Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City with big news breaking tonight - Cameron`s wedded diss. I said diss, not bliss.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that you should not expect us or anyone else to ever, ever be covering Cameron Diaz getting married, that`s because the hot Hollywood superstar has ignited a coast-to-coast debate today after claiming that marriage is dead.

But, wait, there`s more. The never married Cameron, who is now in what she calls an awesome relationship with baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez, is also offering up some relationship advice today.

And I can tell you flat out that what she just said, it is bound to get men and women everywhere all riled up. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the world according to Cameron.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is sad to report a shocking and sad death. Marriage has tragically died today at the age of very, very old.

After years and years of repeated abuse by multiple people, marriage fell into ill health and has finally been declared legally dead by actress Cameron Diaz.

JO PIAZZA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Cameron came right out and said that she thinks the institution of marriage is dead.

HAMMER: In a steamy article in "Maxim" to promote her new movie, "Bad Teacher," Cameron Diaz who`s dating New York Yankees, Alex Rodriguez, gives some shocking love and anti-marriage advice.

When asked if marriage is dead she says, quote, "I do. I think we have to make our own rules. I don`t think we should live our lives in relationships based off of old tradition that don`t suit our world any longer."

PIAZZA: She really thinks that everyone can have more fun and live a happy, fulfilling life if they choose not to walk down the aisle.

HAMMER: Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, today, celebrity Web sites everywhere are running wild with Cameron`s explosive eulogy for marriage.

PIAZZA: Just a couple days ago, we were talking about of the excitement surrounding the fairytale wedding, the royal wedding. And now, all the celebrity Web sites are extolling the death of marriage. Thanks, Cameron.

HAMMER: Entertainment journalist, Jo Piazza, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Diaz has been very open about her anti-marriage views.

PIAZZA: Even though Cameron has dated a lot of high-profile awesome dudes - Matt Dillon, Justin Timberlake and now A-Rod, she`s said for a long time that she doesn`t want to get married.

HAMMER: Diaz once explained her anti-marriage stance on HBO`s "Real Time with Bill Maher."

CAMERON DIAZ, ACTRESS: I have no problem with commitment. When I`m with somebody, I`m 1,000 percent committed and I build my life with that person as if it`s a marriage. But I would be divorced a few times had I gotten married.

HAMMER: Not only is Cameron bashing marriage, she`s offering some equally explosive relationship advice. In the new issue of "Maxim," she says, quote, "Guys need women who challenge them and don`t let them get away with their (EXPLETIVE DELETED)."

"Women conversely need not to be crazy (EXPLETIVE DELETED) who blow up when their guys tell them something that scares them."

PIAZZA: Think American women should absolutely take Cameron`s advice to heart. And she`s telling all of you don`t be crazy (EXPLETIVE DELETED) and you can land a man like A-Rod.

HAMMER: But entertainment journalist, Jo Piazza, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT not everyone will be open to Cameron`s anti-marriage views.

PIAZZA: Cameron does run the risk of turning off a large portion of American women who dream about the fairytale wedding.

HAMMER: Still Cameron Diaz` comments have definitely touched a nerve. Is marriage really dead? Can it be saved? Should it be saved? And the biggest question of all, should Cameron Diaz quit acting and become a relationship coach?

PIAZZA: Cameron Diaz - no, you`re not a matchmaker.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Cameron Diaz, a matchmaker? Yes. I don`t see that happen anything time soon. But Cameron Diaz says she doesn`t dig marriage. That leads to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - is Cameron Diaz right, that marriage is dead?

Joining me tonight in New York, Carey Riley, who is a comedian and blogger for GossipMama.com. In Atlanta, Carlos Diaz - I need to point out - we are just thrilled to announce is Carlos Diaz is now the sports anchor for HLN`s "MORNING EXPRESS" with Robin Meade.

We`re very excited about that, Carlos. Welcome. Your official welcome to the HLN family. And let me start with you right now with Cameron Diaz. She says marriage is dead, dead, dead. You and Cameron do share the same last name, of course. But do you share the same thoughts on marriage? To our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, is Cameron right, Carlos?

CARLOS DIAZ, SPORTS ANCHOR, "MORNING EXPRESS": It`s obvious that she`s having problem getting over our marriage, you know. She`s not been the same since we got divorced.

HAMMER: OK.

DIAZ: No. But seriously, the funny thing is that, earlier, Diaz thinks that marriage is dead. We both think that way. I mean, but think about it. As an actress or an actor, what is marriage?

You go to work and you make out with other people. She just did a movie called "Bad Teacher" with Justin Timberlake. She`s making out with her ex in the movie and she`s supposed to be dating A-Rod.

So yes, for an actor, you don`t spend time with your significant other. So yes, marriage is kind of dead if you`re in that profession.

HAMMER: All right. That`s one way of looking at it. Carey, I think she`s speaking more as an antiquated institution, saying, "Hey, these are modern times. It doesn`t really fit in." So what do you think? To our flashpoint, marriage dead?

CAREY RILEY, COMEDIAN AND BLOGGER, "GOSSIPMAMA.COM": No. Marriage is alive and well. I`m married. My husband is thrilled.

HAMMER: How are you doing? She says my husband is thrilled.

RILEY: But no. I think, you know, when you look like Cameron Diaz, you don`t have to worry about getting married, because you`re always going to look that way.

When you look like people in Middle America, people like me, we got to grab one when we`re young because we`re going to deteriorate and we`re going to pull out that contract and say, "You can`t leave me. We`re still married."

HAMMER: What did I just say to you before this segment? I said, you know, as far as I`m concerned, I don`t necessarily agree with her, but Cameron can say anything she wants and I`m OK with it.

RILEY: She`s beautiful. She`s gorgeous.

HAMMER: I think she`s adorable. Cameron has dissed marriage before, by the way. And let me tell you, the ladies of "The View" were all fired up about this very topic on their show back then, especially HLN`s own Joy Behar. Watch how this went down.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOY BEHAR, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Movie stars don`t really last that long, do they? Paul Newman lasted. My friend, Alan Alda. Many people.

(CROSS TALK)

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Yes, a lot of people.

BEHAR: It seems that`s the generation. Are there now people? The new ones. I don`t know.

ELISABETH HASSELBECK, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": I think there are new ones, but you`re more defensively married, like, you`re more like, OK, we`re going to get married and we`re not going to split up.

BEHAR: I think I would be good at marriage on my death bed. I think that day - seriously, when I`m there and then they say, "Do you want to get married?" Yes, this is it now, because "until death do us part" is just five minutes away.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, Carlos, does Joy have a part? And it`s not just the Hollywood royalty, of course, who have tough time with marriage. So maybe Cameron does have a point.

CARLOS DIAZ: Yes. Well, the thing is, there are so many choices these days with Facebook and social media, you know, as far as dating and getting out there.

But the bottom line is when you look at what an actor or actress does, and the fact, by the way, that she said this in the "Maxim" hot 100 issue - I`ve seen the issue. That issue is going to ruin a lot of marriages already, so you know, they`re done after that.

RILEY: They`re making it hotter, right?

CARLOS DIAZ: Yes.

HAMMER: There is that. But she`s also talking relationships, Carey. And I want to read something else she said in the brand-new "Maxim," "Guys need women who challenge this many and don`t let them get away with their" - S- word.

"Women, conversely, need to not be crazy" - B-word - "who blow up when their guys tell them something that scares them." Do you buy that?

RILEY: Yes, I agree with that completely.

HAMMER: OK.

RILEY: Oh, I think you still have to play that cat-and-mouse game even when you`re married. I mean, you do.

CARLOS DIAZ: Agree. Agree.

RILEY: Agreed. You can`t just sit there and be relaxed. You still, you know, got to take care of the parts and all that business.

HAMMER: All right. And this is coming from a woman whose husband is thrilled that they`re married.

RILEY: Right. Very thrilled.

HAMMER: Carey Riley, Carlos Diaz, I thank you both. All right. Now, I want to hear from you. It`s our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll - "Cameron Diaz says marriage is dead. Do you agree?" Yes, the times are a-changing. No, it`s a great tradition.

I want to see how this thing turns out. We`d love for you to vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. Our E-mail is working, too. The address - showbiztonight@cnn.com.

Well, Marie Osmond finds love again with her ex. See, it`s working for her. Marie remarries her first husband. In fact, she wore the same wedding dress she married the guy in 30 years ago.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Jack Sparrow`s in love, then. Help him find the fountain of youth.

JOHNNY DEPP, ACTOR: Was that really necessary?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Johnny Depp is Captain Jack Sparrow in the new "Pirates of the Caribbean 4" and he`s charting a new course for the "Pirates" mega- franchise. But could this be Depp`s final run in the role? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks big pirates news today.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is breaking big news right now.

Just as "Pirates of the Caribbean 4" is about to take over at the box office, well, brand-new reports say, Johnny Depp may be pulling out of the mega-franchise. Is this going to be Depp`s last "Pirates" movie?

Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT went right to the source to find out. We sat down with Johnny Depp and the rest of the stars of the film to set the record straight.

And right now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter is here to take us to the bottom of all this. Kareen?

KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT: A.J., what would a "Pirates" movie be like without Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow? Hard to imagine, right?

Could the blockbuster franchise even survive? So what`s the deal? Is Depp in? Is Depp out? He revealed all to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) The fourth "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie, "On Stranger Tides," doesn`t even hit theaters for another couple of weeks.

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you there is already a script out for a fifth pirates movie. But we can tell you there are reports today that Johnny Depp is holding off on signing on.

DEPP: It`s something I`m not ready to sign on.

WYNTER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT went right to Johnny Depp to find out what the real story is. And we had to ask him what would stop him from returning as the now iconic Captain Jack Sparrow.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Ah, Jack Sparrow.

DEPP: There should be a captain in there somewhere.

WYNTER: So what`s he waiting for?

DEPP: If the script or the story is disrespectful, in a sense, to the audience - by that I mean catering to or, you know - they laughed at this or they`ll laugh at this again. If they just keep rehashing, rehashing, I think that that`s pointless, you know.

Stick with what you`ve done, leave that behind and move forward.

Did everyone see that? Because I will not be doing it again.

Because we`re not up to snuff, I guess. It`s the only thing that would hold me back.

WYNTER: But before "Pirates" fans walk the path of despair, Depp tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he`s not ruling anything out.

DEPP: We were able to pull it off with 4, I believe, very successfully. And so - and I think that there`s endless possibilities for this character, Captain Jack. If that story is there and those characters are there and the script is there and the director is there, I`m certainly be there.

PENELOPE CRUZ, ACTRESS: How is that I never need to (UNINTELLIGIBLE) pointing something at me.

WYNTER: Penelope Cruz co-stars with Depp in "Pirates 4." And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT wanted to know if she thinks a "Pirates" with no Johnny is no "Pirates" at all. There could be another "Pirates" movie without him?

CRUZ: I couldn`t imagine it (UNINTELLIGIBLE) so special, so brave.

WYNTER: And Depp`s other co-stars like Jeffrey Rush feel the same.

JEFFREY RUSH, ACTOR: He`s the donkey. He`s the Daffy Duck who is the center of the world of this film.

CRUZ: There`s she goes.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

WYNTER: Oh, it sure sounds like Johnny Depp will be back for "Pirates 5." And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you super producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, is already signed on for a fifth movie.

This "Pirates" movie, "On Stranger Tides," is expected to dominate the box office when it hits the theaters later this month. No matter how it does, Depp should already be celebrating. Reports say he`s pocketed $35 million in personal booty from the series. Wow. A.J.?

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. Thanks so much, Kareen. Now, moving on to the SHOWBIZ salute to mom. Mother`s Day is almost here. We`ve been asking stars for their Mother Day`s shout-outs.

We were just at the premiere of "Jumping the Broom." It`s a brand-new comedy and here what the stars of the movie had to say to their moms.

ROMEO, ACTOR: Now, I just want to give a shout-out to the beautiful mothers of the world. It`s because of you all that we are here. So Happy Mother`s Day. And I love you, Mom.

JULIE BOWEN, ACTRESS: Moms across America, across the world, have the hardest job ever. Happy Mother`s Day to all of you. I hope you get some rest.

ANGELA BASSETT, ACTRESS: Hi, moms. I`m a mom, too. And I`m wishing you every good and perfect gift on this upcoming Mother`s Day. We know that you certainly deserve it. You`re so important. I love you. I appreciate you. And just stay strong.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Your time is running out. Get your mother something quickly. Mother`s Day is on Sunday. Don`t forget to call, of course. "Jumping The Broom," by the way, opens tomorrow.

Well, I can`t believe Oprah`s last show is coming up in just a couple weeks. Everyone is trying to guess who will be her last guest. The big SHOWBIZ TONIGHT debate on that tonight.

BARACK OBAMA, UNITED STATES PRESIDENT: I wanted to just come out here to thank you. This is a symbolic site of the extraordinary sacrifice that was made on that terrible day almost 10 years ago.

HAMMER: President Obama laying a wreath at Ground Zero in New York today, just days after the guy responsible for murdering all of those people on 9/11, Osama Bin laden, was killed in that dramatic raid in Pakistan.

Well, Donald Trump, as we know, has been slamming President Obama pretty much nonstop for the last few weeks. But today, the brakes have been slammed on the Donald driving an Indy 500 pace car.

A controversy erupted after Trump was named as the ceremonial driver for the Indianapolis 500. Thousands even signed up for a Facebook page to dump Trump.

Well, today the Donald pulled out. He said he didn`t have time do it. Right. Now, we were also just at the premiere of "Jumping The Broom" in Hollywood. And stars told us they think President Obama has totally trumped Trump.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROMEO: I think Trump, after he congratulated, you know, the president, after all the trash talk he was doing, I think he`s in a good place. All day, he wanted to be president right now. I think he`s good with what we`re doing

PAULA PATTON, ACTRESS: You know what? I`ve always been an enormous Obama supporter and it is so good to see him trump Trump.

MIKE EPPS, ACTOR: Obama is letting him right now, you know - checking him right now and letting him know this is big boss business right here. You know what I mean? You got take that flipper off, that snap-on hair piece. Your hair can`t be waving at the president like this.

HAMMER: Well, as we move on, a lot of you are fired-up today about what I asked you on Facebook. Jesse James has been on his tell-all tour, plugging his new book which has some very personal details about his split from Sandra Bullock.

So is Jesse James just adding insult to injury for Sandra? Catherine P. writes, "What a jerk. I guess he doesn`t know the number one rule, never, ever, ever kiss and tell. Can`t believe I used to like him. Loser."

But Tony L. thinks, "No, Sandra knew what she was getting into with him. Let that be a lesson to all girls. If you want a bad boy, then that`s what you`ll get."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - Marie Osmond married again to her first husband? The remarkable story behind Marie`s new marriage to her ex the second time around.

The Katie Couric "General Hospital" smackdown. The shocking way Katie Couric may kill "GH" for good.

Oprah`s last show. The countdown is on., sparking the great debate today, which big star should Oprah have on her last show?

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City. We`ve got big news breaking today - Katie`s takedown?

The reports just flying everywhere today that Katie Couric is all set to jump ship from CBS to ABC for a reported $20 million deal. And this apparently would give Katie her own syndicated talk show. Sounds great, right?

Only here`s the hitch. Katie`s show could shut down "General Hospital" according to these reports. And "GH," of course, is one of the most beloved soap operas of all time. And it could get shut down for good. I think that would be a truly unhappy ending.

Speaking of endings, Oprah`s last show - yes, the countdown is on. The debate has begun. Who should be Oprah`s final guest?

With me, right now in New York, Sunny Hostin, who is a legal contributor with "In Session" on Tru TV. And from Atlanta, it`s Carlos Diaz. Carlos, I`m happy to say, has just been named sports anchor for HLN`s "MORNING EXPRESS" With Robin Meade. So Carlos, welcome to the HLN family. Very excited to have you on board, my brother.

CARLOS DIAZ: Thank you. I appreciate it.

HAMMER: But now, we must begin with reports that "General Hospital" could become a casualty if ABC gives Katie Couric her own syndicated talk show.

Now, late today, we were hearing something different. A source familiar with the situation said this to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Speculation about what can happen to other hours in ABC daytime are rank speculation. Nothing has gotten done."

"Other parts of the schedule are pure speculation. There are lots of ways to work with the schedule to keep everyone happy."

All right, sounds like, yes, a little damage control might be underway. But clearly, someone close to the situation knows that even though soaps are dying off, killing off an institution like "General Hospital" really could be a very bad move. Carlos, what do you think?

CARLOS DIAZ: Yes. You know, it smells like someone in the camp near Katie is trying to put out some numbers out there so we can kind of negotiate in the press. I don`t know. When I first saw this this morning, I`m like it really sounds like we`re doing some negotiations through TMZ.

But the thing is, you don`t want the negative press of getting rid of "General Hospital." So many people have grown up with this show. You don`t want to be the face of what kills it.

HAMMER: Yes. And a lot of people are talking about this and saying exactly the same thing. In fact, our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page lit up over the news after I posted it.

Let me read this post. This is Elaine C. who wrote on our wall, "Since ABC is already canceling `All My Children` and `one Life to Live,` they might as well go for broke. I think they will lose more viewers than they think. I haven`t seen a talk show yet that I feel I must see every day."

And that`s the thing with soaps, Sunny. You know, it may not have a huge long-term effect. Maybe that`s what they`re looking at. But is Katie Couric enough of a draw to make up for the potential loss of audience that ABC could suffer if "GH" gets blown out?

SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRU TV: And that`s the big question. That`s the unknown. I mean, for General Hospital to be killed by Katie Couric - that would be really difficult, I think for Katie Couric because it`s appointment TV for so many people.

And people remember Luke and Laura getting married. I used to watch it when I broke from law school. So bottom line is, does she really want to be placed in that time slot?

She has a lot of power so I think she probably has the power to say, "Please don`t make me, you know, the assassin for `General Hospital.`"

HAMMER: Remember the Cassadines. Did I just say that out loud? All right. Let me move on, because one of the best-known most successful talk shows of all time is now coming to an end.

And people are clamoring to find out who is going to be Oprah Winfrey`s guest on her final show. Carlos, who do you think it should be?

CARLOS DIAZ: I think it should be Oprah. I think Oprah should be the final guest. I think that, you know, they`re talking about having a big blowout at the United Center for second and third to last shows.

I think that final show needs to be an intimate affair with a small studio audience, maybe just even her producers, but asking questions to Oprah and basically have Oprah be her last guest. That way, it can be kind of retrospective and a tear fest.

HAMMER: Yes. What a nice closure that would be. I see you nodding your head, Sunny. I completely agree with Carlos.

HOSTIN: He stole my answer. Yes.

HAMMER: That`s exactly what I thought as well.

HOSTIN: That`s really the bottom line. And I am one person that Tivos very few things. I Tivo Oprah. She`s the oracle for me. I am devastated that she is leaving. Really, I am.

And I want questions answered. I want to know what`s next. I want to be able to sit in the studio audience and ask Oprah questions. And I think that`s what many of her loyal, loyal viewers want. And hopefully, that`s what we`ll see.

HAMMER: It almost sounds funny when you say, "She`s the oracle for me."

HOSTIN: She`s the oracle.

HAMMER: But it`s true and that`s how so many people feel, so I completely agree with that. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT right there at red carpet premiere for "Jumping The Broom." We had to ask the stars of the film what they think Oprah`s legacy will be after she ends her long-time TV talk show. Here`s what they told us.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PATTON: What is her legacy not going to be? I mean, Oprah`s legacy will be about a woman who, through kindness and humanity and understanding of all people - women, men, all races, all economics - came to have enormous power and dealt with it with grace.

BASSETT: She brought humanity back to daytime television, where we`re going to such - you know, going to directions and being fascinated with car wrecks. You know, she fascinated us with building ourselves up.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, Carlos Diaz, can you top that?

CARLOS DIAZ: Well, since I`m the new sports guy with "MORNING EXPRESS WITH ROBIN MEADE," I`ll say she`s Babe Ruth, Michael Jordan, you know, Peyton Manning. She`s the best of everything all rolled up into one.

She`s Jackie Robinson. She broke new ground. She`s someone that every broadcaster needs to just look at and look at her work over 25 years and try to get even close to that, which is impossible. She`s the best.

HAMMER: Well, if she does have a guest on her last show, maybe Oprah should have on Marie Osmond. Marie is making big news today. Marie just got married again to her ex.

And do you want to see "Glee" in 3-D like me? Well, the creator of the show reveals that`s really going to happen. And a big surprise from Beyonce in New York. All making big news in "The Buzz Today."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Beyonce`s Harlem surprise. A group of students at P.S. 161 in Harlem got the surprise of their life when Beyonce joined in on their dance. The group was performing Beyonce`s "Get Me Body" as part of the Let`s Move flash workout campaign when the megastar just showed up.

"Glee" in 3-d. You can still see your favorite "glee" stars in virtual real life. A 3-D "Glee" movie is now in the works. "Glee" creator and executive producer, Ryan Murphy, tells the "Hollywood Reporter," "We promise every passionate Gleek a cinematic experience that will have them singing and dancing in the aisle."

Marie`s surprise wedding. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT confirms that Marie Osmond has tied the knot for the third time, but there`s a twist. She married her first husband again.

Marie tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "I am so happy and look forward to sharing my life with Stephen, who is an amazing man as well as a great father to my children."

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: I`ve got to say, if Marie`s happy, I`m happy for her. She is such a nice, hard-working person. Back to Sunny Hostin. Now, Sunny, does it surprise you at all that Marie found love again with her ex?

HOSTIN: It doesn`t. And I`ve got to say, I think maybe I`m a hopeless romantic. But anyone that sees people break up in divorce, you want them secretly to get back together. And the fact that she`s marrying her ex- husband, I think, is so romantic.

HAMMER: And father of her first child.

HOSTIN: And the father of her first child -

HAMMER: Who reportedly played matchmaker here, that`s what I was hear.

HOSTIN: Every child of divorce secretly wants their parents to get together. I can attest to that. I want my parents to get together. Who doesn`t want that?

HAMMER: There you go. And making the day even more special, Marie and her husband, Stephen, married on the birthday`s of Marie`s late son, Michael, who died just last year and her late mother, Olive.

Here what`s Marie said about that to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "It was important that both Michael and my mom were with us on this special day. I am so happy and look forward to sharing my life with Stephen, who is an amazing man as well as a great father to my children."

And I think Marie`s millions of fans are just cheering her loudly right now for this today. Carlos, I feel like this is just a great new beginning for her.

CARLOS DIAZ: It`s a great new beginning. But you know what? She said, you know, "I put that dress on. I couldn`t breathe in it, but I love wearing it." But he didn`t wear the same thing.

Put that white jacket back on, Stephen! She`s going to put the dress on. You`ve got to put the white jacket on.

HAMMER: And there are actually some people out there today - as much as we think this is a great idea, they`re saying, "Wow, you know, marrying your ex - that`s pretty unusual." And let`s face it, it really is. I mean, Liz Taylor did it, but not a lot of people do it.

But here`s what "View" co-host, Elisabeth Hasselbeck had to say about that.

HASSELBECK: Sometimes you feel more safe going to something you know, rather than diving into a total unknown at this point. So there`s - she obviously knows what she`s getting into.

SHERRI SHEPHERD, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Kudos to her. Kudos to Marie Osmond, because she can sit in the same dress that she got married in. How many of us can fit in the same dress?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Again, he didn`t wear the same suit.

HOSTIN: I think I can, actually.

HAMMER: She wore the same dress that she wore back in 1982. And there`s something even more significant about that, I think, to go a little deeper on it.

Marie is somebody, Sunny, who has always been very open about her struggles with weight throughout the years. We`ve watched it throughout her career. I have to imagine fitting into that dress some 30 years later had to have to be another thing to make her so happy.

HOSTIN: What a boost. I mean, what a boost. She has been very public about her struggles with weight. She`s spoken to Oprah about it. She became sort of, you know, the face of weight loss.

And I just think it so wonderful for her. I remember the Marie and Donnie Osmond show. And I`m a little bit country. I`m a little bit rock and roll. I love all of that about her. She`s cool. She`s cool.

HAMMER: They`re releasing their very first album together for the first time in 30 years. It is just out. I think she`s on a great ride. And I couldn`t wish her and her husband even more success and happiness moving forward the second time around. Sunny Hostin, Carlos Diaz are thank you both.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with a SHOWBIZ special report, supermodel secrets.

Would you believe Brooke Shields is 45 years old? Yes. And Paulina Porizkova, 46. Heidi Klum will be 38 in June.

They are certainly the world`s most famous beauties who seem to have somehow unlocked the secret to looking young at any age. So what are those secrets? Exercise, diet, just plain good genes? Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

WYNTER (voice-over): Heidi Klum knows the secret. Brooke Shields has it figured out. And Paulina Porizkova has solved the mystery.

Supermodels have cracked the code to aging gracefully. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT wants to know, what are their secrets to looking so fabulous at any age?

KLUM: As you know, in fashion, one day, you`re in. And the next day, you`re out.

WYNTER: Supermodel and "Project Runway" host, Heidi Klum, has been in the fashion industry for nearly two decades. Now, in her late 30s, the former Victoria`s Secret angel and mother of four hasn`t seemed to age a bit. Klum reveals her surprising age-defying beauty secrets to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

KLUM: You know, the older you get, it`s better to not be too thin. To have a little meat on your bones is a good thing so you don`t fall in so much. A lot of the times, it is just down to genes.

WYNTER: Brooke Shields clearly hit the jackpot for good genes, too, but she says she relies on good old-fashioned hard work to stay young.

The 45-year-old actress and model tells "Allure" magazine her secret to staying young is all about staying fit, "I like to spin three times a week at least and couple it with yoga, she says, "I`ve been dancing on Broadway for years. So when I`m in a show, my muscle memory comes right back. It`s like being an athlete."

Former supermodel Paulina Porizkova may not be an athlete, but she became an MVP of the modeling world as a teenager. Now, at 46, the former supermodel says she`s had no work done to her face. Instead, she says sunscreen - that`s right, sunscreen - is her secret to aging gracefully.

I`ve used SPF religiously since my 20s, because when I used to work for Estee Lauder, actually, I hit up the scientists once at a lunch and said, "OK, what really works in skin care?" They looked at me and said one thing, SPF. I`ve been using SPF ever since.

PADMA LAKSHMI, SUPERMODEL AND "TOP CHEF" HOST: I`m your host, Padma Lakshmi.

WYNTER: Best known for her hosting gig on Bravo, "Top Chef," Padma Lakshmi is also a fashion model. The 40-year-old mother tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that her trick to looking young is in her diet.

LAKSHMI: I eat very healthy. I mean, I eat much more fruit, vegetables, grains, lentils, beans than probably the average American person. I drink about two liters of water a day.

WYNTER: The star models we talked to stick to natural secrets to aging gracefully. But Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Linda Lee, says other models require a little cosmetic help in keeping their youthful glow.

WYNTER (on camera): Supermodels - they are, in some sense, superhuman. They look incredible at 40, even 50.

DR. LINDA LEE, BEVERLY HILLS PLASTIC SURGEON: Absolutely. And it is their genetics. It is a little bit of maintenance. Maintenance always helps to help keep up. A little bit of Botox, a little bit of (UNINTELLIGIBLE). But a little bit at a time helps to keep people from knowing they`ve done everything.

WYNTER (voice-over): Whether it a little cosmetic boost, the healthy lifestyle or just plain old good genes, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you today`s supermodels make getting older look more beautiful than ever.

BROOKE SHIELDS, ACTRESS AND SUPERMODEL: Don`t hate me because I`m beautiful.

WYNTER: And now, we`re all in on the biggest beauty secrets of them all.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. By the way, Cindy Crawford, who is now 45, has said that the secret to her looking young all these years is taking care of her skin, starting when she was very young. And I`ve got to say it looks like it`s working.

Moving on now, in this corner, Paris Hilton. In this corner, Linsday Lohan. The smackdown is on. You will not believe what Paris Hilton is saying about her old friend, Linsday, today. Who`s the mean girl now? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Did you see this? Paris Hilton disses Linsday Lohan. Yes, this happened on her brand-new Oxygen reality show, "The World According to Paris."

Paris was doing something nice for the homeless by donating her time to the homeless shelter out of the goodness of her heart.

But things - well, they went terribly wrong when a homeless woman mistook her for Linsday Lohan. Watch what happens next in this clip that was just posted on TMZ.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PARIS HILTON, REALITY TV STAR: Feeding the homeless is actually not part of my community service. I do it because I love to give back and help out whenever I can.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Can I have those earrings?

HILTON: You want them?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Man, go on about your business.

HILTON: I`ll give them to you for Christmas.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m going to give them to my sister as soon as I go back to Oklahoma. And I`m going to tell her that Lindsay -

HILTON: I`m not her.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You`re supposed to be in rehab.

HILTON: No, I`m not Linsday.

(voice-over) If I were Linsday, I`d be stealing the earrings, not giving them away.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow. And this is just when I feel we`d just seen a kinder, gentler Paris on her show. Guess not.

OK. Wednesday we asked you vote in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. Moments ago, we got the final results. Here is what we asked, "Jesse James` New Tell-All Tour: Is it OK for Sandra Bullock`s ex to keep talking about their split?" A whopping 90 percent say, "Jesse, just shut up already. You`re adding insult to injury."

Let me get to some of the E-mails. We heard from Terry in Arkansas who writes, "He can`t stand it because Sandra got over it. Good grief, he looks like a bigger loser than we thought he was. I wouldn`t read the book if he gave it to me."

Sonya from South Carolina writes, "Sandra Bullock has so much class that it was an insult to her image to lower herself to the likes of Jesse James to begin with."

And yes, the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines have been buzzing, too. Donna in Ohio called in to "Showbiz on Call" and she says maybe this whole affair thing is actually a blessing in disguise for Sandra.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

DONNA, CALLER IN OHIO: All I can say is maybe him having this affair was the best thing that could have happened for Sandra and for baby Louis because she obviously is much better than what he is.

And he`s just a jerk and I pray for Sandra and for the baby. And I hope that they can move on and that she`d be able to find someone that`s way better than him because I don`t think that will take much effort on her part.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: And we hope so, too. Thanks, Donna. You can call us on "Showbiz on Call" to sound off on this or anything else. The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines are open all the time at 1-888-SBT-BUZZ. Leave us a voicemail. We`ll play your calls here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is now seen exclusively Monday through Friday at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific right here on HLN.
