(MUSIC)

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking tonight and SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is breaking a lot of news on a night of SHOWBIZ newsmakers.

And we begin with the SHOWBIZ exclusive - Jermaine Jackson. Now, if you thought Michael Jackson`s older brother has gotten some closure with the conviction of Conrad Murray in connection with Michael`s death, you`re going to want to hold on just a second because Jermaine has just told us justice has not been served.

But why? And Jermaine has just revealed to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he doesn`t even plan on being at Conrad Murray`s sentencing later this month. But why?

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Jermaine has really become a powerful voice over the last few months about life with the Jackson family, including the fascinating story of Michael`s life and life with Michael in his new memoir, "You Are Not Alone: Michael Through a Brother`s Eyes."

Tonight, a SHOWBIZ exclusive as Jermaine opens up to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter on life after Michael and life after the trial.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We, the jury in the above-entitled action, find the defendant, Conrad Robert Murray, guilty of the crime of involuntary manslaughter.

KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT: I want to first get your thought on the verdict and what it was like sitting in court and hearing that the man responsible for your brother`s death was finally convicted.

JERMAINE JACKSON: I was happy for my mother, for his kids, for the fans who - because this was built up to focus on Conrad Murray. But I always say he`s the finger to a bigger hand.

How I felt? I consoled my mother. She cried. And Randy was next to her. And the scream you heard in the court of course was my sister, La Toya. She was kind of elated there.

But I just feel like the charge is nothing. It`s nothing. You took my brother. And four years for involuntary manslaughter - he`ll do two.

WYNTER: To see him led away in handcuffs. You`ve waited a long time for this moment.

JERMAINE JACKSON: Even if he got all the time in the world, it`s not going to bring Michael back. Justice wasn`t served as far as I`m concerned. He`s the finger to a bigger hand. We need to find where this hand this finger belongs to.

WYNTER: Look at Murray. He has a mother who was in court quite a bit. He has several children. Do you feel any sympathy at all for Murray or his family?

JERMAINE JACKSON: I felt sympathy for his mother. My mother did as well, so did my sister, Rebbie, because at the end of the day, we`re really human beings. And that`s her son, but still, he put money first.

WYNTER: You have done a wonderful job as well as your mom, Katherine Jackson, shielding the children from the spotlight. But I`m curious. Did they follow this trial at all and what was their reaction to this verdict?

JERMAINE JACKSON: I think they were on their way home from school, because the verdict was kind of early, around 2:00. They`re really strong.

They`re getting a lot of love from my mother and my father and Jaffar(ph) and Jermajesty and Randy`s kids. They`re just being kids. They talk about their father every day, "Daddy would have done this and that," and that kind of thing.

WYNTER: Looking ahead to November 29th, his sentencing, what can we expect from the Jackson family in terms of victim impact statements? Perhaps a letter from Michael`s children?

JERMAINE JACKSON: I don`t even want to be there, really.

WYNTER: You won`t be there on the 29th?

JERMAINE JACKSON: He`s going to jail for what? For how much time?

WYNTER: He could get a maximum of four years. But you`re saying even if he got four that still isn`t enough?

(CROSS TALK)

JERMAINE JACKSON: Even if he got life, it`s not going to bring my brother back. I think it`s a sad situation. And he`s been tried and found guilty for his - for his crimes and his actions.

And I think - this is why I wanted to write the book, too, because I wanted people to remember. They tried to slur Michael`s name during the trial.

WYNTER: Were you surprised when you heard about MSNBC airing this documentary which - where the cameras followed Dr. Conrad Murray for the past few years?

JERMAINE JACKSON: It`s ludicrous. It`s crazy. It`s crazy because he`s lying. He`s a liar. And he`s going to - he had his chance in court and he didn`t stand up, which makes him a coward.

And now, for him to say these things - there again, money. He must have been paid handsomely to do this, and this says a lot about MSNBC.

WYNTER: What`s next for you and your family, Jermaine?

JERMAINE JACKSON: I would love to see my brothers and us just to do a tour.

WYNTER: I was going to ask you about that. You didn`t attend the tribute concert because of the - you know, the trial.

JERMAINE JACKSON: Yes. That`s right.

WYNTER: The concert in Wales. But what are your plans to perhaps get that off ground now?

JERMAINE JACKSON: Well, it depends if I can get those knuckleheads to -

WYNTER: I`ll help you round them up.

JERMAINE JACKSON: Yes. No, but I`m pretty sure it will probably work out. But we should just tour and play music.

WYNTER: The fans would love that.

JERMAINE JACKSON: Play the music in celebration of him.

WYNTER: You know, we`re always just intrigued by Michael`s children. I hear Prince - he`s quite the businessman. He`s going into business with his uncles, launching his own clothing line, leather jackets.

JERMAINE JACKSON: I don`t want to speak too much about it because they want to keep it quiet, but there`s some truth to it. And he`s very supportive and just getting this done. He`s committed to showing up to the meetings and stuff. But I can`t -

WYNTER: So he`s very hands-on.

JERMAINE JACKSON: Yes.

WYNTER: He`s not just having things handed to him. He has creative input, right?

JERMAINE JACKSON: Yes. He`d better. He`s the son of Michael.

WYNTER: And Paris - she`s launching into the acting world. Does that scare you?

JERMAINE JACKSON: No, because she`s smart and she can handle it. She`s been taught to know the difference on stage and off stage and just the different characters that you`re going to meet along the way.

WYNTER: As their uncle, what`s your greatest hope for them now that this trial is behind them?

JERMAINE JACKSON: I want them to be strong and to be what they want to be and not lose the common touch of what it is to feel for people who don`t have, which Michael was that way. We`re all that way.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: So you heard Jermaine tell SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that Michael`s oldest son, Prince, is about to take part in his very first paid endorsement deal selling replicas with his family of Michael`s famous red "Thriller" jacket.

That leads to our SHOWBIZ exclusive newsmaker interview with Prince Jackson.

Prince just spoke with CNN Entertainment Wire editor, Alan Duke. Alan is with us tonight from Hollywood.

So Alan, prince did get a little taste of the spotlight recently when he introduced Beyonce at Michael`s tribute concert in Wales last month.

And now he`s just revealed to you he does want to be an actor. Looking at these brand-new pictures of him right now, I see him as a young man who`s very confident, very self-assured.

What did he tell you? Is he ready to handle all of the not-so-great things that come along with a high-profile life?

ALAN DUKE, EDITOR, CNN ENTERTAINMENT WIRE: Well, he seems to be a pretty confident young man. He`s 14 years old. He looks like he`s older and he acts like he`s older. Yes, I sat down with him for a while. And guess what? He also revealed to me he wants to be an actor just like his sister.

HAMMER: Yes. It`s going to be very interesting to see how they negotiate that life. Of course, their father always said it gave him a lot of trouble, but it gave him a lot of joy.

Here`s what I`m very curious about, Alan, on a very general level. Not a lot of people from the outside, quite frankly, get to spend a lot of time with Prince Jackson as you were able to do. What sticks with you from your time with him? What was it like?

DUKE: Well, he`s somewhat of a composed young man. And he has great respect for his uncles which is why he`s helping them endorse these jackets, the "Thriller" and "Beat It" jackets that went on sale today.

And I think that he wants to make his own money. He wants to step out of the shadow of his father. While he can`t sing and dance - he acknowledges that - he wants to be Prince Jackson.

He is a brand. And he wants to act, and he wants business deals he wants to direct. He wants to make his own money despite the great wealth he`s inheriting.

HAMMER: Well, I think everybody is wishing him well. It`s going to be so interesting to see how things go for him. Alan Duke, thank you so much, Alan. Good to se you.

Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT goes one on one with a now 70-pound lighter Mariah Carey, looking fantastic and spilling her weight loss secrets.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CAREY: As Americans, we really do have like supersize moments. And you know, no offense to anyone who - look, I would love to sit around and eat supersize all day, but you can`t.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Mariah reveals her weight loss secrets and her advice to new moms who want to get their sexy bodies back.

Another SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview with Nick Lachey. Now, Nick is the host of the "Sing Off." He backs up Regis Philbin on "Live with Regis and Kelly." So is he going to be the new Regis? He will tell me in the headline-making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

Is Kim Kardashian shopping a tell-all interview about her divorce? Well, tonight her mom, Kris Jenner, is setting the record straight today. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Contents of Michael Jackson`s last home in Beverly Hills to be auctioned off. Taylor Swift tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about winning CMA "Entertainer of the Year" twice in a row.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TAYLOR SWIFT, SINGER: I`m so excited. This is so amazing to win this for the second time - entertainer of the year. Winning that the first time was like the best thing that`s ever happened to me. And then to win it again is absolutely insane. I`m so excited.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

JESSICA SIMPSON, SINGER AND REALITY TV STAR: People are going to have their opinions. They`re going to have their judgments, you know.

For me it`s really allowed - it`s really created a space for me just to really understand myself and know that nobody else`s standards matter.

It`s really about the standard that I hold, you know, and who I want to be. It really doesn`t have to do with anybody else.

I mean, they can talk about my weight, my career, whatever. But I feel like, as long as I`m happy, that`s the most important thing. And they haven`t taken me down yet.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s Jessica Simpson setting the record straight this morning on Ryan Seacrest`s morning show, all about how she handles all of the naysayers out there. She is happy about every single thing in her life. So take that.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And Jessica sure has come a long way since her marriage to and divorce from Nick Lachey.

Well, Nick is up next on this night of headline-making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interviews. Nick, of course, is the host of "The Sing Off" on NBC, now in its third season.

And we all remember how he and Jessica Simpson put their brand-new marriage at the time smack dab in the middle of their reality show before they called it quits.

So I just had to get his take on Kim Kardashian`s short-lived marriage to Kris Humphries. It`s funny because Nick actually dressed as Kris Humphries for Halloween on "Live with Regis and Kelly."

And SHOWBIZ breaks news right now as Nick reveals to me he`d like to replace Regis when Reg leaves his show in a couple of weeks. I asked Nick how he would feel if he were asked to fill the shoes of Regis.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

NICK LACHEY, SINGER AND REALITY TV STAR: I`ve had the opportunity to co- host with Kelly, I think five or six or seven times over the years.

And each and every time, it`s a blast. I adore her, as she knows, and love being a part of that show. It`s just a great group there in New York.

So if the - you know, hypothetically speaking, if the opportunity were to present itself, that would be - that would be very intriguing for me, yes. I really enjoy being a part of that up there.

HAMMER: Well, I suppose I wouldn`t be a journalist if I didn`t ask you, have they offered you the opportunity to sit there full-time?

LACHEY: It`s - I think that, you know - first of all, Regis is clearly one of the all-time legends of television and someone that - you know, nobody can replace Regis.

No one can step into those shoes and be anything close to what he has been and has meant to that show and has meant to television.

So it`s going to be an interesting process as he steps out and moves to, you know, the next chapter in his career. It will be an interesting process to see, you know, what they do at that position.

We`ll just have to wait and see. I`m like everyone else. I`m as anxious to know how that`s going to play out as everyone.

HAMMER: OK. Nick, I`ll make a note. You kind of evaded the question, but I`m going to let you slide on that. Well, I would like to thank you for teeing this up for me.

Talk about crazy timing. When you were filling in for Regis on Halloween, you and Kelly were dressed as, among others, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. There we go.

LACHEY: Yes.

HAMMER: That, of course, was the day that Kim announced she was filing for divorce after 72 days of marriage to Kris. First of all, is there any chance you were still in costume as Kris when you heard about the divorce?

LACHEY: No, but it was dangerously close. We - obviously, that`s a live show and we did that bit in the morning there in New York.

And I was at lunch actually a couple hours later when I got a text saying, wow, it`s ironic timing, Kim just filed for divorce. So clearly, we had no way of knowing.

We were actually celebrating, you know, their union, their marriage and we were playing that for Halloween. And as it were, things had already been set in motion that they were ending their marriage. So just coincidental, very ironic timing, I think, on - in that situation.

HAMMER: So what was your reaction even as an observer of pop culture when you heard that news?

LACHEY: Well, I think it`s unfortunate, you know, when anyone`s marriage ends that quickly. It just seems - just seems a shame.

And having been in a situation where I understand how it feels to have your personal life and your reality TV life, you know, so to speak, kind of mixed together, you know, I can certainly empathize with what they`re going through.

And I think you just have to - you know, you have to make the best effort to separate those two and deal with your personal life as honestly and with as much integrity as you can.

So I certainly hope they do that and wish them the best no matter what - no matter what happens.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: He`s got a great attitude. You can catch Nick Lachey on "Sing Off" Monday nights on NBC. Another blockbuster SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsmaker interview with Mariah Carey.

You`ve got to admit Mariah looks just sensational after her 70-pound slim-down. But what is her advice to other moms who want to do the same thing?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CAREY: As Americans we really do have like supersize moments and, you know, no offense to anyone who - look, I would love to sit around and eat supersize all day, but you can`t.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT going one on one with Mariah Carey, and she spills her skinny secrets.

Kristen Stewart`s always mum about her relationship with "Twilight" co-star, Robert Pattinson, but it`s not as easy as it looks.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

STEWART: It`s funny. I can`t hold water, either. Seriously. I mean, I`m like the most divulging - I`d say everything.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: We all know they`re dating. So what`s the big secret? Tonight, it`s another must-see headline-making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview with Kristen Stewart. That`s next. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Justin Bieber to auction pet boa constrictor for charity. Sugarland talks to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about returning to Indiana to perform after stage collapse.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It was healing. It was raw and tender.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I think, you know - going back and seeing the fans come to the show that we never got to play - that mattered. And I hope it mattered to them because it really mattered to us.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PIERS MORGAN, HOST, "PIERS MORGAN TONIGHT": I can exclusively reveal that I`m leaving "America`s Got Talented."

I`ve been a judge since the show began six years ago. I`ve loved every single second. But I`ve discovered the juggling to my surprise is really is a bit more difficult than I thought.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Piers Morgan drops a bombshell. Piers just revealed on his CNN show last night that he`s leaving "America`s Got Talent" after six years with the show.

So what`s he doing now? Well, he says he`s going to concentrate on his CNN show and CNN`s coverage of the presidential election next year.

America`s got a big shocker tonight. Nobody expected Piers Morgan to exit one of the biggest reality shows on TV, especially when SHOWBIZ TONIGHT just sat down with Piers days before he dropped the big bombshell that he`s leaving the show.

In a brand-new interview with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Piers reveals what he thinks is the difference between "Britain`s Got Talent" and the American version and why you don`t necessarily have to be the best of the best to win these shows.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MORGAN: Kevin Skinner was a great example. Not the best singer in the world, but he won "America`s Got Talent" because America fell in love with him.

He was a chicken catcher, a modest, humble, penniless chicken catcher who could sing a bit like Garth Brooks. And it took him all the way.

We`ve had other contestants like Jackie Evancho, who is one of the greatest talents to ever emerge in any talent show and is selling millions of records, and who David Foster, the great music genius, told me was better for her age than Whitney Houston or Barbra Streisand -that level of talent. But she didn`t win. They she came second.

People always say to me, you know, what`s the difference between Britain and America on these shows? Nothing. It`s the same thing. It`s the same around the world.

If you`re a likeable person with a great talent, you`re going to do well. If you don`t have the talent or you don`t have the likability, you`re not going to win. You`re just not.

You`re not going to see a jerk win a talent show in America. And you`re definitely not going to see them win one in Britain. They will be howled out of the theaters, because you`re slightly kinder here.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, the secrets to winning don`t end there. You can see more of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s one on one with CNN`s Piers Morgan tomorrow.

It`s a special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. You`ve got to see this, "Play to Win: How Stars Get Ahead in the Game of Reality TV."

Time now for the SHOWBIZ lineup - here`s what`s coming up at the bomb of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking tonight from a brand-new SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview with Mariah Carey.

Mariah`s opening up to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about her remarkable 70-pound weight loss following the birth of her twins. She looks fantastic.

Mariah has just been named the new spokesperson for Jenny Craig after losing 30 pounds on Jenny. She says the other 40 pounds was water weight that she dropped after she had her babies.

Well, tonight Mariah Carey reveals to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT her secret to sticking with the diet, losing the weight, and keeping it off.

And what does she say to other women who only dream about losing that much weight in just six months like Mariah did?

Well, we found out when Mariah spoke with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT producer Anisa Husain for our SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview. Here`s Mariah Carey in her own words.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

CAREY: Well, first of all, it`s a lot of discipline. You really have to be disciplined. It`s a lot of determination. You have to want to do it.

You can`t just be like, "Oh, I`m going to lose the weight" and then grab a bag of potato chips and, like, watch TV, as much fun as that is. And believe me, I`m like going on mission whatever.

But you just have to be determined. I guess the one tip would say - don`t starve yourself. You know, there`s extremes and we can stay in the middle. You don`t starve yourself, but you know, eating those sort of 50- calorie nutritious things, maybe like six little meals a day, and working out.

I think it`s like 90 percent diet, 10 percent working out. But with me, I like to push the working out a little bit more because I see the results and they make me happy.

I`m still trying to work out more, and that`s just me. I don`t like working out. But I like the way it makes me feel when I`m in the shape that I really want to be in.

They sent me a lot of food, a lot of snacks, a lot of things. I mean, thing is you can`t just be on Jenny and be like I`m going to eat whatever, a lot of it.

I mean, it`s portion control. So what they`ve done that`s great is like if you want a soup it`s 50 calories, you have the soup, you move on.

I know a lot of people that struggled with weight their whole lives because they didn`t know, like they didn`t realize that certain things they were eating weren`t healthy for them or would make them gain weight or whatever.

Honestly, I had a really, really rough experience with my pregnancy. Having two babies is like being in your ninth - for me was like being in your ninth month an extra four months.

And it was just really tough for me because I developed gestational diabetes. I had toxemia. I had a lot of things people don`t realize I had.

And I hate sitting here complaining like, oh, woe is me, I had - you know, whatever. I wanted to have babies. I had twins. It`s the most incredible gift in life.

But I just think women should be prepared that it`s not always a walk in the park. Some people are at their best when they`re pregnant and they love it. But you`ve got to be prepared that it could be a rough time.

They love the water, so we kind of have like - I have a big bathtub. And we have like pool time in the water, and they`re like - they want to swim. They want to go underwater. Because I - I think because I was in the tub so much when I was pregnant, they`re like obsessed with the water the same as - you know, the same way I am.

Nick and all of us just decided that`s how we were going to sort of debut the babies so you don`t get stalked. You know, in an unsafe situation, anything can happen. You`ve got to give them something.

It`s all our sort of family photos. There are family portraits - not really portraits. They`re just like random shots that we took. And all the proceeds when anyone uses one of those shots go to the Fresh Air Fund, which is an organization that`s been around for over 100 years, and they help inner city kids.

So for anybody using those pictures from the site, we`re keeping it going and keeping it active because it`s really doing well and because it`s for a good cause.

The surprising thing is how much of your own personality you see in the kids even when they`re first born, you know.

And I don`t know if that`s a vanity thing or whatever, but I just think it`s so beautiful. It`s so - it`s amazing.

There are so many things that are so great about it and a lot of things you have to look forward to that may not be so easy or great.

So I`m just trying to be realistic about everything and, again, be as healthy as I can be so I can be a good strong mom for my kids.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: And now on to our next SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview with "Twilight" star, Kristen Stewart. The next installment of the "Twilight" mega- franchise, "Breaking Dawn" opens next Friday.

And we learned today advance sales show "Breaking Dawn" could become one of the biggest movies of all time. Unbelievable. Well, Kristen opens up to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner about life as a "Twilight" star and how she deals with it.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

NISCHELLE TURNER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT: There`s so much made about your relationship and you`re so good about just not ever saying anything. How did you do that? Because I can`t hold water. How do you never say anything?

STEWART: It`s funny. I can`t hold water either, seriously. I`m like the most divulging - I`d say everything.

Honestly, like, it`s just sort of something - I think if you asked me anything about like my - I mean, I`ll talk about how much I love my family, but I would never like describe it - you know what I mean?

It`s sort of like you only - you really only want to talk about that stuff with people that know you and that really genuinely care. And it does feel a little bit like you`re selling something.

And even if that`s not true, for whatever weirdo reason in my head, that`s how I interpret it. Interpret it. I don`t want to sort of give in to that. You know what I mean? It just grosses me out.

TURNER: Bella`s kind of grown up. You`re going to play her as a woman now.

STEWART: Yes. I mean, it`s funny because I don`t think it`s all of the situations that she finds herself in that makes her - it`s not just because she`s getting married and you have to be an adult to get married.

I think that, genuinely, she`s found herself. I mean, in previous films, too, it`s not like this is - this is not a turning point. This is a moment of clarity.

This is like I`ve been so sure of so many things and I would - I`ve got all of these baseless convictions. And now I know why. Do you know what I mean?

And it all sort of works out. And it`s nice to see her not even remotely confused anymore. I mean, she`s still very emotional, but it`s very clear.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Of course, everybody is watching now for the much-buzzed-about sex scene between Kristen and Robert Pattinson when "Twilight: Breaking Dawn" opens next Friday.

Moving now to Kim`s divorce tell-all. Is she really trying to sell her divorce story to the highest bidder?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The rumor I think you should set straight is that you`re going to now sell a divorce interview.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Tonight Kim`s mom sets the record straight. The brand-new Dakota Fanning controversy. The 17-year-old`s new ad is getting a big thumbs-down in the U.K. for being too suggestive.

Here`s tonight`s SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - is the ad really over the line? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

And this is the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Morgan Freeman to receive lifetime achievement award at 2012 Golden Globe Awards. Miranda Lambert tells SHOWBIZ she`s shocked to win CMA "Female Vocalist of the Year."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MIRANDA LAMBERT, SINGER: It`s just so crazy. I honestly was fully expecting to sit in my seat tonight and not win anything which I would have been fine with because last year I won three awards and I don`t want to be greedy.

I`m like that was good enough. I`m shocked and thrilled, and I can`t believe it.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(SINGING)

HAMMER: Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber cross over to country. At least, their dramas have. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood there with the help of "Modern Family`s" Eric Stonestreet.

They`re spoofing Kim Kardashian`s 72-day marriage, of course, and Justin`s paternity controversy in what I thought was a hilarious song at the CMA Awards in Nashville.

It is obvious everyone has something to say about Kim Kardashian`s split, but when will Kim have her say? Well, tonight Kim`s mom is setting the record straight.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

Will Kim Kardashian do a tell-all? Hey, look, it`s been 11 days since Kim Kardashian ended her 72-day marriage. And all we`ve heard from Kim is -

Yes, crickets. Well, Kim has been undercover since returning from her post-split trip down under. And tonight, people are demanding that Kim come out of hiding and tell us exactly how this fairy tale that we all bought into turned into a fail.

Well, tonight inquiring minds want to know. Will Kim only talk if the price is right? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you Kim`s mom just revealed what Kim plans to do.

With me in New York tonight, one of hip-hop`s hottest couples, Chrissy Lampkin and rapper Jim Jones. They`re also co-stars on VH1`s fantastic show, "Love and Hip-Hop." It kicks off its second season on Monday. Nice to see you guys here.

Jim`s just sitting there laughing away, man. I can`t wait to hear what you have to say about Kim. The question is, is she going to cash in on her divorce tell-all?

I want to play for you guys what Kim`s mom, Kris Jenner, just told entertainment journalist, Rob Shuter, on his new show, HDNet`s "Naughty but Nice with Rob Shuter." Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROB SHUTER, HOST, "NAUGHTY BUT NICE WITH ROB SHUTER": I think the rumor that I think you should set straight is that you`re going to now sell a divorce interview.

KRIS JENNER, KIM KARDASHIAN`S MOTHER: Oh, please, no. We`re not - first of all, I think what happens in pop culture these days is if something`s written down or on the front page of a newspaper or tabloid, it`s true.

You know, like the amounts of money she got for the wedding or this or that. And it`s just absolutely ridiculous.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Chrissy, what do you think? Does Kim owe it to her fans to come forward, do a big tell-all, whether or not she`s paid to do it?

CHRISSY LAMPKIN, CO-STAR, "LOVE AND HIP-HOP": I think that we all want to hear from her. We would like to hear her side.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, I think, look, she asked us to buy into this life where she says, "Look, we put it all out there." And now, all of the sudden, she`s holding back. Something`s not on balance here. Jim, what do you think, man?

JIM JONES, CO-HOST, "LOVE AND HIP-HOP": She`s been putting it all out there.

HAMMER: Well, yes, there`s that. There`s that. But what do you think? Do you think that she does owe it to her fans to say, "Hey, here`s exactly what happened, and now you know and we`ll move on"?

JONES: Well, they built a hell of an enterprise by putting their life - their life and their family business out for the public to see. So you know, I guess, you know, this is another big check for them to put in their pocket to hear Kim`s side of the story and her -

HAMMER: Yes. Well, she`s saying they`re not going to accept money. Let`s only hope that if she did get paid to do some kind of a tell-all, all the money goes to charity. And Kris, her mom, did say she`s going to continue to donate to charity.

JONES: I mean, at this point, it`s all one big soap opera. Kris is a hell of a pimp. I mean, she would do good in Chicago. You heard me?

HAMMER: All right. Hold on. Let me make a note. I`m going to tell Kris that next time. Hell of a pimp in Chicago.

Listen, whether or not Kim talks, everybody seems to have something to say. In fact, Mariah Carey just took a not-so-thinly-veiled dig at Kim. You`ve got to hear this.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there when all this happened. Mariah talking about her own marriage during the news conference announcing that she`s the new Jenny Craig spokesperson. You`ve got to watch what Mariah said.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CAREY: Here`s the thing. I`m a real person. So I`m not going to put on a fake Hollywood, "Yes, every single time. Nick says anything and I fall down on the floor."

No, sometimes, we make each other mad. Sometimes, I make him mad. That`s called a relationship. That`s called why we`re not divorced after four months, you know what I mean?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Nice. Playing a little coy there. Chrissy, what does it say when even Mariah Carey is taking, you know, what seems like a dig at Kim Kardashian?

LAMPKIN: I say it comes along with the territory, you know. Kim put herself out there. She`s everywhere. And unfortunately, we`ve been buying everything she`s selling.

So there is a - I don`t know - a drawback to that. There`s like a - you have to put up with whatever comes your way when you put yourself in those positions.

HAMMER: And it`s just funny to hear coming from Mariah Carey. I guess that means it really has become just a big national joke.

LAMPKIN: A big running joke. Yes.

HAMMER: I`ve got to move to Jessica Simpson. Now, Jessica is, you know, somebody who survived a very public TV marriage. She also went through a divorce that we all got to watch.

She`s only been seen previously as this ditzy blond who didn`t know the difference between tuna and chicken. And now, she`s heading a billion- dollar fashion empire.

I`m thinking who`s laughing now? Well, Jessica just told Ryan Seacrest today as the haters talk, she is laughing all the way to the bank.

I am thinking that maybe Kim Kardashian is simply taking a page from Jessica`s book. Let them all talk while she continues to build the empire.

JONES: I mean, that`s the best - the premise of the whole situation. They`ve been building an empire, and they`re doing pretty good at it. I mean, they`re down to the little sisters right now. So it`s the -

HAMMER: True. Listen, on your show, you guys know what it is to put it all out there. You proposed to him.

LAMPKIN: Yes, I did.

HAMMER: On your show last season. There was a bit of drama that unfolded as a result of that. I do see the bling going on here.

Are you guys at all concerned, though, with what has become the reality TV curse that if you - when you get married you may face troubles because the cameras are rolling?

LAMPKIN: Yes. It does cross my mind. But I think Jim and I have a strong enough bond.

HAMMER: Well, cool to have you guys here. I appreciate it -

JONES: Pleasure to be on here.

LAMPKIN: Thank you.

HAMMER: Chrissy and Jim. And make sure you check out the second season of "Love and Hip-Hop" on VH1. It premieres on Monday.

Moving on now to Kanye West`s emotional appearance at a Victoria`s Secret fashion show. Now, he was supposed to perform there four years ago. He had to back out of that. That was after his mother`s sudden death back then.

Kanye finally did get to make that performance. And he took a moment to remember his mom before bursting into a rendition of "Stronger." Check this out.

(MUSIC)

Kanye told the crowd that his mother was his superhero when she was alive. And now, she`s super-angel.

Moving on to banned in Britain. Seventeen-year-old Dakota Fanning`s provocative new ad that (UNINTELLIGIBLE) magazines across the U.K. for being too suggestive. What do you think? Our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - is Dakota`s ad really over the line? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

It`s time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: "Family Circus" creator, Bill Keane, dies at age 89. Jason Aldean talks to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about winning CMA "Album of the Year."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JASON ALDEAN, SINGER: My oldest one always asks me why I lose to Taylor Swift, why Taylor Swift always beats her daddy.

So tonight, I actually beat Taylor Swift. I was going to call her and say, "Hey, finally, look, here you go. You can go to school and tell all your friends."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, Dakota Fanning`s provocative new magazine ad gets banned in the U.K. Put it up, Charles. Yes, look at this. That is 17-year-old Dakota Fanning. Is she just too young to be posing in such a suggestive way?

Well, British regulators sure think so. They just yanked the ad from every single magazine and newspaper in the U.K. That`s a lot of magazines and newspapers. That leads to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, is Dakota`s ad really out of line?

With me in New York, entertainment journalist, Rachel Zalis. Rachel, right to the SHOWBIZ Flashpoint. What do you think? When you take a look at this thing, is it out of line? She`s only 17.

RACHEL ZALIS, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: I think the only thing the British should be banning are Simon Cowell`s tight t-shirts. I mean, come on. That`s much more racy and revealing.

No, I think it`s totally hypocritical. I mean, they are the most provocative programmers of everyone in London. I mean, their most popular show is a show called "Skins," which is all about teenage sex, drugs.

I mean, it`s really crazy that suddenly they`re going to take issue with an ad that`s really not so bad.

HAMMER: Not so bad?

ZALIS: Yes.

HAMMER: OK. Well, here`s the thing, and this is what I found particularly interesting. The watchdog group that called this out and said, you know, this thing`s got to go, I believe they got a total of four complaints that were registered before the ad got pulled.

That`s only four complaints. You know, so that`s what led to the ad getting banned. That to me is a little nuts.

ZALIS: Yes, it`s shocking. I mean, who are these four people that have more influence than an entire, you know, population of people? Sex sells. I mean, it`s nothing new. I mean, drive down Sunset Boulevard, every billboard is like that.

HAMMER: Yes, of course. So do they do these ads? Because this has been happening quite often lately. Do they put these provocative ads out hoping, "Oh, if it gets pulled people are going to talk about it" like we`re sitting talking about it?

ZALIS: Yes, of course. And I`m sure Marc Jacobs is jumping up and down today because his Lola is now Lolita.

HAMMER: Yes.

ZALIS: And every single person is talking about it. I guarantee you this is going to be a blockbuster sale for this perfume.

HAMMER: Rachel Zalis says it`s OK, so, you know, you can write to her. I take issue with that, Rachel.

ZALIS: Yes, I`ll take the blame for that.

HAMMER: Thank you so much. Good to see you. Moving now to Clooney`s stunning suicide confession. I was really blown away by this.

The Oscar-winning actor is now revealing for the first time tonight what nearly drove him to take his own life.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, George Clooney`s shocking suicide confession. This is wild. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can reveal George Clooney once seriously considered killing himself.

He got a spinal cord injury on the set of "Syriana" back in 2005, and that left him in such agony he could barely function.

Listen to what George just told "Rolling Stone." He said, "I was lying in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm, unable to move, having these headaches where it feels like a stroke. I started to think, I may have to do something drastic about this."

Well, fortunately, Clooney says he`s feeling great now and all of that is in the past. It`s a great interview with George Clooney. Check it out in the brand-new issue of "Rolling Stone" magazine.

And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. Remember, you can catch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusively, Sunday to Friday at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific right here on HLN.

And stay right here for "DR. DREW," next. Tonight, Rabbi Shmuley, an explosive audio recording to Michael Jackson. That starts right now.
