this many times before -- many, many, many times before.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How did you deal with this, Steve?

S. HARVEY: I know the truth. But the matter is, the part that`s hurtful in here is my wife and children have to be dragged into this. You know, if you`re going to be vindictive, then go ahead and just aim it at me, but my son is coming in the room crying. And that`s also a person.

So why would you do this, and I don`t even understand the purpose of it. I mean I got you mad, but you, 12 years ago, that`s what we`re doing now?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, tonight, Mary Harvey joins us right here on ISSUES to talk about this point-counter point, this very public battle.

Mary, thank you so much for joining us. I guess a big question we all have, as we look at this whole thing is why now? What prompted you after all these years to post these videos so publicly on YouTube?

M. HARVEY: For so many years, I have just really dealt with so much bullying from Steve, from his team, from his camp. I just really personally cannot live my life under the umbrella of fear. I have been in fear for so long because I have been bullied in the court of Texas.

And I just -- I just choose not to be bullied anymore. I just choose not to be bullied because it`s too emotionally devastating for me. It`s like walking around in my life and I`m not alive in my life.

Steve mentioned a little while ago that our son was crying and I`m pretty sure Wynton is crying, but Wynton has been crying since 2005 when all of this happened. And I find it interesting that he would choose his morning to talk about Wynton`s emotional stability.

As far as the children, Steve and Marjorie should have thought about our children when they decided to take on this selfish act that they decided to follow, you know. I`m sorry. I`m terribly stressed right now.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, take your time. Take a deep breath. We want to explain to our viewers that Marjorie, we understand is Steve`s current wife.

Now by the way, I have to say this, Mary, so we want to be fair here. I don`t know -- I don`t know anybody involved. So Steve Harvey, his attorneys, Marjorie, your son, anybody is invited on this show at any time to tell their side of the story. We just want to be fair.

I guess, you know, the bottom line is that you divorced in 2005, which is almost six years ago now -- six years and change. And Steve Harvey says that actually you split up before that. And he`s wondering why bring this up now.

When did you post the YouTube videos because what he`s saying is it`s kind of water under the bridge. What does that -- what do let`s say marital infidelity those many years ago do with anything happening in your life today?

M. HARVEY: Well, what`s not water under the bridge is that I don`t have access to my son, which legally and morally, he does not have the right to judge. What is not under the bridge for me is that Steve totally, he totally took everything out of my life. He took my son. He kicked me out of my home. He took my wealth and for me to move on with my life without my son, to have access to my son, that`s not water under the bridge for me.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: He got custody. Why did he get custody of the son?

M. HARVEY: He got custody because he bullied me in court. He told the courts that I was nobody. No one was going to listen to me. He said that I was not capable of raising Wynton. Not capable of providing a home environment for him.

This is not something that I can put in the past because when I did divorce Steve, he did not show up for the court appearance --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Ok. Hang in. We`re going to be right back. Sit --

M. HARVEY: Because in Steve`s opinion, I was responsible. I was responsible when Oprah did not give him a TV show. I am being sued for that as I sit here on this sofa today. So as much as I`m trying to move forward, I keep getting pulled back into a situation.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Ok. Tonight, a huge battle between Steve Harvey and his ex-wife Mary and Mary joins us tonight. We have to say, we want to be fair here.

Steve Harvey has released a lawyer letter saying essentially that what his ex is saying is false, misleading, derogatory, disparaging, malicious, explicit. And he`s invited on to tell his side. We want to be fair.

Shanae Hall, what this about the Oprah angle; that there`s a claim by Steve allegedly that Mary kind of nixed his chance to have a deal with Oprah?

SHANAE HALL, AUTHOR, "WHY DO I HAVE TO THINK LIKE A MAN": Well, to the best of my knowledge, Jane, and just from the information that I`ve been given from Mary and what I`ve seen is that after the three days that he was on Oprah talking about his book, "Act Like a Lady, think Like a Man", she was going to present him with a TV show offer.

And I guess because of some past things that have been on the Internet or whatever by Mary that he felt it was his fault that he did not get a show. And I am thinking if you have three shows on TV, two books out and you are an international syndicated radio show, then why do you care about another show except out of greed when she has nothing. What else are you trying to prove?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, come on. Everybody wants to do -- everybody wants to do something with Oprah. Me included.

HALL: Ok. I`ll give you that.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I mean I think the whole world wants to do something with Oprah.

Ok. Steve Santagati, you`re from BadBoysFinishFirst. You`ve been listening to all of this. What`s your thought because, yes, marriages can end very bitterly? There`s a 13-year-old boy in the middle of this. He has the custody. Obviously, Mary is upset that she doesn`t have this youngster who is her flesh and blood in her life. Is there a way to peacefully settle all of this perhaps?

STEVE SANTAGATI, BADBOYSFINISHFIRST.COM: What I don`t understand is how Steve wrote a relationship advice book but he`s got this bitter, angry woman with unresolved feelings that is acting out against him. I have had plenty of crazy women in my life and I always, always make sure that I placate them.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I believe that.

SANTAGATI: Jane, yes. Jane, there`s a way to handle these things. There`s a way that he should have handled it five, six years ago. Sorry, ten years ago when they first met.

The bottom line is that you shouldn`t get married -- you should think it through. Most people shouldn`t be married. If you do end, make sure you give her the money that she deserves. And make sure you -- make the separation --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right. Well, let me give Mary -- Mary`s shaking her head. Thank you. This is a little compressed here.

Mary, you wanted to say something in response?

M. HARVEY: This whole thing -- I had invited Steve several times to sit down with me and talk about this behind closed doors. He will not do it. The agreement was that 30 days --

SANTAGATI: What do you want, Mary?

M. HARVEY: What I want is --

SANTAGATI: What would --

M. HARVEY: I want access to -- I want access to my son without Steve and Marjorie interfering with me. I want what I worked for, for six -- I`m sorry?
