NISCHELLE TURNER, HOST: Tonight, the SHOWBIZ Countdown: Superstar Outrage. Madonna`s Obama rant, saying the president is a Muslim. And Lady Gaga`s weight gain smack-down. But which of these dueling divas have what it takes to top the SHOWBIZ Countdown of Superstar Outrage?

Hello. I`m Nischelle Turner in Hollywood. A.J. is off.

And tonight, we have two big SHOWBIZ Countdowns, including a countdown of the stories breaking today that made us say, "What the...?"

For one, the Snooki Law. Yes, there might actually be a law passed that has Snooki`s name attached to it.

And kids being put in swimming pools with alligators for fun? And the parents are OK with that? "What the...?" Wait until you see the No. 1 story that made us say, "What the...?"

But first, we begin with the SHOWBIZ Countdown of the night, Superstar Outrage. We`re counting down from three to one.

So let`s kick it off with No. 3. All right? Madonna. The strangest celebrity presidential endorsement since Clint Eastwood talked to that empty chair. There was plenty of outrage today over what Madonna just said at her concert in Washington, D.C.

Now, she urged the crowd to vote for President Obama and then strangely called him a black Muslim. Watch this with me.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MADONNA, SINGER: Y`all better vote for (EXPLETIVE DELETED) Obama, OK? For better or for worse, all right, we have a black Muslim in the White House. Now that is some (EXPLETIVE DELETED). That is some amazing (EXPLETIVE DELETED). It means there is hope in this country.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Now, Madonna tried to explain today why she called the president a black Muslim, but does it make any sense?

Here in Hollywood we have Michael Yo from Yahoo!`s "The Yo Show"; and in Chicago, Andrea Kelly from VH1`s "Hollywood Access."

OK, guys. Madonna`s black Muslim comment got all kinds of outrage on Twitter today. Our favorite from -- was from, of all people, former teen movie star Molly Ringwald. This is what she tweeted. She said, "Why is Madonna referring to our president as a black Muslim? And just what is in that water bottle?"

Michael Yo, between Madonna`s comment and Clint Eastwood`s empty chair bit, what do you think? Do you think the candidates are somewhere saying to themselves, "Maybe my celebrity supporters should just, you know, zip it and write me a check, don`t say anything else"?

MICHAEL YO, "THE YO SHOW": I think this is kind of crazy. Because Madonna -- here`s the problem with Madonna`s comment. Is that people actually still believe that in America, that he`s a black Muslim. You know, people believe that. And that`s when -- and when you have a big superstar like Madonna say, "Oh, yes, vote for a black Muslim for the White House," that just puts coal onto the fire, just strikes it up again.

And if this -- if she was more relevant like 20 years ago, who knows? Mitt Romney or another campaign probably would have used it in a commercial. You know, like, hey, Madonna thinks he`s a black Muslim. Don`t you?

TURNER: You might -- you might be right. And who knows if we actually could see something like that.

But I want to jump on a point that you just said. Because Madonna released a statement today to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, addressing the outrage over her comments, and here`s what she said. She said, quote, "I was being ironic on stage. Yes, I know Obama is not a Muslim, though I know that plenty of people in this country think he is and what if he were? The point I was making is that a good man is a good man, no matter who he prays to. I don`t care what religion Obama is, nor should anyone else in America."

Andrea, what do you think? Are you buying this statement?

ANDREA KELLY, VH1`S "ACCESS HOLLYWOOD": You know what? I totally agree with her. At the end of the day, America, let`s just be happy that we have a good president in the office. How about that?

And there are Muslims that are American. If he was a Japanese-, Turkish- American, whatever he is, he`s a good American. He`s a great leader. Let`s be happy. And furthermore, let`s be less concerned about color, creed, religion and just good people and being good upstanding Americans and helping America progress.

TURNER: Can we just say, though, that the president has been battling this for a long time, and they continuously say he is not a Muslim, he`s a Christian, even though he does say it doesn`t matter if he was. OK.

So these days, though, we can`t seem to mention Madonna without also mentioning Gaga. So you know what? Let`s do that.

As we get to No. 2 on our SHOWBIZ Countdown: Superstar Outrage today, outrage over the Lady Gaga weight bashing. Now, she`s been making all sorts of headlines and, you know, not all of them have been flattering over her recent 25-pound weight gain.

But now Gaga says, "Oh, no, I`m fighting back against these haters." She has just revealed that she suffered from bulimia and anorexia, and tonight she`s got a brand-new little section on her Little Monsters Web site to encourage body acceptance. I love this.

Last night backstage at "Dancing with the Stars," Kirstie Alley told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Brava for Gaga."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIRSTIE ALLEY, ACTRESS: She said she gained 30 pounds or something, you know. Honestly, I don`t give a (EXPLETIVE DELETED), because she`s amazing and she`s talented. And I heard her say that when you`re in the limelight chronically, it becomes -- you have to work at it so hard. And she was saying you have to work at it, you have to work at it. Just be nice to Gaga because she`s brilliant. She brings so much pleasure to everybody.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: OK, Andrea, women to women, Gaga seems to be turning her outrage at all of these weight jokes into a positive. And I love that, right?

KELLY: Yes. Yes. I think it`s awesome. You know, I think as Americans we have to stop and think because you`re thin doesn`t mean that you`re healthy.

TURNER: Yes.

KELLY: So just because you have meat on you -- she`s curvy. She`s a woman. Being emaciated and thin doesn`t mean that you`re healthy. You`re emaciated, and you`re not healthy.

So let`s stop looking at the body size and look at, is she healthy, is she taking care of herself, is she eating right? I don`t think that, to stay thin, eating one cookie a day is good eating or healthy at all.

TURNER: Absolutely.

KELLY: Neither should you indulge and eat fast food and, you know, not be healthy. And I think if we can get to the point of being healthy, that`s more important and celebrate that.

TURNER: Absolutely.

KELLY: That was something that she dealt with, and she`s getting over it. And maybe this is her healthy weight. Did we ever stop to think that maybe the thin Gaga was the unhealthy Gaga?

TURNER: There you go. And you know, when I moved to California, I was a size 6, and they used to call me California thick. So let`s stop this just once and for all. Let`s just stop it.

So, you know, we want to talk about Lady Gaga and Madonna, yes. But there can only be one story that is No. 1 on our SHOWBIZ Countdown of Superstar Outrage, and here it is. This is a doozy.

The brand-new "Us Weekly" report today that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are living together again. Robert had moved out after Kristen admitted to cheating on him with her married director, but now "Us Weekly" is reporting they`re shacking up again but that Robert admits that they are shacking up again but that Robert is now, quote, "insecure" in the relationship. You think? Yes.

Of course, the news that him and Kristen Stewart are getting back together really does have some people outraged, that he`s forgiven her for cheating so quickly. Andrea Kelly, if they really are trying to make another go of it, would that be outrageous or courageous?

KELLY: I think it`s a little bit of both. I mean, it`s that fine line between you play with fire, you get burned. If you know it`s fire and you`ve going to get burned, that`s your choice to put your hand back in it.

I mean, but if you feel like that is something you want to fight for, love is tough. It`s not easy. It`s not the good times and the flowers that endure. It`s, do you get through the hard times? And that`s ever lasting love. So if they can get through this, clearly they`re meant to be together.

TURNER: You know what? And I like what you said. And sometimes you do have to work at it. But sometimes you have to say, "Enough is enough, and I`m not doing this."

KELLY: But only you know what that is. Yes.

TURNER: That`s true. That`s true.

KELLY: Only you know what that is. Nobody can dictate that for you. Yes.

TURNER: Absolutely. You`re right about that one, Andrea.

Michael Yo from Yahoo!`s "The Yo Show," Andrea Kelly from VH1`s "Hollywood Access," thank you guys very much. Good conversation.

And from a possible star reunion to one of the most bitter star splits in recent memory, Usher and Tamika Raymond.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TAMIKA RAYMOND, USHER`S EX: And I think if you are fighting vigorously for your kids, then wouldn`t you be calling, I don`t know, e-mailing to say, "Hey, how was school today?" And that doesn`t happen.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Usher`s ex-wife goes off in her first TV interview since losing custody of her youngest kids. She talks about her demands for Usher to take a drug test, and she`s accusing him of being an absentee dad. And at the center of all this nastiness are their two very young children. Should this public bickering end right now? I`ll ask a famous Hollywood ex.

Plus, Lil Wayne`s absurd court deposition.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What`s your name again?

LIL WAYNE, AMERICAN RAPPER: Well, that`s not the question.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Pete Ross.

LIL WAYNE: Pete Ross, that`s a stupid ass question.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Say what now? Lil Wayne`s courtroom comedy is battling Rihanna`s blunt artwork for her new single "Diamonds" in another amazing SHOWBIZ Countdown, the stories that have us asking "What the...?"

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

TURNER: Do you see this? Jaden Smith, the 14-year-old son of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, is rapping in his new video for "The Coolest." Jaden is killing it. And I know he`s going to be the coolest -- aww, but he`s just the cutest in this video. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC: JADEN SMITH, "THE COOLEST")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: You know, I cannot get over how much Jaden looks like his daddy. Check this out. Jaden`s on the left, and the Fresh Prince, a.k.a. Dad, is on the right. That is Will in his "Parents Just Don`t Understand" video back in 1988.

Jaden`s mix tape, "Cool Cafe," comes out on Monday.

Next, we go inside Tom Cruise`s life alone without Katie and Suri.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

TURNER: Tonight, Cruise moving on. We`re getting the inside story of Tom Cruise`s life after his split from Katie Holmes. Just how is he dealing with the long periods of time away from their 6-year-old daughter? Well, Tom hasn`t been seen publicly with his daughter Suri in nearly two months. He even had to miss her very first day of school.

This all-new photo of Tom`s ex, Katie Holmes, and daughter Suri, was just taken at a New York City playground this week. It`s the new reality for the star family broken by divorce.

So where`s Tom? Our friends at "People" magazine have just revealed new details about how Tom`s life has changed since the split that rocked Hollywood. And "People" staff writer Carlos Greer joining me.

Carlos, let`s talk. OK? What is going on here? I need to know, where is Tom?

CARLOS GREER, STAFF WRITER, "PEOPLE": Well, you know, Tom has been in London filming, and he`s been putting up a positive front on set. He`s still smiling and extremely cordial with his fans.

But there`s no -- there`s no question about it: the past three months have been extremely tough for Tom, and being separated from Suri has been the most difficult.

TURNER: Now people may say I`m a little bit nosy, but I really do want to know this. So take us inside Tom`s life right now. How he is handling this separation from Suri? I`ve got to -- you`ve got to think it`s hard for him.

GREER: You know, like any parent who is separated from their child, it`s extremely difficult. He misses her. He adores this little girl. She`s his daughter. So he`s missing her a lot, but they are talking on the phone.

He hates being separated from her. He hates that he missed her first day of school, but he`s been away working. They talk constantly. And he makes that a priority, having conversations with her.

TURNER: Well, here`s the elephant in the room, though. So I just have to ask. He`s got jets, helicopters, all kinds of things. Why doesn`t he just fly her over to London to visit him on the set? I mean, he does have the means?

GREER: Well, you have to keep in mind that Katie`s priority right now is Suri and her new life in New York City. And Suri, she`s starting a new school. She has new friends. And so Katie`s main priority is making sure that Suri is well adjusted.

And Tom, you know, he`s a megastar. A lot of people rely on him. So it`s not as easy and simple to say, oh, just up and leave your film and fly to take care of your personal issues when you have hundreds of jobs that are relying on you to be there.

TURNER: OK. But what about those two, though? Quickly, where do Tom and Katie stand now? Are they friendly enough that maybe she would get on a plane to take Suri over to visit her dad?

GREER: You know, Katie, she knows that Tom is an excellent father. They are cordial right now, and they`re focused -- their main priority is co- parenting.

And so, you know -- you know, it`s just difficult when she`s here and she`s trying to get her life adjusted in New York City. It`s like I said, that`s her priority for Suri so that`s she`s in school. And so she doesn`t want to interrupt that yet, because this is all still new.

TURNER: Thank you, Carlos, though, for kind of quenching my Tom and Katie appetite. Because yes, we definitely want to know.

You can read all about Tom`s new life in the brand-new issue of "People" magazine, which will be available everywhere on Friday.

The world according to Snooki. Oh, yes, it`s coming. A New Jersey lawmaker wants to pass the Snooki Bill Law. It would regulate just how much a town has to endure so things don`t turn into a Situation.

Plus, Kelly Osbourne`s $250,000 manicure. It`s the SHOWBIZ Countdown, the sensational stories that had us asking, "What the...?" Which will be No. 1?

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROBIN ROBERTS, CO-ANCHOR, ABC`S "GOOD MORNING AMERICA": I now have Sally here with me. For the next seven to ten days my counts will continue to go up, and we`ll be on to phase three, which will be get out of here.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: That`s "Good Morning America" co-anchor Robin Roberts moments after her life-saving bone marrow transplant from her sister. And as Robin herself just said, you know, we are all rooting for her to get out of there, to be healthy and to get back to TV, because we miss her so much already.

And one person who has definitely been there with Robin every step of the way is her "GMA" co-anchor, Lara Spencer. Lara is part of the No. 1 morning show on TV, "Good Morning, America."

LARA SPENCER, CO-ANCHOR, ABC`S "GOOD MORNING AMERICA": Yes.

TURNER: Lara is also the host and creator of a great new show on HGTV called "Flea Market Flip."

Now, "GMA," Lara, is No. 1, kicking butt and taking names -- you guys are finally dethroning "The Today Show." And I know that has got to feel pretty darn good, right?

SPENCER: It sure does. But I will tell you, every single day we go to work, we have a mantra. We play our game. The blinders are on, the head`s down. We`re trying to put out a great broadcast and just keep doing what we`re doing, not worrying about what`s happening around us so much.

Nothing`s really changed from -- I started about 18 months ago, and it`s just a really terrific place to work. And what I think you`re seeing and what I think viewers are finding is that you have a team of not only terrific anchors and correspondents but people who genuinely...

TURNER: Right.

SPENCER: ... love each other and love waking up together. And that`s been a joy.

TURNER: Yes. You can tell. You can definitely tell. I like what you said. We play our game.

And you know, you guys are No. 1, but this has got to be a little bittersweet with Robin Roberts fighting her blood and bone marrow disease, MDS.

Her "GMA" family and really the entire nation has been on Team Robin every single step of the way. You guys had cameras there last week as Robin got her bone marrow transplant from her sister, Sally Ann. Let`s watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROBERTS: This journey is just as much about the mind as it is the body. The thoughts. Thoughts are so powerful. You`ve got to change the way you think in order to change the way you feel. You`ve got to change the way you feel in order to change the way you feel.

And let me just say this, lastly, I feel the love. And I thank you for it. Thank you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: You know, we are all Team Robin but, Lara, there have been some critics lately that are saying that this coverage for Robin has crossed the line from maybe education to -- I don`t even -- I hate to say it, but exploitation. So how do you and the whole "GMA" family react to that criticism?

SPENCER: We don`t react because, again, we play our game. We are -- we`re following Robin`s wishes, and Robin has people who love her so dearly. The viewers are her family and want to know how she`s doing. And we have maintained exactly Robin`s wishes and let viewers know, and that`s where we draw the line. Any more than that is up to Robin to tell.

She is a fighter. She is an amazing woman, and we just want her back and we want her healthy.

TURNER: I love that.

SPENCER: And that`s the end of that story.

TURNER: Yes, I love that. So let`s draw the line there.

And now let`s talk about your new show, "Flea Market Flip," a show after my heart. I`m a lady who loves a yard sale and a flea market. This is a competition show, though, about slipping trash into treasure for big bucks. You`re the host and you also created this. I know you`re a flea market fiend, too. Is that how you came up with this concept?

SPENCER: It is. I`ve been yard-saling and flea-marketing since I was a wee little one. My mom wanted to create a beautiful home and budget was limited, so she taught me how to sort of look beyond the cover. Don`t judge the old book by the cover, so to speak.

And I became a bit of a decorator. I do it for myself. I do it for my friends. And then I started an antique business.

And what I discovered was I`d go out hunting for objects at flea markets and I would watch other dealers go out and find things. And then literally I`d see them at an antique shop in town, a week later, you know, either repainted. The only thing really different about them was maybe paint and some polish and the price tag.

And it dawned on me there was a really interesting concept here of the find, the fix, and then the flip. And so that`s what these two teams get to do, and viewers get to go along for the journey.

TURNER: I love it, absolutely. Turning trash into treasure. Lara Spencer, thanks.

And be sure to check out "Flea Market Flip" on HGTV. It debuts on Friday.

And now here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MATT GUTMAN, ABC CORRESPONDENT: If you`re 9, 10, 11 years old, you`ve already had the jumperoo house, the bounce house. You`ve had the pizza party. You`ve had the clown party. You get to have a pool party with a gator. It`s a very popular party.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: A children`s pool party with a gator? Oh, and this gets crazier. You have got to see this video.

Plus, Kelly Osbourne`s ridiculous manicure that cost -- listen to this -- $250,000. It`s the SHOWBIZ Countdown of the stupefying stories that had us asking, "What the...?" But which one will be No. 1?

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LIL WAYNE: What`s your name again?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Well, that`s not the question.

LIL WAYNE: What`s his name?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Pete Ross.

LIL WAYNE: Pete Ross, that`s a stupid ass question.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Right now on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, it`s the SHOWBIZ Countdown. The jaw-dropping stories that had us asking, "What the...?" Like this hysterical deposition video of rapper Lil Wayne. Yes, what the...? But does Lil Wayne`s courtroom comedy beat out the Snookiville law? Yes, there might be a law that demands Snooki and her party peeps to pay up if they party until dawn. But which story will top the SHOWBIZ Countdown that make you say, "What the...?"

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Nischelle Turner in Hollywood.

And right now, we are taking off the SHOWBIZ countdown with the top five stories breaking today that made us say, "What the.?"

Coming in at number five, "Jersey Shore" meets Snookiville. A New Jersey assembly man just introduced a brand new bill to create a Snookiville law named after the pint-size party girl. The law would let towns charge fees to production companies to pay for additional police and security to control a scene like this one from "Jersey Shore."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Get off.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Wait. Where is she going?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`re placing you under arrest. She will be processed and released. OK?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: With me now from New York, Lara Spencer. She is the co-anchor of "Good Morning America." Lara is also the host and creator of HETV`s great brand new show "Flea Market Flip," and with me here in Hollywood tonight Michael You. He is the host of the "You show" on Yahoo!

OK. Now, the scene that we just played is one of the many scenes that majors the shore what it is today. Of Course, nobody will tune in to that show to see Snooki, see her friends, following the un-drunk, see them partying until the wee hours.

Lara, what do you think? Do you think production cruiser actually going to want to pay for extra police? Or do you think they are going to say what the -- and move on to another state?

I think production companies will say, what the --. Because obviously, there us a fix budget. They are not going to want to do it. But, I do think it`s fair.

In the case of Snooki who could be forever mortalize now well this new law, I think it is too little too late. She`s got a child now. She`s a mom. I don`t think they have as much to worry about as in the clip that we just saw. Those days are done for Snooki, I believe. But, I just think that the idea, the big picture idea us not a bad one. It shouldn`t come down to taxpayers having to pay for a production team profiting, you know, from going to their town.

TURNER: Yes.

SPENCER: So it`s something worth exploring to me but I don`t think we need to call it the Snookiville law because she`s a mommy now.

TURNER: But you know, Snooki may be a little more tame now but you still have the other "Jersey Shore" cast members to contend with. And I think what they are doing is probably capitalized on the name of the most famous cast member which, of course, is Snooki. So I`m not sure about this whole new law being named after her, like Lara said, what do you think, Michael?

YO: I love the name of it. Snooki, she was the biggest character on the "Jersey Shore." And I say, the one thing I think is that these shows make - - MTV made millions and millions of dollars off the "Jersey Shore." They should pay more for the moral cost because these kids were crazy. I don`t know if you seen the show, but these fighting in bars. You need extra security. And I think Snooki is the perfect name for it because that`s what started it all in New Jersey. So go for it. Go for it.

TURNER: OK, Well Lara, what do you think though? Do you think Snooki should be flattered or horrified if this bill actually gets passed?

SPENCER: I think she will be flattered. I think it`s exactly what she loves, which is publicity. And it is not negative. You know, I mean, she`s the first to tell you she`s having a great time. She`s pretty savvy. You know, no matter what you say about her, she definitely knows how to generate interest in her show, for better or for worse. So, I think she`s going to love it.

TURNER: You know, in talking to her cast mates, they say Snooki is still Snooki. Don`t you twist it, she still likes to party a little bit.

But now from reality show stars partying in Jersey to some 8-year-old kids partying with, yes, baby alligators. This is number four on our SHOWBIZ Countdown on "What the.?"

Forget the pool, the pizza parties. Take a look at this one. Now "Good Morning America" showed it to us this morning. A Florida alligator wrangler is making a pretty penny entertaining 8-year-olds with baby alligators. Yes, for just $175, the alligator is going to even go for a swim with the kids.

Lara, we saw this on your show this morning and when I saw it, I thought, "Oh, Lord."

SPENCER: You said, not the --

TURNER: My mouth dropped open when I saw these little boys in the pool with the -- you`re a mom. Were you thinking, what the --

SPENCER: Yes. I was. And I know -- we had a discussion after the piece aired. Matt Gutman did a great job bring this story and reportedly nothing bad can happen. The alligator`s jaw muscles are weak. It`s taped. I don`t care. I`m not going to let my beautiful 7-year-old daughter in a pool with a gator. What happened to a jumpy castle, a pony, a clown? No.

TURNER: The bounce house, yes, the ball jump. Whatever happened to that? Because I think this is really crazy that the gator wrangler dreamed this up in the first place.

But, I actually love how he came to this conclusion, that a baby gator is a ticket to a good time. Watch what he told "Good Morning America" this morning. Listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GUTMAN (voice-over): If you`re 9, 10, 11-year-old, you have already had the jumparoo house, the balance house, you have had the pizza party, you had clown party, you get to have a pool party for a gator. It`s a very popular party.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: He`s so funny. He actually likes selling this. Michael, I get the pressure to do something different for the kiddos, OK? But a baby gator in a pool, come one.

YO: You know, everybody is talking about the economy, how bad it is, and then you have parents spending $175 for their kids to jump in the pool with a gator, really? Really? This is ridiculous to me. I don`t know how any parent -- accidents happen. You know, I know the gator`s mouth is taped. Accidents happen. This is an awful idea. And I don`t know. I`ve got a question for parents. Who would put their kid in a pool with a gator? I don`t care what kind of supervision is in there.

SPENCER: And what about the gator, people?

TURNER: Well, that is a good question.

SPENCER: What about the gator? I was reading the Florida fish and wildlife conservation commission say while it`s not illegal, they don`t encourage it. And, you know what? I`m going with them on this one.

YO: I was just going to say, this just shows you that anybody can make it in America with an idea. So there you go.

TURNER: Exactly. This is the land of opportunity.

So let`s go now from party gators to Rihanna using rolling papers to collect her diamonds. Say what now?

Yes. Our number three story made us say, "What the.?" No, Rihanna is not rolling a joint there, but she is using rolling papers to collect her diamonds in her new video for her new song called diamonds." This is the cover of her new album. And then now, let`s listen to the song. Here it is.

(VIDEO CLIP PLAYING)

TURNER: You know, I like this song but, Michael, this is a pretty provocative way to carry loose diamonds for sure. Do you think Rihanna is pushing the envelope a little too much there using the rolling paper? Because my biggest worry is that she actually might try to smoke it.

YO: Well, I mean, my thing a couple of actions she has done lately, you would think that she was high. So, this pretty picture pretty much fits exactly how I think she is right now. You know, because she`s been making some very questionable choices. Is she pushing the envelope? Yes, she is. But I mean, it`s Rihanna and she is always pushing the envelope when it comes to fashion style and of course, music. So, I expect this. Yes.

SPENCER: Of course she`s pushing the envelope.

TURNER: Of course she has then pushed the envelope. Lara, jumped in.

SPENCER: She is pushing the envelope. She is pushing the rolling paper. That`s exactly what she wants. She wants to be doing this very thing. Rihanna never wanted to shy away from controversy. I dare say she courts it. And here we go again. The song is catchy, the album has us talking. Mission accomplished.

TURNER: Well, there you go. She did exactly -- we did exactly what she wanted us to. We talked about it. OK, you guys, the countdown far from over. We have still got to find out which story will come out on top. Will it be the absolutely hysterical video of rapper Lil Wayne?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What is your name again?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That is not the question.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s a stupid ass question.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: This is ridiculous. You have got to see it. Or will it be Kelly Osbourne`s outrageously expensive diamond manicure. Well, that bit out little ring. Did that manicure really cost $250,000? You just have to wait and see as the SHOWBIZ Countdown, the story that making us says, "What the.? rolls on.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

TURNER: Tonight in the SHOWBIZ Countdown, we are counting down the top five stories that make us say, "What the?"

Here`s where we stand so far. At number five, Snookiville. A New Jersey assembly man has introduced a new bill named after the pint-size party girl.

And number four, forget pool parties and pizza parties. Some 8-year-olds in children in Florida are partying with baby alligators and their parents are paying for it.

And number three, Rihanna using rolling papers for the cover of her new album and that leaves us at number two on our SHOWBIZ Countdown of the top stories breaking today, that made us say, "What the.?" And Lil Wayne and his hilarious deposition video that will made you say, "What the.?"

Watch this for yourself.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Clearly Lil Wayne answers to no one.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is that in an interview that you actually gave with Katie Couric?

LIL WAYNE: Is that an interview that I actually gave with Katie Couric?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.

LIL WAYNE: What`s your name again?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Well, that`s not the question.

LIL WAYNE: What`s his name?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Pete Ross.

LIL WAYNE: Pete Ross? That`s a stupid ass question. You just saw me on that view giving an interview with her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Whoa. Lil Wayne sat down for this deposition back in June as part of his lawsuit against Quincy Jones, III, who we saw in over that commentary that he made about Lil Wayne.

Now according to TMZ called the doc a, quote, "scandalous portrayal."

Michael, I think this deposition tape, but down rise. Can --

I think this is amazing and I was blown away. Not because Lil Wayne was funny in it, it is because what was stunned because I had never heard his voice with auto tune. So, that`s was he kind blew me away. But this- this is absolutely crazy. If you haven`t seen it, you have to watch this video. I loved it.

TURNER: It`s almost funnier just looking at his facial expressions, not even what he says, just the look on his face. It is the look on his face is what the --.

But wait a minute, and I want to show you because there is more. Here is Lil Wayne revealing in the deposition who he first confided in when he first expressed his distaste for the documentary. Look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Who are the people who likely would have been told by you?

LIL WAYNE: The first person likely that would have been told by me would have been God, because I tell him everything.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Who is that?

LIL WAYNE: God. G-o-d.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: As in God who rules over us all?

LIL WAYNE: Yes, sir.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Do you remember anything in particular that you told to God that you didn`t like about that documentary?

LIL WAYNE: No, I don`t remember.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Look, I`m not laughing at anybody`s relationship with G-O-D. But come on, Lil Wayne. He also claimed that he`s psychic in the video deposition.

Now Michael, I want you to look into your crystal ball for me, OK? Because this trial starts in two weeks, and I`m predicting that this is going to be a show unto itself. What do you think?

YO: If it`s going to be like this, this is going to be awesome. I can`t see anyone not wanting to watch this. Because Lil Wayne is just sitting there, really saying, this is ridiculous and you are stupid. Whoever is the interviewer - what his name again? He is stupid. And I just love this whole fact that Lil Wayne is going to be on trial. I`m telling you, if it was pay-per-view I would pay 50 bucks to see it. I`m telling you right now.

TURNER: You there, G-O-D, you know me.

Let`s go back to and reveal our number one story on our SHOWBIZ Countdown on the top five stories that made us say, "What the.?"

No, for people who don`t want to spend that kind of money, How she scratches her nous the Jeweler created a lower cost version of for 25 bucks.

Michael, so Halloween is right around the corner. What do you think? Are you buying this?

YO: I`m not buying it for myself but I`ll buy the $250,000 for you. You got it. You go it. You got it,

But you know, like all these war show, I really think it was more for the publicity. You know, like all the ladies, all the actresses. They get their dresses for free. They - he had to give her this for free. She did not pay $250,000 for it. They had to give it to her, you know, just to promote it.

TURNER: Well, I`m sure.

YO: OK. Good. Because I can`t imagine Kelly Osbourne actually paying that much money for nail polish, seriously.

TURNER: And I was just trying to get a manicure and pedicure for $25 but, hey, who am I?

Michael You, thank you very much for tonight.

Tonight, the SHOWBIZ x-files. Tameka Raymond breaks her silence about her nasty custody feud with Usher.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TAMEKA RAYMOND, USHER`S EX-WIFE: I think if you`re vigorously fighting for your kids, wouldn`t you be calling, I don`t know, e-mailing to say, hey, how was school today and that doesn`t happen.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: All right. Putting him on blast, is it OK for Tameka now to speak publicly and slam Usher? And what is all of this public bickering going to stop? I will ask a famous Hollywood ex next.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RAYMOND: Because I think if you`re fighting vigorously for your kids, posing to the world that you are unfit, wouldn`t you be calling, I don`t know, e-mailing to say, hey, how was school today? What did you eat for dinner or merely good night and that doesn`t happen.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: That`s Tameka Raymond, ex-wife of R&B superstar Usher opening up in her first interview on "Entertainment Tonight" since she lost custody of their children after a nasty divorce in a court battle that played out in front of all of us to see.

Tonight, star ex-files. Tameka Raymond is slashing out state defending herself after her superstar ex-Usher just revealed intimate details of their tumultuous marriage to the world. It`s a high-profile Hollywood divorce where the finder pointing from both sides just won`t stop.

So, what will it take to put to an end this bitter public battle? Who better than to ask, Andrea Kelly, ex-wife of R&B superstar R. Kelly who finalized her divorce, by the way, without all this public drama. Andrea is now a cast member on VH1`s reality TV hit "Hollywood Exes".

Andrea, you and R Kelly took the high road in your divorce.

SO, those that make kind of clinch to see, Tameka talking so openly and negatively about Usher and vice versa, for that matter?

ANDREA KELLY, CAT MEMBER, VH1`S "HOLLYWOOD EXES": You know what, not at all. Everybody deals with stress and heartache in different ways. So, who am I to tell her what`s the best way to get through this? And then, my wish for both of them is that at the end of the day, just because you guys are divorced, to realize you`re still a family.

You still have those children. You`re still connected and bonded for the rest of your lives. You`ll be their grandparents, great grandparents of their children`s children. S, you are forever connected and try to find that bond. And those children were made out of love. So, when you look at that other person, try to really go to that place of love where those children were created and look from there and not a place of pain.

TURNER: And wouldn`t we love if they can do that? But when you`re talking smack about each other on television, it`s kind of hard to find that happy medium.

But let`s stay on that same front and talk about Camille Grammer. Because today, she said enough is enough after her-ex, Kelsey Grammer just told the world that he was unhappily married to her for a very long time and that he should have divorced her sooner.

So, Dre, with all of that, he said and she said, and all of these, what do you say to Camille and Tameka, how can they put a stop to this public bickering?

KELLY: Well, my first comment is to Mr. Kelsey. You weren`t married by yourself. So, if you were unhappy for ten years, then she was unhappy for ten years. A marriage is two people. It`s not a one-person thing. So stop looking at just your pain and what you went true. That`s a wife. That`s a mother of your children.

So, if you are unhappy, some part of that, she was unhappy also. So, it took two people for the demise of that marriage to happen. It can`t be one-sided because if it was, why did you stay with her that long. Nobody walks down the aisle with two guns to their head saying I`m forcing to you marry that person. There was something about her that he loved and was attracted to and wanted to be with. Stop making it all bad. Some of that was good.

TURNER: You know what, you need to sit on the couch with Kelsey and give him a little piece of your mind because that`s some good advice. And you can see more of Andrea on VH1`s "Hollywood Exes" with the all new season premiering next year. And you know what, you have got to check out Andrea`s change for change which does really great work for kids: Go to andreakellyis.com for more on that.

Andrea Kelly, thank you.

Tonight, big baby news. Former Buffy the vampire slayer reveals her baby news. That`s next.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

TURNER: It`s a boy for Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Full of heart -- Ann and Nancy Wilson from the legendary rock band, Heart, has just been honored with the star in Hollywood Walk of Fame. The six-member band is responsible for classics like "Barracuda", "Magic Man" and "Crazy On You".

And in the midst of Beatlemania and 1960s women liberation, the two Wilson sisters were pioneers for women who wanted to write their own music, play their own instruments and front their own band.

ANN WILSON, HEART: People started saying, well, your girls, you aren`t supposed to do that.

NANCY WILSON, HEART: I think we`re sort of interested in being not girlfriends or wives the Beatles. We wanted to be the Beatles.

TURNER: A little prince. Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar have just welcomed a new addition to their family, a baby boy. Sarah Michelle`s rep tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she and Freddie welcomed the baby boy last week in Los Angeles. This is the second child for the couple who met while filming the 1997 horror flick, "I Know What You Did Last Summer." The little newcomer follows 3-year-old big sister Charlotte Grace.
