A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Tonight on the "Top Ten Countdown," Kimye engaged. Kanye West pops the question to Kim Kardashian on her birthday. His elaborate plan revealed.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ELLEN DEGENERES, TALK SHOW HOST: How much was the bill, because I`m going to pay you back. And what am I supposed to do?

SARAH HOIDAHL, PICKED UP SOLDIERS` TAB: The bill was $27.75.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: A waitress gets the surprise of her life from Ellen DeGeneres, and she is right here to share her stunning story.

SBT starts right now.

Hello, thank you so much for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer.

We are kicking off our "Top Ten Countdown" of today`s must-see, must- share stories with No. 10 tonight, the burning questions that are burning up the Internet today about Kanye West`s surprise, an absolutely over-the- top marriage proposal to Kim Kardashian on her 33rd birthday.

Get a load of her engagement ring. Look at this thing. We`re hearing it`s 15 carats, and we did some digging around and learned it could be worth as much as $1.5 million. Well, tonight, SBT is bringing you the inside story.

Joining us first, Cat Sadler is in Hollywood. She`s co-anchor of "E! News Weekend" on, of course, the very same network that is the home of the Kardashians` reality shows.

So Cat, great to have you here. Did Kim have any idea what was going down? Was it really a surprise?

CAT SADLER, CO-ANCHOR, "E! NEWS WEEKEND": A.J., it was a surprise in every sense of the word. Kim had no indication this was coming whatsoever.

And yes, leave it up to Kanye to go very, very big. He pulled off the most elaborate surprise on her 33rd birthday. And all indication is she was absolutely in shock. Did not know this was going to go down last night. No.

HAMMER: And the whole story is just crazy. I mean, just hours before he put a ring on it, Kanye was in L.A. He was there presenting at an awards show. Then he hops on a plane, jets off to San Francisco. He rents out the AT&T Baseball Stadium. He has a 50-piece orchestra playing a really cool song, Lana Del Rey`s "Young and Beautiful." Great choice.

SADLER: Yes.

HAMMER: Kim just posted on Instagram Kanye`s proposal on the big screen, along with a photo of her left hand and that hot new bling. Cat, tell us about this ring. That is some rock.

SADLER: It`s enormous, isn`t it? Yes, the fairy tale just keeps on going. The ring is a Lorraine Schwartz perfect cushion-cut diamond, which we`re told, yes, it`s at least 15 carats, by the way. It is described as flawless. It`s known as this "D" stone, which means it`s absolutely impeccable.

And leave it up to Kanye once again to -- apparently, he`s been, for weeks, maybe even months now, with Lorraine Schwartz, very much down to the detail, e-mails back and forth, late-night phone calls with the designer. He had a very specific creative vision for this ring. He got exactly what he wanted, and I`m pretty sure Kim got exactly what she wanted. It is gorgeous.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, Kanye can pretty much do whatever he wants. But can you still imagine the pressure of having to buy Kim Kardashian a ring, particularly knowing it`s going to be seen and judged all over the world.

There were reports today, Cat, that say Kim`s reality-show`s cameras were there, which wouldn`t really surprise any of us. Did they shoot the whole thing?

SADLER: You know, we`re not exactly sure if they shot the whole thing or if they didn`t. We do know and can confirm that they are filming their ninth season as we speak. So it wouldn`t be a surprise, you know, if they were in there, of course, capturing every detail. I think we`re just like you: we`ve got to tune in and find out.

HAMMER: Yes, I`m sure they want us to do that.

All right. Cat, great having you here for the inside details. Thank you so much.

SADLER: Thank you, A.J.

HAMMER: Our next insider tonight, Alexis Chiu, who`s the executive editor for "InTouch Weekly." "InTouch" is reporting today that Kim thought that Kanye was, you know, just taking her to dinner. What else can you tell us about it, Alexis?

ALEXIS CHIU, EXECUTIVE EDITOR, "INTOUCH WEEKLY": Yes, A.J. Here we go again with Kim getting married.

We are told that Kim spent the whole day, her 33rd birthday, with her daughter, North, 3 months old, and had a really low-key-for-Kim day and that she ended up going out to the ball field. I`m not sure exactly what she thought was going to happen there. She`s not really a baseball kind of girl. But when she got there all of her family was there. The orchestra was playing. And Kanye had pulled out this, we`re told, $2 million engagement.

HAMMER: If it is as authentic as it sounds, can you imagine what was going through Kim`s mind? Because it`s pretty hard to surprise her, I imagine.

Any idea, Alexis, when they`re planning to get married? Has a date been thrown around yet?

CHIU: They aren`t even talking dates yet. We can all assume this is going to be a big, big, big, big ceremony. But we are told that Kim wants to look absolutely perfect. That`s the only thing she knows, and she wants to lose another ten pounds.

HAMMER: I don`t know about you. I was dying to know what Wendy Williams had to say about this because of what she`s been saying about these two all along. This morning on her talk show, Wendy did congratulate the two of them, and she reminded us about this pledge that she had made. She even told it to me here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, that she would eat more than her words if Kimye were to get married. Well, watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WENDY WILLIAMS, TALK SHOW HOST: But remember: an engagement is not a wedding. So for now, I don`t have to eat crow. And can I just make a stipulation on this? I will eat it on the 73rd day of them being married.

You know, quite honestly, I`m a conspiracy theorist, and I feel like the wedding won`t actually happen, because he`s on tour right now. So, you know, anything for ticket sales and anything for publicity for both of them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Oh, oh! Interesting theory, Alexis. And not to take the romance out of all of this, but do you think Wendy will be off the hook or will she will be eating crow? They will get married, and it will last more than 72 days.

CHIU: You can quote me on this. I think they`ll make at least 73 days...

HAMMER: OK.

CHIU: ... and they`re going to -- they`re going to walk down the aisle. Kim`s not going to let that ring go.

HAMMER: Wow. Well, congratulations to the two of them. We couldn`t be happier. Alexis Chiu, I thank you so much for your insider details.

And if you thought Kanye`s marriage proposal was something, you`ve got to check out what`s at No. 9 on our countdown tonight. It just may be the absolute best marriage proposal ever, captured in a breathtaking mini-movie by the groom. It`s now been seen some 2 million times on YouTube.

Justin Baldoni invited his girlfriend, Emily Foxler, to go to the L.A. restaurant where they had they first date, and that`s just where Justin`s elaborate, over-the-top proposal began. And make sure you`re watching Emily right there in the lower left of your screen as this all happens.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUSTIN BALDONI, WEDDING PROPOSAL WENT VIRAL ON YOUTUBE: I`m sure you have an idea about what`s going on right now, because you have a crazy feminine intuition. So -- I`m trying to propose. And, you know, my mind being the way it is, I could think of a million different ways that I want to do it. But all I know is that I want it to be special, and I want it to be romantic and I want it to be something that you never forget.

Sweetheart, we`ve been in a relationship for a year and a half now, and you have changed my life. And I guess I just wanted to ask you publicly if you would...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hold on a second.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Dude. Justin, hang on.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It went out again.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I know.

BALDONI: Mine`s not on. Are you hearing me?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`m looking at the computer.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The station is down.

BALDONI: You did the same thing, though.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So she didn`t hear that?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No. It`s not going to go on again for like 15 minutes.

(MUSIC)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE (singing): It`s a beautiful night we`re looking for something dumb to do. Hey baby, I think I want to marry you.

BALDONI: Lisa.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What are you doing? Do you know who it is you`re marrying?

BALDONI: Lisa, I know what she wants.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You should know her really well by now. She needs what she likes. And what you need is to get to the restaurant now.

BALDONI: Will you let me take care of you for the rest of your life? Will you let me be your husband? Will you start a family with me, Emily? Will you marry me?

EMILY FOXLER, GIRLFRIEND: That`s a stupid question. Yes. Yes.

BALDONI: Yes?

FOXLER: Yes.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: All right. So that`s the third time that I`ve seen that already, and I`m still getting chills every single time. Did you see her reaction in the corner there? Jenny Hutt from "Just Jenny" on Sirius XM, I mean, that has to be the best marriage proposal ever.

JENNY HUTT, HOST, SIRIUS XM RADIO`S "JUST JENNY": Yes. It sure beats my husband`s. But I love -- I love my husband, and he`s perfect. But I think this guy, this is a lucky girl. And when they have kids one day, those kids are going to -- they`ve hit the jackpot, because he`s going to be doing projects. He`s creative; he`s emotional. It`s all good.

HAMMER: A little problematic for some guys, because he set the bar, you know, up there somewhere.

HUTT: You think?

HAMMER: Well, I think it was just amazing. Production values are very important here in 2013.

Thanks, Jenny.

We`ve got a special event right here tomorrow on SBT. Justin Baldoni, that guy, and his new bride, Emily, they`re going to be right here. They`re actually going to watch this mini-movie with us. So if you thought that was something, wait until you see the rest.

And our countdown is just getting started. I have got to warn you, you will be surprised.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DEGENERES: How much was the bill? Because I`m going to pay you back. And how much was the bill?

HOIDAHL: The bill was $27.75.

DEGENERES: Twenty-seven. One...

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Ellen DeGeneres definitely knows how to make us smile, doesn`t she? Well, still ahead tonight, I`m speaking to that waitress who got the surprise of her life from Ellen. There she is. She`s going to tell us all about it.

Melissa`s cover madness. so Melissa McCarthy is breaking her silence about the frenzy over her "Elle" cover shoot. Did the magazine really cover her up in a big coat because she`s curvy? Come on. Will Melissa mania top our countdown? What`s going to be No. 1?

This is SBT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to our "Top Ten Countdown" tonight. And now at No. 8, it`s not always easy being the Biebs. Here now, your first look at Justin Bieber`s upcoming movie, "Believe." And it`s good, because it shows us a more vulnerable side of Justin. He reveals just how tough it is for him to put on a happy face all the time.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUSTIN BIEBER, SINGER: You`ve always got to keep a smile on your face through all your negativity. You`ve got to hide your emotions sometimes, especially for me going on stage. I could be going through a big argument, and like, I`m about to go on stage right now. And we`re yelling, and then I got to go up, rise up on the toaster. And it`s like -- I`m upset and I don`t want to have to smile and put on a happy and be a -- but -- but sometimes you`ve just got to just suck it up. And that`s just one of the - - that`s just one of the things you`ve got to deal with being in this position in this world and in this industry.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, it would be nice if we saw that side of him a little more often than some of the bad stuff we`ve been seeing over the past many months. "Believe" will be out on Christmas day.

Moving on now to No. 7 on our countdown, the controversial cover-up. So this began with Melissa McCarthy making her debut on the cover of the new issue of "Elle" magazine. As you see there, she`s wearing a coat. It appears that she`s wearing it so she`s all covered up.

Well, the magazine got slammed. People were suggesting that they had her wearing the coat because she was plus-sized. Wait till you hear what Melissa just told us about that. Melissa appeared on a red-carpet event "Elle" threw last night to celebrate 20 years of women in Hollywood. She set the record straight about exactly whose decision it really was for her to wear that coat in the first place. Look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MELISSA MCCARTHY, ACTRESS: I had a great little black dress, on then it was summer, and I was like, "Oh, God, is summer ever going to end?" I`m like, "I want it to be coat weather. I live in Southern California."

So I`m the one that grabbed the coat off the rack and like ran up on the roof and we shot in it. And I was like, "I love it." So I grabbed the coat. I thought it was, like -- I thought it was a fantastic coat, and it was really chic.

So I didn`t steal the coat, which now I regret.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (UNINTELLIGIBLE)

MCCARTHY: Yes, it was gorgeous. I should have taken it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: She should have taken it. All right. There you go.

Jenny Hutt is with us, host of "Just Jenny" on Sirius XM.

So Jenny, she wanted to wear the coat. It was that simple. Is there anything wrong with that?

HUTT: Of course not. And the picture is gorgeous. That cover, she looks magnificent. She looks sexy.

And frankly, I have been plus-sized in my life, and I didn`t want to be naked and undressed. I would have rather wear a coat. I get it. And she looks magnificent. And the coat was by this company, Marina Rinaldi. Marina Rinaldi, and it`s fancy. It`s beautiful.

HAMMER: Yes, it is beautiful. She looks great.

And again, "Elle" was getting slammed for this, people suggesting...

HUTT: Well...

HAMMER: ... that they said, "You`ve got to wear this coat," or "We think it would be better to wear this coat." The truth is we know Melissa to be a very straight shooter. I have to imagine, had "Elle" pushed her to do it, we certainly would have heard about it.

HUTT: There just no way that "Elle" magazine would have pushed her to do it. That`s not who "Elle" magazine is, first of all. They`re supportive, and they want their cover girls to feel beautiful and sexy. And frankly, that`s what Melissa looked.

HAMMER: But here`s the thing. I`m wondering if the haters are going to chill out now that Melissa says it was all her idea, because I have a feeling there are people who are now going to suggest, oh, she`s ashamed of her body; she`s ashamed of her weight.

HUTT: Oh, come on.

HAMMER: And they`ll still be out there. I mean, do you think the haters are just going to continue to sit behind their keyboards and write what they write?

HUTT: Well, yes. A.J., haters hate and, frankly, they need to get over it and get a life.

HAMMER: So why do you think it touched such a nerve?

HUTT: Well...

HAMMER: There is so much sensitivity still, obviously, over this subject. And really, everybody was so happy to see the success Melissa was having, despite the fact that she`s plus-sized.

HUTT: Well, I think it touches a nerve, because, A, nobody can do anything right in today`s society, No. 1.

HAMMER: Well, there`s that.

HUTT: Or A. And B, I think that the issue with the glamorous girl also being overweight is still an issue. And so it`s sort of like you`re damned if you do, damned if you don`t.

HAMMER: Yes.

HUTT: If she were -- if she were not covered, people would have taken issue there. And if -- because she was, people were not happy with that. So they`re not going to win.

HAMMER: Yes. You can`t really do anything and not get slammed for it by somebody out there.

All right, Jenny. Thank you so much. And she did look great. Didn`t she?

HUTT: Oh, yes.

HAMMER: Well, right now, our countdown is getting crazy, sexy and cool.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This is how a group can sell 10 million albums and be broke.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: "Crazy Sexy Cool" is the new biopic about TLC`s rocky road to fame. It just premiered, and tonight, T-Boz and Chilli are telling us their reaction to this unbelievable new buzz about their story.

Shia`s not so shy-a after all. Shia LaBeouf going full frontal for his new movie. A little shocking, but will he big reveal top our countdown? What`s going to be No. 1?

This is SBT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And the winner is...

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And the winner is...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And the winner is -- TLC.

(MUSIC: TLC`S "SCRUBS")

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You hit, it`s going to explode.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: "Crazy Sexy Cool," the biopic about the hit group TLC, premiered last night on VH-1. The buzz on it is unbelievable tonight. That brings us to No. 6 on our countdown.

TLC may have had their first hit back in the 1990s, but today they are back on top. The movie about their roller-coaster road to fame is all people are talking about. And it really is such an unbelievable story. T- Boz, Left Eye and Chilli sell 10 million albums, and they still end up broke. Apparently, it was because of a bad record deal.

And add to that the tragic death of Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.

So what do T-Boz and Chilli think of the new buzz about their story and their music now? Well, here`s what they just told us about it.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

CHILLI, MEMBER OF TLC: Excited.

T-BOZ, MEMBER OF TLC: It has been overwhelming. I can`t believe all the love that we`re receiving. It`s like her gin-gow-wow, like her arm.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Gin-gow-wow, is that a word?

CHILLI: No, she makes up words all the time.

T-BOZ: Gin-gow-wow.

CHILLI: We`re going to have our own -- gimongous. TLC dictionary.

T-BOZ: Yes.

CHILLI: Yes, so the love has been absolutely amazing, honestly.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, I`m not surprised about that.

With me now from Hollywood, entertainment journalist Hyla.

And Hyla, I very well remember it was 1992 when I was first playing their music on the radio, and the fans totally ate it up. But how do you explain that, more than 20 years after that time, people are still buzzing about their story and about their music all over again?

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: I mean, name me another female group that resonates with their audience like TLC.

I mean, first of all, female groups, successful ones, are few and far between, and this one did it in such a way over the course of such a long time. Like you said, on the radio this was all anyone would call up and request. Same thing when I got into the radio business in `98. And "Scrubs" and some of those later records started coming out.

I mean, there wouldn`t be a Destiny`s Child and Beyonce without TLC.

HAMMER: Yes.

HYLA: And I think people recognize that, and they can -- they can associate themselves with that.

HAMMER: Yes, I totally agree with you. Of course there was drama; there were difficulties. Left Eye had her troubles. Remember, she burned down the house of her boyfriend, NFL star Andre Rison, and it was obviously such a huge loss when she died back in 2002 in a car accident. And a lot of people wondered at that time and still wonder if TLC would ever replace her. Here`s what they told us about that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHILLI: Some groups, you can do that. But it`s something that is very different about TLC. You know, because if that were the case, we would have replaced our sister before she passed away. Maybe after she burned the house down. But -- so we didn`t then. I mean, you just can`t do it. You know?

But we will have -- I mean, at this point in our career, because you know, we want to continue going on. And you have to evolve.

T-BOZ: Evolve.

CHILLI: You know, so -- we will have, like, guest appearances and stuff like that with, you know, other celebrities and stuff. And we`re definitely open and looking forward to doing that kind of thing.

T-BOZ: Yes. Why not try new things? And it doesn`t mean it has to be over. You know, and Lisa wouldn`t want it to be over.

CHILLI: No, she wouldn`t.

T-BOZ: She would be like, OK, y`all better not stop. Because we had something great.

But you know, if there -- people say why? I always say why not?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Why not, indeed.

Hyla, I think they have that exactly right. Don`t you?

HYLA: Yes, absolutely. And taking it back to Coachella a couple years ago, you know, they did it with the Tupac and Snoop Dogg. Maybe they can get her back on stage in some capacity.

HAMMER: I`m looking forward to seeing this movie.

All right, Hyla. Thank you so much for revisiting the TLC days with us, and it`s great to have them back.

Well, our countdown full of surprises tonight, including this one.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DEGENERES: How much was the bill? Because I`m going to pay you back. How much was the bill?

HOIDAHL: The bill was $27.75.

DEGENERES: Twenty-seven. One...

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is definitely going to make you smile. Something that Ellen really knows how to do. Next, we`re going to hear from that waitress who got the surprise of her life from Ellen DeGeneres. She`s right here to tell us all about that moment.

Also, Kanye`s Jesus complex. You would think that Kanye would be focused on -- I don`t know -- his new engagement to Kim tonight, but no. Instead, he is stoking the flames of controversy. But will "Kanye gone wild" top our countdown? What`s going to be No. 1?

This is SBT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now, the "Top Ten Countdown." Kanye gone wild? Kanye West brings a fake Jesus on stage. He`s selling T-shirts with confederate flags at his shows. Is Kanye`s Jesus Tour going too far?

Ellen`s enormous heart. Ellen DeGeneres surprises a waitress who picked up a lunch tab for a couple of soldiers.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DEGENERES: How much was the bill? Because I`m going to pay you back. How much was the bill?

HOIDAHL: The bill was $27.75.

DEGENERES: Twenty-seven -- one...

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wait until you hear what Ellen did and how much money she really gave the waitress. Well, the waitress is right here tonight. She`s going to tell us all about it. Which star shocker is going to top tonight`s top ten countdown? "SBT" continues right now.

Welcome back and thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. And now, we`re up to number five on our countdown of today`s top ten must see, must- share stories of the day. And in at number five, I love this story - it`s the $10,000 tip. So, a New Hampshire waitress just got the surprise of her life on the Ellen DeGeneres show. Ellen invited her after hearing that the waitress had picked up the 27 lunch tab of two soldiers during the government shutdown. And here she is with us tonight. Sarah Hoidahl joining us from Ruby Tuesdays, the restaurant she works at in New Hampshire where it all began. So, excellent having you, Sarah.

SARAH HOIDAHL, WAITRESS: Thank you so much for having me.

HAMMER: Well, thank you for what you did. Because certainly, you did a good thing and it turned into some great entertainment. You not only picked up their tab, you left them this great note that we`re showing right here thanking them for their service to our country. Well, Ellen paid it forward in a huge way. She gave you 10,000 bucks. Let`s watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ELLEN DEGENERES: I`m going to make you a check right now.

(APPLAUSE)

DEGENERES: For you!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right, so quite frankly, the look on your face is priceless. But give me a sense of exactly how you felt at the moment Ellen gave you that check.

HOIDAHL: It was really indescribable. I was so overwhelmed with emotion. I just started crying. That -- when I looked at the check I was just so happy.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Yeah, $10,000. I can certainly imagine. Here`s what I need to know, though, when Ellen DeGeneres invites you out to be on her show, what did you actually think was going to happen?

HOIDAHL: I thought I was just going out there to tell my story and, you know, share it with everyone. It`s a feel-good story. So I just thought I was going out there to talk with her. And then she brought out the TV and I was like, oh, my gosh, this is not happening. This isn`t my life. And then she brought out the check and then I surely thought that I was dreaming.

HAMMER: So even - and I`m sure you have watched Ellen show many times. In the back of your mind, you didn`t think maybe she is going to give me something for what I did. It didn`t even cross your mind?

HOIDAHL: I mean - I`ve definitely -- I`ve seen her shows where she`s done that. But I mean, I wasn`t expecting it, no.

(LAUGHTER)

HOIDAHL: What I love is as you are sitting there with Ellen on the couch, she is counting out change, literally. Can we roll that, Charles?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DEGENERES: Two, three, four, five, six, seven -- there is 27.75.

(LAUGHTER)

DEGENERES: 25. 50. 60. Well, just keep it. Whatever that is.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, you got your money back, you get a little extra on top of that, too. An additional $10,000. You also got that big screen TV that you mentioned. What are you going to do with all that money? Ten grand is whole heck of a lot.

HOIDAHL: It is a lot. I have medical bills I`m going to pay off. Student loans. I have debt to pay. I owe my son`s daycare some money. And I actually do plan on donating some of it to the New Hampshire chaplain emergency relief fund, and also I don`t have a car. So hopefully buy a car.

HAMMER: Yes, buy a car. I would have thought maybe Ellen would have given you a car. It`s nice to hear you are doing this for charity too. You are up there at the Ruby Tuesday`s in New Hampshire. What town is it?

HOIDAHL: Concord.

HAMMER: Concord, New Hampshire, you are there at the restaurant, you have now been on the Ellen show. Your story has gone viral. Are you a celebrity? Are customers coming in and asking for you to wait their tables now?

HOIDAHL: A couple, yeah. But it`s funny because I`ve had guests that I`ve waited on them their entire meals, and they didn`t say a word to me. And they wrote a little note on the check saying I`m so happy for you. And it`s -- one of my guests asked me how Ellen was. But the entire dinner they did not say a word until they left me a little note on the check.

HAMMER: Perfect story, because it was a selfless act giving the lunch to these soldiers, not asking or expecting a thing in return, and look what has come your way. Good for you, Sarah, thank you for sharing your story with us. I appreciate it.

HOIDAHL: Thank you so much for having me.

HAMMER: How great is that?

This brings us to number four on the top ten countdown. Something completely different. There is Kanye. And it`s Kanye gone wild. We learned today of course Kanye West proposed to Kim Kardashian and they will be getting married supposedly, and now he can deal with the heat that he is getting for his new Yeezus tour. He is bringing some new beats, his signature ego of course, and he has a surprise guest, a mock Jesus.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC)

KANYE WEST: I didn`t come here (inaudible) people feel good. I came here to make dead people alive.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: There you have it. Yeezus and his Jesus on stage in Seattle there. Alexis Chiou is with us tonight. She`s the executive editor of InTouch Weekly, and you know, Alexis, a lot of people say that Kanye`s exchange with his Jesus sidekick that we were just watching really crossed the line. But isn`t it just Kanye being Kanye or it is completely nuts he would bring his own Jesus along on tour?

ALEXIS CHIU, INTOUCH WEEKLY: Are those things mutually exclusive, AJ? It was Kanye being Kanye. You don`t go to a Kanye West concert expecting a little song and dance and then it`s over. The fans got what they paid for, controversy. Some of them didn`t like it. Some of them tweeted about it, but how much bigger can you go than to bring Jesus on stage with you?

HAMMER: Yes, well, he might think that someone bringing him on stage would be bigger than bringing Jesus on stage. But listen, he is a polarizing dude. You are right, you know what you get when you`re going to a Kanye show. Not everyone is happy. He is actually going to tick off some of his fans, the people who actually do know what he does. This is what one not so happy fan wrote. Kim I (ph) posted this on hln.com, "He can keep his money. I will hold on to my soul." But you know, the die-hard fans are still giving him rave reviews for his concerts. Let me bringing radio and TV host Hyla, who is joining us from Hollywood tonight. What is your take? People are going to be offended, Hyla, but nobody should be surprised.

HYLA, RADIO AND TV TALK SHOW HOST: I`m surprised there are fans that are surprised. He has used religion and Jesus throughout his career, whether it`s on the cover of "Rolling Stone" magazine where he had a thorn cross portraying Jesus. "Jesus Walks" was one of his early tracks that helped put him on the mainstream, and this album that he has out now features Jesus, that he is rapping with Jesus. There is no surprise here. And he is doing a brilliant marketing tool. We`re giving him free promotion for his tour right now on showbiz tonight. He knows what he is doing.

HAMMER: Yeah, I have a feeling the controversy around this part of the tour is not going to push away people who are potentially going to go see it. But for as much controversy as there is for this on stage stuff, we have controversy off stage as well. Kanye selling merchandise decorated with confederate flags. You have a bunch of concert goers who were actually stunned to see this, posting these photos to Instagram. And Alexis, I got to say, regardless of all the crazy things we have seen Kanye do over the years, this baffles me. What do you make of why he may be selling this stuff?

CHIU: One word, really, attention. Hyla nailed it. Kanye does what gets him attention. I`m actually more interested in seeing the shot from the concert where his pants split open. That`s a lot more interesting than all of the stuff he planned and wrote and you know, we should get that picture.

HAMMER: Hyla got it right. Look at those t-shirts. Who is going to a Kanye concert expecting those? I guess the thing is you should expect anything at a Kanye West concert. We`ll leave it there, Alexis and Hyla, thank you both so much.

As we move on tonight, Charlie Hunnam finally breaking his silence. After the big "50 Shades of Grey" casting shakeup, now he is out, everybody is wondering who is going to replace him. "SBT" has some suggestions.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MORGAN FREEMAN, ACTOR: I don`t even know what it is.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s a sexy book for women. I think it`s a women`s sexy book. Kind of --.

FREEMAN: Sexy?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.

FREEMAN: I`m available.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: He`s available. Right here, Morgan Freeman as Christian Gray. What do you think of that? Well, as Morgan considers getting freaky, Shia Libelous is getting naked on Twitter. And I am here to point out, this was not an accidental nude photo leak. He actually tweeted the shot himself. Which star is bold enough to take the number one spot on the countdown tonight? You are about to find out. This is SBT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to our top ten countdown. At number three must-see, must-share. Shia Labeouf`s oversharing. Look at that. Shia tweeted this nude selfie from his new movie, "The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman." The movie debuted at Sundance, and it opens in limited release on November 15TH. Not a leaked nudie for once.

Just two more to go. Number two, Rashida`s rant. Listen to this, Rashida Jones just went on an epic Twitter rant. "Parks and Recreation" star is fed up with all of the Hollywood body flaunting that`s going on. She really let it rip. She said "this week`s celeb news takeaway, she who comes closest to showing the actual inside of her vagina is most popular with the #stopactinglikewhores. Let me clarify, I don`t shame anyone for anything they choose to do with their lives or bodies, but I think we all need to take a look at what we are accepting as the norm. There is a whole generation of young women watching. Sure, be sexy, but leaving something to the imagination."

InTouch Executive Editor Alexis Chiu is back with us along with Jenny Hutt, host of Sirius XM`s "Just Jenny." Rashida didn`t name names but shall we? Let`s see. Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Gaga. The list goes on. Are you with Rashida on this?

JENNY HUTT, SIRIUS XM: I adore Rashida. She is very bright and very beautiful, and the fact she didn`t mention names is why I`m on board with what she is saying. She is saying as a blanket everything we are all too OK with everyone being super provocative. I get her point. Her point is focus on the talent, leave something to the imagination. And that`s that. If she were specifically mentioned specific starlets, I`d take issue.

HAMMER: But here is the problem. It`s the teeny bikinis and the short shorts, something nothing at all, which is what gets these stars attention, and Alexis, quite frankly, gets them on the cover of magazines, right?

CHIU: It does. Let`s be honest. Rashida Jones doesn`t have to flaunt her butt or pull her shirt down. She is a really talented actress. She has got a great career. But she is not Miley Cyrus and she is not the -- shall we remain nameless Kim Kardashians flaunting their assets. So I appreciate her courage, but that`s what celebrity is these days.

HAMMER: But based on that, don`t you think - look, it may be desirable, maybe people want this to go away, but how can it ever stop if this is what sells?

HUTT: To Alexis` point, I think someone like Miley Cyrus is super talented and doesn`t need to be naked. There are others who you have mentioned that maybe do need to show more skin. And I think that Rashida`s point is not exactly that she is shaming the people who are doing it, it is that what is wrong with us as a society as a whole that we need that to pay attention to these girls.

HAMMER: She is saying that it is wrong that people are accepting these poses as the norm. Alexis, is this the new norm?

CHIU: Look, with Twitter and with Instagram, this is all -- these women are driving the bus themselves. So Kim`s butt selfie was her own going. She chose to do it. If everyone had unfollowed her the next day, we wouldn`t be talking about it right now.

HUTT: I`m just going to get naked, is that OK?

HAMMER: Of course.

HUTT: I want Twitter followers.

HAMMER: And I guarantee your followers will go up greatly just based on the interest in the story alone. But seriously Jenny, do you see it stopping? I think Rashida`s point is terrific, I think it`s terrible it has become the new norm, but how does it stop, really?

HUTT: I think it might stop if people get so used to it it`s no longer shocking and it is boring, everyone will dress up to here and we will see nothing but eyes.

HAMMER: It`s funny, just last week we were so shocked to show a picture of Rihanna with all of her clothes on. It was actually more interesting.

Alexis, Jenny, the conversation shall continue. But right now, it`s about that time for that number one must-see, must-share story in our top 10 countdown. It is just moments away. What could it possibly be.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, mom, I`m so hungry. Feed me. I don`t care (inaudible). Feed me now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: We are back now with the big reveal of number one on our top ten countdown of today`s must-see, must-share stories. It`s a 50 Shades confession. Charlie Hunnam breaks his silence about dropping out of the movie. Everyone was just shocked when "The Sons of Anarchy" star bailed on playing Christian Gray. But for the first time, Charlie is explaining why he did it. And I think when you hear his reason it will make perfect sense to you. Just like it did to me. Watch what he told E! (ph).

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHARLIE HUNNAM: You know, it`s been a really busy time. You know, I`ve had family stuff going on. Just trying to stay focused and stay positive and keep trying to do a good job at work and be with my family.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yeah, the family stuff he is talking about was Charlie`s father recently passing away. Jenny Hutt back with us now. And I think Jenny, such a brave move, putting his family before what would have been a potentially life changing career move.

HUTT: I think that`s true. AJ, but maybe he wasn`t so interested in doing this all about sex role. I mean, frankly, they`re not exactly looking for a more seasoned Anastasia Steele, no one has come calling, but I think if they had, I might have some pause about doing it. I get it. And having just lost his father, when I lost my mother five and a half years ago, if someone asked me to be naked I would have said no.

HAMMER: I`m guessing it was not an easy decision. And look, maybe they will call you, but I think that role is (inaudible). Now of course the search is on for Charlie`s replacement. Everyone is wondering who is going to take over the role. "SBT" actually went out in the field and found willing, able and dare we say sexy volunteers to play Christian Gray. We spoke with Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Michael Douglas. They are promoting their new movie, "Las Vegas," but here`s what they told us about bringing a whole different kind of gray to "Fifty Shades."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You gentlemen are available.

FREEMAN: I don`t know what it is. A book, isn`t it?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s a sexy book for women. A women`s sexy book.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Looking for a lead male.

FREEMAN: Sexy?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yeah.

FREEMAN: I`m available.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I know. I`ll back you up.

FREEMAN: Hey, hey, hey.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Do we have the photo? Put up Dakota Johnson, who`s been picked to play Anastasia. There she is with Robert De Niro. A handsome couple to be sure, by the way, Robert was the first one to put his hand up to volunteer. Dakota and Morgan Freeman. So I mean, Jenny, let`s extend our imaginations for a moment. We sprinkle a little Hollywood magic.

HUTT: A lot of Hollywood magic.

HAMMER: Not what you were expecting. Could you see any of this coming together?

HUTT: No. Gosh no, no, no. I like Scott Foley (ph). I`m way into "Scandal" and I love him and I think he`s (inaudible).

HAMMER: Is it the age difference? And might I point out a fun fact dug up by our producer, Natasha Haynes-Smith (ph). Morgan Freeman and Robert De Niro are both about a decade older than Dakota`s dad, Don Johnson. Think about it for just a moment. How insane would it be to hear those steamy lines from the book being brought to life by Morgan Freeman?

HUTT: I feel like he plays God in movies. That would be really uncomfortable for me.

HAMMER: So what you`re saying is they`re not on to something. He needs to stick with being the president or the retired guy who`s about to die and trying to do all the things he always wanted to do.

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: OK. Okay, Jenny. I`ll let you know if they call. Thanks so much.

Coming up next, 8,500 lights, 1,000 channels of computer animation and one of the world`s most infectious songs ever. Add this whole thing up, and you`ve got one hell of a Halloween light show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE (singing): What does the fox say? What the fox say?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Pile in my minivan, we`re taking a drive to find this house. If you can`t do that, I`ll have tonight`s moment of awesomeness and play it next. This is "SBT" on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Unless you have been in outer space with Sandra Bullock for the last few months, you know that it`s all about the song "What Does the Fox Say?" The fox costumes are on track to be number one this Halloween. I believe they are just edging out Miley`s twerking bear. The big holiday is less than a week away, and tonight`s moment of awesomeness will firmly get you in the mood for my birthday, Halloween. You have to see this incredible Halloween light show set of course to "What Does the Fox Say."

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Just so you know, they are not actually blasting that song on loudspeakers 24/7, as you drive by. You actually tune into a preprogrammed radio station to enjoy the show in the silence or loudness of your car. Silence of the neighborhood. So cool. Thank you for watching, I`m A.J. Hammer in New York, "SBT" every Monday through Thursday at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific.
