A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Big news breaking tonight on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - those wild, wacky Lohans. Lindsay`s dad`s matching mug shot, arrested for allegedly beating up his girlfriend.

And a desperate Lindsay reportedly getting nearly $1 million to pose naked. Tonight, are the Lohans headed for the ultimate meltdown?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LEN GOODMAN, "DANCING WITH THE STARS" JUDGE: I`ve been in this business for nearly 50 years.

MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY, PRO-DANCER, "DANCING WITH THE STARS": Maybe it`s time to go.

CARRIE ANN INABA, "DANCING WITH THE STARS" JUDGE: Don`t be disrespectful like that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on the set of "Dancing with the Stars" for the great debate over the inferno on the dance floor.

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show breaks news right now.

(MUSIC)

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking tonight - matching mug shots. Oh, yes. Lindsay Lohan`s father has been desperately trying to figure out a way that he can connect with his daughter, a way to make her understand that he understands what she`s been going through.

So really what better way than matching mug shots? Michael Lohan was arrested early today for allegedly roughing up his on again/off again girlfriend. There he is on the left.

And on the right, as you see, Lindsay in her latest mug shot taken just last week after a judge ruled she had violated her probation. A little father-daughter situation.

Well, looks like we`re also about to see a lot more than Lindsay`s mug because a brand-new report today revealed that she`ll get nearly $1 million from "Playboy" for posing butt naked and, quite frankly, showing more than just her butt.

So to keep up with the Lohan legal drama, I really need not one, but two terrific attorneys with me in tonight - Sunny Hostin, legal contributor for "In Session" on our sister network, Tru TV. And also in New York tonight, Darren Kavinoky of the Kavinoky Law Firm.

This is how you know things are really bad with the family, when you see the headline "Lohan arrested" and you don`t know which one they`re talking about.

Now, early today it was Michael. He got busted in Tampa, Florida, after allegedly getting violent with his girlfriend, Kate Major. It`s at least the third time the cops have gotten involved in a dispute between those two.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has a copy of the arrest report. It`s really graphic, very disturbing. Darren, as crazy as this might sound, could Michael end up going to jail before his daughter at this point?

DARREN KAVINOKY, ATTORNEY, KAVINOKY LAW FIRM: When you`re talking crazy, this may not be two but three full scoops of crazy in this breakfast cereal. This is outrageous. And just like in horse racing, sometimes there`s a photo finish to see who wins.

It`s going to be a close one to see whether it`s Michael or Lindsay that gets to be in custody first. In Lindsay`s case, she`s the queen of terrible decisions. So we`ve already seen that she`s had problem with probation and getting to the morgue on time.

That could land her in custody and we`ll find out on November 2nd. But Michael - Michael is the king of spin.

HAMMER: That`s true.

KAVINOKY: So you can walk in on Michael in a brothel and he`ll make you believe that you`re actually in a church youth group function. So he might be able to spin his way out of this one.

HAMMER: I`ve been on the other side of those conversations with Michael before. You know, as much fun as it is to have fun with this, it`s actually quite sad. We all know though that Lindsay has her own impressive mug shot collection from the run-ins with her law.

Her dad`s legal scraps almost make Lindsay look like an amateur. Let`s take a look at Daddy Lohan`s dirty deeds in the SHOWBIZ news line.

Back in the 1990s when, you know, Lindsay was just a kid, Michael sent to jail related to an insider trading probe. In 2005, Michael in jail again, this time for DUI and assaulting his brother-in-law.

July 2010 his girlfriend, former tabloid reporter, Kate Major, accuses Michael of kicking her in the face in New York. Michael denies it and the case is later dismissed.

And just this last March, Kate Major claimed Michael attacked her in L.A. Michael denied it and the D.A. declined to prosecute citing problems reaching Kate.

Sunny, seeing what Lindsay is going through, and seeing what her father`s going through, it`s no wonder really why she`s such a mess.

SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION": It`s absolutely true. I mean, we were just talking before you don`t need a license to parent. You don`t get any training to parent. You get nothing.

And it`s sort of, you know - it`s really sad, in fact, because like the apple doesn`t fall far from the tree. What sort of training did Lindsay Lohan get? Training to be a criminal perhaps? And what I also think is very interesting is addiction always seems to be a part of it.

HAMMER: Yes.

HOSTIN: I mean, you read the police report. They talk about alcohol. They talk about people being under the influence. There`s no question that Lindsay Lohan learned these behaviors, at least thinking perhaps that it`s OK. And we all know it`s not OK.

HAMMER: It`s not OK. It is, as I said, sad. And you have Lindsay`s dad now accused of domestic violence again. You have Lindsay facing the possibility of jail again. So how is Lindsay dealing with all this?

Well, she`s taking off her clothes for a whole lot of money. Yes, TMZ reported today Lindsay is shooting a nude photo spread for "Playboy" magazine. And listen, she`s reportedly going to get between $750,000 and $1 million.

Lindsay`s rep telling us today he couldn`t confirm this, but he didn`t deny it either. So given all this, here`s our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - does Lindsay`s nude "Playboy" spread smack of desperation? Darren?

KAVINOKY: I`ve got to back Lindsay up on this one. It smacks of a great business move. My sources tell me that Lindsay is a little bit on the broke side, so a seven-figure deal can make a huge difference in working herself out of debt.

And the other thing to keep in mind is that "Playboy" is an artsier magazine than a bunch of other titles I`m going to pretend not to know the name of.

HAMMER: Oh, yes. Absolutely. And guess what? It will be a huge, huge seller.

KAVINOKY: A big win. Hugh Hefner is the ultimate winner in this one.

HAMMER: All right. Darren, Sunny, thank you both. And there`s more big news breaking tonight about the battle in the ballroom.

Yes, everybody was talking about this today. An epic smack down between "Dancing with the Stars" dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy and judge, Len Goodman. And the great debate today was whether or not Mad Maks crossed the line.

The spat came after the judge, Len, dared - dared I say - to criticize Maksim and his dance partner Hope Solo`s performance on the show. It seems Maks didn`t respond well to being judged. And he let them know it in a way that got Maks slammed today for being disrespectful.

With me in New York is a guy who knows all about what it takes and what Maks is going through, "All My Children" star, Cameron Mathison who also appeared on "Dancing with the Stars." Season five is when you (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

CAMERON MATHISON, ACTOR: That`s right.

HAMMER: It`s like, "Why did I do the show?" Cameron is also taking part in a great new event. It`s "A Tribute to Pine Valley," a series of fan events dedicated to "All My Children." Cameron joining me in New York for a SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

All right. Let`s take a look at how all this went down. This was quite something. It got everybody`s attention.

MATHISON: Yes. That`s true.

HAMMER: "Dancing with the Stars" last night getting a little personal between Maks and Len. Roll it out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GOODMAN: This is your worst dance of the whole season in my opinion.

GOODMAN: Maks, Maks - don`t start all that, because half the fault is yours.

CHMERKOVSKIY: As long as - as long as the audience like our journey, we`re good.

GOODMAN: Let me tell you, Maks, the audience liked the effect. They judge on efficacy. I`ve been in the business nearly 50 years.

CHMERKOVSKIY: Maybe it`s time to go.

GOODMAN: My criteria to judge is different than the audience.

INABA: Don`t be disrespectful like that.

CHMERKOVSKIY: Let`s not be disrespectful to everybody, right? Because everybody is putting a lot of effort. Everybody on that balcony has been dying and killing themselves only to hear you guys, little judgmental comments.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Hello, they`re judges. They`re going to be judgmental, Maks. I`m sorry. All right. Cameron, listen, I was on the set of "Dancing with the Stars" a couple weeks ago and saw firsthand how hard you guys as stars work and the practices.

And I understand how you absolutely can take it personally when you`re getting criticized. It comes with the territory, though. When you were on the show, were you ever tempted to go Maksim Chmerkovskiy?

MATHISON: I was terrified every second I was on the stage live. But here`s the thing - I don`t mind, as an amateur, as somebody trying to learn how to dance, I get criticized. I couldn`t really argue with the judges.

I mean, who am I to say they`re wrong? My pasodoble actually looked fantastic. You know, I had no idea. But I think one aspect of this is the fact that the judges, you know, clearly criticized Maks, himself.

And you know, that`s not what the show is about. The show is, I think, mostly about criticizing the celebrity trying to learn how to dance.

HAMMER: Sure.

MATHISON: Who knows what kind - listen, I get Maks` point. One of Maks` point is that, from week to week, the judges seem to emphasize more of the technical aspects versus the personality.

And you never know what judges you`re going to get, like you never know which direction to go because you may get criticized for one thing and then three dances later, somebody - obviously I think there was some lack of skill in his delivery. I`m sure he would agree to that.

HAMMER: Well, and I think Len felt like he let Hope down in what ultimately happened, the fact it wasn`t as good as it could have been.

But I have to tell you, just scanning the blogs and looking online today, he`s become somewhat of a hero for talking back against Len last night.

In fact, a former - well, how should I put this? A former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant was comparing Maks today to someone who knows what it`s like to perform in a tough arena.

Remember the famous scene in "Gladiator?" Let me remind you.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RUSSELL CROWE, ACTOR: Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. So Maksim could be the new Maximus. Maks is being compared to Russell Crowe`s gladiator character by none other than actress and former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant, Kirstie Alley.

Listen to what she tweeted, "Maksim, here you went all "Gladiator" at the coliseum last night, protected the queen at all costs. Thumbs up. I salute you." Do you think the judges were too hard?

MATHISON: Well, you know, it`s not for me to say. But it did seem like they had a little bit extra edge toward Maks. I don`t know. There is some history there.

The judges and Maks have definitely not been all warm and fuzzy for season after season after season. But you know, at the same time, you`re putting yourself out there, live TV, you`ve got to be able to accept the criticism.

Again, I think it should be more directed toward the celebrity and not the professional. Maks is doing his best and he`s obviously a clearly great dancer. Maybe a little bit more skill involved in his delivery.

HAMMER: Yes. And they walk a fine line I think with wanting to go after the celebs too much. I mean, you`re giving your time. I mean, obviously, you`re competing and it`s to raise money and all of that.

And it was terrific you did it, but really a blip on the radar compared to doing 12 years on "All My Children" which still blows me away. Unbelievable.

Of course, it went off ABC just last month. But you guys are taking care of the fans. You`re doing a tribute to Pine Valley. These events are from all over the place. What kind of response are you getting?

MATHISON: Great response from the fans, which is not terribly surprising because this whole medium - daytime and the soaps - so fan driven. And you know, I firmly believe we`ve got the best fans in the world. And doing something like this is a great opportunity to get out there, meet and greet, hang out with them a little bit, catch up -

HAMMER: And I know how passionate they are. Cameron, thank you so much. Great to see you. And you should now that a tribute to Pine Valley is going to be in New Brunswick, New Jersey on Wednesday, Long Island on Thursday. Get details by going to "ATributeToPineValley.com." Thanks for coming, man.

All right. Tonight we move on to all big bad celebrity showdowns. You`ve got to see this. Hot bodies showdown. Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, Kim Kardashian, Will Smith. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the battle of the bodies.

Brandi and LeAnn`s showdown. Beverly Hills housewife, Brandi Glanville, is at war with her ex-husband`s new wife, LeAnn Rimes. Brandi calls LeAnn an overbearing stepmom on national TV. But will Brandi call for a holiday season truce perhaps? Brandi will tell me in a SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

Lady Gaga`s showdown with the divine Miss M. Bette Midler calls Gaga out for ripping off one of her infamous costumes.

And now, Bette is putting that very outfit up for auction. So I wonder if Gaga is going to grab it up. She may be the highest bidder. The legendary Bette Midler right here telling next. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Antonio Banderas talks to SHOWBIZ about hosting a presidential fundraiser.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANTONIO BANDERAS, ACTOR: It`s exciting, obviously, to have the president of the United States in your house. And it`s just about facilitate and give him a platform, you know, forum in which he can actually.

And I think it`s important for my community, actually, that the president of the United States is going to speak directly to them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with best Bette. The divine Miss M. is making headlines once again for her famous mermaid costume, you know, the one Bette suggested that Lady Gaga was copying during one of her concerts.

Well, now, Bette is putting the mermaid costume up for auction next month at Julian`s Auction House all in the name of her charity. The bidding for that spectacular costume along with many more from Bette`s incredible 40-year career will benefit her New York restoration project.

And I sat down with Bette just this afternoon. The famous mermaid costume was there as well. And I asked her if Gaga should grab it up as the highest bidder perhaps.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(on camera) This is incredible to be sitting here with you surrounded by some of these most spectacular possession from your career, mementos, if you will, costumes, things that have been a part of your life. I feel the energy, Bette.

BETTE MIDLER, ACTRESS: I do, too.

HAMMER: And of course, the real eye-catcher is the mermaid costume.

MIDLER: Yes.

HAMMER: Something that you`ve been wearing since the `80s as a part of -

MIDLER: Early `80s, yes.

HAMMER: As a part of your routine.

MIDLER: Not that particular one.

HAMMER: Not this particular one, but of course-

MIDLER: The same fish tail, the same idea in many, many colors.

HAMMER: Well, needless to say, it caught our attention when it caught your attention that, all of a sudden one day, Lady Gaga shows up in one of her performances wearing something suspiciously familiar in a wheelchair. You had some words for Lady Gaga.

MIDLER: Just a few.

HAMMER: May I share a few of those words?

MIDLER: Sure.

HAMMER: This is a tweet from the lovely Bette Midler. She tweeted, "I`m not sure Lady Gaga knows that I performed my mermaid in wheelchair for millions of people and many of them are still alive." Let me ask you something, were you actually ticked?

MIDLER: Not at all.

HAMMER: Were you flattered?

MIDLER: Actually, you know, I thought maybe she - I don`t think I`m going to do her anymore because she takes a real - you have to be young. You do.

HAMMER: To do the mermaid?

MIDLER: The mermaid is really athletic.

HAMMER: So a woman like Lady Gaga doing it?

MIDLER: Hey, I`ve got a great idea for you. You know, I have 20 years` worth of costumes and sets and, you know, gags.

HAMMER: So the idea that somebody may have been inspired like Lady Gaga.

MIDLER: I was completely flattered.

HAMMER: Well, you know what I unearthed? A little clip of you performing in said costume. Can we take a look at that?

MIDLER: One clip? I have like -

HAMMER: Well, I know. We only have time for one. We`d be here all day. Let`s take a look at that.

(MUSIC)

All right -

MIDLER: Oh, you missed the best part -

HAMMER: Spectacular. Which?

MIDLER: When we do the pattern on the floor, the overhead shot. Hilarious.

HAMMER: Well, we`ll have to look at that later. So OK, I have heard you say you would actually be OK if Lady Gaga brought some of your outfits.

MIDLER: I would be thrilled. I`d be thrilled.

HAMMER: Here`s what I`m thinking.

MIDLER: Yes.

HAMMER: You`ve got to charge her a little extra. She was one of the top earners last year.

MIDLER: She was?

HAMMER: Yes.

MIDLER: Maybe she`d like to come to my gala.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, you also have to hear about Bette`s Hula-ween Gala. It`s taking place this Friday here in New York City, also to benefit her New York restoration project.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, the jurors in the Casey Anthony trial are revealed. For the very first time today, a court revealed the names of the jurors who found Casey Anthony not guilty in the death of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee.

The jury suffered shocking threats after the verdict. Some jurors even said they became prisoners in their own homes. So here`s our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - should the jurors still fear for their lives?

With me in New York tonight, Atty. Darren Kavinoky who heads up the Kavinoky Law Firm.

So while their names were made public today, HLN is not revealing them unless they choose to go public themselves. Other news outlets have already posted their names online, which, quite frankly, astounds me.

But Darren, to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, should the jurors still be fearing for their lives? They`ve had a tough go of it.

KAVINOKY: Yes, it sounds like there`s good cause. Everybody in the court of public opinion would love to talk to those jurors and find out, what were they thinking? Because if you remember during the trial, the public perception was that trial was a stepping stone to a guilty verdict. And there were shock and surprise that has clearly lingered.

In a lot of states, jurors` names are always considered to be confidential, private information that are never released. But Florida apparently has some very liberal laws where they try and balance that public right to know and frankly that could be to the jurors` disadvantage here.

HAMMER: And quite frankly, they could have released the names immediately, but because of the nature of the case, the judge chose after the verdict to seal them for just three months.

KAVINOKY: Right. He wanted a cooling off period, although everybody who`s now taking a close look at this is wondering, is that a long enough cooling off?

HAMMER: What`s the upside of revealing the names? I don`t understand that.

KAVINOKY: Well, it`s grounded in the idea what we do in the court system needs to be a public matter that the public has a right to know. But these people also have their own privacy rights. This is a delicate one.

HAMMER: I get that, but it really seems like the harm outweighs the benefit. All right. Got to leave it there. Darren, great to see you. Appreciate you being here.

And now, it`s time for the SHOWBIZ lineup. Here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking tonight - it`s the SHOWBIZ body showdown.

Yes, get ready for the biggest body showdown ever. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT revealing which Hollywood body is the hottest of them all. And the showdowns include Jennifer Aniston against Pippa Middleton, Jennifer Aniston and Will Smith, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt.

Did I mention Jennifer Aniston? The startling information comes from a new survey revealed today. This was done by "Fitness" magazine and "OMG" from Yahoo.

And with me tonight from Hollywood, entertainment journalist, Rachel Zalis. Also in Hollywood, relationship expert, self-proclaimed bad boy, Steve Santagati. You could check out all of his sound advice at his Web site, which is "Bad Boys Finish First."

All right, guys. I want to start off with the vote for the best female and male celebrity over 40. And look at who`s number one. Put it up. Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt. Didn`t they used to be married to each other?

You know, Rachel, I look at this. I see this coming in and I`m thinking, they`re either blessed or they`re cursed. It seems that after all this time, we cannot mention Jen without mentioning Brad. Any argument that they have the hottest bodies over 40?

RACHEL ZALIS, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: I know, how cute that they`re back together. I think the public kind of still wants that.

HAMMER: Yes.

ZALIS: I have to give props to Jen Aniston. I mean, do I think she`s the sexiest woman on the planet? No. But for over 40, this woman looks amazing.

I think her thing is that men and women love her, like, guys think she has a great body. Women find her to be the girl next door, not threatening. And she works hard at it.

I mean, she`s doing yoga. She`s watching her diet. I mean, she definitely has earned that. But Brad Pitt? Come on. Have we seen his body in the last 10 years?

What about McConaughey? Gerry Butler? Like I don`t get that one at all. I mean, all I saw on him recently is the long beard. You know, it`s crazy to me.

HAMMER: I mean, you know, I think Jennifer looks good myself for a woman over 30. I mean, come on. She looks terrific.

Here`s one thing that both women and men agreed on, that Jennifer Aniston and Will Smith have the bodies that most of them would actually like to have themselves or would like their partners to have which might have something to do with scenes like this, if we can put it up.

Will Smith in the movies "Bad Boys." All right. Steve Santagati, you are the self-proclaimed Mr. Bad Boy. Do you lie awake at night wishing that Will`s body was the one that you had?

STEVE SANTAGATI, RELATIONSHIP EXPERT: No. No, not at all, and I don`t run in slow motion towards the camera with my shirt off either, A.J.

HAMMER: Oh, sure you do.

SANTAGATI: You know, he better - look, he has a great body, but it`s kind of like, when you have a nice body, you kind of have to be chill about it, like - you know, my buddy, Mario Lopez, has a better body in a lot of ways because he does the boxing thing. And even though he uses it as part of his brand, it`s not to show off.

I think that Will Smith has got a good body. But look at David Beckham. Look at the abs on him. Look at fighters that are out there like - what`s his name, Pacquiao. Those are bodies we should try to achieve, if you will.

HAMMER: So you would like a Beckham body.

SANTAGATI: My opinion.

HAMMER: OK. I got you, Steve. I`m with you.

SANTAGATI: Yes.

HAMMER: And I think you should -

SANTAGATI: Well, not for my -

HAMMER: Running in slow motion. Anyway, we`ll move on.

ZALIS: I would like a Beckham body.

HAMMER: OK. I`m sure you would, Rachel.

SANTAGATI: Yes, to do what, Rachel? Where?

HAMMER: That`s not what this segment is about. The biggest body showdown of this brand-new survey was all about the perfect body part. And of course we`re going to get into some nitty-gritty here.

That battle came down to Jen Aniston`s abs versus Pippa Middleton`s world famous bum and, of course, Cameron Diaz`s lovely super toned arms.

Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can reveal Jen came out on top yet again. Now, Rachel, here`s the thing when I saw this, because I don`t quite get it. Jen`s abs, fantastic as they may be, they haven`t sparked the worldwide abs frenzy that Pippa`s backside has. What gives?

ZALIS: Yes. Pippa`s the most talked about tushy ever. Shrines, Web sites, everything in honor of this girl. I mean, it put her on the map. I don`t get any association with Jen or her abs. Yes, overall, lovely figure. But come on. Break it down by body parts, not a chance.

HAMMER: Steve, can you make sense of this for us?

SANTAGATI: No. Well, she`s British. How many British girls do we know that have a great bum? And speaking of maps, that thing should have a zip code.

Look, they`ve never been to South America with people like Shakira. Pippa`s bum kind of looks like a memory foam mattress, like if I put my hand in it, it would leave an impression. It`s kind of doughy. That`s the bottom line, A.J.

HAMMER: Thank you. I`ll remember (UNINTELLIGIBLE). Doughy - OK. Got it. Oh, we`ll move on. I look at it. It sparked a craze. I thought it would win in this contest.

The SHOWBIZ body showdown, by the way, also about the bodies that we`re sick of seeing. Get this. The "Fitness" survey found while Snooki`s body was the one that people were most sick of seeing, I was surprised by this. Look, Kim Kardashian`s body not far behind.

Now, Steve, let me go back to you on this. Are you buying that people are really that tired of seeing Kim`s curves? And to put them in the same category as Snooki - I mean, really? Really?

SANTAGATI: Yes. First of all, Snooki should either be in a tree making cookies or an Oompa Loompa. Really - consonants - ah, ah, ah. But that`s a fact.

Listen, Kim Kardashian - we like that body type. Men really like curvy. We`re just kind of sick of seeing her because we`ve seen her naked a million times. So we just want to bring in another version.

HAMMER: Got it. So it`s just - well, Rachel, what do you think?

SANTAGATI: We just want different.

HAMMER: I think overexposure is what Steve is talking about.

ZALIS: I`m not sick of seeing Kim`s curves. I`m just sick of seeing her fairytale wedding. I mean, come on. How many times are they going to play that?

But Snooki I can never get enough of. Her and Deena - the meatballs, shimmying and dancing their underpants off. It`s too good to be true.

SANTAGATI: Yes. You know what, Rachel? You know why? Because when you see girls like Snooki, you feel better about your body. You`re like, "Wow, I don`t look like that."

HAMMER: Rachel, is there any truth - and listen, I love Snooki for all that she is, but is there truth to what Steve is saying?

ZALIS: Yes. I mean -

HAMMER: Yes, pause.

ZALIS: I definitely you think, you know, you see those girls and can`t help but feel, like, "I`m amazing."

HAMMER: All right. Rachel Zalis, ladies and gentlemen.

SANTAGATI: Love it!

ZALIS: Thanks to you.

HAMMER: You cannot talk about Hollywood hotties without talking about the hottest celebrity moms out there. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can reveal the "Fitness" survey that`s out today revealed the lovely Jessica Alba, the best looking pregnant star.

She actually beat out Beyonce for best baby bump. I was a little surprised by that. Also, people think that Jennifer Lopez has the hottest body after having a baby.

Rachel, you know, Beyonce lately can`t stop showing off her baby bump. So how do you think that Jessica Alba managed to come out on top in this survey?

ZALIS: Well, you know, Beyonce is just half way along, so she hasn`t really done the whole term yet. We have yet to see how she`s going to be eight months, nine months.

I mean, Jessica Alba is the genetic freak of nature. This girl can just pop them out, goes right back to her perfect figure. It`s amazing.

And J-Lo - nobody works harder than her. I mean, she drops that baby out. The next day she`s at Gunnar Peterson`s training her butt off.

HAMMER: Yes, no kidding. Steve, quickly, I`ve got to ask you. Do you agree with me, J-Lo, hottest Hollywood mom? I mean, come on.

SANTAGATI: Yes, she is. She worked really hard, too. When you have that kind of figure, you have to work extra hard to get it back into shape after a baby. Women glow when they have a child, just some of them glow a little bit better.

HAMMER: All right. Appreciate you being here. Doughy. I just want to make sure I had that written down. Rachel Zalis, Steve Santagati, thank you very much.

HAMMER: Jaw-dropping moments on the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Wow, the ladies facing off. Man, they put it all on the table. Well, tonight, do not move because SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks news with one of the big stars of the "Real Housewives."

welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Tonight, battle of the housewives on screen and off.

"Real Housewives" star, Brandi Glanville, is firing back on both sides saying she must protect her family. Brandi`s ex, Eddie Cibrian, left her for LeAnn Rimes.

And today, she got into a bit of a Twitter war of words with LeAnn Rimes. This is all started with Brandi`s appearance on "The Wendy Williams Show."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WENDY WILLIAMS, HOST, "THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW": How do you get along with LeAnn? We don`t blame you.

GLANVILLE: I have no - we don`t have a relationship per se. I have no ill will, like, feelings for her. But -

W. WILLIAMS: How is she as a step mom?

GLANVILLE: Overbearing.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Check out what LeAnn tweeted in reaction to that this afternoon, "I am his wife and their bonus mom and it`s out of line after three years to continually discuss. Negativity does not help kids."

Brandi Glanville with me in New York for a SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview. Are you OK?

GLANVILLE: Yes.

HAMMER: Are you all right?

GLANVILLE: I`m a little nervous, but I`m fine.

HAMMER: All right. All right. Here we go. Don`t be nervous because I thought you had a great tweet that you sent out in response who what LeAnn said.

You tweeted, "When I talk about it, it`s to apologize and say it`s over. There`s nothing negative." Listen, obviously, it`s still kind of a messy situation that you`re caught up in. But I get it. Wendy asked you a question -

GLANVILLE: I had to answer.

HAMMER: You gave a very honest answer. My question to you is, though, when the words were coming out of your mouth, did you at a moment sort of pause in your head and said, "Oh, maybe I should have held back a little bit"?

GLANVILLE: I have those moments a lot.

HAMMER: Did your mom used to say count to 10?

GLANVILLE: Yes. My mom knows that there`s no filter and that basically - she just puts her hand over my mouth. But I`m a grown-up now so - when I said that, I know - the second I said it, I`m like, "Oh, this is going to be not good."

The problem is everyone asks me about them and it`s part of my story and my truth. And I`ve never had a moment to say what my story and my truth is. So why would I not speak honestly about it now?

HAMMER: Yes, it`s kind of you`re damned if you do, you`re damned if you don`t.

GLANVILLE: Yes.

HAMMER: If you try to make everything all politically correct and nice, then you`re not necessarily -

GLANVILLE: Being honest.

HAMMER: Giving people what they want and that`s, you know, putting yourself on reality TV. You`re putting it all out there.

Well, listen, you`ve been through some pretty hard times. I do congratulate you for basically coming out on the other side with a smile on your face.

GLANVILLE: Thank you.

HAMMER: I mean, this has to be pretty tough. You`re sitting here laughing and smiling. Can you picture a time when maybe you all sit down together over a nice holiday meal or something?

GLANVILLE: You know, I hope so. I love his parents and they`re part of my family forever. And that is something that I want to happen. I think once everyone asks me these questions and my answers are out there, maybe the questions will go away and we can move forward.

HAMMER: I hope you`re able to do that.

GLANVILLE: I mean, I definitely am. I want what`s best for my children first and foremost. And there`s, you know - I mean, it is what it is.

HAMMER: All right. Well, let`s talk about the other side where you`re trying to have some sort of a truce as we`re watching along with "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Man, it`s gotten messy. You had a big face-off with the women on the show. Let`s take a look at that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GLANVILLE: I lost it, obviously. I think you guys lost it as well. I think it was just - my trigger is my kid or my parent. Anything with my children, like, I lose my mind. And I did. I lost it. And it went bad and it went bad quickly.

I just felt, like, alone and ganged up on. I said things I shouldn`t have said. I don`t want to have it like whenever I see you not be able to say hello. We don`t need to be best friends, but I don`t want it to be like high school where we hate each other.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. How long ago was this filmed?

GLANVILLE: Gosh, I think that was March.

HAMMER: So can we expect now you`ve aired your differences, you`re all BFFs, everybody is getting along swimmingly?

GLANVILLE: Well, let me just say this.

HAMMER: Yes?

GLANVILLE: Originally, we had 13 episodes ordered and now we`re at 20. So there is a lot of drama to come. I mean, so much. It definitely gets worse before it gets better.

HAMMER: But here`s the thing. I`m watching you watching the clip, particularly the big fight scene we showed a few minutes ago and you`re cringing. Do you have regrets of putting it all out there?

GLANVILLE: I think we all have regrets of, like, maybe saying the wrong thing or, you know - But that`s what you signed up for, you definitely signed up for. There`s no - there`s always going to be a camera.

There`s always - your truth is what`s happening now and people get to go back and look at it and ask you questions about it.

HAMMER: All right. Good luck with everything.

GLANVILLE: Thank you.

HAMMER: And do me a favor. Let me know if you end up sitting down for turkey dinner with LeAnn and Eddie and have it all worked out.

GLANVILLE: Do you want to come?

HAMMER: Sure. That will be a blast.

GLANVILLE: Yes.

HAMMER: Great to see you, Brandi.

GLANVILLE: Thank you. Thanks for having me.

HAMMER: Make sure you check out "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" every Monday night, 9:00 p.m., on Bravo.

She just adopted a baby girl named Genesis. Viola told us that the little girl changed her life in a very big way.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

VIOLA DAVIS, ACTRESS: It`s just given me purpose, you know. I mean, after a while, you know, your life can`t be about hair and makeup and what film you`re doing next and if you`re good or not or reviews.

It`s got to be about something bigger and larger, especially when half your life is already gone and you look back and you think, what are you leaving behind? What are the true joys of your life?

And for me, it was a child. You know? It`s like, you know, they say that the meaning of life is to make a difference in the life of a child.

And that truly is the case. She`s given me so much, I mean, marrying my husband was the first big joy of my life and then this child has just increased it.

In a brand-new interview with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT while promoting his new movie, "Tower Heist," Murphy confesses he`s got big plans for the cop character Axel Foley`s future, just don`t expect another movie sequel.

MURPHY: Oh, no, we`re trying to develop "Beverly Hills Cop" for television. We want to do it as a TV show and get, like, some young dude to play young Axel Foley. Young Axel Foley - kind of "Axeled" out for me.

I kind of did three of them. I still think - I think that it`s a - he`s a funny character and all that stuff, but I think it would be better on television.

Matt and Ben together again. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the Oscar- winning buddies from Boston have just announced they`re teaming up for a brand-new movie about mobster, Whitey Bulger.
