ANDERSON (on-camera): Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. Regrets? He`s definitely had a few.
HAMMER: Oh, yes, Brooke, there are brand new revelations today all about Billy Cyrus` startling Hannah Montana misery. Miley Cyrus` dad just revealed that if he had to do it all over again, he would never have let Miley do the show and become the superstar she became saying it ripped his family apart, not to mention his concerns about how 18-year-old Miley seems to be turning into a party girl.

HAMMER (voice-over): It`s the Billy Ray bombshell. Country star, Billy Ray Cyrus, telling the new GQ magazine that Hannah Montana, the show he starred on with his daughter, Miley Cyrus, quote, "destroyed my family."
KEN BAKER, E! CHIEF NEWS CORRESPONDENT: For him to come out and say that Hannah Montana destroyed my family, that is a really strong statement.
HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that, today, the Cyrus Family is in crisis with Billy Ray saying the relationship with his daughter is strained. How did things go so wrong? Only SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can exclusively bring you this.

HAMMER (on-camera): It was February of 2006 when Miley and Billy Ray visited me right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Hannah Montana was about to debut just six weeks from then. And I found it hard not to be charmed by the father-daughter team. Miley was super excited to be working with her dad who would be playing, of course, her father on the show.

HAMMER: It`s so good to have you here. Welcome to the program.
MILEY CYRUS: Thank you.
HAMMER (voice-over): And Billy Ray was so proud to be introducing his little girl to show business.
BILLY RAY CYRUS: I just always love making music, you know, and to have the chance now to work with Miley and to be a part of the show and be a part of the Disney family.
HAMMER: But fast forward to today. Billy Ray is singing a very different tune about Hannah Montana. He tells GQ, I`ll tell you right now, the damn show destroyed my family
MILEY CYRUS: I`m going out with a ninth grader. Whoo!
BILLY RAY CYRUS: Don`t believe it because I`m not letting you go, Whoo!
HAMMER: Hannah Montana, which aired its final episode last month has helped make the now 18-year-old Miley Cyrus one of the most successful teen superstars ever. But she`s also become one of the most scandalous teen stars. Thanks to a steady stream of recent headlines about her alleged drinking, bong smoking, and her too racy for teen stage routine. Last year, her parents announced their split.
BAKER: What`s clear is that this is family that`s in crisis.
HAMMER: Back when Miley and Billy Ray visited me on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT in 2006, she told me the best part about going into show business was performing with her father.
MILEY CYRUS: It`s been great. I probably wouldn`t be here if it wasn`t for him after going --
HAMMER: I can assure you of that.
MILEY CYRUS: Yes. Seeing him on set and singing and once I got on stage with him, and I just knew that`s something I wanted to do. So, I really enjoy it, especially, getting to work with him.
HAMMER: And Billy Ray really seemed convinced his daughter was ready for the big time.
BILLY RAY CYRUS: She writes her own songs. She`s the real deal.
HAMMER: But in his brand new interview out today, now, Billy Ray tells GQ once Hannah Montana made Miley a star and she started making headlines with her wild behavior, Miley`s handlers started interfering with their father- daughter relationship. He tells GQ, quote, "The business was driving a wedge between us. Some of the handlers are perhaps more interested in handling Miley`s money than her safety and her career."
BAKER: He`s desperately trying to get closer to his daughter and to exert some sort of control.
HAMMER: And in the new GQ, Billy Ray says, "If he had it to do all over again, there would be no Hannah Montana. Yes, I`d take it back in a second for my family to be here and just be everybody OK, safe and sound and happy and normal would have been fantastic. Heck, yes. I`d erase it all in a second, if I could." This morning on the "Today" show, GQ`s Devon Gordon, revealed the Billy Ray interview was supposed to focus on his music and no one expected him to talk so openly about Miley.
DEVIN GORDON, SENIOR EDITOR, GQ MAGAZINE: It was clear to the reporter on the piece that Billy had something he wanted to get off his chest.
BILLY RAY CYRUS: She`s got some great music ahead of her.
HAMMER: And to see Billy Ray go from such optimism to such bitterness about his little girl`s stardom is another cautionary tale about fame, and how it can tear families apart.

ANDERSON: Yes. Tear families apart, indeed, unfortunately. So, here`s our "Showbiz Flashpoint." Now that Miley Cyrus` dad says he regret letting Miley do Hannah Montana, is it just too little too late?
With me right now in Hollywood for a very special newsmaker interview, Camille Grammer, who stars on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and in just a moment, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT will be breaking some huge news about Camille that is going to be making headlines everywhere.
All right. It really is amazing to me what a difference five years makes since Miley`s interview with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Back then, her father had such high hopes for Miley and her career, and now, he regrets so much. Camille, it`s very sad to me. It`s heart wrenching. Do you think it`s too little too late?
CAMILLE GRAMMER, "THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS": You know, hindsight is 20/20. You know, you never know what`s going to happen. She`s done really well. And I`m sure I`m going to have to go through this myself with my own daughter, she`s already asking me.
ANDERSON: Does she have showbiz aspirations?
GRAMMER: Yes, and of course, I don`t want to squash her dreams, but yet, I want to protect her.
ANDERSON: It`s a difficult situation to be in as a parent. And, you know, Miley is 18 years old now. She can do what she wants, make her own decisions, but you never stop being a parent no matter how old.
GRAMMER: Absolutely.
ANDERSON: A.J., what do you think? Too little too late?
HAMMER (on-camera): Oh, I think as Camille said, hindsight is 20/20, and I think when you look back at the place Billy Ray was in when they started that show, how could they have passed up that opportunity? Seemed like a great move. I doubt they ever would have imagined it would become, and Miley would become the phenomenon that they did. So, no, not too little, too late necessarily, but I agree with you, Brooke, it is sad to have such regret about something that started out with such promise, such enthusiasm.
ANDERSON: Absolutely.
HAMMER: But right now, I do want to move on to Charlie Sheen`s brand new interview today with the "Dan Patrick Show." I believe this is quite possibly the closest Charlie has ever come to possibly admitting that it was a good thing someone stepped in when CBS shut down production of "Two and a Half Men" a few weeks ago, after Charlie`s reported porn star bender. Listen to what Charlie said.

CHARLIE SHEEN, ACTOR: People need to understand how supremely grateful I am that somebody stepped in here, basically, Viacom showed up at my house and said, dude, dude, it`s getting really obvious, and we`re really worried about you. We don`t give a rat`s tooey (ph) about the show, we care about your health. We have to shut it down. And this is the only person in my life with the power to do this. And for that, I`m supremely grateful.

HAMMER: So, he`s acknowledging gratitude there. Camille Grammer, you dealt with a very similar situation when you were married to Kelsey Grammer while he was shooting his hit show "Frazier." I remember, they had to shut down production as he was dealing with his own addiction issues, and as we know, he did eventually go to rehab. Charlie doesn`t think he needs the forced hiatus that`s going on right now. Camille, based on your experience with Kelsey, do you think this is the best thing that ever happened to Charlie?
GRAMMER: Absolutely. Absolutely. I mean, since I went through this with Kelsey, it saved Kelsey`s life, and I think it going to save Charlie`s life, too. I mean, I think, you know, a person`s life is much more important than a TV show at this point. And I`m glad he`s getting the help, and he recognizes it and admits to it, too.
HAMMER: And the fact that, you know, the almighty dollar is what we all think is ruling here but, it does sound like he, at least, believes that his show and the people behind "Two and a Half Men" are more concerned with him than about the money right now. Is that how you see it?
GRAMMER: I believe so. I`m sure of it, yes. I`m pretty sure of it.
HAMMER: Camille, I got to tell you. Let`s move on from that to something that we`re very excited. I know Brooke Anderson, I`m speaking for you, as well. We are thrilled. Let`s do it. We`re going to break big news about Camille Grammer on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT right now.

HAMMER: I mean, everybody is very excited about that here. Camille, you`re going to be joining us exclusively live from the Oscars. We`re going to be on at 7:00 p.m. eastern on CNN. We`ll be live on HLN at 11:00 p.m. eastern. How pumped up are you? You pick out your dress yet?
GRAMMER: No, I haven`t got my dress yet, but I`m pumped and I`m so excited, A.J. This is going to be a thrill of the lifetime for me to work with you and Brooke.
ANDERSON: You`re always so impeccably dressed. I actually can`t wait to see what you`re going to be wearing, Camille. Are you starting to choose?
GRAMMER: I`m starting.
ANDERSON: Do you have stylists and designers?
GRAMMER: We`re working on it.

GRAMMER: Yes, it is.
ANDERSON: What are you most excited about? What do you want to see at the Oscars?
GRAMMER: Oh, everything. Everything about the Oscars is amazing.
ANDERSON: It is.
GRAMMER: Everything. It`s a special event.
ANDERSON: We can`t wait, right, A.J.?
HAMMER: Oh, we absolutely can`t wait. And, you know, we know Camille certainly from seeing her on her reality show, she`s somebody who calls it like she seize it. And that is a very important quality on Oscar night. So, Camille, again, thank you so much. We`re thrilled that you`re going to be with us and you definitely don`t want to miss Camille not only on Oscar night, but also guest starting on "Bleep My Dad Says" on Thursday night.

ANDERSON (on-camera): Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood, A.J. Hammer in New York.
HAMMER (on-camera): And today, its brand new Janet Jackson confessions, Brooke. HLN anchor, Richelle Carey, just went one-on one-with Janet who`s telling all her new book, "True You." Now, Janet says since Michael`s death, she has listened to Michael`s music but hasn`t found enough strength to watch "This Is It." Of course, that`s the documentary that showed Michael`s last days as he rehearsed for his concert tour.
Richelle is joining us now for a showbiz newsmaker interview from Atlanta. Richelle, congratulations on just an amazing interview. Great access to Janet Jackson. I want to take a look at what Janet told you about her reluctance to watch Michael in "This Is It." Let`s roll that.

JACKSON: But someday, I know I will be able to, and it wasn`t healthy not to. A year had passed and I still hadn`t -- just to hear, just to hear his voice. And a day doesn`t go by where I don`t think about him, not one single day.

HAMMER: You can really hear the pain in Janet`s voice and you see it in her face. Richelle, did you get the feeling at all that Janet is finally now coming to terms with Michael`s death?
RICHELLE CAREY, HLN ANCHOR: I did a bit because she even said that she knew that it wasn`t healthy, A.J., that she wasn`t able to watch anything he had done, so, she still hasn`t watched "This Is It," but she talks about really, you know, just recently being able to watch his videos, but she said herself, she knew it was not healthy. That she wasn`t able to do that. So, the fact that she can do it now, to me, means that she seems to be trying to push forward as much as possible.
I mean, she`s talking about this in a way that anybody would, A.J., who lost somebody, when you don`t want to go into their room or you don`t want to, you know, look at things that remind you of them, but there`s so much Michael out there from decades and decades of performing. It`s very difficult for it not to be right in her face.
HAMMER: Yes. Grief is grief, but again, Michael Jackson is everywhere. And, of course, the saga continues. I`m sure the whole family, Janet included, is bracing for the upcoming manslaughter trial of Michael`s doctor, Conrad Murray. And I found it fascinating what she told you about how she feels about all the stories about her family still hitting her so hard. Let`s roll that.

HAMMER: And, again, you really get the sense of the hurt just from her expression, from her voice. Richelle, we`re going to see your whole amazing interview on Sunday in a special on HLN at 7:00 and 10:00 p.m. eastern. What, for you, was the most memorable moment sitting there with Janet?
CAREY: When we talked about -- a couple things. When we talked about -- it`s not new that she has a difficult relationship with her father, I think, most people know that. I think what people don`t know is the one time that he hit her was when she had just gotten out of the bathtub, A.J. She`s soaking wet, and she says that her father whipped her. I don`t mean like a spanking that some of us had got. I mean, a whipping where she said she had welts left over from this, and it`s the only time her father hit her.
She doesn`t even remember what caused it, but, wow, I mean, that`s something that a lot of people can`t relate to necessarily something like that because it`s much more than spanking. And she also talked about her weight struggles, which we`ve heard a little bit, but you have to hear how she admits to abusing laxatives as well. She told me a lot more than I expected. She was very open.

ANDERSON (on-camera): Christina Applegate`s baby miracle. After an incredible recovery from breast cancer and a double mastectomy, Christina Applegate is now showing off for the first time today her bouncing baby girl, Sadie Grace. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT obtained an advance issue today of this breaking news story in the upcoming issue of "People" magazine.
Here in a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsmaker interview is Blaine Zuckerman, who`s a staff writer for "People" magazine. And Blaine, I was really struck by how open Christina was with her struggles and how she said her daughter, "Sadie," is her new beginning.
BLAINE ZUCKERMAN, STAFF WRITER, PEOPLE MAGAZINE: Yes. Basically, after being, you know, suffering breast cancer, her whole life was in a really rough spot for a while, and this whole experiences changed everything. And she really said, the moment it all changed was, actually, when she held her child against her breast. It had been really tough for her because she was really uncomfortable having undergone a double mastectomy. She said, at that moment, though, the skin to skin, everything changed.
ANDERSON: Everything. I had tears in my eyes when she said how liberating it was to let her hospital gown fall to the side after she`d been so reluctant and self-conscious about that and hold her newborn child to her chest. So, it was so meaningful. And we`re looking at the beautiful pictures of Christina with Sadie on the cover of "People" magazine and inside. And surprisingly, Christina said that her history was breast cancer was not an obstacle to conceiving but, Blaine, that, did not mean that there weren`t big risk, right?
ZUCKERMAN: That`s correct. She does carry the genetic mutation, which predisposes one to both ovarian and breast cancer. And when one is pregnant, that can increase her chances through all those hormonal surges of, you know, contracting cancer again. But fortunately, she said, she followed whatever her doctors said, and she let them do the worrying, and she really just enjoyed her pregnancy.
ANDERSON: She said, ah, let the doctor sprit (ph). I`m going to enjoy this.
ZUCKERMAN: She said ignorance is bliss.
ANDERSON: Good for her. Well, you know, she did have a double mastectomy a few years ago. And after her difficult time, her battle with breast cancer, I was surprised to hear her talk so openly about how she was unable to breast feed. That was a tough thing for her.
ZUCKERMAN: Yes, it was really difficult, because, you know, like many new mothers, they`re in the hospital and there`s a different round of nurses every few minutes, it seems like, and they would come in and say, would you like to breast feed? And unfortunately, that was not option for her. So, that was difficult (ph), but now, she`s just so happy to have a healthy baby.
ANDERSON: Congratulations to her. There`s nothing like a mother`s love and bond that she has with her new baby. Blaine Zuckerman, thank you so much.

ANDERSON (voice-over): Fantasia`s Grammy boycott bombshell. Fantasia Barrino has just blasted the Grammys for excluding her from the opening tribute to Aretha Franklin. In a brand new interview with BET, Barrino reveals she missed picking up her own award on purpose.
VOICE OF FANTASIA BARRINO, SINGER: They were honoring somebody who is my idol, Aretha Franklin. There`s no way I could have sat there and not got the happy feet and wanting to jump on the mic because she`s my favorite. So, I felt like, you know, at the end of the day, I should have been on that stage.
ANDERSON: Liam`s last moments with Natasha. Liam Neeson is opening up for the very first time about his final emotional moments with his wife, Natasha Richardson, just before she died suddenly from a brain hemorrhage in 2009. Neeson tells Esquire how raw and angry he was when medical staff at a Canadian hospital prevented him from seeing her, saying, "I`ve come all this way, and they won`t let me see her. Then, looking past them, starting to push. I`m like expletive. I know my wife`s back there some place"
Once inside, he says, these young doctors who look all of 18 years of age, they tell me the worst. The worst.
Kourtney K`s engaging confusion? "Life and Style Weekly" just reported Kourtney Kardashian`s her boyfriend, Scott Disick pops the questioned and she said yes. But late today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned Kourtney was the last to know. She hit Twitter saying, quote, "Wow. Where do the mags come up with this stuff? And claiming exclusives? Come on now." But seconds later, the tweet was mysteriously deleted.

ANDERSON (on-camera): Talk about Kardashian confusion, I can tell you that a couple of hours after Kourtney`s tweet disappeared today, it mysteriously reappeared. So, the big question is not are they or aren`t they, it`s should they on reality TV. And I`ve got someone here who can answer that very question.
Camille Grammer, one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," just a short time ago, we broke big news today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that Camille will be our fashion and celebrity commentator on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s live red carpet special at the Oscars. GRAMMER: Thank you. I`m excited. We`re going to have a lot of fun.
ANDERSON: It`s going to be really fun. And you know, we`ve watched you "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." We watched your painful split from Kelsey Grammer plate out on television. I know that was very difficult for you, and now, here we hear these reports about Kourtney Kardashian possibly getting engaged, the Kourtney and Kim promos, suggest where it might be happening.
Now, given what you`ve been through with reality television, how difficult that part was for you, is it smart to let this play out on TV?
GRAMMER: I guess, it`s a personal preference. I mean, me, personally, I found it very difficult to play out my personal life on television. And I`m very passionate about this because, you know, I don`t -- I wouldn`t do it again. That`s the advice I would give to her.
ANDERSON: You took a break from the show for a couple weeks I read in an interview you did.
GRAMMER: Absolutely.
ANDERSON: And Kelsey actually encouraged you to come back to the show. That`s interesting to me. He really wanted you to fulfill your commitment?
GRAMMER: Once it`s filmed, it`s there forever.
ANDERSON: Right.
GRAMMER: And you know, the good times are great to watch and the hard times, you know, when you have to relive them can be uneasy.
ANDERSON: Yes, you definitely don`t want have to relive on those as well (ph). I think that the more, you know, that Kourtney and Scott put out there, maybe the more they`re going to fuel speculation about their relationship. But I do have to move on now because there`s more big reality news today. Former real housewives star, Bethenny Frankel, is revealing today that she was obsessed with being thin. A.J., what is she saying?
HAMMER: Well, Brooke, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT obtained an advance issue today of the new "Us Weekly" magazine. So, we put up the cover here. Look at this. It reads "I was obsessed with being thin." Bethenny Frankel admitting she`s had a lifetime of body image issues. In the brand new interview, listen to what she`s saying, "|I wanted to be thin. I wanted it to be as easy for me as it was for my mother. She was never on a diet, and I always was until my early 30s. I spent my entire life being obsessed with dieting."
Now, Bethenny, I think has a lot riding on her skinny girl products and her whole brand. Camille, what do you think? Is it a bad idea for her to reveal past issues with being skinny obsessed given that she`s building this entire brand on being a healthy role model?
GRAMMER: No. I think there are a lot of pressures out there for us, women, to be a certain weight or size, and I commend her for acknowledging it and talking about it. Good for Bethenny.
ANDERSON: I agree. It`s really, really -- I really admire her for being so candid and forthcoming about what she has dealt with. And Camille, I have to say you are one busy lady. I got to talk to you about your brand new gig. You`re guest starting Thursday night on the huge CBS hit show " Bleep My Dad Says." You play a divorced reality show star named Camille. So, I guess, Art (ph) is imitating life here, but why don`t we take a look at a quick clip.

ANDERSON: We`re survivors. That`s very funny. You`re definitely poking fun at yourself here. Did it feel good to kind of spoof yourself in a way?
GRAMMER: Absolutely. It was a lot of fun. Obviously, I`m playing a parody of myself. I love what the writers did with the character. And also, what I love is it kind of lampoons the whole reality genre. So, I think the viewers that watch reality TV will really love this. It`s a lot of fun.
ANDERSON: Were you hesitant to play a reality TV divorcee or did you just jump right in head first?
GRAMMER: No, I had fun with it. I can make fun of myself, and I had a really good time doing so.
ANDERSON: Well, we can`t wait to watch it because your guest appearance on "Bleep My Dad Says" airs Thursday at 8:30 p.m. on CBS. And of course, there`s also the news we broke today that Camille is going to be our fashion and celebrity commentator. ANDERSON: Me, too. And I think, you know, she`s very pregnant at this point. So, a lot of people are interested to see her maternity style and maybe what she comes up with. How would you describe her in her style? I think she`s very classic.
GRAMMER: Very elegant, very classic. A young Audrey Hepburn. Yes. I think of (INAUDIBLE) Tiffany`s.
ANDERSON: Ah, very good description. Camille Grammer, good to see you. Thank you so much for joining us.

ANDERSON (on-camera): A.J., Jennifer just turned 42 a few days ago, but she`s making a stunning confession today that she hates that her age is always the center of attention. I mean, you`ve seen the headlines, Jen smoking hot for over 40, Jennifer Aniston sexy and single and over 40. Well, this morning, Jen bonded with Rachel Ray on her show about the relentless over 40 labeling in Hollywood. Watch.

RACHELLE RAY, HOST: Because I am over 40, people do not stop asking me, you know, when are you going to have kids? How come you don`t have kids? You know, it makes you a little grumpy around the edges.
ANISTON: Because all of a sudden, you`re labeled, you`re a number as opposed to -- it wasn`t like so you`re 30 plus or 30 something.
RAY: There`s still time.
ANISTON: All of a sudden it`s like, wow, for your age not so bad. It`s like what?

ANDERSON: And that leads to our "Showbiz Flashpoint." Does Jennifer have a right to be ticked about the obsession with her age? TV host, Lauren Lake, over to you now, what do you think?
LAUREN LAKE, TV HOST AND AUTHOR: You know what, I feel like I understand how she feels. It`s a qualifier. I get that when people say, you look great after having your baby. It`s like, can I just look great? Are you trying to say I`m chunky but still a little bit cute, you know? So, I understand it, but I think she`s being a little bit oversensitive. I`m 41 going on 42, when people say I look good, I take it.
ANDERSON: Girl, you look great, period. That`s what I`m going to say, all right, Lauren? Celebrity publicist, Marvet Britto, is here now. Marvet, what do you think. Does Jennifer have a right to be ticked?
MARVET BRITTO, CELEBRITY PUBLICIST, THE BRITTO AGENCY: I think she does. There`s a misconception in a myth that once a woman is over 40, that`s her value. That, you know, her equity is not there the way it once was. I think that no one wants to continue to hear your age. It really is a number. And I think women are taking much better care of themselves now and really being more mindful of knowing that age is an issue.
I think they`re really coming into their own once they reach 40. And you look at Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Melissa Leo, so many actresses over 40 are looking amazing and doing a great job in their performances. So, I think it`s a non-issue.
ANDERSON: Yes, no kidding. 20, 30, 40, 50, it doesn`t matter. Whatever it is, the girl`s doing well. She`s happy, and she does look fantastic.
I got to move now, though, to Whoopi Goldberg`s huge apology. A.J., this was really a shock today.
HAMMER: Yes, and Whoopi looks great, too, by the way, and she`s over 40, but that has nothing to do with why she looks great, but yes, she`s gone ballistic on "The View" accusing the "New York Times" of sloppy journalism for leaving her out of an article that was all about African-Americans would won Oscars. Well, "The Times" fired back.
They said, the article was, as they put it, misread. And on "View" this morning, Whoopi made a shocking admission that, yes, she may have misread the article and she apologized. Roll that.

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, HOST: I personally found the article really confusing, and as I said, I was also quite hurt that Cuba Gooding, Jr., Louis Gossett Jr., and myself were not included in this expose about Black Hollywood, but for saying it was shabby (ph) reported, I apologize, "New York Times."

HAMMER: All right. There she is saying she`s sorry. Lauren Lake, to our "Showbiz Flashpoint," the next one up, does Whoopi have anything to apologize about?
LAKE: Kudos to her for being big enough to apologize. However, I would say, those of us who support and love Whoopi Goldberg, we`re still faulty (ph) that she didn`t get that after when she was in the color purple, and so, if Whoopi is going to go off, we`re going with her. She apologized, and that`s OK, too.
HAMMER: What do you think, Marvet? Did she have to apologize?
BRITTO: I don`t think so. I think the "New York Times" is one of the most credible publications, and I really think that (INAUDIBLE) hurt her, and I think she had the right to expresser her view on it. Only four African- American women have won. So, to omit Whoopi, who was nominated twice --
HAMMER: But again, if that wasn`t her point, I think, you know, the fact that she owned up to choosing them of sloppy journalism saying, maybe, that wasn`t the right move. You know, good for her for at least doing that. I do want to move on now to big Halle Berry news that`s breaking today. Brooke, I hope this one is true.
ANDERSON: Yes, me, too, A.J. Radar Online reports today that Halle Berry and the father of their child had declared a truce in their nasty custody battle. And this is one that really got nasty very, very quickly. Halle reportedly accused her ex, Gabriel Aubrey, of being an unfit dad. There had been reports that Halle had left wild rants on Gabriel`s voicemail. Lauren, I am really hoping these reported true holes (ph), but do you think that we`ve heard the last of the war between Halle and her ex?
LAKE: If my lawyer tells me right, I doubt it. However, at the end of the day, the court could care less about all of these goings on between these two. The best interest of the child is their main concern and best interest of the child is for their parents to get along.
ANDERSON: Absolutely. Marvet, do you think we`ve heard the last of it?
BRITTO: I don`t we`ve heard the last of it, but hopefully, they`ll keep the matter private because it really is about their child, and it`s not about this being a public debate.
ANDERSON: Yes, that sweet two and a half-year-old girl is the top priority, and they both have said that. So, maybe, the truth will hold going forward. Lauren Lake, Marvet Britto, thank you both.
HAMMER: Well, this just in today, Canadian, Justin Bieber takes on the U.S. health care system?

Well, apparently, slam health care. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT just received an advanced copy of the brand new issue of "Rolling Stone" magazine. In it, Bieber blasts U.S. health care.
Listen to what he says. "You guys are evil. Canada is the best country in the world. We go to the doctor, and we don`t need to worry about paying him. But here, your whole life, you`re being broke because of medical bills." Here comes the Bieber controversy. HAMMER: A helmet that shaves your head? Well, millions and millions of people couldn`t believe their eyes when they saw the shocking video of a guy getting a hair cut from a head shaving helmet. Could this be the next great invention or is it a big old fake? Here`s CNNs Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

MOOS: Want to shave your head without lifting a finger?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So, this is a shaving helmet. Mounted on Teflon coated, aluminum rails (INAUDIBLE).
MOOS: Some of the us in the media, it was a close shave.
This one I believe for about 10 seconds.
They tested on a guy.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How does it feel?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Little strange.
MOOS: And when the helmet comes off --
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Next. Wow. Nice. It looks smooth.
MOOS: Oh, it`s smooth all right, a smooth fake thanks to a pair of twins?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE)
MOOS: It looks too small.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I think you have a big head.
MOOS: While the camera panned away for 15 seconds --
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Are you shaving it manually?
MOOS: When who had hair was replaced by the twin whose head was already shaved. The switch-a-hoo is revealed in the follow-up video, the making of the shaving helmet.
MOOS (on-camera): Now, you think of this as a viral marketing touchdown, correct?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s correct.
MOOS (voice-over): A touchdown because it spread globally from websites to TV.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You put your head in this thing --
MOOS: Sure, lots of folks didn`t fall for it. Step its wondered where does the hair go?
It`s basically a hoax.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, it is, but we find that you have to go to extremes to get attention.
MOOS: Just as a company marketing water repellant shoes (ph) did when created a viral video showing guys running on water. It turns out they were running on a wooden walkway beneath the surface, and this water slide known as Mega Whoosh (ph) supposed sent a slider air born into a tiny pool. The Discovery Show meet Bustard (ph) busted that myth by recreating it.
A marketing company confessed it was digital magic done for Microsoft Germany. The shaving helmet, it turns out, was aimed of promoting a company called head blade, and you better not put that helmet on while it`s turned on or it could get scout.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Never, ever believe a video in YouTube because it`s (INAUDIBLE) true.
MOOS: His and Kenny Ruca (ph) say even their mom thought the shaving helmet was real.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She had no idea that we switched. She thought it was just Kenny and I was like, no, mom, that`s both of us.
MOOS: And even added a mole to keep so he`d match Kenny. Holy Molly. Steve (ph) is no longer believing.
This is making like little atomic noises.
