ANNOUNCER: In New York City the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the "Special Victims Unit." These are their stories.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Tonight on the SHOWBIZ Countdown, Mike Tyson`s TV acting debut erupts in controversy. The advocate behind an online petition tells me tonight about the outrage, as a convicted rapist joins "Law & Order: SVU." But will Tyson`s troubles top the SHOWBIZ Countdown of the day`s top news makers?

Hello, and thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. I`m in Hollywood tonight.

And we begin with our first big SHOWBIZ Countdown of the night. Starling new developments breaking today about "True Confessions." So many confessions. We are here to count down the top five.

We kick it off at No. 5 with the Dr. Phil factor in the Manti Te`o hoax. Dr. Phil revealed today that he has wrenched a confession from the guy accused of catfishing Notre Dame football star Manti Te`o into an online relationship with a made-up woman who supposedly died of leukemia. It`s the very first interview with Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, who`s accused of faking a woman`s voice in phone calls with Manti Te`o, who just told all to Katie Couric.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KATIE COURIC, TALK SHOW HOST: Do you think Ronaiah could have been playing the part of Lennay?

MANTI TE`O, NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL STAR: It didn`t sound like a man. It sounded -- sounded like a woman. And -- but if he somehow made that voice, that`s incredible. It`s an incredible talent to do that. Especially every single day.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Well, that is Manti Te`o`s side of the story. And today Dr. Phil revealed that he asked the hoaxster [SIC] all the burning questions that everyone wants answered, including why did he pretend to be a woman? Was anyone else in on the hoax? And did his family know what he was up to?

Actress and comedian Loni Love is with me tonight in Hollywood. She`s also the author of a great new book. It`s called, "Love Him or Leave Him, But Don`t Get Stuck with the Tab: Hilarious Advice for Real Women."

Great having you here, Loni. So in Dr. Phil`s interview that`s going to air on Thursday, I want to know what kind of true confession you`re hoping to hear from this hoaxster?

LONI LOVE, COMEDIAN: Well, you know what? I was disappointed, because I want to see Manti Te`o and the hoaxer together on "Jerry Springer." Manti Te`o deserves that.

But since we`re not going to get that, I just hope the hoaxer -- thank you, first of all, for pronouncing his name. Because I thought it was a female name, first of all. So I`m finally learning how to pronounce his name.

But I just hope he comes up with the truth and he tells people why he really does this so we can get some closure. Manti deserves that.

HAMMER: Yes. Say it with me now: Tuiasosopo. Tuiasosopo.

And "Jerry Springer," that`s such a great idea, Loni. I can see -- I can see the security guards holding them both back.

I want to bring in actress Janet Hubert. She`s with us tonight in New York. We loved Janet, of course, as Aunt Viv on "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air." We still love Janet. What do you want to hear Dr. Phil get out of Manti Te`o`s hoaxer?

JANET HUBERT, ACTRESS: Let me tell you something: Manti better look out because Dr. Phil is not the one. Dr. Phil always says he`s bringing you on so you can spill your guts and open up your soul.

But I really do feel that these kids have to stop this online dating and start talking to each other for real, maybe. You know what I`m saying? And maybe they wouldn`t get taken so much.

But this thing went way too far. And this guy. But look where it`s got him. He`s on "Dr. Phil." So do you think maybe -- I sort of think where was this a little thing to get him or did they know? Come on. You don`t know if that a man is a woman, a woman is a man? What am I trying to say?

HAMMER: Well, there are a lot of conspiracy theories out there. And it will be interesting to see if Dr. Phil can get anymore about some of the conspiracy theories that have been raised that Manti and Ronaiah are in this together. But they both seem to deny that.

And I can tell you that during Manti Te`o`s big interview with Katie Couric last week, he said that Ronaiah told him why he made up this fake girlfriend. You`re not going to believe what Manti said Ronaiah told him. Watch what he told Katie on her talk show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

COURIC: Did he say why he did it?

TE`O: He didn`t say why. He just explained that he just wanted to help people. And that was his way of helping people. Of being someone he wasn`t and trying to connect with somebody on a different level to help them out.

COURIC: And what did you say to him?

TE`O: Obviously, it didn`t really help me out.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Loni, Manti says that Ronaiah lied to him and made up the fake girlfriend in order to help him? Are you kidding me? If Ronaiah says that to Dr. Phil, can you imagine what Dr. Phil is going to say to him?

LOVE: Oh, yes. Dr. Phil is going to go in on him, and he should. Because you know, you think about this. This happened two days before the big game. Maybe that was one of the reasons why they didn`t do as well.

So he didn`t help nobody. He helped Alabama. That`s who he helped, but he didn`t help Notre Dame.

HAMMER: Well, the brand-new developments today in another big hoax that rocked the sports world is next on our SHOWBIZ Countdown of "True Confessions." We must get to that.

No. 4, did Lance Armstrong lie again during his big sit-down with Oprah Winfrey?

Lance did confess to Oprah, yes, he was doping during his seven-year reign as the Tour de France champion, but he claimed that he stopped during the 2009 and 2010 comeback attempts.

Well, the head of the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency just told "60 Minutes" that Lance is lying. He`s got the tests to prove it. And Lance may be lying to stay out of prison. You`ve got to watch this one.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s a five-year statute on a fraud criminal charge. So the five years today would have been expired. However, if the last point of his doping, as we alleged and proved in our reasoned decision, was in 2010, then the statute has not yet expired. And he potentially could be charged with a criminal violation for conspiracy to defraud.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Janet, I`ve got to tell you: I don`t think it would surprise anybody if Lance, even in his confession, is still lying to save his own skin.

HUBERT: Lance is lying like a rug. You know, I was so, so supportive of Lance Armstrong all these years. And I defended him to the death and said, you know, he didn`t dope. He didn`t do it.

And my son was like, "Mom, see what I`m saying? See what I`m saying?"

I`m through. I`m through. I think he should go to jail, because he denied all those people the right to have a title. And yes, he`s lying like a rug and still lying like a rug. You know, just because you`re sitting with Oprah, come on, now.

HAMMER: It was amazing listening to this guy on "60 Minutes" last night. I watched the whole thing. And just the scope of the level at which Lance has apparently defrauded so many people around the world, it really is so heartbreaking. I was right there supporting him along with you all the way.

There was another true confession to Oprah that is No. 3 on our SHOWBIZ Countdown Whitney Houston`s mother and brother now confessing to Oprah Winfrey about Whitney`s drug use.

Now, we saw Whitney`s mother, Cissy, open up about Whitney`s addiction earlier tonight on "Oprah`s Next Chapter." And in a bombshell revelation, Whitney`s brother, Michael, revealed that he and Whitney used to do drugs together. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

OPRAH WINFREY, MEDIA MOGUL: Your mother writes in "Remembering Whitney," "I was shocked and hurt and confused. I didn`t understand it then, and I still don`t."

How does it feel to hear your mother say that?

MICHAEL HOUSTON, WHITNEY`S BROTHER: It`s painful. You know? I feel responsible for it. I let it go so far. We played together. You know? Everything you do together as you`re growing up and ten when you get into drugs, you do that together, too. And it just got out of hand.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, here we are almost a year to the date since Whitney passed away. For the longest time, people seemed to blame Whitney`s ex-husband, Bobby Brown, for introducing her to drugs. Loni, do you think maybe it`s time we stop blaming others for Whitney`s troubles?

LOVE: I`ve been telling people don`t be cruel to Bobby. It was Whitney`s prerogative to use those drugs. Every little step she took, that was Bobby`s prerogative. Janet, you know what I`m talking about. Those are all of Bobby Brown`s songs.

But no, yes. We need to stop blaming Bobby. It was an effort. It was a lot of people around her that were bad. So we just need closure. And I`m glad this interview is going on because we need some closure on Whitney. We loved her.

HUBERT: We did. Very much.

HAMMER: Did I miss it -- did I miss it, or did you work in "Don`t Be Cruel" there, Loni?

LOVE: Yes, I did.

HAMMER: OK. Just want to make sure. Janet.

HUBERT: Everybody has made mistakes in their life. And you know, it just really got out of hand, I believe, with the brother, you know, and Whitney doing drugs together and finally admitting it and clearing the air. It`s - - it will provide a lot of closure for a lot of her fans and for Bobby`s family and for Bobby himself.

And I`m very proud of Ms. Cissy Houston to come -- and the brother to come forward and say this. That took a lot of courage. It took -- takes a lot of courage to do that. Most people would not be able to.

HAMMER: Yes. No, and we always say, cliche as it may be, time heals. And here we are, as I said, a year has now passed, and hopefully, people are moving on in a healthy way.

But the question is now, whose confession is so raw, so provocative that they topped today`s countdown of top confessions. Is it Jennifer Lopez`s surprising confessions about the last time she saw her ex, Ben Affleck? Or could it be Beyonce`s confession regarding those rumors that she used a surrogate to carry her baby?

Janet and Loni, I want you to stay right there, because the SHOWBIZ Countdown continues.

And as stars bare their souls, Miley Cyrus bares nearly everything. Miley`s "Cosmopolitan" controversy: Is the cover too racy? Is she too thin? Tonight we`re going behind the scenes of Miley`s shoot.

Plus we`ve got the outrage over convicted rapist Mike Tyson being cast in an episode of "Law & Order: SVU." We`ve got to see this tonight. We have breaking news with the woman who is taking on Iron Mike and actually trying to K.O. his TV career. It`s tonight`s headline-making "SHOWBIZ Newsmaker" interview.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

Right now, SHOWBIZ at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there as the statues were handed out and backstage with the stars moments after their wins. Ben Affleck`s film, "Argo," won for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUDGE LAW, ACTOR: And the Actor goes to the cast of "Argo."

BEN AFFLECK, ACTOR/DIRECTOR: The only thing that I regretted was not being able -- I wanted to say how proud I was to have an ensemble that included, you know, just the work-a-day people that make up the bulk of this SAG membership.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood tonight.

And in our SHOWBIZ Countdown, we are counting down the startling developments today from "True Confessions." Here`s where we are so far.

No. 5, Dr. Phil has scored the first TV interview with Ronaiah Tuiasosopo. He is the man who allegedly catfished Notre Dame football star Manti Te`o.

Number 4, an anti-doping official accuses Lance Armstrong of lying to Oprah during his big confessional interview.

No. 3, Whitney Houston`s mother and brother open up to Oprah tonight about Whitney`s drug use on "Oprah`s Next Chapter."

That brings us to No. 2 on our SHOWBIZ "True Confessions" countdown. Beyonce opening up about her pregnancy and a miscarriage.

"USA Today" reported today that, in her upcoming HBO documentary, Beyonce opens up about the miscarriage that she suffered before she got pregnant with her now 1-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy. And Beyonce emotionally confronts rumors she used a surrogate to carry Blue Ivy. She reportedly says, "There`s a stupid rumor. The most ridiculous rumor I think I`ve ever had about me. It`s crazy, especially after losing a child. The pain and trauma from that just makes it mean so much more to get an opportunity to bring life into the world. It seems like people should have boundaries."

Want to bring back actress Janet Hubert in New York. Janet, apparently we`ll be seeing Beyonce getting emotional addressing the surrogate rumor. And as a star, you know some rumors, they`re just so ridiculous they don`t warrant comment.

HUBERT: Ridiculous.

HAMMER: So why do you think that Beyonce chose to respond to this particular rumor?

HUBERT: Because this was really low down. And I remember Wendy Williams putting a whole little piece on where she stopped the camera as Beyonce sat down and watched her stomach bend, her stomach bend. And I`m going, "Are you out of your mind, lady?"

You know, pregnancy is something that`s so sacred, and people need to step back. There are boundaries. And we have really crossed that line.

And I know from being in the public eye myself how many times people have crossed lines. And this probably hurt her deeply. Deeply. Because she did lose a child. And to say that she`s carrying -- not carrying her own child, what? Are you kidding me? Yes, I would have been outraged, too, A.J.

HAMMER: She is so notoriously private, I think it takes a lot of guts for her to speak out about something so personal.

HUBERT: Yes, she is.

HAMMER: And good for her.

That takes us to the big reveal, No. 1 in our SHOWBIZ Countdown of the day`s "True Confessions." It`s Jennifer Lopez telling all to Katie Couric about her run in with her ex, Ben Affleck, at the Golden Globes.

Now Ben has been having a great awards season, just racking them up, one after the next, for his movie, "Argo," including a SAG award just last night, the Best Motion Picture Ensemble.

J. Lo tells Katie for all those who think it`s awkward for her to run into her former fiance, perish the thought, because she and Ben are cool. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JENNIFER LOPEZ, SINGER/ACTRESS: We talk. And, you know, we`ve e-mailed. More e-mail than anything.

COURIC: So you guys are on really good terms and all that?

LOPEZ: Yes.

COURIC: Were you happy for him?

LOPEZ: I was happy.

COURIC: I happen to love "Argo."

LOPEZ: I was so happy for him. You know, like I said, and I said this before. You know, we had such a hard time. The press and the movies. And they`re like, "This is always -- their careers, this and that."

And to look at myself and to look at him now, he`s won best picture at the Golden Globes. He directed the movie. It`s like, yes, I`m happy for him. I`m happy for you. This is a great thing.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Good for her glowing about Ben. I want to bring back actress and comedian Loni Love. She`s with me in Hollywood. Her great new book is "Love Him or Leave Him, But Don`t Get Stuck with the Tab." It`s hilarious advice for real women.

So Loni, what is your advice to women like J. Lo who might find themselves in a potentially awkward situation, running into their ex?

LOVE: I talk about women like J. Lo in my book. First of all, J. Lo is a great role model. She believes in not taking any crap off of men. And that`s why we like her. She will move on. She will still have her career. She`ll take care of her kids. And she can smile.

That`s why when she sees Ben Affleck, she doesn`t have no hate for him. She`s like, "I`m cool. I got money. I still look good." Go ahead, J. Lo. That`s how you do it, girl.

HUBERT: Yes, but he`s also married to Jennifer Garner.

HAMMER: Yes, well, I think it`s working out for all of them.

We`re going to leave it there. Janet, Loni, thank you both so much.

HUBERT: Thank you, A.J.

HAMMER: As we move on tonight, I`ve got to tell you about Chris Brown`s fighting. Is this deja vu? We`re just two weeks away from the Grammys. Chris allegedly gets into a brawl with singer and producer Frank Ocean.

Now, of course, it was nearly four years ago when Chris`s violent incident before the Grammys almost got him locked up. His attack on Rihanna. What`s the deal this time? And will he top the "SHOWBIZ News Makers" countdown?

Plus Bethenny Frankel`s divorce drama heating up. She`s hired Katie Holmes` former attorney. So does this mean Bethenny is headed for a quickie divorce just like Katie? We have got two celebrity exes including the ex of Lamar Odom. They are sounding off tonight. What do they think about Bethenny`s divorce?

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

Right now, SHOWBIZ at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there as the statues were handed out and backstage just moments after the stars won.

Tina Fey won for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy for the final season of "30 Rock."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TINA FEY, ACTRESS/COMEDIAN: I share this with my sweet friend, Amy Poehler, who I`ve known for so long. I`ve stolen so many of your moves. Amy, I`ve known you since you were pregnant with Lena Dunham.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DICK VAN DYKE, ACTOR/COMEDIAN: I have been in this business for 70 years. I still haven`t quite figured out what it is I do. But it`s been -- the years have just been full of surprises for me. And a lot of fun.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, it certainly has been a whole lot of fun watching the incomparable Dick Van Dyke act, sing and dance his way into our hearts for decades. Dick was honored by the Screen Actors Guild last night with the lifetime achievement award for the joy that he has brought us for more than 70 incredible years.

I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood. And I was right there last night, covering the SAG Awards. So great seeing Dick Van Dyke getting honored like that. He`s got five Emmys, a Tony, even a Grammy for the soundtrack for the beloved movie, "Mary Poppins."

But what was his favorite role and what possibly would he have done if the whole Hollywood thing didn`t work out? Well, Dick Van Dyke reveals those secrets and more as SHOWBIZ goes on location.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): What would Dick Van Dyke be doing if he hadn`t become an entertainer?

VAN DYKE: Robbing liquor stores probably. I -- I would have starved. I couldn`t make a living at anything else.

HAMMER: For more than 60 years, Van Dyke`s made his living performing on stage, on TV and in film. And it`s earned him a lifetime achievement award from the Screen Actors Guild.

VAN DYKE: I never expected to be recognized by actors at all. Actors have always referred to me as a singer, and singers have always said, "Well, he`s a dancer." and the dancers didn`t have any description of me at all. So I kind of found a home. At least I can call myself an actor now.

HAMMER: The award encompasses countless roles and projects, but the veteran star has a few he`s particularly proud of.

VAN DYKE: "The Dick Van Dyke Show," the five years with Carl and Mary, were the most fun I ever had, the most creative period in my life. Because it was just rewriting, and it was a party every day.

And of course, "Mary Poppins" and "Chitty Bang Bang" for some reason have lasted. They kind of had legs.

Everything that`s happened to me has been a surprise. A bunch of just jumping off the cliff with my heart in my mouth. And one thing led to another just by pure luck.

HAMMER: And luck has been with him at the SAG Awards before. That`s where he met his wife, makeup artist Arlene Silver.

VAN DYKE: About six or seven years ago, I was in the green room, and I saw this beautiful girl walk by. And for the first time in my life, I actually went up and introduced myself to a lady. And we became friends over the years and got married last year. As a matter of fact, our anniversary is coming up. And I`m very happy.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, Dick honored the fellow actors who followed in his footsteps when he accepted his SAG award, calling them the greatest generation of actors. He says he`s in awe of their on-screen work and their charitable works around the world.

As we move on, Chris Brown fighting deja vu. His violent attack on Rihanna was a little less than four years ago. And now, just two weeks away from the 2013 Grammys, Chris allegedly gets into a fight with singer and producer Frank Ocean. Tonight as the SHOWBIZ Countdown, "SHOWBIZ News Makers."

But is Brown`s reported brawl bigger than the outrage over convicted rapist Mike Tyson being cast in an episode of "Law & Order: SVU"?

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now the SHOWBIZ Countdown We are counting down tonight`s top three newsmakers breaking news tonight. Miley sheds everything. She`s going braless on the cover of "Cosmo" after losing a ton of weight. Is Miley getting way too thin?

Plus the outrage over convicted rapist Mike Tyson getting cast in an episode of "Law & Order: SVU." Is it too real, even for a fake cop show? Tonight we`re breaking news with the woman who is taking on Mike Tyson and trying to get him kicked off the show in a special headline making SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

But which newsmaker will come out on top of tonight SHOWBIZ Countdown? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood tonight.

So, let`s count down SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s top three newsmakers. And we`re kicking things off at number three with the big SHOWBIZ newsmaker who`s leading a fight to get NBC to give Mike Tyson the boot.

The boxer turned actor is set for a guest starring appearance in just about two weeks. It`s going to be on the network`s hit drama "Law & Order: SVU," which focuses on stories of sexual abuse victims. So, considering Tyson is a convicted rapist, something he went to prison for, there`s some major outrage about that.

Marcie Kaveney, who is a rape crisis advocate, created a petition on change on that or to get Tyson kicked off the show. And she`s joining us tonight from Fort Myers, Florida.

I appreciate you being here, Marci. So, Tyson is going to be playing a convicted murderer who was on death row who had a troubled childhood. Why are you so troubled by that?

MARCIE KAVENEY, RAPE CRISIS ADVOCATE: I think ultimately because I`m a fan of the show. I`m a survivor and an advocate. And I understand that the show has been an outlet for a lot of survivors and victims and very therapeutic. And I think just to have a convicted rapist on the show and someone who has not been apologetic about that is a huge slap in the face.

HAMMER: Well, he has been very open about his past. And he talked about how and why he has changed. In fact, I want to watch with you what he said on "The Today Show" back in July if we can roll that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MIKE TYSON: I remember when I was younger, like in my 20s, in my early teens, I wanted to die. I wanted to die (INAUDIBLE), anybody, in anybody`s face. And now I`m a wimp and I`m like trying to avoid arguments and stuff, and let my wife get away with the stupidest stuff. You know, I don`t know.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re vegan, too?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You`re vegan?

TYSON: Yeah. Yeah.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What changed you?

TYSON: I need - I threw up the white flag. It was too many prison cells, too many jails, too many lawsuits, too many bankruptcies, and too many women, too many venereal diseases, too many everything.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK, so Marcie, I clearly hear where you`re coming from in not wanting him to be on the show and your reasons why, but you heard him there not sugar coating his past at all. And some would argue that he has served his time. Why is that not enough?

KAVENEY: Well, I haven`t heard - I didn`t hear him address the rape at all. I haven`t heard him address the victim and this, you know, this is how he was and address that specifically. And one thing I heard in there was I let my wife get away with the stupidest stuff, I think is what he just said. You know, I let my wife, like, that`s, you know, he has to say and what she - what she does. But I haven`t heard him apologize for that rape or to admit that he raped her.

HAMMER: OK. Well, people can find your petition over at Change.org. Marcie Kaveney, I do appreciate you being here.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did reach out to NBC today. We`re told that the show would go on. The "Law & Order: SVU" episode with Mike Tyson is set to air on February 13th.

And as we move on tonight, we go from one battle of redemption to another. This is number two on the SHOWBIZ Countdown of the day`s biggest newsmakers. Chris Brown and Frank Ocean reportedly throwing punches at a Hollywood recording studio last night leading to an all-out brawl. And while details of exactly what went down are still but sketchy tonight, Frank Ocean had shed a little light on the incident here.

Here`s what he tweeted about it. He said, "Just got jumped by Chris Brown and a couple of guys. LOL. I only wish Everest was there." Now, Everest is Ocean`s mountain dog. Ocean also tweeted, "Cut my finger. Now I can`t play with two hands at the Grammys."

I want to bring in actress Janet Hubert in New York, who has just wrapped her outstanding one-woman show there. And with me in Hollywood tonight, actress and comedian Loni Love.

Of course, it was four years ago when Chris Brown made huge news right before the Grammys by beating up Rihanna. Last year, that was that big melee with Drake in a New York night club. And I want to be careful to not rush to judgment here, while we`re still waiting to hear all the fact, but Janet, I`ll start with you. I am troubled by this. Are you or should we be cutting Chris some slack here?

HUBERT: I have to tell you, I`m so tired of these children out here fighting over anything and everything. A parking spot, give me a break. They are grown men acting like little bad children. You know, you simply go and park some place else. But it`s entourage and entourage fighting. And they are also fighting for press. If this is what you`ve got to do to get press, then you know what, you need to find another business. I`m just tired of the whole shenanigans of all of these ...

HAMMER: Yeah.

HUBERT: ... young so-called, you know, artists, which I don`t know if I would give them that name. You know? I think it` s...

HAMMER: It is so stupid. And I hate that a guy like Frank Ocean, who is so beloved in the music industry ...

HUBERT: Exactly.

HAMMER: ... and is never in trouble ...

HUBERT: Exactly.

HAMMER: ... he`s getting dragged into something like this. And Chris has opened up about that feud with Drake that I mentioned. He tells Power 106`s Big Boy that his top priority is to set the right example for young fans.

HUBERT: Yeah, that certainly didn`t do it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Have you seen Drake? Or have you all seen each other, because in the business, you`ve got to kind of - it`s a small business.

CHRIS BROWN, RAPPER: You know, I don`t really focus on it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Right.

BROWN: I focus on me. You know.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So, he`s not what (INAUDIBLE) on site?

(CROSSTALK)

BROWN: No. Because you can`t promote that, you know.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Right.

BROWN: I think - I think what I would promote now is just making sure the kids see me in a positive light.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Right.

BROWN: So whatever altercation, you handle it as it comes, you know, as a man, but, you know, I don`t walk around with a vendetta or a chip on my shoulder trying to look for somebody. That`s too easy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK, so, Loni, you heard Brown there. He wants to set the right example, but clearly if this is all true, he`s not practicing what he`s preaching.

LOVE: You know what, A.J. and Janet, I think he`s trying out for the Ike Turner lifetime achievement award.

(LAUGHTER)

LOVE: Because this man is fighting everybody. Yeah! You know what I mean ...

HUBERT: Everybody.

LOVE: It`s like -- it doesn`t make any sense. You are making money, you are famous, what are you fighting for? Let it go. And, you know, does he like doing community service? Because he`s just going to go right back. And what`s Hollywood - you know, because we all know it`s been disclosed that Frank Ocean, you know, is bisexual. West Hollywood, that`s his turf, OK?

HUBERT: There you go.

LOVE: That`s his turf.

HUBERT: There you go.

LOVE: So you got to give up the parking spot to Frank Ocean and you need to ...

HUBERT: Otherwise the boys ...

(CROSSTALK)

LOVE: ...take another lap around.

HAMMER: Number one on our countdown ...

LOVE: OK.

HAMMER: You cannot miss -- who is at the top spot of our top three news makers tonight? A shockingly thin Miley Cyrus. Look at this, Cyrus just posted a new photo of herself on Twitter. What a difference a year makes. Let me show you a couple photos of Miley. Take a look at the photo of Miley on the left. That was at a pre-Grammy party in February two years ago. The one on the right just taken over the weekend.

What do you think, Loni? Too thin or much to do about nothing?

LOVE: Let me tell you something. Miley Cyrus is 20 years old. She can show whatever she wants at 20. Now if she was in her 40s, I would be worried. Let her have her fun, AJ. Stop hating. Stop it.

HUBERT: I disagree, I disagree with that. Because there`s a movement in this country with these young women and this thin thing; it`s really out of control. And when you look at all the celebrities and you look at all the older women who are -- they have got these tiny little bodies and this bobble-headed look. It`s an epidemic.

HAMMER: We also got another shocking look at Miley today, shocking for a different reason. Here she is on the cover of the brand new "Cosmo" magazine, bra-less. And actually I think looking quite healthy. But there are plenty of racy pics of Miley inside and out of the magazine and she tells "Cosmo," "I never played the Disney game of smiling and being a princess and then suddenly having a hard time, saying that isn`t who I really am."

So Loni, Miley, right there, I mean, flaunting out loud her assets and telling people, take it or leave it. You get where she`s coming from here?

LOVE: I love that Miley Cyrus is an individual. And the thing is, she`s truthful. She tells it like it is. And this is why we like her. This is why she has so many fans. I think it`s refreshing to have a Miley Cyrus. And you know what, she`s 20 years old. She will gain weight. Don`t nobody worry. She`s fine, she`s healthy. She`s on a gluten-free diet. Let her do her thing.

HAMMER: I don`t think she needs to apologize for moving on with her life one bit anymore. Janet, Loni, thank you both so much.

And tonight, there are more big celebrity controversies. Reality star turned talk show host Bethenny Frankel lawyers up. She has hired the same divorce team that Katie Holmes used against Tom Cruise. So are things getting really ugly with her ex, Jason Hoppy?

We have two celebrities exes, including ex of Lamar Odom right here. They are sounding off on all the big news tonight. What do they think about Bethenny`s divorce? It`s a SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview with the stars of "Starter Wives Confidential."

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

Right now, SHOWBIZ at the Screen Actors Guild awards. The great Brian Cranston wins the SAG award for outstanding actor in a drama series for "Breaking Bad," and then he talks to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about his role as Walter.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BRIAN CRANSTON, ACTOR: It is so good to be bad. I am so pleased and so honored to receive this award. Walter White is the role of my career. I honestly don`t feel that I will have a better role than Walter White. In my eventual obituary, hopefully many, many years from now, it will read "Breaking Bad actor explodes" or however it goes. But it`s not a bad way to go. And I`m very proud of that.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A starter wife is --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Someone who was there from the beginning.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Raised the kids.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Took care of her man.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Married or not.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A ride or die chick.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s what a starter wife is. And we have got two starter wives right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. They are dishing details about their famous exes and some bitter breakups that are in the headlines right now. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood tonight.

So what is it like to be the ex-fiancee of a very famous basketball star who is married to a Kardashian? Or to be the ex-wife of one of the biggest rappers of all time, who`s been in and out of jail? Well, Liza Morales was in Lamar Odom`s life long before Khloe Kardashian entered the picture. Together, they share children. And Tashera Simmons is rapper DMX`s ex- wife, the mother of his four children. And they are together now, starring in a new show on TLC called "Starter Wives."

Great to have you both here.

LIZA MORALES, LAMAR ODOM`S EX: Hi, thanks for having us.

TASHERA SIMMONS, DMX`S EX-WIFE: Exactly.

HAMMER: It`s my pleasure. So you both met your men before they became who they are today. Some would argue you helped make them who they are today. You were there, giving them your support, your love, your devoted time.

So let me start with you, Liza. Is this show in a way kind of a way of getting back at Lamar?

MORALES: No. It`s not a way of getting back at Lamar. It`s a way of telling my own story. I feel like my story was being told for me in the media and the tabloids. So this show is a way of telling my story in my words.

HAMMER: And, Tashera, you echo that in the promos for the show. I hear you both say it`s time for me to tell your stories. So I have to wonder, should DMX be worried at all? Is he going to be sitting on the couch watching this thing, saying y`all going to make me lose my mind?

SIMMONS: Up in here? Yes. He may do that, because the time, what I put out there is very tasteful, but I don`t think he`s going to be too happy about it. Not at all.

HAMMER: Like what for instance? Can you give us a sense of something that might throw him?

SIMMONS: It`s nothing, I don`t want to say, it`s nothing real negative. But it`s just like once me and him separated, he wasn`t the best provider or father. And or husband. And it`s not going to look good on his behalf.

HAMMER: It sounds like you`re pretty candid about that in the show. And there are a couple things you allude to in the sneak preview of the show, Liza. One of them has to do with Khloe Kardashian, who of course is Lamar`s wife now. I want to watch that together.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MORALES: I am so (EXPLETIVE DELETED) tired of talking about Khloe and Lamar. Can`t even go to the local supermarket without seeing that tabloid.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So clearly you don`t like talking about Khloe, but she is a topic of conversation on the show. So what do you want people to know about your relationship with Khloe? Are you on friendly terms with her at all?

MORALES: We`re cordial. We`re cordial. We speak about the kids when we need to if the kids are getting ready to go out to L.A. for a visit like on a holiday, or the kids get to go out there a little bit in the summer. So yes, we speak when we need to. But I mean, I feel like that clip, I don`t want people to say, you`re talking about her, though. I`m telling people I don`t want to talk about her. So let`s not, you know, it`s not about her.

HAMMER: You can spend a lot of time talking about the fact that you don`t want to talk about her. But getting along with your ex is something that reality star Bethenny Frankel is really beginning to learn about now. She just announced her split from her husband, Jason Hoppy. This divorce is really heating up. Both sides reportedly demanding primary custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Bryn.

Tashera, what kind of advice would you have for Bethenny as she`s going through this? It is a tough time.

SIMMONS: I know. It has to be tough. Because anything that`s publicized like that when it has to do with your children and your husband, it`s hard. The advice I have for her is just stay strong. Just stay true to yourself and continue to fight for what you deserve at the end of the day.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: She`s a strong woman. So hopefully she`ll be able to live up to that. Great having you both here. I want to thank you for being here. And Liza and Tashera`s new show is called "The Starter Wives." Make sure you catch it on TLC tomorrow night. Thanks, ladies.

MORALES: Thank you.

SIMMONS: Thank you.

HAMMER: Well, we move now from the awesome transformation of the "Starter Wives" to the awesome return of Andy Samberg`s digital shorts. Yes, Adam Levine is getting in on the SNL action as well. I`m firing up your SHOWBIZ moment of Awesomeness, so get ready.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JENNIFER LAWRENCE, ACTRESS: I want to thank MTV. I`ll explain that. I earned my SAG card when I was 14. I did an MTV promo for "My Super Sweet 16." And I remember getting it in the mail, and it being the best day of my entire life, because it officially made me a professional actor.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I was right there at the SAG Awards last night when Jennifer Lawrence gave that big up to MTV for her first professional gig on a promo for "My Super Sweet 16."

I`m AJ Hammer, in Hollywood, and right now, SHOWBIZ trending. We`re kicking it off with that amazing Jennifer Lawrence revelation. And as she said, she got her Screen Actors Guild card when she was just 14 years old. And we have got that MTV ad for "My Super Sweet 16" that Jennifer starred in to prove it. That`s right, we got into the SHOWBIZ time machine and came back with this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Put your hands together for your sweet 16 star of the night, Lisa.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Good memories of J.Lo.

Well, the SAG awards dominated the entertainment world last night, but the next big event to take center stage is of course the Super Bowl. Are you ready? Look at this, Beyonce wearing a "Can I Live" sweatshirt while rehearsing for Super Bowl`s half-time performance. She posted this on Instagram. A lot of people think that she`s making a reference to all of the grief that she got for apparently lip-synching at President Obama`s inauguration.

Of course, "Can I Live" is one of Jay-Z`s hits, so she could just be supporting her hubby. But maybe not. I can`t say for sure what she was trying to get across in that picture, but I can tell you for certain, she`s giving us all a sneak peek at her much-anticipated Super Bowl half-time show.

Beyonce just revealed these behind the scenes rehearsal pictures of the spectacle. It`s coming your way on Sunday. Here`s Bey (ph) supporting her husband Jay-Z and the basketball team that he`s part owner of. She`s wearing a Brooklyn Nets shirt by Junkfood Clothing. And another snapshot shows Beyonce working out the choreography for her big performance at the Superdome in New Orleans. Check this out.

I have got another amazing Super Bowl sneak peek for you tonight. It`s the mother of all Super Bowl ads. Volkswagen`s annual commercial. Now, VW usually keeps their Super Bowl spot top secret, but this year they are revealing the nearly $10 million ad before the big game.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I hate Mondays.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: They are the worst.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No worries, man. Everything will be all right.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yeah, man.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Don`t fret, (INAUDIBLE). Sticky bun come soon.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Wicked coffee, Mr. Jim.

Julia, turn the frown the other way around.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hey, Dave, you`re from Minnesota, right?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes. The land of 10,000 lakes. The Gopher State.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So in conclusion, things are pretty dismal.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You know what this room needs? A smile. Who want to come with I?

(MUSIC)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You guys are 3 minutes late.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Don`t be no cloud on a sunny day.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yeah. Chill.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Respect, boss man.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s the power of German engineering.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s pretty funny. We all actually know somebody like that, don`t we? The guy who directed that VW ad, by the way, apparently shot that first elevator scene 100 times. Pretty amazing.

Well, from some super awesome Super Bowl sneak peeks to the SHOWBIZ moment of awesomeness. Redefining the motto of a generation.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Levine and Samberg transform the wildly popular catchphrase YOLO, you only live once. You`ll get to find out what it really means.

SHOWBIZ Awesomeness coming right up. This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now it`s time for SHOWIBZ Awesomeness, where we name the most awesome moment of the day. And tonight, YOLO -- you only live once. Drake, of course, made that idea the anthem for a generation with his song, "The Motto," and now Andy Samberg has returned to "Saturday Night Live" with a brilliant digital short that gives YOLO a whole new spin. The short has Andy, it`s got Maroon 5`s Adam Levine, and it`s almost got more awesomeness than I can handle. Watch.

(VIDEO CLIP PLAYING)

HAMMER: From "You only live once" to "You better look out." I wonder what Drake thinks about that.

Next, the Jodi Arias defense begins, but does her team have any chance of getting her off murder charges? "DR. DREW" talks exclusively with Casey Anthony attorney, Jose Baez.
