THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NISCHELLE TURNER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT HOST: I`m SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner on location at the Octomom`s house in California. A day after I broke the news that she would to porn to support her 14 kids, we`ve learned she`s filed for bankruptcy. And that porn deal may already be in place.

A.J. HAMMER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT HOST: Also on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, she`s here. Jessica Simpson has a girl. Details on one of the most anticipated celebrity births ever.

Beyonce`s baby confessions. Her stunner about not rushing to lose every single pound of baby weight.

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer with big news breaking tonight. We are back on location at the Octomom`s house with a porn shocker. The day after SHOWBIZ TONIGHT first broke the news, that Octomom Nadya Suleman is open to doing porn to support her 14 kids comes the news that a porn deal is apparently done.

And we`ve also just learned that the Octomom has filed for bankruptcy. It`s Octo-chaos, I tell you. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner is back on location at the Octomom`s home in La Habra, California. Nischelle?

TURNER: A.J., the shocking news that Octomom Nadya Suleman filed for bankruptcy has people wondering what`s really going on behind inside the walls here at her home. Well, I can tell you, because Nadya invited us in for an exclusive look just days before making her bombshell bankruptcy announcement.

(Begin video clip)

TURNER: How you doing? I`m Nischelle. Nice to meet you, Nadya.

NADYA SULEMAN, MOTHER OF 14: I do everything I can possibly do to take care of them to the best of my ability.

Everyone go outside. Come on. No, no, no. There`s people outside. I don`t want them to see you. And it`s not safe.

(End video clip)

TURNER: Nadya confessed to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT for the first time that this house where she`s been raising her 14 kids is in foreclosure. But it gets worse. She`s had so much trouble supporting her family, she`s had to go on food stamps.

(Begin video clip)

So hitting rock bottom was having to make that call to -- welfare?

Suleman: absolutely. Yes.

TURNER: And asking for help?

SULEMAN: Yes. Hundred percent.

TURNER: What is that like?

SULEMAN: You`ll never know unless you actually lived a day in my shoes.

No, get down. Who`s screaming? You cannot go in there. You`re in time- out. You crossed a boundary. We`re not allowed there.

There`s nothing I won`t do to take care of my kids.

TURNER: Sure. Because you realize -- you remember saying I will never --

SULEMAN: I won`t do anything -- well, because I`m so against all of this stuff.

TURNER: I would never go on welfare. I will never say --

SULEMAN: Well, food stamps, you either have to, because I cried making that call. And you know what? I`d do it again. But my goal is to get off this immediately. And that`s why. It`s like a catch 22. You`re damned if you do, damned if you don`t.

(End video clip)

TURNER: So just how bad is the Octomom`s financial situation. Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has obtained these documents that tell the story. In these filings, Nadya estimates her assets at somewhere between zero and $50,000. But her debts, well, they could go as high as $1 million.

(Begin video clip)

SULEMAN: This is beyond, beyond the most humbling experiences in my entire life. I never would have imagined my life unfolding or, you know, manifesting into something like this. I do. I regret -- I`m not going to get into that. I can`t do that. It`s not fair to my children.

(End video clip)

TURNER: So how is the Octomom going to get out of this financial mess? Her most controversial idea is one she rejected before. She broke news to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that she will do porn for the sake of her kids.

(Begin video clip)

SULEMAN: In regard to, i`ll never pose nude, you know what? If the opportunity comes up, I`m going to be the first -- I`m going to eat my words. All that matters is I take care of my family. It`s all that matters.

TURNER: What about the porn offer if that comes back?

SULEMAN: I will not touch another human flesh. I will -- then I won`t be eating my words there because that`s something -- that`s one thing I will never do.

TURNER: But porn doesn`t necessarily mean you do have something with something else.

Suleman: ok. Then if that`s then, if you want to call it porn, they call it porn. I don`t care. If it`s a job, and it`s a really well-paying job - -

TURNER: Adult film.

SULEMAN: If it`s a job and it`s a well-paying job, and it`s going to allow me to get us out of here and in a very safe, huge home that they deserve, I`m going to do it. I`ll do it.

Turner: ok.

(End video clip)

TURNER: The Octomom told me all of the pressure she`s under and not just financial but all the attention and the criticism makes her feel embattled.

(Begin video clip)

SULEMAN: It`s war. We have to win, right? Because we -- i`ve got 15 of us, that, you know, lives at stake. So I have to win the war. And I think at the end we`re going to survive. We`re going to -- we`re going to be beyond surviving. We`ll be thriving. And I think that in and of itself will be an inspiration, I think, for women, moms especially who are struggling with two, four, five kids.

(End video clip)

TURNER: There`s no doubt she`s got some major challenges ahead. Next up could be finding another place to live. Nadya told me she hopes to buy a new home for her family soon. But now that she`s filed for bankruptcy, getting a loan may be tough. A.J.?

HAMMER: So, Nischelle, Nadya told you that she`s now open to doing porn after years of saying that`s something that she would never do. And today we`re now hearing that she has a new offer. Tell us about that.

TURNER: Well, A.J., you know, TMZ is reporting today that Nadya has signed on with an adult entertainment company to do a video. You know when we talked she told me that she would think about doing porn only, though, if it didn`t include, in her words, touching another human flesh.

The good thing is, I don`t think she`s going to have to worry about that in this case because this new reported offer is apparently for her to do something -- I`m thinking about how to put this nicely, some sort of a solo effort. A.J.?

HAMMER: All right. Thanks, Nischelle.

And with me now from Hollywood, someone with a bit of history with the Octomom. Steve Hirsch who`s the head of adult film giant Vivid Entertainment which has made several offers to Nadya in the past and she turned them all down.

Hey, steve.

STEVE HIRSCH, VIVID ENTERTAINMENT: How`s it going?

HAMMER: Good. And appreciate your being here. I want you to set the record straight for us now. Is it your company Vivid that is paying the Octomom to do this reported solo porn movie?

HIRSCH: No, it`s not. It`s not us. As you know, we`ve made her several offers in the past. She`s turned them down. And I guess she found another place to make her first movie.

HAMMER: She`s had a change of heart, it appears, Steve. And yes, as you mentioned, you at Vivid have been pursuing Nadya for years now. I remember you once had put this $1 million offer out to her to star in a porn video and you recently dropped that price to $100,000. And you basically were saying, you know what? Octomom is no longer the same draw that she once was. Why is that?

HIRSCH: I think people have, you know, sort of tired of all of the octom stories. Initially people were really interested and I felt excited to potentially see a movie with her. But over the years, I think that`s waned a bit. There`s been a lot of negativity surrounding her. That doesn`t mean there aren`t some people who would be willing to pay to see her in a movie. I think this movie will do OK.

HAMMER: Yes, you were really fired up. I remember we spoke around the time that you were putting that offer out to her. And you genuinely thought there was a huge demand at that time.

HIRSCH: Yes, we did. And I still think at that point there was huge demand. But, you know, over the last several years, there have been so many negative stories written about her that, you know, I`m not sure that the same interest is there. But certainly there`s some.

HAMMER: And I know now, OK, that you had put that $100,000 offer out to her for some kind of a porn video. Does that offer remain on the table even though now of course you would be second to come to play?

HIRSCH: Well, I think it does for now. We`ll wait and see what happens with the solo video. That may increase demand. More likely decrease demand only because there`s already something out there. But as of now it stands. We`ll have to see what happens.

HAMMER: Do you hear from your customers? Do you hear from people who purchase your videos that they want to see Octomom? Do you guys get e- mails saying yes, we`d be interested if you get ahold of her?

HIRSCH: Less interest now than before. I think people will always be sort of fascinated by her and what she stands for. And who she is. But certainly we don`t see the interest that there once was.

HAMMER: But I -- I`m just fascinated by the fact, I mean do you actually get an e-mail, Steve, to your office that says hey, we would love to see the Octomom in a video? I mean do you actually see e-mail? Is that how people reach out to you with the things that they want to see?

HIRSCH: It is how people reach out to us. And we certainly have gotten hundreds of e-mails over the past few years from people saying that they`d like to check out a movie with her. Again, haven`t seen as many recently. But certainly there`s some interest there.

HAMMER: Well, you know, Nadya says now that she would only do porn -- this is what she told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT -- if she didn`t have to touch anyone else. So my question is, are you willing to make a porn with her for, say, 100 grand if that was the kind of film it would be?

Hirsch: no.

(Laughter)

HAMMER: Doesn`t meet your standard of what you think people want?

(Laughter)

HIRSCH: No. People would like to see an explicit movie with her. There`s no question about it. I think if she wants to make this movie, that she has the right to do that. In the past she said a lot of things. And ultimately they haven`t turned out the way that we all thought. Now she`s willing to make a solo movie. At some point she may be willing to make an explicit movie. I do respect the fact that she`s trying to take care of her family.

Hammer: and --

HIRSCH: And provide for her family.

HAMMER: And here`s the thing. Obviously she`s controversial. You know that people find the idea of porn controversial. And that`s not a secret to you. You can`t help but notice that Nadya changed her stance on porn only after she declared bankruptcy, went on food stamps, and had her house go into foreclosure. Some might think that in signing her to a porn deal now, a porn company is just taking advantage of a desperate single mom with 14 kids.

What would you say to that? I know it`s not your company that signed her in this case, but what would you say to that?

HIRSCH: I don`t know. I think if it`s something that she wants to do and she`s comfortable with it, then she should go ahead and do it. And that`s really the bottom line. It`s all about what she`s comfortable doing.

Hammer: well --

HIRSCH: In the past she hasn`t been comfortable making a movie. Now she is. We`ll see what happens.

HAMMER: We`ll see what happens, Steve. I`m sure you will be eagerly awaiting to see sort of how that all pans out and what kind of demand remains once this one if it does get done - gets done. All right, Steve Hirsch, thanks so much.

As we move on tonight, hey, are you like me? Did you hear the horns and horns sounding? Bells ringing in the streets today everywhere? The world welcoming Jessica Simpson`s little girl. I heard of it. It might have been in my head. Now Jess didn`t sell her story when she first revealed her baby bump. But will she demand top dollar for the coveted first photos of her daughter?

And Beyonce talking about her magical new post-baby body tonight. The mom`s stunner about not rushing to lose every single pound of baby weight.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Right now it`s your SHOWBIZ first look at "The Dark Knight Rises."

(Begin video clip)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Enough members of the Wayne family.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You don`t owe these people anymore. You`ve given them everything.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Not everything. Not yet.

(Begin video clip)

TERESA GIUDICE, "REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY": Listen. I have something to say. I know there`s been talk amongst all you guys regarding my book. It`s a family cookbook. And I didn`t write it to offend anyone. So whoever took offense to it, I apologize.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: That is "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice trying to make her piece with her family after she trashed them in her cookbook. She even messed with Caroline Manzo`s meatball.

Are you crazy, Teresa?

Teresa Giudice really gives new meaning to our SHOWBIZ reality check. Check this woman out. She apologizes for saying mean things about her fellow Jersey housewives in her cookbook. And then yes, we learn that she cashes in on her apology to them.

Also checking in what`s going on with Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers? Why in the world would he actually agree to star in a reality show with his bride Danielle? It can`t be about the money, can it?

With me now Omarosa Manigault, she`s the West Coast editor of "Reality Weekly."

Nice to see you, Omorosa.

OMAROSA MANIGAULT, WEST COAST EDITOR, REALITY WEEKLY: Good to see you, A.J.

HAMMER: So let`s get into it. We got to begin with the letter that Teresa sent to her fellow housewives with an epiphany of sorts. Let me read that to you now. She writes, "Things have gotten out of hand. I want to accept responsibility for the things I did wrong. I`m truly sorry. All of this drama seemed insignificant after I was exposed to people with real problems. I wish I could take it all back and start over."

Now Teresa is referring to her charity work that she did on "Celebrity Apprentice" basically saying yes, the experience doing that brought her back to reality about life and what`s important. But here`s the reality. Teresa was reportedly paid six grand to print up her apology in a magazine.

So Omarosa, are you buying Teresa`s epiphany or do you think she did it to pay the bills?

MANIGAULT: You know, A.J., I think this is Teresa`s new normal. She thinks it`s normal to write an apology letter and put it in a magazine. She has morphed herself into the queen of tabloids. I certainly talked to Teresa before she did "Celebrity Apprentice." She was a different woman than she is now. Something has certainly happened. And i`ll tell you something, if I had $6,000 for every person I have offended on reality TV, I`d have a million dollars.

(Laughter)

HAMMER: Yes. You know, no offense, Omarosa, but I`m not telling anything you don`t know, you`d have a lot of money in your bank right now. But things have changed for you as well.

And let me point out, by the way that Teresa --

MANIGAULT: There you go.

HAMMER: -- freely admits that she uses celebrity weekly magazines to make money to support her family. Watch this.

Manigault: absolutely.

(Begin video clip)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I just want to tell you that I love you and I heard about the whole thing with Joe and the DMV. If everything is OK, if it`s true. I love you regardless and I love your family. You`re always in my prayers.

GIUDICE: Thank you so much.

This is new for me. No one ever asks me anything personal. Especially about my husband. But for me, this is business. And the gossip magazines help me sell my cookbooks. And helps me support my family.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: She`s got a point. But do you think it could backfire on Teresa?

(Laughter)

MANIGAULT: She didn`t even know how to respond. This woman wasn`t a producer from the show. And when she asked the question, she just kind of froze. But I -- it certainly can backfire because she truly does love her family and she loves her friend. But she has done sometimes and sometimes you can`t repair the things that you`ve done. Take it from me.

Hammer: yes.

MANIGAULT: There are people who are still mad at me for things I did back in 2003 on my first reality show.

HAMMER: Yes, there are, Omarosa.

MANIGAULT: So you have to realize that --

HAMMER: Not me. Not me. Hey, listen, let me get your reality check on Kevin Jonas.

Manigault: sure.

HAMMER: This is his wife Danielle, shooting their own reality show for E!. Now they got married just two years ago. I guess I think it would be a great idea to invite the cameras in, but I can`t help but think of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lache`s reality show "Newlyweds." We know how that ended.

So do you think this is a bad idea or some good could come out of it.

MANIGAULT: You know, to your point, there hasn`t been a lot of success with newlyweds on television or with people who share their personal lives, their marriages on TV. But I have to say. There`s something different about the Jonas brothers. They`ve always done things a little different than everyone else. And even though I think it might be like watching paint dry, I think it`ll be a good show.

HAMMER: It`ll be interesting to see what happens. Omarosa Manigault, changed woman. I thank you. Always good to see you.

(Laughter)

HAMMER: We move on now to Bobby Brown`s candid new Whitney Houston`s confessions. Listen to this, speaking out for the first time since his ex- wife`s death. Does Bobby really think that Whitney died from only one night of drugs and not because of her long drug battle?

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is on location in California at the Octomom`s home.

(Begin video clip)

TURNER: Very quiet neighborhood where I actually hear birds chirping is exactly where the Octom lives. And if you looked at her house here in suburbia, you would never know all of the crazy phonetic energy that`s going on behind those doors.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: Like maybe the porn deal that could be in place for the Octomom or that she filed for bankruptcy? You never know what goes on behind closed doors, do you?

Time now for the SHOWBIZ buzz list. Here`s what the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s staff is buzzing all about this well. We`ll have the three brands, a multitude of hits. Jack White finally releases his first solo album, "Blunderbus."

We can`t wait to belly up to Bravo`s new show, "Around the World in 80 Plates." Curtis Stone and Cat Cora and it debuts next Wednesday.

We love being dictators. Download the dictator app and channel your inner Sascha Baron Cohen. Before the movie "The Dictator" comes our on May 16th.

If you`re not into dictators, maybe you want to star in your own horror adventure. With Spirit camera, "The Cure Memoir " for Nintendo 3DS.

The wait is over. "The Avengers" opens on Friday.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You ready for another bout?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why? Do you get sleepy?

(End video clip)

(Commercial break)

HAMMER: So who runs the world? J.Lo. Jennifer Lopez talks to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about her global tour. Find out which legendary actress just told us thanks but no thanks when it comes to Twitter. And instead of a Hollywood love triangle, well, Donald Trump is in a Hollywood feud triangle with Rosie O`Donnell. All the details coming down in the buzz today.

(Begin videotape)

HAMMER (voice-over): Trump jumps to Lindsay`s defense. In a brand new interview with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Donald trump is slamming Rosie O`Donnell all over again. This time he`s outraged about her comments about Lindsay Lohan needing to save herself. Donald revealed to me that Lindsay`s mom Dina called him because she was so distressed over Rosie`s remarks.

(Begin video clip)

DONALD TRIUMPH, REAL-ESTATE BILLIONAIRE: As far as I`m concerned Rosie is, you know, a pretty sick individual. And she`s a bully. And she always ultimately ends up losing. So I said don`t worry about Rosie, she`ll peter out. But it`s pretty sad when a mother calls me for help. You don`t bully somebody like Lindsay who obviously has some difficulty right now. Hopefully she`ll be fine.

HAMMER: Jennifer`s world domination. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there with Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias as they announced plans for a world tour during the press conference Monday. This will be J.Lo`s very her first world tour. And she says that she`s making it all about the fans.

(Begin videotape)

JENNIFER LOPEZ, SINGER: I want the fans to want to see, you know, the songs that you want to to see, the dances that they want to see.

HAMMER: The concerts kick off July 14th in Montreal.

Michelle`s Twitter bitterness. Don`t expect to be following Michelle Pfeiffer on Twitter any time soon. While promoting her new movie "Dark Shadows" Michelle revealed to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT why she refuses to join the social networking site.

MICHELLE PFEIFER, ACTRESS: i`ll never be on Twitter. Ever. Ever. Why -- first of all, I have better things to do than to follow other people`s behavior. OK? I`m -- OK. And the other thing is, I have no desire for people to know what I`m doing.

(End videotape)

HAMMER: Well, there you go.

Now to SHOWBIZ lineup. Here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Jessica Simpson`s baby is here, everybody. Will she cash in on baby pictures? Will she get top dollar like Angeline Jolie or keep the baby under wraps like Kate Holmes?

Ryan`s reality. Wait until you see this. Ryan O`Neil`s new book about Farrah Fawcett seems to be a hand-grenade. It is threatening to blow up this already damaged family.

(Begin video clip)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why`d you fail as a parent?

RYAN O`NEIL, ACTOR: Well, I wasn`t trained.

LEMON: Nobody is trained.

O`NEILL: Nobody is trained. So I found out. But these are not children anymore.

HAMMER: Ryan and Farrah, the good, the bad, and the ugly coming up.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

GRAPHICS: Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Saarsgard welcome baby girl Gloria Ray.

GRAPHICS: "The Hunger Games", "Bridesmaid" top MTV movie nominations with 8 each.

A.J. HAMMER, HOST (voice-over): Big news breaking tonight on "Showbiz Tonight." Showbiz baby bonanza. It`s a girl for Jessica Simpson. The showbiz (INAUDIBLE) to be will the mogul mom now cash in on her baby?

Bobby Brown speaks out for the first time about Whitney Houston`s death. The burning questions. Did Bobby get Whitney hooked on drugs or was it the other way around? Tonight Bobby`s jaw dropping new interview.

(End videotape)

HAMMER: Welcome back to "Showbiz Tonight." Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. Tonight showbiz baby bonanza. Yes, we waited and waited and we waited some more. But finally one of Hollywood`s most anticipated babies has been welcomed into the world. Today Jessica Simpson gave birth to baby girl Maxwell Drew Johnson. We`re all very excited here at "Showbiz." Shouting out a big congratulations to all involved in the process.

But now Maxwell is here and "Showbiz" is posing the burning questions that everybody wants answered. When and where will the very first pictures of Baby Maxwell emerge? Will Jessica, the mommy, pull an even bigger bundles of cash for her fashion empire now? Now let me bring in comedian Heather mcdonald who is an expert on these matters, and joins me in New York. And from Hollywood, actor, Sean Kanan, stars in CBS`s "The Bold and the Beautiful," is also the author of this fine book, "The Modern Gentleman." Great to have you both here.

Got to share all of the details about Baby Drew with everybody. Let`s put them out there. Baby Maxwell Drew Johnson coming in at nine pounds, 13 ounces. Big baby. 21 3/4 inches. Born this morning in a Los Angeles hospital. Now I don`t know about you. Watching at home, maybe at your office. But the producers here at "Showbiz" had a pool going as to when Jessica would give birth. Only one of our producers got it right. Natasha. She`s very wise when it comes to celebrity babies. Congratulations, Natasha. You win the lack of a prize.

Now Heather, is it me or does it seem like this has been quite possibly the longest celebrity pregnancy ever?

HEATHER MCDONALD, COMEDIAN: I believe she first announced she was pregnant in 2009.

Hammer: right.

MCDONALD: So it has - it`s amazing that the baby was born already six months old. But that is extremely large. But her fiance is a huge football player. So, you know, but that`s a huge baby.

HAMMER: (INAUDIBLE) the size of the baby.

MCDONALD: That`s a huge baby.

HAMMER: That`s a healthy baby.

MCDONALD: But, you know, it would have been better for her weight gain purposes if the baby was born at 30 pounds. But nine, she`ll lose it.

HAMMER: Although, it`s so funny. I`ve been defensive of the fact that people have been calling her fat while she`s pregnant which has been ridiculous. But she should be thrilled now. Look, i`ve got an enormous baby.

MCDONALD: She got an enormous baby and she has enormous real bobs. We know that because her father liked to comment on them. But they`re real boobs. You have real boobs and you get pregnant, they do get really huge. And so people will just (INAUDIBLE) I think we thought she was bigger than she was.

HAMMER: Sean, I`m not going to have you weigh on the baby weight but you`re like me. I remember you and I talked when Jessica Simpson first got pregnant three years ago. And now she`s just having the baby. But seriously didn`t it seem like it was particularly long?

SEAN KANAN, "THE MODERN GENTLEMAN": Yes, it does seem like an abnormally long gestation period, probably four years. First of all, A.J., good to see you and congratulations to Jessica. So I guess now the big thing is whether or not they can sell the photos of the baby?

HAMMER: Well, that`s the big question. Because of course Baby Maxwell is here. When do we get to see those first pictures? What are they going to do? Are they going to sell it? You know, the first photos of other celebrity babies have been gold mines. Let me show you what Jessica Alba told me about selling her baby`s picture. Watch.

(Begin video clip)

JESSICA ALBA, ACTRESS: For our family we just wanted to control the experience. And then we put the money that the picture made into a bank account for Honor to do whatever she wants to do with.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: That makes perfect sense to me. She sold her pictures. On the other hand you have celebrities like Beyonce who released pictures of Blue Ivy to the world without taking a cent. What do you think she should do? I think she should control it one way or the other just to control the chaos.

MCDONALD: I don`t think there`s anything wrong with when this is your job and you`re a celebrity and you can`t control anything, there`s anything wrong with selling them. I would love to get pregnant again just so I could exploit my baby and make some money for myself and get some free clothes.

HAMMER: It`s not exploitation.

MCDONALD: No. I think it`s fine. I want to see the baby. It`s probably really, really cute. And people buy the magazines and they want to see it. I don`t think there`s anything wrong with it. I think it`s nice to maybe give a portion to charity or something.

HAMMER: That`s exactly right.

MCDONALD: Or at least lie and say you give a portion to charity.

HAMMER: That also happens, I believe.

But the deal is, you know, first of all it`s going to be very interesting to see what she ends up doing. Reports are floating around that she couldn`t find any takers to buy her pregnancy announcement. But do fast forward right now, and Baby Maxwell is already the talk of the town. Everybody wants to see them. If she goes the route of other superstars, it could be major payday.

I mean look at these numbers - J.Lo and Marc Anthony, they reportedly got $6 million for their baby pictures. Angelina and Brad, $14 million for the twins. That money went to charity. Even Christina Aguilera, $1.5 million. Sean, how will Jessica do if she does try to sell? Could she possibly unseat Angelina for the top selling baby picture?

KANA: Unbelievable. No, I sincerely doubt that, A.J.. First of all, you know, Angelina, it`s not just Angelina. It`s Angelina and Brad. So Angelina is a big, big film star. You know, Jessica Simpson really I don`t think is quite on the same level as Angelina Jolie. She`s got a smaller audience given that she has a TV show as opposed to Angelina and Brad which are both film stars. And I think it comes down to simple economics. But she certainly could find quite a payday for herself.

MCDONALD: But twins should go for more than just one.

Hammer: right.

MCDONALD: But how much could you make if you actually really sold your baby like just really sold it? That`s what I would like to know.

KANAN: That`s an entirely different question, Heather.

MCDONALD: It`s a whole other episode of this show.

HAMMER: I need to ask you about this. Beyonce also making big news with something that she just said. Could we put up the pictures, Charles, of Beyonce who revealed to "People" magazine today that she`s in no rush to shed her pregnancy pounds. She`s not going to sell her pregnancy pounds. Not that she`s got anything to lose. But I think the fact that she`s saying "I`m not in such a rush to get rid of the baby weight," I think that sends a great message today.

MCDONALD: Yes, because it`s ridiculous. I mean these women come back looking like they get these tummy tucks. They all get C-sections, which I hate.

HAMMER: Scheduled C-section.

MCDONALD: Yes, because - then it gives women a bad name who actually had the babies come out of their vagina. Which mine is fine. But sorry can I not say that?

(Crosstalk)

MCDONALD: Well, I mean - (INAUDIBLE) it`s like a big taboo. (INAUDIBLE).

Then you get the tummy tuck while you`re there. That`s a lot (INAUDIBLE).

HAMMER: I see. So it`s like a package deal.

MCDONALD: Yes. I mean, it should take close to like a year actually for like your hips to come back to their shape.

HAMMER: Not in Hollywood.

MCDONALD: But not in Hollywood. Oh, come on. You know, she looks just as good now whatever (INAUDIBLE) baby.

HAMMER: Heather mcdonald, best of luck to both of you. And to me.

KANA: A.J., take care.

HAMMER: Well, there`s more big mommy news tonight. "Showbiz" on location at the octo-home. Yes, octo-mom Nadya Suleman broke big news exclusively to "Showbiz Tonight," she revealed that she would do porn to support her kids. Now, of course that news sparked a frenzy of headlines everywhere you look online today. And when "Showbiz Tonight" was inside the octo- home. Suleman was chasing her 14 kids around the house and there were toys everywhere. Basically octo-chaos.

But tonight "Showbiz Tonight`s" Nischelle Turner uncovers a very different side to the octo-home where the famed mother of octoplets live, the life that is, believe it or not, the picture of serenity.

(Begin videotape)

TURNER (on camera): So this neighborhood here in Orange County, California, is like the picture of suburbia. I mean look at the houses here, all of them are right in a row. They`re very nice. The lawns are manicured here. You would never know that this very quiet neighborhood where I actually hear birds chirping is exactly where the octomom lives.

And if you looked at her house here in suburbia, you would never know all of the crazy frenetic energy that`s going on behind those doors. You`d never even know she lived here except for this 15 seater passenger van that`s here in the driveway. But this is the area where she lives. It`s kind of a slice of Americana even though every one thinks her life is so crazy. This quiet neighborhood is what the octo-mom calls home.

(End videotape)

HAMMER: Wow (INAUDIBLE) neighborhood, really.

Brand new "Showbiz" star shockers we must get to tonight. Bobby Brown`s remarkable new revelation about Whitney Houston`s death. Why he says he is not to blame. Tonight Bobby Brown`s very first words since Whitney Houston died.

Another big star shocker tonight. Ryan O`Neil opening up about his public feuds with his own kids.

(Begin video clip)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why`d you fail as a parent?

RYAN O`NEIL, ACTOR: Well, I wasn`t trained. Nobody`s trained. So I found out. But these are not children anymore.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: Well, tonight Ryan O`Neal, Bobby Brown. We have two unbelievable star shockers revealed in two jaw dropping new interviews.

"Showbiz Tonight" on HLN, news and views.

Did you see "Dancing with the Stars" Maria Menounos got tens across the board? And she tells "Showbiz Tonight" what that was like.

(Begin video clip)

MARIA MENOUNOS: It`s just one of those things that you never expect to happen to you. Ever. Like we haven`t gotten a 10 all season let alone to get three 10s. I mean, it`s absolutely surreal. I`m, like, over the moon excited and happy.

(Begin video clip)

O`NEAL: I loved her more the last two years than I had ever loved her. And she was not well but there was just something so deeply profound about her. And proud.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What did you say to her?

O`NEAL: Forgive me. Forgive me, forgive me.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: Wow. A raw and emotional Ryan O`Neal on "The View" today opening up about her tumultuous relationship with the late Farrah Fawcett. That is not the only thing O`Neal reveals. You have got to hear what he says about his kids.

Welcome back to "Showbiz Tonight." And tonight the star shockers. We`re going to have more of Ryan O`Neal`s surprising revelations in just a moment. But first Bobby Brown`s Whitney bombshell. Bobby Brown giving his very first interview since the death of his ex-wife Whitney Houston.

And in a shocking new interview with "Today`s" show, Bobby Brown lashes out at the critics who have blamed him for introducing Whitney to drugs. And Brown also talks about their roller coaster marriage and both of their difficult battles with drugs. Watch what Brown just told Matt Lauer about getting past his demons.

(Begin video clip)

BOBBY BROWN, SINGER: Me being off narcotics for the last seven years, I felt that she was, you know - I didn`t know she was struggling with it still. But at the same time, you know, it`s a hard fight.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: So why have so many people pointed squarely to Bobby as the troublemaker in Whitney`s life? With me in New York is Megan Alexander, correspondent for "Inside Edition" and joining me from Hollywood tonight Sheryl Lee-Ralph, actress and author of "Redefining Diva, Life Lessons from the Original Dream Girl." Great to have you both here.

And Bobby really seemed to use their new interview to clear his name to all the people who blamed him for introducing Whitney to drugs. Here`s exactly what he said. "I didn`t get high on narcotics before I met Whitney. I smoked weed, I drank the beer, but no I wasn`t the one that got Whitney on drugs at all. It`s just unexplainable how one could, you know, say that I got her addicted to drugs. I`m not the reason she`s gone."

Now, look, none of us really know what happened. First in Whitney`s life. But Megan, do you think that Bobby Brown all along has truly been unfairly blamed for causing Whitney`s problems? We heard that from the very start once Whitney passed away.

MEGAN ALEXANDER, CORRESPONDENT "INSIDE EDITION": No, I really don`t. And I tell you what frustrates me the most about this interview, A.J.. This is typical of our society today. Wash my hands of it. I won`t take any responsibility. I wasn`t a part of things. You are the father of her child. You were married to her for how many years? You put your relationship on television on a reality show. Perfect strangers knew that Whitney Houston still had a problem. And he didn`t notice anything?

I just found - it was a bit frustrating. Then he brings out his children and they talk about what a wonderful father he was. It was too much Bobby Brown, not enough remembering Whitney Houston, honoring her and taking some responsibility.

HAMMER: Taking some responsibility. Yes, I don`t know. He obviously feels very strongly about this or just wants to move everybody past it. One thing that has me confused is when Bobby really seemed to suggest that Whitney`s long-time drug use wasn`t to blame for her death but that it was actually that one hit, that one tragic day that killed her. Here`s what Bobby said about that.

"It had to be that one because that`s all it takes. One hit, you know. It could definitely take your life away from you and unfortunately that was it." Sheryl Lee, is this plausible to you at all? Does it make any sense?

SHERYL LEE RALPH, ACTRESS: Let me tell you something. All of it makes sense to me. And it`s very, very difficult because I met the two of these people at the start of their career and the both of them were so immensely talented with such great promise.

But his first comment upset me in a way because what he said was "I wasn`t doing narcotics before I met her." So what? You`re trying to blame the one who is dead and cannot speak for themselves? In terms of it all being plausible, you could be a drug addict every day of your life, open your door, walk out and get hit by a car. So any number of crazy things can absolutely happen. But this is all just so sad. Only two people know what happened and one of them is dead.

HAMMER: Yes, no, so sad. And it remains sad. And there`s another showbiz star shocker that`s making some big news tonight. Ryan O`Neal`s regrets. Ryan`s making the press rounds right now. He`s promoting his new memoir "Both of Us." And during a new interview with "Today" he spoke about his children and their struggles with the law and drug addiction. Watch this.

(Begin video clip)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Were you a bad parent?

O`NEAL: Looks like it, doesn`t it? Sure looks like it. I suppose I was.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why`d you fail as a parent?

O`NEAL: Well, I wasn`t trained.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Nobody`s trained.

O`NEAL: Nobody`s trained. So I found out. But these are not children anymore, you know. At some point they have to take hold of their own existence.

(End video clip)

Hammer: ok. So he seems to take some kind of responsibility for being a bad parent but then he throws it back to the children saying "you know, what you`re adults." Three out of his four kids have struggled with drugs. One is now in jail, the others in rehab. And megan, as a parent, it seems he should own up to his part of whatever led his kids having big problems.

ALEXANDER: He absolutely should. And for some reason, you do feel a bit sorry for Ryan O`Neal because, A.J., it seems he is still processing Farrah`s death.

Hammer: sure.

ALEXANDER: It does not seem like he`s going through those stages of grief. And he goes back and forth. He seems to really share that he wants a relationship with his children but then he goes and airs more dirty laundry when they tell him not to and wonders why he doesn`t have a good relationship with his kids. I mean I think at some point, we want the man to fight his battle with cancer and do the best he can, but it just seems that he can`t get it together.

HAMMER: You want the right energy and you want the healing to hopefully come to a place of closure somehow for this family. Megan Alexander, Sheryl Lee Ralph, thank you both.

Tonight I`m one on one with the great Lady Antebellum. They have got such fantastic songs like "Need You Now," "Just A Kiss." Now they`re using their voices for very, very good. The fantastic country trio is about two weeks away from a huge benefit concert for Henryville High School in Indiana, a school that was recently devastated by tornadoes.

The band`s set to perform on the finale of one of the most popular shows on TV "The Voice." So when I caught up with Charles Kelly, Hillary Scott and Dave Haywood for a "Showbiz" newsmaker interview today, I had to ask them if they`d ever want to be a judge on reality singing shows.

(Begin video clip)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don`t know. That`s tough to say. Again, I think for us we`ve always kind of said we always just want to keep it about the band and just our music. And I think for us, I don`t know if we`d ever - we talked about that a couple OF times. I think we`d want to keep doing what we`re doing as long as we can, you know.

HILLARY SCOTT, "LADY ANTEBELLUM": I think the mentoring position is pretty cool because I just love the concept of people before you taking you under their wing and teaching you what they know. I mean not that we have much to teach, honestly, we`re so brand new. But I think the mentoring thing for like an episode or something would be really cool. But I don`t think - nothing could pull us away from touring right now. Honestly.

(End video clip)

HAMMER: So cool and so humble. Did you know, by the way, Hillary Scott was actually rejected from "American Idol" not once but twice? Lady Antebellum speaks to me about that and so much more on my full must-see "Showbiz" newsmaker interview tomorrow on "Showbiz Tonight."

Khloe going solo? Tonight, is Khloe Kardashian setting out into the reality world on her own without Lamar, without her sisters? "Showbiz Tonight" uncovers those details next. This is "Showbiz Tonight" no HLN news and views.

Jermaine Paul reveals his excitement to "Showbiz Tonight" about Lady Antebellum and Justin Bieber performing in "The Voice" finale next week.

(Begin video clip)

JERMAINE PAUL, CONTESTANT "THE VOICE": I`m a big Lady Antebellum fan. I love them. And I love, you know, of course, everybody loves Bieber. Got to love Bieber. And Flo Rida, he`s the man down in Miami, you know. I`d love to do a song with him one day.

HAMMER: Tonight is Khloe Kardashian going solo? Well, if you believe reports out today, yes, she is. Khloe is reportedly in talks of her own spin-off without her NBA hubby, Lamar Odom. But is that such a good idea? Well, "Showbiz Tonight" has brand new evidence today that another spin-off could actually mean trouble for the Kardashian franchise.

Joining me tonight from Hollywood is "Showbiz tonight`s" Kareen Wynter. So Kareen, first, Khloe and Lamar reportedly wanted out of the reality show. Now we`re hearing Khloe might go out on her own solo. What is the real deal here?

KAREEN WYNTER, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT": Well, A.J., you never know what the Kardashians are up to, right, when it comes to their reality franchise. Reports initially said that Khloe and Lamar, they wanted out of their reality show simply because Lamar wanted to focus on his troubled basketball career. Now TMZ reports that "E" wasn`t going to let Khloe get away so easily. The report says "E" wants another Kardashian spin-off similar to the one she did with her sister Kourtney. "E" did confirm to "Showbiz Tonight" that "Khloe and Lamar" has not been cancelled, we reached out to "E" again today about reports Khloe is getting her own spin-off but we have not heard back yet as of showtime tonight, A.J..

HAMMER: So, "E" wants to keep Khloe on the air somehow, but Kareen, I was noticing that the ratings for her show with Lamar not so great. So -

WYNTER: Not so good.

HAMMER: So really is it a great idea for "E" to try to spin off Khloe yet again?

WYNTER: Well, you know, it really depends on how you look at it, A.J.. I mean the Kardashian reality franchise is just unstoppable. But you`re right, there are signs people wouldn`t necessarily miss Khloe`s current reality show. In fact, when reports came out that Khloe and Lamar were abandoning their show, well we asked a "Showbiz Tonight" exclusive poll about how folks felt about this. 86 percent said they were glad it was gone, only 14 percent said they`d miss "Khloe and Lamar." So you got to wonder whether or not a new spin-off with Khloe would be worth doing, A.J..

My guess here is as long as the Kardashian cash keeps rolling in, there`s no stopping this family. They just keep following that green.

HAMMER: Keep the accountants happy. "Showbiz Tonight`s" Kareen Wynter. Thanks, Kareen.

All right. Move over Simon Cowell, here comes Naomi Campbell. One of the newest judges on a brand new reality competition show. But will she unseat Simon as reality TV`s big meany?

(Commercial break)

HAMMER: Model behavior? Well, if you`re a Naomi Campbell wannabe, put down your cell phone and get ready to face off with Naomi yourself. Don`t worry, this is a good thing. The Oxygen Network just revealed to "Showbiz Tonight" that it has given the controversial supermodel her own competition reality show. It`s called "The Face."

Naomi is going to be one of three coaches on the show. Oxygen says that Naomi will help in molding, nurturing and transforming contestants into big brand spokesmodels. Just don`t make her angry. There, I said it.

The network has not announced yet when the show will make its debut but I assure you, it would be fascinating.

And that is it for "Showbiz Tonight." Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. Remember you can catch "Showbiz Tonight" exclusively here on weeknights at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific right here on HLN.

Stay right here for "Dr. Drew." Drew is coming up next and tonight can a good mother also be a porn star. Ponder that. Dr. Drew talks to two porn star moms right now.
