THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

(BEGIN VIDEOTPE)

[21:00:15] DR. DREW PINSKY, HLN HOST OF "DR. DREW" PROGRAM (voice-over): Tonight, the war of words between the Pope and Donald Trump. The pontiff

suggests that the billionaire is not Christian.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DONALD TRUMP, (R) PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: For a religious leader to question a person`s faith is disgraceful.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY (voice-over): Plus, a phony teen doctor is arrested. Police say the 18-year-old with no license was performing physicals, and sat in on a

gynecological exam. Let us get started.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

PINSKY: And, tonight the feud making waves around the world -- Donald Trump, a stranger to a little squabble, but the latest dust-up is with the

Pope. It all started aboard the papal plane today on a flight from Mexico to Rome. And, here is what Pope Francis told reporters. Have a look

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

POPE FRANCIS, JORGE MARIO BERGOGLIO, CURRENT POPE OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (Translated to English): A person who thinks only about building

walls wherever they may be located and not building bridges is not Christian. This is not in the gospel. As far as what you said about

whether I would advise to vote or not to vote, I am not going to get involved in that. I say only that this man is not Christian if he has said

things like that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Joining me Sara Azari, Attorney. She says the Pope nailed it on that one. Lisa Bloom, Civil Rights Lawyer at the Bloom Firm, legal analyst

for Avvo.com. Segun Oduolowu, a Christian who agrees with the Pope as well. John Vaus, CNN International Anchor and Scottie Nell Hughes, Chief

Political Correspondent, USA Radio Network and a Trump supporter. Trump got wind of the pope`s comments while he was at a rally in South Carolina.

He fired back. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: I am a very good Christian because the Pope said something to the effect that maybe Donald Trump is not Christian. OK? And, he is

questioning my faith. I was very surprised to see it, but I am a Christian. I am proud of it. OK. For a religious leader to question a

person`s faith is disgraceful. I am proud to be a Christian. And, as President, I will not allow Christianity to be consistently attacked and

weakened.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: All right. John, his holiness versus Trump. Here we are. It has come to this.

JOHN VAUS, CNN INTERNATIONAL ANCHOR: Yes, I guess, what is next? Will Donald Trump ask for the Pope`s birth certificate or something? I do not

know.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: I like the fact that we pulled the desk away from CNNI. We got John, the real John right away. Here we go.

VAUS: Well, the context in all of this is that the Pope was on a visit to Mexico. He is being there for couple of days. This was already some

controversy in his trip. He went after the U.S. border. He went there, he talked about immigration policies that had impacted the lives of so many

people, forced them into drug gangs, as well as human smugglers.

He prayed at the border, so there was a little bit of controversy to begin with. So, there, he is on the plane back to Rome and he is asked by one of

these reporters what he thought about Donald Trump`s policies: Deporting 11 million undocumented workers in the United States, separating families,

building a wall.

The Pope said what he said. And, then we heard what Donald Trump said. And, you know, if you thought Donald Trump was happy when President Obama

said he was never going to be President, then Donald Trump would never be President. Then, today, this is not quite a gift from God but is a gift

from God`s emissary.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: The Vicar. The Vicar

VAUS: Exactly the kind of thing that Donald Trump thrives on. He takes an attack that would normally derail any other political candidate and he

turns it to his advantage. And, you saw that in his statement that he made from South Carolina.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

PINSKY: Can I ask you, everybody, about a wall real quick? Call me crazy, but when we drive down the 405 freeway, I sound like an upset of

Californians here, because in 405 we hit a wall. It is called the border, where a bunch of guys with guns and uniforms stand around.

And, there is a big wall there. There is a wall there. We do not go take the wall down. So, why is extending that wall and making it work better

such a point of contention for people? Lisa.

LISA BLOOM, CIVIL RIGHTS LAWYER: Because the Pope was trying to make a very eloquent point that the president should be about building bridges and

not building walls. And, as Donald Trump is not just talking about a literal wall, he is talking about keeping desperate people out, poor

people.

And, the Pope has been all about the least amongst us. That is why he is at the border praying with people, people who are desperate for a better

life. That is why people come here. That is who the Pope is siding with.

PINSKY: Segun.

SEGUN ODUOLOWU, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Yes. I have a problem with the Pope, God`s vicar here on earth jolting in American politics. I, actually,

and I barely ever agree with Trump. But, I like what he said back to the Pope, where if you have ever been in Vatican City, and I was in Rome this

year, there is a wall around Vatican City.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

PINSKY: Yes.

ODUOLOWU: So, the Pope is the last person to talk about it, and the Catholic Church is the last entity that you talk about separating

themselves from other people. The Catholic Church has done a lot to hurt people as well.

PINSKY: Yes. Trump mentioned Vatican city as Segun said. Let us look at the speech from today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[21:05:00] TRUMP: If and when the Vatican is attacked by ISIS which, as everyone knows is ISIS`s ultimate trophy, I can promise you that the Pope

would have only wished and prayed that Donald Trump would have been President, because --

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

True. It is true, because this would not have happened. ISIS would have been eradicated unlike what is happening now with our all talk, no action

politician.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Scottie, how do you feel your candidate did in response to the vicar?

SCOTTIE NELL HUGHES, CHIEF POLITICAL CORRESPONDENT, USA RADIO: Well, I think that Mr. Trump on Saturday night needs to send the Pope a huge fruit

basket saying thank you, because this is exactly the issue that brought Mr. Trump to the top of the polls. Immigration. 179,000 convicted criminals,

illegals were deported last year back to Mexico.

And, the Pope being down there never addressed the issues of war and the gun fight and all of those things that are driving people to come to the

United States. He did not actually talk about that down in Mexico, rather he was so quick to condemn the leadership.

And, last time I checked, I do not remember any of our Presidents getting involved when the Vatican and the Catholic Church had problems with the

sexual assaults since 1985. In fact, they stayed clear of it. I wish that the Pope would have kept that same kind of standard.

PINSKY: And, again, the issue of their own walls -- not necessarily, there are couple of walls. They have walls, walls and then walls. And, there

are places that nobody can go except people that are ordained. But, let me ask you this, did you think that Trump`s quote about the Pope saying

something disgraceful was excessive?

SARA AZARI, ATTORNEY: No. He is disgraceful because of the comments he has made about the Mexican people. He said something about a very renowned

Hispanic reporter. He said, "Go back to where you came from." He calls them criminals and rapists.

PINSKY: No, no. He calls --

AZARI: He does that with the Muslims. He does that with Americans.

PINSKY: Wait.

HUGHES: Not all of them. He calls them criminals.

PINSKY: The criminals, criminals. Right.

AZARI: OK. What about the Mexicans who are here giving to society, who are making the economy better? What about those Mexicans. They are

included in that group.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

BLOOM: Thank you.

HUGHES: $113 billion last year were spent on illegals here. $113 Billion.

PINSKY: Right. Well, that what bothers me is that this country -- why does not the Pope give us a little bit of a nod for having quietly absorbed

more refugees, more immigrants than any country can --

VAUS: Which Marco Rubio has pointed when he was asked to respond to all these.

PINSKY: But, just give us at least a start there, "Good job guys for having done that so far. I understand you have a problem you want to try

to figure out."

BLOOM: But he was asked a question by a reporter about Trump. So, he was answering the question that was posed to him.

ODUOLOWU: But, he is supposed to rise above it.

BLOOM: He said a lot of other things.

ODUOLOWU: He is supposed to rise above it. He is the man of the claw. He is the man of the church. And, religion and politics -- First of all, we

have separation of church and state. The vicar in Rome should have no voice whatsoever about American politics.

PINSKY: Hold on. Hold on.

ODUOLOWU: He had no place entering into it.

PINSKY: Let me go to the audience. Yes, ma`am.

ODUOLOWU: I am not with that.

PINSKY: Yes, ma`am.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: I completely agree with you. I think politics and religion should not be mixed. However, Donald Trump has said

so many things against other religions.

BLOOM: That is true.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: That he is kind of getting what he deserves for saying everything what he said.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

PINSKY: We will keep this conversation going on. I have to go to break. Later on, a teenager is wearing a lab coat, puts on a stethoscope. He just

wears that -- and says he is a doctor. Is he one? You, guys, decide. We are back after this.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

(MUSIC PLAYING)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: So, the Mexican government fed the Pope a tremendous amount of stuff about Trump is not a good person. As I am walking up here they said,

"Mr. Trump, the Pope made a statement about you." I said, "the Pope?"

(AUDIENCE LAUGHING)

"What did the Pope say? I like the Pope." I mean, "Was it good or bad?" Because if it is good, I like the Pope. If it is bad, I do not like the

Pope. It is true.

(AUDIENCE LAUGHING AND APPLAUDING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Donald has a pretty black/white way of thinking of things. Those of us that are in the mental health field have a way of thinking about

that. But, anyway, Pope Francis -- No, no. I say that with peace and love. Pope Francis appeared to question Donald Trump`s Christianity.

The Pope says building a wall to keep people out is, quote, "Not in the gospel." Back with Sara, Lisa, Segun, John, and Scottie. So, John, is it

appropriate for the Pope to be commenting on American politics?

VAUS: Well, clearly, people have their own opinions on that. But, the problem that the Pope has right now is that, it is not just Donald Trump

who is talking about building a wall on the border. Marco Rubio is talking about it. Ted Cruz is talking about it.

PINSKY: They all are, right.

VAUS: They ultimately want to secure the border.

PINSKY: But, John, what I do not understand is we have a wall and a border.

VAUS: Yes.

PINSKY: It just has not been extended.

VAUS: Well, the time it get bigger wall.

PINSKY: Yes, the time I get a bigger wall, this would make it work better. I do not understand, are we going to have borders or not? Let us make a

federation with Canada and Mexico. Be a federal like Europe. Let us make a federation. But, if we are going to have separate countries --

BLOOM: Drew, we have more people leaving the U.S. for Mexico in the last five years and from Mexico coming to the U.S. This is not a problem that

is worth billions of dollars and as a kind of division.

PINSKY: That is a different -- thank you for saying that. That is a different take on this conversation.

BLOOM: Yes.

PINSKY: I have not heard that take on it yet. But, even Trump`s biggest pose seemed to come to his defense. Take a listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEB BUSH, (R) PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: I do not question anybody`s Christianity, because I honestly believe that, that is a relationship that

you have with your creator. That is not an un-Christian thing to do to make sure that people do not come across the border illegally. That is a

just thing to do.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Scottie, I think I just heard Jeb Bush giving Donald Trump a couple -- you know, support.

HUGHES: This is a weird election season. Dr. Drew, you were right. Why have not we sat here and extended the wall? And, according to the Pope`s

theory, that means Ronald Reagan was not a Christian considering the law to build the wall virtually came in 1985-1986.

So, was the Pope Calling Ronald Reagan not a Christian either pass in his death? And, why is he choosing to go after Mr. Trump? What about Castro?

What about the leader of Venezuela? What about all of these leaders that are causing these problems and actually causing people to die underneath

their tyrannical rules?

[21:15:00] PINSKY: I will go to the audience. Yes, ma`am?

UNDIENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: I feel like that people currently are jealous of Trump, to be honest. Because everybody is going to all of these

campaigns and events that he is at, obviously, because he is a very important person.

And, as a New York resident, I will have to support Trump. I believe in people with strong beliefs and I believe in people taking risks and having

opinions about things even though he sometimes says things that you really should not say.

(AUDIENCE LAUGHING)

PINSKY: But, I want to dig a little bit further into that. Hang on, guys. What is it -- It sounds like he is saying something that inspires you. In

spite of the rhetoric that it seems rough around the edges, there is something he is saying that makes you want to follow him. What is that?

UNDIENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: I just, basically -- I feel like he is going to be able to take over after Obama leaves. We need a strong

individual like that. He has handled the real estate community very well, and I feel like he will tackle this on the way it needs to be handled just

easily.

PINSKY: Stay right there. I heard some groans over here.

(LAUGHING)

BLOOM: I mean -- you know, he is against gay marriage. And, he says, he is going to appoint the Supreme Court Justice to eliminate same sex

marriage. And, we are going to go backwards on that. He does not believe in climate change. He thinks it is a Chinese conspiracy. I mean, on all

of the issues, he could not be more different than President Obama. If you like the Obama, it is hard to imagine how you like Donald Trump.

ODUOLOWU: Can I piggy back for a second. He ran the first real estate company into bankruptcy. He inherited from his father.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

PINSKY: Hang on.

ODUOLOWU: But, let us talk about him being a flabby businessman.

PINSKY: I want to defend him on that one. That is unfair. Because real estate developers on average go bankrupt twice, on average.

ODUOLOWU: Yes. But, he inherited a business from his father. People act like he is self-made man. He was a self-made -- he was not a self-made

man, he inherited millions.

PINSKY: He inherited a million, as I understand it. And, that is a lot of money. Listen, but he did not inherit that business. He parlayed that --

am I wrong, John?

VAUS: Well, my understand is that he inherited a chunk of change from his father.

PINSKY: Yes.

VAUS: He got a million dollar loan to start with.

PINSKY: That is right, a million dollar loan, right.

VAUS: Forbes is on analysis, and they said that if you take that money, which he inherited, you put it in the Dow and you just invest in mutual

funds, he would have the same amount of money as he does.

(LAUGHING)

ODUOLOWU: Thank you. Thank you. He is not a self-made man. Why do people follow this guy. I think the Pope pulled punches first of all,

because the Pope of all people, being a Catholic should know about saying, "George, if you go after the dragon, you do not miss."

He pulled his punches. He is a South American -- He is the first Pope from Latin America. He is in a Spanish speaking country. There is a little bit

of reason why he is speaking out about Donald Trump. I think he could have done a lot harder than what he did. I think it is going to help Trump, and

I am sad about that.

VAUS: And, another thing, it will help Trump --

PINSKY: You think so.

VAUS: It will help Trump coming now with the primary.

PINSKY: Because he loves being in a celebrity feud. And, this is the biggest celebrity feud of all.

ODUOLOWU: You cannot get bigger --

BLOOM: The Pope.

ODUOLOWU: You cannot get bigger than God`s, you know -- right hand man.

PINSKY: How long have you been in this country, John?

VAUS: 14 years.

PINSKY: Is this weird?

(LAUGHING)

VAUS: This is incredibly weird. I think you would not believe. I look at it as well. I had no idea. I read this and I thought I was going insane.

BLOOM: Yes.

PINSKY: It is weird, right? It is a weird time.

VAUS: Yes.

PINSKY: Because, Sara, we have Hispanics, women, Muslims --

BLOOM: Right.

PINSKY: War heroes, disabled.

BLOOM: Insulted.

ODUOLOWU: Minority.

PINSKY: -- that had been in the cross hairs in one way or another, defending how you, one way or other, interpreted, these people reacted to

the things he said and now the Pope. And, yet, as you say, the numbers keep going up. Sara.

AZARI: Yes.

PINSKY: And, I would love that. I want to dig these a little bit out of the young ladies.

AZARI: You know, to an extent I agree that he -- even though he is saying he is not interjecting into politics, he is. OK. It is very clear and

loud message he is sending to the Christian community. But, that is who Donald Trump is going to get his votes from, the conservative Christians.

And, I think that they should be reminded that some of these things he not only said like --

PINSKY: They are not Catholics. These are not Catholics.

(CROSSTALKS)

ODUOLOWU: There is a division. There the difference between Catholics and the evangelicals.

PINSKY: Yes.

AZARI: OK. But, there are still conservatives --

VAUS: But, if you look at the latest PTP polling, which came out and by a margin of 80 percent to 90 percent, these people who are supporting Trump

believe that he is bad on immigration -- on Muslims immigrating into the country. But, also, 30 percent of them believe that gay people should not

be allowed into the United States.

PINSKY: What?

VAUS: Yes.

BLOOM: Yes.

(CROSSTALKS)

VAUS: That is also another 44 percent who believe that Islam should be legal. And, 44 percent of Donald Trump supporters in South Carolina

according to this PTP Polls, believe Islam should be legal in the United States.

PINSKY: Scottie, you got to help us address those. That is just a troubling data, right? How about us, frankly. Not just for Donald Trump.

It is troubling data about us.

HUGHES: OK. So, let me tell you why people are supporting Donald Trump. They may not like different aspects of it, as your panel has well versed.

But why they like him is number one, is they feel like he is actually going to keep their family safe. All of these issues do not matter as long as

you can keep your family safe and be able to provide for them.

That is why that wonderful audience member feels the way she does, because she actually has hope that she is going to be able to provide for her

family. Everything else is inferior when it comes to those issues right there. Because if you are not safe and if you do not have money, it does

not matter what you feel about social issue.

[21:20:07] PINSKY: And, Scottie --

HUGHES: Because Donald Trump has the plan.

PINSKY: And, Scottie, you are right. We are scared and we are angry. Those are the two emotions I keep hearing over and over and over again from

Trump supporters. They are scared. They are angry, and they are looking for somebody who says, "Follow me. I will get you out of this." In fact,

I would say, right now, "Follow me." We will keep this going after a commercial break.

(LAUGHING)

(AUDIENCE APPLADING AND CHEERING)

And, later, I have an 18-year-old who is handcuffed, hauled off after another officer finds him posing like that as a physician. We are back

after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LYNETTE "DIAMOND" HARDAWAT, DONALD TRUMP SUPPORTER (via skype): So, you are surrounded by walls.

ROCHELLE "SILK" RICHARDSON, DONALD TRUMP SUPPORTER (via skype): Uh-huh.

DIAMOND: You are safe. And, you, immigrants are not coming in that Vatican, but they are crossing our border.

SILK: Yes.

DIAMOND: We need a wall up here. And, if you want us to build a bridge --

SILK: Yes.

DIAMOND: How about we build a wall around that bridge, that will go up. And, when they come in this country, they come in here legally and not

illegally. OK?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(LAUGHING)

[21:25:00] PINSKY: Seems like everyone is weighing in tonight on the war of words between Donald Trump and the Pope and including -- well, a couple

of Donald Trump`s biggest supporters there, Diamond and Silk, friends of ours.

The comedian, Ricky Gervais, spoke up to with this tweet. He said, quote, "I have thought the Pope calling Trump not very Christian is one of the

nicer things people saying about him these days." Back with Sara, Lisa, Segun, John and Scottie. And, Scottie, Trump keeps using this all to his

advantage, does not he?

HUGHES: Absolutely. Because this just shows how much he is anti- establishment. Listen, I respect the position of Pope. I just do not respect this Pope as much, because he has made it political.

And, for your comments that you want to sit there and talk about this Pope who has got involved in American politics, well, like I said, Mr. Trump

when he comments on things like Muslims and other faiths, it is in regards to American citizens. He is not going across the world and commenting on

other faiths like the Pope decided to interject here in America.

PINSKY: And, I am just wondering how other countries look upon us. John, you are from Australia.

VAUS: Australia, yes.

PINSKY: Is your family still back in Australia?

VAUS: Absolutely, yes.

PINSKY: And, what do they think about us.

VAUS: My father is, I think, particularly demographic for Donald Trump.

PINSKY: He likes Donald --

VAUS: He thinks he is a strong leader who speaks his mind. My father thinks he will truly be a great leader.

PINSKY: So, he is for Trump.

ODUOLOWU: Seriously.

VAUS: My father wants Donald Trump to make Australia great again.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: You have family in Nigeria.

ODUOLOWU: Yes. I just wanted -- a former penal colony loves Trump, why am I not surprised.

PINSKY: That was big!

(LAUGHING)

ODUOLOWU: Listen. My Nigerian father that lives in Virginia, in the beltway, D.C. loop is scared to death of him. I challenge you, Scottie.

Not all families feel that Trump is going to protect them.

PINSKY: Hold on.

ODUOLOWU: He is established for a rich white billionaire.

PINSKY: Before we hear from Scottie, I am going to hear it from the audience. Yes, ma`am.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: Yes. Hi. My comment is just that as a self-professed Christian and fearless and outspoken like Donald Trump who

is also a professed Christian, I always comment to people that I believe that the fact that he is willing to talk about these issues is only opening

up the conversation for everyone to talk about it.

PINSKY: Is it good? That is a good thing.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: Because maybe it will get resolved now that people are actually talking about it because he brought it up.

ODUOLOWU: But, maybe he did not have to read off a list that you were a Christian. Like you said, "I am a Christian," Trump was reading it off a

script. That does not scream Christian to me.

(LAUGHING)

BLOOM: Yes. And, you have to love it.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: He is reading on a note --

BLOOM: At every debate, they all talk about the bible and Christianity and their religion. And, then when the Pope speaks out, "They say who is he to

mix religion and politics."

(LAUGHING)

ODUOLOWU: All the evangelicals, they are born Christians.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: They have had their own issues from the Vatican, you know -- I really do believe that it is time for change and

for people to not judge and for us to move on.

PINSKY: So --

ODUOLOWU: And, you do not think this man judges --

PINSKY: Hang on, Segun. Segun, hang on. So, you are a Trump supporter?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: I consider myself a supporter.

PINSKY: OK. Again, a lot of people stand up in this audience and do not fit the profile we read about in the paper. And, I would not see, you are

not, you know --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: I am first generation Mexican- American. My both parents were --

ODUOLOWU: And, you support Trump.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: Yes.

PINSKY: So, let that in, Segun. Let it in. I have a lot of Mexican- American friends who support Trump.

ODUOLOWU: She said do not judge.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: These are the people talking about issues that need to be resolved and move on.

AZARI: And sending millions of Mexicans back to Mexico is a resolution?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: Well, I mean a lot of people do go on their own, because they are here to try to like help their families back

home. So, they really do, I think, want to be in their home, because they do not feel -- Because they feel very discriminating.

AZARI: He is not talking about a choice. He is talking about a mandate that they need to go. Period.

PINSKY: OK. Let me quickly -- Scottie, finish this up for us.

HUGHES: Because he is talking about bringing them back in, he is going to make sure that we know where all of them are. You know, the reason I think

why this lovely lady supports Trump is because she went through the process, the legal process that we all agree needs to be reformed to become

an American citizen.

That is why a lot of Hispanics that are citizens go, you know, "I support Mr. Trump, because we worked hard for our citizenship. We think others

should as well." They are tired of having their taxpayer dollars be drained to pay for the illegals that are coming across in education and

health care. It is called fairness.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

PINSKY: We are going to leave it there. No doubt. We will revisit this before Election Day.

Next up, a teenager arrested for posing as a physician. He conducted physical exams. There he is. And, he defends what he did after he got

caught. I am not sure if he understands he got caught doing something wrong. You will hear from him after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

[21:30:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MALACHI LOVE-ROBINSON, TEENAGER POSED AS A PHYSICIAN: I did not operate. I did not reach into someone`s uterus, you know. I did not snatch out a

baby. I did not do any of that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: His Docsymmetry profile says he is a certified naturopathic doctor who performs counseling, marriage and family

and hospital administration. And, a resume on MD.com reveals a Dr. Love- Robinson as an educational guru and healthcare professional with superior clinical skills including obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and

maternal health and child care. He says on a Chapel and Seminary website that he is also an ordained minister.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOVE-ROBINSON: So many physicians have speak to me, and they are just in awe. And, it is not because I am a great person, not because I am some

miracles from heaven sent, it is just because I have a passion for helping people.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(END VIDEOTAPE)

PINSKY: That young man is in big trouble tonight. He is accused of practicing medicine without a license. And, this is not the first time he

has been in trouble. In 2015, he was caught inside a patient`s room during a pregnant woman`s exam in a hospital in Florida.

The staff said he had been wandering the halls there for a month wearing an embroidered lab coat and a stethoscope. That hospital declined to press

charges and police determined, quote, "No crime was committed."

Also, in 20154, he received a cease and desist order from the Florida Department Health. This only can happen in Florida. He is working as a

massage therapist at a rehab facility. He is accused of, quote, "leading the public to believe he was a licensed medical doctor." No kidding. And,

here is how he responded to those allegations and incidents. Have a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOVE-ROBINSON: I requested to shadow some physicians. The next thing, I know, cops are there. So, I do not know. I do not know. I have no idea.

This was broadcast everywhere, like I am some insane maniac that is just out here doing crazy things.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: Back with Sara, Lisa, Segun. Joining us Erin Foster, Psychotherapist. So, Erin, what are we dealing with here you think, based

on what he looks -- based on these videos and what you read about this young man?

ERIN FOSTER, PSYCHOTHERAPIST: Yes. Looks like we are dealing with some kind of psychotic disorder, schizophrenia.

PINSKY: OK.

FOSTER: Maybe bipolar, absolutely.

PINSKY: The bipolar, I get it -- hold on. Listen. The grandiosity, the delusionality, the pressured speech, you know, he is sort of animated.

That is kind of hippomanic kind of thing.

FOSTER: Yes.

PINSKY: And, people with bipolar disorder can think a lot of strange things sometimes. We are giving him an awe, Lisa.

BLOOM: I got to tell you, I kind of love this kid.

PINSKY: Wow.

BLOOM: And, you know, I wrote a book about boys called swagger. And, there is a big problem with teenage boys in this country that they have

this insane ego. And, this kid is off the charts. But, give this the kid to me for a year, I could -- We have to redirect him.

I think he got a lot of intelligence. Not nearly as smart as he thinks he is. A lot of creativity. I think he does care about people. He made a

lot of really stupid mistakes but he just needs to be redirected in the right direction and he will be fine.

ODUOLOWU: Lisa, this is the scariest kid I have seen in my entire life. OK? First of all, the only thing scarier than this kid is the fact that he

got this far. How does an 18-year-old open a clinic?

BLOOM: What about the hospitals?

PINSKY: Segun.

BLOOM: What about the clinics?

PINSKY: I have an answer for you, guys.

BLOOM: He had been there for months.

PINSKY: Florida.

(LAUGHING)

ODUOLOWU: But, Dr. Drew, I mean come on, now. Look. I respect the hustle, because it is gangster. And, his excuses are off the chart. I

requested to shadow physicians.

PINSKY: Well, no, he did do that. He did do that. But, I do not know that he did it in a proper way that he was actually able to do it.

ODUOLOWU: Where are the physicians saying, you know, coming to his defense saying, "Yes."

PINSKY: And, to me, as much as it is a concern -- Segun, I kind of share your -- for a similar reason, but as much as there is a concern about this

guy, to me it is an indictment of education, because this kid does not know the difference between somebody who has gotten -- done a Google search.

There is a great sign out now that says, "Please do not confuse your Google search with my medical degree. And, that is happening out there. People

think because they have access to a Ph.D. and a naturopathic website that they have training and experience.

Guys, it is hundreds of thousands of hours of training to be a psychotherapist, to be a psychologist, to be a physician. And, the

material, just the basic learning material, that is done in the first couple two, three years. Then you go out and apply these things in

clinical settings for hundreds of thousands of hours. Yes, ma`am?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: We definitely need somebody more activist like him. That is what I would call him. That will stand up in

his medical field, because there are a lot of people that are dying from regular medical practice.

PINSKY: All right. Hold on.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

ODUOLOWU: You want a black Doogie Howser without the genius? He looks like my baby nephew. I have no idea how he can get this far.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE AUDIENCE MEMBER: He is doing more than you are right now in the medical field.

ODUOLOWU: By being arrested? I will say what -- Do you know what? In order to be fair, he will practice on someone you love with no training and

then when something bad happens you will go to the authorities or the powers that be or a trained professional and say, "How did it happened?"

Because you see it on T.V. and you picked him up.

(LAUGHING)

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

PINSKY: Under pressure, he revealed what his educational training was. Here is what he told ABC news.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOVE-ROBINSON: I do currently hold a Ph.D. in what, I do not feel comfortable disclosing because that is not the issue here.

MATT GUTMAN, ABC HOST OF "GOOD MORNING AMERICA" PROGRAM: But you treat people --

LOVE-ROBINSON: The issue that I face now, it is accusations. There are many types of degrees out there that hold a title as a doctor whether they

are a physicist or an engineer. Just because someone has a title of doctor in front of their name does not necessarily imply M.D.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: And, he is right. We have so diminished the meaning of the term doctor. I just say physician when I am referring to medical doctor,

because people do not even know what doctor means. When I was in college, we have -- plenty of my training -- teachers were Ph.D.s. We called them

professor. And, most of the world professor is actually above -- above doctors. Maybe we should resurrect the term professor.

[21:40:00] BLOOM: But, he is not any kind of doctor, right?

PINSKY: I know that.

BLOOM: At that age --

PINSKY: But you love him.

ODUOLOWU: Because you love him.

BLOOM: But, you know, why I love him? Because he has the little head shot like this. He is just a kid. He is a dumb kid. Nobody has gotten hurt

as far as I can tell.

PINSKY: There are stories of him treating women with serious medical conditions. He had no idea what he was doing. In the meantime, they get

sicker and sicker.

BLOOM: That is obviously wrong. Obviously wrong.

PINSKY: Listen. Your colleagues would call that delay of treatment. I get my ass sued off for that. I delayed ten minutes one time, and I saved

somebody`s life. I got sued for delay of treatment. Are you kidding me?

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

FOSTER: Yes.

BLOOM: But, he was just 17-year-old and 16-year-old, you know.

FOSTER: If he is indeed an 18-year-old boy. He is a boy -- If he is indeed 18, that is when these disorders come out.

PINSKY: Yes.

FOSTER: That is when in a boy --

PINSKY: Yes.

FOSTER: That is when schizophrenia comes out, that is when bipolar comes out. So, I think it is really important that we look at that.

BLOOM: Also, that is when just a big ego comes out.

ODUOLOWU: He said he had a Ph.D. on national television. They said, what is your Ph.D." And, he said, I do not want to disclose that.

(LAUGHING)

FOSTER: He is a liar.

PINSKY: All right. We will keep it going. I want to hear from the audience. I want to hear more from my panel. I want to hear from you,

doc. Back after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

[21:45:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAL)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOVE-ROBINSON: I have done a lot of courses in institutions locally and some non-locally in alternative medicine. I have attended many conventions

and conferences. And, I have done many exams, which I required to get your boards in anything.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: An 18-year-old man accused of posing as a physician without credentials. After his arrest, his grandfather spoke to WPTV. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WILLIAM MCKENZIE, MALACHI LOVE-ROBINSON`S GRANDFATHER: If he has slipped and did something wrong, I just ask that everybody pray for him.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Back with Sara, Lisa, Segun and Erin. And, joining me on the phone, I have Perseus Wells, himself, actually an investor -- Perseus

invested in this young man`s medical practice. Perseus, did you believe this young man was a physician?

PERSEUS WELLS, DR. LOVE`S BUSINESS PARTNER (via phone): At the time, yes. You know, like I said, he pretty much was accused of not being one. I

still do not know which is which, is it true or if it is not true.

PINSKY: But, Perseus, he is 18. It is impossible to get sufficient training. It takes eight years to just get your license. And, then you

have to do post grad training after that. So, it is just impossible to do it by 18. It is just not possible.

WELLS: Well, you know, my idea with the situation was not investing in him. I invested in the idea of a practice. We were determined like to

open a practice and hire M.D.s and bring M.D.s in. Now, with all his degrees in certification, the thing is that I do not know anything about

M.D. and all that.

He told me he was a natural doctor. So, I do not know anything about natural doctors and what they do. So, I just took him at his word and seen

all the certifications and his degree from some state, Arizona state and transcripts. You know, what can I say --

FOSTER: Wow.

WELLS: What can I say? You know, I mean I do not know much about it.

PINSKY: Were you surprised? Were you surprised when he was arrested?

WELLS: Was I? Oh, yeah. I was very surprised.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: And, have you heard complaints from some of his so-called patients?

WELLS: You know what, I do not know any of these patients. You know, I have never seen them. I never once seen any of them. So, I do not know

who these patients are. They definitely were not in our -- did not come to the practice at all. Even though I was partly there just once in a while,

but the times I were there, I knew that there were not patients. So, I am not sure which patients he had.

PINSKY: How do you have a practice without patients? That is confusing to me.

WELLS: Well, that is the thing. You know, everybody is saying that the practice was just open. It was not even two weeks in. We were in the

process -- well, he was in the process of bringing M.D. The door was not open to charge anybody. It was not -- Basically --

PINSKY: I see.

WELLS: Yes.

PINSKY: So, this particular practice. I see. So, this one had not gotten up and running yet. He had previously -- what is the matter, Segun? Let

me say good-bye, Perseus. Perseus, I appreciate you joining us here. I hope you able to recoup some of whatever is lost here and we will keep an

eye in this story. Thank you for joining us. Segun.

ODUOLOWU: Yes. I hope Peseus does not get any of his money back. This is not a lemonade stand. This is not like a raffle where you are selling

candy bars. Perseus has basically said I did not know he was not a doctor. Google his degrees. Google his name.

PINSKY: But, it sounds like he did.

ODUOLOWU: Yes. He said he looked at transcripts and said, "I do not know anything about M.D." and then got involved in a practice to open a

practice. That is ridiculous.

AZARI: OK. This kid is 18 years old, OK? And, he is smart enough to have this even a clinic open and have this investor to put money in it.

BLOOM: Yes.

AZARI: So, give him some credit.

ODUOLOWU: Two people with no brains can get Perseus money in.

AZARI: And, there is a very compelling, underlying story that I think we have forgotten to mention is that he healed himself through holistic

medicine.

PINSKY: From what?

AZARI: Lupus.

PINSKY: No.

(LAUGHING)

AZARI: Yes, he does.

PINSKY: No.

AZARI: Yes, he does.

PINSKY: Young males do not get lupus. Stop it. Stop it. Sara, stop it. Stop it.

(LAUGHING)

AZARI: Dr. Drew.

PINSKY: Sara, stop it. That did not happen. He was improperly diagnosed or whatever. He had a medication --

AZARI: They blew him up with steroids.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: They may have. You can have medication-induced lupus, it is time- limited. I am not saying -- just, let me show you some tapes. When the self-proclaimed doctor ran out of answers, the top questions came and he

bolted. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GUTMAN: Are you a fraud, because it seems like everything you are saying to me is either evasive or an outright lie.

[21:50:00] LOVE-ROBINSON: I do not appreciate your tone. I do not appreciate the way you are portraying this interview to actually be?

GUTMAN: Are you in big trouble? It seems like you have spoken to a lawyer who has prepared you for to talk not only to the media but to police as

well. Take a look at this.

LOVE-ROBINSON: I do not know where you are receiving this information from, but it is inaccurate. I am sorry, I am going to have to cut this

interview short. I am going to have to cut this interview short.

GUTMAN (voice-over): And, in fact, he did. Walking out the door.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: No doubt we will keep an eye on the story. We had mixed feelings about this young man. So, it is interesting. So, I am going to switch

gears here, because I am about to, in the next segment, present a farewell to Big Ang.

She died of cancer this week. She is someone whom we knew here at this program. She was actually a friend and she was a lovely woman. You will

hear about her after this.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[21:55:00] ANGELA "BIG ANG" RAIOLA, AUTHOR, "BIGGER IS BETTER": Hi, Doctor!

PINSKY: Hi, Ang. How are you? Now, you seemed very happy to meet with me today. In your book, you say you freak out around doctors. How are you

doing with me so far?

RAIOLA: Listen, I love you, Dr. Drew.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RAIOLA: I say do what you want. Keep living because life is too short.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RAIOLA: Shocking what happened. First, I thought I was cancer-free. I was going to have a big celebration and have a party. And, then a month

later, I was stage 4. (END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: It is so ironic to hear and see that footage of her talking about it. I had not seen that footage in years. That was her Angela Raiola on

our show here in 2012. Then followed up with the tape with Dr. Oz in an interview that aired just two days ago.

Ang died earlier today. She had two diagnoses. As far as I can tell, the stories that are out there are hard to put together. She originally had a

head and neck cancer, it sounds like and then had two surgeries to hopefully cure that. Those are smoking related cancers, everybody.

Smokers, drinkers, HPV get head and neck cancer. HPV, get your vaccine for that. And, then it appeared they found a second cancer, also a smoking

related. A lung cancer. A solid tumor that seems it went to the brain.

So, at the time of diagnoses, it was essentially a stage 4 disease. Lung cancer is a terrible illness, everybody. Do not smoke. Mob wives costar

Renee Graziano joins me now on the phone. Renee, thanks for joining us.

RENEE GRAZIANO, BIG ANG`S MOB WIVES CO-STAR: Hi, doc. How are you?

PINSKY: I am good. I know how you loved Ang. Are you guys -- Everyone doing OK? What are your thoughts?

GRAZIANO: It is so sad. I just was with Angela a week ago and she was in good spirit. She was up and talking, and she was 100 percent herself.

And, we were making plans to go on a road trip. Actually, Carla, Karen, myself and my sister Jennifer had gone, spent the day with her in the

hospital. And, she was really good.

People do not know that she had pneumonia. So, that is what had happened. Yes. And, you are correcting me, you said it is smoking related. Yes. It

was 100 percent from smoking. There were complications from pneumonia, which her lungs filled up. And, her lungs could not take it anymore, which

ultimately probably led to the death. However, the cancer would have taken her regardless.

PINSKY: Yes.

GRAZIANO: We are heartbroken. Everyone is heartbroken. This is probably the only call I have had or the only conversation without crying. Her

children and I worry about her son. We shared the same disease. How much he loved his mom and how much his mom loved him. My concern is for her

children. And, you know, A.J., Andrea quell.

PINSKY: Well, I guess it is a bar and restaurant continued, "The Drunken Monkey"?

GRAZIANO: I do not know if it will. To be honest, I am not really sure about that.

PINSKY: Yes. Renee, thanks. Best to everybody. I am sorry it is such a sad time.

GRAZIANO: That is OK. Thank you very much. I appreciate it.

PINSKY: You got it. Do, you guys watch this show "Mob Wives" at all?

AZARI: A little bit.

ODUOLOWU: I was a fan of hers.

PINSKY: Of Ang.

ODUOLOWU: Of Ang. And, that she was, you know, big, bold, and brassy and, you know, we know about smoking and how bad it is. And, I love the fact

that she was unapologetic. She said, this is what did me in, and I hope that you can see and learn from this. She said she had been smoking for

over 40 years.

BLOOM: Wow.

ODUOLOWU: And, so, you know, I am not going to remember -- I am going to remember her as what I saw on T.V. as big, as brassy, as like fighter and

fun to the end, because that is what --

PINSKY: She was like that in real life, but she was also super sweet. Like really a sweet heart. She really was. I am getting a little bit

choked up right now.

BLOOM: I can see it is really affected you.

PINSKY: It has.

FOSTER: She meant something to you.

PINSKY: I mean she was a friend. We are not close, but she was just such a sweet person, and a sweet spirit. I do not remember that conversation

with her years ago where she said doctors freaked her out. Now, to think that she had to go through all that in hospitals and stuff.

Again, everybody. Most of the illnesses that can kill you at least prematurely are preventable. If you limit or reduce or eliminate alcohol,

if you eliminate tobacco, those are the drugs that kill people in this country.

All our concerns about all the other drugs, these are the two that are killing people. The pills are the other one, by the way. And, then

prevent the head and neck cancers or reduce the risk by getting the HPV vaccines. It is one of the safest vaccines in the history of vaccines. It

has a completely safe profile. Do not let B.S. scare you about that, huh, everybody?

BLOOM: Yes. Hear, hear.

PINSKY: Good. Thank you.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

BLOOM: Hear, hear.

PINSKY: Even Doogie Howser backs me up on that too.

FOSTER: And you have a medical degree.

(CROSSTALK)

ODUOLWOU: It took thousands of dollars.

BLOOM: And, eating a healthy diet.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: And eating a healthy diet a very useful way.

BLOOM: Exercise.

PINSKY: All useful, but eliminating these carcinogens big piece. Please DVR us then you can watch us anytime. And, also if you join this program,

tell a friend, we could use a word of mouth that help us out. And, thank you, panel. Thank you, audience. We will see you next time.

[22:00:00] (AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)
