A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Tonight the SHOWBIZ Countdown, "Sex, Lies and Videotape."

Hulk Hogan`s sex tape confessions. His very first words about his leaked sex tape. Plus, Nicole Kidman`s surprising sex confessions about Keith Urban. It`s the SHOWBIZ Countdown of shocking stories involving "Sex, Lies and Videotape."

Hello, and thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer.

We`ve got two big SHOWBIZ Countdowns tonight, including "Showbiz Secrets Revealed." Tonight we are exclusively behind the scenes to reveal the secrets of exactly what it`s like to be a celebrity co-host with Anderson Cooper on his wildly successful daytime talk show "Anderson Live."

Also, Gene Simmons` daughter is with us tonight. She`s going to reveal to me the secrets of being a contestant on the "X Factor."

The big reveal of the No. 1 SHOWBIZ secret is coming up.

But we begin with our first countdown tonight. It`s the top three stories breaking today, covering everything from sex and lies to videotape.

Kicking it off at No. 3, Hulk Hogan speaking out today for the very first time about the sex tape of him that just surfaced online where he`s having sex with the then-wife of his best friend. Hulk says he had no idea this tape was being shot at the time. Watch what he said this morning on "The Today Show" about it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HULK HOGAN, PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER: Well, first off, I had no idea there was a camera in the room.

It was a very, very low point. I`m not making excuses. I`m accountable. I was the guy. I made the choice. It was at a really low point in my life when I was in a previous marriage when things were bottomed out completely. It`s just appalling. It`s totally flipped my new life and my new role upside down.

For me, I`m going full-blown to try to find out who did this to me and why.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I`ve got to tell you, I actually feel really badly for Hulk. It looks like he was completely blindsided by something that happened a long time ago. And really, when you think about it, obviously such an incredible invasion of privacy.

I am really looking forward to speaking with him about this when he`s right here with me tomorrow night. It is a not to be missed "SHOWBIZ Newsmaker" interview, me and Hulk Hogan one-on-one on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

But with me tonight, Imogen Lloyd Webber. She is the author of the red- hot, fantastic book. It`s called "The Twitter Diaries."

And Imogen, I`ve got to tell you, after hearing Hulk, I kind of wanted to go after whoever leaked this tape, too. Look, he owns up to some of the bad things he has done in the past. He`s been through a lot of drama. But this is just wrong, isn`t it?

IMOGEN LLOYD WEBBER, AUTHOR, "THE TWITTER DIARIES": Well, yes, on some levels it is wrong. But it is very bizarre. This is his -- the wife of his best friend. That`s extremely strange.

He has recently been hanging out with Kim Kardashian over the past few days. So maybe she gave him some tips on how to handle all this.

The people I feel most sorry in all this are his kids, because fundamentally they don`t need to know that their dad has been doing this. Their mom has recently been arrested for a suspected DUI. And I really do feel sorry for them.

HAMMER: Yes, it is a tough time, absolutely. And I do feel badly for all them.

Hulk also, though, has been very, very open with his family. He has spoken with his kids about it. But after turning his life around the way he has managed to do, I want to bring in Talia Coles. She`s a cast member on VH- 1`s "Chrissy and Mr. Jones."

Talia, Hulk admits this was a low point in his life, and he`s not responsible for this tape. He does take responsibility for cheating on his wife back then. He has turned his life after serious drama. There anything that can justify this tape being leaked like this?

TALIA COLES, CAST MEMBER, VH-1`S "CHRISSY AND MR. JONES": Well, I actually think that he might have known that there was a sex tape in the room.

I feel bad for his kids. He actually does have a great relationship with his children. I know Hulk personally. So I think that...

HAMMER: But let me just jump in. To be very clear about what he has said emphatically, that he did not know that this tape was being made. He didn`t find out about it until about six months ago, and it blindsided him. And then when it came out publicly, he was completely shocked by that. He`s very clear about that.

COLES: Um, well, OK, I think that I feel a little bad for, you know, him, the fact that he doesn`t know, you know, that the tape was being released. But actually, you know, it`s choices that we make in life. And sometimes, you know, we make bad decisions. And I just think, you know, I was kind of thinking maybe he needed a little bit of tanning lotion for his butt. But...

HAMMER: Well.

COLES: ... other than that, it`s like, I mean, you move on and you get past a lot of things. You know, the fact that he`s being authentic about it. I mean, I don`t know, like to me it seemed like he wasn`t blindsided. But he`s saying that he was so, you know, maybe that`s the case.

HAMMER: Right now we can only take him at face value...

COLES: Absolutely.

HAMMER: ... of what he said. And the mistake he admits to. He said, `Look, I was at a low point when I had sex with my then -- with my best friend`s then wife." But he also says that that was with everybody`s consent. He still doesn`t feel good about having done that.

But look, I do hope that Hulk does get to the bottom of all this and somehow manages to shut the whole tape thing down before the whole thing gets out.

But now I want to talk about a mega star who is an intentionally oversharing about her sex life. This is No. 2 on our SHOWBIZ Countdown, "Sex, Lies and Videotape." Nicole Kidman`s sex confessions.

Now, she just gave a brand-new interview to "Harper`s Bazaar" magazine. It was just revealed. And she talks about her husband of six years, country star, "American Idol" judge -- we know him, we love him -- Keith Urban, and how he encouraged her sexual awakening.

Here`s what she said: "He just gave me confidence through being very kind to me and understanding me, opening me up to trying things, my sexuality, those sort of things."

Imogen, Nicole, as we know, has been fiercely private during her career and her marriage to Keith, to Tom Cruise. But are you cheering her on now that she`s gone from sort of zero to 60 with this intimate quote?

WEBBER: She`s my new favorite celebrity of the week, A.J. I have to say, it is amazing.

She married Tom Cruise at 23 years old. She was so young. And she`s obviously grown a lot since then. Hats off to her. She also talked about her struggles with infertility, her ectopic pregnancy, her miscarriages. And I have to say as a woman I really admire her for standing up and talking about all these things. And good on Nicole.

HAMMER: Well, you know, one of the producers on our SBT team happened to mention that she may never be able to look at Keith Urban the same way again, that we`ve sort of had this glimpse into his bedroom with Nicole. Talia, are you feeling the same way?

COLES: Absolutely. And I mean, I think that Nicole Kidman, she is an amazing woman. I mean, she`s been through a lot of things in her life. And, you know, she played second fiddle to Tom Cruise. And now she`s got this great guy. I mean, his last name is Urban. So we all know that she, you know, I`m sure, having a great sex life. He can now get some tips from Nicki Minaj and Mimi from -- you know?

HAMMER: That`s not what we need to know about.

COLES: I`m sorry. Nicole Kidman, she`s great, come on.

HAMMER: But this is also great publicity for Keith and for "American Idol."

All right. Now it is the moment we`ve been waiting for. What is the biggest sex saga of the day? What could it be? It`s the No. 1 story on our SHOWBIZ Countdown, "Sex, Lies and Videotape."

A reality star arrested for prostitution. Alicia Guastaferro was the most memorable character in the history of the TV show "Wife Swap" if you ask a lot of people. She was just 15 years old back in 2008 when she was depicted as this bratty pageant princess. She got spray-tanned by her dad. She got Christmas gifts every single day of the year from her parents.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner is in Hollywood tonight with special insight into the story. And Nischelle, her life really has spiraled out of control since the time on that show, hasn`t it?

NISCHELLE TURNER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT REPORTER: Oh, from pageant girl to prostitute, A.J. She`s now 21 years old. Seems to be another victim of the reality TV curse.

She was arrested with a 54-year-old man after cops found them slumped over in a car with the engine running at a highway rest stop. Now, she revealed to cops that for the past two years, she had been getting between $500 and $700 twice a month to have sex with the man, who was old enough to be her father.

Now her lawyer has just revealed she will plead not guilty to prostitution and drug charges. The man, who by the way, is an attorney, too, is facing similar charges.

HAMMER: Oh, that`s not good at all. And this isn`t her only legal battle, is it?

TURNER: Actually, sadly no. She is a stripper, and she`s part of a lawsuit claiming that she and other dancers didn`t get overtime pay that they were entitled to. And last year, her parents were sentenced in federal court on corruption charges related to their family business.

So A.J., yes, seems like the reality curse has struck yet again.

HAMMER: And you never know is it because they got all this attention, being on TV, and then all the attention went away. It`s hard to always get to the bottom of exactly why these things happen. But you cannot deny the commonality of all of these people getting in trouble after a history on reality TV.

All right, Nischelle, thank you. Also thanks to Talia Coles and Imogen Lloyd Webber. Great to have you all here.

Well, tonight the SHOWBIZ Countdown, "Showbiz Secrets Revealed." It`s Gene Simmons`s daughter dishing on "The X Factor."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow, what a voice. Tonight, Sophie Tweed Simmons is right here, sharing secrets from "The X Factor" set. But will Sophie`s secrets be more surprising than "Anderson Live"? HLN`s Jane Velez-Mitchell is taking me through her day as a guest co-host. And she reveals along with Anderson some behind-the-scenes surprises.

Also, the cast of "E.T.," the cast of the "National Lampoon" movie. Whatever happened to those guys? Wait until you see what we have in store. It`s the amazing reunions, and they are coming up. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Did you see this? QVC guest host Cassie Slane faints while selling a product on the air Saturday night.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CASSIE SLANE, GUEST HOST ON QVC: Mom and Dad want them to be safe. They want them -- they want them to do, you know, everything -- but, you know...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You OK? OK.

What it does, is it gives us an opportunity for us to be able to offer.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

Hammer: Whoa. The guy just kept going. That is scary stuff, THOUGH. Cassie posted on her Facebook page that she`s feeling much better. No word yet on what caused her fainting spell.

Coming up next, Taylor Swift reveals her brand-new breakup song. Is this one about John Mayer, too?

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Two very headstrong and ambitious people together definitely has its ups and downs.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She`s a piece of work.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Get your life.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: People call you a gold digger.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What you say?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You don`t listen!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You never want to listen.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow, can you say fireworks? Tamar Braxton and her husband, Vince, really put it all out there on their reality show on We TV. And it certainly looks like they aren`t leaving anything on the cutting room floor.

Well, that is one marriage definitely made for TV.

But tonight, you know, everybody is still buzzing about the shocking split of Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman. Danny and Rhea announced that they`re separating after more than 40 years as a couple. They spent 30 of those years married. So is there possibly any hope for lasting love in Hollywood?

Well, with me right now from Hollywood, singer and reality star Tamar Braxton. She is the breakout star of "Braxton Family Values," and she also now stars in the spin-off with her husband Vince. And Tamar, it is always a pleasure to see you.

TAMAR BRAXTON, REALITY TV STAR: Oh, always to come back. I love this show so much. It`s so much fun. Thank you.

HAMMER: Let`s get into it here because your show, "Tamar and Vince," follows you and your husband in your fairly young marriage. I think you`re really the perfect person to ask about this.

BRAXTON: Sure.

HAMMER: Danny and Rhea breaking up. Does that, in any way, make you lose hope even just a little bit that love can last in Hollywood? None of us saw this coming.

BRAXTON: No, I definitely haven`t lost any hope. I`m just so sad about it. Like when you`re 60-something years old, at this point isn`t it better to stay together and just deal with each other`s shenanigans?

HAMMER: Well, not always necessarily. And look, the truth is we don`t actually know what was going on. But I love the fact, Tamar, that you are a romantic, aren`t you?

BRAXTON: I am. I`m a hopeless romantic. And I just feel like at the end of the day that, you know, things can be worked out and talked about. And if not, you can leave, and everybody can still be friends and still be family at the end of the day.

HAMMER: Well, let`s hope, because of all of their years together and how much we all love them, it doesn`t get ugly. I actually don`t see it getting that way at all, unless of course Danny drinks some Limoncello and things get a little nasty, but I don`t, again, see that happening.

Let us move from a big marriage breakup to Taylor Swift`s new breakup song. Now, the Grammy-Award-winning singer has just revealed the follow-up to her first single, "We are Never, Ever Getting Back Together."

This one is called "I Knew You Were Trouble." Taylor not only revealed a bit of the song, but she also revealed why she wrote the song. Let`s listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TAYLOR SWIFT, SINGER: It`s a song that`s one of my favorites on the album, because it sounds just as chaotic as the feeling was when I wrote it.

It`s a song about kind of being frustrated with yourself because here you are heartbroken, and you knew when you first saw that person, you saw all these red flags, and you just went for it anyway. So shame on me.

SWIFT (singing): Shame, shame on me now. Flew me to places I`d never been.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: She was very pointed in those lyrics, and there are wild reports about what she`s actually singing about this time, Tamar. But look, she`s known for doing these revenge songs. A lot of people might think maybe it`s time to quit singing about her love life so much.

BRAXTON: I think it`s great. I mean, what else can you pull from when you`re a songwriter and you`re a singer? Like, this is what she`s supposed to talk about. I just suggest that the guys that she is dating in Hollywood kind of be careful...

HAMMER: Yes.

BRAXTON: ... dating Taylor Swift, because she will write a song about you.

HAMMER: I can`t wait until we hear songs that are only about celebrating the loves in her life or the one love if she lands on one.

But look, you have Taylor putting her love life out there and her songs. You have you and your husband Vince putting your lives out there on your reality show.

BRAXTON: Yes.

HAMMER: And we see you arguing and talking about having a baby, butting heads over your singing career. Is there anything that you consider off limits?

BRAXTON: Well, not really. You know, I`ve been doing this reality TV for about two years now. And doing the show with my husband, we just decided that we would talk about love and marriage and the ups and downs. And everything is not always great all the time. So I just think that`s important for everybody to see that it`s not always roses.

HAMMER: It`s not.

BRAXTON: It`s not. It`s definitely not. It`s tough.

HAMMER: And look, sometimes it doesn`t end well. But so far you guys are going strong. And I`m really wishing you the best of luck with your marriage, continued success, and good luck with your show. Please tell your husband Vince I say hello.

BRAXTON: Thank you. I will. Thank you, thank you so much.

HAMMER: You got it.

And you can catch "Tamar & Vince" on We TV Thursday nights.

Well, as we move on tonight, "Showbiz Secrets Revealed" on the set of "Anderson Live." HLN`s own Jane Velez-Mitchell is co-hosting with Anderson Cooper, and I am right there with both of them.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is your first time doing Anderson`s show.

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HLN HOST: I`m very excited.

HAMMER: You`ve done all kinds of television throughout your career.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes.

HAMMER: But have you ever co-hosted a nationally syndicated daytime talk show?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Never. I`m a virgin.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Jane and I taking over at "Anderson Live." I get the scoop from Jane about what it`s like to guest co-host with Anderson. But will Jane`s big secrets be bigger than our SHOWBIZ expose on the paparazzi? You got to stick around as we ride along with the photogs as they chase that perfect star shot.

The SHOWBIZ Countdown, "Showbiz Secrets Revealed," is next. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

It is time for the "SHOWBIZ Buzz List." Here`s what the SHOWBIZ staff is buzzing about this list. The knockdown, drag-out reunion of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" continues. Part three is this Sunday on Bravo. The husbands join in on the brawl.

Well, we are digging Pink`s new single. It`s called "Just Give Me a Reason," as she joins forces with the front man from FUN on this song.

Big kudos to Ben Affleck. We are hearing nothing but fantastic things about his film "Argo." It finally opens in theaters this weekend.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You don`t have a better bad idea than this?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is the best bad idea we have, sir, by far.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The United States government has just sanctioned your science- fiction movie.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: OK. Can you recognize the "Magic Mike" star in this photograph? Believe it or not, that`s Matthew McConaughey, an astonishing 30 pounds lighter. Wow. Not looking too good after the weight loss, but this is intentional.

McConaughey lost his weight for his role in "The Dallas Buyers Club." In this movie he plays a man who`s diagnosed with HIV, sampling experimental drug treatments to survive. McConaughey tells People.com he`s been drinking a lot of tea these days.

Really a complete 180 from when he was packing on the muscle for his role as a stripper in "Magic Mike." Right?

Well, tonight, we also have your "SHOWBIZ First Look" at Lindsay Lohan`s brand-new film. Sex, drugs and violence seem to be the basic premise of Lindsay`s film "The Canyons." Lindsay is co-starring with a 25-year-old porn star who goes by the name of James Dean.

The film`s Facebook page describes this flick as a contemporary thriller about five twenty-something`s seeking sex, love and power in Hollywood. Here`s your "SHOWBIZ First Look" at "The Canyons."

(MUSIC PLAYING)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks for watching.

We`re kicking off our SHOWBIZ Countdown of secrets revealed with number three.

Now, I just got back from a remarkable look at what it`s like to be a celebrity co-host on one of the hottest daytime talk shows on TV, Anderson Cooper`s "Anderson Live." Jane Velez-Mitchell, who usually hosts "JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL" every weeknight at 7:00 p.m. Eastern here on HLN spent the day as Anderson`s co-host. You will definitely want to watch it for yourself when it airs on Anderson`s show. That`s going to happen tomorrow. Be sure to check your local listings for that.

And I got to tell you, what I got to see, it was absolutely eye-opening as I spent the day in the life of Jane with Anderson.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: This is a tale of one anchor, one talk show, one dancing guest host, and lots of Red Bull.

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HLN HOST, "JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": My secret addiction.

HAMMER: Jane Velez-Mitchell, star of her own show here on HLN is being thrown into a whole new experience.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Stand by, Anderson.

HAMMER: Guest co-hosting our CNN colleague Anderson Cooper`s syndicated talk show, "Anderson Live", which is now in its second season.

So this is your first time doing Anderson`s show.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I`m very excited.

HAMMER: You have done all kinds of television throughout your career.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes.

HAMMER: But have you ever co-hosted a nationally syndicated daytime talk show?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Never. I`m a virgin!

HAMMER: She`s been on the air. Jane has been --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Not really.

HAMMER: Jane has been on the air for a long time. I mean that in the nicest possible way. So, I think that`s pretty cool. It`s a whole different energy when you`re out there doing a show.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes.

HAMMER: You must be psyched about that.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: It`s fun. It`s an adventure. Life is an adventure, you know. It`s just wherever it takes me. And usually I will say I do make a fool of myself in the process, at least once every day, and that happens and I`m just used to it.

You can have your article out there on the set with you.

HAMMER: And then it`s time for Jane to think about what she is going to talk to Anderson about, and how she plans to work her addiction to sugar- free Red Bull into the conversation.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I`m still trying to think of a segue between murderbilia (sic) and diet Red Bull.

HAMMER: But after all the prepping, the highlighting, the eating, and more Red Bull --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Look, I`ll have my secret addiction.

HAMMER: It`s time for Jane and me to walk to the "Anderson" stage to meet her daytime TV destiny with Anderson.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Hey, thank you for having me on.

ANDERSON COOPER, HOST, "ANDERSON LIVE": Thanks so much for doing this. I appreciate it.

HAMMER: But then Jane did something I never see her do in the halls at HLN.

It must be all that excitement and Red Bull. And after the dancing --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: What did you think of the dancing, A.J.?

HAMMER: Some preshow backstage chatter.

COOPER: It flies by really fast.

HAMMER: It`s time for the temporary co-hosts to take the stage together. And it doesn`t take long for them to bring up Jane`s addiction.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Right now I`m addicted to diet Red Bull.

COOPER: Is that right?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Which I`m very kind of --

COOPER: How many of those do you drink a day?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I might drink like three.

COOPER: Wow.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I know, and I`m not hyper enough, right?

COOPER: The problem with drinking it in these see-through cups is not good because it looks like urine, I will say.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes.

COOPER: We have the same glasses.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Anderson, you are a trendsetter. I know, Wolf is also wearing these glasses.

COOPER: I know. I like this.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And now it`s me too.

COOPER: Thanks very much for being here.

HAMMER: And after the show, I joined the co-hosts on stage.

Congratulations on the success of the show. He is doing great, right?

(APPLAUSE)

HAMMER: I just like having a studio audience. I`m not used to it. And Jane Velez-Mitchell today. How terrific was she?

COOPER: She was excellent. It`s great to have -- it`s nice to have a professional, you know, somebody who knows --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Loudmouth!

COOPER: No. She is great. We were focusing on this true crime story, and she had done a lot of reporting on it. So it was great.

HAMMER: But she sort of raised the bar on the activity here in the studio. Jane out dancing.

COOPER: Jane rocked the house.

HAMMER: How has the transition been for you this year because it`s a different format having the guest co-host and you`re in a different beautiful setting?

COOPER: I love it. I love having a co-host. I like having somebody to play off. You know, you will never -- it`s nice having a partner in crime. You never know what the other person is going to talk about. And I like being live because there is a great energy to live. We have had amazing audiences. And you know, stuff happens on live TV and you just kind of roll with it.

HAMMER: How did it go for you? Because we were talking while you were prepping before the show. This is entirely different from what you do on HLN every day.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes. I enjoyed it. It was fun. Frankly, I like to hang out with Anderson. I see him all the time. He is so busy, usually getting ready to interview a president or a prime minister or something. And so, it was kind of fun to even just hang out and talk to you.

COOPER: You know, it`s nice exercising different muscles. When you do news every single day, it`s great to have a program where you can have fun and show different sides of your personality. And, you know, Jane`s got a lot of personality to show. It`s nice.

HAMMER: Well, thank you for welcoming SHOWBIZ TONIGHT to your staff.

COOPER: Great to have you both.

HAMMER: Let`s go take a picture.

So with pictures taken and lots of Red Bulls consumed, Jane Velez- Mitchell`s daytime TV debut comes to an end.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Let`s hear it for Jane Velez-Mitchell!

(APPLAUSE)

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: I had such a good time with those guys. I want to thank them very much for welcoming me. The special Jane Velez-Mitchell co-hosted edition of "Anderson Live" will air tomorrow. Be sure to check your local listing so you can see how it all came together.

Well, we move now from the day in the life of a co-host to the everyday life of a famous rock star`s daughter.

Coming in at number two on the SHOWBIZ Countdown, "Showbiz Secrets Revealed": like father, like daughter. Sophie Tweed Simmons is the 19- year-old daughter of truly one of the most famous rockers in the world. We`re talking about KISS frontman Gene Simmons. And now she is about to go head to head in the grueling "The X Factor" competition.

So Sophie tried to keep it a secret that her dad is Gene Simmons when she first took the stage at the "The X Factor" auditions, and she sang what I thought was an amazing take on Adele`s cover of "Make You Feel My Love." Let`s watch this together.

(VIDEO CLIP PLAYING)

HAMMER: It was great watching Demi Lovato and watching Britney Spears watching Sophie, obviously an amazing voice. But the question is will Sophie`s very risky move actually end up paying off in the end?

Well, I just went one-on-one with Sophie about her first big step into the spotlight. And I had to ask her why it was so important to her to keep the identity of her famous dad a secret.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

SOPHIE TWEED SIMMONS, "THE X FACTOR" CONTESTANT: You know, it was really important for me to just finally do something on my own and something that my parents couldn`t help me with. And it`s important for any kid to eventually get out of the house and do something on their own, and this was really my way to do that.

HAMMER: Such a great opportunity. And yes, obviously a big shadow to get away from. And look, as I said, I think you have a terrific voice, but exactly what you were hoping to avoid is exactly what happened, as we saw some of the other contestants saying that they thought that you had this unfair advantage because of your famous dad.

I want to watch with you how that played out on "The X Factor."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: Did you see Gene Simmons` daughter perform?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: What did you think?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She looked good.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, I`m sorry. No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: And you didn`t have a Gene Simmons, do you think you would have gotten through?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Probably not.

HAMMER: You know, I have to tell you, Sophie, I was sitting at home watching that night. I`ve known your mom and dad for a long time and I`m thinking, wow, Sophie is probably ticked off seeing that. But were your parents just peeved about what happened there and how that played out on the show?

SIMMONS: You know, it`s the story of our lives. People always have preconceived notions about how you talk and how you act and who you really are. And they really don`t know until they get to know you what the real story is. And after Tara and I talked at boot camp, we actually became friends. So, you know, she apologized and she said she just really had no idea what I was going to be like and she just judged me based on what she thought famous people`s children are like. And I feel like a lot of people do that. So it was an honest mistake and I have forgiven her.

HAMMER: No, no. I`m glad to hear that you guys worked things out because, quite frankly, I thought she looked silly. But on the other hand, I`m sure a lot of people might have been thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, it does come with the territory.

So look, L.A. Reid voted against you. But we saw you in the audition you got the thumbs-up from Simon and Demi Lovato and Britney Spears. Tell me about that moment. Was it so validating for you?

SIMMONS: It was incredible, you know. I really didn`t do it for the singing. I didn`t think I was that great of a singer. I really did it to do something on my own and I was just really unexpected to hear them say they actually liked it. And it really meant a lot coming from my childhood idol Britney Spears and Simon Cowell who is so accomplished and Demi Lovato, who is my age and has accomplished so much. And I really appreciated even the constructive criticism that L.A. Reid gave me.

HAMMER: Well, we are eager to see you do well in the show. Thank you for joining us. I appreciate it.

SIMMONS: Thank you so much.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: It is really going to see how far she can take it. And remember, you can catch "The X Factor" tomorrow night on FOX.

HAMMER: Tonight on the SHOWBIZ Countdown, we`re count do you think the top three "Showbiz Secrets Revealed" secrets revealed. Here is where we are so far.

Coming in at number three, the secrets we just revealed of what it`s like to be a celebrity co-host on Anderson Cooper`s daytime talk show, "Anderson Live." I went behind the scenes with his co-host. HLN`s own Jane Velez- Mitchell.

Number two, the daughter of Gene Simmons reveals tonight the secrets of what it is like to go head to head on "The X Factor" while trying to step out from her father`s major shadow.

That brings us to number one on the SHOWBIZ Countdown of secrets revealed: a remarkable must-see look at a day in the life of the paparazzi. We are hitting the streets of L.A. with noted photographer Henry Flores, who has shot pictures of really some of the most famous celebrities in the world.

And with number one on the countdown, he reveals how he does it.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HENRY FLORES, AUTHOR, "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE PAPARAZZI": My name is Henry Flores. I`m the owner of Buzzfoto, co-owner of Buzzfoto. I`m also author of "A Day In The Life of The Paparazzi."

Photography was always a hobby of mine, and I became really good at what I did. Eventually what ended up happening, my salary in photography went up high because back then we used to get paid decent money. I got laid off, and I jumped in full-time into the paparazzi industry.

Right now we`re here at the country mart at the Brentwood Country Mart. This is a place I normally frequent. There is a lot of restaurants, a lot of shops. It`s a very rich area. Some of the celebrities that I usually find around here are typically the older type of celebrities, kind of like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Helen Hunt. Reese Witherspoon is another person that I typically find in this area. Jennifer Garner is another one. A photo of her, let`s say, showing her baby bump, let`s say, or with the kids, you know, it could catch a couple hundred dollars.

Back in the day, five, six years ago, a shot, any shot, a lot of the shots used to sell for about, you know, anywhere from two grand all the way up to ten grand, depending on where the placement was on the magazine. Nowadays, you are basically fighting for pennies.

A lot of people always ask me, "What is the most ideal shot that you can get?" And I always tell them, "Well, Angelina and Brad Pitt." But then, you know, I photographed Angelina and Brad Pitt before. I was able to sell individual photos of them, you know, with the kids. The kids is one of the number one selling things out there.

One of my award-winning shots, but that was like four years ago, Winona Ryder off my iPhone. And I made $3,000 off it because she said that she was never going to get married, and I was inside the restaurant taking a photo with my iPhone of her kissing her boyfriend. So that was the story.

As a spotter, I typically just have my eyes peeled for everything. People think that, you know, we`re running red lights all the time and, you know, doing crazy things, but the thing is I`m actually driving 15 miles per hour right now on this main street. Why? Because it gives me more time to look. This is a perfect example of what you would do. You would drive into the alleyway, right, take a couple of shots, and then you`re off. And then that was the end of the shot. It`s that simple.

One of the funniest things is that some celebrities have actually come out to say that some of the best photographs that they`ve ever had done were by paparazzi. It`s because we are able to capture those moments, the candid moments, and that`s the thing that makes it valuable.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Pretty cool how he gets that all done. All the secrets revealed right there of how the paparazzi get the candid celebrity shots. And that tops our "Showbiz Secrets Revealed" countdown tonight.

And now I have an incredible bunch of reunions that I must reveal to you. Ever wonder what happened to the cast of "E.T."? How about the actors from "National Lampoon`s Vacation"? Well, tonight we have the cast reunions you will not be able to look away from.

This is no long area vacation, it`s a quest. It`s a quest for fun. I`m going to have fun and you`re going to have fun. We`re all going to have so much (EXPLETIVE DELETED) fun we`ll need plastic surgery to remove our (EXPLETIVE DELETED) smiles.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: What a classic meltdown. Chevy Chase, of course, playing Clark Grisword and he is in the new double issue of "Entertainment Weekly" which is also sure to become a classic.

Joining me right now from Hollywood, Anthony Breznican, a senior writer for EW and EW.com. So, Anthony, this is so cool. You`ve got the casts of "Vacation," Chevy, Beverly D`Angelo, Dana Barron, Anthony Michael Hall, all in a room together nearly 30 years later. I got to know. Looking back, did they even have any sense that their movie truly set the standard for family comedy?

ANTHONY BREZNICAN, SENIOR WRITER, "ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY": You know, I don`t think at the time they knew it was going to be such a cultural touchstone. I mean, back when they were making this movie in the early `80s, I think any film that had sort of a family quest or a family story like this, it was sort of a "father knows best" type thing. This is the first movie, really, to show the dad as a sort of well meaning but incompetent figure. And I think you can see the resonance in everything from "The Simpsons" to "Modern Family."

HAMMER: Yes. I think it continues to the saying, nothing quite beat Chevy Chase just speaking to his family in a normal tone with a swear word coming out of his mouth every other word.

BREZNICAN: Language.

HAMMER: But from one classic to another, you also sat down with the cast of "E.T," everybody`s favorite movie of all time, I think. Drew Barrymore, six years old when Steven Spielberg cast her in the movie. And it was more than just a movie to Steven. I know he told you something else about how the movie changed his life. What was that?

BREZNICAN: Yes. It was kind of interesting to get together with him and Drew and Henry, you know. What he told me was at this point in his life, he`d made a bunch of successful movies already, "Close Encounters," "Jaws," "Raiders of the Lost Ark," but working with these kids on "E.T." was such a fun experience for him, it made him decide he didn`t want to be just be a sort of a great director, he wanted to be a great father. So he, from that point forward, decided "I want to be a dad," and ended up raising seven kids and now he`s the grandfather of three.

And kind of interestingly, Drew just head a baby and Henry has three and they`re all sort of talking now about passing "E.T." on to their own next generation.

HAMMER: Yes, of course. And it does hold up. What a timeless, timeless movie.

All right, Anthony, it`s such a great issue. Thank you so much for joining us. And be sure to pick up your new copy of the new issue of "Entertainment Weekly." It is on newsstands right now.

Well, there may be another huge reunion tonight. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reveals the brand new evidence of a "Twilight" romance reunited. Are Robert and Kristen exes no more?

The "It`s Always Sunny in Philadelphia" actor and the former "Cheers" star tied the knot in 1982. DeVito and Perlman have three children: Danielle is 25, Grace, 27, and Lucy who is 29.

"Twilight" romance re-ignited? Are Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart giving it another chance? Well, according to a brand-new report by people.com, Rob and K-Stew have gotten back together. The "Twilight" pair allegedly broke up after Stewart admitted to having a brief fling with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders, back in July.
