Hello. I`m Carlos Diaz in Hollywood, in for A.J. Hammer. Brooke Anderson is on assignment. And there`s big news breaking today - Toxic TV.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you our newsroom was in a frenzy today trying to keep up with all the breaking developments surrounding some the most controversial shows on TV right now.

And now, even Rosie O`Donnell is getting in the middle of it. From the show that some say glorifies teen pregnancy to the show about teens having sex and taking drugs. Even Snooki and the gang are part of this frenzy.

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is here to reveal to you right now that all those shows were hit today with a big fat reality check.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) They`re outrageous, they`re controversial and they`re totally toxic. Today, brand-new outrage over some of the most toxic shows on television - "Jersey Shore," "Teen Mom," and MTV`s newest explosive hit, "Skins."

MAGGIE FURLONG, WEST COAST EDITOR, AOL TELEVISION: These shows are doing what they`re meant to do, to spark a debate. We`re supposed to talk about that. It`s supposed to get that kind of water cooler buzz happening.

DIAZ: But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you people are calling these shows toxic. And today, MTV`s most controversial show, "Skins," is feeling the heat.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Give her a big hello from me.

DIAZ: There`s big buzz today "Skins" is in danger of being cancelled after only its second episode. The show, originally written in Britain about young teens having sex and doing drugs, has caused so much outrage six major advertisers pulled out.

And the Parents Television Council tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT it is definitely toxic.

FURLONG: People are calling "Skins" the worst thing to happen to your televisions ever. Kids have sex. Kids do drugs. It happens.

DIAZ: Today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is setting the record straight on those cancellation reports. MTV tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT "Skins" is not going to be cancelled saying, "`Skins` has earned the loyalty of fans across the globe for its thoughtful and honest portrayal of teen life today."

"The show has been honored with a long list of prestigious awards. MTV stands by the U.S. adaptation of `Skins` and the vision of its creator, Bryan Elsley."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s fine.

DIAZ: Let`s face it. "Skins" is just as controversial as MTV`s "Jersey Shore" was when it first hit the toxic tube. Back then, the controversy was intense.

FURLONG: It`s as intense as their tan.

DIAZ: When it debuted last year, people were outraged. In fact, people are still outraged.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s going to be a good time. What bed do we do it in?

DIAZ: And today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you there`s brand-new toxic outrage over new plans for the cast of the "Jersey Shore" to tape their next season in Italy. Some Italian-Americans are mortified that this crew will be representing Americans in their homeland.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I want to eat (INAUDIBLE).

DIAZ: Toxic television goes to Italy.

FURLONG: It`s also just like a scary example of a culture that`s out there that - oh, my god. We did not even know that existed.

DIAZ: As scary as this image may be, there`s a third show out there that is scaring teens across the nation. MTV`s "Teen Mom" makes up the trifecta of toxic television today. Critics say it glorifies teen pregnancy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I got pregnant in high school and my baby Sophia has been growing up without a dad.

FURLONG: I just think it`s a very scary reality of what happens after the fact, after the cameras leave.

DIAZ: But today Rosie O`Donnell is defending "Teen Mom." She says it`s an interesting show with a lesson. She tells "Us Magazine," "My daughter is 13. I watch it with her. At the end of almost every episode, the mothers say they wished they`d used protection or waited. `My whole life is over,` or `I can`t live the life of a teenager.` I think it sends out a positive message."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So you guys broke up for sure?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, yes.

DIAZ: The big question remains today, if MTV keeps pushing the envelope like this, what`s next?

FURLONG: When "Jersey Shore" first started, it was definitely that shocking TV show. And now, it just seems like they`re famous. They`re household names now.

DIAZ: Which means six months from now the cast of "Skins" might be cooking with Martha Stewart. And if this racy news show becomes a household name, who knows what toxic new show lurks just around the corner.

FURLONG: I think it`s going to get scarier before it gets better.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

DIAZ: I really can`t imagine what it was going to go for from pushing the envelope to blowing the envelope to smithereens. That brings us to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint tonight - which show is the most to toxic - "Skins," "Jersey Shore" or "Teen Mom"?

Right now, in Hollywood, is Wendy Walsh. She`s a TV journalist and doctor of psychology. Also in Hollywood, Ramani Durvasula, psychologist on the Bravo series, "Intervention."

I`ve got to say each of these shows is an equal opportunity offender. But Ramani, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, what do you think is the most toxic?

RAMANI DURVASULA, PSYCHOLOGIST, "INTERVENTION" ON BRAVO: Oh, that`s a no- brainer. The most toxic is "Jersey Shore". Never before has there been sort of this parade of narcissism, vulgarity, relatively questionable cosmetic surgery, racism, all paraded in front of us over and over again with people who actually have graduated from high school.

There are no teaching moments here. At least, with "Skins" and "Teen Mom," while you might say that there might be some glorification of what`s going on with these young people, it`s not really - I mean, kids dealing - kids are dealing with these issues of drugs, dealing with sex.

But the fact of the matter is there are no teaching moments in "Jersey Shore" other being narcissist and getting Bentley.

DIAZ: But I think it`s almost like, you know, they see - you see what`s going on there and you`re go, "OK, they`re kind of clowns and I don`t want to be a clown." I see your point.

Let`s bring Wendy in. Wendy, what`s your pick for the most toxic, "Skins," "Jersey Shore" or "Teen Mom"?

WENDY WILLIAMS, TV JOURNALIST AND DOCTOR OF PSYCHOLOGY: You know, I`m really torn between "Skins" and "Teen Mom." I`m a mom trying to raise girls. And if MTV is really going to be art reflecting life, maybe "Skins" will be the lead in to "Teen Mom." Get it?

My concern, Carlos, is that we`re talking about actors who are under the age of 18. Some of the shots show a lot of skin, thus it`s called "Skins." If you sent that stuff on the Internet, you`d be arrested. That`s illegal.

But if we put it on a network, it`s OK. And by the way, even though Rosie says all the teens say they wish they`d waited instead of having a baby as a teenager, we know they get into their car with their driver and leave their Hollywood set with their assistants.

And that`s what the young girls and teens see. They just want to be on TV. And I think it glamorizes it.

DIAZ: You make a good point. Now, you make a good point. I mean, when they see them on "Us Magazine" or "People" magazine, they say to themselves, "Well, I want to be in that magazine as well."

All right. I`ve got to move now on to Steve Harvey and his YouTube divorce battle. Harvey`s ex-wife has just posted three unbelievable photos on YouTube accusing the "Family Feud" host and relationship guru of cheating on her with several mistresses.

Mary Harvey claims Steve left her high and dry after 10 years of marriage, taking their son and everything else. Check this out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARY HARVEY, STEVE HARVEY`S EX-WIFE: He took my Wynton. He took my Wynton from me. He turned my son against me, had me evicted from our house, thrown out. I woke up, everything was gone. It was just gone.

And as much as I tried to put it behind me, it`s hard to put something behind you that keeps popping up in your life.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Yes. Steve keeps popping up as Mary says because he`s the author of, not one, but two bestselling books all about how a woman can keep a man.

Ramani, is this nuts to put this on YouTube, or is it good for her?

DURVASULA: I think that the problem here is that there is child here, OK? So we`re talking about parents of a child. And airing their dirty laundry is going to do no good for this child.

But the fact is, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and she`s been scorned by a relationship guru at that. He wants women to act like a woman and think like a man. Maybe that`s what she`s doing.

DIAZ: Yes. YouTube has no - and there`s no fury like a woman scorned. And I agree with what you`re saying. But wait, there`s even more. It gets even wilder.

"Essence.com" reports today that Steve`s current wife is suing his ex, Mary, for claiming in these videos she was his mistress.

In the video, Mary says she and the alleged mistress had it out when the alleged mistress called Mary`s house one day to apply for a job with Steve. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

M. HARVEY: I did confront her on the phone. And she went into this scenario about she had to apply for some position with his suit company and how she was following through on it.

And all I remember is saying to myself and to her, "I didn`t realize that I was taking applications from my kitchen."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: All right. Steve has built this image as a relationship guru on the radio and TV, as an author, and his alleged mistress is calling wife. Wendy, should Steve be worried this could hurt him? Or will people think this is just basically a bitter ex-wife?

WALSH: Absolutely, he should be worried. This is his reputation at stake right here. Now, we don`t know all of the details about this relationship. We don`t know about her mental health, his mental health.

There`s a lot of things we don`t know here. But we do know that when you take a cub from a mother bear, it is going to be sweet retribution here because that`s one angry woman.

DIAZ: I`ve got to tell you, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did reach out to Steve Harvey about his ex-wife`s claims. His attorney told us Steve is appalled by the videos claiming they are full of false and slanderous information. All right. Wendy, Ramani, thank you so much.

All right. Brand-new outrage over Jesse James today. Wait until you see the disturbing, just revealed Nazi photo of Sandra Bullock`s ex.

It`s a Kardashian body bombshell. Kourtney and Kim set the record straight on their famous assets?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: I`m the first one to be super honest. And so everyone was talking about - saying that they must be, you know, fake.

MORGAN: Well, let`s just get into it, quick. Are they real?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: The Kardashian sisters reveal the truth behind their bodies. Elton John censored? The brand-new photo of Elton and his partner and baby coming off on a newsstand? What`s up with that? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Judge says trial of Michael Jackson`s doc, Conrad Murray, may be televised. First look: "Glee`s" Super Bowl episode.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(SINGING)

DIAZ: That`s Ashton Kutcher with his 19-year-old stepdaughter, Scott Willis, singing a duet they co-wrote called "The Sober." It`s a tribute to coffee.

Scott`s mom, Demi Moore, is revealing some big news today about her other daughter, Rumer Willis. Rumer is already a rising Hollywood actress.

But in a brand-new interview at the Sundance Film Festival, Demi tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson that she has reservations about her 22- year-old following her footsteps straight into Hollywood.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DEMI MOORE, ACTRESS: You know that Rumer is the only one of my three that really has, you know, shown interest. And I most - you know, most importantly think that I want to support my children in whatever it is they`re interested in doing.

Of course, that`s a hard one because I know how much rejection this particular - but, you know, I support her completely.

BROOKE ANDERSON, HOST (on camera): Any more kids in your future?

MOORE: You know, what I`m totally open to it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Before we see any little Demis or Ashtons running around, we should mention Demi debuted two films at Sundance, "Another Happy Day" and "Margin Call."

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Carlos Diaz in Hollywood.

And just in - Reese`s secrets. We learned amazing new details today about Reese Witherspoon is so over-the-top and so over her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal. She`s over her marriage to Ryan Phillippe.

And now, she`s getting ready to marry her Mr. Right. It`s safe to say that this "Legally Blonde" star is happier than anyone should legally be allowed to be.

Today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT obtained an advance first look at the story in the upcoming new issue of "People" magazine titled "Reese`s Wedding Countdown: A Second Chance at Love."

"People" magazine`s Joey Bartolomeo joins me right now from New York. And of course, this is a newsmaker interview.

We know that Reese, who is 34 years old, started dating 40-year-old Jim Toth last January and they got engaged at the end of December. Joey, what did you find out about why these two are moving so quickly?

JOEY BARTOLOMEO, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: Well, you know, it`s the sort of thing where they know that they`re the right ones for each other and they just want to start their lives together. A friend of Reese`s told "People" that, you know, he`s perfect for her because he`s not intimidated by her. There`s no competition and he`s a very family-oriented guy and that`s really always what she`s wanted.

DIAZ: Well, Reese has had her share of relationship troubles in the past, Joey - I mean, all with actors. She and Ryan Phillippe got divorced in 2008 after seven years of marriage.

Then, she dated Jake Gyllenhaal for a little bit, for like more than a year and then they broke up in 2009. Joey, from what "People" magazine found out, the fact that she is not dating an actor - she`s now dating an agent - is this really working for Reese?

BARTOLOMEO: Yes, it really is working. Like you said, Jim`s an agent so he gets what she does, but there`s no competition. And you know, we hear that she`s a lot more relaxed now that she`s with him.

You know, she`s a very type A personality, but she`s really learned to kick back. And she laughs a lot and she`s obviously very happy with him.

DIAZ: All right. Let`s get to some serious news here. You guys found out that Reese just went on a shopping spree to get ready for her wedding? What do you have to tell us about that?

BARTOLOMEO: She was recently in Paris with some of her best girlfriends. And she went to all the big stores. You know, she was at Chanel and Valentino and Lanvin. And she was buying shoes at Christian Louboutin and shopping for lingerie and even trying on wedding dresses.

DIAZ: All right. Quickly, Reese - is she in the process of maybe wanting kids in the future?

BARTOLOMEO: Absolutely. It`s something that they`ve talked about and it definitely could happen.

DIAZ: All right. "People" magazine`s Joey Bartolomeo. Thank you so much, Joey.

BARTOLOMEO: Thank you.

DIAZ: And the new issue of "People" magazine featuring "Reese`s Wedding Countdown: A Second Chance at Love," will be available on newsstands on Friday.

All right. I just checked out the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page. And people are fist-pumping mad about Snooki and the cast of "Jersey Shore" going to Italy for their next year for the season.

But Sally B. says, bring it on, posting this, "I think it`s great. They should continue making new seasons, but filming in every country in the world. That will be very interesting to watch."

Can I get someone to get a fire extinguisher, please? Because the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines are fired up with people wondering, which juice-head came up with this idea? Maria from Florida says, "No, grazie," to "Jersey Shore" in Italy.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

MARIA, CALLER FROM FLORIDA: "Jersey Shore" going to Italy is horrendous. Please - I hope they stay away from anything near the Vatican. Please. They`re not ready for Italy and Italy is not ready for them.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

BECK: Thank you, Maria. All right. You can call us at "Showbiz on Call" and let us know what I think about this or anything else on your mind - 1- 888-SBT-BUZZ. That`s 1-888-728-2899. Leave us a voicemail and we`ll play some of your calls right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

There`s more reality TV drama today. Remember how Kelsey and Camille Grammer`s split was played out on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?"

Well, today, I can tell you Kelsey is gearing up for the ultimate revenge against his soon-to-be ex-wife.

And SHOWBIZ breaks news today about Sylvester Stallone`s future. Sly tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT all about his super-secret plan.

Plus, caught on tape. Jimmy Buffett calls from the stage. You`ve got to see the dramatic new video. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Drop your gun!

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: I`ll take the four on the left.

SYLVESTER STALLONE, ACTOR: I`ll take the two on the right and the leave the rest alone.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

Sylvester Stallone`s action thriller, "The Expendables," hit box office gold last summer. But really, I mean, how could you miss with the cast that includes Jet Li and Mickey Rourke?

But will sly make an "Expendable" sequel? Sly breaks big news to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Right now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks big news today. Sylvester Stallone confirms to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that there is an "Expendable" sequel in the works. Sly just revealed to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that he`s already planning scenes for the sequel.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

STALLONE: We`re at work with it, because you have about five different scenarios. You try to figure out which one works the best, what area, the kinds of stunts, and then, most important, what is the heart of the film, what is the reason for the mission instead of just guys running around with some purpose. That`s the hard part.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is there a timetable for this?

STALLONE: I think we`ll probably start around summer.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: All right. Sly, I think we need to talk here, OK? You are the man. Jason Statham is awesome. Jet Li kicks butt. But can we make some more room Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis this time around? I mean, to me, they are not expendable.

At least, Bruce did another blockbuster action film with Dame Helen Mirren last summer called "Red." But it seems to me Helen got a whole lot more action than Russell Brand.

Helen and Russell worked together on a remake of the classic 1981 film, "Arthur." And as Russell explained to the ladies on "The View," he left her with parting gift when they were done filming.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

RUSSELL BRAND, ACTOR AND COMEDIAN: When we finished filming in New York, I was in a rush to get a plane and I changed out of my clothes because I`d been working very hard. I had some fresh underwear and I still had this pair of underpants in this hand. I didn`t have time to put it down.

I was running out - running out. And I heard "Russell," and it was Dame Helen Mirren. I said, "Oh, hello, your highness. Your highness," went over to her and I still had the underpants right here.

"You`re leaving us, are you?" I said, "Yes, I am. Dame Helen Mirren, it`s an honor to work with you. It`s a privilege, your grace, your highness." Kneeled, curtsied, did everything. Some part of my stupid brain went "Give them to her as a gift."

(LAUGHTER AND APPLAUSE)

So I gave it to her. She still has them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: She did keep his undies. And Mirren reveals to "People.com" where she`s keeping them, quote, "I`m going to frame them and hang them over my bed." I wonder how Russell`s wife, Katy Perry, is going to feel about that.

All right. Moving on now to the SHOWBIZ lineup - here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

DIAZ: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m Carlos Diaz, in for A.J. Hammer. Brooke Anderson is on assignment.

And I`ve got big breaking news today - Jesse James Nazi photo outrage. Jesse James, who famously cheated on America`s sweetheart, Sandra Bullock, with a porn star, is smack in the middle of a brand-new controversy today over a photo with Nazi symbolism.

"Us Weekly" revealed today a disturbing picture of Sandra`s ex =. And there are brand-new details today about how Sandra learned that Jesse got engaged to tattoo artist, Kat Von D, the host of TLC`s "L.A. Ink."

Bradley Jacobs is a senior editor with "Us Weekly." He`s in New York. So is radio host, Egypt Sherrod, who is also the editor of "EgyptSaidSo.com."

This isn`t the first time Jesse`s been caught up in a controversy involving a photo with Nazi symbolism. Last year, "Us Weekly" revealed a photo of Jesse posing as Adolf Hitler.

Jesse later said it was just a joke. And then, it comes out today - another photo of Jesse James in the driver`s seat of a car with a buddy of his who is wearing Nazi regalia and giving the Nazi salute. Bradley, where did this photo come from?

BRADLEY JACOBS, SENIOR EDITOR, "US WEEKLY": Well, employees at West Coast Choppers - that`s Jesse`s company - put this photo up on Facebook last October. It obviously is a little disturbing and creepy whenever you see something like that.

But we also talked to a source at West Coast Choppers who told us that Jesse is not an anti-Semite, but that Nazi paraphernalia is a big part of biker culture.

DIAZ: Well, Egypt, do you think Jesse is horrified that this got out? Or do you think he doesn`t care anymore?

EGYPT SHERROD, EDITOR, "EGYPTSAIDSO.COM": You know, I have a two-part answer to that. Number one, in looking at the picture I`m not sure - and I`m going out on a limb - I`m not sure that`s Heil Hitler. Maybe he was resting his arm right up there on the window. But how could one -

DIAZ: Oh, come on. Really? Really? Come on.

SHERROD: Well, I`m just playing devil`s advocate. Say what you want.

DIAZ: All right. All right.

SHERROD: But I mean, I find it hard to believe that anybody wouldn`t be mortified. Who would want to be associated with the persecution and genocide of a people? I give Jesse even more credit than that.

DIAZ: Hey, listen, first off, you don`t wear a Nazi regalia. And secondly, if you do, you don`t even get close to putting your hand in that position, all right?

"Us Weekly" also revealed today more details about Jesse`s engagement to Kat Von D and reports that Sandra Bullock was blindsided by the news, but not really shocked.

You see, Jesse and Kat confirmed their happy news in a series of tweets between them, Jesse proclaiming in one of them, "They say truly will always shine through. The only reason I started Twitter again? So I could publicly profess my love for @thekatvond."

Bradley, I don`t know about you, but I think this is a total dog move. It almost seems like Jesse is enjoying making a mockery of his marriage to Sandra.

JACOBS: Well, he might be on to something there. Not only did he rejoin Twitter to tweet about Kat. But he also said last week that 2010 was the best year of his life because he got to marry - you know, he got together with his best friend.

Well, 2010, if you remember, began with him involved with Sandra Bullock and also included the revelations of the sex scandal. It`s a really - I mean, it`s a very insulting thing to say about his ex-wife.

DIAZ: Yes. I mean, it sounds like he doesn`t care anymore. It sounds like he`s just kind of throwing caution to the wind, if you will.

All right. There`s more breaking news right now today in war of the exes. Kelsey Grammer`s shocking TV plan. Is he planning the ultimate revenge against Camille? John Travolta`s bold new role, and I`m not talking about him being a new dad.

And Prince William and Kate Middleton`s march to marriage. These two kids are using technology to get everything done. It`s all making news today in "The Buzz Today."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

ANNOUNCER: "People" has just reported that Prince William and Kate Middleton have started sending out "save the date" invites for their royal wedding on April 29th and they`re doing it by sending faxes, which, of course, is better than sending a text. The faxes went to senior members of other royal family as if they would really forget.

John Travolta`s mob connection? John Travolta is reportedly getting set to star as notorious mob boss, John Gotti. The executive producer who is developing the movie just told TMZ -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s OK if the world knows about it because Travolta is going to play the life of John Gotti. And I`m telling you -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No way.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes. That`s why we will need him.

ANNOUNCER: Travolta wouldn`t confirm that, but we`re guessing he just might get an offer he can`t refuse.

Kelsey`s reality check. Kelsey Grammer is reportedly heading into the reality show world, hot on the heels of his soon-to-be ex-wife, Camille, who stars in "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

"Variety" has just reported that Grammer`s production company is developing reality shows and there are hints that Grammer himself could star in one, which just might be sweet revenge to Camille who laid out their dirty laundry on her "Real Housewives" show.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

DIAZ: All right. Late today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT confirmed with Kelsey Grammer`s spokesperson that he is developing a reality show.

Now, considering Kelsey`s marriage to Camille, his wife of 13 years, who he dumped for a much younger woman, was broadcast on Camille`s reality show, Egypt, should Kelsey do a reality show and air his dirty laundry against Camille?

SHERROD: Well, usually, I would say no, but in his case, I`d say, absolutely. What better way to tell America - I mean, seriously, what better way to say, "I am not the man she`s painting me out to be," than to say, "Come on into my home. Meet me. Do I look like a man who wears fishnet stockings?"

DIAZ: But - OK. But we do - we do know him from "Frasier" and "Cheers" and - we thought we did, at least. It`s true.

(CROSS TALK)

EGYPT: It`s different. We know him as an actor. So to get into the reality realm when we think we really know people, we come into their lives. And we don`t want a different (INAUDIBLE).

DIAZ: Well, on Camille`s reality show, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," it was revealed that Kelsey was keeping his girlfriend under wraps in an apartment in New York City while Camille had no idea he was even thinking about leaving her.

Bradley, I have to imagine lots of women hate Kelsey for what he did to Camille. But do you think, at the same time, those women would tune in to a Kelsey reality show.

JACOBS: I think they would tune in out of curiosity. Don`t forget this guy was a huge star. He was at one point I think the most bankable television star. He`s certainly made a lot of money on "Cheers" and on "Frasier."

And you know, Camille has been a little controversial herself. She had those lines about how she couldn`t live in a 3,500-square-foot apartment. I think some people would be interested to see - to give Kelsey the benefit of the doubt and to tune in at least once or twice.

DIAZ: All right. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much, Bradley Jacobs and Egypt Sherrod. All right. Moving on now to the brand-new Kardashian body bombshell.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: I`m the first to be super-honest. And so everyone was talking about - saying that they must be, you know, fake.

MORGAN: Let`s just get into it, quick. Are they real?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Kim and Kourtney set the record straight today about their world famous assets.

Elton John censored? The brand-new magazine cover of Sir Elton John and his partner and their brand-new baby boy covered up on a newsstand? But why?

VANESSA HUDGENS, ACTRESS: Ever since they called for me to do the ads for Candies, I fell in love. It`s such an honor to be able to be a Candies girl now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Oh, how sweet it is. SHOWBIZ` first look. "High School Musical" star, Vanessa Hudgens, working it as the brand-new Candies girl. Vanessa is taking over for another famous Candies girl, Britney Spears.

Vanessa`s Candies ads to debut in March, a busy month for Vanessa because she`s got, not one, but two new movies coming out in March.

Welcome become to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Carlos Diaz in Hollywood.

Today, the Kardashian body bomb shell. Kim and Kourtney Kardashian are known worldwide for their striking figures. Today, the Kardashian sisters are setting the record straight about those famous curves. Take a look at what they told CNN`s Piers Morgan.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: A lot of times, there`s a lot of plastic surgery rumors that swirl, and I`m the first one to be super-honest. And so everyone was talking about - saying that they must be, you know, fake.

MORGAN: Well, let`s just get to it, quick. Are they real?

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: They are real.

MORGAN: Completely 100 percent real?

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: They`re completely 100 percent real.

KIM KARDASHIAN: These babies are not real.

MORGAN: They are fake?

KIM KARDASHIAN: Yes.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: We`re very honest. So -

MORGAN: Do you have - you`ve had surgery?

KIM KARDASHIAN: Yes.

MORGAN: And you haven`t?

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: No. I`ve tried both times -

MORGAN: You just look like you must have.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: Oh, well - because, you know -

MORGAN: You look good.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: Thanks.

(CROSS TALK)

KIM KARDASHIAN: I used to make fun of her when we were little, and then I went and got surgery.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: I just saw a picture of myself when I was 13 or 14 years old in a bikini. And I think everyone got the picture.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: All right. I`ve hung out with Kim Kardashian and she is absolutely stunning, but do I really need to know she wears spanks? No, I don`t. It`s like pulling the curtain back on the Wizard of Oz.

All right. I want to bring in celebrity publicist, Marvet Britto. Marvet, has it now become part of the rules of being a celebrity that they need to divulge all the work they`ve had done?

MARVET BRITTO, CELEBRITY PUBLICIST: Only if your brand was built largely in part due to your assets. The Kardashians, particularly Kim, who is the anchor of the Kardashian brand, really was known largely in part due to her assets. So it`s no surprise that there will always be mystery around what`s real or what`s fake.

DIAZ: Well, it`s no secret that Kim Kardashian`s rise to fame started with a sex tape she made with her then-boyfriend. It was released. Now, Kim also spoke to Piers about how she dealt with that sex tape scandal. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN: You know, embarrassment and shame and so much that comes along with it. And I think that I was so lucky to find a boyfriend at that time in Reggie, that we were together for four years and that was something that really helped me through.

And he picked me up when I couldn`t pick myself up. And you know, that`s what my family was for as well. So I feel like I`ve dealt with it and now I move on from it. And I don`t really go there.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Dr. Ramani Durvasula is back with us. She is a psychologist on the Bravo series, "Intervention." Dr. Ramani, Kim is trying to put the whole sex tape thing behind her.

I think she`s done a pretty good job of it. But do you think she ever can really escape being defined as the girl who once started with a sex tape?

DURVASULA: Probably not. I mean, because her brand continue to be sex. I mean, she`s an incredibly sexy woman. So it`s not like she`s going to become a school teacher. She`s still a sexy lady. And as long as that was the origin of her career, this is how she`s going to keep playing it. It`s going to be hard to put that in the dust.

DIAZ: That`s a good point. All right. Another story today just in, is Elton John being censored? Outrage has erupted today over a Harp`s grocery store in Arkansas, which has covered up the brand-new issue of "Us Weekly" showing Elton John and his partner with their brand-new baby boy.

The censor cover says "family shield to protect young Harp shoppers." The store manager says customers complained about the cover so the manager placed the shield over it. That shield has now been removed.

And late today, the president of Harp`s grocery chain told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, quote, "Our true intention is not to offend anyone in our stores. And this incident happened at just one of our 65 locations, which, when brought to our attention, we reversed."

Here, Elton is just celebrating his new family and some people want to cover this family up out of respect to other families. Marvet, that does not really add up to me. What do you think?

BRITTO: I think that the gay and lesbian community is a growing part of our culture. But along with that is the right for some individuals who may not agree with the lifestyle to voice their displeasure.

So I think that it really is a boundary that some feel may have been crossed. But again, it`s a growing part of our culture.

But just like you have the right to really subscribe to whatever lifestyle you choose, I think individuals have the right to voice their displeasure.

DIAZ: Well, "Us Weekly" tells us today that they have not received a single negative response to the new cover. Look, I don`t have my head in the sand. I realize that gay marriage and adoption are diverse issues.

So Dr. Ramani, is it actually more shocking that this only happened in one store?

DURVASULA: I mean, it`s shocking that it happened at all. But I think it is shocking it only happened in one store, because I really think that, you know, calling it just about lifestyle and allowing this discrimination to continue is a real problem.

But I think, sadly, it`s a universal part of American culture, which is why we are having so much trouble doing this. But this just results in the generational transmission of homophobia and myths about gay families and all the - so it`s really upsetting when we call it a family shield.

DIAZ: Yes. But Marvet - we`ve got 30 seconds, Marvet, I mean, to me, you`re covering what`s going on a very happy baby.

BRITTO: Absolutely. I mean, it`s not our job to censor. I think freedom to express who you are and what your beliefs are has to be a part of our culture. And you know, so I think really you`re finding that when you chose to do will be manifested in your lifestyle and we have to embrace that.

DIAZ: All right. Marvet, Ramani, thank you, guys so much. I appreciate it. All right. Now, moving on, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" smackdown continues today. Camille versus Kyle.

And Kim and all the rich ladies of Beverly Hills have been fighting are calling each other all sorts of names all season long. And archrivals Camille and Kyle got into it again big time on the set of "Housewives," the reunion show. Check this out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What you heard was, why would anyone be interested in you without your big star husband?

CAMILLE GRAMMER, REALITY TV STAR, "REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS": That`s how it turned -

KYLE RICHARDS, REALITY TV STAR, "REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS": That`s how you felt, but I never said that. I never thought Kelsey would ever filmed in the show.

C. GRAMMER: Yes, but you were asking about -

RICHARDS: If your husband was a plumber, would it be normal if I said, "Is Bob coming here?"

C. GRAMMER: But you were asking about shooting in Hawaii, and why were they shooting me.

RICHARDS: I never said, "Why weren`t they shooting you," Camille. Why wouldn`t they shoot you? They were shooting six of us and I wanted you on the show. I wanted you on the show.

(CROSS TALK)

RICHARDS: (INAUDIBLE) buzz word of the moment, Camille, OK? Oh, bullies.

(CROSS TALK)

C. GRAMMER: And you`re starting the whole delusional thing so everybody in America thinks I`m delusional.

(CROSS TALK)

RICHARDS: No, because you say things that aren`t true, Camille.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Kyle Richards appeared on "Live with Regis and Kelly" this morning. And for the very first time, she reveals what`s really going on between her and Camille.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RICHARDS: We`re OK. We`re pretty good. You know, I mean - look, you know, we`re not like best friends by any means.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Yes. I don`t think they`re going to be going shopping any time together any time soon. I`m just saying. Camille wasn`t the only housewife star Kyle got into it with.

Kyle`s relationship with her sister, Kim, has been kind of shaky all season. Things turned real messy when Kyle called Kim an alcoholic.

Now, check out with Kyle says about their relationship today.

RICHARDS: We`re fine. We`re happy.

KELLY RIPA, CO-HOST, "LIVE WITH REGIS AND KELLY": I mean, you`ll always be sisters. There`s nothing you can do about it.

RICHARDS: I don`t think that we`ll fight like that again.
