Aired June 19, 2014 - 20:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight, live to Valrico, a registered sex offender on the run with a missing Florida girl.

Bombshell tonight. As we go to air, we learn a viewer from last night`s program spots the missing Valrico girl, Ashley Lyon, at a truck stop, a

convenience store. Cops hone in on this man, Steven Myers, the sex predator, in a high-speed chase, finding the girl cowering in the sex

offender`s truck, stabbed multiple times, critical condition, at this hour, her life hanging in the balance.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The girl`s been abducted from Florida. This is the man that did it, to call 911.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The nationwide search for a little girl and the sex offender who took her has come to an end.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She got her phone and watched NANCY GRACE again to confirm that this was the guy.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Through social media, international media, Nancy Grace, thank you so much.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And tonight, the hit series "Pretty Little Liars" rocked as a 49- year-old married security guard at Warner Bros. lot where "Pretty Little Liars" is filmed says he has a, quote, "relationship" with the show`s star,

Ashley Benson (ph), and that God ordered him to have sex with the star, that only he knows she`s secretly in love with him. At this hour, the star

of "Pretty Little Liars" lands in court.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You made quite a splash there, especially with the ladies.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I missed out.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The star of the hit television show "Pretty Little Liars" has reportedly obtained a temporary restraining order against a man

she claims has been stalking her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That video from Warner Bros.

And then live, Centerville, a registered sex offender and his girlfriend are, quote, "chaperoning" the little girls in the neighborhood in their

home when the sex offender, Randall Charlton (ph), has a great idea, to tattoo the little girl`s arm in his home. And he does, tattooing a smiley

face and the word "bitch" on the child`s arm forever!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A Pennsylvania couple faces charges for allegedly tattooing a smiley face and "bitch" on a 12-year-old girl who spent the

night at their home. Documents reportedly say Charlton used his tattoo kit and gun to imprint the smiley face and derogatory term on the girl`s left

forearm.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. Live to Valrico, a registered sex offender with a serious rap sheet of violent crimes on children on the run with a missing

Florida girl. As we go to air tonight, we learn a viewer from last night`s program spots the missing Valrico girl, Ashley Lyon, at a convenience

store, like a truck stop.

Cops hone in on Steven Myers, pictured here, in a high-speed chase, finding the girl cowering in the sex offender`s truck, the girl stabbed multiple

times, the girl in critical condition when police find her, at this hour, her life hanging in the balance. The miracle is she has been found alive,

at this hour still in the hospital, fighting multiple stab wounds.

Straight out to Michelle Southern, assistant news director, Louisiana Radio Network. Michelle, how was the girl spotted? What happened?

MICHELLE SOUTHERN, LOUISIANA RADIO NETWORK (via telephone): Well, she was spotted at a truck stop, as you said, in Grosstate (ph), Louisiana, by

someone who actually worked there, who later reported that they had seen it on your show. And that is what led them to call 911 because the clerk

recognized Myers and Ashley. And that is what alerted them...

GRACE: Wow!

SOUTHERN: ... to call the police and let them know...

GRACE: Wow!

SOUTHERN: ... that they`d been spotted.

GRACE: This is incredible! They go on a high-speed chase. And during that high-speed chase, this guy, Steven Patrick Myers, 41 years old,

actually tries to crash into other cars to put up roadblocks so cops couldn`t get him.

He`s speeding along. You`re seeing a little bit of it right there. And the cops manage to throw the sticks at him that they use to blow out tires,

and he`s twisting and turning, doing doughnuts, the whole works, all because of a viewer who spots this girl, checks her cell phone, checks the

Internet, makes sure it`s her. You`re seeing video of the high-speed chase posted on YouTube by Douglas Frimmen (ph) right now.

OK, I`m being joined right now from one of my Cajun friends. I can`t thank you enough. Scott Holbrook, the manager at the Tiger truck stop, called

911 to report they had spotted Ashley, the Florida girl this sex predator took from her parents.

Straight out to Scott Holbrook. Scott, thank you for being with us. What happened?

SCOTT HOLBROOK, MANAGER, TIGER TRUCK STOP (via telephone): Last night approximately at 9:40 PM, the cashier and the other cashier, Fawn Domingue,

we were working. And Fawn recognized a person that came in as Myers and Ashley.

She went -- came back into the office, got her phone, pulled up Facebook and saw the report that you gave last night and confirmed that it was them.

As soon as she realized that, she came around the corner, asked me to call 911, and I did.

And it was sort of hard to describe to the operator what was going on. I finally said, We have a kidnapped girl. We have a sex offender. I need

police here right now. Well, within a minute, there was one deputy here, with more coming, a task force that was nearby, too, and state police.

Well, they were parked at our rest stop in the back part of our truck stop, the Tiger truck stop. And he slowly pulled up and he sort of parked by our

tire shop in the shade. Well, Fawn was outside. She flagged down the police officer and told him that`s the car that the girl and the guy are

in.

Well, the deputy turned on the flashing lights. Well, as soon as he did that, Myers sped out of the truck stop, fishtailing, and then went about an

eighth of a mile and got on Interstate 10 west. I guess from there, they - - police -- the deputies called us about 45 minutes later and told us that they had him and that the girl, Ashley, was on her way to the hospital in

critical condition.

GRACE: Yes, the girl stabbed multiple times. And with me right now, in addition to Scott Holbrook, who made that life-saving 911 call from the

Tiger truck stop -- this is a story that you only dream about, part dream, part nightmare, because the girl is found, she`s critically wounded at this

hour because this perv, sex offender, stabbed her as soon as he realized the cops were onto him. Thanks to Scott Holbrook.

And now joining me, the other hero tonight, Fawn Domingue. She`s the one that realized this is the little Florida girl, the little Florida girl.

This is the sex offender. There`s his shot, Steven Myers. And I can tell you this. He did nearly 20 years hard time on a child molestation. And

that only happens when it is a severe and violent child molestation.

Let`s go to Fawn Domingue. Fawn, tell me what happened.

FAWN DOMINGUE, TRUCK STOP CASHIER (via telephone): Yesterday evening, before I came to work, I was scrolling through Facebook, and I came across

a different video that was posted off of your page. I clicked on it and went to your page, and it had other video feed, and I saw the one with

Ashley Lyon, the missing girl from Florida. So I clicked on it and watched it, of course not thinking anything like this was going to happen.

I came in to work at 3:00 o`clock yesterday evening. And I wasn`t scheduled to work, but I had another co-worker that called in and asked if

I could fill their spot, so I did. Like Scott said, at about 9:40 last night, the two of them walked through the front door. And Myers had asked

for a pack of cigarettes. I had just taken all the money out of my register. And I looked up at him, and I noticed that he looked familiar,

but I couldn`t pinpoint where until I looked at Ashley.

GRACE: Yes, you know what, Fawn? There`s something about this guy`s face, once I saw him and that mustache. And I think he keeps a mustache in every

one of his mug shots. I never forgot that case. In fact, when I first started reading about this story, when I first heard about it and I saw

him, I was talking to the staff, I said, When you see this guy, you`re never going to forget him. We`ve got to do this story.

OK. So they walk in, Fawn. And what was the girl doing? Did she look scared?

DOMINGUE: She didn`t look scared. She looked calm. She was quiet. She never said a word. Myers asked for a pack of cigarettes, and I sent him

down to Scott`s register because I had no money and (INAUDIBLE) have to wait on him.

The second that I looked at Ashley, it popped in my mind. I knew exactly who they were and where I recognized him from. So I came straight back

into the office and grabbed my phone and pulled up the Web site to look at the picture again, just to make sure. By the time I got back out front,

they had already left the building. And I told Scott that I`d be right back.

Well, I walked around the other side of the fuel deck. And I was preparing to call CrimeStoppers. And I thought about it, like, well, if I call

CrimeStoppers, by the time they send somebody out here, they`re going to be gone. So I reached over the counter. I told Scott, I said, Call Iberville

parish sheriff`s department, have them send a deputy out here. And I couldn`t get all the words out because I was so nervous. And it was a very

overwhelming feeling.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE) right behind this (EXPLETIVE DELETED) (INAUDIBLE) right here. What in the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) is going on?

Look, look, look! The guy`s still going! I mean, look! Holy (EXPLETIVE DELETED)!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Oh, dear Lord in heaven. You are seeing a tiny bit of the high- speed chase that just went down. We`re finding out about it, that video posted on YouTube by Douglas Frimmen. That was all to save a little

Florida girl that had been abducted by a registered sex offender. This is the girl.

When you see the different mug shots of this sex offender, you`ll see why we were all so in fear for this little girl. And in the last hours, we

learn she spotted at Tiger truck stop there in Louisiana. Thank you again to my Cajun friends, Scott Holbrook and Fawn Domingue with us.

Also with me, Sheriff Brett Stassi, Iberville sheriff`s office. Sheriff, thank you so much for being with us. Sheriff, how did you guys -- just

take it from the top. Tell me what happened.

SHERIFF BRETT STASSI, IBERVILLE SHERIFF`S OFFICE (via telephone): Well, like you already said, Nancy, thanks for getting it out to the national

media to let these eyes and ears and our alert citizens find out.

But we got the call, had units within a minute of the truck stop, and they made contact. And once they made contact, the chase was on. He got on the

interstate at mile marker 139, which is Grosstate. And five units gathered in in the chase. As they pushed forward, he did everything he could to

shake the units, stopping, wrecked into four vehicles, swerved and tried to get every 18-wheeler in front of the units to make evasive action and maybe

cause an accident.

Thanks to the state police, as well as the Lafayette PD, who finally got out with the spike strips and were able to slow him down. He at no time

was -- at no time was he ever going to stop. The truck stopped. He never did. The truck quit rolling. He rolled on the rims until it burst into

flames, and he jumped out.

And after a small deal (ph) with the taser and the dog, he was in custody. And she got out. And once we learned her name, we were able to track it on

down. We had a similar young girl missing out of Baton Rouge with the same age of the defendant and the same age of the girl. So it`s...

GRACE: It`s incredible. I just can`t -- Sheriff, I can`t get over how you managed to stop this high-speed chase because they could have both been

killed in that. And as it was, little Ashley was stabbed multiple times. Tell me about the sticks that you threw out to stop him, Sheriff.

STASSI: Yes. Well, what they do is spike strips that are deployed by the agencies in front of us. If you`re ever on I-10 down in this area on the

high-rise, it`s a bridge, very long over the swamp area. And once they throw out the sticks, everything that crosses over it is -- the air is let

out of it. And sometimes it even hits the police vehicles. But whatever it takes to stop a criminal of this (INAUDIBLE), an animal, we have to make

sure we stop him at all costs.

GRACE: And the other thing -- with me is the sheriff there in Iberville. Sheriff, again, thank you for being with us. And your people took their

lives in their own hands to try and save this girl. Once Fawn Domingue and Scott Holbrook called 911, your people risked your own lives trying to stop

this guy in a truck making off with this little girl right here all the way from Florida. He had traveled hundreds and hundreds of miles. We thought

last night, he was heading to Texas. That looks like what he was doing.

Sheriff, you had -- he still wouldn`t stop. Even after the tires had gone out, he kept going on the rims until the whole thing started catching on

fire -- the wheels, anyway, catching on fire. How did the dogs get involved? He got out and would not surrender? You had to put the dogs on

him?

STASSI: He jumped out and still had the knife in his hand, asking the deputy to shoot him. And he stabbed himself a couple of time. The dogs

were released to subdue him, along with a taser by the Lafayette Police Department. And he was taken into custody, and where we could help the

young victim.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She got her phone and watched NANCY GRACE again to confirm that this was the guy. What`s the word? I said abduction? She

said, Yes, the girl`s been abducted from Florida. This is the man that did it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE) right behind this (EXPLETIVE DELETED) (INAUDIBLE) right here. What in the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) is going on?

Look, look, look! The guy`s still going! I mean, look! Holy (EXPLETIVE DELETED)!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is video of the high-speed chase posted on YouTube by Douglas Frimmen.

Joining me right now, Karen from Louisiana, who saw it go down. Welcome, Karen. What did you see?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Well, I was coming home. And they had, like, that west side bound (ph) of the interstate closed off. And I seen where the

truck was on fire, and I pulled over and I started shooting video. And I mean, it looked like a -- they had at least 50 police cars. Everything was

blocked off. And I`m, like, Well, maybe a truck caught on fire.

And then, of course, when I got home, I was able to finally -- because I was just at the hospital with a friend of mine, and I was showing them the

pictures of this girl from your Web site. And it just happened to be when we left on the way home that we came this way.

GRACE: Wow. Wow.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And I took a long video, but I wasn`t able to submit it in. But I was just wondering, when did he have, like -- when did he

have a chance -- when did he stab her, like, in the -- during the chase?

GRACE: You know, I`m going to throw that to Sheriff Brett Stassi from the Iberville sheriff`s office. Sheriff, again, thank you for being with us.

It`s my belief that he stabbed her as the cops -- as he realized the whole thing was falling apart, that he had been spotted by Holbrook, Scott

Holbrook and Fawn Domingue, who`s with us tonight, and he knew there was no way out.

When do you believe he stabbed the girl? And did he make any comment, Sheriff, after you apprehended him?

STASSI: All right. Well, when she left the Tiger truck stop, she was uninjured. And so it -- we believe, like you, Nancy, that the stabbing

took place when he determined it was inevitable that he was not going to be able to get away. And that`s when he decided it was time to get rid of

whatever evidence he could destroy.

GRACE: With me, Marc Klaas, president and founder of Klaas Kids Foundation. Mark, this has been your goal from day one.

MARC KLAAS, KLAAS KIDS FOUNDATION (via telephone): This is the reason that I do what I do. And this is really a perfect storm of your media advocacy,

citizen participation and law enforcement response. And I think -- I`d like to congratulate all of you on a job very, very well done. There`s no

doubt in my mind that you saved this girl`s life and took a dangerous predator...

GRACE: You know, Marc...

KLAAS: ... off the street.

GRACE: You know, Marc...

KLAAS: ... hopefully, forever.

GRACE: I will -- I will feel like our job is done when he is convicted of this and this little girl is out of the hospital.

Back to Scott Holbrook, the manager of Tiger truck stop, and Fawn Domingue. Fawn, how does it feel knowing you and Scott saved this girl`s life? If

you had not happened to scroll through and see that story, if you had not taken it upon yourself to call 911, this girl not only would most likely be

assaulted many more times, but she would be dead. He stabbed her, Dawn. He stabbed her. When he realized Sheriff Stassi was on him, he stabbed

her. He tried to kill her, so he would not leave witnesses behind.

DOMINGUE: I have mixed emotions right now.

GRACE: What do you mean?

DOMINGUE: Because of what he did to her. But I`m also -- I`m grateful and I`m overwhelmed that her parents know where she is now. And I pray that

she makes a full recovery. It hurts to know what this monster, this demon did to her!

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You saw something and you said something.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It angers me that someone could just feel that they can take my daughter.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Nancy Grace, thank you so much.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She got her phone and watched NANCY GRACE again to confirm that this was the guy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

NANCY GRACE, HOST: For those of you just joining us, this man, a three- time convicted felon, a violent child sex predator who took off with a little Florida girl out of Valrico, in the last hours we learned a citizen

who had watched our show and our postings, Fawn Domingue, and her boss Scott Holbrook at Tiger Truck Stop there in Louisiana, she spots the girl.

She spots the sex predator. She thinks she recognizes them.

In the last hours, this man, Steven Patrick Myers, age 41, takes police on a high-speed chase. They do everything they can to stop him. They throw

the emergency sticks out on the interstate to blow out his tires. He keeps going.

Let`s see the high-speed chase, Liz.

He keeps going on the rims until the wheels catch on fire. Realizing that Sheriff Brett Stassi is on him and he can`t get away, he stabs the little

girl. She is in critical condition tonight. But she is alive.

Joining me right now, the two heroes, Scott Holbrook and Fawn Domingue, and also with me, Sheriff Brett Stassi.

Everybody, you`re seeing the video of the high-speed chase posted on YouTube by Douglas Fremmen.

We are taking your calls. But for those of you just joining us tonight, this guy, Steven Patrick Myers, has done hard jail time for child

molestation. He did nearly 20 years. He gets out, and this is what he does, taking this little girl, Ashley Lyon, out of Florida. They were

about 10 hours away apparently on the way to Texas.

Back to Fawn Domingue and Scott Holbrook. Also with me the sheriff tonight.

Fawn, as we went to break you were telling us your feelings now that the child has been saved. Yes, she is in critical condition. But she is

alive. You saved her for the continued torture of being with this sex offender and the ultimate death he would have inflicted on her. He stabbed

her when he realized there was no way out. He tried to kill her.

If the sheriff hadn`t been right there and gotten the girl, she`d be dead tonight, Fawn. Thanks to you, she`s alive.

FAWN DOMINGUE, CASHIER WHO SPOTTED GIRL AND SEX OFFENDER: Yes. She is. It just keeps running through my head a million times like what would he

have done if -- if the call wouldn`t have been made. And if the cops wouldn`t have responded as quick as they did. And I just don`t understand,

you know, why do that to her? To me he`s a coward.

GRACE: I`ve got to ask you something, Fawn. What made you -- when you saw them walk in, what triggered it in your mind? This is the sex predator.

That`s the little girl.

DOMINGUE: Just her face. We looked each other dead in the face for a split second. And I knew it was her. And I just did what my gut and what

my heart told me to do.

GRACE: So did you say you ran outside and got the tag?

DOMINGUE: I went to go get the tag. And as I was trying to get the tag numbers is whenever the sheriff deputy showed up. And I pointed out the

truck and told them the situation.

GRACE: With me also Scott Holbrook who manages the Tiger Truck Stop. Called 911 at the urging of his employee, Fawn Domingue.

Scott Holdbrook, again, thank you for being with us.

For those just joining us, please tell us what you told 911.

SCOTT HOLBROOK, CALLED 911 TO REPORT SEEING GIRL: I think I told 911 -- well, before that it was hard for Fawn. She was really nervous. To come

up with the words with what was happening. Finally I said, a child abduction? She said yes, call 911. This man has this girl. And she ran

outside to try of get the license plate number. I called 911. They answered quick. And it was hard for the operator to understand what I was

trying to say. And I just said, we need the police here immediately. Now, they were there within less than one minute. And I`m very, very proud.

GRACE: Well, you ought to be proud. You ought to be proud. You should be proud because I`m convinced that you saved this child`s life.

Back to Sheriff Brett Stassi. Sheriff, where is he tonight, Steven Patrick Myers?

SHERIFF BRETT STASIS, BERVILLE SHERIFF`S OFFICE: He`s still in the hospital. And so the young lady, they`re in different hospitals. But

there was no license plate information on the truck to be called in.

GRACE: I`m glad to know that. So I guess he removed his plate so he wouldn`t be caught.

Everybody, we are taking your calls. For those of you just joining us, the Florida girl we`ve been telling you about for several nights in a row is

spotted by one of our viewers.

Out to the lines. Hi, Lisa, what`s your question?

LISA, CALLER: I just want to quickly ask, please, because I haven`t heard, how did the sex offender know the 14-year-old girl? Was he a neighbor?

Was he a family friend? I`m not sure.

GRACE: Yes. Alexis Weed also on the story.

Alexis, didn`t the sex offender know the little girl`s friend? How did that -- how did that work, Alexis?

ALEXIS WEED, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Right. So this guy, Myers, his ex- wife, she lives there where Ashley lived. And her children, their children, would hang around with Ashley. And this guy befriended her

through this process, sending her thousands of text messages and -- right. Right. Really manipulated her.

GRACE: Back to Sheriff Brett Stassi. Thank you, Alexis.

Sheriff, this guy, Steven Patrick Myers, you know he did nearly 20 years of hard time. Now, Sheriff, you and I know, typically if it`s not a serious

case the perp will get out in about half their jail time. His last child molestation must have been so aggravated they kept him in for nearly the

full 20. That`s bad, Sheriff.

STASSI: That`s the kind of animal we`re dealing with here. And what I wanted to make sure, Nancy, we get that out after that call to make sure

that the people understand that we have to talk to our children. These predators are out there searching. They come in through the computer.

They come in through the phones. We have to do more to make sure that our children know that these people are out there.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Welcome back, everybody. The hit series "Pretty Little Liars" rocked as a 49-year-old married security guard at Warner Brothers lot where

"Pretty Little Liars" is filmed, says he has a, quote, "relationship" with the show star, Ashley Benson, and that God ordered him to have sex with the

star. That only he knows that she is secretly in love with him. And at this hour, the star of "Pretty Little Liars" lands in court.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A star of the hit television show "Pretty Little Liars" has reportedly obtained a temporary restraining order against a man she

claims has been stalking her. But he says God told him to pursue her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That was "Pretty Little Liars" from Warner Brothers Television. And you could see why the guy fell in love with her. She`s stunning.

She`s a star of a hit series "Pretty Little Liars." But it`s really whacky.

Pat Lalama, investigative reporter, Investigation Discovery, this guy says that she was giving him secret signals, that she loves him when they would

pass in the hall? And that God ordered him to have sex with her?

PAT LALAMA, CORRESPONDENT, INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY: Divine intervention by the words of James Gorton.

Here`s the deal. It was just a simple inadvertent glance. She happened to catch his eye for a split second. He believes and even told members of his

congregation that God wants him to marry her and that they would together preach the gospel. And not only through her --

GRACE: Whoa, whoa. Wait a minute. Wait a minute.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: God wants him to marry her? He`s already married. How did it got --

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: What? The three of them are going to be very happy together?

LALAMA: Exactly.

GRACE: Well, Ashley Benson, the star of "Pretty Little Liars" and his wife?

LALAMA: Absolutely. And she`s got a restraining order on him but it`s temporary. They`re back in court on July 9th to find out if there needs to

be more severe precautions taken against this guy.

And Nancy, I got to tell you, it`s like stalkers are invading L.A., like zombie-like star-struck stalkers. So this is the fifth case just in the

last couple of months that I`ve followed.

GRACE: Everybody, what we are talking about for those of you just joining us, the star of the hit series "Pretty Little Liars" Ashley Benson, stalker

says that God ordered him to have sex with her. He works there on the lot where it is filmed at Warner Brothers Studio.

With me, Rob Shuter from the Gossip Table.

Rob, what do we know about this guy? And have they even ever had any communications with each other?

ROB SHUTER, HOST OF "THE GOSSIP TABLE": They`ve never spoke. What happened was that she gave him a glance on the lot. He`s a security guard

there on the lot.

GRACE: Gave him a what? What did you say?

SHUTER: A glance. He glanced at her.

GRACE: A glance.

SHUTER: And caught her eye. She caught his eye. And that`s how he says all this began. Now remember --

GRACE: All what began?

SHUTER: All this --

GRACE: These crazy fantasies?

SHUTER: Exactly, Nancy.

GRACE: What does he say began?

SHUTER: He said this in crazy -- he didn`t say it was crazy. To him he feels it`s very rational, which is what`s so scary about this. His

infatuation began with her. And that`s when he says he started getting messages from God saying that they should have a sexual relationship.

GRACE: Well, this is not the first celebrity stalker where the star feels their lives are threatened. Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The guy accused of stalking Sandra Bullock allegedly had a bunch of weapons in his house. Joshua Corbett is charged with

burglary and stalking after he broke into her home in L.A. She was there.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Alec Baldwin`s nightmare, the actor faced off against his stalker, disturbing e-mail and voicemails, showing up unannounced, "I

am less than 10 minutes away from you tonight. Say I do to me".

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: She`s seen by many as the face of QVC. Reports say the former Miss Tennessee is fearful for her safety. Multiple men accused

of stalking her.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Like get it off of me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Now Ashley Benson, the star of "Pretty Little Liars" the next celebrity stalking victim.

Out to Bill Stanton, bodyguard and private investigator.

Bill, does it never end? Now you`ve got this woman, Ashley Benson, star of "Pretty Little Liars", can`t even go to work without being in fear.

BILL STANTON, BODYGUARD AND PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR: Well, Nancy, I see you giving me those secret signals. And my dog told me after the show we`re

going to be in Central Park for a hotdog so I`ll be waiting for you.

This is crazy. You know, I would question the hiring and filtering practice of the people at the studio that hired this guy. I must believe

there were indicators way before this happened.

GRACE: Unleash the lawyers, Jason Lamm, Carmen St. George, first to you, Carmen St. George, God ordered him to have sex with her? He`s going to --

his defense is he`s going to blame God for this?

CARMEN ST. GEORGE, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Nancy, you know, as an attorney you have to have zealous representation. And sometimes even the mentally ill

have a position that we have to take. So you kind of try to think of the best angle in order to defend him. I mean, people get enamored with

celebrities.

GRACE: What? I didn`t hear what you just said. You kind of have to think of the best angle. That sounds like make something up?

St. GEORGE: No. You have to do it within the bounds of the law, Nancy. It`s our obligations as attorneys. People fall in love with you. It`s

very easy to do. You know, they watch you on TV. They may think they have a relationship just because you`re talking to them indirectly every night.

And they may show up here at the studio.

GRACE: Carmen, Carmen, Carmen, let`s just deal with the facts in front of you. Now, Carmen, you happen to be a very successful defense attorney as

do you, Jason Lamm. So let`s just get down to it. He`s already made the statement, Jason Lamm, that God ordered him to have sex with the star of

"Pretty Little Liars," all right? So he`s stuck with that statement unless one of you two can get it thrown out of court, which will be the first

thing you try to do. But he volunteered that. So it`s probably not going to get thrown out of court.

So now what do you do? And what about his wife?

JASON LAMM, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, that`s a whole another issue, Nancy. But you got to remember, restraining orders are civil, they`re not

criminal. There are no criminal charges against him. If he breaks the restraining order, that`s a different story. But for right now, it`s a

civil proceeding. And the thing we really need to remember is even if the judge enforces this order it`s a piece of paper. It doesn`t stop bullets.

And that`s an important thing to remember.

GRACE: OK. I`m sure that makes her feel better.

You`re seeing "Pretty Little Liars".

To Dr. Bethany Marshall, psychoanalyst and author of "Dealbreakers." Bethany, get into his mind for me.

BETHANY MARSHALL, PSYCHOANALYST, AUTHOR OF "DEALBREAKERS": OK. So the psychology of the stalker is that the stalker feels that he has a special

and unique relationship with the victim even when there`s evidence to the contrary. So he becomes agitated because he feels rejected in the context

of feeling that there`s that special relationship. And it`s that rejection that leads him to go after the victim and to punish her.

GRACE: In to Centerville, a registered sex offender and his girlfriend are chaperoning some little neighborhood girls. Can you even imagine having a

registered sex offender chaperoning your little girl when the sex offender Randall Charlton has a great idea, to tattoo the girl`s arm himself in the

home and he does. Tattooing a smiley face and the word "bitch" on the little girl`s arm forever.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Authorities say a registered sex offender tattooed a smiley face and the word "bitch" on a 12-year-old girl. Prosecutors

allege the girl`s mother was never called or asked if the tattoo was allowed to be put on the girl which is a violation of Pennsylvania law.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: To Pat Lalama, investigative reporter, Investigation Discovery.

Pat, first of all, the question, why would you let a registered sex offender chaperon a little girl`s sleepover? But that`s a whole another

can of worms. Let`s get down to the tattoo. What happened?

LALAMA: This guy -- his argument, by the way, is that she said it was OK. And that her mother said it was OK. Now of course being a registered sex

offender there`s a good chance he never made any call to anybody to find out it was OK. But he and presumably the girlfriend used the kit and they

face all kinds of varying charges of endangerment and assault and, you know --

GRACE: But, you know, the thing is to tattoo -- look at him. Would you let your child have a sleepover with him? OK.

LALAMA: Well, not me.

GRACE: To Dr. Tim Gallagher, medical examiner, forensic pathologist, joining me out of Daytona Beach.

Dr. Gallagher, thanks for being with us. I heard Pat Lalama refer to a kit home tattoos. How dangerous is that?

DR. TIM GALLAGHER, MEDICAL EXAMINER: Well, they have the potential to be very dangerous. You know, in Florida someone needs a license or a

certificate to give someone a tattoo but there`s always the danger of using unsterilized needles which can transmit hepatitis or other infectious

diseases. A home kit is very dangerous to use to administer a tattoo, Nancy.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: A Pennsylvania couple faces charges for allegedly tattooing a smiley face and "bitch" on a 12-year-old girl who spent the

night at their home. Documents reportedly say Charlton used his tattoo kit and gun to imprint a smiley face and derogatory term on the girl`s left

forearm.

GRACE: Straight to Justin Freiman, so this guy is a registered sex offender, he`s 33 years old, his girlfriend is 30. So what takes over them

that they decide that they should tattoo a 12-year-old girl with the word "bitch"?

JUSTIN FREIMAN, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: They claim that what took over them is that the girl asked for it and claims, oh, my mom says it`s OK.

GRACE: So OK. That`s the defense that the -- it`s the 12-year-old`s girl fault. To Dr. Tim Gallagher joining me out of Daytona Beach, wouldn`t that

be painful to a child, Doctor?

GALLAGHER: Well, it`s generally painful to anyone but a child, you know, is much more sensitive than that of an adult. So I would imagine it would

be much more painful for a child to endure a tattoo.

GRACE: Unleash the lawyers. Jason Lamm, Carmen St. George.

So, Jason Lamm, what`s the defense, that it`s the 12-year-old girl`s fault?

LAMM: Well, they`re going to have to somehow suggest that they believed honestly and reasonably there was consent, that they knew the mother. I`m

going the tell you, I think there`s some alcohol behind this, I think there`s a lot more to the story.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Good. So you`re really going to muddy the water on that, defense. And say not only is it the 12-year-old`s girl`s fault but it was demon rum.

OK, I can`t wait to see that unfold in court, Jason Lamm.

Everybody, let`s stop and remember American hero Army Private Joseph Gonzalez. Just 18, Tucson, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, loved football and

helping the homeless. Parents Joseph Sr. and Ana, brother George.

Joseph Gonzalez, American hero.
