HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking tonight. The verdict drama.

Tonight SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask, could Doctor Conrad Murray actually beat the wrap and not be found guilty in the death of Michael Jackson?

Well, tonight his fate is in the hands of the jury which got the case late today and is now home for the night after what was really a dramatic day of closing arguments in the Los Angeles courtroom, of course seen live right here on HLN.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Michael Jackson trusted Conrad Murray. He trusted him with his life. He paid with his life.

HAMMER: And wait until you hear and see the emotional scene the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT cameras captured just outside the courtroom today as Michael Jackson`s family and fans gathered to demand justice for Michael.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT story will going to bring that up but first, let me bring in Sunny Hostin from "In Session" on our sister network TruTV.

Personally, watching this thing all day, I thought prosecutor David Walgren was spot on today. He really went after Doctor Murray in his closing arguments seen live here on HLN. He slammed him saying he was an incompetent doctor who was more concerned with himself and his paycheck than Michael Jackson`s life. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DAVID WALGREN, PROSECUTOR: Conrad Murray in multiple instances deceived, lied, obscured but more importantly Conrad Murray acted with criminal negligence. Conrad Murray looked out for himself and himself alone. Conrad Murray caused the death of Michael Jackson.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Prosecutor David Walgren really going for the jugular there. Alright, Sunny, I want to go to you because not only have you been following every form of this trial but you`re a former prosecutor.

SUNNY HOSTIN, IN SESSION LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR: Yes.

HAMMER: Do you think that the state proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the jury should find Doctor Conrad Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter?

HOSTIN: There`s no question about it. The evidence against Murray is significant. And I think in closing, David Walgren did this incredible, incredible job in being very focused, laser focused on Conrad Murray`s guilt. I mean he outline so many deviations from the standard of care. And he even turned the defense`s witness into his own. I mean there was such a great use I think in the court room A.J., of the videos, of all the witness testimony, and of Conrad Murray`s words. It was sort of classic textbook closing argument. I was a bit more flamboyant and dramatic when I was a prosecutor in giving closing arguments.

That is not this attorney`s style. He`s very, very sort of close to the vest. Very, very proper. But that works very well for him. And I`ve heard from people in the courtroom that the jury was riveted. They didn`t even take notes. They were all leaning forward just watching him.

HAMMER: Yes. He`s cool and he`s consistent. And yes. That`s the point what was the jury doing? How are they reacting? Because of course TV cameras are not allowed in court to show the jury. However, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT does have a dawn eyes right there in the court room. And this is what we noticed during the prosecution`s closing arguments today.

Yes, the jury`s face - poker faces. No one nodded. No one smiled. The jurors were quiet as church mice, they listen quietly. They didn`t talk to each other. And as Sunny mentioned, they didn`t take notes at all.

Let me go to defense attorney Debra Opri. Debra, what did you think of the prosecution`s closing arguments today?

DEBRA OPRI, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, like Sunny, I have that personality that you know style in court. But when you`re dealing with a criminal matter, you have to be cold turkey. And this gentleman, Mister Walgren, I was impressed. Because like a surgeon he presented every piece of evidence. And he presented it like a map, a table of contents.

He discussed every piece of evidence, where shouldn`t held played out. He took the testimony of all witnesses pro and con. And he ratcheted it up when he got to the key witnesses that the defense would have to lean upon beyond a reasonable doubt. And he actually really decimated them especially that key propofol witness.

In the end, I think this is going to be an easy conviction. But the jurors you have to remember do not take closing arguments as evidence. They take it as a summation of the evidence that has been presented and which they have taken notes on.

HAMMER: Right. And in my summation as an amateur, I`m not a pro like you guys, but I`m watching this trying to look at it as a jury member, somebody who doesn`t really understand all of this. And I thought that the prosecution made the most complicating things as simple as possible and didn`t over do it. He didn`t talk me to death. He just laid it all out. Bam, bam, bam. In this great arc of a story.

And late this afternoon of course the defense got its shot. They argued there`s no way Conrad Murray should be found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Let`s watch for that one.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE DEFENSE ATTORNEY: And they absolutely refuse to accept the most obvious and reasonable explanation for all of this. That Doctor Murray actually gave Michael Jackson exactly what he said he did. And the reason they refuse to accept it is because they won`t tell you what they really want. They want you to convict Doctor Murray for the actions of Michael Jackson. They just don`t want to tell you that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The defense really giving their best shot there despite what many say is overwhelming evidence that Murray is guilty. Let`s not forget what we saw happen to Casey Anthony over the summer. Anything is possible.

So Sunny, what do you think? Is it possible, certainly, that Mister Murray could beat the wrap here?

HOSTIN: I think it is possible here. You know, we`re in reasonable doubt land and that in yours to the benefit of the defense. Let`s face it. The burden is always on the prosecution, but the defense in this case took on a bit by posing this alternate theory. And that theory is that Michael Jackson, as an addict, was so the desperate for sleep that he self- administered that fatal dose of propofol. You get one jury A.J. on that jury, the belief that that is possible, that that is plausible; you`re in reasonable doubt land. They`ve manned the water enough in this case, that perhaps just one juror believes that theory, and now, you have a hung jury.

HAMMER: I was going to say, leading to a hung jury, not necessarily an acquittal.

HOSTIN: Not necessarily. Because in this case all of the jurors have to believe that theory. Right? But a hung jury is very possible.

HAMMER: Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT isn`t just bringing you the drama inside the courtroom. We were also there for the courtroom outside the courthouse today.

Friends and family of Michael Jackson have been passionately following this trial. They have been flocking to the courthouse in the trial`s final days demanding justice for Michael.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was out there today.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: You can see members of the Jackson family arriving here. A jam-packed crowd. There are fans all over the place. Absolute pandemonium. We`re waiting to see who could, we know that. In the Mercedes in front of this vehicle is Katherine Jackson. You can see Joe Jackson walking in as well. And they`re really flanked by a familiar scene down here up to the last several weeks.

Passionate fans. You have people screaming justice for Michael. You have other fans saying that Doctor Conrad Murray is innocent.

We have one woman here. We`re just going to stop you for a second. What`s your name?

BEATRICE, FAN: Beatrice.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: You are very, very outspoken out here supporting Conrad Murray. Why do you believe in him?

BEATRICE: I`m a supporter of Doctor Conrad Murray`s. I`ve been here since the beginning. He`s an innocent man. He`s a brilliant cardiologist.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: How is it been out here?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He didn`t even know how to do CPR. He`s walking around his butt. He`s a brilliant cardiologist. He doesn`t even know how to do CPR. Come on. He wouldn`t speak up for himself. He owes the Jackson family an explanation.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: I think we have another family member pulling up stepping out of that vehicle there walking through that crush of media. So it is La Toya Jackson. And really you can hear the yelling. You can feel the passion out here as family members arrive, as fans take their place and make sure their voices are heard. A lot of drama playing out outside the courthouse and of course inside the courtroom today with closing arguments.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: You see those fans? If there`s a not guilty verdict, there will be an explosive reaction for sure. Sunny Hostin, Debra Opri, thank you both.

We move on to a night of a thousand flash points about Kim K.`s divorce debacle. And here`s one. Should Kim Kardashian give back her $2 million engagement ring? Her mom`s powerful response today.

JENNER: I hate an Indian giver. Don`t you? I mean, it`s a gift. So you know, keep your gift.

HAMMER: Did Kris really say that? Our showbiz flash points tonight.

TEXT: Neil Patrick Harris tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about working with fiance on "Harold & Kumar."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

NEIL PATRICK HARRIS, ACTOR: It was cool. I mean, David`s thankfully a talented actor. But at the same it was a little strange just because we spend so much time together not working that suddenly working on camera with someone that I spend all that time with a little jarring.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Here`s David Arquette. Most recent castoff from "Dancing with the Stars" along with his ex-dance partner, Kym Johnson. They twirled through "The View" today where David opened up about his divorce from Courteney Cox.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DAVID ARQUETTE, ACTOR: It comes down to compatibility. And although we`re really great friends, it`s that part died. And it was unfortunate but we grew apart. And it`s really important for people to stay connected. But we`re sort of closer than ever. And because, you know, I went through a hard time and I took a hard look at myself. I learned how to communicate.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Got to give David a lot of credit for being honest about his time with Courteney.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with breaking nudes. Luck is, a Lindsay tonight. And there was a granule outrage today over report that judge in Lindsay Lohan`s theft case gave her a one week grace period before she appears for jail for her 30 day jail sentenced so she can finish shooting her nudie spread for playboy.

As luck would have it, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can confirm that the Lindsay will probably check in and out of jail within minutes because the jail is so overcrowded.

This is time for Hollywood. Debra Opri is the defense attorney. Alright, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reached today to the judge`s office to Lindsay`s rep, even playboy magazine about this grace period that Lindsay was granted by the judge. Nobody`s talking.

"Showbiz tonight" reached out to Lindsay`s rep and playboy magazine about the Grace period. Nobody`s talking. But listen to what the judge said when she handed down Lindsay`s sentence for violating probation yesterday.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE JUDGE: Now, you are to surrender within one week. I understand you have some work lined up. You are to surrender by November 9th in person to the CRDF, that`s the women`s jail.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Some work lined up. Debra, would you be all surprised if the work the that judge mentioned had to do with the playboy shoot and that`s why Lindsay got the one week break?

OPRI: Yes. In fact, if it`s an earning capacity job and she has that contractual commitment, I think the judge did her yet another favor. I mean I`ve been going through all the details with what`s going on with her with the women`s shelter. They didn`t want her. Only the morgue would take her. She has to now check in with the court every month. It appears to me that the judge is bending over backward to keep a tight leash on her now so she can fulfill her commitments to the state of California. Not many people get those kinds of services from the state that Lindsay is getting. So, you know good for her.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean I guess she lucked out with this judge who does seem very firm about her wishes what she wants Lindsay to do. And maybe as I said giving her structure is exactly the right thing.

And today we have Lindsay`s mother, Dina, revealing some brand new details about Lindsay`s playboy shoot. She gave a brand new interview with "the Insider." And she said, "It will be tastefully done."

And when asked if there`s full frontal nudity involved, Dina said this, "she`s been working in front of the camera with ford models since she was a little girl so she kind of knows how to work that."

Look, I know Lindsay needs to make money, Debra. But if the judge really did delay her jail check in date by a week so she could get her playboy shoot done, I don`t know, there seems to be something very ridiculous about that scenario to me.

OPRI: Well, most judges when you`re going into sentencing, most judges are going to say how much time do you need to get your affairs in order? And if Lindsay walked in to court and the judge already was told she`s got a contract. She`s got to satisfy this contract, it only a week. It`s no problem for the judge to say OK, you`ve got a week.

Because when you delay sentencing or having to turn yourself in, it is not something that is an extraordinarily exceptional thing. Lindsay was not treated any differently in that respect. And a contractual obligation in her respect is a contractual obligation. People do have time to get their affairs in order.

HAMMER: Yes. And then of course, there`s the idea that she may check in to jail even though she was sentenced for 30 days and check out immediately because of the overcrowding, to me, that would be showbiz injustice.

Debra Opri, I thank you very much.

OPRI: That`s a new L.A. occurrence for me. Thanks.

HAMMER: Yes. All right.

Well, as we move on tonight, you know it`s really been hard to keep up with the showbiz on call phone lines since the Kim Kardashian divorce fallout leaves some people saying it`s time to lay off Kim. We got this call from Joyce in Minnesota.

JOYCE, CALLER, MINNESOTA: Leave poor Kim Kardashian alone. She made a mistake. She`s not the only one that got married and divorced within like a few months. Leave the poor girl alone. And as far as that Kris guy, you know watch some of the shows. I don`t think he was very nice to her. You know? And I`m from Minnesota. I didn`t know who he was.

HAMMER: Thank you, Joyce. But a lot of people are still, hating them, in fact, Kathy in California says Kim brought the whole debacle on herself.

KATHY, CALLER, CALIFORNIA: You know what; when she said that she marries for love, yes, you know what the love is, love of money. It`s the same sound her cell phone ring makes when it rings. Ka-ching. Ka-ching. Ka- ching. Ka-ching.

HAMMER: Alright, Kathy Thank you. What do you think? Give us a call. Sound off on this or anything else. Always open. The number is 1-888-sbt- buzz, 1-888-728-2899. Please leave us a voice mail. Love to play your call here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

As we continue to look at Kim K.`s crisis, it is an explosive night of showbiz flash points all about Kim Kardashian`s divorce fallout. So, what do you think? Kim gives Kris that big fat engagement ring back? Should she donate the wedding gifts to charity? The great debate tonight.

Kate plus a new gig. Well, TLC of course pulled the plug on her reality show about three months ago. And now, she`s finally landed a new job. And guess what? It`s not on TV. Her surprising new gig coming up.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Nothing against weed, OK? I have plenty of fun times to tweet. But I`m an adult now. And frankly, I`m glad the craziness is behind me. Do you smell something burning?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh! Not the throw pillows.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Seriously?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, that`s brilliant. Harold and Kumar back wreaking havoc. I can`t believe it. It`s been six years since America`s favorite slackers` back, hit the big screen. Yes, they`re definitely older but I can tell you, they are none the wiser.

The boys are taking on Christmas this time around. They`re doing it in 3d. So get ready to duck.

Well, what have the actors behind Harold and Kumar been up to all this time? Get this, Kal Penn, who plays Kumar, he`s been working for President Obama, that`s right. He went from his epic search for white castle to an epic two-year stint in the White House. This is no joke.

Penn would actually brief the president on important policy issues before meetings. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there at the premiere of "a very Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas." You`ve got to watch the revelation Kal Penn made to us.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KAL PENN, ACTOR: I have to confess I never directly found the right time to tell the president that I played a stoner who escaped from Guantanamo Bay. Like when is the right time to do that? Before the Geithner (ph) meeting on economic policy or like after you know after the health care meeting?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. I`ll take an after the health care meeting. That probably would have been best. Penn also revealed to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT what it`s like going from the halls of the White House to a Hollywood flick for the college crowd.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PENN: To me I feel so blessed to have had the chance to work in both worlds. They`re both completely different to me. They`re sort of the yin and yang. I love being creative here on Los Angeles in making films and that`s always my first love. And in D.C. you know it wasn`t different from the thousands of other young people I think that took a leave of absence from their private sector career, may be put school on hold to sort of serve the president. And I feel fortunate to have had that opportunity also. And I`m very proud to serve the president.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I got to say, I think it`s inspiring that Penn took time off for public service when you know he could have been making a fortune in Hollywood. By the way his salary when he was in Washington, $41,000 a year.

Time now, for the showbiz lineup. Here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, startling new revelations about the woman who claims she gave birth to Justin Bieber`s baby. Why she might actually wind up behind bars. Plus Snooki`s shore diss. The Snooks` brand new advise, for the producers of "Jersey shore".

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

We`ve got big news breaking tonight. Kim K`s crisis. Yes, that`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you now an explosive night of Kim Kardashian showbiz flash points. Now, we have late breaking reports today that Kim Kardashian has actually left her tour of Australia because she`s distraught over her big divorce. And quite frankly why shouldn`t she be?

She`s getting slammed left and right from everything. From her TV interviews to of course the lavish reality wedding and that big, fat ring that she got from her ex Kris Humphries. All of this has really drove Kim into an understandable absolute tales been. So, we want to help her find the answers to what people really want her to do.

Joining me tonight, in New York, the host of VH1 "Big Morning Buss Live," someone who knows exactly what`s going on down under an Australia, Jason Dundas. Also, with me tonight, Jill Zarin, the former cast member of the "The real Housewives of New York" and the founder of squeeze contour.

So guys, there were brand new reports today that Kim Kardashian is headed back home. This is because she naturally very upset, big aftermath of her filing for divorce. But why did she fly to Australia in the first place if she couldn`t deal?

She gave an interview today to sunrise at Brecky central on Australia`s seven networks. And Kim explained she didn`t want to cancel appearances to promote her Kardashian`s chaos line because, well, her fans would have been upset. How ironic.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN, CAST, THE KARDASHIANS: I really wanted to stick to my commitment to come out here to Australia. I love our fan base out here. You know, of course I do want some time really to myself. And it`s a really tough thing to go through but I didn`t want to bail on everyone and you know kind a skip out on this commitment here.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. I got to tell you. When I watch these interviews, and the two others that she did in Australia, I am thinking, they may have done her more harm than good.

So, here`s our showbiz flash point. The first one tonight, are all these interviews making her look bad, making her look as though she is capitalizing off of her divorce? Jason?

JASON DUNDAS, HOST, BIG MORNING BUZZ LIVE: I mean look, I think she had to do it at some stage. It was either, do it on an organized environment on a show like Sunrise or it was do on one of the press events and get asked a random question when she`s not ready. So, she had to face the world media at some stage. So she did it this way in order to write an event. And TV is her outlet. She`s a reality TV star. She was going to do it in some stage anyway. It`s what she does. She`s not an actress so she`s not going to sit back.

HAMMER: But at the same time, Jill, in my mind she`s doing it at a time when she`s promoting an object, a product. And all eyes are on her as opposed to you know just going on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT or on with Piers Morgan to talk about it.

JILL ZARIN, FMR. CO-STAR, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK: A.J. there`s no good time. I`ve been divorced. There is no good time. She dropped the bomb. It was going to happen and maybe it was better for her to be out of the country and keep her mind off it. But the truth is keeping busy is a good thing. Just to me favor -- find something that doesn`t have the letter K. Kim Kardashian. KKK, everybody.

HAMMER: The same name as your mother. Hello?

ZARIN: I know. It`s too many K. That`s all I ask.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: But here`s the thing. Of course the questions were going to come no matter what, a non-stop questions asking if the wedding was a sham, all the questions about money. That`s got to put a lot of pressure on Kim. Well, this morning she told Australia`s Sunrise at Brecky Central, it`s that kind of thing, those questions that upset her the most. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN: I think what really just I think upsets me most is that there has been from the start so many rumors of money and dollar signs of all these things thrown up in the air that this cost this much and this much and this much and so much not being true.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Alright, she says she`s hurt by all the speculation. I do get that. And you have to see some of the red carpet photos of Kim in Australia. Look at this. She`s covered up. She`s looking pretty down and out. Not a usual red carpet scene for her. That leads to the next shift is Kardshian flash point, is Kim having a meltdown, Jill?

ZARIN: It`s emotional. It`s emotional. Even though she wanted it to end and she`s embarrassed and there`s some public humiliation, I don`t think that this was to promote her brand. I think she was unhappy. I think she knew she made a mistake and she just wanted to cut it and get it over with.

HAMMER: And I hear what you`re saying and I understand the pressure from these questions. She`s being ask where people are saying you know was the marriage a sham. But she`s surprised that she has to defend that. She puts her life on television. This is what she does.

DUNDAS: Exactly. I mean, I don`t think she expected all of this to sort of come at this point while she was in Australia. For her to come out of it and leave these endorsement deals and basically sacrifice hundreds of thousands of dollars to come back, I guess cements that maybe this is legitimate, maybe she is truly upset and really affected by it.

HAMMER: I don`t doubt she`s upset. I`m just surprised she is as surprised as she is that she has to defend everything she`s done based on the life she leads. And it just seems to me the pressure on Kim is really not about whether she broke Kris`s hard or not. It`s really people are ticked about the money quite frankly.

Perhaps, the biggest question of all is, what is she going to do with $2 million 20.5 karat wedding ring?

Well, Kim`s mom, Kris Jenner was on "Good Morning America" today. Kris revealed when she knew things were going down for Kim and what she thinks Kim should do with that ring. Let`s watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JENNER: I saw her, you know, changing a little bit. And it really concerned me. And I just -- I want Kim back. I want her delicious self to be -- I want her to be happy. A mom wants her kids to be happy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: What was different?

JENNER: You know her personality. She seemed, you know, worried.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: What, mom, would you advice would you give to her about the ring?

JENNER: Well, I hate an Indian giver. I mean, it`s a gift. So, you know, keep your gift.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Really, Kris? You are a smart woman. Do you really not know that Indian giver is an offensive and inappropriate term? Kris is now rightfully getting actually a lot of flak today from Native American groups.

One called what she said hurtful and it reinforces stereotypes. But we`ll put that additional damage aside for the moment. The bottom line is this, Kris says, Kim should keep the ring. It`s a gift.

That leads to our next Kardashian flash point. Should she give the ring back? Jill, you`re chomping at the bit.

ZARIN: I`m dying. Yes. Legally, Judge Judy would say no. It`s because she`s married, she got to keep the ring. Ethically she should give the ring back. It was very expensive. Of course, if Kim paid for the ring, she should keep it. But if Kris paid for it and that was all the money he probably had in the world that she made him fabulous ring because I don`t know what she make, so that`s a lot of money.

HAMMER: He gets about eight million bucks a year or he`s worth about eight million bucks. He`s got money. But this isn`t --

ZARIN: You know what, it doesn`t matter. She wanted to end it and she said and I heard she doesn`t want to go to therapy or work on it. I think she, ethically, she should give the ring back. If he broke it off, I would say she should keep it. But I think she broke it off, she should get it back.

DUNDAS: From a guy`s perspective if I had given the ring to Kim and this happened to me, I wouldn`t want it back.

ZARIN: That`s different.

DUNDAS: I wouldn`t have it back and --

ZARIN: I said should give it back. But if he doesn`t want it, then keep it.

HAMMER: Well, let me -- hold on. Let me jump in and throw this next Kardashian flash point at both of you guys. And Jason, I`ll start with you very quickly. Look at all he`s been through. Look at what he`s had to endure. Should Kim give him a big payout now?

DUNDAS: There`s no way. I mean he fell in love. The TV thing was a side note. He knew what he was getting into. The relationship is obviously what he wants. The money is completely irrelevant. The ring should go to a neutral source.

ZARIN: No.

DUNDAS: Give it to a charity.

ZARIN: Give it to me.

HAMMER: Give it to charity.

ZARIN: Give it to me.

HAMMER: No payout for Kris?

ZARIN: Absolutely not.

HAMMER: Sorry, Kris I put you through hell.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: Alright, we`ve got to leave it there, Jason Dundas, Jill Zarin. Thank you both. Make sure you catch Jason`s fantastic show, it`s "Big Morning Buzz Live" on Vh1.

Alright, after unleashing our greatest and perhaps most tan cultural ambassadors on Italy, well, our favorite meat ball and the entire "Jersey Shore" gang are back.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I got no tan in Italy. So I got a little excited. I went tanning in Jersey, went tanning, went tanning, went tanning. I burnt my whole face off.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: We got your showbiz first look at season five of "Jersey Shore" and Snooki secrets. She reveals what she thinks you should see on the show. It isn`t pretty.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Yes. He`s always hilarious. Jimmy Fallon, make big news today for this parody of Justin Bieber`s song baby, (inaudible) and do it, not my baby.

Tonight the battle between Bieb`s and the woman who claims she had his baby rages on.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

And tonight Bieb`s baby battle. Justin Bieber is locked in a bitter battle of he said she said, of course, he is vividly denied in claimed that he is the father of the child conceived back stage in one of the shows, when he was just 16 years old.

But tonight, brand new questions for the woman claiming to be the mother. Could she actually go to jail for having sex with a minor?

Joining me tonight from Hollywood, Rachel Zalis. She`s an entertainment journalist. With me in New York tonight, Sunny Hostin, legal contributor for "In Session" on TruTV.

There are all kinds of brand new questions tonight about Mariah Yeater. She is the woman who`s making this outrageous claim against the Bieb.

Now, the New York post reported today she`s on welfare. She gets about $500 a month in food stamps. She`s asking Bieber for $12,000 a month for child support. Mariah is now 20. She claims she was 19, Bieber 16 when they had a brief back stage fling. But here`s the thing, she was of age, he was a minor. The big question tonight, could this woman be thrown in jail for having sex with a minor if she can prove Bieber is the father? Sunny?

HOSTIN: Well, it`s classic statutory rape, right, because the age of consent in California is 18. But I will tell you A.J. that prosecutors generally don`t prosecute cases like that when you have two teenagers. There`s a three year difference. Yes, we always prosecute cases where you have someone let`s say in their 30s or 40s having sex with a minor, but 16 and 19? Most prosecutors wouldn`t take that case.

But this isn`t every case, right? This involves celebrity and involves the opportunity to send a message. So it`s quite possible that a prosecutor may say, well, this is the case that I should take. So, it is possible she opened herself up to statutory rape charges.

HAMMER: Could she open herself up to a libel perhaps a slander case if they didn`t even prove that Bieber`s not the father?

HOSTIN: No question about it, but I got to tell you, when he tweeted his response I didn`t hear a full denial. I heard something kind a murky that made me questioned it.

HAMMER: Well, here`s a thing. Here`s what Justin Bieber`s reps are telling SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. They claim that these claims are malicious defamatory and demonstrably false. So, that`s coming from his reps. Bieber`s not commenting directly on it.

The woman has already feeling the he-profound sue by the way. There are reports tonight she`s receiving death threats from Bieb`s fans. I can tell you, on "The View," Whoopi Goldberg today furious at the idea that Yeater might have taken advantage of a young innocent Justin Bieber. Here`s what she said.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, ACTRESS: I`m sorry, 19-year-old woman. I mean they put teachers in jail for having sex with young boys. So this is going to be very interesting.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Rachel, this woman doesn`t have a lot of fans, obviously. Do you think she made a stupid move by saying she had sex with a minor? I imagine this is not turning out at all how she had planned.

RACHEL ZALIS, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Right. It`s just hard to believe. The story is so farfetched and ludicrous and Bieber fans are more devoted than anyone. You remember what they did to Selena when they started dating. But I mean it`s like the 30 second Christmas miracle, come on. His album now is going to have to change from under the nipple toe to top of the shelf. I mean this story is just bananas.

HAMMER: Yes. Paternity lawsuit doesn`t have the ring of Christmas holiday spirit, does it? All right.

In that case, let us now move on to more jaw-dropping developments today in the life of "Jersey Shore`s" beloved Snooki. I want you to check this out. Look at Snooki. She looks great, very self-looking. Revealed today in the new issue of GQ magazine, Snooki actually she says this is her first real interview ever. She says it`s ever realer than the interview with Barbara Walters.

So, what did the Snooks to say that was so mind blowing? Well, she told GQ, she produced "Jersey Shore" completely differently. She says "I wouldn`t show as much drinking and partying. I would show more of us chilling out and having a good time which they don`t show. We don`t drink those nights but we laugh all night. They don`t show anything but us drinking and hooking up."

Really, Snooki? Seriously? "Jersey Shore" without drinking without booze without hookups? Is Snooki kidding? Sunny, "Jersey Shore" would be canceled like that.

HOSTIN: I Like that. I think what`s so interesting is, she`s not talking about showing you know really positive things like she`s working or donating time or being charitable. It`s more like that they`re laughing and hanging out and that sort of what should be shown. I don`t see why this cast has become sort role models for so many people. I`m just - I`m just fumiest A.J. But Snooki is sort of like the gift that keeps on giving. She always said something pretty provocative and it works for her.

HAMMER: Exactly right. And listen, even if any of you know any of this ever came true, I don`t know, Snooki, she`s here forever.

HOSTIN: She is.

HAMMER: She`s not going anywhere. I`m sorry.

Rachel Zalis, Sunny Hostin, thank you both.

Yes. I can assure you booze and hookups were not left behind when the gang said ciao to Italy at the end of last season "Jersey Shore." And now, "Jersey Shore" headed back to where it all started on the "Jersey Shore" seaside heights, New Jersey.

And after all that cultural Florence, yes, it is really time to party. So, please join along. Pump your firsts and enjoy your first look at season five of "Jersey Shore."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Kate plus a new gig? Less three months after Kate Gosselin got canned from her TLC show, "Kate plus 8," well, the reality star has a new job. No, it`s not another show. She`s now an extreme coupon queen.

We learned today that Kate Gosselin is now blogging for coupon cabin.com. Is that a good move? I`m back with former real housewives New York co-star Jill Zarin. Sorry, Jill.

She knows all about moving on after reality TV fame.

ZARIN: I do.

HAMMER: So when Kate`s show got canceled, she told anyone that would listen basically that she really needed another TV job in order to provide for her kids. Now, she`s got a job where she can make money, she can inspire other moms I`m thinking, and she doesn`t have to put kids on TV. Personally, that is the best part for me. I`m so happy to hear that.

ZARIN: I love it.

HAMMER: Do you think this is a good fit?

ZARIN: A 100 percent. Good for Kate. Absolutely. And I use coupons. I`m not embarrassed to say. I`m not embarrassed. I use them.

HAMMER: Everybody should use them.

ZARIN: I do. And in fact, Bobby tells me, it`s certain insert to my -- don`t go down without printing that coupon. So, you know what, if she can educate women and she`s got a following, its great advice.

HAMMER: Now to play devil`s advocate for a moment, Kate said she would return to reality TV. There are many of us who think that could be a mistake particularly if she involved her kids and her kids back on television. But could you see perhaps, is it too farfetched Jill, to think you know TLC has it mega hit show that`s all about coupons. The - what is it called, the extreme couponing, maybe she could wind up on that?

ZARIN: Well, I don`t know about that. The fans already said they don`t want to follow her anymore. So, I think it would be hard for her to require you having your own fans. But she should try. I mean she`s got a make a living to support the kids. So, she can earn the money, she should take the money couponing, it`s a great thing.

HAMMER: But it doesn`t have to be on television.

ZARIN: It does not have to be on television. But she likes it. That`s what she likes.

HAMMER: Well, it`s what she likes. But hey, she`s blogging now. She likes to write. She`s been doing that for a long time. We wish her nothing but the best.

ZARIN: Absolutely.

HAMMER: Good for you, Kate. Thank you, Jill. It`s always good to see you.

ZARIN:

HAMMER: Well, Jessica Simpson is making another big announcement. After telling the world she`s having a baby, Jess now revealing another life- changing plan. What could that be?

I`ve got that coming up next.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Jessica`s pregnant pause. Jessica Simpson is about to be a mom, but when will she be a bride? Well, according to people magazine, Jess is actually putting the brakes on the wedding planning at the moment while she plans for her bundle of joy. People reports that Jessica and her former football player fiance plan to get married after their baby is born. The couple reportedly wants to enjoy being first-time parents for awhile. And then they`ll dive back into the wedding planning hoopla. I got to say, I think that is a terrific plan. Nice job, Jessica.
