Aired November 19, 2013 - 20:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight, live to the Orlando suburbs. After 17-year-old Trayvon Martin gunned down by the captain of neighborhood watch, George Zimmerman, in a jury trial that nearly split the courtroom wide open with a not guilty verdict, George Zimmerman walks free.

Bombshell tonight. In the last hours, Zimmerman does it again. He`s back in court after his live-in lover claims she`s in fear for her own life because Zimmerman points a shotgun straight at her face. Tonight, we go live!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s in my house, breaking all my (EXPLETIVE DELETED) because I asked him to leave. He has his freakin` gun, breaking all of my stuff right now.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s the 911 call authorities say George Zimmerman`s girlfriend made during a domestic dispute that allegedly turned violent inside the home they share.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m doing this again? You just broke my glass table. You just broke my sunglasses, and you put your gun in my freaking face and told me to get the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) out. So this is not your house! No, get out of here!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She alleged that he had broken a table, and at one point, pointed a long-barreled shotgun at her.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... that there was a domestic violence-related aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a domestic violence-related battery and...

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And tonight, a gorgeous mom of three fights it out on "The People`s Court" over a luxury diamond engagement ring, and her bad relation with the ex plays out in front of millions. Just hours later, Mommy`s gone.

As we go to air tonight, we obtained police video of "The People`s Court" mom Michelle Parker`s (ph) black Hummer just moments after she seemingly vanishes into thin air. What does the secret police video reveal? Tonight, we have the video.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Michelle has been hidden. Michelle`s children need a place to mourn their mother, and so does her family.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The mother of three vanished after she appeared on an episode "The People`s Court" with her ex-fiance.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A Dale Smith, Jr. (ph).

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Still missing.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A brother got that very cryptic one-word text message, and then she hasn`t been heard from since.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: New video just released.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A red light video of Michelle Parker`s Hummer on the evening that she disappeared.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A new piece to that timeline, a new piece to the puzzle.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The car is not following anybody. No one is following the car. And the glow stickers that made it so prominent are no longer on the vehicle at that time.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That glow sticker, we`re looking at it right now, the decal that`s on the side -- that was -- when the -- when the vehicle was recovered, that was removed.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So it shows you that just hours before, the sticker remained on the car.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We need a blessing, a big miracle.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Where could Michelle be? I`m not asking you to do anything except to tell me where Michelle is.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Also tonight, live, San Diego suburbs, a happy family of four, Mommy, Daddy, two little boys, seemingly disappear, leaving behind fresh food. The dog is unfed. The lights are on. The refrigerator is running. Then, many believe, they`re spotted, shadowy figures crossing the Mexican border. But family and friends never believe that.

Tonight, sadly, they were right. Shallow graves found 100 miles away positively ID`d at this hour. Tonight, the grandfather tells us he has identified four men he thinks may be involved in the disappearance of an entire family.

What happened to this family, this happy family? Tonight, we want justice!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In a home video, Joseph and Summer McStay and their boys, Gianni and Joseph, Jr., appear just like any other middle class family, but this family disappeared.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Fire department will continue to use whatever resources we need to investigate this crime and bring the individuals responsible to justice.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) my family home safe! I want them to come home!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... were able to identify the adult victims as Summer and Joseph McStay.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It gives us courage to know that they`re together and they`re in a better place.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We believe the other two sets of remains are that of the boys, their sons.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight, off the top, Orlando, Florida, suburbs. After 17- year-old Trayvon Martin is gunned down by the cabinet of neighborhood watch, George Zimmerman, after a jury trial that nearly splits the courtroom wide open with a not guilty verdict, Zimmerman walks free, in the last hours, George Zimmerman back in court after his live-in lover claims she`s in fear of her life as he points his shotgun, his Kel-Tec long gun, straight at her face.

Tonight, we go live. We are taking your calls. Straight out to Jonathan Beaton, anchor-reporter at WDBO. Jonathan, thank you for being with us. Well, all I can say, Jonathan, is there he goes! George Zimmerman has done it again!

What happened, Jonathan?

JONATHAN BEATON, WDBO: Nancy, today, George went in front of a Seminole County judge, who granted him $9,000 bond. A lot of people are saying it`s not a lot of money, and a lot of Florida residents I`ve talked with are worried he could be back out on their streets within a day or two.

The million-dollar question, though, Nancy is, does George Zimmerman have this money to put up? Is someone else, maybe a family member, willing to put up this money for him?

GRACE: Well, I`m pretty sure, Jonathan, that we`ve got that person right here with me, Frank Taaffe, friend of George Zimmerman. Taaffe, is it true you`re putting up the bond?

FRANK TAAFFE, FRIEND OF GEORGE ZIMMERMAN: Yes, I am.

GRACE: You`ve got $9,000 to just throw down the -- right down the tubes to get Zimmerman out of jail? Better make sure he doesn`t have his Kel-Tec (INAUDIBLE)

TAAFFE: What difference if it is $9,000 or $9 million? You know, George is being oppressed by the press, you know, since day one, since this all happened. I got the money. Yes, I got the money.

GRACE: OK, whoa, whoa!

TAAFFE: I dropped (ph) it down.

GRACE: Let`s go back to you saying -- let`s just say -- let`s get back to you saying he`s being oppressed by the press. Hey, I`m just reporting...

TAAFFE: Sure, Nancy.

GRACE: ... what his live-in lover said. Liz, do you have that 911 call? I`m thinking you do. OK. I didn`t make this call, Taaffe. Let me have you take a listen, Frank Taaffe...

TAAFFE: I already listened to it.

GRACE: ... then you tell me that it`s all the media`s fault. Roll it, Liz.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you serious?

911 OPERATOR: 911. Police, fire or medical?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I need police right now.

911 OPERATOR: OK, what`s your address?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You`re the one breaking stuff in my house!

911 OPERATOR: Ma`am, what`s going on?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s in my house, breaking all my (EXPLETIVE DELETED) because I asked him to leave. He has his freakin` gun, breaking all of my stuff right now.

911 OPERATOR: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, this is not...

911 OPERATOR: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m doing this again? You just broke my glass table! You just broke my sunglasses, and you put your gun in my freakin` face and told me to get the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) out! This is not your house. No, get out of here!

911 OPERATOR: OK, what is your name?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (DELETED)

911 OPERATOR: OK. Where is his weapon at?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He just put it down.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

GRACE: Jean Casarez, this is not his first, let me say, brush with the law -- Jean Casarez, CNN correspondent, joining me. What is his rap sheet at this critical juncture, Jean Casarez?

JEAN CASAREZ, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, the rap sheet -- he actually has no criminal record. But what is so interesting, Nancy, is another jurisdiction...

GRACE: I`m including arrests.

CASAREZ: Including arrests. Well, let`s go back to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms arrest of George Zimmerman, that he allegedly battered one of their officers back when he was in college.

There`s also the former girlfriend that took out a restraining order on him when they -- very similar to this -- he wanted to leave for the night. She didn`t want him to leave. So he begins to allegedly batter her. She takes out the restraining order. He takes out a restraining order. No charges were filed. He also had to take an anger management course after that.

GRACE: And there was the call from his wife...

CASAREZ: Yes.

GRACE: ... who -- that was just in September. That was just a couple of months ago...

CASAREZ: Most recently, yes.

GRACE: ... where she claims that he was being violent with her. That was kind of brushed under the rug. There was another domestic.

Out to you, Clark Goldband. Wasn`t there another domestic offense with -- was there another wife or another girlfriend that called 911?

CLARK GOLDBAND, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Yes, it was an ex-fiancee, Nancy. You`re sure right about that. And Jean has just mentioned this was back in 2006. She accused him of doing similar things that you`re hearing about here.

And in fact, after she made a request, the former fiancee, for a restraining order, when she wanted George Zimmerman out of the house, according to reports, he filed a request for a restraining order on her the following day. It was granted to them both, and that was the end of that.

GRACE: Out to Frank Taaffe, spokesperson for and friend of George Zimmerman. He`s joining us tonight. It is Frank Taaffe that is putting up the bond money so Zimmerman can walk free again.

TAAFFE: Yes, I am.

GRACE: So according to you, Taaffe, what is it, a conspiracy between the media and all of these people, the ATF officer, the girlfriend in 2006, the wife in September, 2013, and me, I guess. We`re all in it together to get Zimmerman? Is that what you`re saying?

TAAFFE: Yes. Yes, you are.

GRACE: I`m in on it. OK, so I`m in on it.

TAAFFE: Yes, you are.

GRACE: How am I in on the conspiracy to get Zimmerman?

TAAFFE: Well...

GRACE: I haven`t thought about Zimmerman since his wife called 911 two months ago.

TAAFFE: Allow me to explain myself. Twice now we`ve heard in this show, he`s one incident with one ex-fiancee, and it was a mutual restraining order. There was a simple battery, which was a misdemeanor, on an undercover officer at a frat party, Nancy, at a frat party. It all -- all went away. And now you know...

GRACE: It all went away?

TAAFFE: ... my friend, George...

GRACE: He had to take...

TAAFFE: My friend...

GRACE: ... anger management.

TAAFFE: Yes. OK...

GRACE: You`re leaving out Trayvon Martin.

TAAFFE: I think -- I think half of America...

GRACE: The dead boy?

TAAFFE: I think 90 percent of America needs anger management, including me! Ninety percent of America needs anger management!

GRACE: Why are you -- you`re leaving out Shellie, his wife, calling 911, too. Remember that?

TAAFFE: OK, allow -- allow...

GRACE: That was just in September.

TAAFFE: Allow me to fast forward. Now he goes through the trial of his life. He`s traumatized, OK? That night, he was in fear for his life. He almost lost his life. You know, George is a very spiritual person, and you know, no matter if he was acquitted...

GRACE: What do you mean by that? What do you mean he`s spiritual?

TAAFFE: That means that he`s a very religious person.

GRACE: Really?

TAAFFE: He took the life of another human being.

GRACE: All I know is I`ve never had anybody...

TAAFFE: Did you listen...

GRACE: ... call 911 on me, Taaffe. And he`s had one, two, three, four, five 911 calls on him. So what, it`s a big conspiracy?

TAAFFE: No, he`s allying himself with these women that he shouldn`t be with. And we all make bad choices in life. I myself can personally...

(CROSSTALK)

TAAFFE: ... bad choices.

GRACE: He picked out bad women? It`s the -- wasn`t Shellie married to him? What`s bad about Shellie?

TAAFFE: So what? Nobody`s had a bad wife? Come on. I`ve had two of them.

GRACE: OK, out to -- OK, that`s a whole `nother can of worms, Taaffe. I don`t want to get into that. This is G-rated.

Out to David Mattingly, joining me. He`s standing by at the John E. Polk (ph) Correctional Facility, CNN correspondent David Mattingly. What can you tell me, David?

DAVID MATTINGLY, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, Nancy, here at the jail, we were able to talk to George Zimmerman`s public defenders immediately after his hearing in front of the judge today.

They were really taken aback today, caught by surprise by these new accusations from George Zimmerman`s girlfriend, as articulated through the prosecutor at today`s proceedings, that he a week-and-a-half ago actually attempted to choke her. And this adding on now to the accusation she made about him last -- yesterday, pointing a gun at her, and then pushing her out of the house.

The attorneys for Zimmerman were taken aback by that. And again, these are public defenders. Today was the first time that they had met him. And he`s getting a public defender because he is declared to be indigent. I got a look at the court papers that he filed. He says he`s $2.5 million in debt. That`s why he couldn`t afford an attorney and had only about $400 to his name -- no, actually, about $100 to his name while he`s here in jail. So that $9,000 bond...

GRACE: $2.5 million in debt? OK, maybe my IFB`s not working. Maybe I didn`t hear Mattingly correctly. CNN correspondent David Mattingly standing by at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility.

Who knew it would this short of a time before he`s back. George Zimmerman has done it again!

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Breaking news tonight. Off the top, everyone, George Zimmerman is back in court, believe it or not. After Zimmerman walked free in the shooting death of a young Florida boy, Trayvon Martin, now his live- in lover says George Zimmerman pulled a long gun, a Kel-Tec shotgun, holding it right at her face.

He`s posting bond, everyone. And with us tonight, posting the bond for him, is family friend Frank Taaffe, Frank Taaffe also joining me in Orlando.

Taaffe, how did your man George Zimmerman get $2.5 million dollars in debt? Didn`t he have a Web site where he was soliciting money for his defense fund?

TAAFFE: Yes. But you know what? You lawyers are expensive. You know, O`Mara...

GRACE: Hey, I was a county prosecutor. I topped out at about $28,000, all right? I had to work two night jobs...

TAAFFE: OK, the other...

GRACE: ... to pay my house note. So don`t throw me in that pot, Taaffe!

TAAFFE: OK. The other lawyers that are out there are very expensive, albeit not the county prosecutors up in DeKalb (ph) County, or Cobb County.

GRACE: Fulton. Fulton.

TAAFFE: Fulton.

GRACE: Come on, man, do your research. So you`re saying that the girlfriend was in league with the ex-wife, who`s in league with me, and basically, it`s all the women`s fault. It`s just bad women. All right, he`s made some pretty bad choices. I`ll agree with that part, at least.

Out to Missy in Oregon. Hi, Missy. What`s your question?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Well, Nancy, it`s not really as much a question, I don`t know, maybe a thought. I follow you on your Facebook (INAUDIBLE) and the picture of George Zimmerman popped up. And at first, I didn`t recognize him. At first, I honestly looked at him. He`s growing out his beard. And I thought, Uh-oh, a terrorist. I mean, honestly, a domestic terrorist.

And I thought, you know, that`s what he is. Why is he being treated differently? A name on that picture (INAUDIBLE) like, you know, a different name instead of George Zimmerman. I just find it interesting how we treat people in this country differently.

GRACE: Yes, the progression. Missy in Oregon, I will agree with you, he has certainly changed a lot, at least on the outside.

But out to you, Daryl Parks, attorney for Trayvon Martin`s parents. I`m very interested to hear, Mr. Parks, their reaction to this.

DARYL PARKS, ATTORNEY FOR MARTIN FAMILY: Well, yesterday, Nancy, we were actually at Harvard Law School, and right when we were starting the symposium, Trayvon`s mom learned of the information during the symposium. And her response was simply, Wow. And you have to say wow because for those of us who sat through it -- she`s lost her child, and this person who killed her child is walking around free. And to learn of this other information is just -- wow.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m doing this again? You just broke my glass table. You just broke my sunglasses, and you put your gun in my freakin` face and told me to get the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) out. This is not your house. No, get out of here!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That was George Zimmerman`s girlfriend yelling at home just before she tells 911 he pushed her out of her home and barricaded...

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Well, he did it again. George Zimmerman`s got a gun in his hands, and he has been hauled in by police.

Out to you, Jonathan Beaton, anchor and reporter, WDBO. What does the live-in girlfriend have to say tonight, the live-in girlfriend? Why were they breaking up? Why was she kicking him out of the house?

BEATON: Well, according to reports, he was getting kicked out of the house. And earlier -- actually, earlier today, we heard from the state at that bond hearing that he had allegedly choked her about a week, week-and- a-half ago. So this was, according to the girlfriend, obviously a very tumultuous relationship seemingly from the beginning.

GRACE: Well, you know what, Jonathan Beaton? That`s certainly putting perfume on the pig, a tumultuous relationship.

Out to you, Frank Taaffe, friend and spokesperson of George Zimmerman, just posted the bond for Zimmerman to walk free. So now we learn the girlfriend says about a week ago, he tried to choke her. I guess your theory is that she`s a bad -- a bad woman, and what, she deserved it?

TAAFFE: No, here`s my theory.

GRACE: What?

TAAFFE: Here`s my theory, and it might come out to be fact, Nancy, is this. She can say whatever she wants. Why didn`t she call last week? If she felt that her life was in danger during a strangulation, she let that go?

Let me share this a little bit about the woman that`s involved. You know, she -- she has a 10-year-old child. She had a child when she was 15 or 16 years old. And she has been around men who are very controlling. And furthermore, as I found out through a mutual friend that she busted out of that bad relationship, too. It was with an older man, maybe as old as I am.

GRACE: What -- are you trying to say she`s a bad mom because she gave birth at 16? I`d rather her give birth at 16...

TAAFFE: I`m not saying that!

GRACE: ... than have an abortion.

TAAFFE: It doesn`t happen!

GRACE: And yes, I`m pro-choice. Don`t get started on that! I`m pro- choice.

TAAFFE: It doesn`t happen in this day and age...

GRACE: I mean, are you trying to make her out to be a bad mom...

TAAFFE: ... with contraception...

GRACE: ... because she had a baby at 16?

TAAFFE: What girl`s having a baby at 15, Nancy?

GRACE: Haven`t you ever...

TAAFFE: Come on!

GRACE: ... seen "Teen Mom"? Hello? A lot.

TAAFFE: No, I don`t watch that. I only watch HLN.

GRACE: Well, you know what? You know what I`ve got to say to you, Taaffe? Anybody who is without sin, you throw the first stone. Now, do you want to throw a stone at this lady because she had a baby when she was 16, you go ahead. But I`m walking away from that.

TAAFFE: I`m not saying that!

GRACE: I`m not getting in that fight. Oh, no. What I want to -- I know what you`re doing, Frank Taaffe. You`re trying to focus off George Zimmerman.

TAAFFE: She has issues!

GRACE: Focus on teen mom. She`s the bad one.

TAAFFE: She`s got issues!

GRACE: Did she have a Kel-Tec -- did she have a Kel-Tec long gun in the delivery room when she gave birth?

Everybody, for those of you just joining us, George Zimmerman is accused of pointing a long gun, a Kel-Tec, at his live-in girlfriend. Wasn`t it a Kel-Tec -- isn`t that the same type, Clark Goldband, that he shot Trayvon Martin with?

GOLDBAND: Yes, Nancy. And on top of that, George Zimmerman was actually in some controversy over the summer. He apparently visited the Kel-Tec facility and posed for pictures with at least one employee, according to reports.

GRACE: OK, everybody, when we come back, a gorgeous mother of three fights it out on "The People`s Court" over a luxury diamond engagement ring, and her bad relationship with the ex plays out in front of millions of people. Just hours later, she`s gone.

As we go to air tonight, we obtain police video of "The People`s Court" mom, Michelle Parker`s, black Hummer just moments after she vanishes into thin air. We have the video.

GRACE: A gorgeous mom of three fights it out on the people`s court over a luxury diamond engagement ring, and her bad relationship with her ex plays out in front of millions of people. Hours later, she`s gone. As we go to air tonight, we obtained police video of the people`s court mom, Michelle Parker. It`s her black hummer, and it`s just moments after she vanishes into thin air. What does the secret police video reveal? We have the video.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: New video just released.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We still need to find Michelle.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The disappearance of Michelle Parker.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Michelle Parker is her name. She disappeared right after an episode of "People`s Court" aired featuring her and her ex- fiance, Dale Smith Jr. He`s now the prime suspect.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Dale Smith was the last person to see her.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Any idea where she? Where`s Michelle? Did you kill her?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Take a look at the video here.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We have been able to confirm 100 percent that it is Michelle`s Hummer.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Because you know where your children are, and we don`t know where ours is.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Everyone, we are live and taking your calls. The latest on the "People`s Court" mom, Michelle Parker. Tonight, we obtained secret police video. Video of her Hummer. It`s parked there. Let`s see that video again, Liz. Now, this is what is so interesting about that video. She had a business, a self-tanning business, called Glow. And she had it advertised on her Hummer. So whoever was driving by could see it, and, of course, how you could contact Glow.

If you look very carefully in this video, it`s not there. Out to -- Jonathan Beaton, joining me, reporter, WDBO. Let`s talk about the timeline. The timeline. She is last seen, Jonathan, around 3:00, 3:30 when she drops her children off at the ex`s for a visit. This is taken at 8:00, well, almost 9:00. 8:50 that evening. So in the space of about five hours, someone has taken her, taken the Hummer and defaced it. Is that not correct?

BEATON: That`s right, Nancy, and Orlando police announced earlier that they believe not one but two people were involved in her disappearance. The first being Dale Smith, her ex-fiance, who she appeared with on the "People`s Court," and they also think someone else was working, maybe with Smith, maybe it was someone else, who knows, but they think it was a little more involved than what we originally knew.

GRACE: You`re seeing video right now of the "People`s Court." That`s Michelle Parker, who is the "People`s Court" mom, as she has been dubbed, after a contentious split with her ex. They show up on "People`s Court" arguing over a luxury diamond engagement ring. Just hours after this episode airs, she vanishes into thin air, last seen by the ex.

Joining me tonight is a special guest. With me is Brad Parker, this is Michelle`s father. Brad, I`m very disturbed by the video that we`re seeing. Because this means that in the space of about five hours, it was over. Whatever had been done, was done. Someone had already, God help me, done away with Michelle, and they already -- they defaced her car, because people would recognize that decal on the back. They had to get rid of that to abandon the car, and it worked. The car sat there for a while before it was I.D.`d. The Glow insignia had been taken off of it. So at the time this goes down on a street in Orlando, she was gone. And her car had already been defaced. They were leaving right there to go dump her car. Tell me your theories on this, Brad.

BRAD PARKER, FATHER: I mean, you`re exactly right. Michelle was not in the car. The sticker was off. Somebody who did something to Michelle was driving that vehicle, and it was either Dale or Dale`s friend, or maybe Dale`s father. But -- somebody was in there, but Michelle was not driving the car.

GRACE: Let me ask you this, Brad. Everyone, with me, and taking your calls, is the "People`s Court" mom. Brad Parker is with us. Why do police say that two people were involved? That they now believe two were involved in her disappearance?

PARKER: Well, first of all, I mean, if they did kill her, it`s going to take two people to load her up and do whatever they had to do, to get rid of her body, then --

GRACE: Yes. I don`t know about that, because there have been plenty of single perpetrator murders. OK? So --

PARKER: Yes, there has been, yes.

GRACE: To kill her and dispose of her body all on their own. I have no doubt that a man did this crime, even statistically speaking. But did police share with you why they believe two people were involved? Is there something about that video? Let`s see the video again, Liz. Is there something in it that we can`t pick up? Did they see movement or something in the passenger side, side mirror, that suggests someone is sitting there? Do you know, Brad?

PARKER: No. The windows were very dark tint, and you could not see in them. So there was no indication --

GRACE: Would Michelle have ever removed those decals, Brad? Would Michelle have ever removed those decals?

PARKER: No. No. She was going to go into business with her mom and they were going do the tanning business right out of her mom`s shop. So she would not remove them.

GRACE: Take a look at this car. Here is her Hummer. What can we learn from it? Did police see movement inside? What makes them certain two people were involved in the disappearance of Michelle Parker? With us, Brad Parker, her father. Where are the twins? Do you get to see them?

PARKER: No, I don`t, and they`re in Tennessee, with Dale.

GRACE: Have you gone to court over it yet, or do you plan to?

PARKER: It`s still in the works for the grandparents` rights, but that`s going to be a while before that takes place.

GRACE: What are police telling you about the search for Michelle?

PARKER: They`ve got good leads. I mean, what I`ve seen, they have done their homework. And they`re waiting for the smoking gun, and I`m hoping it`s just a matter of time.

GRACE: To Dr. William Morrone, medical examiner, joining me out of Madison Heights. Dr. Morrone, thank you for being with us. Dr. Morrone, police are now convinced two people involved in Michelle`s disappearance. What forensic evidence might lead them to that conclusion, Dr. Morrone?

MORRONE: There may be different sets of trace fiber data. Skin samples, hair samples. Things that are not familiar with that relationship, that don`t belong in that car, and other sets of data might include Onstar, GPS, and some of the technical data stored in that car.

GRACE: We are taking your calls. Out to Jason. Hi, Jason. What`s your question?

CALLER: Hi, Nancy. My quick question was, I was just wondering if we know -- if we know who was driving the car?

GRACE: No, we don`t know who was driving the car. Do we know, Justin? What do we know about that?

JUSTIN FREIMAN, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: One of the reasons police have released this video, they`re trying to find out who was actually driving this Hummer.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What we`re going to be releasing is a red light video of Michelle Parker`s Hummer on the evening she disappeared.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The mother of three vanished after she appeared on an episode of the "People`s Court."

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Michelle dropped the twins off and Michelle disappears in broad daylight.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She hasn`t been heard from since.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We do have a suspect.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Her ex-fiance, Dale Smith Jr.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Women don`t disappear in broad daylight, especially with a Hummer and as pretty as Michelle is.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Approximately three quarters of a mile from where the Hummer was ultimately discovered the next day.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: There`s a miracle that`s going to happen, and I just can`t wait.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: We are taking your calls. Michelle Parker, the people`s court mom, appears on "People`s Court" fighting it out with her ex over a luxury diamond engagement ring, valued at thousands. Shortly after this aired, she disappeared into thin air. The last person to see her alive, her ex when she drops the children off that day to see him.

With me, Michelle`s father. Unleash the lawyers. Joining me tonight, Trinity Hundredmark, defense attorney out of the Atlanta jurisdiction. Also with me, Alex Sanchez, defense attorney out of New York.

Welcome. Out to you, Sanchez. Why is it that the ex is not allowing the grandparents to see the children?

ALEX SANCHEZ, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Sounds like there`s a broken relationship there. But if the grandparents want to see the children, they can take out an application in court, and demand that they have some type of access to these children. So I`m not sure what the holdup is there. But it sounds like there`s no relationship at all at this point between the parties.

GRACE: Interesting, Trinity Hundredmark, because guess who else was with Michelle the day she disappeared? The children. They were there. They were there. When she dropped them off with daddy. Or so we think.

TRINITY HUNDREDMARK, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: They were there, Nancy, but they were only 4 years old, I think, at the time. Maybe even younger. They were very small. I doubt they have any recollection or could really add a ton. I doubt that`s the reason that they are keeping them away.

GRACE: Really, because my children can remember very well what happened at Disneyland when they were 4. I don`t know why these children wouldn`t remember.

HUNDREDMARK: That may be very true, but I don`t know they would pick up on any big details. But it looks as if these two are very contentious. It looks as if the alleged victim`s mother has filed lawsuits against him for other things. Obviously, there is some contention between them.

GRACE: To Leslie Austin, psychotherapist. What about it, Leslie?

LESLIE AUSTIN, PSYCHOTHERAPIST: Everybody`s fighting and the problem is nobody`s really paying attention to the best interests of the children here. They may not have noticed anything, because if there was no alarm, it might have been unremarkable to them that they were dropped off with the dad, left at the house, and then he went out to do an errand with the mother.

GRACE: Back out to Brad Parker, this is Michelle`s father. Explain to me, Brad, the timeline, again. She dropped the children off around 3:30. Her car is spotted at about 9:00, 8:50 p.m, at this red light. Please, let`s show it again, Liz. What do we know of her movement between 3:30 and 8:00, or do we know anything at all, Brad?

PARKER: She dropped the twins off and she was supposed to go back home and take a nap and go to work. And she never showed up back at her house, and that`s when her oldest son made a phone call. And that`s when we found out Michelle was missing.

GRACE: Was there anyone at the home with the ex? Dale Smith Jr.? When she dropped the children off?

PARKER: Not -- as far as I know, he was there all by himself, and he did tape the -- the recording of the people`s court that day.

GRACE: Hmm. Tip line. 800-423-8477. There is a reward.

When we come back, everyone, a happy family of four disappear. Leaving behind food in the fridge, the dog was unfed, the lights were on, the refrigerator running. Then many believe they`re spotted. Inexplicably crossing the Mexican border in shadowy video. Friends and family never believed the video, and tonight, sadly, they were right. Shallow graves found 100 miles away, positively I.D.`d at this hour. Tonight, the grandfather tells us he thinks he has identified four men that may be involved in the disappearance of an entire family.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I didn`t catch the eggs. I didn`t catch her glasses. I didn`t catch the popcorn on the sofa. I don`t have crime- fighting eyes. I missed all of that stuff.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: During their investigation, they were able to find two shallow grave sites with a total of four bodies.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s not really the outcome we were looking for.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The manner of death has been determined to be homicide.

GRACE: A happy family of four, mommy, daddy, two little boys, disappear, leaving behind food in the fridge, the dogs are unfed. Lights are on, fridge running. Then they`re spotted. Many people believe shadowy figures crossing the Mexican border are the McStay family. Friends and family never believed that. Take a look at this. Tonight they were right. Shallow graves found 100 miles away, positively ID`ed. At this hour, the grandfather thinks he knows more about the case. What happened to the McStays? We want justice. Straight out to Teri Figueroa, reporter with UT San Diego. Terry, what happened?

TERI FIGUEROA, UT SAN DIEGO: They went missing back in February of 2010. And it was about a week or so before anyone really knew that they were missing. And when they finally did realize that they were missing, detectives went over to the house or the deputy went, and some of the dogs were unattended in the back yard. A few days later, Joey`s brother went to the house and couldn`t find them, and eventually called, reported them missing.

GRACE: Joining us exclusively tonight in addition to Teri Figueroa is Patrick McStay. This is the father of Joseph McStay, the daddy in this scenario. Patrick, thank you for being with us. You have a theory about what happened. What is it?

PATRICK MCSTAY, FATHER/GRANDFATHER: I have several theories. Actually, one theory, I have several people that are involved or could have been involved. Two people with serious criminal backgrounds, a violent arrest, and another one who was deep in debt to someone. And one of these people, they`re related in one way or another or involved one way or another with my son and business and the family. Other than that, you know, I`m like everyone else.

GRACE: What do we know about where their car was found, Patrick?

MCSTAY: Where that car was found was down in San Ysidro, was happened to be in one of the only spots that the cameras couldn`t pick up, but yet there were cameras all over there, in San Ysidro, and they would have had to get out of the car, walk across the street, a busy street, to the border, and there were cameras all over the place. And no cameras picked them up but one lousy camera, with a lousy angle? That`s unbelievable to me.

GRACE: Patrick, it`s almost too much to take in that someone would murder a mother, a father, and the two children, two little children. Have the bodies of the children been identified as well?

MCSTAY: As early as about an hour or two ago, as far as I know, through family and all that, they have not got the results back.

GRACE: With me is the father of Joseph McStay, the McStay family disappearing. Their bodies have been found in shallow graves. Mr. McStay, who would wipe out an entire family, including the two little children, just ages four and three?

MCSTAY: Nancy, the only thing I can come up with is probably what everybody else has, a ruthless, cold-blooded killer that just did this for a living. It was their living, and they have no regard for human life. Either that, or it had to be someone that the boys knew or could have identified. That`s the only reason that I could see that you would take the life of two little boys like that.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We originally thought that someone was holding them against their will. You know, for him to just up and run and not tell anybody, it would have to be something pretty heavy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: A whole family disappears, a seemingly happy family. Shallow graves have been dug, and the bodies identified as the McStay family, at least the father and the mother.

Unleash the lawyers. Alex Sanchez, Trinity Hundredmark. Alex, you and I have both, all three of us have handled, I can`t even count how many criminal cases, how many homicides, take off your defense hat just for a moment and let`s think this thing through. What can they do, Alex? What can they learn from those graves?

SANCHEZ: I think there is a lot they can learn. They certainly have more information today than they did let`s say last week. They can learn the manner of death, for example. Was there a shooting? Did they recover bullets? Was there some type of sexual assault against either of the parties? Maybe there was some type of evidence that could possibly be recovered at this late date? There`s a lot of information that can be recovered by the medical examiners.

GRACE: Trinity.

HUNDREDMARK: I would agree. They`d also be looking for forensic evidence, fibers, hair samples, DNA, other things that might link them to actual individuals at the crime scene.

GRACE: To special guest, Patrick McStay, the father of Joseph McStay. Patrick, what are the police telling you?

MCSTAY: I have no idea. Nancy, I haven`t spoken with anybody. Nobody`s bothered to call me.

GRACE: Everyone, let me broadcast the tip line again, if you know anything or think you know anything, please call, 888-580-8477. There is a reward.
