THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Jodi definitely knew how to manipulate men, how to use men and to get into their life.

JUAN MARTINEZ, PROSECUTOR: You ended up in his bed, right?

JODI ARIAS, MURDER DEFENDANT: I think I was little (ph) upset (ph).

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We started kissing. It got a little more escalated.

ARIAS: I wish those were my hands giving you a (EXPLETIVE DELETED)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You fell in love with Darryl.

ARIAS: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We were in love, became infatuated and fell in love.

MARTINEZ: ... the first time you and she had sex?

(INAUDIBLE) enthusiastic about it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We were both enthusiastic, yes.

ARIAS: (INAUDIBLE) shut and lock the door and (INAUDIBLE) (EXPLETIVE DELETED) (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did you love Matt?

ARIAS: Very much. Yes, I was in love with him.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You were in love with him?

ARIAS: Yes, very much, a lot more than I was Victor. Bobby was, like, my first true love.

MARTINEZ: I thought you said the relationship with Mr. Alexander was very stressful.

ARIAS: Some of the sex wasn`t.

MARTINEZ: So you did enjoy the sex, then, is that what you`re telling me?

ARIAS: At times, I did.

MARTINEZ: "We explored every naughty fantasy we could conjure up in our fruitful imaginations. I love him. I really do."

And you were enjoying it, weren`t you.

ARIAS: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We were kissing, and the she eventually kind of grabbed me and then she got on top of me.

MARTINEZ: But that was OK, right?

ARIAS: I`m single.

I like being handled. But yes, I totally will handle you.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Tonight, Jodi Arias, men and lovers. It`s a long list that doesn`t even end after Arias murders lover Travis Alexander. Tonight, a courtroom stunned by graphic sexual testimony and a revolving door of Arias`s many, many men.

Maybe the most shocking piece of evidence presented at trial, exhibit number 428, the phone sex tape between Arias and Travis Alexander, a tape Arias records and saves. But why? Does Arias intend to one day blackmail Travis Alexander with a sex tape?

Take a listen to taped evidence that leaves the jury stunned. Viewer discretion advised.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

ARIAS: There have been a few times where I`ve been bold enough to just pull you onto the bed and start. And (INAUDIBLE) you remember that time I came to visit you when I was still living in California, and I fell asleep on your chair next to your bed, and you (INAUDIBLE) woke me up by pulling my pants off and totally licking my (EXPLETIVE DELETED)?

TRAVIS ALEXANDER, MURDER VICTIM: Yes.

ARIAS: I was so embarrassed because I`d just, like, got my Brazilian on and I was, like, worried about what it looked like. And I was, like, Oh! And the lights were bright and they were on. I was all self-conscious. God, I remember that was hot!

You know, eventually, we`re going to be married people, and I just get the feeling that there aren`t a lot of Mormon guys like that. And there may or may not -- I`m sure there are plenty of freaky Mormon girls, but are they marrying type? I shouldn`t say that! I`m just saying, are they the type that you`d want to marry or other guys out there, the types I`d want to marry. And I don`t know, like, I really would like to marry some -- a return missionary, but like you, someone who can be freaky. Like, I just worry about that. There are plenty of nice people out there (INAUDIBLE) Oh! I worry that I might feel like a wilting flower, is all (INAUDIBLE) never really blossomed to her full potential, at least in the sexual realm. I feel like I have with you, but like, I still have plenty of blossom time left. And I want to (INAUDIBLE) all those years being that way.

ALEXANDER: I`m going to tie you to a tree and put it in your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) all the way.

ARIAS: What`s that?

ALEXANDER: I`m going to tie you to a tree and put it in your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) all the way.

ARIAS: Oh, my gosh. That is so debasing. I like it!

ALEXANDER: (INAUDIBLE) tie your arms around a tree, blindfold you and (INAUDIBLE) camera on a timer while I`m (EXPLETIVE DELETED)

ARIAS: Oh, my gosh! You are full of ideas!

ALEXANDER: It takes creativity to top ourselves.

ARIAS: I know! It does. We`ve gotten way creative in the past!

ALEXANDER: I`m going to tied you to a tree and put it in your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) all the way.

ARIAS: We`re kicking around ideas of what we might do. He asked me to find a place that would be good where we could do that. And so I hiked around a little bit.

MARTINEZ: It can also be fair to say that what people say during phone sex isn`t necessarily true. Wouldn`t you agree to that?

ARIAS: I would agree to that.

MARTINEZ: It was just a fantasy kind of conversation, wasn`t it.

ARIAS: Yes, it was just fantasy.

MARTINEZ: Right. And that -- so that if he says he wants to tie you up to a tree and stick it up your (EXPLETIVE DELETED), that could also be seen as fantasy, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: That never happened, did it.

ARIAS: No.

ALEXANDER: Just (INAUDIBLE) how -- how I (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you with (INAUDIBLE) until it was nothing.

ARIAS: I know!

ALEXANDER: (INAUDIBLE) (EXPLETIVE DELETED)

ARIAS: (INAUDIBLE) all over me and then licked it off.

ALEXANDER: It was fun. And like -- and we`ve had fun with Pop Rocks. That was a fun one. I didn`t like the Pop Rocks as much as I liked the Tootsie Roll (INAUDIBLE)

ARIAS: Yes. Yes, they were interesting. You know what I really liked, was when we were in the bath with the candles and I had the braids. (INAUDIBLE) bubbles (INAUDIBLE)

ALEXANDER: Oh, I love the braids.

ARIAS: I know. They`re hot.

MARTINEZ: And you enjoyed the Tootsie Poops and the Pop Rocks, correct?

ARIAS: I would not say enjoyed.

MARTINEZ: This doesn`t say that you didn`t enjoy it, does it.

ARIAS: No.

MARTINEZ: This encounter involving the Pop Rocks and Tootsie Pops also involved braids, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: So you enjoyed those braids, right?

ARIAS: I don`t...

You know what I really liked is when we were in the bath with the candles. I had the braids.

ALEXANDER: Oh, I love the braids.

ARIAS: I know. They`re hot.

MARTINEZ: You thought the braids were hot.

ARIAS: I believe that he thought it was hot, so it was hot.

MARTINEZ: You`re saying you lied?

ARIAS: No.

MARTINEZ: Do you want to hear it again?

ARIAS: No.

ALEXANDER: I love the braids.

ARIAS: I know. They`re not.

When we took a bath together, that was -- that was surreal, like (INAUDIBLE) and I think -- I mean, maybe the candlelight and the bubbles all had something to do with it. But you were amazing! You made me -- seriously, you made me feel like a goddess. Like, I wasn`t say you were, like, worshipping me, but you were -- you made me feel like I was the most freaking beautiful woman on the whole planet. Like, I so felt like I was the goddess. And so aside from all those warm, fuzzy feelings, but, like, it was so sexy and it was so hot.

ALEXANDER: Start touching yourself.

ARIAS: I am ready!

ALEXANDER: I just started. Ah!

ARIAS: I wish those were my hands giving you a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) I wish you were here. If you were here, my grandparents are asleep. I`d let you in in my bedroom and we`d shut and lock the door and we would just (EXPLETIVE DELETED) and go at it all night. (INAUDIBLE) I think about having sex with you every day. (INAUDIBLE) (INAUDIBLE) (EXPLETIVE DELETED)

ALEXANDER: I`m really glad (INAUDIBLE) (EXPLETIVE DELETED)

ARIAS: What?

ALEXANDER: I said I`m really glad that we started (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

ARIAS: Well, if it`s wrong, then I don`t want to be right because I`m glad, too!

OK, I don`t know. What`s wrong is that I wish we were doing it before because...

ALEXANDER: Yes.

ARIAS: ... that was good and...

ALEXANDER: And once we did it, like, why not do it, you know?

ARIAS: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: "You have testified on different locations where you performed sexual favors with Travis to keep him pleased and happy. Are you saying you never got pleasure out of sex with Travis?"

ARIAS: Definitely not. I did. Many occasions, he was very romantic, very loving, and I guess you could say attentive, and he cared about my pleasure, as well -- not always, but there were times when he was -- we were very compatible in that regard.

My panties were missing.

MARTINEZ: "I want to lick it up and then sit on it. You are so tasty. My goodness. I want to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you like a dirty, horny little school girl," right?

ARIAS: Yes.

We are just horny toads!

MARTINEZ: (INAUDIBLE) Hottie Biscotti.

ARIAS: I call a lot of people that.

MARTINEZ: Seems like you were into the sex as much as he was, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: "Did you enjoy having sex with Travis?"

ARIAS: For the most part, yes, I did, very much. He didn`t physically force me or anything like that.

I really, really, really want to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you so bad!

Remember the first time that you and I grinded? (INAUDIBLE) like, I ended up just (EXPLETIVE DELETED) and you were, like, Whoa! Like (EXPLETIVE DELETED) I looked around, there was just (EXPLETIVE DELETED), just, like, all over. It was so hot. (INAUDIBLE) (EXPLETIVE DELETED) good together. That was so cool.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: When we come back, Jodi Arias just butchers Travis Alexander. But that doesn`t stop Jodi Arias. She heads straight into the arms of another man.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RYAN BURNS, JODI`S EX-BOYFRIEND: When we woke up, we were kissing, and she eventually kind of grabbed me and she got on top of me.

ARIAS: (INAUDIBLE) secrets (INAUDIBLE) confidential (INAUDIBLE)

BURNS: And that`s one of the things that kind of made me stop, you know, when things were kind of getting a little heated, her expressing her religious beliefs and almost trying to bring me closer to God.

ARIAS: I`ve done many things that are shameful, but this is not one of them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: As soon as Jodi Arias slaughters Travis Alexander, she leaves. But not to call police or 911 or even head back to her own home. Oh, no, she`s off to Utah for a romantic tryst with this man, Ryan Burns. As usual, Arias quickly turns things sexual. Listen as lover Ryan Burns takes to the witness stand to describe what happens.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARTINEZ: At the end, right when you killed him, you indicated that you were monogamous with him, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: And at that time, you then left the killing scene, if you will, and you went up to Utah, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: And when you went up to Utah, ma`am, you ended up with somebody by the name of Ryan Burns, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: And you ended up in his bed, right?

ARIAS: I think it was a love sack.

BURNS: We talked for a while. I think we agreed that we were going to watch a movie or something like that, and that`s what we did, we turned on the movie.

MARTINEZ: And what happened during the movie?

BURNS: At some point, I mean, we were talking and we kissed.

MARTINEZ: And did this kissing continue, or did it just stop at one kiss?

BURNS: Eventually, we kissed probably many times. Every time we started kissing, it got a little more escalated.

MARTINEZ: And with regard to the physical contact beyond the kissing, was there any of that?

BURNS: Clothes never came off. You know, at some point, she was kissing my neck, I was kissing hers, but clothes never came off.

MARTINEZ: How about your hands?

BURNS: Yes, my hands were -- I never touched her breasts or anything like that. At one point, I had my hands on her thighs. She was -- you know, things were -- she just definitely seemed to be into the moment. And you know, eventually, we stopped.

MARTINEZ: Before you stopped, did your hands ever go near her vaginal area?

BURNS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: When you say that you stopped, at any point did she say to you, We need to stop, or how was it that it came...

BURNS: I don`t think really either one of us had said, Please stop. We both just stopped. I mean, part of our conversations with each other were about her religious views and my religious views. And I didn`t want her to regret her trip, you know, there. I didn`t want that to happen.

So you know, at some point, we stopped, but it wasn`t necessarily her stopping me or me stopping her. We just -- I didn`t want to go any further for her to regret the trip.

MARTINEZ: (INAUDIBLE) placed his hands between your legs, right, at some point?

ARIAS: Not that I recall.

MARTINEZ: But that means that -- you were here when he testified, right?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: Before you stopped, did your hands ever go near her vaginal area?

BURNS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: So it could be that he did place his hands between your legs, right?

ARIAS: No, could be that he was full of crap. He didn`t go there.

MARTINEZ: So you are saying that Mr. Burns is full of crap.

ARIAS: When he said he got near my vaginal area, absolutely.

BURNS: We turned on a movie again, maybe it was the same one we were watching, maybe it was a different one, but we were tired. We took a nap.

MARTINEZ: All right. And when you awoke, describe for me what happened.

BURNS: I don`t know how long we were sleeping. The second we woke up, we were kissing.

MARTINEZ: And what else happened?

BURNS: She got on top of me pretty aggressively, and we were kissing.

MARTINEZ: When she got on top of you pretty aggressively, where was her genital area compared to yours?

BURNS: She was right on top of me.

MARTINEZ: And you guys were kissing, correct? Is that yes?

BURNS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: During this encounter, when -- after you wake up, did she ever - - and the phrase may have been "adjust" you in any way while this encounter is going on?

BURNS: Well, that`s what I mean. When we woke up, we were kissing, and then she eventually kind of grabbed me and adjusted me a little bit. And that`s when she got on top of me, and we were kissing.

MARTINEZ: At some point, isn`t it true that you, quote, unquote, "adjusted" him?

ARIAS: I helped him adjust himself.

MARTINEZ: You didn`t get on top of him and grind on top of him with your clothing on?

ARIAS: No.

MARTINEZ: That`s not anything that you did, right?

ARIAS: I did not grind that guy.

MARTINEZ: Your genitalia didn`t rub against Mr. Burns`s genitalia, correct?

ARIAS: That`s correct. I got off from being on top of him. I was on top of his stomach.

MARTINEZ: With your legs spread or no?

ARIAS: I don`t recall. We were in a love sack.

MARTINEZ: Pardon? I know you were in the love sack, but I`m asking whether or not you were straddling his stomach area.

ARIAS: I think I might have been.

BURNS: We were instant messaging back and forth. At some point, I complimented her on being very feisty.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: "How could you kiss another man when you knew what you just did to Travis?"

ARIAS: Again, my state of mind wasn`t right at this time. This was just hours afterward. And one of the reasons I went to Utah is because it was expected of me. And I thought by not showing up, it would look even more suspicious.

And when I got there -- Ryan and I had talked extensively about things we might do when we get there, including being romantic -- not sexual, but romantic, things we would -- maybe dinner, hikes, things like that. Part of me felt that that was expected of me. If I went there and just showed up as a total ice queen and didn`t want to touch him or have anything to do with him, he might think that was strange. And so part of that was an attempt to appear normal.

Also, when I was with Ryan, I felt a sense of safety. He wasn`t pressuring me for sex, and I didn`t think he was going to haul off and smack me if I said the wrong thing or did something that displeased him.

But again, even with all of those things, I wasn`t in my right state of mind during that time.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: After hours in court, one former lover of Jodi Arias, Ryan Burns, joins us straight from the witness stand. Listen to the long, strange journey Burns says Arias takes to get to his house and the bizarre sex encounter that follows, all orchestrated by, who else, Jodi Arias. As usual, Arias is pulling the strings.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BURNS: The plan was that she told me a week prior to this, she was planning to come see me. And when the day arrived, you know, she called me from southern California around 9:00 PM on Tuesday. She was supposed to get to my house. It`s a 12-hour drive from LA to Salt Lake City. She was going to get to my house at 9:00 PM.

Obviously, you know, I was concerned about her driving in the middle of the night. So I told her to pull over. She had called me and she wanted me to help her stay awake. And so I maybe really expected her maybe at 12:00 or 1:00 PM. But I called her at 9:00 the next day, on Wednesday. It went straight to voicemail. I wasn`t too concerned at that point. I figured she might have pulled over to just take a nap.

At 12:00, 1:00, when it didn`t still go through, now I was starting to get concerned. And then I even tried maybe two other times after that.

Her reason was -- was -- and I think they did an objection in court. They didn`t want me to speculate on this. But I guess I can talk here. She said she got lost. She got on to wrong freeway, and she was kind of air- headed like that. That`s what she said. And drove for hours upon hours in the middle of the night. So it was dark. She didn`t realize where she was going. At that point, she, you know, was so tired, she fell asleep, and she couldn`t believe how many hours she fell asleep. And then she tried to get back...

GRACE: Did it sound truthful to you?

BURNS: ... on the right path to come back...

GRACE: Did it sound truthful to you?

BURNS: Not at all. And that`s what the -- that`s what the prosecutor was trying to get me to say, is that I -- you know, while she was telling me this, you know -- and the defense tried to make it sound like we were a couple. I was definitely interested in her, and that`s why we were talking four or five times a week for over a month, you know, but weren`t not together.

GRACE: You`re talking about this sex encounter you had. Knowing now, in hindsight, it`s just a couple of hours after she stabbed Travis Alexander to death, then she hops up on top of you.

BURNS: Right. I mean, obviously, very awkward to think that she called me and I talked to her for maybe an hour, 30 minutes to an hour, when I was at the Cheesecake Factory, which was only three or four hours after he was killed, is what I`m hearing now.

And so for that whole hour, we talked about simple things, giggling about just little jokes, just the normal conversation, you would think. Obviously, very abnormal when you -- in retrospect. But she was always -- seemed like Jodi that I`d been talking to for five or six weeks the entire 14 hours she was with me the day after Travis died.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Coming up, the jury gets a chance to ask Jodi Arias their own questions about her revolving door of men, and this jury does not hold back!

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BURNS: She would often tell me how she felt about, you know, her religious beliefs, the Book of Mormon.

MARTINEZ: You remember the first time you and she had sex, though, right?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We were both aggressive. We were both enthusiastic, yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She told me she was dabbling in Mormonism. That was her term. That`s the quote, "dabbling in Mormonism." I was looking into faiths, and this seemed like a good one.

MARTINEZ: Did you know that the defendant was having oral sex with Mr. Alexander at the time that -- of her baptism?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I did not know that.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Somebody wouldn`t be worthy of being baptized if that was the case, correct?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Coming up, Jodi Arias` men and lovers. It`s a long list, but even so it doesn`t end after Arias murders her lover Travis Alexander. Tonight, a courtroom stunned by graphic sex testimony and the revolving door of Jodi Arias` men.

After weeks on the witness stand testifying about intimate details, including anal sex, oral sex, sex fantasies, phone sex, blah, blah, blah, I can`t even list it all, court watchers wonder if Arias tried to use sex to control her lovers.

The jury has their chance to question Arias and they do not hold back, asking Arias detailed questions about her sex life. Asking why she broke the Mormon law of chastity, and even what the definition of the work skank is.

These not-so-subtle clues should have indicated just where the jury stood after Arias` 18 days of testimony. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIRK NURMI, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Had you ever learned about what we`re calling the vow of chastity?

JODI ARIAS, CONVICTED OF MURDER: It was mentioned -- it was mentioned to me, not in detail.

NURMI: And what was your understanding of that vow?

ARIAS: According to the missionaries, they were -- they sort of glossed over it. And they didn`t really glossed over --

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She is asking what the understanding was.

NURMI: What was your understanding of what the vow meant, what it prohibited?

ARIAS: No premarital sex, my understanding was that it meant that vaginal sex was off limits and everything else was more or less OK.

NURMI: And who gave you that understanding?

ARIAS: Travis did.

NURMI: Where were you when this first happened?

ARIAS: I was in his bed.

NURMI: In his bed where?

ARIAS: In his bedroom, in his house in Mesa.

NURMI: Tell us what happened.

ARIAS: We fell asleep. And I woke up and he was on top of me. And he had already penetrated and started having sex with me. I wore cotton shorts to sleep and they were gone. And my shirt was pulled up. Pretty high.

NURMI: You woke up, what was happening?

ARIAS: He was in the act.

NURMI: In the act of what?

ARIAS: Vaginal sex.

NURMI: Your concern was primarily the vow of chastity or of the law of chastity, excuse me.

ARIAS: The consequences.

NURMI: The consequences. How did you feel?

ARIAS: I felt like I was partially responsible because I went to sleep next to him. I was wearing cute shorts, little T-shirt. So, I mean, we might have fallen asleep cuddling, I don`t remember. But I just felt like being in his bed, you know, sleeping there that it wasn`t entirely his fault. Like maybe it was invited.

We were in my bedroom, we were not on the bed, but we were standing next to it. And we were kissing. And I was in my church clothes. He was in his church clothes. The kissing got more passionate and more intense, and then he spun me around. He bent me over the bed. And he was just on top of me. I didn`t think anything was -- that he was just going to keep kissing.

I was face down. My head was turned to the side. His hands were wandering. And he lifted up my skirt. And he pulled down my underwear. And he was pressing against me.

NURMI: What do you mean pressing against you?

ARIAS: His full body.

NURMI: Did he have an erection?

ARIAS: I could feel an erection. He unzipped his pants, and -- I guess he pulled them down, I didn`t see. But he -- he began to have anal sex with me.

JUAN MARTINEZ, PROSECUTOR: You and Mister -- engagement and no intercourse, correct?

ARIAS: On two occasions.

MARTINEZ: So the answer is yes, you did, right?

ARIAS: Yes, on two occasions.

MARTINEZ: Do you know somebody by the name of Richard Samuels?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: And you lied to him, did you?

ARIAS: Initially I did.

MARTINEZ: You told him that the only person that you`d ever had anal intercourse with was Travis Alexander, right?

ARIAS: I told him on a regular basis, Travis only.

MARTINEZ: So what you`re saying is that he got it wrong then, right?

ARIAS: I`m not saying that.

MARTINEZ: Were you untruthful with him about whether or not you had had anal intercourse with Bobby Wise?

ARIAS: No.

MARTINEZ: And it`s your statement that you did tell him that on two occasions you had intercourse with Bobby Wise, right?

ARIAS: That`s not my statement.

MARTINEZ: Well, did you or didn`t you tell him that you had had anal intercourse with Bobby Wise?

NURMI: Objection, your honor. (INAUDIBLE).

JUDGE SHERRY STEPHENS, MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: Overruled.

ARIAS: If it was discussed it was --

MARTINEZ: Ma`am, the answer is -- the answer is --

(CROSSTALK)

MARTINEZ: Judge, she`s not responding.

NURMI: Yes, she is, Judge.

STEPHENS: Restate the question.

ARIAS: And the missionaries began to come over to my house and preach about the law of chastity. They didn`t overly preach, they mentioned it and explained it briefly. Not in great detail. I wasn`t comfortable asking these two young kids that I just met in detail about it. But Travis and I had intimate conversations and he -- how he explained it to me was that vaginal sex was absolutely off limits and everything else is not as egregious to that law.

MARTINEZ: With regard to your knowledge of the law on chastity, and what you have learned, any indication that there`s any case misunderstanding as to what it allows and it doesn`t allow?

DEANNA REID, TRAVIS` EX-GIRLFRIEND: No, it`s clear.

MARTINEZ: It`s clear what? What is it --

REID: It`s clear that it allows -- well, it does not allow any sexual contact between people who are not married.

ARIAS: My understanding was that it meant that vaginal sex was off limits and everything else was more or less OK.

NURMI: This law of chastity would forbid oral sex, correct?

REID: Yes.

ARIAS: I really, really, really want to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) right now so bad.

NURMI: It would prohibit anal intercourse, correct?

REID: Yes.

ARIAS: Oh never mind, you do know how to work the booty.

NURMI: And it would prohibit penile-vaginal intercourse, correct?

REID: Yes. Any type of sexual contact.

ARIAS: My understanding was it meant that vaginal sex was off limits and everything else was more or less OK.

REID: Well, those things do happen, but if they do happen it is in violation of the law of chastity. And that`s clear.

STEPHENS: Does the Book of Mormon go into detail regarding the vow of chastity?

ARIAS: It doesn`t give explicit detail, but it does -- and it doesn`t even say law of chastity to my recollection. It just talks about -- it uses verbiage such as whoredoms, things like that, being unclean, and that`s all in reference to sexual sin. So it doesn`t go into detail but it does reference that those things are considered sinful.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: When we come back, another one of Jodi Arias` many lovers takes the stand. The question Arias asks the day before Travis Alexander is butchered. Shocking.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: His face is not shown on camera to protect his privacy. Former lover Darryl Brewer tells all on the witness stand. Brewer testifying about when his relationship with Arias begins to go sour. But that doesn`t stop Arias from stopping by Brewer`s place just one day before Travis Alexander is murdered. To borrow the now infamous gas cans that helped cover her tracks en route to murder.

And Arias claims to police she lives by the "Ten Commandments." But then immediately points out the bible doesn`t say "Thou shall not fornicate."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

NURMI: Do you know this lady here in the blue shirt?

DARRYL BREWER, JODI ARIAS` EX-BOYFRIEND: Yes.

NURMI: How do you know her?

BREWER: I know Jodi because we were in love.

NURMI: Did that romantic relationship then evolved when you were co- workers?

BREWER: Yes indeed. We began to spend a little more time together. Our - - our relationship was not supervisor-employee anymore, and became infatuated and we fell in love.

MARTINEZ: You remember the first time you and she had sex, though, right?

BREWER: I do remember. Yes.

MARTINEZ: And she was very aggressive, wasn`t she?

BREWER: We were both aggressive.

MARTINEZ: Well, do you remember when the person came to talk to you, one of the things that you told them was that she was pretty aggressive on the first time that you had sex. Do you remember saying anything about that?

BREWER: I do not recall saying that. No.

MARTINEZ: Not only was she aggressive, she was enthusiastic about it, wasn`t she? Just --

BREWER: We were both enthusiastic, yes.

MARTINEZ: And she was comfortable with the intimacy, right?

BREWER: Yes.

MARTINEZ: Even she -- even enjoyed I believe on two occasions anal sex, right?

BREWER: Possibly once.

MARTINEZ: Possibly once, couldn`t have been two?

BREWER: I don`t recall.

ARIAS: I think that -- and this doesn`t make it right. I think that, you know, being a convert, you know, I`ve had -- I`ve been -- I`ve had a couple of serious relationships before where I was intimate with a few people. And it`s kind of silly, but I used to always joke that regardless of what the bible says, and yes, I`m Christian, I just live my life by the "Ten Commandments" and those are my rules, you know, thou shall not this or that. But it doesn`t say that thou shall not fornicate.

BREWER: The relationship was deteriorating over the summer of 2006, by the fall, Jodi had -- we were still together in the home but it was becoming clear that I was moving back to Monterey. And that we would not be living together.

I don`t know how natural it was. I saw a lot of changes in Jodi. She became a bit of a different person than I had known previously. Jodi did become more actively religious in the fall of 2006.

NURMI: What church or denomination did she become involved with?

BREWER: The Church of Mormon, and she mentioned that she was studying it. There were visitors to the home. There were prayer sessions in her home and I knew that she was actively getting more involved and taking her spirituality more seriously. At that time, we had stopped being -- we had stopped being intimate. And Jodi had told me that she was saving herself for her husband.

MARTINEZ: She was asking you for gas cans in May of 2008 at the very end so that she could make a trip to Mesa, Arizona, do you remember that?

BREWER: Yes.

MARTINEZ: And she made more than one call asking you for these gas cans to make a trip to Arizona, didn`t she?

BREWER: Yes.

MARTINEZ: In fact, in the first part of June of 2008, she called you again asking about these gas cans to go to Mesa, right?

BREWER: Yes.

MARTINEZ: And during the first time that she brought up this issue in the end of May of 2008, you asked her why do you need these gas cans? Do you remember asking her that?

BREWER: I do.

MARTINEZ: And she got really testy with you, didn`t she?

BREWER: Not necessarily testy. She said she needed them, she was taking a long trip.

ARIAS: This is a little out of order. We`re hanging out in our dirty little rundown house that I had mentioned previously. At times we lived there without power and phone. The winters were freezing, we could see my breath inside the house. My parents did not support the relationship. And we were young just trying to figure out life on our own.

When this picture -- when I see this picture I am reminded of that quote by Charles Dickens, where he says they were the best of times and the worst of times. We`re smiling here in the pictures like that, it was a difficult relationship, but Bobby will always, always be special to me.

Bobby was like my first true love.

NURMI: Why, at this point in time were you still open to the idea of a romantic and potentially sexual relationship with the man who had choked you and thrown you down, as you described?

ARIAS: Well, like I said, I consider those incidents isolated and not a pattern of his. And I still loved him and I see that he still loved me. And I didn`t want to hurt him. And I didn`t want to -- we were -- it just felt natural. I had been with him for some years, he was my first love. Being with him, whether it was good or bad, it just felt natural and it was what I was accustomed to.

ABE ABDELHADI, JODI ARIAS` EX-BOYFRIEND: We went to dinner in Pasadena, we walked around, we went to Barnes & Noble, we ended up in the spiritual books section, (INAUDIBLE) section. She asked me about my religious background, I shared that with her pretty bluntly, she told me she was dabbling in Mormonism. That was her term. That`s the quote. Dabbling in Mormonism.

And so I asked her bluntly, well, who`s the other guy. And she said, what do you mean? I said, is it your ex that you used to live with, she said, no, I was looking into faiths and this seemed like a good one. And I said well, that`s not exactly for the faint of heart. I mean, you`ve got no caffeine, no beer, no pre-marital sex. There`s such a bunch of restrictions. It`s a very tough religion if you`re going to just jump into a religion. So I thought it was an odd thing to say that I`m dabbling in Mormonism.

She was actually very comfortable. And at one point I made an innocent little reach, just really didn`t get much past high school but I made a little reach to find out candidly speaking if she was wearing thong panties or not, you know, we all have our peccadilloes, and so when I realized that she was, I made a little joke, and I said that`s not magic underwear. It was a Mormon joke, it`s in bad taste. But, you know, we`re in the moment. And so I made that joke and I said this isn`t magic underwear. And she said, but there is magic in them.

STEPHENS: What is your understanding of the word "skank"?

ARIAS: I don`t know an official definition, but it`s a very negative and pejorative, derogative term against women.

GRACE: Next, a very close friend of Travis Alexander tells what other men really thought of Jodi Arias.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Jamie Simko, a friend of Travis Alexander, doesn`t hold back with what he thinks when he first lays eyes on Jodi Arias. His words, wow, this girl is smoking hot. Be that as it may, Simko also reveals other men felt the same way. One married man even wants to leave his wife and children after meeting Arias for just three hours. Lucky, Jodi Arias` sex mojo doesn`t work on the jury.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JAMIE SIMKO, FRIEND OF TRAVIS ALEXANDER: When I first laid on -- eyes on her, I said wow, this girl is smoking hot. And then once I got to know her a little bit, I`m like, not only is she smoking hot, she`s one of the nicest people I`ve ever met in my entire life.

I can speak from experience of being in her presence. When I was around her and -- I mean, I was smitten. I mean, I liked her. Personally, I was like, OK, she`s really hot. And she`s nice. And we just really connected conversationally.

GRACE: What can you tell me about another Mormon gentleman that meets Arias and falls hopelessly for her and immediately decides he`s going to leave his wife and children to be with Jodi Arias? What happened?

SIMKO: He had spent some personal time with her. It was in a car, for a few hours.

GRACE: All right. Right there I have a problem. But so after two hours with her, what does this guy say?

SIMKO: Well, he takes -- you know, our other friend in the business, Chris Hughes, aside and right out, you know, he goes into a private room with him. And he says, Chris, when I get home from this trip, I`m going to divorce my wife. I want to be with Jodi. And one of the things he referenced was that, you know, she laughs at my jokes. She gets me. This is what I`m missing.

And what our friend Chris had said to him when he took him to the side was like, listen, dude, this is a marriage. You know? Tell me if you get with Jodi a few years down the road that you`re not going to be feeling the same exact way as you feel with your wife right now.

GRACE: Straight ahead, the first in Jodi Arias` life is questioned by police -- her father.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: We remember American hero Air Force Senior Airman Michael Buras, 23, Fitzgerald, Georgia. Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Joint Service Commendation medal, parents Joy and John. Sisters Michelle and Samantha. Daughter Madison.

Michael Buras, American hero.

And now back to the Arias trial. Before there were all these lovers, there was the first man in Jodi Arias` life, her father, William Arias. Even in the police interrogation, Arias` own father doubts her credibility.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BILL ARIAS, JODI ARIAS` FATHER: When she was in eighth grade she got busted for growing marijuana with our Tupperware, putting it up on top of the roof. We called the sheriff`s department. And they busted her and then rounded up some of her friends or something. And then we searched her room. That was the first time we searched her room. After that she was so -- it was kind of like something turned in her head and we were nosy parents and we`re going to -- we`re going to search everything she has, because she hid everything from us and always has since then.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Wow.

B. ARIAS: Never -- she`s never been honest with us since then. And she was probably 14 then. She has never been honest with us ever since then.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She just shut down, just completely shut down. I was hoping maybe she would at least tell me why, you know, she was -- you know, I guess the same treatment you`ve been getting for the last, I don`t know how many years. Nothing. Just nothing.

B. ARIAS: I mean, just like a straight face. Nothing there. I mean, it`s like, I keep telling -- I told her one time, you know, when she was, she called me and started yelling. I said, you know what? Have you ever thought of yourself as being bipolar? Oh, my god, she cried -- she cried hysterically. And then she called back and I hung up on her because that`s what I do when she starts going off on me, I just hang up.

I don`t need to listen to it. And then she called up and kept calling and kept calling and kept calling and kept calling, until I could tell her that no, I`m just kidding. And I told my wife, I says, man, you know, I think I hit a fine tooth there.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Everyone, thank you for being with us. I`ll see you tomorrow 8:00 sharp Eastern. And until then, goodnight, friend.
