Nancy Grace

Casey Sighting in Orlando Hoax or Real?

Aired July 20, 2011 - 20:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Bombshell tonight. Tot mom`s defense team busted. Tot mom apparently emerging back on home turf, Orlando, when a woman matching her exact description exits a private plane, shrouded in a blanket, races to an outbuilding to disappear.

Tonight, we confirm the elaborate scenario apparently orchestrated by tot mom`s defense. The private plane property of tot mom`s former defense lawyer. Running along the tarmac with her, former defense lawyer. The SUV leading a decoy convoy at the scene belongs to a member of tot mom`s defense firm. On the tarmac, apparently, another female member tot mom`s defense firm. Even her outfit, jeans, shoes, shirt, set to match tot mom, all planned before touchdown.

As her lawyers claim tot mom`s grieving for little Caylee, quote, "has just begun," this is how she and her defense team pass the time, harassing and taunting tot mom`s parents, taunting the press and the public that has judged her guilty of murder?

And tonight, with us live, the man who meets with tot mom in the last hours to close a million-dollar tell-all deal. And tonight, tot mom gums up the works to avoid going under oath in a civil case, claiming she was coerced, forced to talk to police. But by the looks of this video, she`s flirting with the detective, not avoiding talking to him. And is tot mom headed to law school?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is this Casey Anthony?

JOSE BAEZ, ATTORNEY FOR CASEY ANTHONY: That is not her. That I can concur (ph).

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Was it a hoax, a diversion maybe?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: According to Jose Baez, it was all a fake, an attempt to trick the media.

BAEZ: I didn`t want anyone to think that neither the defense team or Casey had anything to do with what was going on at the airport.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He said Macaluso was playing games.

GRACE: Why they would go to such effort to pull a prank?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That is not Casey. Macaluso is having fun with you. And I had no knowledge of that.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We caught up with Macaluso.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Where`s Casey today?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don`t think you`re allowed (INAUDIBLE)

CHENEY MASON, ATTORNEY FOR CASEY ANTHONY: The good part is, is she`s gone.

BAEZ: It`s not her, and that`s really all I can say.

MASON: Nobody will find her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And tonight, the mystery surrounding the suspicious disappearance of a beautiful mother of triplets vanishing, Missouri.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What happened to 39-year-old mom Jacque Sue Waller?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A mother with three kids. We`re just hoping she comes back.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The last time anyone has reported seeing her was when 39-year-old Jacque Waller was finalizing her divorce and picking up her son at her estranged husband`s home.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Waller allegedly told police they had an argument and Jacque walked away.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That was pretty much the last contact that she had with anyone.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We sure do miss her. We want to know where she`s at.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Just hours later, her Honda Pilot found abandoned with a flat tire on a nearby highway.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Unfortunately, don`t think we`re going to find her alive.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Investigators suspect foul play in Waller`s disappearance.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE) Clay Waller.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Her estranged husband and former cop, Clay Waller, named by police as a person of interest.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Come on up here, tell everybody how bad you miss your wife, want her back again. That`s what I would do if my wife come up missing.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I just want to find her, no matter what, and make sure there`s justice.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us. Bombshell tonight. Tot mom`s defense team busted.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is this Casey Anthony returning to Orlando?

BAEZ: She`s not here in Orlando.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is this Casey Anthony?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Gone from central Florida?

MASON: I`m not going to tell you that, either.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The big question tonight is, is it real or is it a hoax?

BAEZ: I can absolutely 100 percent tell you that that is not her.

MASON: She`s not here and she`s not at my house.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is that Casey Anthony undercover?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The two women have a similar walk.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Wearing skinny jeans, walking out of the Orange County jail.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You have to wonder why anyone would go to all this trouble as a hoax.

BAEZ: That`s not something that we`re condoning, and I think that we`ve seen the last of that.

GRACE: What a crock of BS.

BAEZ: Rather than everybody get all riled up, I thought I`d put a stop to it right away.

CASEY ANTHONY, CAYLEE`S MOTHER: I haven`t said anything. Don`t worry.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: What a scam, what an elaborate hoax perpetrated on tot mom`s parents, George and Cindy Anthony, after they`ve already been through. Apparently the defense team busted in this elaborate hoax on everyone, I guess sitting back, laughing into their beers about how funny this is. This isn`t that far away from where Caylee`s remains, a 2-year-old little girl`s remains, were found in a swampy wooded area. You want to tell me tot mom didn`t know about this?

Straight out to Kathi Belich of WFTV, who first broke the story. Kathi, what involvement do we know about in this elaborate hoax, as a prank -- what involvement did the defense team of Jose Baez have in this?

KATHI BELICH, WFTV (via telephone): Well, I`m not so sure it was a hoax or a prank. I mean, I don`t think they had enough notice to do that and have someone who looked like Casey get ready in 15 seconds when our helicopter happened to notice them on the tarmac at the Orlando Executive Airport.

GRACE: Kathi, Kathi, let me ask you a couple of direct questions. Did this woman dressed like tot mom emerge from the private plane? Yes or no?

BELICH: Yes.

GRACE: OK. Does the private plane belong to a former member of the tot mom defense team? Yes or no?

BELICH: Yes.

GRACE: Was an SUV there at the scene that was part of a convoy -- a decoy convoy -- was it registered -- is it registered to an associate at Jose Baez`s defense firm? Yes, no?

BELICH: Yes.

GRACE: OK. Also, was a female member of the Baez defense firm also apparently spotted there near the baggage area on the tarmac?

BELICH: Yes.

GRACE: OK. Now, so that means this woman dressed like tot mom had to be on the plane. And also, one more thing. Isn`t that one of her former defense team members running along beside the woman? Isn`t that Todd Macaluso right there, running along beside the tot mom look-alike?

BELICH: Yes, that`s exactly who that is.

GRACE: OK. So now, what were you saying? I mean, the whole thing is obviously staged by members of the Jose Baez defense team. Why?

BELICH: You know, we don`t think it was staged. And the reason being that they had no idea we would have seen them there at that time.

GRACE: What? You think this is tot mom? You think this is actually tot mom?

BELICH: It looks like her. And you know, who would -- would they accept liability -- if they`re worried for her safety, would they have a decoy and put that decoy in harm`s way? Does that make any sense, either? And they had no notice that we would have seen them, just like...

GRACE: Well, wait a minute! Kathi -- Kathi, they had planned to use George and Cindy Anthony as decoys. They weren`t worried a bit...

BELICH: Well, they`re family members.

GRACE: Oh, so it`s OK for them to take a shot? Yes, they`re willing to use whoever they want to use. They don`t care who they use.

BELICH: Right. Well, I mean...

GRACE: So you`re saying...

BELICH: ... they would have had to...

GRACE: ... that this is not a hoax at all, this is actually tot mom?

BELICH: We don`t believe it was a hoax. They had no advance notice that we would have seen them there and they would have had to have been ready by chance that our helicopter was up and that we were videotaping at that moment, and I just don`t see how that`s possible. And the fact he`s denying it -- if it was a hoax, then that means they wanted us to believe that Casey was there. So why is he denying that that was her?

GRACE: So let me get this straight. Kathy Belich with WFTV, who broke the story. Explain to me again, you received -- your WFTV received several anonymous tips that tot mom is actually holed up at -- in a private residence in a gated community and she`s at the pool.

BELICH: Right.

GRACE: So you guys take off in a helicopter to go get a shot. You get to the pool, you see a towel lying there, but no tot mom. You wait a while. You turn around. You come back. And in the meantime, this plane has landed, right?

BELICH: Right.

GRACE: OK. Take it from there, Kathi Belich.

BELICH: The plane -- you know, on our way back, our operations manager/photographer for the day yesterday noticed Todd Macaluso`s plane, he noticed the tail number and the plane sitting on the tarmac as they were returning. And he said, Hey, there`s the plane again.

And so they zoomed in -- we have a very fast helicopter and a very strong zoom lens on the helicopter. They zoomed in and he says, Hey, that looks like Todd Macaluso right there. And so they were rolling, rolling, rolling on this group. Another member of the defense team, Michelle Medina (ph), appears to have been in that crowd. And we were rolling, rolling, rolling on that.

In the meantime, we sent another reporter on the ground to the front of the airport. He runs in. He sees Todd Macaluso getting out of another defense team member`s car, William Slabaugh`s car, and running into the airport office.

We went after him. The airport office told us we weren`t allowed to do that anymore and -- but Macaluso was apparently running away from us. And that was after he had already escorted the woman who looks like Casey Anthony into the airport from the other side, from the tarmac.

GRACE: So are you telling me that you guys observed another member of the defense team getting out of a defense member`s car, Slabaugh`s car?

BELICH: Well, Todd Macaluso, for whatever reason, was driving William Slabaugh`s car. And apparently, he did it just to drive around the block or something and then come back to the airport and get back in his plane and take off. I mean, the whole thing is very weird.

We believe we caught them off guard, and for some reason, they brought Casey back. I don`t know where she is now, but we believe we caught them off guard. They had no way of knowing that we would be there, shooting them at that moment, to be coming up with this whole elaborate scheme.

GRACE: Because for all intents and purposes, they had sent you on a wild goose chase out to...

BELICH: Well, somebody did.

GRACE: ... a gated community to look at a pool towel lying by a pool. So you`re not saying that the defense team wasn`t involved in all of this. You`re saying it`s not a hoax, that you think this is, in fact, tot mom.

BELICH: We don`t believe that it is. And it just -- any way you look at it, that just simply doesn`t make sense. If it was a hoax, then they -- then that means they wanted us to believe that Casey was there, so then why are they denying it? That just doesn`t make sense.

GRACE: With me is Kathi Belich from WFTV. And backing up Kathi`s claim, Ellie Jostad has also been investigating, as well. Ellie, one of the airport workers was there on the scene. And according to Baez, Macaluso, the driver, the owner of the plane, says, Hey, let`s have a little fun with the press. She`s saying she was right there and she never heard any of that discussion, that that didn`t happen. Explain.

ELLIE JOSTAD, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Right. One of our producers talked to a woman who went out -- she works there. They go out, they meet the planes, find out if they need any of the services there at the airport. She says standing right next to him, didn`t hear about any alleged hoax.

GRACE: OK, you are seeing the video from yesterday. Many people believe that this is part of an elaborate hoax, a prank played by the defense team on tot mom`s parents and the public at large. But now reports in from WFTV that they are pretty convinced this is actually tot mom back in Orlando. So either it`s a defense team hoax at our expense, or tot mom is back in her old stomping grounds.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is this Casey Anthony returning to Orlando?

GRACE: They`re just using the system and using us to try to up the fee for her first tell-all.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s almost brilliant. It`s like the DiCaprio movie "Catch Me If You Can".

CASEY ANTHONY: I`m being watched at all times.

GRACE: They are calling it a prank.

CASEY ANTHONY: I know nobody is going to get away with this!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s like an Elvis sighting.

GRACE: All for more money, more money?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Casey Anthony -- is that her?

GRACE: Live it up, Casey Anthony. Go ahead. Her child was rotting.

CASEY ANTHONY: The only way they`re going to find Caylee is if they actually listen to what I`m saying.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: More blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

CASEY ANTHONY: I`m trying to help them.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: At any point, I`m expecting...

LEE ANTHONY: And if it is a prank just to get the highest bidder for tot mom`s tell-all...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: To get a sighting of her with Elvis, Tupac and Sasquatch.

GRACE: I got news for you, Baez. The last laugh`s going to be on you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Yes, funny. Welcome back, everybody. We are taking your calls live. We are live in Orlando with the latest on tot mom, apparently back in Orlando, or is her defense team busted in an elaborate hoax, a big joke on tot mom`s family, her parents, and the media, the public at large?

But right now, a special guest joining us, the man who says he had a sit-down with tot mom in the last hours to close a million-dollar deal. Let`s talk to Al Taylor, TV producer. Al, thank you for being with us.

AL TAYLOR, PRODUCER, (via telephone): Thank you, Nancy. I appreciate it.

GRACE: Al, first of all, I know that you say you met with tot mom. It was in Palm Springs, right? Did she make you come there?

TAYLOR: No, I`m already in the Palm Springs area.

GRACE: Oh, you`re there right now.

TAYLOR: Yes. She made them come here because why else would the plane have ended up landing -- apparently, the original flight ended up landing in Palm Springs.

GRACE: Let me ask you a question, Al Taylor. You want to do what, a pay-per-view TV interview with her?

TAYLOR: No, here`s what we figured...

GRACE: What do you want to do?

TAYLOR: Here`s what we want to do. We want to do an interview with her. And we know with the boycott possibilities here in the United States that we`ll probably have to sell it overseas and end up giving it away here so that nobody can boycott it.

GRACE: OK. Let me ask you this. What was her demeanor?

TAYLOR: Surprisingly normal after all she`s been through. It was funny because we -- I was called to the meeting...

GRACE: After all she`s been through?

TAYLOR: Well, you know, being in jail for three years.

GRACE: You mean being acquitted on the murder of her daughter? What has she been through? She`s been lounging in a private cell, having snacks that her admirers paid for. What has she been through?

TAYLOR: I haven`t been in jail, so I wouldn`t know. But the thing is, it was funny because the first thing she said when we had the meeting is, Where`s my check, because, you know, I`ve been showing that million- dollar check all over.

So we went from there and I tried to explain to her that we`re willing to put a $50,000 deposit down and then sign the contract, and then we`ll put the rest in escrow. But obviously, we can`t give her the million dollars and say, We`ll see you in a week. I don`t quite trust her for that.

GRACE: That`s wise, Al Taylor. Who was with her?

TAYLOR: I don`t want to confirm nor deny that it was Jose Baez, but there was somebody minding the store, if you know what I`m saying.

GRACE: Did she speak for herself?

TAYLOR: Yes, she spoke for herself. The other individual just kind of watched and...

GRACE: What was she wearing?

TAYLOR: I don`t want to reveal that because...

GRACE: Why?

TAYLOR: ... in case she doesn`t change clothes again. Like you think she hadn`t changed clothes for two days, so in case she`s still wearing what she was wearing at the meeting, I don`t want to be responsible for outing where she is. Remember, she is my...

GRACE: Is it -- is it -- is it that, or -- or -- or do you know what she was wearing?

TAYLOR: I know what she was wearing, but I`m just saying, you know, you guys think she was wearing the same thing for two days because you`re saying now that, you know, she had the same outfit on two days later, so...

GRACE: So obviously, you`re saying...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: You`re saying she had on something else. Is she willing to do the deal? Does she want the money?

TAYLOR: Sell, she wants to do the deal, but they were trying to stop her because what`s gone on now is that there`s another individual, another TV personality that wants to snake our deal.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Take a look at this.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: After Casey Anthony was released from jail on Sunday, she quickly gave reporters the slip.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Animators in Taiwan have made a cartoon of tot mom, Casey Anthony`s, life after jail.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: When will she surface next?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Asking where in the world is Casey Anthony?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Running wild.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Up until now, her whereabouts remain unknown.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And joining us right now is the TV producer who says he had a sit-down with tot mom in the past days since her release to try to close a million-dollar deal for a tell-all. With us is TV producer Al Taylor.

You say you met with her in Palm Springs. Her first question was, Where`s the check? You also say her demeanor was normal. What exactly do you mean by normal?

TAYLOR: Well, again, like you would never know what`s gone on for the last three years, just a normal individual, like a good personality. And I`d say she had a lot of spunk. I mean, very -- you would -- I don`t know if you would like her, but just from meeting her, you know, I was -- kind of liked her. She -- you know, obviously, I`m a man, so it`s probably a little bit different. But in that regard, very nice. But it was funny. We went...

GRACE: Are you trying to say you are sexually attracted to her? Because you`re saying, I`m a man, I liked her, you`re a woman, you don`t. I don`t understand what you`re saying.

TAYLOR: No, I just meant that it seems like more men than women seem to favor her position. So I`ll just say that...

GRACE: Well, where would you get that from, Al Taylor? Why would you say that? Because the jury had plenty of women on it and voted not guilty.

TAYLOR: Oh, I know. I`m just saying, from the polls or whatever, I think they noticed that more men than women...

GRACE: The polls?

TAYLOR: ... think she`s -- think she`s innocent.

GRACE: Yes, I haven`t seen a poll like that. The only poll I saw said two thirds of Americans think she murdered her daughter.

TAYLOR: I thought that -- maybe I`m wrong, but I thought...

GRACE: But back to your meeting.

TAYLOR: ... they broke it down and saw that men thought more than (INAUDIBLE) women, but I might be wrong.

GRACE: Mr. Taylor, you met with her in Palm Springs. Where in Palm Springs?

TAYLOR: It was in the Palm Springs area. It was at a hotel in the Palm Springs area.

GRACE: So was it in a hotel, was it in an office, what?

TAYLOR: It was in a hotel room.

GRACE: A hotel room. What hotel?

TAYLOR: I can`t say. I don`t want to cause problems.

GRACE: Why?

TAYLOR: But again, it was in the Palm Springs area. There`s plenty of very nice hotels in our area.

GRACE: Mr. Taylor, why would telling me where you met with her cause a problem? A problem for whom?

TAYLOR: Because then the media descends on the hotel. They start bugging them. So you know, again, I see anything attached to this situation, people just get harassed.

GRACE: OK. I got it. I got it.

TAYLOR: (INAUDIBLE) because that`s why (INAUDIBLE)

GRACE: When was the meeting? When was the meeting?

TAYLOR: It was early Tuesday morning.

GRACE: Like, 9:00 o`clock, 7:00 o`clock, 6:00 AM?

TAYLOR: It was the early hours. She would have had time to go back to Carlsbad, if that`s where the plane was at that time, to then fly back to Florida, as you think she did fly to Florida. So she would have had plenty of time.

GRACE: So you say other media outlets are also trying to get the interview?

TAYLOR: Yes, there`s somebody else, another TV personality that`s trying to snake our deal, basically, do the same thing, put it...

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Possible Casey sightings continue. Was it Casey Anthony?

CASEY ANTHONY, MOTHER OF CAYLEE ANTHONY: I can answer that.

CHIEF JUDGE BELVIN PERRY, CIRCUIT JUDGE, ORANGE COUNTY: OK.

LEE ANTHONY, CASEY ANTHONY`S BROTHER: I`ve been on a wild goose hunt.

CASEY ANTHONY: I agree.

JOSE BAEZ, CASEY ANTHONY`S ATTORNEY: We can go on and speculate all day long as to the different theories.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Possible ruse.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Two women have a similar walk.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Perhaps playing a trick on the media.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: She`s his meal ticket.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: We`re on a wild goose chase here, designed to maybe up Casey`s price.

GRACE: She`s sitting back, sipping champagne.

BAEZ: As a slut, as a party girl.

CASEY ANTHONY: With Jose, with whoever.

GRACE: Tot mom, she could make a lot of money for him.

BAEZ: I think we should all take this as an opportunity.

GRACE: Getting a big laugh at her mother and father wondering, is she home?

GEORGE ANTHONY, CASEY ANTHONY`S FATHER: I don`t want to see you here, I don`t want you here.

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Welcome back. Thank you for being with us. For those of you just joining us, according to Kathi Belich, WFTV, this was either tot mom, and she believes it, she`s an eyewitness, or the defense team is part of a very elaborate hoax, a very expensive and elaborate hoax, a trick, a harassment, taunting tot mom`s own family, the public, the media.

We are taking your calls. I want to go out to special guest right now, Mark Lippman, attorney for George and Cindy Anthony.

Mark, what do you make of Al Taylor`s claim that he actually met with tot mom in those early morning hours?

MARK LIPPMAN, ATTORNEY FOR GEORGE AND CINDY ANTHONY, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, I`m sure Mr. Baez, if that`s who was also there, wants to say that he wasn`t there, he probably would, but I don`t know why Mr. Taylor is being so evasive. Either you have a deal or you don`t.

GRACE: Well, obviously he doesn`t have a deal yet because he says someone else is trying to get the deal.

LIPPMAN: Well, right. Or if you have a meeting or whatever. It`s just -- for whatever reason, he wants to be evasive, that`s fine. If he`s trying to have a teaser for whatever he`s trying to do, that`s great. But I just doubt that he met with them yesterday.

GRACE: Let me ask you about this apparent hoax by the defense team. If this was a hoax by the defense team that you`re watching right now, why do you believe they would have done that to George and Cindy Anthony?

LIPPMAN: Well, I don`t think it was directed to George and Cindy at all. And I can tell you, I met with them today and we talked about it and Cindy knew immediately it wasn`t Casey doing that. So certainly there wasn`t, as far as they weren`t bothered by it one way or another. They weren`t taken in by whatever media was going on with. But certainly --

GRACE: So they didn`t fall for it?

LIPPMAN: No, they didn`t fall for it. But, you know, they`re concerned for their daughter and they were concerned for her safety and if this is another measure for her safety, then, you know, that`s fine. They`re moving forward with --

GRACE: Really? Because according to -- according to the defense, former defense member Todd Macaluso, he says, hey, let`s have fun with everybody. I don`t know that this is really strategic plan for her safety. But, you know, as long as you think they were never snookered into it, I`m glad to hear, glad to hear that.

Speaking of George and Cindy Anthony, I know that the neighborhood has been inundated with people. Did George and Cindy have any plans of moving?

LIPPMAN: No. That`s their home. They`ve saved it from foreclosure last year. They plan on staying there and maintaining a presence in the Orlando area.

GRACE: And still no communications from tot mom to her parents?

LIPPMAN: Not that I know of at this time, no.

GRACE: OK.

We are taking your calls. Out to Jan in Florida. Hi, Jan, what`s your question?

JAN, CALLER FROM FLORIDA: Oh, hi, Nancy. Thank you for being our warrior of truth.

GRACE: Thank you.

JAN: I used to live in San Diego and I`m getting messages from my friends saying that Casey Anthony is indeed in San Diego, in Carlsbad, looking for a home at La Costa?

GRACE: Yes?

JAN: And I`m wondering if you`ve heard anything about that or anybody --

GRACE: OK. This is what I`ve heard of, Jan, that she`s in Prescott, Arizona, L.A., San Francisco, Columbus, Ohio, Puerto Rico, Santa Ana, San Carlos, Orlando, Ocala, New Smyrna, St. Georges Island, Florida, British Virgin Islands, Palm Springs, Troy, Michigan, outside Papa Vigneault`s Italian restaurant, Houston, Texas, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Carlsbad.

So that could be added to the list. Did you have another question?

JAN: I`m sorry, I didn`t mean to waste your time, but --

GRACE: No, you didn`t waste my time. I`m glad to hear it. I`m glad to hear it. As a matter of fact, we`ll put out feelers because wherever she is, she`s trying to do a deal, Jan. And I would love to find out just who is going to pay tot mom blood money. So, oh, to the contrary, I`m very happy to --

(CROSSTALK)

JAN: Al Taylor just said something about the airport in Carlsbad, so she could be staying in Carlsbad, and at the La Costa spa there. It just sounds like if in fact she was in Palms Spring, that would be a place that she could hide well.

So I`m in Florida, and I just help contribute to her defense fund and I`m angry and I`m disgusted. So I`m just --

GRACE: You poor thing. Hey, Jan, I got another question for you, Jan in Florida. When you say it would be easy for her to disappear in that area, why do you say that?

JAN: Because people really mind their own business. It is a very quiet place. I lived in San Diego for eight years. You get into your car, you disappear into your house. If she has people running errands for her, she doesn`t have to go anywhere.

GRACE: Good point.

I want to go out to the lawyers. Unleash them. Darryl Cohen and Alan Ripka. Darryl Cohen, Atlanta, Alan Ripka, New York.

Darryl Cohen, the defense team has stated that tot mom`s grieving has, quote, "just begun." I hardly think that this is part of the grieving process. And are there any bar implications? Is there any unethical conduct here? We know Baez has already been investigated by the bar. But what can you tell me about this to intentionally pull a hoax, like this?

DARRYL COHEN, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Nancy, certainly this is as unprofessional as it gets. It doesn`t get any worse than this. Ethically, it is not good. I`m not sure that the Florida bar would investigate. I hope they would. But I can tell you this, I hope that she gets this deal because if she does, all of the money that`s been expended and all of these lawsuits, they`ll have a way to get money back for what Casey has done to this country.

GRACE: And to Alan Ripka, pursuant to what Jan in Florida was just saying about Carlsbad, we know also that Macaluso`s hangar is in Carlsbad. If she`s out there doing a deal, and if a million-dollar deal gets done there, the state of Florida can still attach that money in a civil suit, right, Ripka?

ALAN RIPKA, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, of course they can. In fact, what do you think she`s running around trying to make a deal so quickly for and ask him to hand her the check, because she knows when she loses the civil suit, which she will, she`ll be responsible for the financial judgment and she won`t be having to hide that money anyway unless she plans on buying a home in a state that has a homestead act in which you can`t take the house and that may be the master plan.

GRACE: Good thought, Alan Ripka.

With me Alan Ripka and Darryl Cohen.

Very quickly is, as we go to break, KlaasKids and Clarity Media need your help. We want to back the Trucker TV initiative to provide two million truckers who stop where kidnappers hide out with TV news alerts about missing people, missing children.

The proposal sitting on the FCC desk since 2004. A call to action tonight. Go to klaaskids.org, click on Trucker TV, Call to Action. And add your reasons why the FCC should get off their thumb and approve this proposal.

Let`s help find missing children, people.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARC KLAAS, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER, KLAASKIDS FOUNDATION: We believe that if America`s long haul trucking community has the ability to watch television during their federally mandated rest stops, they will see locally transmitted Amber Alerts that will give them the ability to contact other truckers via their CB radios that are on the highways, on the on ramps, on the off ramps, and convenience stores and fast food outlets and lives will be saved.

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Is Casey Anthony or is it?

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Video from WFTV.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Is this Casey Anthony.

CASEY ANTHONY: Surprise, surprise.

BAEZ: I can absolutely 100 percent tell you that that is not her.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Whisked her way out for her first taste of freedom. Her whereabouts are unknown.

CHENEY MASON, CASEY ANTHONY`S ATTORNEY: She`s safe, she`s protected, nobody will find her.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: That SUV cruised the streets perhaps as a decoy.

BAEZ: Neither the defense team or --

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: We are taking your calls. But now out to Robyn Walensky, WDBO.

Robyn, weigh in.

ROBYN WALENSKY, REPORTER, WDBO RADIO: Nancy, there is a direct connection for every minute, for every hour, for every day that Casey Anthony is in hiding. Well, the public, let me tell you something, the outpouring of love here at the scene, I was out here for your show Monday night, Tuesday night, this morning for my radio station, let me show you some of the little things that people are leaving.

This little raggedy Ann doll and a cross that says on it, Caylee Marie, you will always be in our hearts. Never forgotten.

Now little Caylee`s birthday is upcoming, Nancy. Someone, a little girl this morning left Caylee, a cupcake for your 6th birthday, enjoy your heavenly birthday.

This is something else that`s new. This was just left here in the time, happy early birthday, Caylee. A beautiful card, Caylee, you are loved and missed by many. One day justice will be served.

And you know what, Nancy, we all hope that justice will be served because I`m going to take you back, for your viewers, into this muddy, disgusting gravesite. You wouldn`t want to leave a deceased cat, a beloved dog, a dead goldfish, let alone a child in this area.

Look at this thick mud. I have boots on. And all back here, behind me in the woods, Nancy, a growing memorial of balloons. I can see something from San Antonio, Texas. We love you with a picture of the Alamo on it. All of these happy birthday balloons and the beautiful crosses that are here.

People leaving Winnie the pooh items and books because we all know that little Caylee was wrapped in her Winnie the pooh blanket and then triple bagged and left here in this horrendous place.

Whoever did this, Nancy, is evil, sinister, and didn`t give -- just didn`t care.

GRACE: And apparently trying to close a million-dollar deal, Robyn Walensky, WDBO.

Alexis Tereszcuk, Radaronline.com, weigh in.

ALEXIS TERESZCUK, REPORTER, RADAROLINE.COM: Well, Nancy, you`re right. There was a deal that Casey was involved in for a million dollars. Huge amount of money. People are dying to know her side of the story. Even though everybody is saying whatever network puts the show on that they`ll black list it, everybody really wants to hear Casey`s side.

They also want to hear George and Cindy Anthony`s side. That -- those two could get a deal themselves. It`s just a matter of time before somebody shows enough money to Casey and Jose Baez and Casey herself decides that they`re going to take it. There are definitely offers out there. Everyone wants her.

But you know she`s about to do something --

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: No, I disagree with you, Alexis. Not everyone wants her.

Alexis Tereszcuk, radaronline.com.

Everyone, we need your help. A mother of three, a mother of triplets, vanishes. Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Thirty-nine-year-old mom Jacque Sue Waller had a great family, beautiful triplets and a good job in the insurance industry.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Our little girl has touched so many lives in a positive way. Not many people can say that in this world.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: But her marriage was on the rocks and Jacque was reportedly working to finalize her divorce with husband Clay Waller. Jacque disappears.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Investigators suspect foul play in Waller`s disappearance and have named her husband Clay Waller a person of interest, but not a suspect.

GRACE: With us, news director of KZIM/KSIM joining us, Faune Riggin.

What do you know?

FAUNE RIGGIN, NEWS DIRECTOR, KZIM/KSIM: Nancy, I can tell you that everything we just heard was absolutely correct. She did go missing on June 1st and the family has explained to us that she was estranged from her husband at the time. But in an interview granted on Tuesday with one of our sister newspapers, he said that they were not estranged and that they were not fighting and that she was just going to look into bankruptcy.

The family denies that claim wholeheartedly and says they were definitely estranged. But right now what we know is those three beautiful little kids don`t know where their mommy is, nor does the family. So since June 1st, it`s just -- it`s been chaos for the family and the community.

GRACE: With me right now, special guest, this is Jacque`s sister, Cheryl Breneke.

Cheryl, thank you for being with us. Where are the triplets tonight?

CHERYL BRENEKE, SISTER OF MISSING MOM OF TRIPLETS JACQUE WALLER: They`re at home. They`re at my house. That`s their home.

GRACE: So they`re with you. Why are they not with their father?

BRENEKE: Because he murdered their mother. He`s threatened their lives. And it is not a safe place for them to be.

GRACE: Does he want them? Does he want them?

BRENEKE: He acts like he does. He really only wants one, the one he calls the boy. And he never has cared about the girls. And he`ll take them if, you know, he needs them, all three, but --

GRACE: So let me ask you this.

BRENEKE: So it would make it look good.

GRACE: Let me ask you this, Cheryl, you`re telling me that you`ve got -- you have them physically right now and he`s not trying to get all three away? He doesn`t want to take them home with him?

BRENEKE: He does, yes. Yes, he does. But he really would -- he would really just like the boy, Maddox. That`s the one he -- that`s his pick of the litter.

GRACE: Cheryl, I`m going to come right back to you. But joining me is Chief James Humphrey, chief of police, Jackson Police Department.

Repeat, the husband, Clay Waller, is not a suspect right now, not a formal suspect.

Chief, fill me in on the disappearance. What happened that day?

CHIEF JAMES HUMPHREY, CHIEF OF POLICE, JACKSON POLICE DEPARTMENT: Well, we have over 260 leads on this case, Nancy, at this time since June 1st. And through Cheryl, her last known whereabouts on that day was she was going to pick up her son Maddox -- she was under the impression she was going to pick up her son Maddox at Clay`s house at approximately 4:00 that afternoon on the 1st.

And we have that from her own words, on her cell phone, that I am arriving here now, meaning I`m arriving here at Clay`s, and that was the last words that she spoke to her loved ones and that`s the last words we have from her, with her loved ones.

GRACE: To Dr. Jennifer Shu, pediatrician, editor of "Baby and Child Health," the triplets -- I mean I`ve got twins, they need me. They need their parents so badly. These are young, young children, age 5. What do they need from their mother?

DR. JENNIFER SHU, PEDIATRICIAN, CO-AUTHOR OF "BABY AND CHILD HEALTH": Well, they definitely need the security and the bonding that they used to get from their mother. And at this age they may think that they caused her to disappear. A lot of kids this age, they don`t understand things like death, they don`t understand when people leave.

And oftentimes they feel like they caused something and they may feel guilty in addition to being traumatized for not having seen her for almost two months.

GRACE: So what effect could this have on them, Dr. Shu?

SHU: You know you worry about health effects, stress and anxiety can make you have stomach aches, headaches, any kind of pain and long-term it can do damage to your heart and things like that, blood pressure, heart rate.

GRACE: To Dr. Helen Morrison, forensic psychiatrist and author. Elaborate on what Dr. Shu just said.

DR. HELEN MORRISON, FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST AND AUTHOR: Well, basically the children do not understand why their mother is gone. You can`t tell a 5-year-old that your mommy has been away for a while.

All they know is she is gone. And basically the child could feel terribly abandoned. They could feel responsible for the problems within the marriage if mommy is gone and daddy is not taking care of them. So they definitely do have very bad effects.

GRACE: Tipline, 573-243-3151. Where is Jacque Sue, the mother of triplets?

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Anybody see Clay Waller?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Just miss my wife and my kids.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Come on up here, tell everybody how bad you miss your wife and you want her back.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I just don`t know.

(END OF VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: A mother of triplets is gone. Weigh in, Marc Klaas.

KLAAS: Mr. Waller was the last person to see her. He was an estranged husband. Of course people are going to be looking at him. He`s not serving himself by refusing to cooperate with the family, with the media, and most certainly with the police.

Nobody knows what he knows that might bring them a little bit closer. Certainly he`s not been proven guilty of anything. But he is obviously a person of interest. His cooperation will help matters, not hinder them.

GRACE: Excuse, Alexis Weed, 30 seconds. Weigh in.

ALEXIS WEED, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Nancy, police also want to talk to anybody who saw the pickup truck that the husband was driving around the time when she went missing. It`s a red Sierra GMC pickup truck that was towing a boat in the back.

GRACE: To Cheryl Breneke and Chief Humphries, thank you for being with us. We will stay on the case.

To tonight`s case alert, the doctor charged in the death of music superstar Michael Jackson killing him allegedly with an overdose of powerful Propofol anesthesia. Was the jury sequestered from me, from us? Claiming watching NANCY GRACE will prevent a fair trial. That the jury will be biased. So I guess that makes us, uh, the good guys.
