(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JODI ARIAS, ACCUSED OF KILLING EX-BOYFRIEND TRAVIS ALEXANDER: Travis wanted to have a threesome with another woman, and I wasn`t -- I mean I don`t -- I`m not gay, but it was something I was contemplating going along with.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

A.J. HAMMER, HLN HOST: Tonight in the SHOWBIZ countdown, "Judging Jodi," the sex, drama and web of lies. Well, tonight we are counting down the top three things TV judges would face if they were presiding over the Jodi Arias trial. TV`s best known judges right here and ready to rule. But what will be their number run Arias challenge?

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT starts right now.

HAMMER: Hello. Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer, and we begin with our first big SHOWBIZ countdown of the night. "Judging Jodi." Tonight, only SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you the judges you watch on TV and we`re asking them to rule on the top three things they would deal with if they were presiding over the Jodi Arias trial.

From the lies to the sex, to Jodi`s gruesome killing of her boyfriend, Travis Alexander, stabbing him 27 times and shooting him, all, as she claims, in self defense.

With us tonight from Chicago, it`s great having these guys here, Judge Lyn Toler, who was a longtime judge in Cleveland and now hosts TV`s "Divorce Court." In New York tonight, Judge David Young who was judge in Miami and of course hosted the "Judge David Young Show."

Thanks for being here, Your Honors.

DAVID YOUNG, "JUDGE DAVID YOUNG": Thank you for having us.

HAMMER: Absolutely. So we`re kicking off our SHOWBIZ countdown tonight with number three. It`s the number three thing that we can`t wait to hear how both of you would deal with. All of this graphic sex talk at the trial.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): The Jodi Arias case is about a brutal killing. But it`s also about sex.

ARIAS: Give him oral sex, and he wanted (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

HAMMER: We know everything we could ever care to know about Jodi and Travis`s sex life, including the what?

ARIAS: We ended up having sex -- anal sex.

HAMMER: The where?

ARIAS: He also wanted to have sex on the freeway while driving which we did.

HAMMER: And the how.

ARIAS: When I do something like that, like masturbating both hands.

HAMMER: And when it came time to read the juror questions, even the judge joined in the sex talk.

JUDGE SHERRY STEPHENS, SUPERIOR COURT, MARICOPA COUNTY: Why did you have sexual relations with Travis?

HAMMER: Necessary evidence or unnecessary titillation? Jodi Arias` trial is the sexiest trial on TV.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: And not only is this the sexiest trial on TV but it`s really the most graphic. We have watched Jodi`s testimony for 17 days now. She`s back on the stand tomorrow. And of course we`re going to see it live right here on HLN.

Judge Kohler, if Jodi Arias was brought into your TV courtroom, would you allow all of the sex testimony?

JUDGE LYNN TOLER, "DISCOVERY COURT": I think I would have to. A lot of her defense is that she was abused mentally and physically. And that demand and that heavy sexual thing is part of her defense. And you can`t not allow a person to bring up their defense. So although it is graphic, though it is lurid, it`s something I think the jury needs to hear.

HAMMER: And I think what`s striking all of us is how much of it there has been.

Judge Young, would you be allowing all the sex testimony in your courtroom?

YOUNG: Well, if it was during sweeps week, absolutely.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Well, of course, of course.

YOUNG: But, you know, I hear what Judge Toler had to say and I -- kind of agree with it. But then again in my courtroom it doesn`t mean anything. Her talk about the sex was just to titillate herself, probably, and maybe the jurors, but it had no bearing on the fact of whether or not she killed this guy in self-defense. It was absolutely extraneous and the judge should have smacked her down on it. I know I would have.

HAMMER: Well, we know, you know, whether or not all the sex talk is relevant to the case, it does make for compelling television. So, Judge Young, you made a great point about it during sweep week, but it keeping us engaged.

Judge Toler, do you think that perhaps some of this graphic testimony is actually designed by Jodi`s defense team to keep the jurors engaged in this trial?

TOLER: I think it`s designed to make the jurors feel sorry for her. I think they want her to see as weak and being just humiliated over and over and over again by this guy. And I think she`s making it as humiliating and lurid as she could possibly can in order to bolster her defense that she was just totally taken over in the mind and she was almost Stockholm syndromed by this guy and all of his unusual sexual desires. And also king of making him a bit of a villain. You`re not going to like him as much and it would be easier to let her go so I think that`s why she`s doing all of it.

HAMMER: Judge Young, do you see it the same way or do you think there`s a chance, hey, look, these jurors are going to pay attention so let`s just keep putting it all out there and really get them siding with her as much as possible because she is willing to talk about all this stuff.

YOUNG: Well, it`s all the sex talk that`s making people from around the country get interested in this case. I mean, Casey Anthony had her -- had her own thing, but it wasn`t as wide and variety of people who are absolutely glued to the TV set. And I think that the defense counsel knows that and I think that the defense counsel, knowing that is hoping that all it takes is one juror to go against the death penalty and her life is saved. And that`s what I think she`s banking on.

HAMMER: Yes. And certainly the sex talk, a big part of the Jodi Arias trial, but there`s some other stuff going on, too. And that takes us to number two in our SHOWBIZ countdown of things our TV judges would be dealing with if they were presiding over the trial. Jodi`s many, many, many lies.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): Followers of the Jodi Arias trial are losing track of all the lies she`s told about Travis` murder.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you kill Travis Alexander?

ARIAS: Absolutely not.

HAMMER: First lie?

ARIAS: Nowhere near Mesa.

HAMMER: Jodi`s second lie?

ARIAS: I witnessed Travis being attacked by two other individuals.

HAMMER: Now Jodi is on her third and current story. She killed Travis in self-defense. And yes, she admits to (INAUDIBLE) before.

ARIAS: Anything that relates back to my involvement in Travis`s death, I covered up.

HAMMER: But now the big question is this, is Jodi still lying?

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: And I have to tell you, and I know you`re right there with me as I have watched her live testimony here on HLN, I am just stunned by how many lies Jodi has been caught telling.

Judge Toler, if you were presiding over this trial, how would you deal with the all lies, especially when she got up there and swore to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

TOLER: You know, it`s interesting, not only did she tell a lot of lies, she tells them so well. That`s what I found so fascinating about her is that she could -- I mean, she was believable and just -- with the passion of each different story that she made up. If she was right in it, like she was really there.

But as a judge, there`s nothing that I should do or can do about it. The jury will take into consideration every story, everything she said, and they`re the trier of facts. And they can decide whether after three or four tries she finally got to the truth or not.

HAMMER: OK, well, I`m going to flip that on its side for a second because you both were not just judges on your TV shows, you actually also served as the jury.

So, Judge Young, to you, after all of her admitted past lies and yes, boy, could she sell a lie. I mean, holy mackerel. But would you believe anything that Jodi told you including, I`m not guilty of murder?

YOUNG: You know, if this was my court, I would have a computer generated Pinocchio, and every time this woman told a lie have the nose grow and grow and grow, and it`d probably take up the states of Texas, Arizona, Florida, and Georgia, and Alabama and Louisiana.

No, it boils down to credibility, A.J., and this woman has absolutely no credibility. By the tenor and the tone of the questions that the jurors asked her, it`s clear in my mind that a majority if not all of them think that on the level of one to 10, as far as credibility is concerned, she`s probably negative infinity.

HAMMER: Yes. It`s -- it is hard to believe they`re not thinking that negative infinity. I mean, really I -- I don`t know, and it`s going to be so interesting to see the inside we get into what was going on in their mind, if any of them speak after this is all over. But we now heard how you would deal with the lies with the graphic sex testimony that takes us to number one on our SHOWBIZ countdown of things our TV judges would deal with if they presiding Jodi`s marathon testimony.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): She keeps testifying.

ARIAS: He lunged at me right around the time the thing went off.

HAMMER: And testifying.

STEPHENS: Did you enjoy having sex with Travis?

ARIAS: For the most part, yes, I did.

HAMMER: And testifying.

JUAN MARTINEZ, PROSECUTOR: You`re the one that did this, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

HAMMER: And when the Jodi Arias trial resumes on Wednesday which will be carried live right here on HLN, she`ll be right back in a familiar spot back on the stand.

ARIAS: What happened on June 4th, that was the most traumatic experience of my life.

HAMMER: Jodi has testified for a total of 17 days so far. That`s longer than it takes to get through most murder trials. So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has got to ask, when will the Jodi Arias testifying show finally end?

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: And we may have a better idea when it will all end when we watch Jodi Arias again tomorrow on the stand, live right here on HLN.

But Judge Toler, if you`re presiding over this trial would you have allowed this amount of testimony?

TOLER: I think where I would have cut it off was would have been a little bit in the beginning where she went all the way back to how her parents disciplined her. And I know she`s trying to establish, you know, her state of mind, and that she has been abused before. But I think she got to take a little too much time talking about who she was and what she was, way before she ever met Travis Alexander.

So I would have curtailed it a little bit in the beginning, but the longer she testifies, the worse she makes it for herself.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: Yes, it couldn`t --

TOLER: If I was her attorney I`d sit her down.

HAMMER: Yes, it`s surprising. You want to believe they have a game plan here and the judge has let it continue. And we`re going to leave it there. Our judges, your honors, David and Lynn, thank you so much for being here. I appreciate it.

YOUNG: Thanks for having us.

HAMMER: And tomorrow night, at 10 p.m. here on HLN, we are going to premier a new special series. It`s "HLN AFTER DARK,: you do not want to miss this. It`s all about the unpredictable trial that has captured the nation`s attention, the Jodi Arias case, of course.

It`s "HLN AFTER DARK", a new special series not to be missed, starts tomorrow at 10:00 p.m.

Well, there is one question that we may never learn the answer to. What really made Jodi snap? It`s the SHOWBIZ countdown, today`s SHOWBIZ newsmakers and tonight I`m asking Sharon Martin, the producer of the wildly popular show "Snaps," about what may have been going on inside Jodi`s head on the night that she killed her ex-boyfriend.

Plus, look at this picture. It`s been a huge newsmaker. That is Kim Kardashian after she got a so-called vampire facial. I can barely look at it. But is Kim nuts or is this the ultimate fountain of youth? Well, we`ve got a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars right here with us to give us the ugly truth about Kim K`s beauty treatment.

But which newsmaker will be number one? This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN, REALITY TV STAR: Ninety-three is your dream? He is so disgusting. Actually when I first met you, I was probably more like a 100 then I --

SCOTT DISICK, PARTNER: No. Your body, when I first saw you on the beach you got a little abs.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Tonight, SHOWBIZ quick hits, including Scott Disick, hitched by the wrath of a lot of women today after giving Kourtney Kardashian a hard time about her baby weight on "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami." Scott`s nasty comments kick off SHOWBIZ quick hits tonight.

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is asking, how could he? Making Kourtney cry over her baby weight. Come on.

With me in New York, Jenny Hutt, the host of Sirius XM show, "Just Jenny."

JENNY HUTT, HOST, "JUST JENNY" ON SIRIUS XM: Hey, A.J. Yes.

HAMMER: So, Jenny, you know, Scott is well aware that he struck a nerve with a lot of people today. Earlier today here`s what he tweeted. "Never realized how upset people get when a person makes a comment about weight."

HUTT: Baloney.

HAMMER: Oh really? Then he followed it up with this doocy. "PS, anyone who has too much to say probably had too much to eat, with the hash tag "fatasses."

What a tool. I mean it actually seems to me like he`s enjoying the controversy and obviously missing the point.

HUTT: Right. Well, I think he is enjoying the controversy. I think we don`t really know what goes on behind closed doors really when the cameras aren`t rolling. I don`t think there is any couple in American truly that`s surviving happily where the husband is telling the wife she`s too fat, when clearly, well, A, she isn`t, but, B, just even if she is, no husband can do that and get away with it. It`s not OK.

HAMMER: It`s not OK.

HUTT: No. Not like that. I mean, health concerns, sure. There can be a conversation. But I used to be fat. If my husband had talked to me like that, forget it.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Yes, get out of the way.

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: Next on our SHOWBIZ quick hits from baby weight to baby blues. First-time mom, Vanessa Minnillo opening up about her emotional lows after giving birth to her son with husband Nick Lache. She wrote this in a blog, here`s what she confessed. "The fear of not knowing what I`m doing, the fear of messing up this little boy, I felt lost, unloved, alone and at my wit`s end."

Jenny, I mean, I think every mom out there can relate to Vanessa`s struggle.

HUTT: So get it. Yes.

HAMMER: And they`re probably applauding her honesty. But I also think that she is being way too hard on herself.

HUTT: Well, I think that I am so pleased that she is talking about this openly, because kids are sometimes sort of this bait and switch. We think it`s going to be all magical when the baby comes and then the baby comes and it`s sheer terror because you love this baby so, so much. She is totally right on with how she`s feeling and what she`s afraid of. But I do think she`s hard on herself because she`ll do just fine. She loves the baby, the fact that she cares enough and is thinking about, and she gets so sad, she loves that baby boy. Everything is going to be just fine.

HAMMER: Throughout time, moms have figured it out. There`s another confession that is next on our quick hits tonight. Sarah Jessica Parker, she made wearing high heels an art on "Sex and the City" of course. And she just revealed that her doctor has told her to ditch the high heels for flats.

Listen to this, she said, "With all the extra wear and tear actually caused her foot to grow an extra bone."

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: Oh, my goodness, Jenny, is this a travesty for women everywhere? Sarah Jessica Parker actually dissing her high heels?

HUTT: Well, I don`t know because I`m the kind of girl that wear shoes like this. So --

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: No Manolos for you?

HUTT: Yes. No. No, not for me. So yes -- no, I get it, it hurts, heels are not really comfortable or good to wear for too many hours.

HAMMER: I just remember she was such the champion of the high heels.

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: And there was a time when women everywhere said, did you see what SJP was wearing? I got to get those, too.

All right, Jenny Hutt. Great having you here for the quick hits tonight.

HUTT: Thank you, A.J. Thanks for having me.

HAMMER: Absolutely.

Let`s move to Donald Trump`s new view. Well, with at least one job opening at "The View," could the always opinionated Donald Trump actually become the first male co-host?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Open seat on "The View," I`m thinking you.

DONALD TRUMP, "CELEBRITY APPRENTICE": Well, that`s an interesting one. I guess that would be interesting.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It would be interesting, but is he a bigger newsmaker with that interesting news?

And Kim Kardashian getting a bloody facial for beauty. Kim K showing off her so-called vampire facial. That looks terrible, doesn`t it? Is she crazy for doing this or does it really work?

Well, plastic surgeon to the stars, Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants is right here tonight. He will give us the ugly truth about all this. Is Kim K`s crazy beauty treatment really so crazy? The question is, which newsmaker will be number one tonight?

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I probably got too much oil -- the dog. The dog bites the Johnson, man.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What a sweet pretty dog. So nice. What a nice German Shepherd.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Boris Kodjoe on tonight`s episode of the hit BET show, "Real Husbands of Hollywood." So what started as a fake reality TV spoof at the 2011 BET Awards has quickly become the hottest sitcom on TV. So right now, from Hollywood, fully clothed, is "Real Husband" Boris Kodjoe.

OK, Boris, I`m not going to lie to you now. I did notice several of our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT producers watching that clip over and over again, trying to figure out exactly what the heck was going on. Look, and we`re showing it again. They really want to know what`s the deal? Were you really naked when you shot this? I mean, were you playing it as real as possible?

BORIS KODJOE, "REAL HUSBANDS OF HOLLYWOOD": You know, I don`t have -- I don`t have a really specific recollection anymore. They must have put something in my drink for me to even agree to do this. So I can`t really give you specific answers. All I know is that everybody has been tweeting and facebooking and screaming it from the hills that I`m naked. So I haven`t seen it myself, so I`m just going to have to take your word for it.

HAMMER: Well, but -- well, here it is. It`s right there. Hello, ladies.

KODJOE: Oh no.

HAMMER: You know, there you go. So just a little refresher for you.

KODJOE: Oh no.

HAMMER: So no recollection as to many takes you took to do that?

(LAUGHTER)

KODJOE: Lord. I`m so embarrassed right now I can`t even speak. I`m very shiny. I am very shiny.

HAMMER: Yes. How is that?

KODJOE: I don`t know why I`m stretching.

(CROSSTALK)

KODJOE: This is so embarrassing. My god.

HAMMER: Is that part of your normal routine?

KODJOE: My parents are going to -- I guess it is, yes. Usually -- I usually run around the neighborhood naked just to get my workout in. I usually do it at night.

HAMMER: Hey, but who doesn`t?

KODJOE: Exactly, we all do it.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Well, listen, I love the concept of this show, as real as all of this looks, of course, it is a sitcom, and you`re co-starring this thing with the great Kevin Hart, Nick Cannon, one of the my favorite comedians, J.B. Smoove is in it, Duane Martin, too. And you guys are regular, real husbands. But it is loosely based on you, guys, for real. Let`s watch a little bit.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KEVIN HART, "REAL HUSBANDS OF HOLLYWOOD": I`m here because I understand I broke guy codes. I`m here to apologize. What I did was wrong and I`m trying to do better.

J.B. SMOOVE, "REAL HUSBANDS OF HOLLYWOOD": And how do you plan on doing that, Kevin? How?

HART: I was going to donate a small portion of the proceeds to your charities.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Whoa, OK, let me act appreciative. Oops, I forgot. I can`t (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

HART: That was good. That was anger.

SMOOVE: You show up here, right, trying to buy us back?

HART: No, I`m not trying to buy you back.

SMOOVE: How about my damn pride? How much of my pride worth? It was one time, Kevin.

HART: J.B,

SMOOVE: Putting (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All the attention has been going to housewives, you guys must be thrilled that the "Real Husbands" are getting their due.

KODJOE: You know, it`s exciting. Reality TV has taken over the air waves. And for us to be able to work together, because we`ve known each other for over 10 years, and to make fun of ourselves, each other and reality TV as a genre, it`s the most fun I`ve had in the long, long time. And especially when you work with Kevin Hart and J.B. Smoove. These guys are ridiculous. They`re out of control. They`re comedians. The show is scripted, but so it seems. But then they leave the script and never come back, so you have to be on your toes all the time. But like I said it`s the most fun I`ve ever had.

HAMMER: And I mentioned J.B. Smoove, of course, was in "Curb Your Enthusiasm." That`s actually how a lot of people got to know him.

KODJOE: Sure.

HAMMER: And the "L.A. Times" called your show a black version of that huge hit from HBO. Not a bad comparison.

KODJOE: OK. No. Absolutely. I mean, I`m a big fan of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" myself so any time you can be put in the same sentence with that kind of caliber show, it`s definitely a compliment.

HAMMER: The show is sure a lot of fun to watch. And you can check out "Real Husbands of Hollywood." Tuesday nights on BET.

Moving on now, another extraordinary SHOWBIZ countdown coming your way tonight is today`s SHOWBIZ newsmakers. There is one question that we may never learn the answer to. What really made Jodi Arias snap? Tonight, Sharon Martin, producer of the widely popular true crime story "Snap," all about women pushed to the brink, reveals to me what she thinks may have been going on inside Jodi`s head.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ARIAS: When the gun went off, I didn`t know that I had shot him. I thought it hit a wall. I can`t really explain my state of mind following - - immediately following. And after that, it was -- it was basically fear- based, as far as not calling any authorities.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Right now, the SHOWBIZ countdown, today`s SHOWBIZ newsmakers. So did Jodi Arias really snap? What`s going on inside Jodi`s head on the night that she killed her boyfriend?

Sharon Martin, producer of the hit true crime show, "Snap", is right here to reveal whether Jodi fits the profile of women who snapped.

Bloody ridiculous. Kim Kardashian gets a so-called vampire facial. Does getting this ugly really worked to preserve beauty? Plastic surgeon to the stars, Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants is right here tonight to tell us if Kim K`s bloody facial really works.

But which newsmaker will be number one? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And right now in the SHOWBIZ countdown, we are breaking news and counting down today`s the top three newsmakers.

We kick it off at number three with the big SHOWBIZ newsmaker who may be putting his money where his mouth is. Donald Trump. I spoke with Donald today and he revealed to me that he may be willing to pick up the tab to keep the White House tours going, which of course has just been cancelled due to budget cuts.

If he does, Trump would need to shell out at least 74,000 bucks a week to cover the costs of the Secret Service. So we`ll see.

Considering Trump`s scrappy relations with the president, should the White House actually let him pay up? I spoke with Trump this afternoon. He was promoting the new season of his NBC show "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice." "Apprentice" is going up against his good friends, Mark Burnett and Roma Downey`s huge hit, "The Bible," which also airs on Sunday night. So I had to ask Donald if he can handle the stiff competition.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: I am very happy. First of all, I love those two people, they`re very special people. They`re doing something very special and it`s about the bible. I mean, you can`t go wrong --

HAMMER: You can`t be mad at God for beating you, right?

TRUMP: God will beat me every time. And frankly, I think it`s great what they`re doing. I love it. I think it`s great.

HAMMER: The FBI right now investigating a potential hacking scandal, where a lot of celebrities have had their private information posted online. And I know you`re pretty proprietary about what you like to let out there. Your name is on that list. What can you tell us about where that is now, because obviously technology does make it tough these days.

TRUMP: Well, it`s great that the FBI -- they`re the best. And it`s great that they`re looking at it. And hopefully they`ll find it and hopefully the people that did it. But it`s modern-day technology.

You know, in the old days, A.J., you would put your documents in a safe for you. Have a (INAUDIBLE). Today it`s out there, you don`t know where they are. So somebody hacked in, and hopefully the FBI will catch them.

HAMMER: How did you find out about it, that your name was in this list?

TRUMP: I actually watched it this morning. I saw my picture on the news this morning. And I said, what did I do --

HAMMER: What did I do now?

TRUMP: I said, this is not good. And I found out that way.

HAMMER: Well, here we are in Trump tower, and now there may be Trump Tour at the White House. I tried, that was kind of an attempt. So what is the plan? Because obviously your name has been thrown around after your friend, Newt Gingrich, suggested that you pay for the tours at the White House. What`s the reality of what`s probably going to happen?

TRUMP: Well, if they want to do something, I would certainly be open to it. I don`t know that they can or they would want to. But certainly I`d be up and do it. I think it`s a shame that they`re -- I mean, this has taken place from day one. I think it`s a shame that there are no more tours at the White House.

HAMMER: Would you serve giant sodas on that tour? Because here in New York, you`d be allowed to do that now. Now you can have your giant Big Gulp.

TRUMP: Well, except that I have great respect for Michael Bloomberg. He`s really been a great mayor and a great guy. And, you know, what he`s doing, it`s a point. It`s certainly a point that we have to think about.

HAMMER: Are you disappointed that it was overturned?

TRUMP: I don`t give it too much stuff.

HAMMER: Finally, open seat on "The View". I`m thinking you.

TRUMP: Well, that`s interesting one. I guess that would be interesting. But I`ve heard Brooke Shields and I`ve heard some others, but I think Brooke would be fantastic, she`s smart, went to Princeton. Great student. And she`s a great person. So if they are in fact thinking about Brooke Shields, and I have no idea if that`s true or not, I think she`d be fantastic. I endorse her.

HAMMER: OK. And if you don`t do that you could lead the tours at the White House then.

TRUMP: And I could do the tours at the White House as opposed to "The View." I just did "The View" the other day.

HAMMER: That`s right.

TRUMP: It was great. It`s actually a great group at "The View". And it`s a great show.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Can you imagine that, Trump sounding off on all the hot topics along the ladies of "The View" every day? They may have to put him in a dress. It sure would be a sight to see.

Catch Donald Trump`s "Celebrity Apprentice." The "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice." Sunday nights on NBC.

Well, let`s move now from a Trump shocker to a Kardashian stunner. Number two on the SHOWBIZ countdown of today`s biggest newsmakers, Kim Kardashian and her cringe-worthy bloody vampire facial. Did you see what was happening in social media? It was still on fire today over what we saw Kim do on Sunday night on "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami." She got a facial using her own blood. You got to see this to believe it. Let`s watch it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK, we`re going to start in here. Beautiful. More blood -- more therapy --

KIM KARDASHIAN, "KOURTNEY AND KIM TAKE MIAMI": Oh, that hurts.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Around the bone.

KARDASHIAN: Oh, that hurts so badly. Ouch. Ouch. (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: One more line and we`re done. All right. That`s it. You`re set.

KARDASHIAN: Oh, my god, I will never get a facial like that again.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So this was the hard part, this pain --

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is it?

KARDASHIAN: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, OK.

KARDASHIAN: We`re all good.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All good, my butt. Does a vampire facial really work? With me tonight from Hollywood, Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants who was a plastic surgeon to the stars.

Doctor, appreciate you being here. And to be clear you were not the doctor performing that vampire facial in the video but you are familiar with this procedure. You look at this thing, and quite frankly it makes me a little sick when I see that. It looks wild, crazy and painful. But first of all, does it actually work?

DR. VLADIMIR GRIGORYANTS, PLASTIC SURGEON TO THE STARS: Hi, A.J., well, thanks for having me on the show. To make a long story short, there`s no evidence that a vampire facelift or a vampire facial produces long-term results. In this procedure, a patient`s own blood is used to inject in the soft tissues. And supposedly, the growth factors that are present in the blood as well as the cells that can produce those growth factors will produce enough effect so that there`s going to be more collagen and therefore the wrinkles will appear less noticeable. However to date there is no clinical evidence that this treatment works.

HAMMER: And when you look at all the pain that Kim apparently was going through there, she`s squirming in her chair, it`s a -- literally a bloody mess all over her face. Can you describe for us how it actually feels? Is it more like acupuncture? Is it kind of like scraping?

GRIGORYANTS: Well, the instrument that they`re using has needles that are going in and out of the skin at a high frequency. So what she is experiencing is this poking pain. But I presume they must have used some kind of numbing cream initially, which will help but does not relieve the discomfort completely.

I`m not sure how much will this treatment, though, actually inject Kim`s own blood. I can`t imagine there`ll be a lot of blood introduced with this technique. So most of what she`s going to get is just piercing of her skin. And I can`t imagine there`s going to be a significant improvement, to tell you the truth.

HAMMER: It`s like who wants to do that? Well, let me bring in Jenny Hutt. Maybe she does. She`s with me in New York.

HUTT: No. No.

HAMMER: She`s the host of Sirius XM show, "Just Jenny."

HUTT: No.

HAMMER: You`re interfering with your own plug here, Jenny, you must be feeling very strongly that you don`t --

(LAUGHTER)

You don`t want to do this. Put the picture up again, Charles, if you would. Kim tweeted this out to her 17 million followers. Blood still on her face. So obviously, you find it shocking. You`re not heading to the doctor`s office after the show.

HUTT: Well, but I have more issues with it. She`s pregnant. I wouldn`t put myself through something like this where I have pain I feel like it could distress the baby like -- when I was pregnant, I stayed home and gestated. I didn`t really care what was going to my skin at the point really.

HAMMER: So, Doctor, do you see this as another over-the-top celebrity fad or do you think this will stick around? I mean, you`re saying to yourself. There are no proven results here.

GRIGORYANTS: Well, well, to tell the truth, I don`t see how this treatment would become widely used by plastic surgeons and other practitioners for lack of clinical evidence. Secondly, in my practice, I do a lot of Rhinoplasty so you can imagine many patients will develop significant bruising.

HAMMER: Yes.

GRIGORYANTS: Bruising -- soft tissue is saturated with blood, so if you think blood works that well to rejuvenate your face, that all Rhinoplasty patients should have less wrinkles in their face. But that`s not the case.

HUTT: And third of all, it`s nauseating.

HAMMER: Well, yes. Just to clarify, Kim was not pregnant when she got that facial. And that`s 1500 bucks will get you.

We`ll leave it there. Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants, thank you so much. Jenny Hutt, thank you as well.

GRIGORYANTS: Thank you for having me.

HAMMER: We`re counting down to our number one newsmaker of the day. Who could top that on our SHOWBIZ countdown? The big reveal in just a moment.

And we have more SHOWBIZ science class for you tonight. This is good. And I promise not gross like the facial, it`s really good. It actually might be one of the greatest new inventions of the 21st century. The Oreo cookie separator machine.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`ve got this plastic to kind of keep the creamy Oreo half from sticking to the hatchet blade.

JEANNE MOOS, CNN SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT: Who needs a tongue to scrape off the cream when there`s this.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Which part of the Oreo do you like better? Cookie or cream? I`m the kind of cookie guy. This could be a game changer here. Plus, it`s the moment "Bachelor" junkies waited all season for. The proposal. And the over-the-top reaction. This season did not disappoint. It is is tonight`s moment of SHOWBIZ awesomeness.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back, I`m A.J. Hammer, and tonight in the SHOWBIZ countdown, we`re counting down today`s top three newsmakers of the day. Coming in at number three, Donald Trump tells me he may offer to pay to save the White House tours. But is he serious enough to shell out 74,000 bucks a week.

Number two, Kim Kardashian gets a bloody vampire facial with cameras rolling, of course. But does it really work? That takes us to the big reveal of who is number one on our SHOWBIZ countdown of today`s top three SHOWBIZ newsmakers. It`s Jodi Arias on trial. Accused of killing her ex- boyfriend.

But with the world watching and waiting to see how Arias` murder trial plays out, we`ve got to ask, what is it that drives some women to kill?

Well, with me tonight, I`m so pleased to welcome Sharon Martin, who`s the producer and narrator of Oxygen Network`s hit true crime series "Snap," it airs Sunday night and "Snap" profiles fascinating cases of women who`ve been accused of murder. Sharon joining me now from Atlanta for our SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview.

Great having you here.

SHARON MARTIN, PRODUCER, "SNAP": Thanks for having me, A.J.

HAMMER: Absolutely. So, Sharon, the Arias trial we all know has now captivated the attention of the nation. Most people are trying to make sense of what she did and your show delves deep into cases just like this one every week. So I`ve got to ask you, do you think Jodi Arias snapped?

MARTIN: I think if you believe her story, if you believe everything she says, then she`s the ultimate case of a woman who snapped. She claims that she had an abused childhood, that she had an abusive relationship and then it get -- got to a point where she couldn`t take anymore and then she blacks out and doesn`t remember the details.

If you believe her, then she snapped. I think the reality might be a little different.

HAMMER: Yes, it`s going to be interesting to see what the jurors think, obviously. But Arias` ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, was the victim of a very brutal crime at her hands.

MARTIN: Yes.

HAMMER: He was shot, stabbed, his throat was slashed. Still Arias is saying that there are things that happened that day that she just can`t remember. I want to watch a bit of that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

STEPHENS: Why is it that you have no memory of stabbing Travis?

ARIAS: I can`t really explain why my mind did what it did. Maybe because it`s too horrible, I don`t know. I really don`t know the answer as to why I blacked out or have memory gaps. Much of that day.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, I mean, we heard it right there, Sharon. She says that it`s all a blur so it has me thinking that perhaps memory loss could be actual proof that she did snap?

MARTIN: I think the problem with her story is that she remembers some things but not other things, and to me, watching this after doing 200 episodes of the show, it feels a lot like she is telling the jury, I`m a little smarter than you and I can figure out how to answer all your questions, and ones I can`t answer are in the fog.

HAMMER: Yes.

MARTIN: So whether they`re going to buy that, I think we`ll just have to wait and see.

HAMMER: Well, to that point during the trial, she hinted that even she is not only unclear about what happened before killing her -- before killing her boyfriend. She doesn`t remember what happened after. Let`s watch that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ARIAS: And then as far as not calling 911, like I said, I can`t really explain my state of mind following -- immediately following. And after that, it was -- it was basically fear-based. As far as not calling any authority.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK, so Arias is saying there that she`s not even sure about her state of mind following the killing. Do you believe her when you watch that based on all of the similar cases that you`ve seen?

MARTIN: I think based on the cases we`ve seen, the ones that are self- defense cases, where the women felt they were in fear, and they fired the shot, they emptied the gun and then immediately picked up the phone and called 911. Those are the self-defense cases where the jury believes them or maybe either found them not guilty or gave them some leniency.

I think what she did afterwards and for how long she carried on and the various stories that she told along the way, I think what that says is that maybe there was something else going on. The memory story is really convenient for her, and maybe it`s true.

HAMMER: Yes.

MARTIN: I`m not a -- I`m not a neurologist. Maybe that`s not how it works for her. I just know that in the cases we`ve seen, stories like that don`t always play with the jury.

HAMMER: Yes, it is amazing, and you bring up that convenience memory, and that is a point that I am so sure the prosecution is going to drive home in those final arguments. So sadly, now, Arias joins this growing list of accused women murderers. But what do you think is behind the particular fascination with Jodi?

MARTIN: I think viewers really like to find a woman that they can sort of identify with. And I think everybody knows a woman a little like Jodi Arias, whether she`s a woman you dated, whether she`s a girlfriend. You know someone -- she`s one of those girls you knew in school. I think there`s something about her that everybody sort of goes, oh, yes, I know a girl like that and I always thought she might be troubled.

And I think the fact that she has talked so long about so many details has just made it that much more fascinating. We never get this much detail on somebody during a trial.

HAMMER: Oh no. And really, you know, for those of us watching at home, as much as we may be fascinated by it, we don`t always want to so much detail.

But, Sharon Martin, it`s great insight. Thank you so much.

Sharon`s true crime series "Snap" airs Sunday nights on Oxygen.

OK, fear, the model, the hula hoop, America has this long terrific history of great inventions, right? Well, next, I`m going to show you what may be the great new invention of the 21st century. It is the Oreo cookie separator machine.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`ve got this plastic to kind of keep the creamy Oreo halves from sticking to the hatchet blade.

MOOS: Who needs a tongue to scrape off the cream when there is this?

(END VIDEO CLIP) HAMMER: You have got to see how inventors face off to solve the age-old cookie versus cream battle.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT at HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now, SHOWBIZ trending. Now I do love my gig here at SHOWBIZ TONIGHT but I figured out what my next job might be. I think I`m going to study the intricate science of Oreo cookie separation. I mean, who really has time to twist and lick anymore? For goodness sake.

Laugh if you want, but you know scientists at leading research institutions are actually working on robots to separate the creamy goodness from the chocolaty cookie that I love so much. How says Americans don`t innovate anymore these days?

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos, and she is blowing the lid off of Oreos.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MOOS (voice-over): The old way to un-sandwich the cream. Step one, pull apart Oreo. Step two, scrape with incisors. Now there is a more incisive way. The Oreo separator machine. Nabisco is going against its own rules.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Please don`t fiddle with the Oreo middle.

MOOS: By commissioning inventors to build machines designed to fiddle with the middle.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And then I got this plastic to kind of keep the creamy Oreo halves from sticking to the hatchet blade.

MOOS: Who needs a tongue to scrape off the cream when there is this? This Ruth Goldberg type contraption is one of four separator machines. It`s in this part of Oreo`s "Cookie versus Cream" ad campaign. Sure, there were setbacks along the way. But this is like reinventing the wheel. The Oreo separator wheel.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Technically on the other side of the wheel, it pops up, slice off the cream.

MOOS: And then there was the device built at the University of Minnesota by these two.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I like the cookies on an Oreo.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And I like the cream.

MOOS (on camera): Oreos found the pimp product developers thank previous inventions for which they were know. It`s called, we kid you not, the catsup crapper.

(Voice-over): Bill Fienup and Professor Barry Kudrowitz were grad students when they design the catsup crapper for a competition. Now they graduated to Oreos.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Step three. Push top cookie in subject count.

MOOS: At least they didn`t go hungry for the week it took them to construct this.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We were snacking while we were inventing.

MOOS: HERB here never got hungry. HERB stands for Household Exploring Robotic Butlers. HERB has been in development for seven years at Carnegie Melon. Oreo separating is just a sideline. Wipe off anything that`s left with a towel, guess who else is going to need a towel after heating the cream into a liquid state.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Atomized liquid cream and spray it into subject now.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I probably get about 20 percent of it in my mouth. It`s very exciting experience.

MOOS: These machines don`t take a licking. They take the place of licking.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Grab Oreo.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Got to get me one of those.

That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

OK. Perhaps you were munching on Oreos while watching "The Bachelor" finale last night. Reality TV love is tonight`s moment of awesomeness. When Sean professed his love to Katherine, she was this close to what Oprah lovingly calls the ugly cry. Did she lose it? The priceless proposal reaction you`ve got to see it next.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: It is time for SHOWBIZ awesomeness. This is where we name the most awesome moment of the day. And if you`re a fan of the "Bachelor" fear not, reality TV love prevails last night. Sean Lowe and Katherine are engaged. If you`ve ever questioned how real these shows actually are, we`ve got something for you tonight. Catherine was so shocked we didn`t know if she was going to say yes or perhaps lose her cookies when Sean got down on one knee.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SEAN, THE BACHELOR: I want to spend the rest of my life telling you, I love you.

Catherine, will you marry me?

CATHERINE, THE BACHELOR: Yes. Oh, my god.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I mean, can you question if that was totally authentic? It was totally real. My favorite part, watching them ride off in the sunset on that elephant. There is no date yet. But Sean and Catherin plan to televise their wedding. And happy endings are all around today. ABC has not only revealed that Sean will compete on the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars," but also Sean`s third runner up, Desiree, will be the next "Bachelorette."

Coming up next on "DR. DREW ON CALL" what did men see in Jodi Arias? Well, tonight an ex-boyfriend of Jodi`s and a friend of Travis Alexander are going to weigh in on the fascination with Jodi on "DR. DREW" which starts right now.
