THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (voice-over): Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen, when train wrecks collide. Lindsay`s unbelievable Letterman fiasco explodes today.

DAVID LETTERMAN, HOST: So, it turns out I was duped.

HAMMER: Did Lindsay`s father sabotage her? And Lindsay, Charlie Sheen has some advice for you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (on-camera): Wait a minute, did we just say Charlie Sheen?

BROOKE ANDERSON, HOST: The world according to Bieber.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON (voice-over): Justin`s exclusive tape today on abortion. Our "Showbiz Flashpoint," will Bieber`s words backfire?

HAMMER (voice-over): The Kardashian`s $65 million secret revealed today inside the Kardashian empire.

ANDERSON: And wow! We`ve got JWoww. Is she really leaving "Jersey Shore?" It`s the headline making showbiz news making interview you will see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (on-camera): TV`s most provocative entertainment news show --

ANDERSON (on-camera): Breaks news right now.

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. When train wreck collide.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. This could be the rehab match up of the decade. Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan. Not in rehab together, but today, Charlie Sheen is actually offering his advice to Lindsay. But, wait, there`s more. A legal fiasco that has David Letterman caught in the middle today. So let me see. You got David Letterman, you got Lindsay Lohan and a side order of Charlie Sheen to go. Hey, let`s serve it up, why don`t we?

With me right now in New York, Michael Billy who`s the TV and radio host. Also with me in New York, the great Jane Velez-Mitchell, host of "Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell" right here on HLN. Well, there was really great confusion across the land, nay the world, after David Letterman announced Lindsay would be coming to do his show on the top ten list, but, Lindsay sent out a tweet saying, no, not happening. No Letterman appearance for me and that led to Dave revealing on his show he was duped. Duped, I tell you. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LETTERMAN: Last week, I did a thing on the Grammys with the top ten list, and there was a Lindsay Lohan joke about her stealing a Grammy award.

(LAUGHTER)

LETTERMAN: The next day, I get a call and it`s a guy and he says, Lindsay thought the joke was hilarious because she wants to be on your show. And I said great! Great! So, I called the patoketen (ph) publicity, and I said get the press release out immediately. So, she shoots it right out, it goes around the world. People are saying, are you kidding me? This is going to be fantastic. This is going to be like the Super Bowl.

(LAUGHTER)

LETTERMAN: Lindsay Lohan is going to be with a live satellite kind of a thing, and then Lindsay Lohan says, oh, you know, none of that`s happening. I don`t know what`s going on. It`s not true. And so, it turns out I was duped. And by the way, now, I need to apologize to the Lindsay Lohan family. I hope I didn`t embarrass you, Lindsay, and your family.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. I don`t think that`s actually possible, but Letterman didn`t reveal who the man was, that called him, in the first place, but Lindsay`s dad, Michael, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT it was him, and Michael claims that people connected to Lindsay put the kibosh on it. Well, Jane, I look at all this, and I`m thinking something really stinks here. What the heck do you think happened?

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": Well, listen, I think Michael Lohan`s heart is in the right place, but this was a bad decision. Sorry, I can`t be with you on this one, Michael. I mean, come on. First of all, this case is still in the court system. This could majorly P.O. the judge. Am I allowed to say that on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT?

HAMMER: Sure. There`s --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes. I mean, come on.

(CROSSTALK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: So, you`re going on national television to joke about it? Imagine how the court system is going to react to that. The second thing is, this is the rap on Lindsay, that she doesn`t take anything seriously, that she feels she`s entitled, that she feels she`s special, that anything she wants, she`s going to take it. I want this pen, I`m going to take it.

HAMMER: Give me my pen back.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: You loaned it to me, and I`m too busy to return it.

HAMMER: I mean, here`s the thing, I`m all for being self-effacing, having a joke at your own expense, but you know, there is a court case involved here, as you said. So, it`s a whole different ball of wax. And as Michael tells it, and this is actually a pretty funny premise, he suggested to Lindsay that she deliver a fake Grammy to Letterman as a joke, and Michael said that she actually loved the idea.

Look, regardless of the truth here, as funny as it would have been, I`m with Jane. I`m thinking Lindsay going on TV to joke about stealing something when she`s up on felony theft charges for allegedly stealing something, not a bright idea. Michael Billy, are you with us?

MICHAEL BILLY, TV AND RADIO HOST: I`m not with you. I got to say, I`m sorry, I have been the number one person who wanted Lindsay to go out of rehab and get better, but she`s not in that business. She`s in the business of PR. She has had so much negative press. If she`s going to joke around about her life in the press all negative, then, why not make an appearance on David Letterman. I`m sorry, I`m just not concerned with her well being anymore.

HAMMER: But she`s going to get past it. In order to get past it, she has to actually get through this court case without anymore drama.

BILLY: It`s not going to happen. She`s not going to get past it. I`m sorry, I have to give up. I want the face (ph), too.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: She`s not a person who had one indiscretion. This is the story of her life, and she`s got to start taking it seriously. Making a joke on Letterman is the antithesis of taking it seriously.

BILLY: She will have no career. If she needs to, at least, be in the public eye in a positive way. The only thing she can do is make an appearance.

HAMMER: The idea of her having a career at this point is a little moot, anyway. Brooke Anderson off to you. Was this an inspired idea in your mind or it was kind of dumb?

ANDERSON: Well, I agree with Michael that, you know, her public image has taken a beating lately, and she really has nobody to blame but herself, so maybe, a little self-deprecating humor would do her some good. But on the other hand, you know, if it`s to her detriment, if it would take some time away from her rehabilitation, working to heal, I actually don`t think she should force it. So, I`m a little bit on the fence, A.J.

But we do have more Lindsay drama today. And Charlie Sheen, of all people, is in the middle of it. Charlie is unloading advice for Lindsay, and I`m going to get to that part in just a moment, but first, you`ve got to hear Charlie revealing for the very first time in this bombshell interview with radio host, Dan Patrick, just how bad things got. And, if he was ever drunk at work on the set of "Two and a Half Men." Listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

VOICE OF CHARLIE SHEEN, ACTOR: The shape I was showing up in was epic, was beyond comprehension.

DAN PATRICK, RADIO HOST: Were you drunk on the set doing the show?

SHEEN: Never been drunk, never been high on the set once, but, would show up having not slept much, doing a network run through a national director, Jamie Widows (ph) huge shout out, best guy alive, to move my mark a little built just so I could be nice to a piece of furniture or table --

PATRICK: So, could you lean on it?

SHEEN: Yes, so I wouldn`t fall over.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: All right. He`s admitting publicly, for the very first time, that he came to work not in the best of shape. Jane, you are very open about you are a reformed alcoholic. Explain to me how Charlie could even function.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, look, clearly, if you need to be propped up with a table, you are in serious trouble if you`re showing up at work. I`m near a table right now. You remove that table, I will still remain standing. Charlie Sheen cannot say that. And here`s the thing about alcoholics and addicts when in their disease, they always brag about, I showed up at work. I never missed a day of work. Well, sometimes, you should miss a day of work if you cannot stand on your two feet.

ANDERSON: Yes. And it`s time to kind of stop joking about all of it. And also, in this new interview that Charles she does, he basically said he loves being a drinker, loves getting blitzed, which is why we were really shocked to hear him giving advice to, of all people, Lindsay Lohan. I couldn`t believe it. Listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PATRICK: So, what`s your one piece of advice if I have Lindsay Lohan on?

SHEEN: Um, work on your impulse control. Just try to think things through a little bit before you do them. Now, check it, I was not there in the store, the necklace, the thing, some bracelet, who cares. I mean, it`s -- it`s -- they just -- they`re so desperate to vilify without fact, you know?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I`m thinking if Charlie Sheen thinks you`re too impulsive, you probably have a problem. Michael, Charlie should take his own advice a little bit, though, too, right?

BILLY: Oh, absolutely. I mean, look at it this way, it`s all deflection. Addiction and alcoholics are good at one thing, deflection. I was on a radio show and hosting a TV show, and at the same time, I was a blackout drunk. I would throw up in a plastic bag before I got into the studio. So, it`s completely possible to live both lives, and it`s a life of shame. Stop deflecting. Look yourself in the mirror, Charlie, and say to yourself, leave your house and go to rehab.

ANDERSON: Yes. And he also revealed in this brand new interview that the bosses of his show basically showed up at his house, told him to straighten up, and he`s grateful for that. So, I think, you know, maybe this new revelation could be a small step in the right direction. He is admitting. He needed a time-out. We`re going to leave it there for now. Michael Billy, Jane Velez-Mitchell, thank you.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Thanks, Brooke.

BILLY: Thanks.

ANDERSON: And now, we want to hear from you. It is our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. Who do you think will turn things around first? Lindsay Lohan or Charlie Sheen? Vote at CNN.com/showbiztonight with always (ph) e-mail, too. Our address, showbiztonight@cnn.com.

HAMMER: All right. We`ve got to move on because we have to get to the world according to Bieber.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (voice-over): Justin`s explosive take today on abortion. Huh? Our "Showbiz Flashpoint," will Bieber`s words backfire?

ANDERSON (voice-over): The Kardashian`s $65 million secret revealed today. We are going inside the Kardashian empire.

And, wow! I`ve got JWoww. Is she really leaving "Jersey Shore?"

There have been reports that you and Snooki might do a show together.

JWOWW, REALITY TV STAR: Yes.

ANDERSON: Will we see a Snooki and JWoww collaboration?

It`s my headline making showbiz newsmaker interview you will see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (on-camera): Time for the "Showbiz News Ticker," these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom, making news today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON (on-camera): Hey, we welcome you back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood, A.J. Hammer in New York.

HAMMER: And there`s big news breaking in the buzz today. It`s now up to the prosecutors will they move forward in a multi-million dollar alleged extortion case against Mel Gibson`s ex.

A "Jersey Shore" engagement shocker, and today, well, the cast of "Glee" can say it`s good to be king.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): "Glee" dethrones the king. The "Glee" cast can now claim the history making title of most singles on the Bill Board top 100 charts, a crown previously held by the king himself, Elvis Presley. "Glee" now has 113 entries on the chart beating the Elvis record by 5.

"Jersey Shore`s" engagement shocker. Ex-Jersey Shore bad girl, Angelina Pivarnick`s boyfriend has just popped the question in public, and she said yes. David Kovacks got down on one knee to make the surprise proposal in front of paparazzi on the red carpet for a fashion week event. Angelina left "Jersey Shore" after two volatile seasons and a fist fight with Snooki. No word from her ex-housemates on the happy news but fist pumps all around.

Bad Mel, case closed? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has just learned the investigation into Mel Gibson`s explosive extortion case against ex- girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva is over. Detectives in Los Angeles just finished the investigation, and the case was sent to prosecutors. Prosecutors are reviewing the case to decide how they want to proceed in his other child custody and domestic violence cases. Detectives were investigating Mel`s charge Grigorieva tried to extort him with recordings she made of his cell phone calls.

Well, now, the prosecutors have the case. Should Mel be worried? Should Oksana be worried? The claims that Oksana tried to extort Mel, of course, came after those now infamous angry phone recordings of Mel were leaked. I want to bring in family attorney, Vikki Ziegler. Vicky, from everything you`ve heard, what do you think? Should Oksana be worried at this point?

(END VIDEOTAPE)

VIKKI ZIEGLER, FAMILY ATTORNEY: I think everybody should be worried, A.J. I think, at this point, there is so much evidence. We`ve heard, certainly, the tapes, but there`s so much we haven`t seen, we haven`t heard. They have seized her computer, e-mails. We don`t really exactly know how much physical evidence there is. So, as it relates to the extortion claim, I think it`s questionable at best. I think Mel should be very concerned about the domestic abuse charges as well.

HAMMER: Yes. I want to talk about that in just a second, but you make a terrific point that there is so much more obviously out there than we`re aware of. I would have to imagine Mel Gibson right now would be on pins and needles today wondering if he`s going to be charged with domestic violence. Remember, on those infamous tapes, Oksana claims he hit her and their daughter. Let`s listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You hit me and you hit her while she was in my hands. Mel, you are losing your mind. You need medication.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You need a (EXPLETIVE DELETED). Kick up a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) for being a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) golddigging (EXPLETIVE DELETED), and I want my child, and no one will believe you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You know, it`s still stunning to hear this. It`s been a while since we`ve been playing those, but now that the prosecutors have the case, you really think Mel has to be very concerned at that point that these domestic violence charges may not go away.

ZIEGLER: I mean, A.J., we`re listening to this outrage. We don`t know who they are. If they are authenticated that they actually are Mel Gibson, he`s got serious problems. It depends, misdemeanor, domestic battery or felony. This is several years in jail if he is charged and convicted. And, I mean, imagine, if both of them go away to jail, one for four years, the other for three years, what happens to the baby? That`s what they`re fighting over.

HAMMER: That`s very sad. And look, you`ve been dealing with cases like these for a long time. In your mind, is this something that`s going to drag on and on and on we`ll be still talking about this a year from now or will it get wrapped up eventually pretty quickly?

ZIEGLER: I hope so for the latter, but I think these two parties, unless, they can come to resolve with each other, I don`t see this going away any time soon. I really don`t, and I think that now that evidences are probably filed and filed. So, I`m hoping it does, but not likely.

HAMMER: All right. Well, for the child`s sake, let`s hope it does. Vikki Ziegler, thanks so much.

ANDERSON: Now, more of Janet Jackson`s shocking confessions about her body image. HLN`s Richelle Carey got an amazing one-on-one interview with Janet. Janet has a new book out called "True You." In it, Janet reveals she literally banged her head against the wall because she thought she was ugly.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RICHELLE CAREY, HLN`S ANCHOR: Where did that come from in here that you did that?

JANET JACKSON, SINGER: Deep down inside gut. It went on for a while. It wasn`t an every day thing, a daily thing, but I finally stopped that in my mid 30s. I`m laughing about it. I can laugh about it now. I can laugh about it now, though. But it was a very serious thing. I didn`t feel attractive at all in any way. I was very depressed. You know, it`s so funny because people see you, and they see new a certain light and what do you have to be depressed about, you`ve got this.

Those are things. Those are just -- they`ll be gone tomorrow, those are just things. That`s not the most important thing in life.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Be sure to check out Richelle Carey`s full interview with Janet Jackson this Sunday, 7:00 and 10:00 p.m. eastern only on HLN.

HAMMER: Rosie, Joy, together again.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (voice-over): Yes. Rosie O`Donnell sits down with her former "View" co-host, Joy Behar, for the very first time since Rosie left the show. Well, wait until you hear what Rosie is saying about Oprah`s new network.

JOY BEHAR, HOST: Oprah wants to be the queen of nice on her OWN Channel. She said you`re not going to see the word bitch. We`re all going to be nice over there. You think that`s going to work?

HAMMER: HLN`s very own Joy Behar is right here for a not-to-be-missed showbiz news maker interview.

ANDERSON (voice-over): The Kardashian`s $65 million secret revealed today inside the Kardashian empire.

HAMMER: See Lady Gaga as a human condom, and she also reveals today how long she spent in that Grammy egg. That is coming up next.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (on-camera): Time for the "Showbiz News Ticker," more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom, making news today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: My uncle`s having a little problem with shoplifting.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re under arrest.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I just wanted you to scare him.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Jerry, you ratted me out!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FLAVA FLAV, RAPPER: What`s your favorite part of the chicken?

JIMMY KIMMEL, HOST: The beast.

FLAVA FLAV: The breast. (INAUDIBLE) but I like the legs. I`m a drumstick man.

KIMMEL: I like the thighs myself.

FLAVA FLAV: Hey!

HAMMER (voice-over): Did you see this? Jimmy Kimmel and rapper and reality show star, Flava Flav, cooking fried chicken. Well, here`s what, Flav just opened a restaurant in Clinton, Iowa called Flav`s Fried Chicken. In fact, he wants to turn it into a nationwide franchise and just like KFC and other Flav recipe.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (on-camera): I wonder if he`s going to have big gold clocks hanging on the wall. All right. Now, let me ask you this, which came first, Flava Flav`s Fried Chicken or Lady Gaga`s egg?

Well, according to Gaga today, there was a lot of egg time. Gaga was on "Good Morning, America" this morning, dressed, as you see, as a human condom, of course, as she was promoting safer sex and HIV awareness for MAC`s Viva Glam Campaign. And Gaga just revealed how long she spent in that egg, the one she arrived to the Grammys in.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: How long were you in the egg?

LADY GAGA, SINGER: I was in there for three days.

(LAUGHTER)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What did you do in there for three days?

LADY GAGA: I was glamming for three whole days. And you know, because I wanted to have a rebirth, and I think the universe needs to have a rebirth. I think we all need to be inside a vessel for three whole days thinking about how we can love ourselves more.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You got to incubate, right? For three days? Wow.

ANDERSON: Yes, intense and kind of ridiculous. We`re about to name the "Most Provocative Celebrity of the Week." So, here`s your chance to vote. The nominees are Billy Ray Cyrus for saying he now regrets ever letting Miley do Hannah Montana, Lady Gaga for her Grammy egg and the Madonna copycat controversy, and Charlie Sheen for saying, hey, crack is OK if you can manage is socially.

It`s my headline making showbiz news maker interview you will see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: The Kardashian`s $65 million secret revealed today. We are taking you inside the Kardashian empire.

Plus, breaking today from the "Showbiz News Ticker," Sarah Jessica Parker`s "Sex in the City" surprise.

And Halle Berry`s baby battle decision.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (on-camera): Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON (on-camera): And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. The world is reacting today to brand new earth shattering comments about some of the most divisive, hot button issues today. But Bieb`s controversial political comments aren`t from Obama, they`re from Obieber.

HAMMER: Yes, they are, indeed, Brooke. It is the world according to Bieber. In a brand new interview, Justin Bieber speaking out about some very divisive issues like abortion and health care. And today, the big question is, are we seeing a Bieber backlash?

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): If you thought there was a national uproar when Justin Bieber lost the Best New Artist Grammy this past weekend --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No!

UNIDENTIFIED KID: Justin!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OMG.

HAMMER: That`s nothing compared to the fire storm Bieb set of today with his new heated political comments.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don`t think we can certainly discount someone`s opinion just because they happen to be 16.

HAMMER: From this morning on "The View" to the political page of "The Washington Post," everyone is talking today about Justin Bieber`s explosive comments in the just revealed new issue of "Rolling Stone." Sixteen-year- old Bieber expresses the health care reform views of President Obama and anti-abortion views of Sarah Palin.

In the new "Rolling Stone," Bieber says, quote, "I really don`t believe in abortion. It`s like killing a baby. And when "Rolling Stone" asks him about abortion in cases of rape, Bieber says, quote, "Um, well, I think that`s really sad, but everything happens for a reason. I don`t know how that would be a reason. I guess, I haven`t been in that position, so I wouldn`t be able to judge that."

BEHAR: If I want to hear about abortion from an adolescent or health issues, I`ll turn on Glen Beck.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Justin`s abortion views sparked a heated back and forth today on "The View."

BEHAR: This idea that everyone has a reason is really insulting for people who have been raped or victims of incest. There is no reason for that.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You can look at it as something come out of a young mind that is still growing.

HAMMER: Today, the executive director of the anti-abortion group, Rock For Life, is celebrating Bieber`s comments, writing on the group`s website, quote, "Great news as Justin Bieber has huge influence on young people."

HYLA, SYNDICATED RADIO HOST: Any time you talk about sex or abortion, that`s obviously going to be a hot button topic, but you sprinkle in a little Bieber fever, of course, it`s going to just make it ten times bigger.

HAMMER: In fact, Bieber talked about so many hot button issues in "Rolling Stone," you`d think he was running for office. Comparing America`s health care system to his native Canada, Bieber says, quote, "Canada`s the best country in the world. We go to the doctor, and we don`t need to worry about paying him, but here, your whole life, you`re broke because of medical bills."

And about political party, Bieber says, quote, "I`m not sure about the parties, but whatever they have in Korea, that`s bad."

But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, today, some of questioning whether it was appropriate to ask a 16-year-old boy like Justin Bieber about a topic as controversial as abortion. On "The View" this morning, Barbara Walters seemed to have her doubts.

BARBARA WALTERS, HOST: The reporter was asking these inappropriate questions. I think, it may be a little bit of a stretch.

HAMMER: But syndicated radio host, Hyla, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" he sees no problem with it.

HYLA: What 16-year-old is not talking about sex, is not talking about abortion? His fan base, they`re talking about this stuff.

HAMMER: The "Rolling Stone" reporter who interviewed Bieber has just weighed in on Twitter saying, "A 16-year-old kid to be 17 in a couple of weeks who has control over a large population should be asked all questions."

Still, some feel Bieber`s abortion comments may not be the most shocking thing in his "Rolling Stone" appearance.

HYLA: The most shocking part of this entire "Rolling Stone" article has to be the cover and his hair being spiky. That`s crazy.

HAMMER: So, it seems Bieber is saying bye-bye to the kiddie bowl cut and hello to the very adult world of explosive politics.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (on-camera): That crazy cover and Bieber`s controversial comments in the new issue of "Rolling Stone" magazine on newsstands Friday.

ANDERSON: First, there was Snooki`s book. Now, another "Jersey Shore" star is out with a brand new book. JWoww dishes on life, love, and so much more. Today, it`s JWoww`s big wow. Wait till you hear her hilarious rules for life. Plus, JWoww finally addresses all the critics of the "Jersey Shore." Plus, the biggest question of all today, are JWoww and Snooki planning a spinoff show? But first, we got to take a look at JWoww`s rule for life in my SHOWBIZ TONIGHT headline making newsmaker interview with JWoww.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: Congratulations on your book, "The Rules According to JWoww." It`s a fun, light read. It`s a dating book. You talk about everything from love to hangovers, fashion advice, exercise tips, and you say your biggest rule of all is every woman has it in her to wow. Tell me about that.

JWOWW: I guess, it`s the other aspect of never settling. That`s my big thing. You know, women always tend to settle and then you get what you get. And I always try and tell them that, you know, you can throw in the wow. You can be like me. You can be like anybody that you want, you know, whether how you dress or look, tanning, anything. It`s just really to empower yourself and to embrace --

ANDERSON: Reach for the stars.

JWOWW: Yes.

ANDERSON: And you write that tanning is a religion among you guys.

JWOWW: And get the guy that you want.

ANDERSON: Well, some other rules, I want to take a look at some more of them that you lay out there. A guy`s brains are located below the belt. In a guy`s mind, monogamy equals monotony. I`m going to let you help me with the next one. I`ve highlighted it.

JWOWW: Learn to spot a man whore a mile away.

ANDERSON: And never wear a granny on your -- wait, before we go any further. What does it mean to never wear a granny on your fanny?

JWOWW: Unflattering panties. Just go out there (ph), ladies.

ANDERSON: But those are better than no panties?

JWOWW: Yes, don`t pull a Britney. Don`t pull a Britney.

ANDERSON: Well, you and the cast of "Jersey Shore" are headed to Italy.

JWOWW: Hmm.

ANDERSON: Your fans are eagerly anticipating this. But some Italian- American groups are not happy and saying that it will portray Italians in a bad way. It will make people not look so good. What do you say to that?

JWOWW: They`re the same ones that were coming out when "Jersey Shore" first was going to air, and they got our ratings where it was, in the beginning. So, I say thank you.

ANDERSON: So, you look at it as good publicity?

JWOWW: Oh, yes, I owe them a box of Cannolis. I swear. No, it`s serious. It`s like when a show is there, they are like, oh, yes, they`re - - we`re geedios, yes, but when out of time, I`m not Italian. I`m not portraying Italians. I`m portraying myself. It`s a lifestyle on the shore. It`s a lifestyle on Long Island, Connecticut, Jersey, and there are thousand of us.

ANDERSON: What will happen with the "Jersey Shore" after the season in Italy?

JWOWW: I hope we`ll go back to the shore. It`s called the "Jersey Shore," so I have to go back, at least, one more time.

ANDERSON: Do you think it`s nearing an end then?

JWOWW: No. I don`t want to say that, but I would say like five to me is a good number because I fell like I don`t think we`d be able to do anything else.

ANDERSON: There have been reports that you and Snooki might do a show together.

JWOWW: Yes.

ANDERSON: Will we see a Snooki and JWoww collaboration production going forward?

JWOWW: We are doing a (ph) pilot. We are purchasing a house together, so I think they thought that was a great idea, but, as of right now, we don`t know because everyone is, you know, still in the "Jersey Shore" mind frame, which I love. So, would I love for them do a show outside the "Jersey Shore?" Of course.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: And JWoww did not stop there. Tomorrow, I`m going to have more of my SHOWBIZ TONIGHT headline making interview with JWoww. She told me that not only are there nude photos of her floating around, but there`s video, too. That, plus, JWoww tells me, why she gets into so many cat fights and her rules for cat fights.

ANDERSON: Kardashians cashing in. A shocking explosive new report today blows the lid of the Kardashians` quest for world domination. I was floored when I read that they`re worth an estimated $65 million. So, how did the Kardashians make all that money? A showbiz news maker reveals the Kardashian money making secrets coming up.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON (on-camera): We welcome you back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood, A.J. Hammer in New York, and there`s big news today, A.J., about Rosie`s views.

HAMMER (on-camera): Yes, Brooke. Rosie O`Donnell and her former "View co-host, Joy Behar, go one-on-one in a brand new exclusive interview. Rosie was just on the "Joy Behar Show" here on HLN tonight, and Rosie reveals why she may return to her queen of nice thrown. Joy is with me right for a very special showbiz news maker interview right from the set of the "Joy Behar Show." Always lovely to see you, my dear.

BEHAR: Lovely to see you, too, A.J. Always a pleasure.

HAMMER: Now, Joy.

BEHAR: Yes.

HAMMER: You talked with Rosie about her upcoming return to daytime television. a lot of people are very excited about her own talk show that`s coming to the Oprah Winfrey Network. You asked her what I thought was a very provocative question about whether or not Rosie`s old talk show style as queen of nice is going to work. I`m going to watch what she told you.

BEHAR: OK.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BEHAR: Remember when you were the queen of nice on TV?

ROSIE O`DONELL, HOST: I do. Do you?

BEHAR: I do. I was on the show a few times.

O`DONELL: I know, I remember.

BEHAR: But I mean, the queen of nice, Oprah wants to be the queen of nice on the OWN channel. She says you`re not going to see the word bitch. We`re all going to be nice over there. You think that`s going to work?

O`DONELL: Well, I think, it`s her. Anything she does pretty much works, right? You know, I think that she has a pretty amazing place in our culture right now. She is like a meteoric type of talent, and what she`s doing no woman has really done successfully.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Let`s keep in mind, Rosie worked as the queen of nice once. That was ten years ago, Joy. I have to say you seemed a little skeptical that it could work again.

(LAUGHTER)

BEHAR: Well, she has evolved into, you know, more of what she is. She`s not just nice anymore, you know. She`s complicated. She`s a complicated person. I thought the question that was provocative was that I asked was, are you still a lesbian?

HAMMER: And where`d she go with that?

BEHAR: She said yes, she is.

HAMMER: Her candor. Yes, that`s a different approach, I think, than the queen of nice thing of ten years ago.

BEHAR: Yes.

HAMMER: Listen, she`s been very open over the years about the pain of losing her mom when she was ten years old.

BEHAR: I know. Yes.

HAMMER: She made some very emotional revelations to you about that. I want to watch that clip.

BEHAR: OK.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

O`DONELL: My mother is originally from Jersey City. So, I walked into this Italian restaurant in Jersey City, and there`s table 10 elderly people, and a 90 something-year-old woman named Grace starts to cry, and her eyes filled up. She said I remember you.

BEHAR: Wow.

O`DONELL: I said where did you remember me from? She said you`re a little girl in Jersey City in the apartment with tap shoes on, and you had bangs, and I said, no, that was my mother. And she`s like, no, you have the same face.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow. Joy, did Rosie seem very emotional about her journey and connecting with her mom in a way that she really hasn`t to you up till now?

BEHAR: Well, she has a very complicated relationship with her mother in the sense that the mother died when she was 10 years old, and she had to really, you know, make it on her own. And I think that this journey has helped her to uncover some of the secrets of her past and what her mother was really like, you know? We used to her all the time how her mother loved Barbara Streisand.

And you know, she has these, like, these memories of her that a child had. So, this is a good thing for her to go back and find out. You know, you take a chance when you go back in time and find out what`s going on. I could be related to Sacco and Vanzetti, for all I know.

HAMMER: I think, you`re maybe.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: Always good to see you, Joy Behar.

BEHAR: Good to see you, too.

HAMMER: Thank you so much.

BEHAR: OK, A.J.

ANDERSON: The Kardashian`s $65 million secret. We learned today that, last year, the Kardashian clan reportedly made more money than Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock, and Tom Cruise combined. An explosive report today in the Hollywood reporter breaks it down. All right. These girls have three top rated reality shows airing in a reported 194 countries, two Kardashian fragrances, a lot of endorsements, and they reportedly get upwards of six figures for party appearances and magazine interviews. Whooh!

Marisa Guthrie is the Hollywood Reporter senior television writer. Marisa, you revealed the Kardashians made 65 million bucks. What is their secret?

MARISA GUTHRIE, SENIOR TELEVISION WRITER, THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: Their secret is exploiting and taking advantage of every single opportunity to endorse anything that comes along. It`s a very modern success story. You know, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, they show up on red carpets wearing designer outfits. They show up on magazine covers. They keep their name on the top of the buzz meters. And they just keep the endorsement offers rolling in. And it seems like every offer that rolls in, they take.

ANDERSON: Yes, you`re right. They don`t let an opportunity to capitalize on something pass them by. They`ve got clothing lines, a fourth reality show, more paid appearances and probably lots of paid magazine covers in the pipeline. They really are well past the initial 15 minutes of fame. Marisa, can the Kardashian clan keep this train on the tracks and earn more than $65 million this year? I mean, how much longer can they push cupcakes and sneakers?

GUTHRIE: Well, there`s -- see, we`ve created this enormous celeb edutainment (ph) media marketing machine. It`s insatiable. So, if you`re a family like the Kardashians and there are several of them, there is always going to be an opportunity. And they have shown that they are more than welcoming in all those opportunities. So, I think, you know, one of - - Khloe said that the reality show is essentially a 30-minute commercial. As long as they can kind of keep staying in that public eye, keep appearances, I think they can keep this going for a little while longer.

ANDERSON: I don`t see it ending any time soon, either, and their mother, Kris Jenner, said that my job was trying to take my kids` 15 minutes and turn it into 30, and she has done that very successfully. Marisa Guthrie, thank you so much.

And for more on the Kardashian empire, just pick up the new issue of the "Hollywood Reporter." It is on sale right now.
