Hello, I`m Carlos Diaz, in for A.J. Hammer with big news breaking tonight - will they or won`t they?

Will Jada Pinkett and Will Smith be ending their marriage as Hollywood`s most powerful super couple? Or is everything out there today about their possible split just a bunch of B.S.?

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that there are some burning questions out there tonight following an explosive report that Will and Jada are, in fact, done, which was followed by a denial by Will and Jada that a lot of people say that was less than convincing.

Add in the remarkable claim and denial that Jada was cheating on Will with Jennifer Lopez`s soon to be ex-husband and you have a story that is making headlines and heads spin from coast to coast.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are splitting up.

Wait a minute. No, no, they`re not. Wait, hold on. Maybe they are.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What was that?

DIAZ: If you thought yesterday`s big east coast earthquake left a lot of people shaken, that`s nothing compared to the national dizziness caused by reports that this long-time A-list couple may or may not be done.

KEN BAKER, E! CHIEF NEWS CORRESPONDENT: If is does turn out they are splitting, I think people would be very shocked.

DIAZ: If true, this would be Hollywood`s biggest breakup story since Brad Pitt left Jennifer Aniston or Tom Cruise left Nicole Kidman. But today, that`s the big question - is it all true?

BAKER: It`s very difficult to figure out what the allegations are and separate that from the truth.

DIAZ: "In Touch" magazine lit the fuse to this super-explosive story with its initial report that the couple had separated. Will Smith`s son from a previous marriage, Trey, quickly sent out a tweet saying, quote, "Will and Jada getting a divorce? Not true at all. Retweet."

Then enter Marc Anthony. Reports started popping up blaming the reported split on Jada`s relationship with Marc Anthony, who steams up the screen with Jada on her TNT drama series, "Hawthorne."

Making the story more interesting, Anthony just announced the end of his superstar marriage with Jennifer Lopez. Jada`s publicist responded to the Anthony rumor telling "E.T. Online," quote, "Everything about the Marc Anthony story is completely false. But we are not commenting on whether they are separating or not."

BAKER: The fact that Jada`s rep decided to not comment initially only fanned the flames that these two were breaking up.

DIAZ: The couple later tried to clear things up with their own joint statement to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. They said, quote, "We are still together and our marriage is intact." Our marriage is intact?

BAKER: What was missing from that statement was the word "love," was the word "happy."

DIAZ: Now, today headlines are all over the place. TMZ is reporting that Will and Jada are having marital trouble, but "Radar Online" is reporting that the two are very much together and are about to sue "In Touch." Anyone else confused?

BAKER: Right now, there`s so many reports flying around, so many statements being made.

DIAZ: Will and Jada are the heads of a powerful Hollywood family. Their two kids together, Jaden and Willow, are following their parents` footsteps as acting-singing double threats.

But there`s even more at stake here than a family dynasty. After thriving for more than a decade in the marriage-destroying glare of Hollywood, Will and Jada appeared to be the rarest of breeds, a Hollywood power couple who had their stuff together, whether they`re talking about their frisky sex lives -

JADA PINKETT-SMITH, ACTRESS: We`ve made love in some interesting places.

PIERS MORGAN, HOST, "PIERS MORGAN TONIGHT": Should I be concerned about my green room?

J.P. SMITH: You should be.

DIAZ: Or about their commitment to staying together as Will did on "Ellen" in 2008.

W. SMITH: Just divorce can`t be an option. It`s really that simple to me. Listen, we`re going to be together one way or the other, so we might as well try to be happy.

ELLEN DEGENERES, HOST, "THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW": Yes, I think that`s right.

DIAZ: And that could be that`s fueling interest in this explosive breakup story - the hope that it`s not true.

BAKER: I don`t think there`s any people that are rooting against these guys. I think people want them to be happy and would like them to stay together. They like them together, so if they are having problems, and that`s a big if, then I think people would be very upset about it.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

DIAZ: Jada and Will, say it isn`t so, guys. Come on! And whether the reports are true or false, we`re asking today in the SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, are Jada and Will handling the breakup rumors the right way?

Joining me in Hollywood, Sean Kanan who stars on "The Young and the Restless" and plays the ruthless and scheming Deacon Sharpe. He`s also the author of the new book, "The Modern Gentleman: Cooking and Entertainment with Sean Kanan."

And right now, in New York, is celebrity publicist Marvet Britto who is the founder of the Britto Agency.

Marvet, you`ve heard Will and Jada`s joint statement. They`re calling their marriage "intact." How romantic, "We`re intact." What the heck does that mean?"

Let`s face it. It`s confused people more than clarified anything. I`m thinking they could have dealt with these reports better than they did. Marvet, are you with me?

MARVET BRITTO, FOUNDER, THE BRITTO AGENCY: They probably could have but this is Will and Jada Smith that we`re talking about. They are celebrated largely for the genuine love and partnership that they evoke and have evoked since they`ve been together. So I think this probably caught them by surprise and it came out of the left field.

DIAZ: Where is the word "love" in the statement? I mean, how about "love" and "partnership."

BRITTO: No, I don`t think we should read into it. I think that their love and their partnership and the fact that they evoke it, you know, through their work, through the covers that they do, for anyone who has been in their presence.

DIAZ: Marvet, are you married?

BRITTO: I`m not married. But I think -

DIAZ: Do you have a boyfriend?

BRITTO: Yes, I have a boyfriend. Yes.

DIAZ: OK. So if I asked how you and your boyfriend are doing, would you ever say that "we are intact"?

BRITTO: I wouldn`t say that, but we don`t know who wrote the statement. So in Hollywood, being a publicist -

DIAZ: They wrote the statement.

BRITTO: No, not always. We know that it doesn`t work like that always.

DIAZ: It`s their marriage (UNINTELLIGIBLE). They wrote it.

BRITTO: They are together until they say they`re not together. And I think that if this was, you know, some other couple that we`re talking about - but we`re talking about Will and Jada. They are the epitome of partnership, of marriage, of love.

DIAZ: Yes.

BRITTO: And so I think we`re reading too much into it.

DIAZ: OK. And we`ll get to that in a second. And I completely agree with you, by the way. I love them as a couple.

Sean, you`re a big TV star and I`m sure you have seen many times it`s not easy staying married. Well, you are. You`re on a big time soap and, you know, I watch you all the time. I`ve always admire Jada and Will`s relationship. What do you think is going on? I`m worried that there`s a - there might be like a grain of truth in all this hoopla. Are you worried?

SEAN KANAN, ACTOR AND AUTHOR: You know, first of all, I`ve been a big fan of Will Smith`s for a long, long time, ever since "Six Degrees of Separation." You know, I think maybe where there`s smoke, there`s fire.

And I say that because, even if a publicist did write that statement, and if I saw that, I would be screaming and yelling to either retract that and say, "Hey, listen. You know what? This is my wife. I love her. It`s not about being intact, but it`s about love." And I`d make sure everybody knew it. And I think it`s -

DIAZ: Yes. I just think Will Smith is one of the most media savvy guys on the planet. Get him in front of a camera and say, "Hey, I love my wife."

KANAN: Absolutely.

DIAZ: "This is stupid to even talk about it." That`s what I want to see, not some kind of statement with the word "intact" in it.

KANAN: Absolutely.

DIAZ: Let`s talk about the "divorce is not an option" thing, which I think Will, right now, is regretting he said. Will Smith said that back on "Ellen" in 2008.

Even though they are seriously one of our favorite couples, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s own A.J. Hammer greeted that comment with a healthy dose of dubiousness. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

A.J. HAMMER, HOST: No other option. OK, Dr. Judy, I applaud Will, a noble idea to be sure. But is he at all even realistic, let alone is his idea at all healthy?

DR. JUDY KURIANSKY, PSYCHIATRIST: I think it`s healthy and all power to him if he can make it work, because I definitely encourage people to make that commitment every day to marriage. I always encourage couples to say that "We`re going to marry every day. We`re going to commit every day."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT ahead of the curve back in 2008. Aha! Sean, I`m thinking when you`re in the limelight and you`re married, you should make no promises ever about marriage. After everything that Jada and Will have said about keeping their marriage strong, I think they owe it to us to stay together. Are you with me? Owe it to us.

KANAN: Well, first of all, Carlos, I`m just glad that there`s a cure when you do catch some dubiousness (UNINTELLIGIBLE). Now, listen. You know what? I think it`s the old adage, "Everybody loves love."

You want to root for people and you want to believe that they`re happy. You know, personally, I wish them the best. It is difficult living in a -

DIAZ: All right. We`ve got to wrap it up. I hate to be dubiousness to you but we have to wrap this up, guys. Thank you so much. Sean Kanan and Marvet Britto, thank you guys so much.

Pauly D`s big dancing diss?

PAUL "PAULY D." DELVECCHIO, REALITY TV STAR, "JERSEY SHORE": Everybody needs to wake up. We`re not sleeping away this time in Italy.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GENE SIMMONS, SINGER: I stand by every word I said. I admire the man and his music, not so much the man in his private life.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

DIAZ: Take a look at that beautiful bride. Wow. Tonight, we have the brand-new, just-revealed photos of Kim Kardashian`s dream wedding. "People" magazine has just given SHOWBIZ TONIGHT a first look at their exclusive photos of the wedding that the world has been dying to see.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Carlos Diaz. And tonight, we just saw her. Kim Kardashian is the queen of reality TV and a lot of people say she looked just like royalty on her wedding day.

And we can tell you people could not wait to see every detail of Kim`s wedding fashion. And tonight, the wait is over. We`ve got "People" magazine`s exclusive new photos inside Kim`s fairytale wedding right now.

Joining me from Hollywood, Jen Garcia, assistant editor at "People" magazine and one of the lucky guests who attended Kim`s dream wedding. Jen, Kim looks unbelievably stunning in those photos.

JEN GARCIA, ASSISTANT EDITOR, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE": Yes.

DIAZ: I know she`s worth a lot more than $1 million. But in this exclusive article here from "People" magazine, it says she wore close to $15 million in jewelry along on her wedding day? Wow. That`s a whole lot of bling. Jen, can you break down the whole bling situation for me?

GARCIA: Sure. I mean, that stunning Lorraine Schwartz headpiece she wore was $2.5 million alone. And I talked to Lorraine and she told me that throughout the night, it was over, well over $15 million worth of jewelry that she wore.

DIAZ: All right. People could not start talking about Kim`s dress. She wore three dresses custom-made by her friend, celebrity designer Vera Wang. Kim says she was going for an old Hollywood theme. Jen, what`s been the reaction you`ve been hearing to Kim`s bridal fashion show?

GARCIA: I think everyone just thought she was stunning. I mean, the first dress was exactly what she wanted. She was a perfect princess on her wedding day. The second two dresses, which you`ll see in the new issue, are more Kim. They`re a little bit sexier, but they`re all beautiful, all of course couture Vera Wang.

DIAZ: Well, what`s a wedding without a star-studded guest list? I know the entire Kardashian clan is there. But this was really a Hollywood`s who`s who, wasn`t it? Jen, were there any stars people might be surprised to find out are keeping up with the Kardashians?

GARCIA: You know, I think people are a little surprised that Lindsay Lohan and her mother and sister were there. But they`ve actually been friends for years since 2007.

Ryan Seacrest, who, of course, executive produces her show was there with his girlfriend Julianne Hough. And then, Eva Longoria Parker brought along her new boyfriend, Eduardo Cruz, so they kind of made their debut together.

DIAZ: All right. We`ve got 30 seconds. My favorite part of any wedding is the food. Come on, Jen, dish. How about the dish that Wolfgang Puck came up with?

GARCIA: It was phenomenal. My favorite was the truffle pasta and that was Kim and Kris` favorite. And then, of course, the $10,000, six-foot tall wedding cake. It was delicious.

DIAZ: So had a piece it have and it was good?

GARCIA: I did have a piece. It was terrific.

DIAZ: You didn`t send me a piece back? Jen Garcia, I don`t know if I`m going to talk to ever again. Thank you so much, Jen. I really appreciate it.

GARCIA: You`re welcome.

DIAZ: All right. SHOWBIZ trending tonight - are teens who like Facebook and Twitter more likely to drink and smoke? I`m not sure they need social media for that, but one study says it`s true and it`s trending today.

The funeral of Russell Armstrong happened today. And now, there`s more drama breaking for the "Real Housewives" - Beverly Hills, New York, Miami - you name it. Tonight, why all the shows could be in real big trouble.

DIAZ: Now, the SHOWBIZ buzz list - these are the things we can`t stop buzzing about all this week. We`re pumped about the U.S. Open. The final grand slam of the year starts on Sunday, weather permitting.

We`re buzzing about the long-awaited unveiling of the Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial in Washington this weekend.

It`s not easy being green. We`re listening the Muppets` "The Green Album," which is out today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

DIAZ: SHOWBIZ trending tonight, brand-new proof that teens who tweet and like stuff might end up liking alcohol and marijuana. How`s that for an update?

Joining me now in Hollywood is Jeannie Mai, who is the host of Style Network`s "How Do I Look?" and will star in NBC`s upcoming show, "Fashion Star." Jeannie looks a little happier the last time I saw her.

All right, Jeannie. Check this out. The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University just surveyed teens from 12 to 17 years old.

In one part of a study on substance abuse, they say 70 percent of teens use social networking. And if they like social networking, they are five times likelier to use tobacco, three times likelier to use alcohol and twice as likely to use pot.

Jeannie, they are teens. Now, I`m thinking Paris Hilton`s tweets could make some people want to drink. But come on. Is this study just a little ridiculous?

JEANNIE MAI, HOST, "HOW DO I LOOK?" ON STYLE NETWORK: I know they make me want to drink. But - hi, Carlos, by the way. You know what? Honestly, I just don`t think that claim could be true because teens have been smoking, drinking, doing all of that from the beginning of time before Twitter.

So what makes you think that it`s enhancing because of that? Like, I love that we`re finding other ways to blame it than the roots of the problem, which are a plethora of things we could go into, whether it`s the home life, surroundings, support - things like that.

I`d like to actually - if this is true, then let`s use Twitter to benefit the teens by, like, giving them positive encouragement with what they can do if they do have these problems. Let`s see some trending topics about where you can go if you have problems like that. You know what I mean? Let`s do that.

DIAZ: I know - I completely agree with what you`re saying. And I will say the study starts to make sense when it says teens who watch shows like "Jersey Shore" and "Gossip Girl" are also more likely to drink and do drugs.

We`ve got 10 seconds. It`s because of the influence - the crowds that might watch those shows, correct?

MAI: Yes. I think you and I can make a change by starting a trending topic about what you can do about if you are stuck in those situations. And by the way, I tweeted you. You`re like a day late. August 21st is your last tweet. Really? Update.

DIAZ: Oh, my gosh. Jeannie Mai, you`re killing me.

MAI: Holler back.

DIAZ: I would say thank you, but I don`t mean it. All right. Thanks, Jeannie. Don`t forget to check out Jeannie on Style Network`s "How Do I Look" and "Fashion Star" coming up on NBC next year.

And now, the SHOWBIZ lineup - here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

SHOWBIZ breaks Michael Jackson concert news tonight. Kiss gets the boot from M.J.`s tribute concert for bad-mouthing Michael. Tonight, Gene Simmons lets loose again.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SIMMONS: I stand by every word I said. I admire the man and his music, not so much the man in his private life.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask, is it time for Gene Simmons to just zip it?

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m Carlos Diaz, in for A.J. Hammer. And right now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is breaking big news - did Gene Simmons just call Michael Jackson a child molester again?

Gene Simmons and Kiss were just forced to pull out of a big Michael Jackson tribute concert his family is putting together after outraged Michael fans around the world pointed out, hey, isn`t that the same guy who said he believed Michael was a child molester?

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT caught up with Gene in Hollywood and he`s not backing down. Watch what he revealed exclusively to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

SIMMONS: Well, I mean, it had to come to that. I refuse to take back my words. I stand by every word I said. I admire the man and his music, not so much the man in his private life.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Gene, I admire you but, remember, Michael was never found guilty of a single charge of child abuse. With me tonight in New York is attorney Midwin Charles of Midwin Charles and Associates. And from Hollywood tonight, defense attorney Debra Opri.

Gene Simmons kicked off this whole controversy when he told a rock magazine there had been too many accusations against Michael Jackson for them not to be true.

Listen to what Gene said, "Where there`s smoke, there`s fire. There`s no question in my mind he molested those kids. Not a doubt."

Midwin, is it time for Gene Simmons to just shut up about this? Or is what he is saying what a lot of people still believe?

MIDWIN CHARLES, ATTORNEY, MIDWIN CHARLES AND ASSOCIATES: Well, I don`t think he should shut up. What he`s saying is what a lot of people still believe. And remember, there were two separate allegations. One resulted in settlement. The second one resulted in a trial.

So what he`s saying isn`t unorthodox. It`s not unreasonable, given the facts. And he`s entitled to speak his mind.

DIAZ: Debra Opri, what do you think? Should Gene Simmons leave this alone?

DEBRA OPRI, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: I have a little personal vested interest in this, because I represented Katherine and Joe. I adore the family then. I adore them now.

I believe, out of context, he can make a statement. It`s First Amendment, but how stupid is he to accept an invitation to play at a celebration of Michael and his music? He can`t have it both ways. And I think the fans -

DIAZ: But, Debra, in all honesty -

OPRI: Those fans - no, Carlos. The fans - the fans have been the leading, leading key to the success of the Jackson family. And they still cater to the fans and, well, they should because Michael was a very talented musician. And I feel for the family that this happened.

DIAZ: But Debra, don`t you see the weirdness in what you just said? It was dumb for him to accept the invitation. Wasn`t it dumber, if you will, for them to extend the invitation?

OPRI: Well, if they didn`t or weren`t aware of his statements prior, it is an oversight. It is not a good oversight, but it was an oversight. And the fans caught it in seconds and they immediately backpedaled.

So it just tells you who is surrounding Katharine Jackson in terms of the promoters and what they`re doing. I think should fleshed all of this out prior to. Does he ever have the right to make his comments? Yes. But certainly, don`t participate in an event like this after making these statements. You know it`s two-faced.

DIAZ: All right. We expect more big Michael Jackson news to break tomorrow. There`s another hearing leading up to the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray on charges he was responsible for Michael`s death.

Now, the SHOWBIZ justice news team learned today that Murray may be in court tomorrow. Get this - he`s actually using the Casey Anthony case to try to get the jury in his trial sequestered.

His lawyers are saying the Casey media frenzy is proof Murray can`t get a fair trial and wants the jurors are kept locked up in a hotel, away from the real world.

Debra, put on your defense attorney hat right now. Do you think it would help Conrad Murray to get the jury sequestered?

OPRI: I`m going to act as a trial attorney right now. If his attorneys didn`t ask for this, it would be bad conduct. But I think the judge will take a play out of the judge in the child molestation case.

And he`s going to say Michael Jackson`s jury wasn`t sequestered and he got a fair trial, and he`s going to proceed. We don`t have the money in California. And unless he feels like paying for it himself, I just don`t see sequestration happening in this case.

OPRI: That`s a very good point. Very good point, Debra. There is more SHOWBIZ justice news tonight about another trial that`s captured everyone`s attention - the trial of the hot sauce mom.

She`s the woman who forced her young son to drink hot sauce so she could have a shot at fame and possible fortune on "The Dr. Phil Show." And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can reveal that the mom, Jessica Beagley, was just convicted of child abuse. Take a look at the tape that was aired on Dr. Phil`s show in a segment called "Angry Moms."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JESSICA BEAGLEY, CONVICTED OF CHILD ABUSE: Open. Close your mouth. Did you swallow it? Go ahead. Do you lie to me? No, don`t spit it. Are lies supposed to come out of your mouth? No.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: She also made the kid take a cold shower. That`s even more heartbreaking to watch. A lot of people are criticizing Dr. Phil for not offering this woman counseling after she was on the show.

We reached out to Dr. Phil today to ask him about that. And as of show time, he had not responded. So here`s our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - does Dr. Phil deserve any blame in this situation? Midwin, what do you think?

CHARLES: Well, I don`t think he does because he didn`t necessarily know her intentions in landing on the show. Had he known that she fabricated all of this or put this all together just to grace the stage of "The Dr. Phil Show" and still went along with it, then perhaps he should bear some blame.

But this mother ought to basically be the one to carry the blame.

DIAZ: Debra, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, does Dr. Phil deserve any blame?

OPRI: Yes, he does. First of all, you do something like this. You have it on your show. Unless he`s going to have that caveat, that wrap up at the very end and say, "Look, folks. This is illegal in the law. We have a lawyer. Here`s what`s she should have done. "Here`s what she should not have done."

But he can`t just bring this in for this big shock audience thing and then say, "Hey, we got some good ratings here." He must take responsibility. It very upsetting to me because it is child abuse.

OPRI: Debra, I completely agree with you. SHOWBIZ justice has the dramatic new details revealed today about another mother who faces charges for allegedly doing something terrible to her child. Of course, that`s Casey Anthony.

Now, Casey was acquitted of killing her daughter, Caylee. And today, we got dramatic new details on Casey`s probation drama. Here`s what we know right now: Casey has just lost her appeal and has been ordered to report to a Florida court by the end of the week to begin her one-year probation for check fraud.

And a hearing on the costs of the investigation into the Casey Anthony murder case will take place tomorrow. Investigators want more than $80,000 back in costs. Debra, with the Casey hate factor about to explode again, is it really in anyone`s best interest to have Casey come back to Florida to serve her probation?

OPRI: No, and this is the case that keeps giving and giving and giving. The problem is we had a judge who, before he recused himself, had to have the last word and clarify himself.

Justice Perry couldn`t second-guess and the court of appeals chose not to second-guess, and he did not abuse his discretion. Should she come back? She has to now. It`s the law. What`s the probationary period? Midwin, jump in. You can best guess how long this is going to protract itself.

DIAZ: All right. Guys, thank you. We`ve got to leave it there. Midwin Charles, sorry. We couldn`t get your comment. Debra Opri, thank you so much.

Pauly D. took hair gel to new heights when he first burst on to the scene in "The Jersey Shore," or "Jersey Shore" as it`s supposed to be called. And he`s got a sweet gig on tour with Britney Spears. But does that make him a big-time star?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DELVECCHIO: If these boobies can talk, they`d say, "I`m big time. I`m a blast in a bra."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DIAZ: Pauly D. declares that he`s too famous to do "Dancing with the Stars." The SHOWBIZ Flashpoint tonight, is Pauly D. too big to be on "Dancing"?

Real danger for the "Real Housewives." Stunning new developments on the day of Russell Armstrong`s funeral. From Beverly Hills, to New York and everywhere in between, the entire "Housewives" franchise in jeopardy? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Miley Cyrus` brother expecting baby with Disney actress Brenda Song. Al Pacino tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT his favorite line from "Scarface."

AL PACINO, ACTOR: I get any line from it, like one line has really got me a little bit. It consists of, "Can I go now?" But it`s a great line, you know, "Can I go now?" I`m serious.

DIAZ: Did you see this? Justin Bieber causes kind of a frenzy when he joins Taylor Swift at her L.A. concert to sing his hit, "Baby." This is a good duet which is one of the surprises in Taylor`s "Speak Now" world tour which is getting rave reviews. And I`m thinking the crowd thought that was pretty cool.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Carlos Diaz. And tonight, a "Jersey Shore" dancing diss is going on. It looks like we won`t be seeing any fist-pumping this season on "Dancing with the Stars."

Turns out "Jersey Shore`s" Pauly D. - wait for it - thinks he`s too famous to compete on the show. Really? He told a New York television station, quote, "I will do `Dancing with the Stars` when my we`re dips."

Oh, snap. That leads us to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - is Pauly D. too big to be on "Dancing with the Stars"?

Joining me in New York is the host of Style Network`s "How Do I Look" and NBC`s upcoming show, "Fashion Star," Jeannie Mai. All right, Jeannie -

MAI: Hi, Carlos.

DIAZ: How are you doing? Pauly D. is claiming he is making $10,000 a night at his deejaying gig and he doesn`t need "Dancing with the Stars" to give his career a boost.

Now, to be fair, Pauly D. is really the only "Jersey Shore" star with a solid career outside of the show. But too famous for "Dancing with the Stars"? Jeannie, to our flashpoint, is Pauly D. to big to be on "Dancing with the Stars"?

MAI: Honestly, I`ve got to say I`m not going to lose sleep over whether or not he is too big or not. I really don`t pay attention. However, I would think that he`s nervous about whether or not his hair can actually stay upright with all that gel after sweating on the dance floor. That, I think, is what he`s nervous about.

On the other hand, I want to watch him because, honestly, if he can bust a move, I`d be happy to see it. And I would actually give him props for busting some talent on the show where you can actually see it.

DIAZ: Cool. 1989 called by the way and they want "Bust a Move" back. I would like to point out that over the 12 seasons of "Dancing with the Stars", there`s been some pretty big names on the show.

Check this out - you`ve got Kirstie Alley, Donnie and Marie and Kim Kardashian.

Let me bring in Sean Kanan. Sean is from "The Young and the Restless." He`s dreamy. And he`s got a book coming out called, "The Modern Gentleman: Cooking and Entertaining with Sean Kanan." All right, Sean -

KANAN: Hey, Carlos. How are you?

DIAZ: Pretty good. Now, considering the show has had some big name stars on the show, to our flashpoint, is Pauly D. too big to be on "Dancing with the Stars"?

KANAN: I`ll tell you, I don`t know even know where to start with this. First of all, I`ve got to admit watching "Jersey Shore" is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine.

DIAZ: All right.

KANAN: But as an ex-alum from "Dancing with the Stars," not in this country - in Italy, where they call it "Ballando con le Stelle" -

DIAZ: OK.

KANAN: I take a little umbrage with this. You know, I mean, I have two words for you, Pauly. It`s called "network television." You guys have a long memory. You know, I think it`s one thing to say "no" like a gentleman, which is what I talk about in my book.

But just to turn your nose up at an offer like that, I really think eight little shortsighted and, frankly, not in very good taste. I mean, look, it`s 14:59 and counting. I think this guy`s a stone`s throw away from spinning the "Macarena" at the bar mitzvah. So -

DIAZ: All right. Let`s move on right now to another story that`s a little more serious. Tonight, "Real Housewives" fall out. Today, the funeral for Russell Armstrong, the husband of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, Taylor Armstrong, took place.

This comes a day after Bravo delays the filming of the New York show and the news that one of the sons of a Miami housewife was in a bad car accident. Jeannie, do you think Bravo should just end this franchise?

MAI: You know, I think, honestly, it`s pretty refreshing being a person who is in reality TV to actually see more reality taking place on television in reality TV. So I think Bravo would be really smart to keep it rolling, honestly, because people want to watch.

DIAZ: That is a very unique way to look at it.

MAI: Yes.

DIAZ: That`s very unique because you`re saying, how can you script death -

MAI: Yes.

DIAZ: So it`s showing that it`s unscripted. I completely disagree with what you`re saying. I think it`s gone too far, but I totally - that`s a very cool new point that I have not thought of.

Now, Bravo is said to be working hard to re-edit the second season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" before its September 5th premiere. A lot of people are still torn on whether the show should air.

Lisa Gastineau, who is a friend of Taylor Armstrong and attended Russell`s funeral today, told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT what she thought about Bravo airing the second season of Beverly Hills. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LISA GASTINEAU, FRIEND OF TAYLOR ARMSTRONG: I think that, respectfully, perhaps Taylor should go take the time off and go take care of her daughter and heal and mourn and do other things. But I don`t think you can scrap an entire TV series because of someone`s personal issues.

DIAZ: Sean, 10 seconds, do you agree or disagree?

KANAN: I think that they should absolutely air the show. I think that they signed on for reality. It`s life and it`s tragic and it`s terrible. But here`s the thing - there`s a great opportunity to have closure here.

And rather than treat the show like an expose, they should treat it as an opportunity to have some closure with a very tragic incident.

DIAZ: I tell you, Sean and Jeannie, great points of view. I very much appreciate your points of view. Thanks so much for joining us.

All right. Tuesday, we asked you to vote in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. Just moments ago, we got the final results. "`Real Housewives of Beverly Hills` Suicide: `People` magazine critics says that the show should be cancelled." Do you agree?

Seventy-six percent of you say, "Yes, I agree." Twenty-four percent of you say, "No way." Now, here`s some suggestions from our Facebook wall.

Brenda L. writes, "I think reediting what has been shot would help, but trying to do this within the next month to let it begin airing is a little insensitive. If it`s not possible to edit it to a point that it`s respectable to Taylor, then scrap the footage shot and start from scratch."

Amaree H. writes, "I am sorry to hear about Russell. However, this is reality TV. Maybe take some time off. Do not cancel. Love my housewives."

OK. Princess Leia`s dramatic weight loss. Wait until you see "Star Wars" star, Carrie Fisher`s new body. Tonight, Carrie reveals how she did it and if she`ll ever wear her iconic metal bikini again.
