Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with startling new revelations about Casey Anthony, the mom on trial for the murder of her two-year-old daughter. How she actually may be secretly loving that she has become a celebrity. That is coming up.

But first, roasting Weiner. There, I said it. Yes, one day after Congressman Anthony Weiner confessed that he`s a liar and really did tweet a lewd photo of himself to a young woman, well, there was nothing but silence today from his wife.

But now that Weiner has been exposed, so to speak, as an online sexual exhibitionist, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has got to ask, should his wife dump him?

And another great debate today was this - if Weiner does tell her, as Bill Clinton might have said, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman," was it really cheating? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the burning questions.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Seriously, who needs Hollywood anymore for our daily dose of scandal when we have D.C.?

REP. ANTHONY WEINER (D-NY): This was a very dumb thing to do.

HAMMER: The latest poster boy for stupid scandals? The one and only Anthony Weiner.

WEINER: I haven`t told the truth, and I`ve done things that I deeply regret.

HAMMER: In a dramatic press conference that played out like a soap opera, Rep. Anthony Weiner fessed up to having a slew of, quote, "inappropriate relationships" over the last three years, which, oops, continued after he got married last year to D.C. royalty, Huma Abedin.

WEINER: I brought pain to people I care about the most and people who believed in me, and for that, I`m deeply sorry.

HAMMER: He also fessed up to sending these sexually-charged photos of himself sitting shirtless in his office and, well, other things.

And just to make the scandal all the more stupid, it`s how he ultimately got nabbed. You see, he posted the naughty underwear photo by accident on Twitter. Take it away, Homer.

WEINER: Last Friday night, I tweeted a photograph of myself that I intended to send as a direct message as part of a joke to a woman in Seattle.

Once I realized I had posted to Twitter, I panicked. I took it down and said that I had been hacked.

HAMMER: One of the recipients of his self-portraits, this woman, 26-year- old, Megan Broussard. She tells "Good Morning America" they had an online relationship that began in April and lasted until last week.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How often do you talk?

MEGAN BROUSSARD, WOMAN PURSUED BY REP. WEINER: We talked - I mean, he would instant message me every day.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How did this picture come to be sent?

BROUSSARD: He just sent that one day.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And what did you think when you got this?

BROUSSARD: I was like, wow, because I could see the background. Anybody can zoom into that.

BARBARA WALTERS, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Why did he do it? He has a lovely wife.

HAMMER: "The View`s" Barbara Walters is asking the right question today.

WALTERS: She`s really a lovely person and they have just been married a year.

HAMMER: Huma Abedin is as close to Washington royalty as you can get. Beautiful and brilliant, Abedin is a close aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

She was married to Rep. Weiner just 11 months ago in a wedding officiated by none other than Bill Clinton.

WALTERS: I would be fascinated to know what advice Hillary is now giving Huma.

HAMMER: Wouldn`t we all, Barbara? Everyone wants to know if Huma will make like Hillary and stand by her man. If Weiner`s claims are to be believed, they are staying together.

WEINER: I love my wife very much and we have no intention of splitting up over this.

HAMMER: Weiner might go down in the history books for the stupidest sex scandal in Washington, but certainly not the worst. And it raises the big question, did Weiner even cheat? "The View`s" Whoopi Goldberg argued today, no.

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": We have been raised to believe that cheating is something that physically happens and happens emotionally.

Now, these guys, when they`re looking at the tweets, they`re saying, "No, this is just me fooling around." They have no clue.

HAMMER: That`s exactly what Weiner says. He just had no clue.

WEINER: I don`t know what I was thinking. This was a destructive thing to do and I`m apologetic for doing it.

HAMMER: We could believe the clueless theory and move on. Or maybe we can go with the more creative theory brought to us by Barbara Walters.

WALTERS: This is not my theory. That it is the result of Viagra and what is the other one?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Cialis. Cialis.

WALTERS: They`re laughing. Cialis.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: All right. Well, whatever fueled Weiner`s super-stupid scandal - really, "stupid" is the best word I can come up with here - the outrage over it rages on tonight. That brings us to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint tonight - would Anthony Weiner`s wife dump him or keep him?

And who better to help talk out this whole very modern sex scandal than former "Sex in the City" star, Willie Garson. Willie now stars on USA`s drama, "White Collar." Excellent show. He`s with me in New York tonight.

Hollywood has Kim Serafin, senior editor of "In Touch Weekly."

Look, I was personally at least very happy to see that Anthony Weiner`s wife, Huma, was not doing that walk of shame like we see so many other political wives doing. Even if she does stand by him, at least she`s not doing it literally. Willie Garson, sorry. I don`t know what came over me.

WILLIE GARSON, ACTOR: That`s all right. A.J., that`s fine.

HAMMER: Yes, that`s OK. Maybe not the right word choice tonight. Let`s just move right along. Should his wife dump him or keep him?

GARSON: You know, it ends up obviously being a completely personal matter. But I do agree with what you just said. I love that she wasn`t standing next to him, because the horror of it to me is - whatever people do is whatever they do. It`s personal within their family. It`s that the politician - certainly, the first go-to is to lie.

HAMMER: Yes.

GARSON: That is the first reaction. I`m just going to lie about it. If he had said what he said today right out of the gate, he would have been my favorite politician in the world.

HAMMER: Yes. His first go-to was to lie, and then his second and then his third and then his fourth and he kept going. Let`s get out to Kim. To our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, Kim, should Huma keep him or dump him?

KIM SERAFIN, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": You know, it`s so interesting what Barbara Walters brought up, because she has been a long- time aide to Hillary Clinton who clearly has been through this.

So the comparisons are definitely inevitable. You have to wonder if she`s asking Hillary`s advice. She has to wonder if people are going to compare her to Hillary.

I mean, I think it really depends on what Anthony decides to do. Is he going to stay and is he going to try to continue his political career?

Does she want a political career? Does she want to continue in this? Will she think it will further her career if she stays with him, or will take away from her career if she stays with him?

So I think there`s a lot of things to consider. And as you mentioned, they`ve been married only 11 months. They don`t have kids.

HAMMER: Yes.

SERAFIN: So there`s - not those things to think about.

HAMMER: Certainly, people have been through much worse things in marriage and survived. Then, again, I think the fact that they have been together for such a short amount of time and he`s been doing all this kind of raises a couple of red flags.

Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you Anthony Weiner`s sexting was fast and furious. In fact, in just one session, he shot off more than 60 sleazy messages.

But if there really was no physical contact, was he actually cheating? That`s a hot debate tonight. What do you think? Does it have to be physical, Willie?

GARSON: That`s an age-old argument. I mean, what`s worse, the physical or the emotional? You know, I come from a viewpoint that the physical, to me, is not as big a deal as the emotional.

HAMMER: This is even hardly emotional here.

GARSON: No, it`s not even emotional. Look at me. I`m flexing in the mirror. But it does - you said it. I mean, it raises huge red flags in the relationship and early in the relationship. I don`t know how long they were together before they got married.

HAMMER: Yes.

GARSON: I know they`ve only been married 11 months. You know, oddly, by President Clinton marrying them. I mean, the whole story just gets worse and worse and worse.

HAMMER: You can`t make it up.

GARSON: If they`re talking in the locker room at the golf club about this, how hilarious this must be for them. Who knows? I do think that she has to take a strong look at their relationship.

HAMMER: I want to very quickly throw up our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT golden rule. Can we do that, Charles, here? Because I`ve been saying this for years.

I think it obviously applies - if you`re famous and you sext or send nude photos, they will get out. You work with all the Hollywood stars, Willie.

GARSON: Absolutely.

HAMMER: Tell me why they continue to do this and don`t seem to understand.

GARSON: It`s almost like it`s a self-fulfilling prophesy. I`m going to live on the edge. I`m going to get caught. I don`t deserve to be famous. I`m going to do something to mess it up.

That`s the thinking deep in - I have a psychology degree, and I actually do.

HAMMER: This is really -

GARSON: And that is actually where it comes from. I am not worthy of being this famous person so I`m going to do something to mess it up.

HAMMER: Well, look. Yet again, it has happened. So I guess it`s not so much out of invincibility. Thank you for sounding off on this, Willie Garson, Kim Serafin, I appreciate it.

Make sure you watch Willie Garson tonight at midnight on USA. It is the season three premiere of the most excellent show, "White Collar."

Tonight we`ve got the Kim Kardashian truth squad on the case. Khloe and Kourtney speaking out today about the latest Kim K. controversy. Will Kim K. get a pre-nup? Is she planning to have a baby?

The Casey Anthony celebrity obsession. Is Casey, who`s on trial for the murder of her two-year-old daughter, really obsessed with fame and being a celebrity?

When exes collide. It`s Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake. They`re working together. But how did that work out?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Justin and I love each other. We care about each other. There`s no reason for us to be angry or have resentment.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Cameron, Justin, right here tonight in a not-to-be-missed SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

Time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Josh Duhamel returning to "All My Children" before the soap ends. Angelina Jolie working on a sequel to her movie, "Salt."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Tonight, Casey the celebrity? Casey Anthony, who has all but taken over the air waves in the trial for the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, has just captivated the nation.

But is Casey really obsessed with being a celebrity? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is uncovering shocking evidence that Anthony might actually be enjoying all the attention that she`s getting.

With me in New York, Jane Velez-Mitchell, the host, of course, of "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL" seen right here every night at 7:00 p.m. Eastern on HLN.

So here we are now in the 12th day of the case in this Anthony trial. Tonight, we`re finding out that even before the nation was transfixed by this trial, Casey was already bragging about her celebrity status.

While Casey was sitting in jail, listen to what she wrote in a letter to a fellow inmate. Here`s what she said, "I told you about all the mail I`ve gotten. I`m up to the thousands with positive letters and cards. Low 20`s for the negative. Good stuff."

"Well, there are a couple of fellows who have either become infatuated with the celebrity or the fair damsel in distress. One is more hooked than the other. Is this what celebrities have to deal with? Yikes. It is sweet in a strange sort of way."

I find it appalling that while Casey Anthony had people searching for her then said-to-be-missing daughter, she was bragging about men being infatuated with her celebrity status. Jane, this is really disturbing and pretty clear to me that she does have an obsession with celebrity and fame.

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": Absolutely. Kind of reminds me of the movie, "To Die For." All she wanted was a little attention.

The fact is that she`s made repeated references in her jailhouse tapes to, oh, the media is going to have a field day with this. She is extremely aware of the fact that she is in the white-hot spotlight and I believe she loves every minute of it. And tragically, she has chosen the cheapest route to fame, and that is alleged murder.

HAMMER: Gosh. It is just so twisted to think about it and that she was thinking these things while she was sitting in jail.

Let`s take a look at the jailhouse video that was taken back in 2008, Casey talking about her newfound fame with her mother, Cindy. Roll that one out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CASEY ANTHONY, ACCUSED OF MURDERING HER DAUGHTER, CAYLEE ANTHONY: I`m not surprised at the crap that`s coming. That`s another reason I don`t want to hear any of this media (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

People want to have their face on the news, want to have their two seconds of fame. I never once wanted to be on TV or to have anything, period.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Now, despite Casey`s apparent dislike of the media, there`s some people who are now saying here with the trial under way, Casey is enjoying her televised courtroom appearances and actually playing for the camera.

And Jane, you`ve been watching every moment of the coverage. Is that what you`re seeing?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes. And first of all, given that she is acknowledged by all sides to be a pathological liar, when she says she doesn`t care about being on television, assume the opposite.

HAMMER: Right.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And she cries a lot during the trial. And you could see her, when the tears come down, there are those who feel she actually lets those tears kind of linger on her cheek a little bit before she wipes them very dramatically.

The really sad part about this is that this girl is not stupid. She would have made a brilliant actress. It`s too bad she didn`t follow that path.

HAMMER: Holy molly. Too bad, indeed. Jane Velez-Mitchell, thank you as always. And I also want to remind you keep watching HLN for continuing coverage every day of the latest developments in the Casey Anthony trial.

Moving on tonight, "Law and Order: SVU" star, Ice-T says he isn`t shy about showing off his wife, Coco. In fact, he loves it when she posts pictures of herself in skimpy clothes. And apparently, so does Coco`s mom, in fact, so much so that she convinced her own daughter to pose with a Sprite can on her butt.

Yes, Coco puts provocative pictures of herself on her Twitter page, Cocosworld. In a recent "Thong Thursday" post - it`s called "Thong Thursday" - Coco posted this picture.

Well, when we caught up with Ice and Coco as they were promoting their new reality series, "Ice Loves Coco," Coco told us her mom came up with that idea.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

COCO AUSTIN, SWIMSUIT MODEL: Actually, my mother took that picture, and we were sitting one night - we were eating pizza. And I go, "You know, I don`t have my `thong Thursday` picture for my Twitter."

And she`s like, "Well, let`s just take one right now," you know. My mom is really cool that way, you know. And I go, "Well, I want to do something funny, but I can`t." And I looked down and there`s a Sprite can. It`s not a beer can. It`s a sprite can.

And I said, "Let me see if I can balance this on my booty. Mom, take a picture. See if I can do it." So I tried it for the first time and it worked. I took that picture.

And like, everybody`s now talking about it. They`re like, "Try a six-pack next time." I`m like, "OK, I tried the can. Aren`t you guys happy I tried the can?"

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well done, Coco. And we will have more on this Sprite booty balancing act on Thursday. It`s Ice-T and Coco unplugged. It`s our SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview on Thursday. I just want to know why Coco didn`t try 7-Up or, you know, Mist or something.

Let`s move on to the controversy now over Rihanna`s "Man Down" video. This has a lot of people upset. Rihanna shoots a rapist dead in this thing.

(MUSIC)

Tonight, a big star who is a rape victim herself is defending Rihanna. That`s next.

Eminem slams Lady Gaga. In a new song, he calls her a man. Is it cruel or just what we should expect from him?

And when exes collide. Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake, working together. How did that go?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, SINGER AND ACTOR: My only apprehension and her only apprehension for doing this movie was that people will misconstrue that. But at the end of the day, they`re going to do that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Tonight, Justin and Cameron open up to us in two - count them, two - headline-making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interviews. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, it`s the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Barry Manilow says Britney Spears was the inspiration for his new album! Lady Gaga receives "fashion icon" award at Council of Fashion Designers Awards.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, a big star is defending Rihanna`s controversial new video for her song, "Man Down." Now, in the video Rihanna shoots and kills a guy who allegedly raped her.

And that`s got some people pretty mad, saying the whole taking the law into your own hands thing, well, that sends a bad message.

Tonight, actress and rape victim Gabrielle Union is dropping a bombshell, admitting she tried to shoot her rapist.

Back with me now, Jane Velez-Mitchell, the host of "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ- MITCHELL," weeknights, 7:00 p.m. Eastern right here on HLN.

Gabrielle has spoken out before about being attacked when she was 19. This is the first time we`re actually hearing how Gabrielle fought back.

Listen to what she just tweeted, "During my rape, I tried to shoot my rapist, but I missed. The desire to kill someone who`s abused, raped you is understandable. But unless it`s self-defense in the moment to save your life, it just adds to your trouble."

So it seems that, while Gabrielle gets where Rihanna`s coming from, she doesn`t think Rihanna getting revenge in "Man Down" is necessarily the way to go, Jane, which is sort of understandable. You know, taking the law into your own hands is not really a good thing.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Not a good thing. And let`s be real. It`s hard to tell sometimes what the message is in these music videos.

HAMMER: True.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: You can`t figure them out. But it would seem to suggest she might be promoting vigilantism and that`s not a good idea.

Let`s remember that Rihanna herself was a victim of intimate partner violence. So everything that she says about violence and about the male- female dynamic and about victims and criminals and being attacked and attacking has exponential power because she was at the center of a white- hot storm over being beaten up by Chris Brown. So she`s got to be very, very careful what message she sends.

HAMMER: And I think part of what she`s trying to do is make people aware that this is something that goes on, not necessarily the shooting the person who raped or abused you, but the fact that this abuse is going on.

A lot of people say it`s too violent. But I say, you know what? If people are talking about it, better than having your head in the sand.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Absolutely. Art is meant to disturb. It`s meant to provoke conversations like this one and not be pabulum that just reassures everybody.

But by the same token, I have to wonder, why is Rihanna so obsessed with violence? She reportedly had a gun tattooed on her body.

HAMMER: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: She did the S and M video which dances around the whole theme. So you`ve got to wonder, maybe she needs to work this out in therapy, not in videos.

HAMMER: A lot of people, yes, she is acting it out. Jane, always great to see you. Thanks so much.

Right now to the SHOWBIZ lineup - here`s what`s coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake - they`re working together. Well, tonight, Justin and Cammie open up to us in two headline-making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interviews.

A "Bachelorette" bombshell. So one of the show`s most hated guys quits. Ashley is left in tears. But is this show`s host actually blaming Ashley for this guy`s bad behavior?

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian speaking out today about the biggest Kim controversies. Is Kim getting a pre-nup? Is she planning to have a baby? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

This is the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: She`s all grown up! Dakota Fanning graduates from high school. Jennifer Hudson to write a memoir about her weight loss experience.

HAMMER: Big news breaking tonight on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - Kim Kardashian truth squad. Khloe and Kourtney speak out about the biggest Kim controversies. Will Kim get a pre-nup? Is she having a baby?

Eminem`s big star slam. He calms calls Gaga a man and he disses Justin Bieber. Em`s getting shady again.

HAMMER: When exes collide. Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz - intimate details about their relationship now.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Justin and I love each other. We care about each other. There`s no reason for us to be angry or have resentment.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Two blockbuster SHOWBIZ newsmaker interviews tonight with Cameron and Justin.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City. We`ve got big news breaking today - the Kardashians come clean about all of those pesky headlines about their sister, Kim.

Is she pregnant? Will she sign a pre-nup? Well, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are answering all of the burning questions.

Let`s get right to that pre-nup. Now, Kim is worth an estimated $35 million. Kris Humphries who she`s getting ready to marry - he is worth about $8 million. So did Kim sign a pre-nup or didn`t she?

Khloe and Kourtney answer that question for HLN`s own Joy Behar. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOY BEHAR, HOST, "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW": Your sister has a pre-nup, I found out.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: Honey, we all have pre-nups.

BEHAR: OK. Do you think that takes the romance out of the marriage or not?

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: No.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN, REALITY TV STAR: I think you have to have a pre-nup. We own so many businesses. As a family we own them. I can`t do that to my sisters and vice versa. Like, if god forbid, something were to happen, you have to protect yourselves. That`s just the world we live in.

BEHAR: I agree with you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, all right. There you have it. The sisters say they all have them and that will include Kim. Let me bring in "Sex and the City" star, Willie Garson. He`s now starring in "White Collar" on USA, season three debuting tonight.

So Willie, a lot of people say the pre-nup can kill romance and the marriage. (INAUDIBLE) really do. But if you`re a Kardashian, you`ve got to do it.

GARSON: Here`s the reality. If she was a man, if the roles were reversed with five times as much money, like, of course, she would have a pre-nup.

HAMMER: Yes.

GARSON: So it`s - that`s the only reason people are talking about it is because she`s a Kardashian. If it was - you know, if the shoe was on the other foot, it wouldn`t even be news.

HAMMER: You`ve got to protect the booty in the bank, so to speak.

GARSON: Absolutely. She has to protect all the booty. Yes, exactly.

HAMMER: Well, our viewers seem to agree. We did ask in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll this - Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries reportedly working on a pre-nup. Would Kim be crazy not to have one?

The results were just handed to me. An overwhelming 90 percent say yes. She`s worth a ton. Only 10 percent say pre-nups are a bad idea.

Let`s get out to "In Touch Weekly`s" Kim Serafin. Kim, she`d be crazy not to have one, right?

SERAFIN: Yes. I mean, that`s pretty much the obvious answer, although if you look at the Kardashian family - yes, there are millions of dollars. They made something like $65 million last year.

But they also have this reality show. So if you did anything to cross this family, you would be very scared to walk out of your house in the morning because they would put every episode.

They would do seven seasons just about what you did to one of the Kardashians. They would have a whole spin-off about what you did, something evil to one of the Kardashians.

So yes, you definitely want a pre-nup, but the Kardashians would find a way to get at you if you did not.

HAMMER: I have a feeling they`d create an entire network just to do that. The next big Kim Kardashian headline that continues to show up is whether or not Kim is pregnant.

Now, check out what Khloe Kardashian had to say about that on HLN`s "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BEHAR: Pregnancy rumors, I heard. What do you know?

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: She`s not pregnant.

BEHAR: She`s not?

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: She`s just, you know, obviously people want to say -

BEHAR: Just bloated?

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: I guess. Don`t you hate that? No, but she`s not pregnant. But I guess she`s bloated. Must be that time of the month. Who knows?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right.

(CROSS TALK)

GARSON: Exactly.

HAMMER: And that`s pretty definitive. So Kim Kardashian herself has also denied that she`s pregnant. Willie, Kim said that she was shocked by these headlines and all the buzz that she`s pregnant.

But I still have to imagine, hey, she`s Kim Kardashian. She still loves the attention. I mean, it`s who she is.

GARSON: Well, it sounds like she should have said, "I don`t want that doughnut," is what she actually should have said. I mean, it`s fantastic. The sister just comes out, "No, no, no, she`s just bloated." I mean, it`s hilarious. It`s the greatest thing. It`s like a gift. It`s a gift to people like you.

HAMMER: It is, and I`m certain there`ll be a piece of that in the reality show. Controversy between the sisters. All right. Let`s move on now to my exclusive and explosive one-on-one SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview with "Kate Plus 8" star, Kate Gosselin. Is she getting back together with her ex-husband, Jon?

Now, things have been pretty quiet between Jon and Kate these days. In fact, Kate called things peaceful which sparked speculation that maybe these two are on some kind of path of reconciliation.

Well, of course, I had to ask Kate if she and Jon would ever get back together. And she told me, not happening. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KATE GOSSELIN, REALITY TV STAR, "KATE PLUS 8": Even hearing you say it in the promos freaked me out. So the answer is zero percent, zero percent, zero percent.

HAMMER: Zero point zero.

GOSSELIN: Not happening. We`re two completely different people with two completely different values. And I don`t support his goals or his choices. So it`s easy for me. I mean, getting divorced was probably one of the best things I`ve ever done.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. There you have it. And I have to say, sitting right across from Kate, she was very clear. In fact, it looked like her head was going to be exploding at the mere suggestion of it.

But Kim, she was freaked out by that idea. Given what she`s really been through with Jon, it`s pretty understandable, isn`t it?

SERAFIN: Yes. I mean, zero, zero, zero. I`m not sure where she was going with that. Yes. Well, just look at the two of them. Yes, Jon seems to have kind of matured a little bit.

She really does seem, like, 10 years older than him, and I mean that in a good way, just so much more mature than him. I don`t see them getting back together. Nobody really ever understood really why they were together to begin with in watching that reality show.

So yes, I don`t think they`re getting back together. That`s great they`re getting along for the sake of the kids. But yes, she needs to move on. It sounds like she`s doing that for sure.

GARSON: And she said - she kept on saying now that she wants an older - she wants a man. She wants to be with a man.

HAMMER: Not a man child.

GARSON: Not a frat boy. You know, it`s very obvious. And so -

HAMMER: She`s moving on. Let us move on. Let me get to get to some other stars who are constantly being paired. Katie Couric and Oprah.

Now, ABC just I announced the former "Evening News" anchor has just signed on for her very own talk show. It premieres on September of 2012. And of course, the recent gap left by the queen of daytime talk got a lot of people asking, could Katie be the new Oprah?

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT just caught up with the newly-minted talk show host. And Katie Couric tells us there is no comparison.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KATIE COURIC, FORMER ANCHOR, "CBS EVENING NEWS": Nobody can replace Oprah. And you know, it makes me uncomfortable that people are even suggesting that. No one will be the cultural icon that Oprah has been and will continue to be.

But just an opportunity to talk about important issues and to have conversations that will hopefully enlighten people and help them lead better lives, it`s just a very exciting proposition for me.

HAMMER: Yes, totally. An exciting proposition for sure. I have to agree nobody`s going to actually replace Oprah. But you know, even if Katie doesn`t gain the kind of power that Oprah had as this major media mogul, don`t you think she sort of has what it takes to fill that void in daytime with an Oprah-like impact?

GARSON: Absolutely. You know, but I think people are kind of selling Katie short. I mean, Katie is her own brand. I know her. It`s comparing apples and oranges.

HAMMER: Yes.

GARSON: Oprah is a juggernaut of something that`s completely different. Katie is also her own juggernaut, that she will bring a whole fresh perspective to a whole different set of issues. That is going to be really interesting and I think exciting to watch.

HAMMER: Yes, I think so, too. Quickly, Kim, what do you think? I mean, I think she will steal the hearts of America back because I think we`re going to see more of the Katie we used to see when she was on the "Today" show.

SERAFIN: Yes, definitely. People trust her. They know her. They`ve grown up with her, really. But yes, and people are definitely hungry for that.

I mean, look at the way Oprah did things. If she said something, people searched on it. The increase is like 4,000 percent on Yahoo.

HAMMER: Yes.

SERAFIN: So obviously, people want that and Katie will definitely fill that.

HAMMER: Well, we`ll see if she does. Willie Garson, Kim Serafin, thank you. Make sure that you catch Willie on the excellent "White Collar," Tuesday nights on the USA Network.

Well, what do you think about Katie? We want to hear from you in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. Katie Couric getting a daytime talk show - are you excited? Yes, she`s going to be great. Or no, not a fan of hers. Vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight or E-mail showbiztonight@cnn.com.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And tonight, Cameron`s lasting love.

One-time Hollywood golden couple, Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake ended their nearly four-year relationship back in 2007. But they are back together, at least in the upcoming comedy, "Bad Teacher."

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT recently sat down with Cameron and Justin to get their scoop on their big on-screen reunion. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Jill Simonian recently sat down with Cameron and Justin to get their scoop on their big onscreen reunion.

Jill joining me now from Hollywood. Welcome to the team. Great to have you here, Jill.

JILL SIMONIAN, CORRESPONDENT: Thanks, A.J. Good to see you.

HAMMER: Great to see you. And I`ve got to say, you know, we sit down with a lot of celebrities. And they hate talking about their personal lives.

Cameron and Justin have to have known they`d be sparking a whole lot of speculation about some kind of reconnection when they agreed to appear in this movie together.

How did their past relationship actually play out onset? Because it has to have.

SIMONIAN: Oh, yes, A.J. I give these two major credit. I don`t think that most couples, particularly high profile celebrity couples, could ever work together after a big breakup.

But Cameron and Justin pull it off really successfully in "Bad Teacher." Now, by no means are the two a couple again, by any means. But they really did have great comedic chemistry.

I asked Cameron her secret for getting along so well with her ex, and she was really candid. Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: The secret is, is that, you know, we`re adults and we`ve moved on. You know what I mean? Justin and I love each other. We care about each other. There`s no reason for us to be angry or have resentment. There`s no reason for it.

Life goes on. And both of our lives have gone on. And we`ve both had a lot of love in our lives since. So there`s no reason. And we still love each other for, you know, how the love has evolved to now and we accept that. You can`t get back to where - I don`t want to go back there.

SIMONIAN (on camera): That was eight years ago.

DIAZ: Exactly -

SIMONIAN: You usually leave the relationship in the past.

DIAZ: Yes, exactly. It was, like, eight years ago. Why do I want to be that person still? I`m very happy where I`m at and he`s happy where he`s at.

We`re growing people and we continue to grow as friends, which is lovely and I appreciate that. And we get to make a fun movie together. Why would I not want to do that?

SIMONIAN: He said that you got to laugh a lot, which is a good thing.

DIAZ: Yes. We`ve always been able to laugh together. Why not put something into the world where other people can laugh with us?

DIAZ: Hi, there.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, ACTOR AND SINGER: Scott Delacorte.

DIAZ: Elizabeth Hulsey.

TIMBERLAKE: I`m the new sub.

DIAZ: I love how his eyes sparkle when he smiles.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I want to sit on his -

TIMBERLAKE: Hey, guys.

SIMONIAN: The fact that your life always gets headlines, your love life, personal life, is it flattering that your fans want to know?

DIAZ: I don`t think it has anything to do with me. I just think it has to do with a mentality that our culture, you know, has about whether or not they have a right to people`s lives.

And it doesn`t - I don`t think it has anything - I don`t think people are particularly interested in my life. I just think that it`s just - it`s a habit.

SIMONIAN: see, I - I`m going to - I`m going to differ in opinion with you. Because, like I said, you always give off this very spirited light.

And I think it`s fascinating for people to see you handle that. Have you always been positive in your life in being able to cope with certain things?

DIAZ: You know, I think also the path to light, sometimes you have to go through darkness. And I`m not afraid of going through the darkness. You know what I mean?

And I think that`s why, you know, Justin both can be friends now and I`m happy with where I`m at in my life. It`s because, like everyone else, I traveled through darkness to get to the light.

A friend of mine said to me one time, you know, you can never - there`s one thing you can never have enough of, never give enough of, never receive enough of, and that`s love.

And that`s the truth. If you can give love and receive love every day to every person that you come into contact with, that`s a fulfilled life, I think.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I just love her. Cameron is such a class act. And it`s so refreshing to see two celebrities that were once such this hugely popular couple getting along, working together without a problem. So I want to know, Jill, what did Justin have to say about Cameron?

SIMONIAN: Well, here`s the thing. Justin was actually paired in our interview with the other star of "Bad Teacher," Jason Segel. Now, both Justin and Jason are hysterical together.

And I honestly had a really hard time getting my questions in because they kept laughing and bantering between the both of them. But it turns out that humor is actually what brought Justin and Cameron back together for this film. Here`s what Justin shared with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TIMBERLAKE: We share a sense of humor, you know. We don`t share the same sense of humor like she doesn`t borrow it for a week and I take it for a week.

We actually have the same sense of humor. And our own - my only apprehension and her only apprehension for doing this movie was that people would misconstrue that. But at the end of the day, they`re going to do that.

We love each other. We respect each other. We`re still great friends. We love to laugh together. And why not do it at work on a movie that`s really, really funny? Also, I really love Jason Segel.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Here are two guys who really have it together. So why, Jill, after all these years, are people still so obsessed with Cameron and Justin possibly getting back together? Because, quite frankly, I don`t think that`s going to happen.

SIMONIAN: Well, I don`t think it`s going to happen, too, based on my conversations with both of them. But the thing about Cameron and Justin is that when they work together, they work fun together.

We would see them in magazines going surfing, hanging out, having a great time. I mean, they both - you know, they hosted "Saturday Night Live." Their comedic chops are unparalleled.

They`re two fun people, two funny people with a, you know, humongous fan base. And we love seeing Hollywood romances succeed.

HAMMER: Yes, a very likable couple. Look at the smiles on the two of them when they were together. All right. We shouldn`t hold out hope they`re going to get back together. I think they`re doing just fine on their own.

Jill Simonian, thank you so much. Again, great to have you here. For more of Jill`s candid interview with Cameron Diaz, tomorrow right her on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Cameron revealing the naughty habit that she shares with her "Bad Teacher" character.

Lady Gaga now joining an exclusive new group, fabulous females slammed by Eminem. You`ve got your Britney, Jessica, Mariah. Now, Lady Gaga. Eminem`s vicious Gaga slam. The SHOWBIZ final word, next.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She just wants me more than anyone else. None of them have any idea that I don`t care about Ashley.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Later, guys.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Best of luck, seriously. I had the opportunity and I played everyone. That`s something that`s never been done before.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Good riddance. "Bachelorette" fans everywhere were cheering after Bentley quit the show last night in a stunning twist. Ashley was crushed.

But people were also ticked that Bentley lasted so long when they knew he was toying with Ashley`s emotions. Well, now, in a bombshell new blog today, "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison actually says Ashley might be to blame for his bad-boy behavior.

Here`s what Harrison wrote, "After Ashley received the texts warning her about Bentley, we offered her the option not even having to meet the guy. But she decided to give him a shot. Every step of the way, despite warnings from producers, myself and others, Ashley stuck to her guns.

Let`s move on to Eminem`s outrageous Lady Gaga diss tonight. A copy of his new song, "A Kiss," just leaked on the Web today. And he takes aim at Gaga and her gender.

Back with me tonight from Hollywood, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Jill Simonian. Jill, I want to take a look at the lyrics that Eminem raps in this new song.

Here`s what he said, "Tell Lady Gaga she can quit her job at the post office. She`s still a male lady." By male, he means M-A-L-E. And he`s basically referring back to that nasty rumor in 2009 that Gaga was a hermaphrodite.

All right. Now, Jill, Eminem not being very nice here. But it is certainly what we expect from him. Should we be outraged or just accept that it`s just his style?

SIMONIAN: Well, I think we should be outraged simply because this is a human being really giving another human being a lot of disrespect and we should be out raged in that regard.

But this is Eminem. I mean, we`re not surprised. He does this all the time in every single song. I mean, frankly, he`s latching on to Lady Gaga because anyone who links their name with Lady Gaga is going to get press, is going to get attention.

He wants his albums to be successful, so on and so on and so on. So this is just Eminem being Eminem. I actually think he`s kind of giving her a back-handed boost because Gaga is all about positivity and overcoming and triumphing and sending love. So she`s going to rise above it like she always does.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, I think for that very reason, it is beneath her to even respond to any of this. And I don`t think the fact that it`s what we expect from Eminem excuses it in any way.

And he`s also poking fun at Justin Bieber in this song calling him the devil, rapping about Bieber saying, "Evil runs through him." What could he possibly have against Justin Bieber other than he makes so much money?

SIMONIAN: Exactly. He makes so much money and he`s a kid. I mean, whatever you think or feel about Justin Bieber and his music and his girlfriend and so forth and so forth, Justin Bieber is a kid.

And he`s popular and he`s in the press. And Eminem wants to be linked to that.

HAMMER: And I`m pretty sure he`s not the devil.

SIMONIAN: Exactly. Exactly.

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Jill Simonian. Thanks so much, Jill. And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
