Nancy Grace

Casey Anthony Back in Orlando?

Aired July 19, 2011 - 20:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Bombshell tonight. Has tot mom emerged back on home turf, Orlando, Florida? And if so, why? In the last hours, a woman matching tot mom`s exact description exits a private plane that touches down Orlando. Shrouded in a blanket over her head and face, but dressed in clothes matching tot mom`s, she races to an outbuilding and disappears.

Tot mom either back in Orlando to the scene where her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, murdered and left to decompose in swampy woods, or tot mom toying with her parents, the press and the public that has judged her guilty of murder one.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Where is Casey Anthony?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Where is Casey Anthony?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Where is Casey Anthony?

CASEY ANTHONY, CAYLEE`S MOTHER: I`m not going to give the media anything when I get out of here.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The big question today, where is Casey Anthony?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Where did she go? Did she hop on a plane or not?

CASEY ANTHONY: Sucks for them because I have nothing to say.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She could be out of the country or anywhere.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`ve got Puerto Rico, we`ve got Ohio, we`ve got the small town of Prescott, Arizona.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We`ve got California.

CINDY ANTHONY, CASEY`S MOTHER: We`re going in so many different directions. We just want to go in the right one.

CASEY ANTHONY: Well, I can`t point you in that direction when I`m literally at a standstill!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Will she alter her appearance? Will she cash in on the publicity from this case and tell her story?

GRACE: You know what? I`m not a betting person, but if I were, I would bet she`s not going to turn into Mother Teresa.

JOY BEHAR, HOST, "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW": Would you let Casey baby-sit your kids? You say she`s innocent.

DOROTHY CLAY SIMS, ATTORNEY FOR CASEY ANTHONY: Well, you know, my kids are older.

CASEY ANTHONY: Are you kidding...

-- kidding...

-- kidding...

-- kidding me?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Her attorney has said that she needs mental health care, not rehab.

CASEY ANTHONY: Life`s not fair. People aren`t always going to be nice. If they have nothing positive to say, they need to shut up.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And tonight, a popular teen throws the party of a lifetime, inviting scores of friends by FaceBook to a party at his place. Only two people don`t show up, his mom and dad. They couldn`t make it. They were locked in the bedroom, dead, bludgeoned to death with a hammer!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A teen is accused of beating his parents to death with a hammer.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Bloody double murder, beaten on the head and body.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The crime scene was certainly a merciless killing.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Then inviting all his friends over for a house party.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Friends show us the FaceBook invitation.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He said, Party at my place. And he posted it, like, three or four times.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Seventeen-year-old Tyler Hadley.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Then killed his parents outside their bedroom, according to police.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bludgeoned his parents to death.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Locked the bodies in the room.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Then just covered their bodies with things like towels, books and pictures.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Then hosted his party. What on earth would drive 17-year-old Tyler Hadley to allegedly use a hammer to beat his two loving parents to death?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us. Bombshell tonight. Has tot mom emerged back on home turf, Orlando, Florida?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Breaking news. Speculation has been running wild on the whereabouts of Casey Anthony. Now we`re asking, Is that her?

CASEY ANTHONY: I just want to go home!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Orlando affiliate WFTV reports that that woman got off a plane at the same executive airport that Casey Anthony left from.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Not only did he mislead us, he conned us. He did a good job.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla is suing Casey Anthony and Jose Baez.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What I`m saying is more blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Incurred $200,000 in expenses.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE) never been (INAUDIBLE) never (INAUDIBLE)

JOSE BAEZ, ATTORNEY FOR CASEY ANTHONY: There are no winners in this case.

MARK LIPPMAN, ATTORNEY FOR GEORGE AND CINDY ANTHONY: He had wanted to use my clients as decoys.

GRACE: Media decoy? What is that? What do they want George and Cindy to do now?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Still haven`t seen only, only getting that text, no other contact with their daughter.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And I don`t know where she is.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It may be her.

CASEY ANTHONY: (INAUDIBLE) the rules have surely changed.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: We are live in Orlando and taking your calls. If tot mom is back in Orlando, why? Why would she come back to the scene where her 2- year-old little girl, her only child, was found murdered and thrown away like trash, her body to decompose in swampy woods and animals to pull her bones apart and gnaw on them? Or is she sitting back, having a good laugh at the expense of her parents, her family, the media, the press and the public?

Straight out to Kathi Belich, joining us from CNN affiliate WFTV. Kathi, you`re the one that knows everything that`s happened today. What happened, Kathi?

KATHI BELICH, WFTV: Well, we got a tip called in to the newsroom this afternoon that perhaps Casey Anthony was relaxing by the pool at her defense attorney, Cheney Mason`s, house, which is a distance away from where our office is downtown.

And so we went up in the helicopter and flew over his gated community to see if that was true, didn`t see anything, and raced back to the airport. When we got back to the airport in Orlando -- this is a small executive airport -- we saw Todd Macaluso`s plane landed there. It wasn`t there when we took off to go check out this tip about Casey Anthony.

And so we videotaped him and the group of people he was with. One of them appeared to be another one of Casey`s defense team members. He got on the phone. He looked up at our helicopter, saw us shooting, was making some calls.

But minutes later, at some point, a woman dressed in the same colors and the same Levi jeans, apparently, that Casey was wearing when she walked out of the Orange County jail, ran with Todd Macaluso toward the hangar at the airport with a white jacket or towel of some sort over the head to conceal her identity.

And we`ve looked at that tape again and again, and judging by the jeans and her legs, it appeared to be Casey Anthony.

GRACE: OK, Kathi Belich joining us from WFTV there in Orlando. Kathi, that was a lot of information to take in at once. If you don`t mind, run through it with me again. From what I`m understanding, the defense attorney, Cheney Mason, who says, We`re safe, I`m armed -- OK, yes, that`s good to know, that Cheney Mason is armed -- so he calls in or somebody else calls in a tip that tot mom is relaxing by the pool at Cheney Mason`s place? Just start at the beginning.

BELICH: We got an anonymous tip -- OK. We got an anonymous tip called in to the newsroom this afternoon that, supposedly, there was activity in Cheney Mason`s neighborhood. He lives in a gated community in a county outside of our Orange County here, where our office is...

GRACE: Seminole?

BELICH: ... and that perhaps -- in Seminole County -- and perhaps Casey was relaxing by his swimming pool outside. So it`s a gated community. We can`t just drive in. Of course, we took our helicopter over there and hightailed it over there, didn`t see her outside, saw a towel, from what I understand, outside by the pool, but no Casey.

And so we came back to our executive airport, where we keep our helicopter. When we got back, we saw -- as we were about to land, our photographer and operations manager noticed Todd Macaluso`s plane sitting there. It wasn`t there when we left. And so we started videotaping what was going on there around the plane.

GRACE: So Kathi, it sounds like you were intentionally misled to go to Cheney Mason`s place. You go, and when you come back, you happen to see this woman, a tot mom look-alike or tot mom herself, getting back off Macaluso`s private plane.

Let me ask you something. Kathi Belich, you work at WFTV. Do you guys have caller ID? Because when you say an anonymous tip, couldn`t you see the phone number?

BELICH: I didn`t take the call. I`m not sure where the call came from. And I think we did get more than one call, actually, that there was activity going on in his neighborhood, and so -- and that perhaps Casey was by the pool. We had numerous tips called in. I`m not sure if they documented where the calls came from.

GRACE: Well, Kathi, I would love to find out if they`re all coming from the same place, if someone intentionally misdirected you there. Or, hey, maybe she was there. But why the big ruse? In either scenario, there`s a game being played on her family, her parents, the press, the media, and the public.

Either this is her touching down at Orlando Executive -- look, everybody, we put it side by side, the known tot mom and the possible tot mom who just touched down in the last hours at Orlando Executive Airport. That is a private airport. You`ve got to have a private plane. You`ve got to have a private pilot. You don`t have to say who`s on the plane with you. And sometimes, you don`t have to say where you`re going.

Take a look at this video. The only thing different are the shoes. Those aren`t those big hideous tennis shoes she had on, are they, Kathi Belich, when she came out of jail?

BELICH: No. And I was under the impression -- I heard that her -- when her lawyer brought those clothes for her to wear when she came out of the jail, they forgot to bring her shoes. So when I saw those shoes that night, I don`t know if those were borrowed shoes. So it doesn`t surprise me that she wasn`t wearing the same shoes today, if, in fact, that was Casey. It doesn`t surprise me that the shoes were different because I don`t think those were her shoes the other night. I think that`s why they looked so floppy.

GRACE: So it looks to me like she`s wearing flip-flops getting off -- touching down at Orlando.

BELICH: Yes. Yes. And I think the top that she was wearing -- we got a glimpse of it because we watched it really slowly -- it looked like a racerback top and maybe a white tank top underneath or something, best as we could tell. So I don`t think it was the exact same top, but it was a similar color. Definitely Levis. I recognize the tag in the back. And I kept looking. She -- you know, she`s got thin legs, and she was wearing skinny jeans walking out of the Orange County jail, and these look to be skinny jeans and skinny legs.

GRACE: You know, Kathi, not that I care what she`s wearing -- I don`t care. But what I do care about is if this is a ruse, a scam, why anybody, including Todd Macaluso, who is a member of the bar -- I didn`t say upstanding because he`s had a couple of bar complaints, but he is a member of the bar -- why they would go to such effort to pull a prank after a little girl has been found dead. I don`t get it. Either this is tot mom back in Orlando, as it appears, or they`re playing a -- let me say euphemistically a prank. What about it, Kathi?

BELICH: Well, I have to say that -- let me read this to you. I did get a text from Jose Baez`s cell phone at 3:58 this afternoon. And this is what it said. "That is not Casey. Macaluso is having fun with you, and I had no knowledge of that."

Now, what`s interesting about that is the silver SUV that seemed to be speeding around the airport this afternoon actually belongs to one of his - - the lawyers in Baez`s firm, and one of the people that was on the plane with Macaluso appeared to be one of his lawyers. So I don`t understand what -- he had no knowledge of what. I don`t know what Macaluso is doing here, whether there was some game. If he didn`t have any knowledge of it, then how does he know that it wasn`t Casey and that it wasn`t (SIC) a game?

And the other thing is this. I think that Baez is in town. Macaluso obviously was or is in town because that plane took off again. But Baez keeps very tight rein on Casey. So if he, in fact, is here, then you would wonder...

GRACE: She`s his meal ticket. Come on! Kathi!

BELICH: You would wonder why she wouldn`t be with him.

GRACE: I`ve never discussed this on the air before, but he has the lottery ticket. He`s got the golden ring in tot mom. She can make a lot of money for him. He`ll take at least a third of whatever she brings in, which is a typical lawyer`s cut. I mean, before this, he had those two Internet companies, Bon-Bon (ph) Bikini and Brazil Bikini. That`s how he was making a living, selling bikinis on line. Now he`s got tot mom, you`re darn right he`s keeping a tight rein on her!

BELICH: Yes. So if he`s in town, I would wonder, you know, where she is and why would he not be with her, wherever she is.

GRACE: So Kathi Belich, in the middle of all this, Jose Baez takes time to text you, This is a big scam. That would say to me that it`s absolutely true. If he`s saying it`s a scam, then it`s for real.

BELICH: Right. I would think if it`s supposed to be a joke -- if it`s supposed to be a joke, then I think they would be laughing at us. Why would they try to convince us it wasn`t true? It doesn`t make sense.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BAEZ: This is not a murder case. This is a tragic accident that happened to some very disturbed people.

Caylee Anthony died on June 16th, 2008, when she drowned in her family`s swimming pool.

They have an aboveground pool.

It all began when Casey was 8 years old and her father came into her room and began to touch her inappropriately.

She could be 13 years old, have her father`s penis in her mouth and then go to school and play with the other kids as if nothing ever happened!

(via telephone): That is not her. That I can confirm. I can absolutely 100 percent tell you that that is not her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: So we`re supposed to believe Jose Baez when he says that`s not her? OK. Everybody, for those of you just joining us, in the last hours, touching down at Orlando Executive Airport is either tot mom or a tot mom look-alike. There you see her wearing the same jeans, the same shirt, shrouded with a blanket over head and face, flanked by apparent employees, racing to an out-house there at the private airport.

Is tot mom back in Orlando? Either that is true, or the defense team is playing a big, let me say, prank on her family, her parents, the public, the press. So I guess they`ve got time to sit back and do that.

Now, I want to go back to Kathi Belich, CNN affiliate WFTV. One thing that I noticed -- I don`t know if anybody else noticed it -- was Macaluso - - every private plane typically has a tail number, and I noticed that the plane that picked her up when she got out of jail is one digit off from Macaluso`s tail number. There`s a 0 when it should have been a 6, or vice versa. Do we know for sure this is Macaluso`s plane?

BELICH: That 6 -- I don`t know where that came from because we had the tail number on Saturday night. It was 950. It was N950KA. That was the plane that was there. That is his plane, according to, you know, records that we`ve looked up. That plane belongs to Vilico (ph), Macaluso`s company in Carlsbad, California. So I don`t know where the 6 came from.

I think that maybe there were some flight plans that were filed on a certain Web site...

GRACE: Yes. Yes.

BELICH: ... that suddenly added that 6 and I don`t think -- I don`t know what that is...

GRACE: His plane...

BELICH: ... but the plane...

GRACE: ... N as in never, 950 KA, alpha.

BELICH: Right.

GRACE: And the other one was N956KAlpha. So I don`t know if it was just mistaken for a 6 when really it was a 0, but whatever. You firmly believe that it`s Macaluso`s plane.

BELICH: Yes.

GRACE: OK, unleash the lawyers, Raymond Giudice, Atlanta, Paul Batista, New York. Raymond, long story short, Macaluso has worked hand and glove with Baez from the get-go, so I don`t believe one thing about Baez`s text going, I don`t know. He knows darn well what`s going on!

RAYMOND GIUDICE, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Sure, he does. We all know that. But look, he`s kept this story alive on your show and other shows one more night, keep it hot, keep everybody aggravated. That makes his ability to negotiate contracts of value for this client that much higher.

GRACE: You know what?

GIUDICE: He`s doing his job for his client.

GRACE: You know what, Ray?

GIUDICE: He`s doing and these guys are falling for it.

GRACE: You`re right. Either she`s back in town -- but Ray, you know -- let me go to Paul on this. every time you look for a fugitive, go straight to Mommy`s house. They always come back home.

(LAUGHTER)

GRACE: Just go look under the bed at Ma (INAUDIBLE). There they`ll be. So Paul, this could very well be her back in Orlando. But Ray`s right. I think they`re using the system and using us to try to up the fee for her first tell-all.

PAUL BATISTA, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: It`s almost brilliant. It`s like the DiCaprio movie "Catch Me If You Can."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHENEY MASON, ATTORNEY FOR CASEY ANTHONY: The good part is, is she`s gone.

CASEY ANTHONY: This is seriously the first time that I`ve been angry.

MASON: And nobody will find her.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Mason hopes she will also be free from what he calls "Casey world."

CASEY ANTHONY: I don`t even know what to say.

MASON: I`m not going to tell you that, either.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A place where a mother tells people her dead daughter was kidnapped by a fictional baby-sitter.

CASEY ANTHONY: Miserable.

MASON: She`s got a tough road ahead of her.

CASEY ANTHONY: Completely and utterly miserable!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Welcome back. We are live and taking your calls. You are seeing an apparent shot of tot mom, an aerial shot, tot mom back in Orlando, taken at Orlando Executive Airport in the last hours. We are taking your calls. At the same time this is going down -- out to Robyn Walensky, WDBO. Robyn, why don`t you tell us where you are?

ROBYN WALENSKY, WDBO: OK, I am at the swampy scene, Nancy, where the memorial here continues to grow, with lots more huge balloons that we saw out here last night, teddy bears and such, lots of young children that are showing up.

But I have to tell you, Nancy -- let me react to the video and what`s going on. There is a massive cat-and-mouse game going on. And there might be little Casey look-alikes. This is like an Elvis sighting. And I believe that Jose Baez has this little cat-and-mouse game going on, and he is looking for the highest bidder for the first photographs.

So the fact that we are discussing this tonight, that is exactly what the goal is. They all want to be paid, her dream team, and this is the way to do it.

GRACE: Joining me right now is a very special guest to me, Marc Klaas, president and founder of Klaas Kids Foundation. He lost his little girl, Polly, when she was abducted from her home and murdered many years ago.

Marc, either this is tot mom back in Orlando -- God help Orlando -- or this is just a big prank. And if it is a big prank. And if it is a big prank, Marc, what does that say to you about how much she cares about Caylee?

MARC KLAAS, KLAAS KIDS FOUNDATION: Well, this is so cynical. These are people that said that she should be left alone, and now they`re playing this for everything they`ve got.

And they all seem to be forgetting -- listen, he makes references to, He`s having fun with you, to Kathi Belich. They all seem to forget that there`s a dead little girl at the bottom of this. And all that these characters are doing right now is vying for blood money.

And I know that there`s no laws against what they`re doing, but there`s a moral imperative to keep your -- to keep your -- your -- your morals straight, to understand that this is really about a little girl, or it should be about a little girl.

GRACE: They are calling it a prank. And if it is a prank just to get the highest bidder for tot mom`s tell-all, I got news for you, Baez. The last laugh is going to be on you.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Speculation is running wild tonight.

CINDY ANTHONY, CASEY ANTHONY`S MOTHER: The whole United States is looking for --

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Casey Anthony.

CINDY ANTHONY: Everybody is looking for her.

CASEY ANTHONY, MOTHER OF CAYLEE ANTHONY: My head is going to explode.

(LAUGHTER)

GRACE: I would bet that she`s going to make all the money she can and run right through it on a high lifestyle.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Where is Casey Anthony? Ohio. Puerto Rico. Orlando? Arizona. California. Her location is a well guarded secret.

GRACE: Of course she should lead the life she wants to lead. That`s what she wanted to do all along, Piers. That`s why she killed her child. That`s why she got the tattoo. That`s why she partied on a stripper pole.

CASEY ANTHONY: I look like hell.

GRACE: While Caylee was missing, i.e., rotting.

CASEY ANTHONY: I haven`t said anything. Don`t worry. Oh, good.

JOSE BAEZ, CASEY ANTHONY`S ATTORNEY: That is not her. That I can confirm. I will not say anything further as to her whereabouts, but I can absolutely 100 percent tell you that that is not her. I didn`t want anyone to think that neither the defense team or Casey had anything to do with what was going on at the airport.

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Right. That was the voice of Jose Baez, the guy that claimed George Anthony molested tot mom and Lee Anthony molested her and there was a drowning and -- are we supposed to believe that?

For those of you just joining us, in the last hours, apparently, tot mom back in Orlando, touching down at the Orlando Executive Airport. Either this is tot mom, or an elaborate ruse staged by one of her defense attorneys, Todd Macaluso, to look like tot mom.

And I want to go back to the chief reporter who discovered all of this, breaking yet another story, Kathi Belich with WFTV joining us out of Orlando.

Kathi, for our viewers just joining us, please just give me a bare bones of what has occurred.

KATHI BELICH, REPORTER, CNN AFFILIATE WFTV, COVERING STORY: OK. We got a tip this afternoon, Casey might have been at her lawyer`s home in another county. We flew over there. Didn`t see her. Came back to the airport in Orlando. The same airport that we believe Casey took off from on Saturday night.

When we got back to the airport, all of a sudden Todd Macaluso, her former attorney`s plane was back here at the Orlando Executive Airport. Todd Macaluso was here. Moments later, we see a woman running from the plane to the hangar, looks like Casey.

Didn`t see her face. Was covering -- whoever it was, was covering with a jacket or a towel or something, running very quickly with Macaluso in tow, and looked like the same jeans that Casey was wearing the night she left the Orange County Jail and the same sort of color top.

GRACE: You know you mentioned that you were misdirected, that tips came in to WFTV stating that tot mom was at Cheney Mason, one of her defense lawyer`s pool, in a private gated community, pretty lux. So you take the helicopter over there. You look down and you said you see one of her lawyers looking up, talking on a cell phone? Which lawyer was it?

BELICH: No, no -- no, no, that wasn`t at the house. That wasn`t at his house. That was later whenever we came back to the airport, Todd Macaluso was on the phone at his plane, looking up at our helicopter realizing we were shooting.

GRACE: OK. So you -- absolutely make -- you absolutely I.D. her lawyer, her former lawyer, Todd Macaluso, back at the airport.

BELICH: Yes. Yes.

GRACE: And so, Ellie Jostad, they want us -- Baez wants us to believe, feeding us another plate of goo, just like the molestation, just like the accidental drowning, now he wants us to believe he doesn`t know what his co-counsel, his former co-counsel is doing?

ELLIE JOSTAD, NANCY GRACE CHIEF EDITORIAL PRODUCER: Right. Well, Jose Baez has told several different stations down in Orlando that this is not her, she 100 percent is not back in Orlando. But there is a lot of speculation about where she is if she isn`t there.

Is she at a spa or a rehab somewhere in Arizona? Is she holed up in California? Nobody seems to really know for sure. And this is the best clue we have gotten so far.

GRACE: Well, speaking of the spas that are right there around Prescott, Arizona, where she could be, let`s see them, Liz. All the spas are right there in Prescott, there is -- that looks nice. Fire Sky Resort Spa, there is Cottonwood Rehab, right, Mind, Body and Soul Spa. There is tons of them. Canyon Ranch, you can`t leave that out. And it goes on and on and on where she could be.

But the reality is, out to Woody Tripp, former police commander, polygraph expert, is this all just a ruse, just to keep a story alive for their own financial gain?

And, Woody, you and I tried a lot of cases together, a lot of murders, a lot of drug traffickers, a lot of rapists, child molesters, child prostitution rings. I`m just thinking back on all the cases that we tried, me as a prosecutor, you as a cop.

To think that the justice system and the public is being twisted like the tail`s wagging the dog here is disgusting. All for more money, more money for tot mom?

WOODY TRIPP, FORMER POLICE COMMANDER, POLYGRAPH EXPERT: One of the seven deadly sins, Nancy, greed. And as you referred to a previous show about Def-Con 4, I think now we`re literally at Def-Con stupid.

GRACE: Explain.

TRIPP: Just this whole event as it has now unfolded. At any point I`m expecting to get a sighting of her with Elvis, Tupac and Sasquatch, I mean, literally. That`s to the point that we`ve got to and the justice system is right there in it.

GRACE: And the reality is -- out to you, Robyn Walensky, WDBO, joining us, at the spot that really matters, where Caylee was disposed of.

ROBYN WALENSKY, REPORTER, WDBO RADIO: Yes.

GRACE: There -- it`s all about as you said driving the price tag up on her first tell-all, that`s what this is all about. But you even got another tip, right?

WALENSKY: Unbelievable. Here is another letter. Kathi Belich and I work -- both worked for Cox Media Group. I work for the radio division at WDBO and also at WOKV in Jacksonville, Nancy. I`m on the air there in Jacksonville.

This let wears sent to me with a Jacksonville post mark. I received it today and this tip, basically -- with my name, by the way, spelled right, first and last, my credit card companies don`t spell my name correctly, but it basically tells me that this is a tip that Casey Anthony is staying with her lawyer, Dorothy Sims, and her husband, Dr. Hunter, for a while.

They live on a 55-acre near Ocala Forest and one of your researchers, Nancy, we checked the address and sure enough they own the property. So perhaps she`s with Dorothy Sims. She certainly cried on her shoulder enough during the trial.

GRACE: A 55-acre vacation home? Is that where -- is that -- whoa. That`s some crib they got going on right there. So you get that from Jacksonville.

I want to go to Chris Ulrich, body language expert at the Body Language Institute, joining us out of D.C. tonight.

CHRIS ULRICH, BODY LANGUAGE EXPERT, BODY LANGUAGE INSTITUTE: Hi, Nancy.

GRACE: Chris, you`ve studied the videos. You have studied the gate, the body mannerisms. What do you see, Chris?

ULRICH: Well, Nancy, I`m seeing this particular -- her gate running from the -- possibly running from the airplane into the hangar for first time. And what we`re seeing is, yes, is there -- is this a similar gait? Yes. Is the outfit the same? Yes. Is this her? Probably could be.

But definitively, using a body language, can we say that? Definitively we cannot say that. But we can say that it`s probably and possibly could be her. The gait are similar. Here of course to the end of the gait, she`s walking a lot faster.

And we need to keep in mind, Nancy, that similar people, or people -- a lot of people who have a similar gait. So it`s not enough for us to definitively say, aha, we`ve got her, we`ve got her right back here in Orlando.

GRACE: You`re seeing video that took place in the last hours as tot mom back in Orlando or is she sitting back sipping champagne, getting a big laugh at her mother and father wondering is she home?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CASEY ANTHONY: I lied.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I want you to tell me how lying to us is going to help us find your daughter.

CASEY ANTHONY: It is not going to because I lied.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is your daughter in a better place?

CASEY ANTHONY: No, she`s not.

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Is this Casey Anthony?

CASEY ANTHONY: Surprise, surprise.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Video from WFTV, you see a picture of what appears to be a woman with something draped over her head, running with jeans on and a red shirt.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Casey Anthony, not guilty in the death of her daughter Caylee.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Caylee peace walk.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I think people want that closure.

JEFF ASHTON, PROSECUTOR: People don`t make accidents look like murder.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Whisked her way out for her first taste of freedom.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Freedom.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She was going to go.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Her whereabouts are unknown.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Speculation runs wild on the possible whereabouts of Casey Anthony.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Even a simple telephone call apparently seems to be too much for Casey or Mr. Baez.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Columbus, Ohio, Puerto Rico, Arizona, California.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Is that her?

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: So is tot mom back on home turf, just to rub her family`s nose in it a little bit more? Or is this an elaborate ruse with her and her team of defense attorneys kicked back, getting a big laugh at the expense of her parents, her family, the press, the media and the public that has judged her guilt of the murder of her 2-year-old little girl.

To Dr. Paul Nassif, special plastic and reconstructive surgeon, joining us out of L.A.

Doctor, you`ve taken a very hard look at the possibility she is, in fact, changing her appearance. What have you learned?

DR. PAUL NASSIF, M.D., F.A.C.S., FACIAL PLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGEON: Well, Nancy, I tell you one thing, I, at this point, haven`t seen many new photos of what she`s doing right now. But I do know that if you do change your appearance, it`d have to be something very, very, very dramatic.

Because everyone has already studied her features. So you`d have to do some cranial facial surgery where you actually change your bones, just changing the soft tissue, making your nose bigger, making your eyes different, making eyebrows different, making your checks wider. All those things can change her, but I have to tell you, she still will always look like herself, I feel.

GRACE: You know, but Doctor, I`m looking at the mock-up. I doubt that she`s going to do anything to make herself unattractive in the traditional sense of the word. I don`t think she`s going to give herself a big nose and bring her hairline down. If anything, she`s going to do something to make, in her mind, make herself more attractive.

NASSIF: As a matter of fact, Nancy, there is three mock-ups. And the first mock-up was her actually becoming more attractive which, first of all --

GRACE: Yes.

NASSIF: -- you have to find a surgeon to do that. That`s the first thing, as I know I wouldn`t touch her. And so there is that one.

GRACE: Yes.

NASSIF: The other one is a mock-up of her looking very, shall we say, bloated, big nose, big face, big everything. And the third one actually is changing her more Asian appearing. And these are the three type of mock- ups.

GRACE: I see what you`re talking about.

With us, Dr. Paul Nassif. He says he wouldn`t touch her, but, believe me, you know what about that surgeon that did the 10 or I forgot how many procedures on Heidi Montag at one time? Believe me, you got a check, you`ve got a blank check, you`ll find a doctor to do it. Man, I know they would. To

Dr. Leslie Austin, psychotherapist out of New York. What do you think about this? It`s either tot mom or a big ruse staged by one of her former defense attorneys.

DR. LESLIE AUSTIN, PSYCHOTHERAPIST: I suspect it`s a double bluff. I think they`re saying it`s not her because it probably is. However, common sense, she`s a woman who`s been in solitary for three years and she`s wearing the same clothes after two days? Give me a break.

This is a planned prank of some kind to distract us. And I think we`d all do best to completely ignore Casey for a while, give her no attention, and make it less lucrative for them to try and sell a book deal or interview.

GRACE: Yes, well, what this is, is actually a mockery, making a mockery.

AUSTIN: It sure is.

GRACE: Of Lady Justice, Ray Giudice and Paul Batista, first to you. I mean look, I know you guys are defense attorneys and you got to do everything you can to help your client. But to just try to rack up the bill, to ratchet up the price, it`s slimy. It`s disgusting. There is nothing illegal about it.

RAY GIUDICE, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, Nancy, you know, a -- no. But, Nancy, a lawyer`s stock and trade, the thing that we have value in, is our word and our ethics. This is not the kind of way Paul Batista would handle it or any other good lawyer.

GRACE: What about it, Batista?

PAUL BATISTA, DEFENSE ATTORNEY, AUTHOR OF "DEATH`S WITNESS": I wouldn`t handle it this way either, Nancy. But one thing we`re forgetting is that they may be concerned -- and you`re going to go ballistic over this -- over her safety. She has been the subject of death threats. And if she is evading people, it may be for her own protection.

GRACE: OK, thanks, Paul.

Let`s switch gears very quickly. I want to tell you about a very disturbing case out of Port St. Lucie involving a very popular high school team. Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Police say 17-year-old Tyler Hadley killed his parents, hid the bodies in the master bedroom and then threw a party.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: This Facebook status, mom and dad won`t be home, so let`s party.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Beer cans and bottles littering the yard when police came to the home to conduct a welfare check.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: During the party and after the party there was rumor that perhaps Tyler may have killed his parents.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: He said that --

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: He threw a big party at his house, only two people didn`t show up, mom and dad. They couldn`t come. They were locked in the bedroom, dead.

To Joel Malkin, news director of 1290 WJNO -- Joel, what do you know?

JOEL MALKIN, NEWS DIRECTOR, 1290 WJNO: Information, this came out of the evening news on our partner station, TV News Channel 5. A teen who is referring to himself as Tyler Hadley`s best friend, Mike Mandel, told this TV station he knew about the murders before the police did. He was at the party with his best friend Katie says he`s known since he was 8 years old.

And that Tyler told him that he killed his parents, he took three ecstasy, killed his mom and dad. He told them if you look hard enough, you`ll find the scene. And this Mike Mandel kid says he saw signs of blood on the floor, went around the house and saw through the parents` bedroom window, saw the bloody sheets, broken pictures and the father`s leg sticking out.

GRACE: Also with us, a special guest from West Palm Beach, Florida, Chief Brian Reuther, Port St. Lucie Police Department.

Chief, thank you for being with us.

CHIEF BRIAN REUTHER, PORT ST. LUCIE POLICE DEPARTMENT: Thank you.

GRACE: Chief, how has the investigation progressed at this point? The cause of death is blunt trauma?

REUTHER: Right now we`re actually conducting an autopsy to determine the actual cause of death, but we`ve made considerable progress in this investigation since we first learned of it as a result of anonymous tip early Sunday morning. We responded to the location, anonymous tip came in saying that Tyler Hadley had killed his parents with a hammer sometime Saturday afternoon, the 16th, and had placed them in the back bedroom.

Our officers arrived on the scene around 4:24 a.m. We had received a tip several minutes prior to that. They approached the house, walked up to the front window, were able to look in the window and they observed him walking back and forth in the front room, looking kind of panicking, very anxious. They knocked on the door, there was no answer, lights went out, they knocked on the door again. Finally he did come to the door.

The officers began to question him as to the whereabouts of his parents. He said they were out of town, the officer said, well, can we get a hold of him? He says, no, I can`t contact them.

GRACE: And then you find them there in the bedroom floor?

REUTHER: That`s correct. Very frantic, very panicky and we went inside.

GRACE: Chief Brian Reuther is with us out of Port St. Lucie.

To Dr. Bill Manion, medical examiner, DNA consultant, joining us out of Philly.

Doctor, pending autopsy results, police are saying that both parents were killed before the party. How could they know that by the appearance of the body?

DR. BILL MANION, M.D., MEDICAL EXAMINER, BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ: Well, if there was some rigor mortis or livor mortis, if there was some stiffening of the body. It seems unusual he was able to kill both his parents -- you know, his dad is supposed to be a big man, 6`4", 300 pounds. I wonder if he killed his mom first and then somehow lured his dad upstairs and attacked him.

GRACE: Right.

Everyone, we`ll be right back with the latest on the teen apparently killing parents and throwing a party with them dead in the bedroom.

Tonight`s case alert, the disappearance of 27-year-old Lauren Giddings, Mercer Law student. Homicide. Her torso found outside her apartment.

Let me give you the tipline on the search for information, 877-68- CRIME.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: A popular teenager throws a party at his place. Only two people don`t show up. Mom and dad. They couldn`t make it. They were locked in the bedroom dead. Bludgeoned to death.

I want to go out to Alexis Weed. Give me a recap quickly.

ALEXIS WEED, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Right, Nancy. This 17-year-old Florida teen, he was in his home when he threw a party for up to 60 of his friends over at his house. All the while his parents had been bludgeoned earlier that day with a hammer. Police say that Hadley, the 17-year-old, is responsible for those two murders.

GRACE: Marc Klaas, president and founder of KlaasKids Foundation, I want to get your take on this. You know, parenticide or pericide is so rare.

MARC KLAAS, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER, KLAASKIDS FOUNDATION: You know it is very rare. But it seems to me that somebody that would bludgeon his parents to death and then have a party for 60 of his friends afterwards and show no remorse is somebody that doesn`t have a conscience, Nancy.

I would think that this guy has sociopathic tendencies. I think he`s a very dangerous person and I think that somebody like this needs to be locked up for a long, long, long time.

GRACE: Chief Reuther, I`ve only got 30 seconds left. Is he on suicide watch?

REUTHER: My understanding is he is not on suicide watch. We are just -- part of conducting our investigation we`re looking at the family dynamic. Obviously we`re trying to locate kids that have attended the party.

GRACE: Right.

REUTHER: So determine really --

GRACE: So he`s not on --

REUTHER: If there is any motive.

GRACE: You know, Chief --

REUTHER: That`s to my understanding.

GRACE: I had to learn the hard way. Why ask why, why these two loving parents are now bludgeoned to death.

Thank you, Chief Reuther.
