A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Tonight, blaming Paris? Stars slam Michael Jackson`s daughter for tweeting about the Jackson family drama. Is it unfair to criticize Paris about making her family business public or is the Jackson family to blame?

(MUSIC)

Hello and thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. Tonight, the SHOWBIZ countdown of the most shocking celebrity snapshots. Stars who have taken the Internet by storm, posting the personal moments. Of course, in some cases, photographing personal moments that somehow get leaked online sparking all sorts of scandal.

Well, continue, Kim Kardashian, a former congressman, and Chris Brown all pitted against one another. They`re competing for the top spot in tonight`s SHOWBIZ countdown.

But first tonight, blaming Paris? The Jackson family feud heats up tonight as a music icon calls out Michael Jackson`s 14-year-old daughter, saying Paris needs to lay off Twitter and keep the family`s drama quiet.

Meanwhile, Jermaine Jackson, who reportedly helped instigate the Jackson family feud, is now promising peace in our time, that the Jackson family will, in fact, heal.

But with new reports of more bitterness, healing this famous musical family may not be as easy as one, two, three.

So here`s the deal. Fourteen-year-old Paris Jackson arguably was the one who blew the lid off the whole Jackson family drama when she repeatedly tweeted that her grandmother, and of course, her guardian, Katherine Jackson, had gone AWOL.

And that led to that infamous Jackson family smackdown surveillance video that we saw last week. And we`re looking at it now. Paris` superstar aunt, Janet, is trying to take away Paris` cellphone. The two reportedly exchanged some pretty nasty names.

Well, now, singing legend Gladys Knight is going after Paris with some pretty harsh words of her own. She was on CBS` "The Talk." And Gladys said that Paris needs to respect her elders. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GLADYS KNIGHT, SINGER: I`m from the south and I was raised in that southern way, you know. You have to understand, what, Paris is 14?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

KNIGHT: How old is Janet? Who`s the one to try to direct the other one here, you know? And I would think it`s a good thing that she lets Paris know who she is. She is a Jackson.

She shouldn`t be putting her business out. People read into that whatever they want to read into that part. They get the drama. She`s just trying to protect her in a way, you know.

But if she called me that, she wouldn`t have no teeth. That`s the way we were brought up.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s right.

KNIGHT: You respect your elders.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Respect your elders and watch your teeth apparently. Look, a lot of people do agree with Gladys, that Paris went a little too far in tweeting all the family business to her 700,000 followers.

Joining me right now is CNN political analyst, Roland Martin. He`s been breaking all kinds of news in the Jackson saga. Also with me tonight, in New York, celebrity publicist, Marvet Britto of the Britto Agency.

HAMMER: And Roland, let me start with you on our SHOWBIZ flashpoint. Is it fair to criticize Paris Jackson for tweeting about the Jackson family drama?

ROLAND MARTIN, CNN POLITICAL ANALYST: Remember, what Gladys Knight was talking about was the video of the interaction that took place between Paris and Janet Jackson.

And so what we do not know - all we saw was the video. We didn`t actually hear the audio, what actually led up to that. But I do think it is important to emphasize that she is 14.

You made a great point - 700,000 followers. This is for somebody who`s not a singer, who`s not an actor, frankly, who hasn`t done anything other than simply being Michael Jackson`s daughter.

And so I do believe it`s important to keep controls on children who are out there on Twitter saying all kinds of different stuff, but also who`s influencing her as well. That is extremely important. We have to have some kind of family control.

HAMMER: Yes. Yes. And we know there`s been a lot of lack of control at least as this drama has played out. Like Gladys Knight, you have Star Jones who also thinks that the Jackson children should be seen and not heard.

I want to read what Star tweeted about Paris Jackson. She said this, "Somebody please take Paris Jackson`s phone. She`s a child, so stop it."

She goes on to say, "I have eight aunts and if I was tweeting our family info that`s being used for tabloid fodder only, they`d check me with a quickness."

Marvet, what do you think? To our SHOWBIZ flashpoint, is it fair to criticize Paris Jackson for tweeting about the Jackson family drama like this?

MARVET BRITTO, CELEBRITY PUBLICIST: Well, I think it`s fair to criticize her because she is a child and Janet is her aunt. But I think what we really need to be looking at is why this child, who was incubated and sequestered media, is using a public platform to express personal family feelings and personal feelings.

And it seems to be an outcry. So I think people should not really focus on what she did, but why she did it.

HAMMER: Yes.

BRITTO: There`s a seemingly a lack of parental guidance, and seemingly someone who can influence and speak into Paris` life or heart. That`s what we should be focused on right now.

MARTIN: Right.

HAMMER: And clearly, circumstances that got out of control and went too far. And she obviously felt she had nowhere else to turn. And that to me is the really scary part of this whole equation.

But it`s not just Paris, of course. You also have her older brother, Prince Jackson. He`s been tweeting as well. He`s 15 years old. He went on his Twitter account and accused some of his aunts and uncles of keeping him away from his grandmother.

Now, Roland, regardless of what you may think about the teens tweeting about the family drama, there is no denying this played a major role in making this story very public.

MARTIN: Well, again, these tweets and also the statements from Jermaine and Randy and the letter and all this, the missing persons report, all that sort of stuff - I mean, this is truly a reality show that is real, a dysfunctional family.

You know, and what is needed here, you need somebody in this family who is an adult to finally say enough is enough. Unfortunately, you clearly don`t have the respect of Joe Jackson by anybody.

You have Katherine Jackson, 82 years old, trying to control all of this. I think what is needed is to have a family meeting where you sit down and you say, "First of all, everyone shut up. I`m making decisions. You`re not getting any money. You`re not getting any money. You`re a child. And this is how we`re now operating. Because what you have now is a family that is totally out of control and nobody in control.

HAMMER: Yes. And I really, really hope for the kids` sake they don`t look back and regret what they`ve done at some point because it seems like they`re being set up to do that by having gone so public with this.

But after the bitterness of last week, today the Jackson family is trying to show some degree of unity. I don`t know that they`re all sitting down together and saying shut up like you suggest, Roland.

But Katherine Jackson announced that she`s sharing guardianship of Michael Jackson`s three kids with her 34-year-old grandson, T.J. Jackson.

A lot of people seem to be in favor of that. And speaking of unity, over the weekend, Katherine and Michael`s three kids attended the Jackson Brothers unity concert in California.

And during the show, Jermaine actually talked about the recent family drama. Let`s watch that together.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JERMAINE JACKSON, MUSICIAN: Family is very important. Very important. We all have families and we`re a family. And sometimes it seems to get complicated, sometimes because we`re all the same but we don`t think the same.

But whatever happens and whatever has been said, we`re one. The Jackson family is one. And we`re one family. And we will heal. I promise you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. See, I think he had no choice but to address that at the concert. So here you have, you know, Jermaine up there on stage receiving loud applause as he promises that the Jackson family is going to heal after all this bitter drama over the last few weeks.

Roland, let me come back to you on this, because you have tons of sources inside the Jackson family. Based on what you`re hearing, is the family really in healing mode right now?

MARTIN: No, no, hell no. They`re not. I mean, what you have here is still a battle dealing with money, dealing with control. That`s what you have here.

And so the folks I`ve talked to, they say obviously with the guardianship, the ruling on Thursday, that`s in place. But the bottom line is you still have lots of drama. You still have hurt feelings.

And what you`re dealing with, frankly, if we want to be honest, is a brother Michael Jackson who was financially supporting a number of family members.

HAMMER: Yes.

MARTIN: And now that he is dead, that spigot has been turned off. And so I think the grown people who keep begging for money - they need to get a job. It`s time to grow up.

HAMMER: Yes.

MARTIN: What Jermaine Jackson should have said was, "As the oldest in this family, I am not going to keep contesting this estate. I am going to lead the family as the older child," as opposed to saying, "We are one." They are not one.

HAMMER: Oh, Roland. Roland, wouldn`t that be nice? Got to leave it there, guys. Roland Martin and Marvet Britto, I thank you both so much.

Well, tonight, we move on to the anatomy of a scandal. Why would Kristen Stewart cheat on Robert Pattinson in public? Did her apology actually do more harm than good? Well, tonight, SHOWBIZ is blowing the lid off of how Kristen Stewart could have kept her scandal under control.

And Demi Moore`s iconic toothless TwitPic was one of the first Twitter shots to ever grab national attention. So will SHOWBIZ TONIGHT name Demi`s famous toothless pic the most shocking star snapshot ever? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is counting down shocking celebrity snapshots you have got to see, coming up. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Olivia Munn is beautiful, famous and afraid of people? The bombshell beauty just revealed that she suffers from so much anxiety she actually rips out her eyelashes.

It`s a disorder known as trichotillomania. The HBO newsroom star tells "The New York Daily News" she`s also afraid of having a baby.

Here`s what she says, "I have this huge fear of something happening to a child of mine. What if I`m not a good parent and my child turns out to be a jerk? Like I need more anxiety in my life."

Coming up, the latest in the Colorado shooting tragedy. James Holmes is charged with murder.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Today, the suspect in the Colorado shooting rampage was formally charged with the murders of 12 people in an Aurora movie theater during the opening night of "The Dark Knight Rises" just two weeks ago.

Unlike his first hearing, this time, there were no cameras allowed in court today. So where there any surprises?

Joining me now LeVar Burton, who has been teaching children on the award- winning "Reading Rainbow" on PBS for over two decades. And LeVar also has this terrific new PSA that deals with Colorado tragedy. It`s good to have you back here, LeVar.

Also joining me from Miami, criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor, Mark Eiglarsh.

All right, guys. A lot of charges filed today in court. I want to run them down for you. First of all, Colorado prosecutors formally charged James Holmes with 24 counts of first degree murder, 116 counts of attempted murder.

And he is charged with one count for possession of explosives classified as a felony. As police claim when they tried to enter Holmes` apartment, it was booby-trapped.

Mark, I want to start with you. Any surprise about the number of charges that were filed today?

MARK EIGLARSH, CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY: I think so. Typically, you don`t have prosecutors charging both theories. The premeditation and then a separate theory would be extreme indifference to human life.

I guess the thought is that there may be some juror, I guess, or jurors with defects in character that can`t see that this was clear premeditation.

So just in case, let`s have an alternate theory that anybody who goes into a crowded theater and begins shooting commits an act that has such extreme indifference to human life that you could find him guilty under either theories.

HAMMER: OK. And there were no cameras in court today. And for those families who don`t even want the killer`s name uttered on TV, I`m betting that that was actually relief not to have the suspect`s face plastered all over TV during the hearing.

The aunt of victim Ashley Moser, whose six-year-old daughter died in the shooting, told HLN today why she felt that she needed to be in the courtroom. Let`s watch that together.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARY ELLEN HANSEN, AUNT OF ASHLEY MOSER, VICTIM OF COLORADO SHOOTING: It was very important to come in and see him as who he was. And there was a lot of anger that anybody had the right to do something like that.

And I just wanted to have the opportunity to really watch his gestures, to get a sense of the type of character he was, to study him as much as I could.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow. I mean, I can`t even imagine what she`s going through. You just hear the raw emotion in her voice. LeVar, you`ve said we need to do more to focus on the victims. What in your mind needs to be done at this point?

LEVAR BURTON, HOST, "READING RAINBOW": I think the judge having barred cameras from the courtroom this morning is a great step in the right direction.

Look, I`m not a criminologist. I don`t profile criminals for a living by any stretch of the imagination, but it does seem that all of the experts agree that part of the motivation is some sort of fame.

And to deny him that just makes sense, and it certainly does ease the healing process of the families of the victims to not continually see this man`s name glorified and repeated again and again and again. So no cameras.

I think the news media just calling him the shooter, not even kyroning(ph), you know, during the news reports, the guy`s name. All serves to minimize the repeated pain that the families go through every time they hear this guy`s name uttered.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, again, it`s just hard to imagine what anybody involved with this is going through. We learned that one of the mothers of one of the victims, 32-year-old, Rebecca Wingo, is planning to sue the movie theater on the basis that the theater didn`t have an alarm on the emergency doors.

That`s how the shooter got into the theater. Mark, in your mind, how plausible is a lawsuit like this in the eyes of a judge?

EIGLARSH: You know, I shake my head at something like this. First, obviously, I feel for the victims. You just knew the civil lawsuits were coming. The door - an alarmed door would have prevented this? Armed security guards?

Yes, in theory. And then, we`ll pay, what, $500 a ticket to get into the theater. At some point, we have to accept that this guy could have committed this abhorrent tragic act regardless, and nothing would have prevented it.

HAMMER: Well, we continue to wish our best and send our thoughts and prayers out to the families involved. LeVar, Mark Eiglarsh, appreciate you both being here. Thank you so much.

As we move on, wait until you see this young woman. She opened for Elton John. She`s now taking the world by storm and she`s 13.

(MUSIC)

Her name is Tallia Storm. And thanks to Elton John, she`s a star in the making. How was she discovered by the music legend? Tallia is right here revealing her unbelievable story, next.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Would you believe that voice and that face both belong to a girl who`s just 13 years old? Tallia Storm is on the brink of worldwide fame. It`s all thanks to a call - well, thanks to that voice of course and thanks to a call from Sir Elton John.

What did it take for Tallia to get Elton`s attention? She`s here to tell us this unbelievable story tonight. Tonight, a star in the making.

Now, imagine, if you will, being on vacation and suddenly being discovered by none other than Sir Elton John.

That is exactly what happened to 13-year-old Tallia Storm. And now, she is taking the world by storm opening for Elton in Scotland and she`s even been dubbed the tiny chancer by the press in the UK.

Tonight, Tallia reveals her incredible story of chance overnight success. Tallia joins me here in New York. It`s so great to meet you.

TALLIA STORM, SINGER: Thank you.

HAMMER: I`m excited for you. Your energy is terrific. Your voice is unbelievable. But you have to take me to Hawaii where you were on vacation, a simple family vacation that changed your life forever because Elton John happened to be at the same place you were. What happened?

STORM: Well, you know, some may say it`s all led by fate, which it kind of was, because my grandfather took us away to Hawaii at Christmastime.

And he got ill at the end of the holiday, so we had to extend the holiday by two days. And our hotel was fully booked so we had to change hotel. So we changed hotel and we only had two days there.

And my dad spotted Elton John, his partner and their baby in the lift. And that was kind of neat, so we hoped to see Miranda Hotel, but you know, we never did.

And the next day, we`re having breakfast and it was actually the day we were leaving, and two tables away from us was David Furnish, sitting having -

HAMMER: Elton`s partner.

STORM: Elton`s partner having breakfast with his friend.

HAMMER: Wow.

STORM: And we`re like, "Oh, my goodness," because it was just so surreal, especially because I`m from Glasgow. So I ran up to my room, got a quick demo and a quick note on hotel paper, put it in an envelope and came back down.

And I thought, what is there to lose. When are you ever going to be in the same place as Elton John`s partner, right? Let alone Elton is probably upstairs in his room.

And I went over to him and I said to my little brothers, "This is `Bennie and the Jets`` partner," because they listen to the song, "Bennie and the Jets." And so the next day, my mobile rings. I`m going through security in San Francisco airport. And it`s Elton John.

HAMMER: Elton John on the phone calling for you.

STORM: I know.

HAMMER: All right. Now, I know it was a little rough because you were going through security. But ultimately, you got to talk to him. What did he say to you?

STORM: Well, he said to me he loved my signature. He was talking and naming about my songs as though he heard them on the radio a million times.

He was telling me he played the songs at sound check in Honolulu football stadium and let his whole band listen to the songs. And he said he loved my signature and he said that, you know, if we play the cards right, I`m going to be around for a long, long time.

And I just have to know how to stick my ground. Before you know it, he asked if I wanted to support him in Scotland.

HAMMER: Amazing. Well, having listened to your music, I think he`s on to something. And you promise you`ll stay grounded?

STORM: Yes. Yes, I will.

HAMMER: Promise me you`ll come back when you have your first number one song? It`s a deal?

STORM: If you`ve met my mother, you would stay grounded, OK? You would.

HAMMER: OK. Good to know. Absolutely.

STORM: Yes.

HAMMER: We expect that from you. Good luck.

STORM: Thank you very much.

HAMMER: What a lovely poised young woman. Best of luck to you, Tallia. And for more on Tallia`s rising career, make sure you check her out on Facebook. You can also follow her on Tallia_Storm on Twitter. Best of luck to you.

STORM: Thank you very much.

HAMMER: How cool. Moving on now. If Kristen Stewart is making big mistakes as (UNINTELLIGIBLE). She was caught on camera cheating on Robert Pattinson. The public apology gone wrong. So what could she have done right in a scandal gone terribly wrong?

Well, tonight SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reveals the anatomy of the "Twilight" star`s massive cheating scandal. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, anatomy of a scandal. SHOWBIZ goes inside the K. Stew cheating scandal just as Robert Pattinson appears to be going solo. New details tonight about how Kristen Stewart got busted on camera. Why she made that bizarre public admission. SHOWBIZ is inside Hollywood`s most explosive scandal.

Plus, Demi Moore`s famous toothless tweet. Remember when she used to tweet pictures of absolutely everything before her split with Ashton Kutcher?

Well, tonight, Demi`s jaw-dropping toothless shot is competing to become the most shocking celebrity snapshot of all time. It`s the SHOWBIZ countdown, shocking celebrity snapshots. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.

(MUSIC)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks for watching. And tonight, moving on. A U-Haul truck was spotted outside the Los Angeles love nest Robert Pattinson shared with his "Twilight" girlfriend, Kristen Stewart.

Now, this comes just days after Stewart was caught on camera making out and cuddling in public with her married "Snow White" director, Rupert Sanders.

Tonight, we are getting the inside story behind the scandal, the timing of the caught-on-camera tryst, the apology, and of course the explosive backlash that is still causing havoc for Stewart and her career.

So how did the whole ugly mess go from a kiss to the cover of a major magazine?

With me from Hollywood right now, somebody who knows, Marc Malkin, senior editor and columnist for E! Online. Here in New York is Marvet Britto, celebrity publicist and president of the Britto Agency.

So Kristen and Rupert were caught on camera. They were busted by photographers making out. This is all the way back on July 17th. But "Us Weekly" didn`t publish the photos and the story until July 24.

Now, Marc, as the editor of E! Online, you know how these things work. Can you give us some insight into what could possibly have been going on behind the scenes during that entire week between the magazine and Stewart`s reps?

MARC MALKIN, SENIOR EDITOR AND COLUMNIST, E! ONLINE: It`s called money. It`s all about money. A photographer wanted the most money he could possibly get from this.

Obviously, these are hot photos. And at the very last minute the reps are called, saying, "Guess what? We have photos of Kristen cheating on Rob. Do you want to comment?" And they just had to keep this thing secret for that long.

HAMMER: Wow. Can you imagine getting a call as a publicist like that? Well, let me ask somebody who probably has gotten those calls before. Marvet Britto, as a celebrity publicist, I mean, what goes through your mind?

What do you do when you`re Kristen`s publicist and you get a call about these photos and then you have to start to manage this major PR crisis? I wouldn`t even know where to begin.

BRITTO: Well, where you begin is at the truth. You call your client and you ascertain what took place. And then you craft an apology or a statement to really mirror what took place.

The key is to not run from the truth and come in a proactive way with your offense rather than defense. And I think she was very crafty in her statement. Her statement was very transparent.

She apologized to her boyfriend, apologized to anyone who was hurt. And I think that she`ll be able to move past this very easily.

HAMMER: And did it in a very timely fashion, which was probably also important, because first, we had the pictures and the apologies came right out the very next day after the story broke.

Both Kristen and Rupert Sanders quickly issued those apologies. I`ve got to say it feels to me like Kristen and her people kind of threw up the white flag knowing, "You know what? These are photos. We don`t have leverage."

I mean, Marc, why do you think the apologies happened so quickly particularly with Kristen Stewart, who, as we know, even after four years together, barely ever confirmed she and Robert Pattinson were a couple?

MALKIN: It`s exactly what you said. Here are the photos. We have no choice but to say "We`re guilty. I did it. I`m sorry. Let`s move on."

And remember, she`s only 22 years old. So boom, she admitted it. Like every 22-year-old out there, we all did really bad, embarrassing things. We`re just not world famous and they weren`t on tape.

But Kristen did a very smart thing. She got rid of the elephant in the room.

HAMMER: Yes. And to Marvet`s point it seems like she did it right. She said she was sorry for the "momentary indiscretion" as she called it. She professed her love for Robert. That does not seem to have kept the relationship together as far as we can tell.

Some people though say that`s not enough and she should actually apologize to Rupert Sanders` wife. Let`s listen to what the ladies of "The View" think about that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SHERRI SHEPHERD, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": I hope she went and apologized to his wife, because she caused that - as you saw from that thing.

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Apologizing to the wife doesn`t mean jack.

SHEPHERD: I think if you get to talk to the woman, not that it is closure and not that it will make it better, but if a woman can be a woman and call you and tell you -

ELISABETH HASSELBECK, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": I think she`ll pull her hair out.

(CROSS TALK)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. So Marvet, it seems that you think it was a classic textbook well-done apology on Kristen Stewart`s part.

Do you think it was strategy that she didn`t apologize to Rupert`s wife? Or do you think it was a miss?

BRITTO: I don`t think it was a strategy. I think it could have been a miss. But to say all involved - we don`t know how many people were involved, who she or he may have considered affected by this. Children, parents, et cetera. So I think the inclusive "all involved" was a very smart and crafty strategy.

HAMMER: And it is so much more damaging that there are photos of this tryst. But there are reports out there today that are suggesting that Kristen and Rupert only kissed, that they didn`t actually have sex.

I`m not sure that many people would buy that. But OK, Marc, assuming that to be true, do you think that changes the severity of the scandal?

MALKIN: I don`t think it really changes it. I mean, the whole thought about whether or not they had sex is just bizarre to me. Who was in the bedroom? Who knew? Where`s the proof?

I think the thing is she cheated on probably one of the most famous men in the world. That`s what it`s all about. Whether she kissed him or they went into bed together, it doesn`t matter. I don`t think it, you know, lessens it. It`s just she still cheated.

HAMMER: Yes. And again, it doesn`t appear that Robert is sticking around. OK. So the pictures are out. The apologies are done. So what now? How should Kristen handle the aftermath?

Well, as you know, there`s been anticipation for the next "Twilight" movie "Breaking Dawn II." A lot rides on this young woman. Let`s watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KRISTEN STEWART, ACTRESS: After 18 years of being utterly ordinary, I finally felt I could shine. I was born to be a vampire.

ROBERT PATTINSON, ACTOR: You`re so beautiful. We`re the same temperature now.

TAYLOR LAUTNER, ACTOR: I didn`t expect you to seem so you.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: I have to report a crime. The Cullens, they`ve done something terrible.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s my daughter.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. The movie looks amazing, not surprisingly. Robert and Kristen obviously have terrific chemistry. We`ve seen that before on screen and off.

But the damage is done again. Robert appears to be moving on. It does seem to me that the scandal could actually drive up interest in the "Twilight" film.

Marc, are you with me that it`s actually only going to end up helping the film in the future? Or are people really going to have a hard time seeing these two as a couple knowing what happened?

MALKIN: Here`s the deal. They never admitted they were a couple to begin with, so whether they`re broken up or together, they`re not going to talk about it the next time they have to do promotion for the next "Breaking Dawn" movie.

Also, the fans are so loyal to this franchise. They`re going to go no matter what. If you like Kristen you`re going to go. If you don`t like Kristen they`re going to go.

HAMMER: But they`re freaking out online, Marc. I mean, you`re reading the same stuff that I am. I mean, these fans are - they`re hard core fans of Kristen and the movie and they`re furious with her.

MALKIN: They`re furious with her, but I don`t - these are young fans. I don`t think it means, "I`m going to boycott the movie." They want to see this movie. They love Edward and Bella together no matter what`s going on in real life.

HAMMER: Marvet, smartest thing Kristen can do now moving forward, because you don`t seem to think this is going to damage her in the long-term.

But there are people saying, oh, she`s a bit of a pariah in Hollywood now. I mean, she met both Robert and this director on movie sets and apparently hooked up on some level with both of them.

BRITTO: Well, she`s not the first one to fall in love with someone she`s worked with and she`s certainly won`t be the last. And chances are she met her boyfriend while they were working.

So I don`t think people are going to read too much into it. I think they`re going to let her live her life. She`s young and who hasn`t made mistakes in love?

HAMMER: But if Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were never actually together because they never actually admitted it, then what is this all about anyway? It`s all love and games and war in Hollywood. All right. Marvet, Marc, it`s great to see you both. Thanks so much.

As we move on, "Playboy" is making history. Hugh Hefner just picked a playmate that is an all-time first for the magazine. Wait until you see this. We`re going to show you how Hugh and "Playboy" are breaking new ground.

Plus, do you remember this embarrassing picture of former Congressman Anthony Weiner? It ended his career in Washington when it leaked.

It could end up being in the number one spot on our list of the most shocking celebrity pictures in history. It`s the SHOWBIZ countdown tonight, shocking celebrity snapshots. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SHERLYN CHOPRA, FIRST INDIAN PLAYBOY PLAYMATE: He did find me promising, and that is the reason why he chose to give me an opportunity to shoot for his iconic magazine and to have me as a guest at his mansion.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You are looking at Bollywood star, Sherlyn Chopra. That`s the first Indian woman to ever pose as a "Playboy" play mate. Hugh Hefner says she`s going to appear in the November issue.

Here`s the kicker - "Playboy" is actually banned in India. People can`t get the magazine there, but apparently, they can still get to it and see it on the Internet. Oh, the Internet.

Well, that playboy photo stunner leads us to tonight`s SHOWBIZ countdown, the most shocking celebrity snapshots. Tonight, you`ve got to watch this. We are counting down the top five eye catchers, but which quite possibly could be number one?

We`re kicking off our countdown at number five, 25-year-old pop singer, Kesha, best known as the party girl rocker who brought us this hit.

(MUSIC)

Now, we got that in your head for the night, the party has also become known as the potty girl after she stooped to a new low tweeting out this photo back in April of herself squatting and urinating on a California street.

Along with the photo, she posted this message. She said, "Pee pee on the street. Popo, come and get me if you can find me. I blame traffic."

Let`s bring in our panel tonight. They`re chomping at the bits to get to our countdown. Comedian Kevin Brown, who stars on NBC`s hit comedy, "30 Rock." He`s here with us, along with Amanda Seales, host of MTV`s "Hip-Hop POV."

Let`s face it. Kesha always comes off as a performer who lets it all hang out. Kevin, we`ll put aside anybody accusing her of being classy. But do you think she was just trying to fuel the bad girl image? Or do you think she just had to go?

KEVIN BROWN, COMEDIAN: So which one is Kesha? That`s the dirty one right? She looks dirty all the time. She looks like you go to her concert and you just need to wash, so this fits right in with her profile. I love it.

HAMMER: It`s fit in with her profile. So Amanda, do you think she maybe had trigger-happy Twitter fingers putting this out there? Or was it very intentional? Or is this just who she is?

AMANDA SEALES, HOST, "HIP HOP POV": I think it`s all of those things. She was intentionally being who she is on Twitter, which is, "I`m Kesha, kind of crazy, dirty. I don`t wash my hair and that`s my thing. And now, I pee in the street."

HAMMER: And people wonder why I like eating al fresco like sitting on the sidewalk cafes. Kesha is the reason, but not the only celebrity tweeter that has us scratching our heads.

At number four, Chris Brown tweeted this photo just last month of a huge gash in his face after a reported bar brawl with fellow rapper, Drake.

Now, a lot of people catching a glimpse of that photo were saying online, "Really, Chris?" Come on. He later deleted the photo from his Twitter account. There are still lawsuits pending over what happened at that club.

But let`s move on from that and get to number three on our countdown of the most shocking celebrity snapshots. Kim Kardashian posted this photo of herself back in January, as Kevin moves closer to the monitor to get a good eyeful.

Yes, she is wearing a teeny-weeny string bikini. Of course, it wasn`t the first snapshot Kim posted of herself in a bikini. I`m sure it won`t be the last.

It came with this message. She texted "#2sexy2tweet I am a lot more insecure than people would assume, but with little stupid things. When I get dressed, I`m always so indecisive."

OK. What do you think? Is she sharing too much here, Kevin? I`m hearing a no, coming from you.

BROWN: Of course, she`s not sharing too much. This is more than she`s ever worn in anything we`ve ever seen her in. She did the "Playboy."

She did the wonderful home video with Ray J that I have a subscription to, so this is great. I love this.

HAMMER: All right. So you don`t accuse of her being guilty of oversharing.

BROWN: No, no, no. This is under-sharing.

HAMMER: Under-sharing. You would like some more?

BROWN: Yes.

HAMMER: I got it.

BROWN: Let the thing pop out. You know -

AMANDA SEALES, HOST, "HIP HOP POV": Wow.

HAMMER: May I have a woman`s perspective on this, please, Amanda Seales?

SEALES: Well, this is Kim. Kim really created oversharing, honestly. I mean, that`s the whole Kardashian way, you know? Her boobs look fake though in this picture.

BROWN: They look wonderful.

SEALES: I don`t know. They looked pretty propped up. They look like cutlets.

BROWN: Big up to Kanye.

SEALES: They don`t look supple.

HAMMER: So we should accept it because it`s what we expect from her?

SEALES: I mean, I don`t follow her on Twitter.

HAMMER: You literally look - you look like you got nauseous when I asked you that question. I mean, really -

SEALES: Because - you know, the thing about it is that Twitter - let me be the actual, just objective source here.

HAMMER: OK.

SEALES: Twitter is about oversharing. That`s what it is. It`s about sharing and sharing and sharing. So it`s just - it`s actually perfectly created for someone like Kim who wants us to see everything.

HAMMER: Got it. All right. Well, believe it or not, that is not everything because there is still so much more coming in our SHOWBIZ countdown most shocking celebrity snapshots.

Numbers two and one are just ahead. We will reveal the bombshell pictures that everybody is talking about.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s countdown, the top five most shocking celebrity snapshots. Here`s where we are so far. At number five, Kesha`s curbside shocker. The party girl turns potty girl after tweeting this photo of herself urinating on a public street.

Number four, Chris Brown`s bar brawl bash-up, showing his bruised face after a dustup at a New York City nightclub.

Number three, Kim Kardashian tweets - Kevin applauds - showing herself in a teeny-weeny string bikini. And that takes us to number two on the SHOWBIZ countdown, shocking celebrity snapshots.

At number two, oh yes. Former Congressman Anthony Weiner`s private snapshots revealed. Now, back with me in New York, comedian and star of NBC`s hit comedy, "30 Rock," Kevin Brown and the lovely and talented Amanda Seales, host of MTV`s "Hip Hop POV."

So yes, New York Congressman Anthony Weiner resigned from office last year after what became an online sexting scandal when he tweeted photos like this of himself to a woman which were later leaked to the world.

And now, there are brand-new reports that the former congressman might actually soon attempt a political comeback. Amanda, is it possible when you have a history of such provocative tweets?

SEALES: In this country, yes. Anything`s possible.

HAMMER: All right.

SEALES: Though I did hear that he said that that did get blown out of proportion, that he`s not really trying to come back. But it makes me so uncomfortable when I see those pictures. Because he`s just - like, he`s not attractive.

HAMMER: Yes. Well, Kevin, we know that sometimes photos like this and scandals like this take lesser-known celebrities and make them, you know, much more well-known.

BROWN: Yes.

HAMMER: Do you see this as something that could actually help Weiner?

BROWN: It might help Weiner. I want to know who made this list. How could Kim Kardashian`s cleavage be number three and Weiner`s (UNINTELLIGIBLE) number two?

HAMMER: I didn`t ask you to protest, Kevin. In other words, he wants us to take this photo down and more Kardashian.

(CROSS TALK)

SEALES: No, Weiner`s wiener.

HAMMER: Weiner never wanted these private photos made public. But the celebrity at number one tonight tweeted out a shocking photo on purpose, so let`s get to number one on our SHOWBIZ countdown - Demi Moore toothless.

There she is. 2009 is when she shot that shot returning from a trip to the dentist. This was at a time when she was still married to Ashton Kutcher, telling her one million Twitter followers at the time this, "I personally thought this look went out after you were eight. Didn`t know I would be rocking it again."

And you kind of got to hand it to Demi for putting it all out there. Amanda, I mean, would you tweet a picture of yourself like that, you know, missing a tooth?

SEALES: Well, I`m silly. I think she can do that because she`s, you know, Demi and she`s gorgeous and she was involved. I think post-Ashton, she wouldn`t be so reckless with tweeting that out because she`s still trying to keep the looks tight, you know. Keep it up.

HAMMER: I think that`s certainly a really good point. Listen, Kevin, you`re a big time celebrity on an enormous hit show.

BROWN: Yes, I am.

HAMMER: People get on Twitter and try to, shall we say, keep careers going or get more people to know who they are by doing things like Demi would do. Would you ever?

BROWN: Yes. That picture is why Ashton left. He saw that picture and he packed his bags and he moved in with two-and-a-half dudes. That`s a shocking picture. That picture deserves to be number one.

HAMMER: So that would be enough for you to walk away from someone if you were in a relationship.

BROWN: Why would you leave, Ashton? She`s beautiful. He woke up one day and saw that picture.

HAMMER: That`s why you were here tonight so we could fill you in on exactly why it happened. And I`m glad you had a little protest about Kim, but signed off on this. Amanda Seales, Kevin Brown, great to see you both. Thank you.

BROWN: Thank you.

SEALES: Thank you.

HAMMER: Here is another shocker tonight. Yet another real housewife appears to be getting a divorce. SHOWBIZ reveals which housewife is about to become a housewife no more.

And then could she really be called a real housewife? I don`t know.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, Katy Perry`s new beau? Well, it looks like the superstar singer may be moving on from her heartbreaking split from ex-husband, Russell Brand.

There are several reports that Katy and, yes, that guy John Mayer have been spotted together in Miami getting really close.

Katy and John actually had a romance back in 2009 before Katy married Russell. I`ve got to say, good for Katy. We all know her divorce is tough. She certainly deserves to be happy again.

Also tonight, a serious standoff comes to an end. The cast of the mega-hit show "Modern Family" has just struck a mega-salary deal.

Plus, another real housewife divorce? Well, the brand-new reports are out there that yet another "Real Housewives" star is splitting from her husband.

And "The Dark Knight Rises" rises above the tragedy in Colorado. That tops "The Buzz Today."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) The Dark Knight`s big rise. "Batman" came back in a big way this weekend. "The Dark Knight Rises" saw a drop in ticket sales just after the theater shooting in Colorado during its opening week.

But according to "The Hollywood Reporter," the movie bounced back this weekend, raking in $64.1 million, beating out new films "The Watch" and "Step Up Revolution."

Housewife no more? "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof is reportedly about to become a single woman.

A brand-new TMZ.com story says Maloof and her husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, are about to file for legal separation. The reality TV couple have three sons together.

One big happy family again. The huge "Modern Family" feud has just been resolved. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the adult cast members of the hit ABC sitcom have dropped their lawsuit and ended their pay-related contract dispute with 20th Century Fox Television.

A rep for Fox tells us an agreement has been reached but no official comment will be given. Production on the show`s fourth season begins this week.

Moving on now to the former NFL cheerleader accused of having sex with student when she was a high school teacher. Dr. Drew goes one on one with the former pro-cheerleader right now.
