Nancy Grace

Recent Claim Against Cosby Could Be Trouble

Aired December 15, 2014 - 20:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight. He`s known as America`s dad, but comedian Bill Cosby now the target of an LAPD police investigation

for sex molestation of a then teen girl.

After a high-profile reality star breaks down, shrieking, "Screw you, Bill `Monster` Cosby," explaining in graphic detail how Bill Cosby

allegedly drugs and rapes her in a Lake Tahoe hotel room, bombshell tonight. As we go to air, yet another top supermodel comes forward

claiming she, too, was drugged by Cosby.

And another claim now. In the last hours, a then teen claims he also molested her. In a Mailonline exclusive account, she says she was only 18

when Cosby drugs her. She wakes up with him naked. And at this time, a defamation claim against Cosby guaranteed to land him under oath, forced to

either admit or deny sex claims.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The first sensation was woozy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Pain, swelling, semen...

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Took another sip.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: ... puddle of this man`s aftermath of his way with me!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bruised and battered.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: After that second sip, I knew I had been drugged.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s a predator.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You are a "MF," aren`t you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And tonight, finally, is there a break in the case? We go live, Plano, Texas, 23-year-old Christina Morris (ph) vanishes from a high-

end luxury shopping mall. Grainy surveillance video emerges. Police search a densely wooded area for Christina, last seen in this upscale mall

parking deck.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: From classmates to accused criminal.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I had nothing to do with her disappearance.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Enrique Aroche (ph) was formally charged with kidnapping his high school acquaintance, Christina Morris.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The search for Christina Morris grew more exhaustive and exhausting.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. He`s known as America`s dad, but comedian Bill Cosby the target of an LAPD investigation on sex molestation of a then teen

girl. And as we go to air tonight, yet another complaint has been issued, this one different from all of the rest, a woman now coming forward who

claims she was then 18 when Cosby drugs and molests her.

This is a Mailonline exclusive. And we are learning tonight that unlike all of the other claims, this alleged sex attack has occurred within

the statute of limitations, which means, if it`s true, Cosby can actually be criminally prosecuted on this, while at the same time, yet another high-

profile top model comes forward claiming Cosby drugged her, as well.

And seemingly, the icing on the cake for Cosby is that he is now being claimed as a respondent in a defamation lawsuit claiming that he has

defamed one of these women. That can land him in court under oath, forced to either admit or deny the sex claims.

But let`s get to the defamation claims in just a moment. Right now, as we go to air, literally, we are learning about another then teen girl

claiming that she was drugged and molested by America`s dad. And what sets this apart from all of the others is that if this happened, it is within

the statute of limitations and he can be criminally prosecuted.

Joining me right now is Candace Trunzo, senior news editor, Mailonline. Candace, my head is reeling. I`ve tried to keep up with the

list that you provided me of all of the women claiming Cosby molested them. There`s 24 on this list. This woman, I believe her name is Christina

Goins...

CANDACE TRUNZO, MAILONLINE.COM (via telephone): Chloe Goins.

GRACE: Thank you, Chloe Goins. What happened in this one, Candace?

TRUNZO: Chloe Goins is now 24. This happened six years ago. She was 18. She was -- she had a good girlfriend who was invited to Playboy,

parties, and the friend invited her to go to the Playboy mansion and go to this party. They went in and they started talking to Hefner himself. I

mean, they were two adorable blond 18-year-olds, and Hefner was, you know, into them.

And along comes Bill Cosby and he starts chatting them up. Before she knew it, he went to get them drinks. And of course, she`s only 18, but she

figured...

GRACE: OK, let me backtrack, Candace.

TRUNZO: Yes.

GRACE: For those of you just joining us, believe it or not, another - - multiple claims against Cosby just coming in. One of these ladies claims she was a teen when she`s molested by Cosby, drugged and molested. The

difference is, this time, it`s within the statute of limitations.

With me Candace Trunzo, senior news editor, Mailonline. Go ahead, Candace.

TRUNZO: So Cosby went to get drinks. He gave Chloe a vodka cocktail. That`s what she remembers. And before long, she started to feel very

woozy, really out of it. Does that sound familiar, Nancy? I mean, really. And she needed to, you know, do something, excuse herself. And Hefner

said, Well, there are some bedrooms, you can go lie down. And Bill said, Hey, I`ll take you. And he led her away from the group...

GRACE: Whoa, whoa, wait, wait! So Bill Cosby -- he always seems to be, in these allegations anyway, honing in when a woman has a headache,

when she`s got a cold, when she`s got menstrual cramps. According to all these ladies, he`s always at the ready with a pocket full of pills and a

glass of red wine.

Go ahead. It sounds eerily familiar, Candace.

TRUNZO: He walked away to get drinks. When he came back, he gave Chloe a specific drink. She drank it, and before too long, she was

starting to feel out of it, woozy, not comfortable. So she followed Cosby because he was going to take her to a bedroom where she could lie down.

And the next thing she knew, she woke up. She was nude. Cosby`s pants were down around his ankles. He was licking her toes and biting one

of her toes. And she was absolutely mortified. She had, you know, come into a waking state enough so that she knew what was going on and said to

him, What are you doing? He pulled up his pants and he left the room.

GRACE: You know, there`s always a variation on each one of these stories that make them so incredibly believable. For those of you just

joining us, as we go to air, literally as I`m sitting down at my desk, we find out about another claim. It`s a Mailonline exclusive. Chloe Goins, a

then teen at the Playboy mansion, claims she was drugged and molested by Cosby.

Candace Trunzo, isn`t it true, according to Mailonline, they`ve already contacted police and are waiting to give their full police

statement?

TRUNZO: ... Goins felt, you know, that she couldn`t really attack somebody like Bill Cosby. He`s an institution. He`s somebody that she

just felt uncomfortable discussing this, going to the police. And that`s the same case as all of these other women who couldn`t come forward because

they were intimidated, because they were afraid, because they were ashamed. You know, the list goes on. And of course...

GRACE: Candace, you got cut out on me when I was asking you -- they`ve already -- this woman, Chloe Goins, it`s my understanding, has

already contacted the police, and they`re waiting to give a full statement to police about Cosby?

TRUNZO: That is correct. She has contacted police and she is about to give a full statement.

GRACE: OK. He`s got a tiger by the tail this time because this case, unlike all the others, is within the statute of limitations.

Also, as we go to air tonight, we learn another top model -- you remember when Janice Dickinson came out with her claims against Cosby? Now

another supermodel. When you see her face, you`re going to remember Beverly Johnson. This is what Beverly Johnson tells us.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BEVERLY JOHNSON, COSBY ACCUSER: The first sensation was, you know, a little woozy. And so then I took another sip, and after that second sip, I

knew I had been drugged. It was very powerful. It came on very quickly. The room started to spin. My speech was slurred.

I remember him calling me over towards him as if we were going to begin the scene then, and he placed his hands on my waist. I remember

steadying myself with my hand on his shoulders. And I just kind of cocked my head because at that point, I knew he had drugged me. And I was just

looking at him, and I just asked him the question, that you are a "MF," aren`t you.

I immediately went into survival mode. I knew that he had drugged me, and I wanted him to know that he had drugged me. So the only word I could

get out -- and I don`t swear -- was "MF." And I kept saying it to him louder and louder. And for a moment, he stood there looking at me like I

was crazy. And then it happened very quickly. He immediately grabbed me and started to drag me toward the stairs that went downstairs to the

outdoors. And I was stumbling around trying to, you know, grab my handbag. And I really didn`t know where he was taking me.

But we ended up outside, and it was still -- it was dusk, so it was pretty light out. And all I remember is him, you know, grabbing me by one

arm and him flailing for a taxi with the other. I remember kind of looking around at people, and you know, people really recognizing that, you know,

that`s Bill Cosby. And a taxi stops. He opens the door, and he throws me in there, and he slams the door shut. And I somehow get my address out to

the taxi cab driver.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He was Dr. Huxtable. He was America`s dad. Everybody loved him. I loved him. I wanted him to be my dad.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He gave me a pills.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He made me a drink.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Different assorted pills. Why don`t you take a couple of these to help you relax.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I took one sip, and I felt something very strange going on.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Very drugged.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He drugged me and my roommate.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I blacked out.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: In the last hours, yet another woman comes forward. I`m reading you her quote on Mailonline. "I was only 18 when Bill Cosby

drugged me. I woke up naked. He was licking my toes."

OK, here`s the kicker to this story by Chloe Goins. This occurred just six years ago. This is within the statute of limitations. If this

gets followed through with a criminal complaint, he, Bill Cosby, is in a whole heap of trouble.

We are taking your calls. Out to Charlotte. Hi, Charlotte. What`s your question?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi, Nancy. Thanks for taking my call. I`m very surprised. Watching his sitcom for many, many years, "The Cosby Show,"

seeing what a loving, supportive father he is, of course, on the show, and I can`t believe he was (INAUDIBLE) So my quick question is, is why did

women take so long to come out that he was abusing them?

GRACE: Charlotte, I have asked many -- everybody, you`re seeing "The Cosby Show" from NBC. There`s America`s dad right there, Bill Cosby.

And many of them have told me, including Janice Dickinson, whose career has gone (INAUDIBLE) as soon as she made the complaint against

Cosby. She says her phone hadn`t rang (sic) since, no jobs -- because they thought nobody would believe them. They didn`t want to be branded as the

accuser that tried to bring down Bill Cosby and never work another day. They thought their careers would be over and that, very simply, it just

wasn`t very worth it. That`s what they`re telling me.

Everyone, in addition to this young lady, Chloe Goins, coming forward in the last hours with this claim, also stating that she has contacted the

police department on this, now he`s being charged in a defamation suit. What does that mean? That means one of these women says, Hey, Cosby, when

you claimed I was lying about your sex attack, you defamed me.

Joining me right now is Joseph Cammarata, the attorney for Tamara Green, who filed the lawsuit. Joseph, thanks for being with us -- a highly

respected lawyer of out D.C. But we are not in court right now, and if you could just break it down in plain terms for us? Your client is claiming a

defamation lawsuit. She`s claiming that when Bill Cosby said he did not sexually molest her that it held her up to shame and ridicule. Explain.

JOSEPH CAMMARATA, ATTORNEY: Well, first of all, thank you very much for having me.

GRACE: Yes, sir.

CAMMARATA: I do appreciate the opportunity. That`s precisely what she`s claiming. Defamation is a false statement that causes harm to

another person. She`s claiming that as a result of the statements that the Cosby camp made, namely that she`s lying, that, in fact, it didn`t happen,

and that he, in fact, doesn`t even know her, that this caused her harm in her community, among her friends and relatives and...

GRACE: Is she a lawyer?

CAMMARATA: She is a lawyer.

GRACE: OK. So she, unlike the other ladies, Joseph Cammarata, had the wherewithal to think this puzzle through and come up with a way to go

after Cosby now, in the present time. Let me ask you this. Joseph, do you intend to -- as you progress in this lawsuit against Cosby -- get him under

oath and depose him?

CAMMARATA: Very much so. That`s critical to this case -- not only his testimony, but I think it`s important to identify -- you had alluded to

it or referred to similar acts. There are other women who were identified as Jane Does in an earlier lawsuit that was brought in 2005 against him, in

which sexual assault was alleged. Those women would be critical to establishing a similar pattern of conduct on behalf of -- by Mr. Cosby...

GRACE: Exactly.

CAMMARATA: ... relative to these women. So I would imagine that their testimony is going to be part of the record.

GRACE: Unleash the lawyers. Joining me tonight, Randy Kessler, Areva Martin. First of all, to you, Areva Martin. Now, we finally not -- in

addition to Cammarata`s defamation suit against Cosby, which he plans and I very well expect it to happen, Cosby to be placed under oath to either deny

or admit these claims. Of course, he may take the 5th on this.

But now we have another young lady, now just 24. Her claim is within the statute of limitations. This may very well end up in a criminal case

against Bill Cosby. And all of these other women, 24 of them -- she makes 25 -- can be called in as a similar transaction, Areva.

AREVA MARTIN, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, you`re getting way ahead of yourself, Nancy. First of all, this case has to go someplace. And we

don`t have any evidence that it is going anyplace. We just have a woman making an allegation at this point. It`s been six years. So where`s the

evidence? Where`s the DNA evidence? Where`s the forensic evidence? Where`s something that`s going to tie Bill Cosby to the claims that`s been

made? So I think everyone has to stop...

GRACE: Are you functioning under the belief...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: ... that her claim has to be corroborated? Do you really think...

MARTIN: I think we have to slow down...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Cut her mike, please. Are you functioning under the old law that was, like, in the `70s, I guess, where you think a rape victim has to

be corroborated, Areva Martin? I mean, unlike any other case...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: I`m hearing something! What happened to cutting her mike? Can I see Areva Martin and the other one, Randy Kessler? Because up until

recently, Randy Kessler, the law required a rape victim, unlike an armed robbery, theft by shoplifting, you know, carjacking -- none of those lady

victims had to have corroboration -- i.e., they had to have a bruise on their face or their clothes had to be torn or there had to be blood or

semen.

The law doesn`t require a rape victim be corroborated anymore, Randy Kessler, so this case can go forward on her word alone.

RANDY KESSLER, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: It could, but she`s got an uphill battle. There`s a credibility battle. You`ve got a guy...

GRACE: Really?

KESSLER: You`ve got a guy who`s Mr. Believable by all of America. She`s got to have...

GRACE: True.

KESSLER: ... the same believability, and you`ve got to have...

GRACE: And guess what she`s got? She`s got 24 ladies standing behind her claiming...

KESSLER: Not on her case.

GRACE: ... He attacked me, too. You know what? Let`s find out what she does have.

Back to senior news editor Mailonline, Candace Trunzo. This is a Mail exclusive. You know the facts better than anybody. Candace, what does she

have? Isn`t there a friend that was with her at the Playboy mansion that day?

TRUNZO: Yes, Nancy. She had a friend with her. In fact, it was the friend who invited her to the Playboy mansion party with her. And we spoke

with the friend, who did not at this time want to be identified, but she corroborated everything that Chloe Goins told us in terms of, you know,

what happened at the party, the fact that Chloe was missing for 45 minutes, that she came back and was woozy and dizzy and felt sick. All of those

things were confirmed by this friend. Plus...

GRACE: Back to the lawyers. Randy Kessler, Areva Martin, did you hear that? She happened to have a friend with her that will corroborate

what happened.

KESSLER: Nancy! But Nancy...

GRACE: I mean, people, can you read?

(CROSSTALK)

MARTIN: ... that she corroborated that she was gone for 45 minutes.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: What happened to cutting her mike? What happened to that? Can you two read? Can you just log on to Mailonline? They give you a

perfect list. There`s 24, and including this woman, 25 women that claim Bill Cosby molested him (sic). And he has yet to do one day of jail time.

These are just allegations. I get it.

KESSLER: That`s right.

GRACE: All right, Areva. Open her mike.

MARTIN: They have to be treated as allegations, Nancy.

GRACE: Well, who said they shouldn`t? OK, you know what? Take a listen to this alleged victim.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JANICE DICKINSON, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: I woke up the next morning after big Cosby mounted me, had sex with me. The first thing I remember the

following morning -- I have a daughter. I remember -- I remember pain, swelling, semen and both (INAUDIBLE) it was a puddle of this man`s

aftermath of his way with me.

I`m not proud. I`m really, really, really -- yes, and I was in a lot of pain. And I -- you know, it`s taken me a long time to get over this

one, Nancy. It`s the right thing for me to tell you, just hoping my story will get somebody else to talk about what happened to them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOHNSON: There wasn`t a bigger figure in entertainment than Bill Cosby. I knew that he had drugged me. He was pissed. I was totally

trying to remain conscious.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: You are hearing what Beverly Johnson told us, world supermodel -- you may have seen her face on the cover of "Vogue U.S." -- claiming now

that Bill Cosby drugged her early on in her career. She`s coming forward.

But tonight, the bombshell is this. Another woman has just come forward with a major claim that is within the statute of limitations, if

it`s true. Bill Cosby could very well end up behind bars, this young lady claiming Cosby drugged and sex assaulted her when she was a teen just six

years ago.

Unleash the lawyers, Randy Kessler and Areva Martin. This is a Mailonline exclusive. And joining us also tonight is Candace Trunzo from

Mailonline.

Listen to her words. She gets to the Playboy mansion with her friend, who had been there before. They both wanted to be models and actresses and

singers. They go. They think they might make contacts there.

She`s standing there talking to Hefner and Cosby. He -- and I`m quoting -- "He just kind of left. We were talking. He came back with

drinks and gave me a vodka mixer, I think. I really knew I wasn`t supposed to drink because of my age, but I thought I`d get a drink on the side," she

says. The drink was strong but it didn`t taste funny. I think I finished most of it. I never set my glass down the whole time, but then out of

nowhere, Chloe Goins claims she began to feel dizzy and unsteady on her feet.

And Candace Trunzo from there on, she says that he leads her to a bedroom to lay down, she wakes up with him. She`s naked and he`s licking

her toes. Did I hear that correctly?

TRUNZO: Yes, you did. And not only that, but he had his pants down around his ankles, he was pleasuring himself, and that`s when he bit her

toe and she woke up.

GRACE: Kessler, did you hear that? According to this girl who was a teen at the time, she comes to, to see Cosby standing in front of her with

his pants down masturbating. That`s a fine how do you do? Candace, did you say her breasts were sticky or wet or something?

TRUNZO: He had perhaps licked her breasts. It could have been semen. She wasn`t sure. But her breasts were all wet. Her feet were wet from the

licking, and she wasn`t exactly sure whether it was licking or whether it was his semen on her breasts.

GRACE: What about that, Kessler?

KESSLER: The allegations are horrific. But you know, we`re not dealing with just allegations. We`re in courts of law where you need

proof. All those people at the Playboy mansion and there is only one potentially possible witness six years later. This prosecution is going to

be a hard prosecution.

GRACE: You know what? Incredible. Before I told you she had a friend with her, you said this can`t be corroborated. You too, Areva

Martin. Now we know there`s corroboration, that a friend was there during the conversation, and the drink and the woozy and Cosby takes her to a bed.

And as a matter of fact, out to Kim Serafin, senior editor, "In Touch Weekly." I hear you grumbling, Randy Kessler. Kim, Bill Cosby was

actually approached in the past few days and he gave a statement. Never once did he deny it. He said something about white people aren`t going to

give me a fair hearing. Well, hello. Beverly Johnson is not white. This is not about white and black. This is about women allegedly being

molested, including teens.

SERAFIN: Yes. You`re right. Beverly Johnson even makes that point as saying she wants to encourage other women to come forward. This is

about violence against women. So I think that`s good that she even made that point, as Janice Dickinson did in that interview clip that you played

as well. She wants her story to make other people come forward, not just with Bill Cosby, but with any women. And you`re right, Bill Cosby did make

a statement. We haven`t heard much from him. Talking about how his wife, the love and the strength of womanhood.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Please put her up. Kim Serafin, did you say that he started rambling about the strength of women or motherhood? What?

SERAFIN: Yes. He was asked about his wife and how his wife was holding up in this conversation with this reporter who called him at home.

He said it was because of the love and strength of womanhood, referring to his wife.

GRACE: Love and womanhood. Okay. Thanks for that tidbit, Kim. Take a listen to what yet another accuser says.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DICKINSON: I remember his robe coming off. I remember he had been smoking cigars. He smelled real bad. Real bad body odor the guy had.

Bad. He had deep cigar breath and coffee breath. That`s when he mounted me. He got on top of me. I remember -- I don`t know what happened to the

camera then. That`s when the last thing I remember -- I don`t even remember dialogue. The last thing I remember was him getting on top of me

and sticking it in. Put his penis inside of me. I don`t remember but I remember the pain. And I remember pain, just a lot of pain downstairs.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The first sensation was woozy.

DICKINSON: Pain, swelling, semen.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Took another sip.

DICKINSON: Puddle of this man`s aftermath of his way with me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bruised and battered.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: After that second sip, I knew I had been drugged.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s a predator.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You are an MF, aren`t you?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He was Dr. Huxtable, he was America`s dad. Everybody loved him. I loved him. I wanted him to be my dad.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He gave me a pill.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He made me a drink.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Different assorted pills. Why don`t you take a couple of these and it will help you relax.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I took one sip and I felt something very strange going on.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Very drugged.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He drugged me and my roommate.

DICKINSON: I blacked out.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: There wasn`t a bigger figure in entertainment than Bill Cosby. I knew that he had drugged me. He was pissed. I was

totally trying to remain conscious.

DICKINSON: I`ll tell you another thing, he contacted me after Tahoe. I remember him calling me up, and I remember him calling me a tacky bitch.

You know, more is to be revealed. You`ll be the first to know, Nancy. But this is -- I`m no tacky bitch. Bill Cosby is a tacky rapist!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Major bombshells in the last hours. No. 1, another woman comes forward claiming she was drugged and sex molested by Cosby when she

is a teen, and that she has contacted police. This is within the ballpark of the statute of limitations allowing for a criminal prosecution of Bill

Cosby. Not only that, Joseph Camarata is with us tonight, attorney for Tamara Green filing a defamation lawsuit against Cosby, which could -- and

they plan to force him to go under oath and admit or deny these allegations.

With me is Candace Trunzo. This is a Mail Online exclusive with the latest attacker, who out of all of the women falls within the statute that

could land Bill Cosby behind bars, America`s dad.

For those of you just joining us, Candace, what does Chloe Goins claim exactly what happened?

TRUNZO: Chloe says that she was invited to a party at the Playboy mansion by a friend, and she and a friend went. Very soon after they

arrived, they met up with Hugh Hefner -- how exciting was that -- and then, Nancy, Bill Cosby joined them. They were two adorable, blonde 18-year-

olds. Before long, Cosby went off and came back with a couple of drinks. He handed Chloe a drink. She remembers it being a vodka cocktail. She was

sipping the drink the whole time. And before long, she started feeling very woozy and out of it. Dizzy. And she asked Hefner if there was some

place where she could lie down or go to the bathroom, and before long Cosby led her away to a bedroom in the mansion, and the next thing, she woke up.

He was licking at her toes. His pants were down to his ankles. He was masturbating. She was naked. She felt sticky on her breast. Wet on her

breasts, and she said what is going on here? Bill Cosby pulled up his pants, she says. He fled the room. And the next thing she went to her

friend and said you got to take me home. You have got to take me back to our hotel, because she was -- she felt that she was drugged, absolutely.

And she was gone for about 45 minutes, and in that time she doesn`t remember what happened, only what happened when she woke up.

GRACE: So, Candace, this new allegation by a girl that says she`s a teen when Cosby drugs and sex molests her, has she tried to get money out

of this? Has she asked him for money? Has she told her story to anybody for money? That`s the first question she`s going to be asked.

TRUNZO: Yes. No, Nancy. She`s never gone to Cosby certainly after that. She has never tried to hold him up for money or Hugh Hefner, and

that was actually -- she actually didn`t come forward because she, like all of these other women, she was embarrassed. Bill Cosby is an institution.

Who is she? A little 18 year old who is going to -- she really didn`t know what to do.

GRACE: I`m disgusted. You know, Dr. Tim Gallagher, medical examiner and pathologist joining me out of Daytona Beach. You know, Dr. Gallagher,

when my child, my little girl is 18 years old, A, I hope she`s not at the Playboy mansion getting a drink on the side, God help me, no offense

Hefner, but can you even imagine -- what could possibly be in these drinks, Dr. Gallagher, that makes you -- is it a date rape drug, a rufie, what

could be having this effect?

GALLAGHER: Thank you for having me on the show again, Nancy. Typically what`s used is a classic compound called a benzodiazapine, which

is strong enough to be used by anesthesiologists, and one of the side effects that it does have is that it gives you temporary amnesia. You

don`t remember the event after it had happened when you`re on this compound.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The last person seen with her leaving that Plano shopping center.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I had nothing to do with it.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do you know anybody who could have had anything to do with it?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I have no idea.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This nightmare that we are all living.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Arochi has maintained his innocence. Saying he does not know.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We walked and we split. After I saw my car, I went to my car. I don`t know where she went.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (inaudible) might bring them one step closer to finding out the truth and finding their daughter.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Finally, is there a break in the case of a 23-year-old missing girl? She disappeared from a high end shopping mall, caught on this

surveillance video, the last known images of Christina Morris. Joining me right now, in addition to Brittany Feagans with the Plano Star Courier, the

mother of the missing girl, Jonni McElroy is with us. Ma`am, thank you for being with us.

JONNI MCELROY, MOTHER: Thank you for having us.

GRACE: I understand there`s a break in the case. It seems as if the man with her has been taken into custody, but still no sign of your

daughter, Christina. What are police telling you tonight?

MCELROY: What they are telling us is they have found DNA that has proved that Christina was in his car, and they have charged him with

aggravated kidnapping. They also searched his house for about 13 hours on Saturday and took multiple bags and boxes out of the house for evidence,

and right now, as we speak, he`s still in jail and he has not spoke up about anything that he knows.

GRACE: Everyone, there`s a tip line and $25,000 reward. 972-941- 2148. Where is Christina? Tonight, finally, is there a break in the case? We have been following the case from the beginning. This grainy

surveillance video shows Christina walking along from a high-end shopping mall in upscale Plano, Texas. The last seen of her. Tonight, the search

goes on. With me, Brittany Feagans with the Plano Star Courier. Britney, what is the latest? What is this guy saying?

BRITTANY FEAGANS, PLANO STAR COURIER: He`s not saying anything right now, Nancy. This is a first degree felony, so he is being held in jail for

a $1 million bond. He still maintains that he does not know what happened to Christina.

GRACE: How does he explain, Brittany, that her DNA is in his car? What does he say, he gave her a ride or what?

FEAGANS: I don`t believe he said anything, but to my knowledge, he has not been talked to since his arrest. So I don`t know about that.

GRACE: We do know what he said to the media. Take a look at this high-end shopping mall. That`s the video surveillance we`re talking about.

Everyone, tip line, 972-941-2148. Tonight, finally, is there a break in the case? We don`t know what he`s telling police, but this is what he told

us.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you have anything to do with her disappearance?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I had nothing to do with her disappearance.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do you know anybody that could have had anything to do with it?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I have no idea.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do you know where she is?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No. We walked and we split after I saw my car. I went to my car. I don`t know what -- where she went or if she went to her

car, I just went to my car and left. I honestly didn`t see anything. I`m just walking to my car.

MCELROY: I feel like that one person that walked her through the parking garage has to know something.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: My family has been threatened now.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Arochi says he doesn`t have the answers.

If they are asking to talk to you, why not just speak with them?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Whatever I have said, I`ve already said to the police. It`s not really my place to inform them.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Welcome back. Is there finally a break in the case of a missing 23-year-old who vanishes from a high-end shopping mall, Plano,

Texas? With me, her mother, Jonni McElroy. Ma`am, how did this guy know Christina?

MCELROY: He was an acquaintance from school. They went to the same high school together, and that is all.

GRACE: Apparently, he`s told several conflicting stories, Justin Freiman.

FREIMAN: That`s right. In one of his stories he said she was never in his car. So if her DNA was found in there, that`s a crucial piece of

evidence.

GRACE: I understand there`s been several different statements, Justin. You know, of course, let me go to Tim Gallagher on this, DNA

cannot be dated. If there is saliva, if there is blood, if there is tissue, fingerprints, we don`t know how old the DNA would be, right?

GALLAGHER: That`s right, Nancy. There`s no technology that can date when the DNA was placed there. We just know it was there.

GRACE: So he could very easily argue, Randy Kessler, Areva Martin, that he gave her a ride the week before, and that she cut her finger or

whatever the case may be, right, Kessler?

KESSLER: Right. Or that some of her hair brushed off on him while they were talking together. Or something from her DNA got onto his

clothing and transferred to the car. We don`t know enough. The police know more, but from what we know, he`s not getting convicted--

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: What about it?

MARTIN: All we have again, Nancy, are these statements. At this point, he`s denying any knowledge about what happened to her once they

walked to their cars.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: I agree with you.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: The problem is, Justin Freiman, hasn`t he given several conflicting statements? Did he say she`s never in his car or that she

wasn`t in his car that night?

FREIMAN: He said she hasn`t been in his car. He also said that he didn`t walk her to the garage, but then when police presented him with the

video, he then said oh yeah, I did walk with her to the garage, but my car was parked in a different garage, so we split up, but yet his car is seen

coming out of the same garage where hers was.

GRACE: Let me get something straight, Justin. Did you just say he said she`s never been in his car?

FREIMAN: Yes.

GRACE: OK. Let me go back to Christina`s mom with us, Jonni McElroy. If she can hear you tonight, what are your words to your daughter?

MCELROY: Christina, you know that I will fight until the end. I know you`re still out there. I know you hear our voice every single day. I

know you feel our love and strength. I know you`re fighting with me because that`s how we raised you, to be a fighter. We will find you, no

lies, no deception, no evil will stop us from that.

GRACE: Everyone, with me is the mother of Christina Morris. Again, the tip line, 972-941-2148. There`s a $25,000 reward. Tonight, is there a

break in the case?
