THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Tonight on the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," it`s today`s top three shockers. Simon Cowell`s new baby drama. "X" marks the spot on Simon`s lips as the fallout builds over him allegedly getting his friend`s wife pregnant. And did Simon Cowell break the ultimate Guy Code by getting caught up in this love triangle? Well, two of the stars of MTV 2`s "Guy Code" judge the "X Factor" judge tonight.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ALEX TREBEK, HOST, "JEOPARDY": He had 9,600 and he wrote down what is the emancipation -- well, because he misspelled it badly. Emanciptation. You put a "T" in there, proclamation. That`s unfortunate. The judges are ruling against you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Sorry, sorry, "Jeopardy" outrage. Tonight, a kid stumbles over the spelling in final Jeopardy, but now the game show is getting slammed for the kid`s loss.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT starts right now.

Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer, thank you for watching tonight, we are counting down the day`s top shockers, and we`ve got three stunning stories from Hollywood and beyond.

Let`s kick things off with No. 3 tonight. Simon`s sex factor.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): Big news that the "X Factor" judge, Simon Cowell, is going to be a daddy for the first time. Certainly shocked a lot of people. But it`s the soap opera drama that is coming out now that has a lot of people talking.

CARLOS GREER, "PEOPLE MAGAZINE": He got his friend`s wife pregnant.

HAMMER: "People" magazine`s Carlos Greer said tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the mother of Simon`s unborn baby is married to real-estate mogul Andrew Silverman, a friend of Simon`s. The couple has a 7-year-old son.

GREER: Simon is friends with them Andrew Silverman and Lauren Silverman. They`ve been photographed together. They`ve vacationed together.

HAMMER: Is Simon a home wrecker? It depends on who you ask.

GREER: We talked to sources who know Lauren, and they said that Lauren was unhappy in her marriage.

HAMMER: And Lauren`s estranged husband is telling a different story. In his divorce papers, he reportedly names Simon.

GREER: Andrew reportedly cited Simon as one of the reasons why he filed for divorce. This is a nasty situation.

HAMMER: As for Simon, he`s being uncharacteristically silent about this whole mess.

GREER: Simon is remaining relatively mum. We caught up with him on the carpet last week, and he deflected the question and basically said that he`s trying to protect people`s feelings.

HAMMER: But with headline after headline calling Simon a home wrecker it looks like for once the judge is being judged.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: OK, so apparently whether or not Simon Cowell is a home wrecker is in dispute, but there is another question that is swirling madly around this affair scandal. Did Simon Cowell violate the Guy Code by getting a former friend`s wife pregnant?

Of course, "The Guy Code" is that unofficial rule book that governs the behavior of men all over the world. So to judge Simon`s alleged Guy Code violation, I`ve got to bring the experts tonight, the stars of "Guy Code," the hilarious show that airs on MTV2.

Chris DiStefano and Damien Lemon with me in New York. Guys, great having you here. I want to get right to this, because the reports are that Simon actually used to vacation with his, well, now new girlfriend and her husband. And while they weren`t the best of friends, they were still friends.

Damien, let me throw it to you first. On a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being nothing and 10 the worst possible violation, how bad is Simon`s Guy Code violation here?

DAMIEN LEMON, ACTOR: I`m giving Simon a good 11.7. It`s ridiculous.

HAMMER: Yes, Chris, go ahead, back it up. Give me some reasons why -- why it`s an ultimate violation.

CHRIS DISTEFANO, ACTOR: First, real quick, I just want to say, A.J. Hammer is the most Guy Code name I`ve ever heard.

HAMMER: Absolutely.

DISTEFANO: Congratulations on that.

HAMMER: Thank you very much. Well, there you go. That`s big praise. I appreciate it.

DISTEFANO: And I totally back up Damien. I mean, Simon totally broke Guy Code. You never, ever date your friend`s girl, ever. Once you see that woman, she is not a woman to you. There`s no sexual attraction.

HAMMER: That`s your sister.

DISTEFANO: That`s your sister. Exactly. And she should be gone.

The good news is Simon Cowell can breastfeed that baby with his man boobs.

HAMMER: Well, there you go. So I guess there`s an upside to this whole.

LEMON: Absolutely.

HAMMER: We need another perspective here, as well. I have sports blogger Jackie Pepper from JackieonSports.com. The great Jackie with us tonight.

All right, Jackie. So getting the friend`s wife pregnant. Where is that ever excusable? Is it just the massive ego of Simon Cowell that allows you to break the Guy Code so easily?

JACKIE PEPPER, SPORTS BLOGGER: Well, Simon loves women. So I don`t know that he follows any rules in that department. He -- you know, he goes out with women he works with. He kind of is all over the map.

So you know what? A, she`s hot. B, you know, friendship doesn`t last forever. The baby will last forever, and I`m hoping that he will soften up as a result of becoming a dad. Because he seems like a pretty massive jerk.

HAMMER: Yes. And the truth is, he`s actually not as big of a jerk as people make him out to be.

PEPPER: Really?

HAMMER: Or as he makes himself out to be. But then he goes and he pulls a stunt like this and now everybody is questioning what the reality is.

Now, Damien, you put him at, I think you said, 11.5 out of 10. So he was way off the charts with the Guy Code violation. There are the reports that say that the Silvermans` marriage was already on the rocks when Lauren started up with Simon. So in the Guy Code rule book...

LEMON: Yes.

HAMMER: ... does that change anything? Does that even matter?

LEMON: Well, for the record, A.J., I said 11.7.

HAMMER: Sorry.

LEMON: Just so we get that all the way there. Point 7.

No, doesn`t change anything. Even if your home boy and his lady are going through a bad situation, that is not your concern. You don`t jump in at all. Not at all. Unequivocally, he is in clear violation.

DISTEFANO: Off limits forever. She is off limits for eternity.

LEMON: Um-hmm.

HAMMER: And Chris, what do you think the punishment should be? He is stripped of all of his black T-shirts forever? We don`t want to see him without his T-shirt on.

DISTEFANO: His punishment should be to get a man breast reduction.

LEMON: Oh, man.

HAMMER: OK. Back to that.

DISTEFANO: I mean, that`s what I feel like when I first heard the story. I was like, if I was this other guy, all I would do is go in on Cowell`s man boobs. That`s all I would do.

HAMMER: Got it.

LEMON: He`s too -- Simon doesn`t -- Simon has always been a heel. If he was a wrestler, he`d always be the bad guy. First of all, he had no shirt on, but he had on his shades. So that shows his priorities.

HAMMER: There you go. He`s covering up something just the wrong thing. All right.

LEMON: Yes.

HAMMER: OK. Simon, take some advice from these guys. They know what they`re talking about.

Let`s get to No. 2, guys. It`s our "SHOWBIZ Countdown" -- our "SHOWBIZ Shockers" tonight. The question is, will A-Rod be around much longer in baseball?

Of course, we now know New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez, the highest paid baseball player ever, has been suspended for the rest of this season and all of next season if it`s upheld. Chances are, the suspension would effectively end his career.

Major League Baseball is going after A-Rod for his alleged role in the performance-enhancing drug scandal, but he can still play, pending his appeal.

Now, A-Rod not the most loved guy in baseball or New York. I want to play for you a scene from the movie "The Other Guys." This is where a New York City cop, played by Mark Wahlberg, gets grief for accidentally shooting a more beloved player at Yankee Stadium.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARK WAHLBERG, ACTOR: I saw a shadowy figure in the tunnel. I told him to stop.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. It`s a restricted area.

I finally pulled my gun. Pulled out my weapon and started running.

Don`t make me do it. I`ll do it. Are you deaf? Didn`t you hear me yell "freeze"?

DEREK JETER, MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYER: I`m Derek Jeter. You shot me.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You cost me 20 grand on that game, because you shot Derek Jeter!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He`s a biracial angel.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You should have shot A-Rod.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Should have shot A-rod. Well, there you go. No love for A-Rod then. Very little now.

Sports blogger Jackie Pepper, you are our resident sports expert on retainer tonight. Is there anyone out there who is taking A-Rod`s side on this, other than A-Rod?

PEPPER: Believe it or not, yes, his teammates are taking his side. Mariano Rivera, Andy Pettitt. Andy Pettitt also admitted to cheating not too long ago. They`ve taken his side. They say they love him. He`s their teammate, and they will support him.

But look at the rest of the league. Do you know how much money A-Rod gets paid per game? Almost $170,000. You can buy a Ferrari for that money. Guys around the league, your journeyman ballplayer and even your A-listers, if they`re clean, they are pissed at this guy, and they want him out of the game completely.

HAMMER: Very quickly, Damien and Chris, how would you judge A-Rod`s handling of all this?

DISTEFANO: I mean, I am a die-hard Yankee fan. A-Rod is out. He`s been out to me for a long time now. It`s all about Derek Jeter. Derek Jeter would never do something like this.

LEMON: Don`t say that.

DISTEFANO: No.

LEMON: You never know. You never know.

DISTEFANO: Listen.

HAMMER: Yes, I`ve got to -- I`ve got to end it there, guys. But clearly, there is disgust among New Yorkers and people of earth in general. All right. Thank you.

We have the big reveal coming up, today`s top "SHOWBIZ Shockers." Damien, Chris, Jackie, I appreciate you all being here tonight.

LEMON: Thank you.

HAMMER: Also ahead, we have one of the world`s most photographed women who`s finally -- finally -- resurfacing into her self-imposed lockdown.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP) KIM KARDASHIAN, REALITY TV STAR: Mom, I just want to say, congratulations on your new show. I`m sorry I couldn`t be there in person. I`m just loving life a little bit too much home right now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: There`s Kim, making her first post-baby debut. But no magazine cover shot; no red carpet. What is the real deal with her comeback?

Also ahead, Anthony Wiener`s sexting pal may have a new career in porn. I think I might be a little bit sick about this, but is there anything wrong with Sydney Leathers making the most of her assets? Extending her 15 minutes of fame, don`t you know?

The is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ED PERRY, HLN PRODUCER: Look at that, look at the cage. Could you reach that raccoon in there? I can`t keep it.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Mom`s warnings forgotten.

PERRY: The dogs are standing in your way. There you go. Can you crawl, just like a dog. He`s like, what are you doing? Get out of my house.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A child now vulnerable to abduction.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is just absolutely terrifying. An experiment, caught on tape, of a would-be predator luring children into danger, using the age-old trick, a puppy.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Right now we`re revealing the No. 1 shocker of the day, the stunning results of the predator test.

Now, thankfully, what we just showed you was just a test. Those kids are just fine. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you behind this scenes of this very important special. It`s for HLN`s "Raising America" with Kyra Phillips.

So Kyra and her crew, including HLN anchor Christie Paul, conducted the experiment with parents` approval so they could see what kids would really do when approached by someone they didn`t know. That someone they didn`t know is actually a producer for HLN, Ed Perry.

Christie and Ed joining me now. Good to see you both, and Christie, I want to start with you, Christie. This special. Really just frightening. Because some of the children just went with Ed, our pretend predator, with no hesitation, no reluctance at all. So I have to imagine as a mom you were just terrified as you were watching this unfold?

CHRISTIE PAUL, HLN ANCHOR: Yes, I mean, I got tweets from people watching who were watching this, calling it terrifying, people saying that it made them skittish. People saying -- one woman wrote, my God, if this were true, if we were watching a kid actually go into a cage for real. It is -- it`s sinister and it`s chilling.

And as a parent, what the takeaway with this is, I think, is is that, look, we can talk to our kids about it, but it has to be repetitious. We have to have that conversation all the time. When you`re in the moment, when you`re at the park. If your kids see somebody and they make them uncomfortable, you know, tell them to come to me.

The first response is you don`t go anywhere until you get permission from me. But you have to drill that into their head time and time and time again. Because they`re kids and they forget.

HAMMER: Yes. Chilling is such the obvious word here, and it just seems so simple. Let`s watch one scenario that played out with some of the children. Their mother so horrified about what happened she actually asked you to blur the children`s faces. Roll that, Charles.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: But for another mom, she couldn`t even talk about our test.

PERRY: You`re not scared of a dog, are you?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So devastated by what you`re about to see, she asked us to conceal their identities.

PERRY: I`ve got a toy in there. I`ve got some food in there. You got him? You got a good grip on him?

OK.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is that their cage?

PERRY: Look at that, look at that cage. Can you reach that raccoon in there? I can`t keep it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK, Ed, what a completely and utterly creepy and uncomfortable role you had to play there. What`s going through your mind as you`re obviously doing something that was important to show people, but you actually had to go through with this?

PERRY: Yes, I mean, you have to keep your eye obviously on the bigger picture, and I really didn`t know that the kid was going to go with me until the last second when he was coming with me the whole way. And we got to the very end and he got into the crate. And, you know, I really wanted to -- I really wanted to kind of hug him and say, you know, this is not what you do, but I kind of had to play it through to make sure that we got the whole point of our special. Which was, that your kid can get really caught up in the moment and get himself in a really dangerous situation.

And that was a very dangerous situation, and it was really weird for me. You can only imagine, I mean, the gravity of that. The poor innocent child had no idea, really, what was going on.

HAMMER: I was so uncomfortable for you, Ed, watching this, and there was this one particularly scary moment for you when there was this woman who was standing by, watching you, you know, so-called prey on these children. And she suddenly jumps in. I want to roll that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So now, he wants them to go in his pockets and get treats, and then he didn`t have any treats. And he asked the kids to go, so at first I let the kids talk. And he said, well, you wanted -- then he tried a different method by saying, "Here, you want to hold the dog?" And I said no. No.

KYRA PHILLIPS, HLN ANCHOR: It wasn`t even your kids, but you jumped in. Why?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Because I have a child and I know. I just -- and I`m a teacher, as well. So it`s not just my kids; they`re all my kids, even though, you know, it`s not my child. It`s like, no, no, no. Go away.

PHILLIPS: And they listened to you?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes. Yes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I mean, good for her. Ed, I have to imagine you were terrified that not only she was going to jump in, but maybe grab you and tackle you to the ground or something.

PERRY: Yes. Or mace me or, you know, kick my dog. Or something. I don`t really know what was going to happen. But thank goodness she was actually paying attention, because you know, the bad guys sure are paying attention. I`m glad that she was.

HAMMER: Well, it`s just been unbelievable to see this really -- such a wow factor there. Christie and Ed, thank you both so much for bringing that to us. I appreciate it.

PAUL: Absolutely.

HAMMER: Moving on now to an incredible sight. It`s Jennifer Aniston without makeup. Look at this Instagram that is Insta-wow. Jennifer going bare for all the world to see. It is #teamaniston. Tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Hot Flashes."

Plus, listen to this. Is the game show "Jeopardy" now in jeopardy of losing its loyal fans after some say a kid got robbed of his win?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TREBEK: And he wrote down "What is the Emancipation." Well, because he misspelled it badly, Emanciptation -- you put a "T" in there -- Proclamation. That`s unfortunate. The judges are ruling against you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Sorry. Was he really robbed, though, or is this outrage way off base? It is our "SHOWBIZ Countdown" of today`s top buzz makers. But is this story going to be No. 1?

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ASHTON KUTCHER, ACTOR: This is real. This is freedom. This is freedom to create and to do and to build as artists, as individuals.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Look, you`re overreacting. Even if you were developing this for freaks like us, and I doubt you are, nobody wants to buy a computer. Nobody.

KUTCHER: How does somebody know what they want if they`ve never even seen it?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: What an amazing likeness. Ashton Kutcher there, in the movie everybody is buzzing about, "Jobs," as in Apple founder Steve Jobs, who was an innovator and an inspiration to so many people. But he also did rub a lot of people the wrong way.

Now, Jobs may have been gruff, but Ashton, of course, is known as a really chill guy. And we all knew him from the first TV role, the goofy Kelso on "That `70s Show." But I can tell you: Ashton`s transformation to the iconic Steve Jobs is just remarkable.

The question is did Ashton know he would make an amazing Jobs, and was he worried about taking on a such a beloved hero so soon after his death? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT getting the real deal right now from Ashton himself and CNN`s Tory Dunnan, who has the scoop.

Everybody, Tory, has been waiting to see this movie.

TORY DUNNAN, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Yes, A.J. I have to say the anticipation around this movie is almost like a manic release of the latest Apple product. So no pressure there, right? Well, not quite.

But unlike the latest iPhone or Mac book, there are some concerns that the timing of the release of "Jobs" is just too soon. It comes less than two years after the Apple founder`s death. But Ashton says that he really channeled those concerns into a role he hopes will help, not hurt, the enduring legacy of Steve Jobs. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KUTCHER: I know that there were some people that were close to him that didn`t want a movie to be made this soon. And but when I got the script, I realized, this movie is getting made. It`s -- it`s going to happen. And it is going to be made.

And I admire Steve Jobs and appreciate him. And -- because I have my friends that actually know him, I felt like I could at least protect his legacy somewhat by playing him, and I knew that I would dedicate myself to making it as good as I could.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DUNNAN: Ashton was committed to the story-telling, but honestly, it is spooky how much he reassembles Steve. Here`s the question: Did Ashton know he looked so much like Steve Jobs to really be able to pull this all off? We`ve got to hear this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KUTCHER: I didn`t really know. I never knew that I looked that much like him. And never really sort of, like, looked to focus on it until I started doing the movie and then so I looked to see old pictures of him. And I was like, yes, I could probably look like that.

And then when -- but it got to the older stuff, I was really scared, because I didn`t know how that was all going to come off. And, you know, the people that put that -- helped me put the look together were -- were awesome.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

DUNNAN: So, I personally cannot wait to see this, and I know there are many other people out there, and "Jobs" opens on August 16 -- A.J.

HAMMER: Yes. Count me among them, Tory. And really, the likeness is amazing. Really looking forward to seeing this. Tory Dunnan, thank you so much.

All right. As we move on tonight, Anthony Weiner`s sexting pal now showing off her money maker to the world. Yes, Sydney Leathers gets a porn deal. I really didn`t think this story could get any more sleazy. Apparently, I was wrong. We`ve got the naked truth in tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Hot Flashes."

Well, it took seven weeks, but Kim Kardashian is finally ready for people to see her, making her big post-baby debut on her mom`s talk show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KARDASHIAN: Mom, I just want to say congratulations on your new show. I`m sorry I couldn`t be there in person. But I`m just loving life a little bit too much at home right now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Right. OK. Loving life and waiting for a big slim-down pay day, perhaps? That is the big buzz. Of course, Kim K. isn`t the only buzz- worthy celebrity that everybody is talking about tonight. Our "SHOWBIZ Countdown," today`s top buzz makers. Which star story is going to be No. 1?

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KARDASHIAN: Hey, Mom, I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show. I`m sorry I could not be there in person, but I`m just loving life a little bit too much at home right now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Right now, the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," today`s top buzz makers, including the big reveal: Kim Kardashian finally comes out of post- pregnancy hiding on her mom`s talk show. So why did she do it in a super- short video message? Has Kim got something to hide?

Plus, Anthony Weiner`s sexting pal sure has nothing to hide -- Sidney Leathers is staring in porn. The big debate tonight, anything wrong with her cashing in on the sex scandal? Get ready for a red --hot edition of SHOWBIZ Hot Flashes.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, thanks for watching, I`m A.J. Hammer. Right now we are counting down today`s top three buzz makers. Let`s get this train rolling and begin with number 3, question, what is the frenzy over Jeopardy?

Well, people are buzzing after a kid`s "Jeopardy" contestant claimed he was cheated by the show. He`s a Connecticut 8th grader. And Thomas Hurley and he says, he got the answer right when he appeared on the show last week during kid`s week. Hurley said he was ready to walk away as top dog when this happened.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TREBEK: Let`s go to Thomas Hurley now, he had $9,600 and he wrote down what is the emancipation. Well, because he misspelled it badly. Emanciptation, you put a "P" in there, proclamation - that is unfortunate, the judges are ruling against you, so it`s costing you how much? $3,000. You drop down to $6600.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Somebody in the audience went what? That misspelled word and Alex Trebek, the host of the show, of course, in his response has sparked a fiery debate tonight. Did "Jeopardy" actually cheat this boy out of a win, or does this young boy need to take it as a life lesson. With me tonight, Mary Murphy who, of course, is the judge on the hit Fox reality competition series you think you can dance? Mary is with me from Hollywood, and Mary, to be clear you are the captain of our hot tamale train tonight, thank you for being here.

(LAUGHTER)

MARY MURPHY, "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE": Thank you, A.J.

HAMMER: All right, so, listen. We reached out to "Jeopardy" and here`s what they told us, they said, rules are rules. This is how our game is played. Now you are a judge, Mary for one of the most heated competitions on television. From your perspective, did the "Jeopardy" judges get it right?

MURPHY: Well, I would have been madder than a hornet if I was the fans. Madder than a hornet if I was the parents, and myself would have been madder than a hornet. If that was not the rules. But it is the rules. And it`s clearly stated the family knew, the child knew, everybody involved knew, that if you misspell anything, that it does not count. And it`s so unfortunate, and it`s very sad, but if they were to over, you know, rule this, then every contestant that misspelled something in the history of "Jeopardy" would be -- you know, would be able to come forward.

HAMMER: Yeah.

MURPHY: So, it`s sad, but I think it real has to stand.

HAMMER: Yeah. I mean you can`t help but feel sad for the kid, it doesn`t mean they should change anything. We are all going to be bummed out for the poor kid.

He was so sure he had it right. You saw how said he looked at the end of the show. Let me read to you what his dad just told CNN. He said that "Thing that bothered me most was the way Alex Trebek and the producers treated my son. They were kind of smug, it`s a kids` tournament. Everyone knew what he meant." And the truth is, Thomas really had no chance of winning. You saw the margin there, the boy that won took the prize by a huge margin. Entertainment journalist Hyla with us tonight. Hyla, does everybody just need to chill out, chalk it up as one of those life lessons: spelling counts, especially in "Jeopardy."

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT HOST: Yes, it does count, but first of all, I think there`s a bit of a contradiction here. He got the answer correct, he spelled it wrong. So, he is not wrong. The kid is not wrong. Also, I think if you go back and you listen to Alex carefully, his explanation is also wrong .

HAMMER: Yes.

(LAUGHTER)

HYLA: He called that kid out for having an extra P .

HAMMER: That`s right.

HYLA: It was an extra T that he had in the business. So, are we going to dock Alex`s pay, too, for screwing it up?

HAMMER: Yes, I believe we should make that one of the rules of watching "Jeopardy,"

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Wouldn`t that be something .

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: There`s actually a game show contestant that another show went out and found, because they went right to the source to find somebody who knows exactly what` it`s like to lose on this kind of a technicality, this person was speaking out today. Rene Dirat (ph) is her name. She mispronounced a puzzle on "Wheel of Fortune." Now, I take Wheel of Fortune very seriously. So I appreciate the fact that they enforce these rules, but watch what she just told "Good Morning, America," after hearing about Thomas`s jeopardies. Slip up.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Being a kid -- it`s just that much more that he is -- just like -- oh, man, and you just feel so bad for him.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yeah, and look, we feel badly. Mary, you feel badly. But I also think that his parents need to stop slamming jeopardy and kind of move on, don`t you think?

MURPHY: Yeah, absolutely, they need to move on. And it like you said, it is really said, and it`s going to be lesson learnt. Of course, he is never going to forget this for sure for a very long time. But I bet you one thing, he`s got to work on his spelling.

HAMMER: Yeah, he`s going to be working on that. And you know, Hyla, I`m right there with you, I heard that thing what Alex Trebek said, he said an extra p in there, oh sorry, Alex, sorry, no it`s an extra t.

From the "Jeopardy" controversy we move on now to number two on today`s "Countdown" of our top buzz makers. It`s Kim Kardashian. Out of hiding? Finally, well -- she did make her very first appearance, kind of, on her mom`s Kris Jenner`s new talk show, Kim didn`t actually walk out on set to give the world our first glimpse of her post baby body, but she did offer up this much.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN: Hey, mom. I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show. I`m sorry I could not be there in person. But I`m just loving life a little bit too much at home right now. But I watch you every single day, you are so amazing you really are born to do this. So, I just wanted to say I love you and have an amazing show.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I love that, she is supporting her mom who`s watching the show every day. We are getting our first glimpse of Kim right there from this personal video. I`m happy to see her, but it was a huge moment for Kim`s mom. The famous momager, even though they reportedly live together right now, the video appeared to come somewhat of a surprise for Kris, she got all choked up while she was watching this. She even was wiping away tears. Now, Hyla from what we could see there, Kim looked terrific, right? But I don`t think for a moment that it`s nearly enough to satisfy fans who have been waiting daily holding their breath looking to see what she looks like.

HYLA: Let me throw in another conspiracy theory here. I`m not convinced that this is post baby care. It`s so vague .

(LAUGHTER)

HYLA: It`s so vague, it`s so general, this is something that she could have recorded months ago. I`m at home having fun? What does that even mean? And they have been pulling these stunts, right? You had Kris who came out with a fake baby, it wasn`t Kim`s baby, it was the staff member`s baby on the first episode .

HAMMER: Right. Right.

HYLA: . of her talk show and then they posted these Baby Mason photos on their Facebook a couple of days ago playing it off, as it might have been North West, but I`m not even buying that .

HAMMER: Yes.

HYLA: This is post-baby Kim.

HAMMER: Hyla, there`s not a chance that Kim possibly would have said, I`m watching your show every day, if she hasn`t been watching her show every day. She`d never do something like that.

HYLA: You are OK. You convinced me. You convinced me.

HAMMER: But listen, listen, assuming for a moment that is legit. It is the first time that Kim has been seen publically since before June 15th when she gave birth to baby North West.

Mary, this video message was short, it was nice, but should she quit teasing her fans and just show herself to the world already?

MURPHY: Well, I think you have got it right there, A.J. She is teasing the fans. Hey, let`s face it. She is the queen of the press right now. She is going to make a full appearance when and where she wants to and you can trust, she is going to look like a million bucks and she is probably going to make more than a million bucks for making that first presentation.

HAMMER: Yeah, we`re going to hear cash registers ringing all across the nation. Kim certainly had everybody watching, everybody is waiting. So, Hyla, the big question is now, assuming she does it for real the next time. Since you do not possibly think that that video clip was real. How do you think she will ultimately make this big public comeback and is there any way she is not doing it for a paycheck?

HYLA: Yeah, I mean, absolutely, this is very coordinated. I`ve had a chance to work with the family back when I worked at e! and also at Spin media and they are great people. I think they figured out a system that works. It`s fun for us in the media to try and figure out what is real, what`s fake. The reality is this is going to be a money making situation for her.

The problem is they have so many platforms that they have to try to make money on. Kris has this new show. Keeping up with the Kardashians on e! Network, you`ve got to try and sell it to a magazine, put it on her blog. I`m sure they`re going to do some type of clothing line with the baby. So, everything is going to roll out eventually. What I would think that it`s going to be keeping up with the Kardashians. I think that at the end of the day is their bread and butter and that`s why we`re going to see some type of first reveal.

HAMMER: I`d like to say, just, you know, maybe she`ll just go out bowling with Kanye or something like that and will get caught on camera. All right. Mary, Hyla, stay right where you are, because we are revealing our number one top buzz maker of the day in just a moment. Something you do not want to miss. And from today`s top buzz makers, SHOWBIZ must see, hot flashes.

Jennifer Aniston without makeup here, this is a stunning Instagram selfie. Showing off Jen without a trace of makeup. It is seriously a hot flash tonight. The college student who sexted with Anthony Weiner just released a hard core porn video. Yes, a tried and true way to cash in on a sex scandal for sure. But is being a porn star really the future she was looking for? Wait until you see what we have named as our moment of SHOWBIZ Awesomeness.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back. We`re counting down to these top three buzzmakers. In a number three, "Jeopardy" under fire, after a kid`s "Jeopardy" contestant loses over misspelled answer. And number two, Kim K., finally comes out of hiding, for the first time since having a baby. At least she takes the video message for her mother, Kris Jenner`s talk show.

That leaves us at number one on our "SHOWBIZ Countdown" in today`s top three buzzmakers.

Advice from mob wives to a Jersey housewife. Listen up, Teresa and Joe Giudice, "Mob Wives" star, Big Ann, costar Renee Graziano have some advice for the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars that who have been indicted on 39 counts of fraud. So, Big Ann just gave an interview to the "New York Post" and that -- just a little pearl of wisdom for Teresa. She said she should tell them to go [ bleep ] themselves. Nice.

Renee Graziano`s daughter also shared her take on twisted situation saying, she has kids, leave her alone. The Feds have their story, then there`s the other story, it is never what it seems.

With me tonight from Hollywood, entertainment journalist Hyla. I don`t know what accent I was doing here, Hyla, but I do not really think necessarily .

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: And tell me if I`m wrong, that it`s a good idea for Teresa to tell the Feds to go bleep themselves. But maybe that is just me.

HYLA: You know, there`s also a third story that is really important, it`s the story that the judge or the jury is going to hear and going to belief at the end of the day. That is the story that they should be most concerned with. I don`t think she is helping her friend in any capacity by giving this sort of advice out in public.

HAMMER: Yeah. Also, you know, coming from Big Ann, I`m kind of not surprised. It`s judge the language that she speaks. And the funny thing about Teresa has been, that she at least from appearances does not seem to be at all worried about her legal trouble. Do we have the photos? Put these up, Charles, if you would. She just posted this over the weekend. This is on her Twitter and Instagram accounts. She looks like she`s having the time of her life, cooking, hanging out at the beach.

Let me go up to Jackie Pepper who`s a sports reporter and founder of the great Pepperonsports.com. All right, Jackie. Do you think Teresa should - - I don`t know, maybe be laying low, not posting these personal pics of her having the time of her life right now or should it be life as usual?

PEPPER: Guys, this is what we call denial, grade-a denial. Home girl does not know what is going on. And maybe she actually knows more than we think. Perhaps she has nothing to do with the finances and maybe she is prepared to let her husband take the fall on all these counts. If I were her in that situation, I would probably live life as normal as possible too. But it should be interesting to see how it unfolds. You have got to pay your taxes, guys, no matter what country you are from.

HAMMER: And again, innocent until proven guilty. But I was tearing at her smile there, trying to see if it was a put-on smile, or if it wasn`t. But at the same time, I`m not all that surprised that she is staying in the limelight and putting herself out there that way. I want to show you something. This is, even though she filed for bankruptcy in 2009, a time when she showed off her Jersey mansion on Bravo TV`s Jersey website, even as she was dealing with all that stuff. Roll it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This is my beautiful kitchen. I wanted it to have like an elegant look. I love my columns. We have a lot of detail on our trim. I custom designed my cabinets. I love them. Here is my Gucci glasses. Had to have these.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Taste is subjective. But Hyla, again, correct me if I`m wrong, I am thinking that Teresa may have misjudged her wisdom of putting her mansion in the spotlight given her bankruptcy filing?

HYLA: I think they do this with every aspect of their life. You have these housewives who are saying, oh no, this topic is off limits, no, you make a living of putting your life out there. Why should it be off limits? Why can`t people come up to you and ask you these questions? It`s funny where they draw the lines. You are a reality star, you got to take it. You know, a good advice would be to lay low if you do not want people and the feds tracking you.

HAMMER: Yes, don`t be shocked by the reaction. All right, Jackie, Hyla, thank you both so much.

Well, maybe the mob wives have some advice for Sidney Leathers tonight. Anthony Weiner`s sexting buddy just released a brand new porno video. She is taking the sex scandal to the bank right now. But is being a porn star really the best choice for her future? We`re taking it on in tonight`s "Hot Flashes." Plus, wait until you see what we have named as our moment of SHOWBIZ awesomeness. This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SIDNEY LEATHERS: Once my identity got leaked, I just felt like, you know what, what the [EXPLETIVE DELETED], who cares.

HOWARD STERN, RADIO HOST: You had a meeting with the guy from Vivid video.

LEATHERS: I did.

STERN: Are you considering a porno?

LEATHERS: I`m keeping all my options open.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And why not. Sidney Leathers, the woman at the center of the Anthony Weiner sexting scandal there telling Howard Stern that she was not ruling out any money making deals in the wake of her newfound fame. And now she is exercising her option. She is cashing in through a newly revealed porn video. It`s time now for SHOWBIZ "Hot Flashes," this is where we tackle the day`s hottest headlines. And first up, we have Sidney Leathers, who went from the other woman in a political scandal to porn star, like that. I mean, that was quick. This is an icky story on so many levels, and I don`t toss around the word "icky" all that often.

You have a disgraced former New York congressman, Anthony Weiner, getting a second chance, only to have his run for New York City mayor derailed over yet another sexting scandal. Sidney Leathers revealed that she`d been exchanging sexually explicit texts with the married candidate. Weiner is still in the race. So the question is, is it wrong for her to cash in on the controversy? I would love to bring back the lovely Mary Murphy, who of course is a fantastic judge on "So You Think You Can Dance?" And, Mary, Sidney Leathers now starring in a video that I will never see. Her new self-pleasure porn video. She says she did not out Weiner for fame, but you know, now that her name is out there, why not? So any problem with her cashing in? Do you say, go for it, do it, Sidney Leathers, whatever you want?

MURPHY: You know, you can`t help someone when they are trying to make a buck. But I mean, come on, what I really want to know is when did this become OK in our society? You know what I`m saying? All these tapes and all these sex tapes and all this. You know, everything going public like this. When did this become OK?

HAMMER: Yeah. I thought you were saying when did porn become OK. And look, it`s not for everybody, but, let`s face it, it`s been around a while, and I think it`s here to stay. But some people are saying, with a name like Sidney Leathers, how do you have any choice but at some point in your life to do porn? I mean, that would be like somebody named Bookman not working in a library. Don`t you think, Mary?

MURPHY: Yes, exactly. And is this truly her real name? Is it her real name?

HAMMER: It is her real name, it`s actually her name, Sidney Leathers, and it just makes sense. It seems to fall right in line with exactly how this thing should be playing out, I guess.

MURPHY: Well, hopefully when she cashes in, she can change her name and go on hopefully to something, you know, that is really more respectable.

HAMMER: Yeah, well, I don`t see her popping in for an office job, working in a cubical somewhere. I just do not see it. Unless of course that is the scenario being filmed for a porn. As I`m told those things kind of play out that way sometimes.

But we will move on now to our next hot flash. J-Lo back on Idol? Listen to this. There are new reports today saying that "American Idol" is very close to locking Jennifer Lopez back in to returning to the Idol judges panel. Of course, J-Lo had stepped down. She wanted to tour and promote her new album. It seemed like a great thing. I think she was terrific on "American Idol." Obviously, they`ve had a lot of problems, Mary. You yourself took a little break from "So You Think You Can Dance" to do other things, and now you are back. Do you think it`s a good move for Jennifer to do this?

MURPHY: I think it`s absolutely a great move. I think she did so many things in one year. I think she was sorely missed. I think she is just a world class superstar and looks phenomenal up there. I think she comes from a very nurturing point of view, as well. She just nurturing and motherly, you know, when she is on that show. And come on, let`s face it, she is drop dead gorgeous, and I think anybody cannot wait to see or hear at least what she has to say.

HAMMER: I`m dying to know if it actually happens. All right, let`s get to our last "Hot Flash" tonight, Jennifer Aniston going bare. Let`s see it, Charles. Aniston setting the Internet on fire after this photo of her without makeup went on Instagram from her long-time hair stylist. He posted the picture. I got to tell you, she looks to me amazing, Mary, don`t you think?

MURPHY: She looks absolutely gorgeous. This is an all-American girl. When she walks into the room, she just freshens the entire room. This girl would look cute as a button even if she had mud on her face. That is how fabulous she looks.

HAMMER: Well, she looks terrific. Mary Murphy, you look terrific, and I appreciate you being here tonight. Thank you so much.

MURPHY: Thank you, AJ.

HAMMER: All right, well, from hot flashes now to super small government. The 4-year-old boy who just won re-election in a tiny town in Minnesota. This kid is not even in preschool yet, but he is about to enter his second term of office, and it`s your moment of SHOWBIZ awesomeness, it`s next.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Time for SHOWBIZ awesomeness. This is where we reveal the most awesome story of the day, and tonight, bringing the idea of small government to the extreme. Look at this guy, it`s 4-year-old Bobby Tufts. He was just elected mayor of Dorset, Minnesota, and I`m not kidding you. Get this, Bobby actually got re-elected as mayor. He won for the first time last year. He was just 3 years old at the time. Well, this year, he went up against some pretty tough competition, including a pet lizard. I may have failed that Dorset has no formal town government and that the population has only about 22 people, and the mayor is picked by chance from a lottery.

But hey, we still think it`s completely awesome that Bobby won the election two years in a row, and he is going to do some good stuff. His mom says he wants to help raise money for charity and get a brand new welcome sign for the town of Dorset, which is a tourist spot in Minnesota, so that seems very important for his platform. We got to wish him luck with that, and with preschool, which he starts in just a couple of weeks. You have got to wonder if he is going to run for class president or if that would be a conflict.

Next on "DR. DREW ON CALL," big Josh Gouker testified today in the trial of his son, Joshua Young. Dr. Drew breaks down the admitted killer`s body language, right now.
