TV`s most provocative entertainment news show breaks news right now.

(MUSIC)

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking tonight - Kim`s cheating war.

It was one bombshell after another today, an incredible he said/she said cheating battle following SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s exclusive with NFL`s Bret Lockett. He is the guy who admitted to me he had never actually met Kim Kardashian. He said it right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

It was the confession heard around the world. And you`d better believe Kim heard that admission, too. And as I speak, Kim Kardashian is reportedly firing up her lawyers to slap Bret with a lawsuit.

It`s a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive newsmaker interview that`s caused quite a ruckus in the life of Kim Kardashian.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) A mega-legal showdown is brewing between Kim Kardashian and Bret Lockett. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s exclusive with Bret made big headlines on Web sites around the world when we broke the story that caused him to call her lawyers.

In the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsmaker exclusive, New England Patriots football star, Bret Lockett, dropped a big bombshell for the very first time when I asked -

HAMMER (on camera): Was this a relationship exclusively over the text and over the phone? Or was it a physical relationship?

LOCKETT: Was it a physical relationship, meaning I saw her in person? No.

MICHAEL BILLY, TV AND RADIO HOST: If that`s a relationship, then how many men out there had relationships with models on the Internet that they`ve never met?

HAMMER: I know you`re thinking Anthony Weiner right now. Focus. Focus on Kim. It seems that Kim and Bret finally agree on something because she says they never met, too. This was the first time since Bret`s claim that he had an affair with Kim that admitted he has never even met her.

(on camera) Have the two of you ever met face to face?

LOCKETT: No, we have not. She was very busy. It was during my football season. She was opening her stores in Miami and New York, so we weren`t able to connect at the time.

HAMMER (voice-over): All this hoopla and they never even met?

BILLY: If you`ve never met the person, then you`ve never met the person.

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, after Bret`s exclusive interview right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, she reportedly had her lawyers draw up a big defamation lawsuit.

Bret claims that he and Kim had a secret five-month affair of sexting, phone sex and naughty photos. Kim denies, denies, denies. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you it looks like Bret and Kim will finally meet in court.

(on camera) Clearly, Kim not playing around here. Do you plan to apologize or retract any of these claims?

LOCKETT: I do not plan to apologize or retract anything. What I said is the complete honest truth.

HAMMER (voice-over): Bret insists he`s telling the truth. So does Kim. But today, many are saying Kim should have kept her mouth shut when the story broke in "In Touch Magazine" and let the claims fade into the ether.

BILLY: I think Kim Kardashian reacted too soon.

HAMMER: Instead, the scandal rages on. But in a wicked twist to the story, it could be that Bret was involved with an imposter.

"TMZ" reports today that the woman who Bret claims set him up with Kim, Lauren London, that`s Kim`s BFF, not only denies setting him up, but says someone has been impersonating her for a while now.

In a letter to "In Touch" obtained by "TMZ," Lauren`s lawyers write that she "has never spoken to anyone at `in Touch Weekly,` does not know Mr. Lockett and did not introduce him to Ms. Kardashian."

Could it be possible Bret Lockett had an affair with a pretend Kim and didn`t know it? This story is starting to sound like a fantastic novella.

BILLY: You know what? This all makes sense to me if it is an imposter. Kim is standing by what she says. This guy a lot more simple, not as famous, not as powerful as Kim, is standing by his story. I think they`re both telling the truth and there`s a third party involved.

HAMMER: If that third party turns out to be an imposter, maybe Kim and Bret should team up and sue the pants off the jerk. And oh, Bret should probably think about finding another way to verify the women he`s dating.

BILLY: Get some face time on your iPhone. I mean, come on. Stop just texting and E-mailing. Face time with the person that you`re talking to.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Yes. And record every moment of it, of course. Whether or not there is an imposter involved, Kim K. is definitely fighting mad today over Bret Lockett`s claims of an affair.

And she seems intent on taking him to court. But would that just be a huge mistake?

Joining me tonight in New York, Midwin Charles, who is an attorney with Midwin Charles and Associates. In Hollywood, Alexis Bellino. Alexis, just like Kim Kardashian, stars in a big hit reality show. Hers is "The Real Housewives of Orange County" on Bravo.

So guys, until my exclusive interview with Bret, he always refused to say whether he had actually met Kim K. personally. But when I pressed him on it, he finally admitted he had not met Kim as I asked him about reports that he had a physical relationship with Kim. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOCKETT: When I say physical, that`s what I mean physical. But was it a physical relationship, meaning I saw her in person? No.

HAMMER: Got it. So to clear that up, she says she has never met you. I assume she means by that face to face. Have the two of you ever met face to face?

LOCKETT: No, we have not. She was very busy. It was during my football season. She was opening her stores in Miami and New York. I know her book-signing was being launched at the time. So we weren`t able to connect at the time.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And beyond that, Kim has said she never even heard of Lockett before all this happened. And today, we learned her lawyers are getting ready to slap him with a defamation suit.

Midwin, it seems to me Kim Kardashian, a savvy businesswoman, would not going forward with that kind of a lawsuit if she was just doing spin control here, because that could really backfire on her.

MIDWIN CHARLES, ATTORNEY, MIDWIN CHARLES AND ASSOCIATES: That`s right, particularly since this is one of those cases where the proof is in the pudding.

If he says he has photographs, text messages and E-mails, then produce them and we could all go home. So she wouldn`t be taking these drastic steps of trying to sue him if she wasn`t believing that she`s right, she`s accurate. There`s nothing out there that he can come forward with.

HAMMER: Yes. And he says that he has all those things. So if this goes to court, it could very well come out. If Bret never did meet Kim in person, however, how did his so-called affair start?

Well, Bret told me it was Kim`s friend, Lauren London, that set the two of them up. Watch what he said about that.

LOCKETT: My younger brother, Colin, was talking to Lauren London, one of her best friends. And my brother called me one day.

I was in the studio recording a song. And he said, you know, "Lauren wants to know if Kim can have your number." And I said, "Kim who?" And he said, "Kim Kardashian."

I thought he was playing and he was dead serious. So I said, "Sure, why not?" And about 10 minutes later, I received a phone call in the studio and that`s how it all happened.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, the plot thickens because, today, we also learned that Kim`s friend, Lauren London, has gone on Facebook to claim that someone has been impersonating her.

Here`s what she wrote on Facebook, "I have an imposter. It is similar to identity theft because he/she constantly pretends to be."

"This person disrupts my personal and professional life on an almost daily basis. Words cannot express how troubling this situation is for me and my loved ones. The statements made about me in the Kim Kardashian story are 100 percent false."

Yes, it may seem a little farfetched, a little conspiracy theorist, but this impersonator theory makes a bunch of sense to me, and it certainly could happen.

Alexis, are you buying that Bret could have actually been set up, duped by an imposter pretending to be Kim Kardashian`s friend here?

ALEXIS BELLINO, REALITY TV STAR, "THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY": You know, that is about the only thing making any sense right now because I don`t understand how anyone would want to go against Kim Kardashian, Oprah or Donald Trump in any kind of a lawsuit, like to stay out it completely.

But the fact is that the texts aren`t there, like show the text. If what you`re saying is so true - and did you ever have a phone conversation with the girl? Are you just really texting all the time that you`re in a relationship? Pick up the phone and call and hear if it`s her voice or not, for god`s sake, you know.

HAMMER: Yes. And he said this was an affair. This is how he put it. I actually read a text to him that had been published by "In Touch Weekly."

And he said, "Yes, that was a text that we sent." We didn`t actually see the text. You know, Midwin, if it is true, though -

CHARLES: There`s too many loopholes.

HAMMER: If there is an imposter involved here, I think the smart thing for Kim to do would be to just drop the whole thing and just move on if it`s what it turns out to be.

CHARLES: You know, you would think that. But one of the reasons why I think she`s going forward with this and being so adamant is, remember, she just got engaged.

It would be very, very difficult for her to just sit back and not do anything with these claims. I mean, unfortunately, this is the time in her life where she needs to be, you know, running through the tulips, enjoying her new-found love. But she has something to prove right now.

HAMMER: Then she better not be calling his bluff.

CHARLES: But I doubt she`s calling his bluff. I doubt it. I doubt it.

BELLINO: I think there`s too many loopholes. And she had probably too many facts -

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: It`s a very (INAUDIBLE) all around, because on the other hand, why would he be making all this stuff up if he`s only going to just get into trouble. Alexis Bellino, Midwin Charles, I thank you both.

And now, I want to turn it over to you for our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll - Kim Kardashian reportedly planning to sue over these cheating claims. Do you think that`s a good idea, yes or no?

I think it`s pouring gasoline on the fire personally. You can vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. You can always E-mail showbiztonight@cnn.com.

All right. So has the Casey Anthony murder trial actually become bigger than Disney World? Could it be? Well, they both take place in the same town in Orlando. But tonight, there`s new evidence that the Anthony trial is the hotter ticket. That`s next.

Also this -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: My son has been my life. It`s my role, I think. It`s what I was born here for - is for my son. I am devastated because he`s in trouble and he`s in care of the hospital. But what is going to happen when he goes? I do not want him with Nicolas Cage.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is just heartbreaking. A SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive - the mother of Nic Cage`s son blames Nic for forcing their son into a psychiatric hospital. That is coming up.

Also, Tina Fey`s explosive attack on her "30 Rock" co-star, Tracy Morgan, for his homophobic rant. And Tracy`s former "Saturday Night Live" cast mate, Jim Breuer, has got a lot to say on it. He`s speaking tonight in a SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

This is the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Emma Watson says she`s tired of having no control over life. "Superman" gets a new costume.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And tonight, Casey craziness. I`m talking about the Casey Anthony murder trial. It is really incredible.

Today, we saw people fighting over spots in line, camping out overnight just to get tickets to get inside that courtroom.

All this is happening in Orlando, Florida, where Anthony is on trial for allegedly killing her two-year-old daughter. And that, of course, is in the same city where Disney World is.

So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has to ask, has the Casey Anthony trial actually become bigger than Disney World? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the scenes from the trial frenzy.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE NEWS ANCHOR: Dramatic days there in Orlando at the Casey Anthony murder trial.

WOLF BLITZER, CNN ANCHOR: It`s a tragic case that has many Americans transfixed.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: There are still plenty of people willing to wake up in the middle of the night to get in line.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: Madness outside of the courthouse early this morning.

CROWD: Get out of line! Get out of line!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You cannot do that!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE ANCHOR: People, really, all over this country and the world, for that matter, started paying attention.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We`re kind of emotionally attached, you know. We prayed for Caylee to be found.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s a walking, living soap opera. All the characters from the prosecutors, defense attorneys to the people giving testimony are almost like celebrities. So to be a part of it - I think I`ll always remember it.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: As a mother, it`s almost unbelievable that something like this could happen.

JOY BEHAR, HOST, "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW": So how does a defense attorney explain that away?

DR. DREW PINSKY, HOST, "DR. DREW": A two-year-old child - yes, I get sick to my stomach, too. I, like you, am trying to figure this thing out. That`s what`s so interesting about this. We don`t really know for sure what`s going on in these people`s minds.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Get out of the way, cameraman.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This has captured people`s attention.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: Drove three and a half hours from their home in Lake City to be outside the Orange County courthouse at 1:00 a.m. The neck brace guy sprinting to get in line.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Are you all right, bud?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`m out of work for the next six month, five months. I just get tired of sitting around the house.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Look at that scene. If I didn`t know any better, I would have thought these people were ling up for a new ride at Disney World down there in Orlando. Who would have thought the Casey Anthony trial would become the hottest ticket in town?

With me in New York tonight, Sunny Hostin, who is a legal contributor with "In Session" on Tru TV.

Sunny, you just saw - I mean, look at these people. They`re going berserk over this, fighting over these 50 courtroom spectator seats that are reserved for the public. Why the craziness of it?

(CROSS TALK)

SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRU TV: Isn`t it something?

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: It`s maddening.

HOSTIN: It`s like a Willy Wonka gold ticket. I have been asking myself that question every single day, because, you know, I`m covering it every single day.

HAMMER: Yes.

HOSTIN: And I think there a couple of reasons. One, I think it cuts across everything we believe in as people. We believe that mothers are nurturers and we`re like Mother Nature and that sort of thing.

And I think it`s that pure voyeurism. People like - could a mother really do something like this? I also think it`s social media, quite frankly, because, now, everything is so accessible.

You think you`re friends with someone that you`ve never met on Facebook, you know. And so I think when they`re watching it on television and people are tweeting about it and people are reading it on the Internet, they feel that they know the players here.

HAMMER: Yes.

HOSTIN: They really know them. And when something happens to someone that you know, you are involved in it. I think that`s probably the second part of the dynamic.

HAMMER: And I think that it`s being a part of history, too, you know, wanting to show up and actually be a part of that. But I`ve got to believe if there is a not-guilty verdict at the end of all this, the outrage and the madness and the stampedes we`re going to see will pale in comparison to all this.

HOSTIN: I think you`re right. I mean, I`m dating myself, but I was working in a law firm when the O.J. verdict came down. And I remember the anger. People were just hysterical.

HAMMER: Yes.

HOSTIN: Remember that?

HAMMER: Yes.

HOSTIN: Not that you`re hold old enough to remember that, but I remember it.

HAMMER: I actually do.

HOSTIN: And I think it`s going to dwarf that if that there`s a not-guilty verdict.

HAMMER: We`ll see if it goes that way. Sunny Hostin, there`s another big story tonight. It`s the Weiner weasel watch.

Yes, a startling picture out there today revealed by "TMZ" of Anthony Weiner, apparently - there he is, doing the exhibitionist thing again right in the congressional gym. Could it be?

And now, Weiner may be headed to sex rehab just like Tiger Woods. So Sunny, I want you to stay right where you are. That is coming up next.

And as we move on, is there a LeAnn Rimes sex tape? Really? Does one exist? Tonight, LeAnn is setting the record straight.

Also, a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive - the mother of Nicolas Cage`s son blames Nic for forcing their son into a psychiatric hospital.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: For Weston to be the hospital right now is a disgrace. It`s his dad`s fault that he`s in the hospital. He had his chance.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is a dramatic war of words. Sadly, Nic Cage`s son caught in the middle of it. You do not want to miss this incredible, emotional interview coming up exclusively on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

This is the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: "The Book of Mormon" takes home "Best Musical" Tony award.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: No big surprise. It gets even worse tonight for Congressman Anthony Weiner as more photos of him exposing himself and, pardon the expression, these photos have just popped up on "TMZ.com."

Apparently, the pictures were snapped in the gym that`s used by members of Congress. Our continuing coverage of the Weiner weasel watch gets even weirder tonight.

Weiner`s spokesperson says the Congressman is now seeking treatment and it is widely believed it may be sex rehab.

Back with me again in New York, Sunny Hostin, legal contributor with "In Session" on Tru TV.

Look, we`ve seen this play out. Before the Tiger Woods sex scandal erupts, he checks into sex rehab. Jesse James sex scandal erupts, off to sex rehab for Jesse.

Sunny, Weiner is a paid government official and, apparently, he`s checking in here. He`s not a famous golf player. He`s not a celebrity.

HOSTIN: Right.

HAMMER: Are you buying this or is this just spin control?

HOSTIN: I think it`s spin control. And he`s been trying to spin, let`s face it, you know, since the "Peter Twitter" thing came out.

(CROSS TALK)

I`ve got to tell you, I think that because everyone is calling for him to resign, we`ve got this Ethics Committee. If it`s going to start looking into his behavior, he has to do something so he can explain the behavior, and that`s where this is going.

HAMMER: Yes. But even if he does this, treatment, counseling, whatever, isn`t the damage done almost beyond repair? He will forever be known as the congressman who couldn`t keep his pants on. I mean, come on.

HOSTIN: Well, I think that`s right. But legally, if you have a disability and you have some sort of problem that you get treated for, can you be fired from your job for doing that if there`s sort of the excuse?

I don`t know the answer to that, but I think it`s a decent place for him to be. I also think that once the committee starts investigating, you know, these very serious allegations of misconduct, he`s going to need some sort of reason to explain the conduct.

HAMMER: Yes. And quite frankly, you know, we`re all waiting to see what Weiner`s wife is going to do. She may have end to up sticking around because if he`s sick, he`s sick.

HOSTIN: Yes.

HAMMER: All right. Sunny Hostin, I appreciate that insight. Thanks so much.

And now, to the SHOWBIZ lineup. Here`s what`s coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Wait until you hear Tina Fey`s explosive attack on her "30 Rock" co-star, Tracy Morgan for his homophobic rant.

And I`ve got to know, what does Tracy`s former "Saturday Night Live" cast mate, Jim Breuer, think about Morgan`s gay-bashing? I know he`ll have really interesting perspective. It`s a must-see SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

This is shocking. Jon Cryer still pulling for Charlie Sheen, even after Charlie dissed him hard core.

Plus, this -

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Did you see this? Pretty fantastic. Katy Perry`s brand-new `80s- style music video. Lots and lots of stars in this thing. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Victoria Beckham tells "Glamour U.K." she doesn`t plan on taking maternity leave. Lily Allen gets married and reveals she`s pregnant with her first child.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Big news breaking tonight on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - the mother of Nicolas Cage`s son blames Nic for forcing their son in a psychiatric hospital.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: My son has been my life. It`s my role - I think it`s what I was born here for is for my son. I am devastated because he`s in trouble and he`s care of the hospital. But what is going to happen when he goes? I do not want him with Nicolas Cage.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It`s a heartbreaking SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive. Plus, a startling response from Nic.

LeAnn Rimes sex tape? Reports surface about a sex tape with LeAnn`s ex- husband just days after her honeymoon with her new husband.

Stars slam Tracy. Hollywood stars launch an explosive attack on Tracy Morgan for his homophobic rant.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s not funny. That`s not funny alone in the house behind the door. So people do stupid things -

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Plus, what does Tracy`s former "Saturday Night Live" cast mate, Jim Breuer, think about Tracy`s behavior? I`m going to ask him tonight in our SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

We`ve got big news breaking tonight. Tracy Morgan, slammed by none other than his "30 Rock" co-star Tina Fey for his anti-gay tirade. Tonight, Tina calling it disturbing and violent.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the rest of Hollywood also piling on Tracy for saying, among other anti-gay things during his concert, he`d stab his son to death if he found out he were gay.

SHOWBIZ breaks news tonight, and we`re joined here in New York by Jim Breuer. Jim was a part of the cast of "Saturday Night Live" during Tracy`s days on "SNL."

JIM BREUER, FORMER "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" CAST MEMBER: Yes.

HAMMER: And Jim, I know you`ve got a lot to say. We`re going to get to that. I appreciate you being here, first of all. You were not only cast mates with Tracy Morgan on "Saturday Night Live."

BREUER: Yes.

HAMMER: You also actually do a dead on Tracy Morgan impersonation.

BREUER: Tracy Morgan. I said I was sorry.

HAMMER: I don`t even know if -

BREUER: Why are you upset? I said I apologize! Tina, I said I apologize. You wouldn`t put me in the script no more, anyway.

HAMMER: I`m not going to go to the Jimmy Fallon tape now. We just got it ourselves before right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. So Jim, have you ever heard Tracy Morgan make homophobic remarks?

BREUER: First of all - hold on. I`ve known Tracy since 1990. Here`s - A, he`s a comedian. Freedom of speech period. Nobody heard how he said it.

If I said, "If I caught my kid gay, I would stab him to death," it sounds a little menacing. If I said, "If my kid came out and was gay, I`m going to stab him," he`s -

HAMMER: But you think that makes it OK? Because that`s the thing - a lot of people say, you know what? Comedic license doesn`t apply here.

BREUER: You`re not going to see the "30 Rockfeller" guy - I don`t blame Tracy. I blame his publicist, his management who keep selling him as this - they don`t tell the public you`re not getting the "30 Rock" guy.

You`re not getting - you know, when you went to see Redd Foxx, you weren`t getting "Sanford and Son." Redd Foxx was nasty. Buddy Hackett was nasty. You need to let the audience know who you`re getting and you have to walk in with an open mind.

HAMMER: And I get that and I think a lot of people do get that. But I think a lot of people also believe and a lot what we`re hearing is that there is a line even when you`re as on the edge or over the edge as somebody like Tracy Morgan. Let me couple of the things that some of his colleagues have said. I want to get your take on it.

BREUER: Sure.

HAMMER: Tina Fey really went after him despite the fact that he made an apology. Here`s what Tina said, "I hope for his sake that Tracy`s apology will be accepted as sincere by his gay and lesbian co-workers at `30 Rock` without whom Tracy would not have lines to say, clothes to wear, sets to stand on, scene partners to act with, or a printed-out paycheck from accounting to put in his pocket."

But this is the one I`m really - you`ve got to give your take on. Chris Rock - you know, he`ll say just about anything on stage.

BREUER: Sure.

HAMMER: He backtracked after he officially defended Tracy saying much of what you just said here. Here`s what Chris Rock tweeted.

BREUER: Right.

HAMMER: "When Tracy says something, I usually don`t take it any more seriously than I would a statement from Gary Busey or Flavor Flav."

BREUER: Right.

HAMMER: "But after reading everything Tracy said, wow, I get it, that (EXPLETIVE DELETED) wasn`t called for and I don`t support it at all." So you even have Chris Rock slamming Tracy Morgan.

BREUER: That`s fine and good, but when you`re off the cuff and you can`t control what you`re going to say - he`s not a politician. He`s not running for office. He`s not taking pictures of himself.

He`s not starting rallies - let`s kill the homosexual community. But you know, I mean, who`s really taking this too far? This is ridiculous. Listen, I`ve said things on stage where I went - you know what, I went too far. I hope no one gets riled up about it. We`re off the cuff.

Tracy`s off the cuff. He said what he had to say. He realized it. He apologized. But they keep going - "Then you can`t say we`re one nation under God. I said I`m sorry".

Now, is he truly sorry? I`m going to say without a doubt he is.

HAMMER: OK.

BREUER: Without a doubt.

HAMMER: So you do not know in his heart that he is a homophobe and that he is this way in person.

BREUER: No way. I`ve known him my whole life. There`s no way.

HAMMER: OK.

BREUER: He`s going for the shock. He`s going for the funny. I could never see Tracy honestly feeling those two feelings towards anyone, his children or any type of people whatsoever.

I`ve had deep conversations with him. There`s no way there`s dark feelings like that in his heart. Now, politically if, you know, employers and all that - you`ve got it and you got to say - there`s reality.

HAMMER: Yes. I get that. You`ve been there before.

(CROSS TALK)

BREUER: You know, you want to get fed by all types of people, blah, blah, blah. And I understand - that I get. I don`t think he feels that way.

I want to bring in Alexis Bellino from Hollywood now, who, tonight, is wrapping up this season`s reunion of "The Real Housewives of Orange County."

So Alexis, do you think what Tracy Morgan said was in any way OK?

BELLINO: I - no, I don`t. I`m absolutely appalled. When I was informed about it and I read about it, I had a stomachache the entire time.

I just don`t think - I know comedians have to be off the cuff and you have to take what they say lightly and is funny. I mean, I laugh at Chris Rock all the time. But I don`t think there`s any example you can use - "I`m going to stab my child to death," and think that that`s going to be a funny comment.

HAMMER: I do want to get to somebody who is definitely not OK with what Tracy said - Chaz Bono. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT spoke exclusively to Chaz today. Chaz, of course, is Cher`s son, who recently changed his sex. Here`s what Chaz told us.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHAZ BONO, CHER`S SON: I never understand why especially a public figure would make those types of comments. And it`s always really disheartening to see, you know, one oppressed group of individuals say something about another oppressed group of individuals.

So it was really disappointing and I hope that his apology, you know, was sincere. But I think there`s probably more he can do.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. And I get he apologized and I appreciate that. And I think that was important. And I believe that`s just the beginning for Tracy because a lot of people are saying too little too late. It was a week after it happened.

But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you there were some rants of another kind on the reunion show of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" tonight. This was quite something. A lot of fireworks going on.

Alexis, you went at it with Tamra Barney because you thought it was irresponsible of her to take the candid bathtub scene with her new boyfriend so soon after her divorce. You`re afraid, you know, her kids are going to see this. Let`s watch what happened.

BELLINO: If you were so strict about sheltering them, you would think before you do things like that.

TAMRA BARNEY, REALITY TV STAR, "REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY": OK. Thank you, coming from a mom that dropped her kid in a pool strapped to his stroller.

(CROSS TALK)

BELLINO: They weren`t dropped into a pool, Tamra. My husband (INAUDIBLE) before.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right, Alexis. There were some fireworks. Are we going to see another season of "Real Housewives of Orange County"? Would you do it again?

BELLINO: I don`t know if you`re going to see another episode or another season. I don`t know. I mean, I would, probably. It`s been very - a positive - for the most part, a positive experience.

Obviously, anytime your life`s in front of millions, you`re scrutinized and you say things that are wrong. That`s where I can kind of feel for Tracy because sometimes you say things. And they`re not necessarily what you meant or how it was supposed to come out and it just came out. So you know -

HAMMER: And the world will hold you accountable. Alexis Bellino, Jim Breuer, I really appreciate you both being here. And make sure you see Jim in his new movie, "Zoo Keeper." It sounds like a lot of fun.

BREUER: It`s funny -

HAMMER: It co-stars Kevin James, Rosario Dawson and Cher. And thanks for being here.

BREUER: It`s Kevin James` money. It`s his movie. It`s a blockbuster. It`s a monster.

HAMMER: I`m looking forward to it. Thanks, Jim. All right. Coming up next, it`s a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive. The mother of Nicolas Cage`s son tells us she blames Nic for their son`s mental health problem.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And right now, it is a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive.

The former lover of Nicolas Cage who is the mother of their 20-year-old son, reveals to us in heartbreaking detail why she`s blaming Nic for their son`s trouble.

That son, Weston Cage, has just been on the psychiatric hold in a Los Angeles hospital after a violent incident last week.

Weston`s had a history of mental health issues but tonight his mom, Christina Fulton, claims there`s only one person responsible for her son`s recent downward spiral. She spoke with "CNN Wire" entertainment editor, Alan Duke.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHRISTINA FULTON, MOTHER OF WESTON CAGE: In 25 years, you could Google Christina Fulton and you did not see me ever talking about my family. I don`t talk about my family.

I stood behind my family and I stood behind Nicolas Cage. And I am mom and he is dad and I honored that and we have our son. My role is everything to this boy. He`s my world. He is - he has been my devotion 24/7.

For Weston to be in the hospital right now is a disgrace. It`s his dad`s fault he`s in the hospital. He had his chance. He had his chance to make it right.

My son had a healthy environment here. He had a system that was fantastic. He had - I built that system. I built that with myself and my team. I made his life healthy.

I know his medical issues more than anyone because all I did was learn his medical issues. To have the role of taking care of Weston, I had to know everything. I had to be on top of everything for 18 years.

I raised Weston so that Nicolas could go be Nicolas Cage and go be a superstar, and he did. And I raised this boy. 24/7, we were glued to the hip.

My son has been my life. It`s my role. I think that`s what I was born here for is for my son. I am devastated because he`s in trouble.

And he`s in care of the hospital but what is going to happen when he goes? I do not want him with Nicolas Cage. I do not want him in that care. That is not the care that my son needs.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Such a heart breaking story for everyone involved there. You don`t want to see anybody upset like that. Nic Cage is speaking out today in response to claims made by crease Christina Fulton, the mother of his troubled son.

With me tonight from Hollywood, Alan Duke, who is the "CNN Wire" entertainment editor who did that amazing exclusive interview with Christina Fulton.

Alan, from what she told you, do you think that Nic Cage has, in fact, done their son wrong?

ALAN DUKE, ENTERTAINMENT EDITOR, "CNN WIRE": Well, I could never judge a father or a mother. But I can tell you that they are certainly pointing the finger at each other.

What she`s saying is when the child turned 18, now an adult, that he was no longer getting the proper guidance and care for his mental problems that he had had since childhood.

And she says he`s been surrounded by people that were bad influences, given money, given independence and that it culminated in last week`s beating on a Hollywood street that put him in the hospital and, finally, on a psychiatric hold.

HAMMER: Yes. And certainly understandable why his mother is so upset like that. And tonight, Nic Cage is calling Fulton`s comments unfortunate and inappropriate.

This is what his spokesperson tells Alan, "This is a time to focus only on giving love and full support to Weston, not an opportunity to lay blame on his father, a man who loves his son very deeply."

Now, Alan, Christina Fulton apparently not backing down and plans to fight Nic Cage in court. What exactly will they be fighting about?

DUKE: Well, they`ll be fighting over a conservatorship. She wants her son placed in a conservatorship a la Britney Spears, although not financial but a personal conservatorship where she would guide his medical care and she would control where he goes so that he could have the structure in his life that she thinks that he needs.

HAMMER: I mean, the whole thing is just a stunning, stunning story. And when you see a megastar like Nic Cage involved in something like this, you can`t help but sort of sit back and say, wow. I mean, it is just astonishing to see.

Alan Duke, thank you so much. Terrific, terrific interview there.

All right. Moving on tonight, is LeAnn Rimes the newest member of the celebrity sex tape club? Could that be possible? And Jon Cryer gives us his surprising message for Charlie Sheen. All of that can be found in "The Buzz Today."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Jon Cryer`s Sheen shout-out. Jon Cryer has just revealed he`s still rooting for his former "Two and a Half" then co-star, Charlie Sheen.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there at the Tony Awards where John told us that despite Charlie calling him a traitor and a troll when he was dumped from the show back in March, he`s putting sheen`s angry outburst behind him and had a greeting for his fired friend, Charlie.

JON CRYER, ACTOR: Stay healthy, man, and I hope only the best for you.

HAMMER: Rimes riled up. LeAnn Rimes just hit Twitter to smack back at persistent reports that a steamy sex tape has turned up on a moving truck featuring her and her ex-husband, Dean Sheremet.

The newly remarried Rimes tweeted, "I hear there are rumors of a sex tape. I have never filmed myself having sex on tape, period. Haven`t joined that club, LOL."

LeAnn and Sheremet split in 2009 and Rimes married Eddie Cibrian in April.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Kathy Beth Terry, what happened to your room?

KATY PERRY, SINGER (as Kathy Beth Terry): Mom, dad!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANNA, IREPORTER FROM MARYLAND: Just saw "Super 8." It was pretty great. We`re on a date and we were almost late. The movie was from (INAUDIBLE) nostalgia. There are plenty of scenes that will make you afraid.

"Super 8" takes you back to the old days when you would hang out with friends after school, working on projects away from the trying eyes of your parents and forming lasting bonds.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

The cool thing about that video is Anne actually did it on her iPhone.

That`s it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
