(MUSIC)

Hello. A.J. Hammer off tonight. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in Hollywood with big news breaking, and I mean big - who is to blame for Rosie getting fired?

That was the burning question today after Oprah Winfrey canned Rosie O`Donnell. Can you believe it? Oprah has just canceled Rosie`s much-hyped show after just five months on Oprah`s network.

So here`s the burning question tonight. Who is to blame for Rosie`s show flaming out? Is it Rosie`s fault or is it Oprah`s? Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

NISCHELLE TURNER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): It started off with such promise. Rosie O`Donnell hosting a new talk show on the Oprah Winfrey Network, "The Rosie Show." Oprah herself even showed up at Rosie`s first show in hopes of giving it some of that Oprah magic.

O`DONNELL: We spoke, Oprah and I, and she said, "Rosie, trust your instincts."

TURNER: And when Rosie O`Donnell talked to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter last October, the week after she started work on the show, she was brimming with optimism.

O`DONNELL: Believe me, we`ve just started, and I`m in for the long run.

TURNER: Well, the long run is over. Oprah has pulled the plug on "The Rosie Show," not that there are any hard feelings. Oprah says quote, "I`m grateful to Rosie and the dedicated `Rosie Show` team for giving it their all."

And Rosie was also pleasant, saying quote, "I was welcomed with open arms and will never forget the kindness of all I encountered."

It was certainly a much nicer goodbye than the last time Rosie left a daytime talk show.

O`DONNELL: I`m not going to fight with you anymore because it`s absurd.

TURNER: Specifically, that wonderfully spectacular flameout on "The View" in 2007. But now, "The Rosie Show" is dead. And those looking for a cause of death are looking in two directions, Rosie`s and Oprah`s. And they`re asking who`s to blame?

Let`s start with the blame Rosie faction.

O`DONNELL: People think celebrities don`t do their own tweets.

TURNER: Rosie was never able to bring an audience to her show. It was averaging only about 186,000 viewers a night. Plus, there are some new reports that Rosie may have been behind some of the behind-the-scenes drama.

ALEXIS TERESZCUK, "RADAR ONLINE": "The Daily Beast" has a shocking report. They had a lot of insiders talking about the show. They said Rosie was fighting with the director, who was Oprah`s former director.

They said that she was fighting with a publicist. One irate staffer from the show said it was a, quote, "(EXPLETIVE DELETED) hell hole."

TURNER: Rosie tweeted a response to "The Daily Beast" article on behind- the-scenes discord writing quote, "There is no one truth to find shades of gray."

But today, her best-known nemesis was all too happy to add his voice to the "blame Rosie" chorus.

DONALD TRUMP, BUSINESS TYCOON: She`s not a very intelligent person.

TURNER: Donald Trump, taking a page from the "kick somebody when they`re down" playbook, wasted no time today going after his old feuding partner.

He tweeted quote, "Rosie O`Donnell has failed again. When will media executives learn that Rosie just hasn`t got it?"

And then there`s the "blame Oprah" faction. It`s not just Rosie`s show, Oprah`s entire OWN Network has been struggling since it launched last year.

SHARON WAXMAN, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, "THEWRAP.COM": A lot of people like to watch Oprah. That`s what we know. We don`t know if everybody wants to watch shows that Oprah recommends or puts together.

TURNER: Oprah brought on Rosie to change all that. But then OWN put Rosie`s show on at 7:00 p.m., breaking the first rule of TV 101, "Don`t air talk show at the time your target audience is eating dinner with their families."

O`DONNELL: There`s a marathon, not a sprint.

TURNER: Still, when Rosie talked to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter last October, she was expecting a tough road.

O`DONNELL: To start a brand-new network is a very difficult thing to do, so it takes awhile. It takes a couple years to build. And I think that we`re going the right way.

TURNER: Now, Oprah has shown Rosie the door, and no matter who takes the blame for the show`s failures, Rosie or Oprah, when a celebrity partnership fails, no one is happy. Well, almost no one.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And with me tonight, someone who knows that smiling face all too well and, unfortunately, also knows what it`s like to be fired.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TIA CARRERE, ACTRESS: Then, I have to take responsibility.

TRUMP: OK. Then, Tia, you`re fired.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Last night, Donald Trump fired actress and Grammy Award- winning musical artist, Tia Carrere, on NBC`s "Celebrity Apprentice." And Tia is with me tonight from New York for a SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

So delighted to have you on, Tia. We`re going to talk about "Celebrity Apprentice" in just a moment. But first, I`ve got to ask you about this big Rosie news. The folks at OWN really hoping Rosie`s show would put this network on the map and get people watching and talking about OWN.

I want to get your take on the SHOWBIZ flashpoint tonight, who do you think is more at fault for the show`s failure, Rosie or Oprah, Tia?

CARRERE: Well, the thing is like - personally, I don`t know why we have to find fault with either, so not to defuse your whole question of flashpoint -

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Oh, go ahead.

CARRERE: But you know, I did Rosie`s show back in the day and she was lovely and very engaging and everything. I think it`s a combination of faults. If she had difficulties behind the scenes with the staff - I don`t know, I wasn`t there.

Her being on at 7:00 p.m. was a hard time slot, definitely, and the fact that it`s a new network. So a combination of all these things.

You know, we never know what the alchemy is that makes a show great, that makes a person pop or not. You know, you just never know until it`s on the air. I think Oprah gave it a long time from October until now. That`s an eternity.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes. And by the way, you pop. I`ll say that. You have been working with Donald Trump, who has a long history of clashing with Rosie.

And he did not hesitate, of course, to quickly chime in on the news of the show being canceled, tweeting, "When will media executives learn that Rosie just hasn`t got it?"

The Donald is never one to mince words but Tia, frankly, what was it like to work for the Donald?

CARRERE: And also, I mean, you wouldn`t know it from the way they cut the show up, but he was lovely to me. And people are like well, "Well, why did he snap at you and this and that."

And then, I`m like, it didn`t feel like snapping in the room but when you get the scissors in and it chops up and you feel like an abrupt air was taken out of the scene, it is taken in the wrong way. And a lot of things are taken out of context. It`s just the way that you play it, you know.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, Trump actually said you weren`t tough enough on "Celebrity Apprentice." You`re a nice woman but let`s watch your big battle with Aubrey O`Day on last night`s show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

AUBREY O`DAY, SINGER AND ACTRESS: What I think happened, as a woman, I have been stepping up a lot. She always thought in the beginning that I was always loud and overstepping everybody. I`m sorry, at 50-something years old, if you can`t -

CARRERE: Fifty-something? Forty.

O`DAY: However old you are. Sorry. Forty. If I`m 27 years old.

TRUMP: Wow. Tough statement.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, snap!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No, she didn`t.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL All right. Tia, you got the last word.

CARRERE: The only thing that red-haired girl has on me is age and that`s it.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, she`s got nothing on you, Tia.

CARRERE: It`s not even worth discussing.

VELEZ-MITCHELL You handled yourself with class and dignity. Before "Celebrity Apprentice," before your big Grammy win, people came to know and love you, of course, when you starred in "Wayne`s World 1" and "Wayne`s World 2" as Cassandra along with Mike Myers and Dana Carvey.

Now, there`s one huge celebrity who just told the ladies on "The View" you sure caught his attention. Watch this with me, Tia.

NANCY GRACE, GUEST CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": In the new version of "The Lorax," there is a crush, right? Did you had a crush and did you ever have a celebrity crush?

ZAC EFRON, ACTOR: Yes, for sure. I think when I was younger -

GRACE: Don`t be afraid to say Nancy Grace.

JOY BEHAR, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Who is your crush?

EFRON: Cassandra from "Wayne`s World." she was a big one for me. She was a big one for me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARRERE: Aww.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Zac Efron, the heartthrob of teen girls everywhere - he is crushing on you, Tia. Your thoughts?

CARRERE: Yes. Take that, Aubrey O`Day. Zac Efron. I love it.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Obviously, he`s not into red hair. He`s into you.

CARRERE: That`s really awesome. But I don`t want to know how old Zac Efron was when he saw the movie. That would kill me.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, you know, I think you look exactly the same. And Sean(ph) also agrees with me, you haven`t changed a bit.

CARRERE: Thank you.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Thank you so much. And you could check out "Celebrity Apprentice," Sunday nights on NBC. Tonight, J-Lo speaks out for the first time after her manager publicly dishes about her love life.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

J. LOPEZ: I think he`d never say anything that would be hurtful to me in any way, so things could be taken out of context and, you know -

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Jennifer Lopez gives her manager a pass after he basically said she`s unable to have a healthy relationship. Should she be furious?

Kim Kardashian`s brand-new face-off with her ex, Kris Humphries. Kris says the Kardashians are spreading lies about his controversial split from Kim. The SHOWBIZ flashpoint, who is handling themselves better?

Also this -

(MUSIC)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Lovely. Tonight, Cee Lo`s shocking expletive-filled performance at President Obama`s fundraiser. The SHOWBIZ great debate, was Cee Lo totally out of line? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Judge declares a mistrial in Nicollette Sheridan trial, jury deadlocked. "Twilight" star, Kristen Stewart, reveals what stars of "Hunger Games" face with new fame!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KRISTEN STEWART, ACTRESS: It gets very crazy and everyone - instantly, the question is like, "Are you going to be able to handle it? Is this really what you want?"

You look at those actors and you kind of can tell why they`re doing what they`re doing. And it`s so obvious that no one signed on for that project to do the next big thing. You know, I can`t wait to see the movie.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What`s your problem? Do you have something against me?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes. Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What`s your problem?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I do have something against you. We know you`re ghetto.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What`s ghetto to you? My daddy doesn`t bankroll my life?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Take that. Just one of the many provocative scenes from the controversial new reality show, "The Shahs of Sunset."

Tonight, is the show about rich Persian Americans living in Beverly Hills offensive or is it a hit in the making?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in for A.J. Hammer in Hollywood.

Tonight, a SHOWBIZ special report, the big shahs` backlash. Critics slamming the brand-new reality show centered on the lives of rich Persian- Americans living in Beverly Hills.

The show, which just debut on Bravo, is being accused of perpetuating Persian-American stereotypes. Sound familiar? This is precisely what happened when "Jersey Shore" first started.

Tonight, the stars of "Shahs of Sunset" reveal their outrage over the controversy. Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter with this SHOWBIZ special report.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT(voice-over): Lavish parties, luxurious cars and a taste for flashy, expensive bling.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s $6,000.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m going to have to take this.

WYNTER: That`s life on "Shahs of Sunset" which follows six Persian- American friends living it up in glamorous Beverly Hills. It may look similar to other reality programs showcasing the lifestyles of the rich like the "Real Housewives" franchise -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Gold, cars, houses with the big columns.

WYNTER: But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can report many in the Persian community think this reality show needs a reality check.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: My first reaction was really disgust.

WYNTER: Like former Beverly Hills mayor, Jimmy Delshad. Born in Iran, Delshad says he came to the U.S. at the age of 20 and went on to become a successful businessman.

He tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he`s concerned with some of the behavior on "Shah`s of Sunset."

DELSHAD: As you see, some of them, the girl says, "My only paycheck comes from my father."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m 30 years old and my only paycheck is from my daddy.

DELSHAD: They, I think, are spoiled children. I want people in Middle America to know that the Persians are not like what you see on that show.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We love our culture. We love our families. We love our traditions.

WYNTER: A few Persians on that show, Reza Farahan and Mercedes "MJ" Javid, disagree and tell SHOWBIZ TONIGHT they are outraged over the outrage surrounding "Shahs of Sunset."

(on camera) People are saying that you`re giving the Iranian-American community a bad name.

REZA FARAHAN, CAST MEMBER, "SHAHS OF SUNSET": No.

MERCEDES "MJ" JAVID, CAST MEMBER, "SHAHS OF SUNSET": This is an embarrassing depiction.

FARAHAN: We can only make them look better. And don`t forget, they`re thinking in a small bubble. We have been portrayed as terrorists. People think we have horns. We`re going to humanize them. They need to call us and thank us after the show airs.

JAVID: If Persians think that any representative is going to embarrass them, then that shows they think that what they`re doing out there is embarrassing. We are not going to do that. We`re actually totally - like Reza said, we`re going to humanize our culture.

WYNTER (voice-over): But Delshad tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT many in the Persian community have already seen enough.

DELSHAD: After the show, I got a lot of E-mail. Most of the E-mails were asking me, "Can you stop the show? Can you do something?"

WYNTER: That might be tough, considering that some like Delshad are calling "Shahs" the next "Jersey Shore." MTV`s reality TV sensation got slammed from the start for its hard-partying, fist-pumping cast.

"Jersey Shore`s" critics fumed over what they called negative stereotypes of Italian-Americans.

NICOLE "SNOOKI" POLIZZI, CAST MEMBER, "JERSEY SHORE": He was like a walking party.

WYNTER: Still, the protests didn`t get in the way of making it a phenomenon.

(MUSIC)

It`s hard to ignore the "Jersey Shore" similarities, but Farahan downplayed the idea that "Shahs of Sunset" could negatively impact the Persian community.

FARAHAN: We`re not elected officials. We don`t represent anyone but ourselves, and we`re really fun. And I think the audience is literally going to be mesmerized.

WYNTER: Whether audiences are mesmerized enough to give the show a "Jersey Shore" or "Real Housewives" type following remains to be seen.

But we can tell you the controversy only seems to be keeping the spotlight right where these new reality TV stars want it, on them.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: "Shahs of Sunset" show debuted to just over a million viewers last week, which isn`t too bad. But is it the new "Jersey Shore"? I guess we`re going to have to wait and see.

Tonight, Lady Gaga, the soccer mom? In a brand-new interview, Mother Monster reveals to Oprah she wants to have a family of little monsters and a whole lot of them.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LADY GAGA, SINGER: I want kids. I want a soccer team and I want a husband, and -

WINFREY: A soccer team meaning many kids?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Can you imagine? And that`s not all. You`ve got to see why Gaga says she is not doing any more interviews for a long, long, long time.

Kim Kardashian`s face-off with her ex, Kris Humphries. Kris says the Kardashians are spreading lies about his controversial split from Kim. The great debate tonight, who is handling themselves better. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

SEANN WILLIAM SCOTT, ACTOR: Blonde chick! Whoa!

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: Nice to see you, too, Stiffler.

SCOTT: Who`s this, douche?

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: I`m her boyfriend.

SCOTT: So you two are banging and you two used to bang. This must be awkward for all of you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Oh, yes. Stiffler, Choir Girl and the whole "American Pie" gang back for "American Reunion." SHOWBIZ TONIGHT caught up with the cast. And tonight, they reveal why people actually think they are the same as their characters in real life.

Tonight, secrets from "American Reunion" with classic characters like Stiffler and lines like, "This one time in band camp."

You cannot keep Hollywood from making yet another sequel of "American Pie." But unfortunately, for the actors, those beloved fans have a hard time separating fact from fiction.

When SHOWBIZ TONIGHT caught up with Sean William Scott and Chris Klein, they couldn`t help but reveal some of their favorite stories of fans who love their characters a little too much.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SCOTT: I get people genuinely believe that I`m Stiffler, and I feel I don`t know - I`ve now - not all the time. It depends where I am, like I`ve kind of had to explain that it`s not a real person and you can just see their heart break.

I said before it was like finding out Santa Claus doesn`t exist. So now, I don`t want to make them feel that way so I just - they say hey, Stiffler. Hey.

It`s just a weird thing where they think they respond to that character. Otherwise, I`ve gotten offered a lot of alcoholic beverages.

CHRIS KLEIN, ACTOR: So for years, every dude in America, it seemed like thought they were themselves Stiffler, chasing me down the street screaming, "Suck me beautiful. Suck me beautiful."

They were loving it. They all wanted to be Stiffler. And I got the brunt of all of that. Yes.

SCOTT: Lucky you.

KLEIN: Yes. Yes. You know, I`m there with my grandma and my mom. We`re like taking the niece and nephew to the zoo. Suddenly - what? Grandma`s like who are they talking to? Who are they talking to and what does that mean? Nothing, grandma.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Not in front of grandma, please. "American Reunion" hits theaters April 6th. And now, the SHOWBIZ lineup - here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

How do you get a body like J-Lo`s? Tonight, Jennifer Lopez reveals her secret to being a mom and staying so very fit. Plus, her very first reaction to her manager dissing her love life.

And Cee Lo uses the F-word at a fundraiser for President Obama.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. Jane Velez-Mitchell in Hollywood. A.J. Hammer off tonight.

Big news breaking about J-Lo`s secrets. It was bombshell after bombshell today from La Lopez, including her diet secrets, in a brand-new caught-on- camera interview with "Vogue" magazine.

You will see J-Lo reveal how she struggles to keep herself slim while juggling her career and her kids.

But wait. There`s more. J-Lo is also setting the record straight about what her trusted manager, Benny Medina, said in that interview with "Vogue" about her love life and dating her 24-year-old backup singer - 24.

With me in New York tonight is actress and Grammy Award winning artist Tia Carrere, who got fired last night by the Donald on NBC`s "Celebrity Apprentice."

And here in Hollywood, I am so delighted to "Young and Restless" star, Sean Kanan. Sean, we`ll also be seeing you this Wednesday night on TV Land`s "Happily Divorced" on TV Land. And he is the author of this great book, "The Modern Gentleman." I can tell you, right now, I`m sitting next to him. He is a gentleman.

Let`s begin with J-Lo`s long-time manager, Benny Medina, making a lot of waves for what he told "Vogue" about her love life since splitting with husband Marc Anthony and dating her 24-year-old backup dancer, Casper Smart.

"The thing I always sort of wished is that she would give herself time to just naturally meet someone instead of having obsessive guys pursue her. The ease with which that obsession becomes a relationship I think sometimes works against her ability to have a real meaningful relationship."

OK. That`s the quote. But in a brand-new interview with "Access Hollywood," J-Lo seems to be taking it all in stride, backing up Benny who, of course, is the godfather of her twins. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do you agree with what he said?

J. LOPEZ: I know the way he says things, and I know he would never say anything that would be hurtful to me in any way. So things can be taken out of context and you know, I`ve done interviews for a long time.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Was it taken out of context, though?

J. LOPEZ: I think that a lot of it, you can place it in a way that cannot be the best way to put it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: OK. Tia, she`s basically saying his words were taken out of context, but come on. Do you secretly think that she`s PO`d that Benny would even comment about her private love life like that?

CARRERE: Well, I know she knows that Benny Medina loves her and has taken her under his wing and would do anything for her. So you know, the thing is, she has kissed a few frogs, as I have, as many powerful women have.

And his words come from a place of concern. You know, it`s like - it`s just the way it is. Sometimes powerful, strong women make odd choices. But hey, if he`s passionate in the sack and he`s 24, who cares? It`s her business.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And I love frogs and I`m not sitting next to one, that is for sure. Sean, handsome gentleman that you are, you think J-Lo`s just trying to save face at this point and privately she issued a mandate to Benny, "Hey, stop talking about my private life"?

SEAN KANAN, ACTOR AND AUTHOR: Here`s the thing, Jane. Entertainers tend to be very close with their managers, even more so than their agents. And the other thing is that this is how this guy earns his living.

So I find it very hard to believe that he would say anything that would damage her brand. And being as close as they are for this many years, I`m sure he has a tremendous amount of affection for her and this is probably taken out of context.

But that being said, now that it`s already sort of, you know, hitting the air waves, I`m sure that J-Lo probably had a few choice words for him to kind of keep his opinions to himself.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, she is cougar-licious. You`ve got to give her that. And maybe she`s happy about all the attention. One thing J-Lo is spilling secrets about is her diet.

In a video interview with "Vogue" for their annual "Vogue Shape" issue, Lopez reveals her struggles to stay slim. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

J. LOPEZ: When I was in my 20s, I used to work out all the time. I was like a fiend about it. And now that I am a mom and I`m more mature, I don`t get to work out as much, but you know, I stay very active.

I`m lucky that part of my job is about being very active and, you know, doing a lot of physical activity. But when I have to, I do kind of buckle down and get in the gym and work out, do my routine and try to do it like three or four times a week.

You know, just like anybody else, it doesn`t come easy for me. You know, it takes a lot of hard work. I`m not a size zero or two.

I`m not six feet tall like a lot of the models that come around and I`m like, "Wow, I`m really short compared to models." I`m just a regular woman.

I wear size 6, you know. When I eat too much over the holidays, maybe a size 8. When I`m in shape, maybe a size 4. You know, I kind of fluctuate but I tend to stay the same mostly. You know what? I think it`s more about staying and being healthy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I have to say, I am thrilled to hear Jennifer say that she struggles just like the rest of us to try to keep her figure. Tia, are you with me on that?

CARRERE: Absolutely. People think it`s effortless, so I can eat anything I want. And it`s like, you know, every single one of us, we`ve got a closet full of like clothes from size 4 to 6 to 8 as well, you know. And beyond, I`m sure.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, beyond. From J-Lo spilling her secrets to - here`s a turn - Lady Gaga`s bombshell confessions to Oprah Winfrey about wanting to be, of all things - this is really shocking to me - a soccer mom.

In a brand-new interview with Oprah for her show, "Oprah`s Next Chapter," Gaga reveals to OWN that she wants to have a whole soccer team of kids. Are you kidding me? Watch this.

CARRERE: That`s taken out of context.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

OPRAH WINFREY, MEDIA MOGUL: Do you see visions of yourself as a wife and mother?

LADY GAGA: Yes. I want kids. I want a soccer team and I want a husband. And -

WINFREY: A soccer team, meaning many kids.

LADY GAGA: Yes.

WINFREY: Yes?

LADY GAGA: Yes, I do.

WINFREY: Enough to make a soccer team?

LADY GAGA: Well, you know, I`m being superfluous, but you know, I don`t want to have one kid. I want to have a few. Yes.

WINFREY: Children?

LADY GAGA: Yes. I want to experience that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right. I want to create this visual for you, Sean. There`s Lady Gaga in the front seat of a minivan driving a whole gaggle of kids. I can`t picture it.

KANAN: I would pay money to see her show up at a PTA meeting wearing that meat suit that she wore for -

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Oh, no. That was disgusting.

KANAN: Here`s the thing. You know what? I think there`s probably a big difference between the Lady Gaga that we see in the media and the Lady Gaga that when, you know, she`s with her friends and family.

From what I understand she`s very close with her family. And you know, there are a lot of other celebrities that are music icons like Elton John and Madonna that have children and they seem to pull it off pretty effortlessly. So more power to her.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Let`s face it. She is one smart lady.

KANAN: Absolutely.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Got to give her that. OK. Gaga also revealed to Oprah that she manages her fame and her creativity by just shutting everything out. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LADY GAGA: The newest thing that I do, I don`t read a damn thing. No press, no television, no - if my mom calls and says, "Did you hear about -" I don`t want to know nothing about anything that is going on in relation to music.

Obviously, I want to know about the world. I shut it all off. And other than this interview, Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time. This is my moment for me to experience a rebirth with my own music.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I got to say, both of you, I think we all agree that this woman is extraordinary. She`s broken the mold and we haven`t seen the last of her.

I want to thank you guys. Tia Carrere, Sean Kanan, great to have you on. Great to talk to you. And good luck in all your pursuits.

All right. Tonight, the Kim Kardashian divorce war. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reveals the brand-new drama in Kim`s split with Kris Humphries. Why did Kris just issue a bold new statement saying the Kardashians are misrepresenting him?

The big SHOWBIZ debate. Who has handled themselves better during their bitter divorce battle?

That`s Cee Lo flipping the bird at a fundraiser for President Obama. After that, he dropped the F-bomb. Lovely. Cee Lo, what were you thinking? Our SHOWBIZ flashpoint tonight, was Cee Lo way out of line? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MISS PIGGY, PUPPET: I only have one look. The best we could do was this photo.

ANDERSON COOPER, HOST, "ANDERSON": Yes.

MISS PIGGY: That`s best we could do.

COOPER: That was for our Halloween special where I was Phil Donahue.

MISS PIGGY: Yes. You were wearing a wig and you still look the same.

JON HAMM, ACTOR: I think they were careless. I think accurate. But it`s a part of our culture that I certainly don`t identify with. And I don`t really understand the appeal of it, other than in a sort of car crash sensibility.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight, a brand-new slice of Hamm on reality TV and Kim Kardashian. "Mad Men" star Jon Hamm on the "Today" show.

And let`s just say he`s not backing away from the Hamm slam he made about reality TV and Kim Kardashian.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in Hollywood. A.J. Hammer off tonight. We`ll be serving more Hamm in a moment.

But first, fresh divorce war also revolving around Kim K. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Kim`s ex, Kris Humphries, launched a remarkable new attack on Kim`s camp, seeming to suggest that stories are being planted about him making him out to be a money-hungry guy, trying to cash in on their upcoming divorce.

Joining me now, Rachel Zalis, entertainment journalist. And Kelli Zink - she is in Chicago and the host of CelebTV.com.

So ladies, the latest story about Kris was that he would be demanding $7 million from Kim despite their prenup stating that he gets zilch.

But today, Kris and his brand-new legal team told this to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Much effort and energy to misdirect the public`s perception of what transpired between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries has taken place over the last several months, some going so far as to attempt to create settlement demands where none have been made."

"Neither Kris Humphries nor his legal team have spread these rumors, nor will they."

So if you listen to Kris and his team, Kim is the one slinging the mud. But isn`t Kris kind of trying to do the same thing with this statement, Rachel?

RACHEL ZALIS, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: I mean, come on. They both suck right now. It`s like the divorce and insinuations and allegations - they are taking longer than the actual marriage.

But I`ve got to tell you, I wouldn`t be surprised come September, "My Real Fairy Tale Divorce," big-time reality show. Don`t you think? Maybe these two are in it for a lot of money about the divorce.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Maybe both of them need therapy is my opinion.

ZALIS: Yes, good idea.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: That leads me to our SHOWBIZ flashpoint. Now, who has handled themselves better during this bitter divorce, Kim or Kris? And I`m going to throw that out to Kelli.

KELLI ZINK, HOST, CELEBTV.COM: Well, I don`t even think Kris understood that statement that his lawyers put out. It sounds like a lot of legal jargon, mumbo-jumbo, and he`s Kris Humphries.

But I think the person that made out the best is Kris Jenner. Think about it. You know, she orchestrated this whole thing. She was doing her book tour as Kim was announcing her divorce.

So I think she saw the most amount of money and was probably the one creating all the drama to begin with.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Rachel, to me, they started off on the wrong foot with this spectacular wedding, actually accepting gifts and all for what, for ratings?

ZALIS: Yes. I mean, most people at this point are thinking this can`t have been real. But now, Kim is saying she`s donating all the money from the gifts towards a charity, so at least she`s trying to make some amends there.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Maybe she should have given it all to charity from the beginning as opposed to waiting for this fiasco and then giving it to charity.

Well, Kim has some other man troubles, and it involves a madman who is not backing down. Oh, no. Jon Hamm sticking to his guns, sticking to the statements he made to "Elle U.K." basically calling Kim K an idiot and trashing reality TV.

OK. I buy that. Even after Kim fired back, calling him careless, he stayed strong. Watch what he told Matt Lauer this morning on the "Today" show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMM: I don`t think they were careless. I think they were accurate. But it`s just - it`s a part of our culture that I certainly don`t identify with. And I don`t really understand the appeal of it other than in a sort of car crash sensibility -

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Kelli, you sort of have to admire this guy for sticking to his guns, but here`s our next SHOWBIZ flashpoint, should Jon Hamm stop adding fuel to this feud with Kim?

ZINK: Yes and no. I mean, he is promoting "Mad Men," promoting other things he`s doing. It`s keeping him in the press. And does he even understand how much money reality TV generates?

Maybe if he did, then he wouldn`t look at it like a car crash, but maybe something that he would semi-want to get involved with. Maybe he could produce a reality show. He doesn`t have to necessarily star in one.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, what I don`t get, is this guy a Mensa member? Has he invented a cure for cancer? What exactly has he done that makes him the authority on who on television is an idiot or not an idiot?

He`s a good-looking guy. All right. I think we all agree on that one. Rachel Zalis, Kelli Zink, thank you so much. Kim and Kris might still be up to their ears in drama-rama.

But get this, tonight, another huge celebrity, Eva Longoria, says her recent breakup has left her feeling terrific about life. Really, I`m not kidding.

Also, why did Oprah Winfrey just give her network`s biggest star the axe? That story tops "The Buzz Today."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Oprah gives Rosie the axe. Oprah Winfrey just announced that Rosie O`Donnell`s talk show has been canceled. "The Rosie Show" debuted on Oprah`s OWN Network in October 2011.

And after months of poor ratings, Oprah decided to pull the plug, saying, "I thank Rosie from the bottom of my heart for joining me on this journey. I`m grateful to Rosie and the dedicated "Rosie Show" team for giving it their all.

The "Rosie Show`s" final episode will air on Friday, March 30th.

Eva`s post-split bliss. Eva Longoria may have just split from boyfriend, Eduardo Cruz, but the actress who just celebrated her 37th birthday told "People" magazine, "I feel very excited about my life and I`m excited about things to come. There are so many things on the horizon."

Eva recently announced she will serve on President Obama`s reelection campaign and will meet with the president this week in Washington, "I`m always nervous about meeting him. It`s the president of the United States. You should always get nervous."

Moving on to Cee Lo`s F-bomb shocker at a fundraiser for President Obama, of all people.

(MUSIC)

Ouch! You heard it right. Cee Lo decided to sing the uncensored version of his hit song while raising money for the president of the U.S. SHOWBIZ flashpoint, was Cee Lo way out of line? I mean way. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news tonight.

TEXT: Jessica Simpson celebrates baby shower with sister Ashlee, Jessica Alba and Ellen Pompeo. Kate Middleton delivers first public speech at Treehouse Children`s Hospice opening.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight, Cee Lo`s F-bomb drama-rama. Brand-new outrage after Cee Lo dropped the F-bomb at a fundraiser for President Obama. He was singing his song, yes, you know, the one at the Tyler Perry studios in Atlanta and he started with the uncensored version.

Then he flipped off the audience. Seriously? Who`s our SHOWBIZ flashpoint, was Cee Lo way out of line?

Want to bring back a good friend, Sean Kanan, of "The Young and the Restless." Sean, you`ve got to watch the tape of the Cee Lo F-bomb drama with me before you weigh in on this big debate.

I`ve got to say no matter how you feel, you`ve got to wonder what Cee Lo was thinking when he decide to flip off the audience at a presidential fundraiser. Watch this.

(MUSIC)

Was he way out of line?

KANAN: First of all, I have seen Cee Lo in concert and he`s fantastic. I love this guy. Look, come on, it`s truth in advertising. You know what you`re getting when you have this guy entertain.

I mean, the name of the song is - I mean, come on. It doesn`t take a brain surgeon to figure out what this guy`s going to do.

I think his fans are really just going to like him even more because it shows, look, having him entertain at the White House is like having Andrew Dice Clay entertain at a church social.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, with supporters like this who needs opponents?

KANAN: Absolutely.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: That`s what I have to say. Actually, some of Cee Lo`s own fans are turning against him after this F-bomb drama. One just tweeted this on his Twitter page, "You have no class at all. Very disrespectful tonight."

So yes or no answer, do you think this could hurt Cee Lo with his hardcore fans?

KANAN: No. I don`t think it will hurt him at all. I really don`t.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: You`re way too amused by this one, Sean.

KANAN: I think it`s great.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right. Well, Sean Kanan, thanks as always for your insight. You can pick up Sean`s amazing book, "The Modern Gentleman: Cooking and Entertaining with Sean Kanan," at bookstores everywhere.

Next, a wild blast from the past. Kim Kardashian`s mom shows off her new baby bump? It`s the dramatic picture of Kris Jenner that is being revealed for the first time in a quarter of a century.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Did you see this? A serious blast from the past. Kris Jenner outdoing her daughters` controversial pictures with this one. At least she`s proving she did it first.

Look at the snapshot of Kris Jenner topless showing off her massive baby bump. Her son, Rob, who just turned 25, and Kris posted the photo on her personal Web site as part of the celebration.

She wrote, "You`re the best son a mother could ask for." Aw, that is sweet. Now, Kris celebrated Rob`s big 25th birthday with the whole family in Las Vegas over the weekend. And as far as we know, everybody kept their shirts on.
