GRACE: And Amber Alert. A four-year-old, little missing boy, very sick, in grave danger needs immediate medical attention. Tonight, where is

Kingston?

Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us. Bob Shell tonight, live to Bonita Springs, Florida and the mystery

surrounding the murder of a gorgeous young doctor Teresa Sievers.

Reports tonight. A neighbor says she believes she sees Dr. Sievers` husband Mark Sievers at Jimmy Rodgers` pictured here, AKA The Hammer home.

Or did she? We obtained actual photos of the SWAT raid on co-defendant Wright`s home, the boyhood friend of Sievers` husband.

Did cops remove evidence linking Wright to the murder of Teresa Sievers? And as we go to air, Mark Sievers reportedly approached on the street and

asked if he had anything to do with his wife`s death, he clammed up, refused to say a word, hops in his car, the trash bags he had been holding

hanging out of the door as he speeds off without answering.

And did one of the alleged killers actually go to Teresa Sievers` funeral? I want to start in what seems to be a major break tonight in the case. Bob

Alexander joining me, Anchor at Fox News in Ft. Meyers. One of -- first of all, take a look at this side by side.

And Liz, the one I`m asking for is Dr. Sievers` husband Mark Sievers beside co-defendant in Sievers` wife`s death, Curtis Wayne Wright, Jr. Hold that

just a moment. This is -- talk about a doppelganger, Bob Alexander. I mean, look at the man charged with killing Dr. Sievers on the left, and

Mark Sievers on the right. Is it true Bob Alexander, Fox News, that a neighbor says she sees Sievers going in Curtis Rodgers` home before Dr.

Teresa Sievers is murdered?

BOB ALEXANDER, FOX NEWS ANCHOR: Nancy, that is true. A female neighbor of Jimmy Rodgers claimed that she`s seen Mark Sievers there before. Of

course, there`s been no direct link between Sievers and Rodgers. That`s remained rather illusive. Investigators have not been able to confirm that

those two men know each other, but the female neighbor says she has seen Mark Sievers there in Missouri before.

GRACE: Now, let me understand this. Michael Christian, is the neighbor saying she sees Sievers` husband at Rodgers` home or at Curtis home --

Wright`s home?

MICHAEL CHRISTIAN, IN SESSION PRODUCER: At Rodgers` home Nancy. And that`s important because that`s the only link we -- direct link we`ve ever

had between those two.

GRACE: Yes. OK, guys, if this is true, and the reason I showed you that two shot side by side -- no, not him --but I need that one, too, Liz,

you`re right. Wright and Sievers is because they look so much alike.

Did the neighbor actually see Curtis Wayne Wright going in Rodgers` home? Or did she see the doctor`s husband? With me right now, special guest

Sheriff Mike Scott joining us. He is the Lee County Sheriff.

Sheriff, so far we`ve only been able to unearth the relationship between the husband Mark Sievers and Dr. Sievers` longtime friend Wright. But if

this neighbor is right and she sees the husband, Teresa Sievers` husband going in Curtis -- Rodgers` home, known as The Hammer, that`s a major

breakthrough if she`s right.

MIKE SCOTT, LEE COUNTY SHERIFF: Well, correct. And let me just say again as has been the case all along, there are things relative to this specific

relationship that we know about that we`re not able to reveal.

Frankly, today is yet another day of twists and turns in this case that continue to amaze me and my team. But, you know, our team, Nancy, is very,

very, tightly locked on this case. And so the relationship we`re talking about this evening between Dr. Sievers` husband, Mark Sievers, and Jimmy

Ray Rodgers, we are aware of more of that than we`re unable to speak to.

GRACE: OK. Because what I`m trying to get at to Bob Alexander with Fox News is we know the husband is longtime friends with Wright. OK? Wright

is charged in Dr. Sievers` death. OK? But what we don`t know is any connection with the co-defendant Jimmy Rodgers?

Now, if it turns up Sievers has been spotted with Rodgers before his wife`s death, he`s got a problem. Unleash the lawyers. Sue Moss, New York, Robin

Ficker, Washington, D.C. and Troy Slaton, L.A.

All right. First to you, Sue Moss. I think that is a significant, significant breakthrough that you`ve got reportedly, all right, maybe she`s

wrong. A neighbor spots Dr. Sievers` husband with the man accused of killing her. He never knew him before this from what we know.

SUE MOSS, CNN NEW YORK CREATIVE DIRECTOR: Well, let me tell you something. If your wife is killed by your best friend, chances are you`re involved in

the blend. I mean, the reality is this, they`re going to find out all the people involved when they go to one simple question, which is motive.

Why did this happen? Why did these two people from several states away come down to Florida and kill this one particular woman, this doctor, when

her husband and her kids were somewhere else? I mean, that`s just not a coincidence.

GRACE: Now tonight Dr. Sievers, Teresa Sievers` husband, Mark Sievers, has not been named a suspect, he has not been named a person of interest. OK.

So Ficker, I understand why he might be visiting his old high school friend. But why visit this convict Curtis Rodgers who he did not know?

Why would he be there and then Rodgers suddenly turns up charged in his wife`s murder? What about it, Ficker?

ROBIN FICKER, WASHINGTON, D.C. ATTORNEY: He did not visit Mr. Rodgers. Everyone watching this program can see those two photos. You can tell

those two guys apart. The neighbor couldn`t tell them apart. She`s mistaken. Mistaken identity is what we have here.

GRACE: OK. All right. And that`s why I put those side by sides up. But what about this? The neighbor has been living in Missouri many, many

years. Let`s take a look at the two tags. A Florida tag versus a Missouri tag.

I`m talking about the back of the car Troy Slaton. They`re very, very different. And I`ve also got analysis of the cars. Now look at this.

They couldn`t be more different. Sunshine State, Show Me State. How could she get those two wrong, Troy Slaton?

TROY SLATON, L.A. ATTORNEY: Eye witness identification, eye witness testimony, as you know Nancy as a former prosecutor, that is some of the

most unreliable evidence that can be brought into a criminal trial.

GRACE: I never had a problem with it.

SLATON: People make mistakes all the time. Of course they do.

GRACE: Really?

SLATON: People that are looking at things make mistakes all the time. Yes. It`s the most unreliable piece of evidence you can get.

GRACE: I never had a problem with eye witness identification. And Liz, let`s see the photos of the cars because we know the Sievers drive a blue

minivan and a white Mercedes. Nothing like Wright`s cars, red van and silver -- I think that was a minivan.

All right. Now the vehicles are not alike. It was not Wright`s car. Look. He drives a red van, silver Sedan and a white van. This neighbor

saw the car.

OK, let`s move on to something else. If you want to see that she didn`t see what she says she saw -- Teresa Sievers` husband propped up at the hit

-- alleged hitman`s house before the murder. Fine.

I`ve got a question for Sheriff Mike Scott, the Lee County sheriff in charge of this investigation. Sheriff, could you tell us about the

flights?

We know that Dr. Teresa Sievers, her husband and two little girls go to a family get together, I think in Connecticut, and Dr. Sievers comes home

early Sunday night. I`m trying to figure this out. Was that the plan all along? That she leave her husband and children with her female relatives?

Or did they decide that on the fly? Can you tell from the airplane reservations?

SCOTT: Dr. Sievers returned early with the intention of opening up her practice. She had to come back ahead of the family, and that was basically

the plan among family members.

GRACE: That was the plan. OK. So that was the plan all along. Why did the husband stay there with the two little girls, Sheriff?

SCOTT: Well, I don`t think I`m really able to say with certainty why he stayed there.

GRACE: OK.

SCOTT: But I can tell you that, again, that as our investigation unfolded, you know, we continued to develop evidence that would lead us to, at least

as I shared with you the other night, you know, keeping him within an envelope of suspicion as we would with any case. Again, family members,

business associates, and otherwise.

GRACE: OK. With me, Sheriff Mike Scott stating that the husband in this scenario is within the envelope of suspicion regarding his wife`s death.

But that`s true in all homicide cases. You look at the family first.

So who decided she would come back to her home alone on a Sunday night? That her husband wouldn`t be there? Who knew she would be there alone?

So are you trying to tell me, Robin Ficker, that these two, Wright and Rodgers, drive 1,200 miles, all the way to Dr. Sievers home? All right?

And they just, whoops, happen to catch her there by herself? They had no idea she would be coming back on her own. Is that your scenario, Ficker?

FICKER: She could have been coming back to have an affair. Maybe someone followed her from the airport.

GRACE: Oh, dear Lord in heaven.

FICKER: There are all sorts of possible people here.

GRACE: I just want to clear that up right now. You know, Ficker, I`m not going to let you get by with that one. Sheriff Scott, I -- there is

absolutely no evidence that this woman, a mother of two little girls, working her behind off all day long as a doctor supporting the family --

all right -- there`s no evidence that she was having an affair that we have heard of. Is that true?

FICKER: I`m not going to confirm or deny an affair. What I will say, as I`ve said all along, she was very much a victim. And our investigation

leads us to say that nothing she did, you know, brought this upon herself.

She didn`t put herself in a position of peril. Some people put themselves in higher risk situations where they`re more likely to incur, you know,

injury or become a victim. That was not the case here. She simply returned home a little early in advance of the family because she had to

open up and start to see patients, and that was her reason for being there. There was no other indication of anything else.

ALI NEJAD, HLN CONTRIBUTOR: I`m Ali Nejad with The Daily Share at this hour. A woman in Wisconsin who lost her cat got the word out in well,

let`s call it a unique way. Robocalls. Her cat Oscar disappeared three weeks ago in Milwaukee. And after flyers didn`t help unearth them she paid

a company to robocall nearly 3,000 of her neighbors.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

CAROLYNN BUSER, ONMILWAUKEE.COM SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER: They`re pushing the limits of reaching into somebody`s personal space.

ADRIENNE HOUCH: If they feel that way they can call me and I`ll apologize. But they might be getting another call.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

NEJAD: Robocalls or not, no word yet on Oscar. And expect roads and airports to be crowded over Labor Day Weekend. AAA predicts over 35

million Americans will travel 50 miles or more. That`s up one percent over last year. And the most for Labor Day since `08.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: In the days leading up to Dr. Sievers murder Jimmy Rodgers told his girlfriend that he would be out of town working and that he would be making

$10,000.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I seen them take bloody clothes out of Jim`s car to put in a paper bag to put in the CSI truck.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 2: It went through that van. They found a cooler, a white cooler and it had blood spots in it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Wright is a longtime childhood friend of Mark Sievers, Dr. Sievers` husband. Further details on that connection though are still

a closely guarded secret.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: Tonight we go live to Bonita Springs, Florida to find out the latest details in the search for the killers of Dr. Teresa Sievers.

Tonight, two men arrested. But is there a third? And who would that person be?

Joining me right now on the dish is a special guest who`s been on this story, on the case from the beginning, Sheriff Mike Scott. The Lee County

Sheriff leading the investigation. Also with me right now, Sara Hanneken (ph), the neighbor of one of the two lead suspects Curtis Wayne Wright.

Ms. Hanneken, thank you for being with us.

I think I`ve got Sara Hanneken with me. Ma`am, are you there?

SARA HANNEKEN, NEIGHBOR OF CURTIS WAYNE WRIGHT: Yes, I`m here.

GRACE: Hi, Ms. Hanneken. Thanks for being with us.

HANNEKEN: Thank you.

GRACE: Ms. Hanneken, how long have you known Curtis Wayne Wright?

HANNEKEN: About a year.

GRACE: About one year. And how would you describe him?

HANNEKEN: He`s always been fairly nice, but I really would never think anything to be a murderer.

GRACE: Could you go back in time to the morning of July the 12th, Ms. Hanneken? What if anything did you observe?

HANNEKEN: I had gotten a phone call from my mother saying that there was flood outside. So I went outside and there was a big SWAT in the end. And

probably about nine or 10 SWAT members dressed in full uniform, armored clothing, helmets, guns.

It was all taped off around their house and it was pretty much just -- all the police officers just kept walking around the house. I guess they were

looking for evidence. They came out with Wayne and his wife and they had arrested them. And also brought out a little boy who went back to

Illinois. They brought out about six or seven paper bags and a laptop.

GRACE: Hold on. Six or seven paper bags taken out of Curtis Wayne Wright`s home and what? A laptop?

HANNEKEN: And a laptop. Yes.

GRACE: So they took away -- Curtis Wayne Wright and wife Angela were both arrested?

HANNEKEN: Yes.

GRACE: Has Angela Wright been --

HANNEKEN: And they were released about three days later.

GRACE: Ah. They were both released. Interesting. Released. Did --

HANNEKEN: To be under investigation.

GRACE: So, question. Did you ever speak to them after this?

HANNEKEN: No, they went into hiding for a while. But they`re -- from what I heard they were staying at Farmington at his father`s house. And they

come back probably about two weeks ago they had come back to the neighborhood and was staying in their house again just for, probably like a

few hours a day I would see them and then they would be gone again.

GRACE: That`s very interesting, ma`am, that they were arrested and held for three days and then released. Then they came back to the house and

would only be there a few hours at the time. What was your reaction when you learned why they were arrested?

HANNEKEN: It always made me kind of nervous when I -- when I heard the reason why I was arrested, I was very nervous about them being loose

because I have children. And living so close to somebody that could do something like that was very nerve racking. I`m very relieved.

GRACE: Did you ever see Dr. Sievers? Did you ever see Dr. Sievers` husband, Mark Sievers, visit Curtis Wright?

HANNEKEN: Not that I can recall.

GRACE: Did you ever see Dr. Sievers` husband visit Curtis Wayne Wright? They look very much alike.

HANNEKEN: Not that I can recall. No.

GRACE: Not that you can recall. And you stated that you saw six or seven, or seven or eight bags taken out of the home?

HANNEKEN: Around six or seven. There was probably -- yes, probably about six or seven. I really didn`t like, do a count on them.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: While we were in the neighborhood we met Sara Hanneken who told us detectives from Florida started poking around.

HANNEKEN: They stopped over there and asked us if we knew them. Just, kind of, like what you guys are doing. And asked us if we see anything

suspicious to give them a call.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: Who helped murder Dr. Teresa Sievers? Tonight we are on the trail. The investigation rages on. The sheriff tells us there`s new twists and

turns every single 24 hours. Sheriff Mike Scott with us, the Lee County Sheriff leading this investigation.

Sheriff, question to you. What did they buy at Walmart? I understand that at least Rodgers if not Rodgers` aunt, right, were spotted at Walmart just

before the murders?

SCOTT: That`s correct. But unfortunately, I`m not able to share what they purchased. I will tell you with certainty we know what they purchased to

the item, and it`s, of course, of interest, and it`s directly germane to the case. But I can`t specify what it was just simply because it would be

reckless and irresponsible.

GRACE: OK. Were they there before or after the murder, Sheriff?

SCOTT: Before.

GRACE: OK. Now, I noticed you said they. Does that mean Wright and Rodgers were there?

SCOTT: Yes, ma`am.

GRACE: OK. And one last thing I wanted to ask you Sheriff. Between Missouri and Bonita Springs there are a lot of tolls. Do you think any of

those had cameras?

SCOTT: I know that some have. I can tell you that we have been able to basically follow virtually their every move as this investigation unfolds.

It unfolds from the beginning.

GRACE: Wow. Wow.

SCOTT: So it`s -- that`s -- it`s been of great help to us along the way. Both digital footprints and otherwise, no stone will be unturned here.

GRACE: You know what? Because I`ve got two children -- they`re seven years old, Sheriff. And the thought of those girls being raised without

their mother, that is not an easy thing. And one day these girls are going to grow up, and they are going to thank you for never stopping and working

to find the truth about what happened to their mother.

I heard you say digital footprint. I`m going to go to Levitan in just one moment on telecommunications.

Though with me right now is one of the codefendant`s boss, Tyler Juliette. Now, he has confirmed to us that Rodgers, AKA "The Hammer", left work on

Friday 6:00. Punched out. Wasn`t supposed to come back until Tuesday.

Dr. Sievers was killed Sunday, Monday, all right? While her husband was still out of town far, far away from the scene of the crime. Tyler

Juliette, question to you. Is it true that you called Rodgers on Monday to see if he could come in and he said no?

JULIETTE: That was the -- my foreman had called him on the 28th to come to work on the 29th, and he said he couldn`t. He could not come into work the

next day, because he was out of town in Florida.

GRACE: Out of town in Florida. Did he give you some story about his brother getting out of law school?

JULIETTE: That was on the following -- that Thursday. That was when he had got back into town I had come out of my office into the front office

and he was up there picking up his payroll check and I had just pickingly asked him what he thought he was doing leaving town without letting me

know.

And he had just kind of laughed and said he had got a free trip to Florida to meet his brother that he hadn`t seen in a while. And that he his

brother had bought him a new wardrobe and paid his trip to Florida and back to spend time with him.

GRACE: OK. Whoa. OK. So Jimmy Rodgers, AKA "The Hammer", that police believe killed Dr. Sievers, we believe with a hammer says he got a paid --

a free trip to Florida like he was what? Going on a vacation? And the brother bought him a free -- a whole new wardrobe?

JULIETTE: He said -- he made the comment that he hadn`t seen his brother in a while, and his brother had just graduated law school and wanted to see

him and paid his way down there and back and bought him a wardrobe while he was there. Yes.

GRACE: Well, he made out like a bandit, a new wardrobe, $10,000, and a free trip to Florida. I wonder how he`s enjoying that behind bars in

Missouri behind federal pin right now.

Ben Levitan, Telecommunications Expert out of Raleigh, did you hear Sheriff Mike Scott say digital footprint?

I`ve been thinking about that, what kind of trail these two left. Not just at the tolls when you say you`ve got an easy pass, or a sunshine pass in

Florida. They`re called something different in every state where you can just go through the tolls.

Now, we know Wright was a computer whiz. You know he had to have an easy pass. Now, did they take his car? They drove 1,200 miles. Did they use

their ATMs? Did they use credit cards? I bet they left a track a mile wide.

But I want to talk about the third person. If there`s someone else involved how can that person -- if they weren`t at the scene of the crime,

how could that person be caught through a digital footprint?

Levitan, are you there?

OK. Don`t have Ben Levitan.

Let`s go to Sue Moss. Sue Moss, digital footprint. How do you believe -- if there is anybody else involved in this, how can they be apprehended

through a digital footprint, Sue?

MOSS: Was there some way that they contacted the husband or any other third party either before, during or after this attack? Was there some

sort of e-mail? Was there some sort of a social media posting made specifically for his eyes? That`s what we`ll see.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Reports, a 36-year-old tattooed perv with a rap sheet stalks the tiny star of reality show hit Dance Moms. JoJo Siwa, also known as JoJo

Bobo for her signature hair bows, the target of Phoenix Sundown`s plot, including tracking down the little girl at her locations, sending a package

of assorted items, including obscene sex images.

Reports, photos of Lindsay Lohan dripping blood with Sundown himself standing over her with a knife, as well as a doctored photo of gorgeous

little Suri Cruise, Tom Cruise`s daughter, to look like the Joker in Batman. Those things found reportedly in Sundown`s belongings. But to top

it all off tonight, we learn he was just released from a three-year stint behind bars. What judge let him out?

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: JoJo, a young dancer on the hit reality show Dance Moms. He liked to start what he described as dialogue with actresses, no

matter what age.

SUNDOWN: I had posted a picture of myself for her for her birthday that was sexual in nature.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: Straight out to Chloe Melas, Senior Reporter, hollywoodlife.com.

Everybody, you are seeing pictures of the little girl that`s the target of this perv`s attention. It`s JoJo Siwa. She is a Dance Moms star. JoJo

with a Bow Bow. She is a sensation.

What I want to hear about Chloe Melas is how this guy Phoenix Sundown managed to find her. Liz, don`t we have some video of Phoenix Sundown

that`s not -- can`t possibly be his real name -- off of his own website Liz? Do we have that? Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

PHOENIX SUNDOWN, SUSPECT: This is way out of proportion. It really is. There`s been -- was always -- was always sweet. And I thought that guy was

some kind of a -- a bit of a kind of vibe from him went off. And I had posted a picture of myself for, for her birthday that was sexual in nature.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: OK. All right. He`s sending pictures of himself sexual in nature to these little girls? So I don`t even know where to go, Chloe Melas.

Look at this video. This is Phoenix Sundown.

CHLOE MELAS, HOLLYWOODLIFE.COM SENIOR REPORTER: It`s outrageous Nancy. So everything can be found on social media. So the name --

GRACE: Wait, wait, wait. Look, look, look. Did you see those tattoos? Because--

MELAS: I know it`s --

GRACE: -- he actually gets a tattoo of this little girl JoJo Siwa off Dance Moms --

MELAS: I know.

GRACE: -- tattooed on his neck.

MELAS: I know. And there`s also reports that the P and the L on his face stand for another Disney star who`s a young girl named Peyton List.

Nancy, it gets worse and worse. This is absolutely outrageous.

GRACE: Well, I know who Peyton List is. Hold on. Peyton List, did you notice the big P.L. on his face? Peyton List, here she is. She`s the star

on the Jessie show for children. My little girl watches that.

He`s got P.L. tattooed on his cheeks, and he`s got JoJo Siwa tattooed on his neck? Help me, Chloe. How did this guy get out of jail?

MELAS: Exactly. That`s what we`re all wondering. He is obsessed with celebrities, obsessed with movies and obsessed with contacting them. So he

had actually been posting for a while on Twitter and on Instagram things about JoJo Siwa. And that he actually would post pictures of a very famous

girl who was abducted by the name of Elizabeth Smart with JoJo`s name and the hashtag, you know, you`re next. This is going to happen to you. Why

that didn`t raise red flags, Nancy, is absolutely beyond me.

So he went on the Internet, Googled the Abby Lee Dance Studio, where she has her show Dance Moms with Abby Lee in Pittsburg. He found the P.O. Box,

and he sent her disgusting images of himself that were sexual in nature along with an Elvis blanket, a coffee maker and a scrapbook. Luckily, the

post office saw those five packages, found them suspicious, the bomb squad came in, they blew them up. But right before they blew them up, they saw

what was inside.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi, JoJo. Congrats on being on the show.

SUNDOWN: (inaudible) was always sweet.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Suspicion of sending child pornography to an underage member of the reality T.V. show Dance Moms.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 2: They were deemed dangerous.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

SUNDOWN: This is way out of proportion. It really is.

SEWA: I have 527 bows.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: Way out of proportion? This perv is accused, look at this, with the Disney Star`s name, the initials tattooed on the front of his face,

sends out five packages to members of the Dance Moms girls. And he sends them through the mail.

Thank goodness the girl did not open it up, little JoJo Siwa, the object of his affection. OK, five boxes went out.

Unleash the lawyers, Sue Moss, Robin Ficker, Troy Slaton. You`re seeing video from mylifetime.com. All right, Ficker, give me one good reason this

guy should not go to jail and they personally let me throw away the key? I`d like to know what horse`s behind let him out of jail the first time.

ROBIN FICKER, ATTORNEY: How can you prove he mailed anything? Any photos of him at the mailbox?

GRACE: Are you serious?

FICKER: Are his fingerprints on the photos?

GRACE: Really? Fingerprints?

FICKER: You can`t prove he mailed it.

GRACE: You know, I guarantee you -- Dr. Ramani Durvasula, our clinical psychologist, this guy is a perv. He`s not a brain surgeon. You know it`s

covered with his fingerprints. He sends it. I`m sure he metered the mail. He had to buy postage, which means either you get it metered and they

remember you sending it, or -- and there`s cameras watching him doing it at the post office, licks the stamps, puts that on, you think they can`t get

DNA from this guy? Plus, he`s obsessed with these little girls.

RAMANI DURVASULA, CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST: That`s the bigger concern. Listen, Nancy, perv is not a clinical diagnosis. I have not met the man,

but there`s something very wrong here. And I actually think this guy is dangerous. And we don`t have the systems in place to even stop this guy

from making his next mistake. But this is actually -- he`s a pretty scary guy.

GRACE: Oh, oh, oh.

DURVASULA: And let me tell you, as a mother of daughters --

GRACE: Well, look. Did you see that? Did you see that, Dr. Ramani?

DURVASULA: Yes.

GRACE: I mean, Sue Moss. He`s got the girl`s face, the little girl off Dance Moms. He knows where her home is. He knows where her studio is.

He`s got her face tattooed on his neck, Susan Moss.

MOSS: Oh, send porn to JoJo? To jail you must go-go. Look, the danger here is not just the stalking, the harassment, the endangering the welfare

of a child, no. The danger is what is his next move?

And he`s telling you exactly what that next move is. When -- would an earlier guest discusses the fact that he takes a picture of Elizabeth Scott

(sic) -- Elizabeth Smart and says #futuregoals, he is telling us exactly what he is going to do, abductions, or worse.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: CNN Heroes.

AMAR KUMAR: I knew something had to change on my end to stay healthy. I go anywhere between nine to 12 hours all sitting at the desk. We may be

working a lot, but you`re at the desk sitting.

DAVID SABGIR, CARDIOLOGIST: How far do you think you could walk before you had to stop? The number one problem I see my problems face as a

cardiologist is a sedentary lifestyle. I was frustrated at my ineffectiveness to create change in my patients.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hello.

SABGIR: How are you?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m fine.

SABGIR: So I said, how about if my family goes to the park? Would you be interested in joining us? So we`ll see you tomorrow at the walk?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, yes. The response was phenomenal. I wanted to talk about how easy taking care of ourselves can be. There`s no better way

that you can show a patient that you care about them, then by going the extra mile with them. There`s no wait in the office. There`s no fear of

bad news. It`s just the patient and the physician talking about whatever the patient wants to talk about.

KUMAR: In the beginning I used to walk about a mile or two. By end of the year I`ve completed a full marathon. I`m thinking about signing up for my

second marathon.

Dr. Sabgir taught me you can achieve things that are really big, but it all starts with small steps.

SABGIR: How many miles do you have in already?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Two-point-seven.

SABGIR: Eighty percent of cardiac disease is preventable if we just go for a walk. If people just take that first step, they will never look back.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: High-five.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: The search for cop killer. Standing by Ryan Young, CNN National Correspondent.

Ryan, we had just gotten the dispatch call from the officer. Listen.

(BEGIN AUDIOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (inaudible).

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: 10-4. Did you need to a second unit?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Negative dispatch. 6740 and he took off before I could stop him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: 740, 10-4. Did you need a second unit?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, I`ll go ahead start, buddy.

(END AUDIOTAPE)

GRACE: To Ryan Young standing there at Fox Lake, CNN National Correspondent, Ryan, I understand that video has emerged that is of

interest to police?

RYAN YOUNG, CNN NATIONAL CORRESPONDENT: Nancy, you know, we talked about this last night. The idea they were going to go around town and see if

they could find some video. They have found some video they believe. It could be a significant part of evidence. They`re analyzing. They`ve

actually turned it over to Homeland Security, so they can go over the pieces of information. But so far they`re very hopeful about it.

GRACE: I`m wondering if it`s from a vacation home. We know there are boat marinas in the area.

You know, I was hearing, Ryan Young, they took off towards a swampy area. I heard that in the dispatch of the backup officers that arrived. What`s

on the other side of that swampy area, Ryan?

YOUNG: Well, we actually walked that area just today. And we saw not only did they have railroad tracks on that side, but there were homes on the

other side. So if someone tried to run through that area, there would be a way for them to get away.

But there`s a home that sits on the top of a hill. And they believe someone in that neighborhood may have seen three people running by that is

consistent with what police are looking for. And now they`ve turned it over to police.

GRACE: Wow.

Cedric Alexander, Senior Law Enforcement Analyst weigh in.

CEDRIC ALEXANDER, CNN SENIOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ANALYST: Well, I`ll tell you, this is not going to stop. These officers are going to continue to chase

these cop killers until they find him. And they`re going to use every piece of resource, technology, partnerships with both local, state, and

federal agencies, and they`re going to continue to stay on the trail of these guys until they`re caught.

GRACE: Dr. William Morrone with me, renowned forensic pathologist.

Dr. Morrone, the officer was killed on the scene with a gun. His gun was found nearby. If there as a struggle over his gun, and his own gun was

used to kill him, give me the chances of finding the perpetrator`s DNA.

WILLIAM MORRONE, FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST: Oh, a perpetrator`s DNA is going to be on the gun. But the gunshot residue is going to be on the perpetrator,

because you can`t shoot somebody this close and struggle without creating a lot of gunshot residue.

GRACE: OK. So you`re saying there`s going to be cross-residue. What about the pepper spray, Dr. Morrone? He had pepper spray jerked away from

him.

MORRONE: First, a pepper spray is very acidic. It`s capsaicin acid, and it`s going to burn for a long time. You can`t get rid of it. And they

analyze it on the polls.

GRACE: Dr. Morrone, oh, I`d like to hear this, but I`ve got to go.

And I want to remember American hero, Army Corporal Robbie Light, 21, Kingsport, Tennessee. Second tour, bronze star, Purple Heart. Parents,

Robert and Beverly. Three sisters, widow Elizabeth, daughter Ashlyn. Robbie Light, American hero.

Thanks to my guests, but to you especially for being with us. Nancy Grace signing off. See you tomorrow night, 8:00 sharp Eastern. And until then,

good night, friend.
