(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

[21:00:16] DR. DREW PINSKY, HLN HOST OF "DR. DREW" PROGRAM (voice-over): Tonight, the latest Donald Trump threats.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DONALD TRUMP, (R) PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: I would like to punch him in the face.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY (voice-over): And, what he is saying about Ted Cruz now.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: This guy is sick. There is something wrong with this guy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY (voice-over): Plus, Kesha, she says she is being forced to work with a man who had abused her. Let us get started.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

PINSKY (on camera): Breaking news as Donald Trump poised for a win in Nevada tonight. Bombshell the republican caucus, on the way right now,

poll show him with a big lead. His support shows no signs of flagging.

And, listen, he is not flagging even after having threatened a protester. It seems like Trump can sort of say anything, as long as he is putting

someone on the defense here. No one is saying -- He sort of his machine gunning so much that you lose track day to day. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: They send their product -- oh, bye, bye. Good job, fella. Look, see he is smiling. See, he is having a good time. You know what I hate?

There is the guy totally disruptive, throwing punches. We are not allowed to punch back anymore. I love the old days. You know what they used to do

to guys like that when they were in a place like this?

They would be carried out on a stretcher, folks. Here is a guy throwing punches, nasty as hell screaming at everything else when we are talking.

The guards are very gentle with him. He is walking out, like big high fives, smiling, laughing. I would like to punch him in the face, I will

tell you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: And, joining me, Samantha Schacher, "Pop Trigger" on Hulu, not a Trump fan. In fact I heard her groaning during our presentation.

SAM SCHACHER, HOST OF "POP TRIGGER" ON HULU.COM: Yes.

PINSKY: Loni Coombs, Attorney; Segun Oduolowu, Entertainment Journalist. He is also not a on the Trump bandwagon. And, Jacob Wohl, 18-year-old

entrepreneur. He is a Trump supporter, as is Scottie Nell Hughes, Chief Political Correspondent, USA Radio.

Scottie, a question here to you. Is he really about the so-called good old days? Is that what he wants to get back to or is that just another sort of

aphoristic attempt at off the cuff speech making?

SCOTTIE NELL HUGHES, CHIEF POLITICAL CORRESPONDENT, USA RADIO: Well, who does not want to get back to the good old days, Dr. Drew? I mean it just

depends on what you define the good old days to be like, I will be honest with you. And, that how about punching in the face, I would like to ask

anybody your panel, have you never been around people so obnoxious that had been so rude to you, that you really just wanted to punch them in the face?

SCHACHER: Scottie, first of all -- Yes. I have. I have but I am not running for president, Scottie. I want my president or future president or

presidential candidate to galvanize people, to bring out the worst in people. Not bring out the worse in people, not give license to people, who

have bigoted or prejudice or racist beliefs, that he have validated them in their beliefs, not promote violence.

HUGHES: But, it depends on who that is, though. That is what you got to know. This guy was there to disrupt. He was not there to let people --

SCHACHER: But two wrongs do not make it right. Two wrongs do not make it right.

(CROSSTALK)

PINSKY: But, I think what Trump is saying, though, it seems unfair. It seems unfair that the pendulum had swung to the favor of the people that

misbehave so far that they can misbehave without any worry about retribution. But, Segun, Mike -- what is the guy`s name? -- Michael Che.

Michael Che once said during SNL the news, he said, "Good old days, that makes my negro sense tingle."

(LAUGHING)

SEGUN ODUOLOWU, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Yes.

SCHACHER: Yes!

PINSKY: I thought that was a great way of describing it.

ODUOLOWU: When white people say, "You remember the good old days," black people are like "No, whose good old days are you talking about?"

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: Yes.

ODUOLOWU: Slow that down. And, listen, no pun intended but the pot calling the kettle black, Trump is disruptive. There are people that want

to punch Trump. All he has done is really just insight as Sam said bigotry and anger --

JACOB WOHL, ENTERPRENEUR, TRUMP SUPPORTER: The mistake you are making is that you are acting as if we are playing the same game here. And, you

know, Candidates that have thought that are now gone. Look at Jeb. He has gone with the wind --

SCHACHER: But that does not make it right.

PINSKY: Wait, Jacob. You are saying this is a game theory being played out in the political arena. Is that what you are suggesting?

WOHL: Americans are asking for a more visceral candidate, a more real candidate and that is what Trump is providing and that is why he has done

so well.

PINSKY: Scottie, what do you say?

HUGHES: He is bullying the people who had been bullying his supporters for the past years. He is literally sticking up all these people that are

supporting him, which is the majority have been bullied by people in pop culture, had been bullied by politicians, had been bullied by the

Republican Party, and he is bullying them back and that is why we think he is a great guy --

(CROSSTALK)

SCHACHER: No.

COOMBS: Why is bullying --

PINSKY: Loni.

LONI COOMBS, ATTORNEY: Bullying is never OK. Why do you repeat bullying with bullying? When my son turned like 3 or 4, I taught him better ways to

handle situations than punching somebody in the face. Can he, Donald Trump, in an adult age come up with a better way to handle issues than say,

"I want to punch him in the face?"

PINSKY: It is funny, I was on the Steve Harvey show, just recorded it. It is going to air, I think, next week. And, he was saying, the Harvey effect

or the Harvey strategy is sort of the way we used to do it, which was to go and just take care of business. We tend not to do that so much these days.

Trump also had some words for his rival Ted Cruz, take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[21:05:13] TRUMP: These are the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with, politicians, but this guy Cruz lies more than any human being I have

dealt with. Unbelievable, and he holds up the bible and he lies.

And, then he holds up the bible again and he lies. So, the evangelicals did not vote for him. You know why? Because they do not like liars. They

are really smart people. They do not want to vote for a liar. This guy is sick. There is something wrong with this guy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: He is not just a liar. He is sick. Now, control room, do you have that tape where he chronicles all the people that voted for him? Here

it is. He quotes -- he quote, "He won the evangelicals by a lot" -- well, this is how he did it. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: The evangelicals were supposed to go with Cruz. But, you know what? Honestly, I won the evangelicals by a lot. You saw that, right? I

won short people, tall people. I won fat people, skinny people. I won highly educated, OK educated, and practically not educated at all. I love

them all.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: So, I actually find this -- these clips appealing.

SCHACHER: Because you are not taking it seriously.

PINSKY: Did you, guys, have a theory why? You said something Loni under your breath.

COOMBS: Well, it is like an SNL skit. But, the thing is, yes, we are laughing but this is a serious situation. He keeps moving forward and

keeps moving forward. Pretty soon, he is going to be the nominee.

PINSKY: Jacob, you said there is a lot of young people your age that have sort of closeted Trump supporters. Tell me about that. You are 18.

WOHL: Yes. Yes. I mean there is a lot of people that, you know, sort of support Trump. They are not very vocal about it. And, you know, you see

in this case, Cruz has this, you know, a very real pension towards lying, very Hillary-es.

PINSKY: He is sick.

WOHL: And he is being called out for it.

ODUOLOWU: Wait a second --

PINSKY: Segun.

ODUOLOWU: I love --

PINSKY: I cannot not talk about this without smiling.

ODUOLOWU: I am not going to talk. I am not going to mock age. I will say this and I get it, finally. I finally get why people love Trump. He is

rich enough with the FU money to say FU to everybody and that is what he is doing.

PINSKY: And, people like that.

ODUOLOWU: And, it appeals to young people --

PINSKY: Yes. Yes.

ODUOLOWU: -- because they in this Instagram, Twitter world, where they want everything so fast, here is a guy, basically, saying I got answers for

you right here. I am not going to explain them now, but I got the answers.

COOMBS: Right. Right.

PINSKY: Do you guys remember -- Rob Schneider mentioned this to me last night. He said remember in 1979, when people are walking -- or in fact it

was a campaign platform against him. People going, "Can you imagine the following phrase, President Reagan? Does not that sound bizarre?" We were

saying that in 1979. I do not know if we are watching something good or something bad. I cannot figure it out.

SCHACHER: What do you mean something good or bad?

PINSKY: I cannot figure it out. I do not know. I do not know, Sam.

SCHACHER: This presidential candidate is hate mongering, is marginalizing people? You think that is a good thing?

PINSKY: No. I think his diplomacy may be a little polished.

SCHACHER: Oh my goodness.

PINSKY: Listen. Let us do this. Let us keep the conversation going. Later, I got Kesha taking to social media. She did so just minutes ago,

she has been forced to work for a man or at least an organization that the man works for. A lot to this. She says, this guy sexually and emotionally

abused her for years. We will get into that after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:10:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: That is right. Do you have a little protester? Get him the hell out. Get him out. Get him out. Where is the protester? Where is he? I

do not even see him. I do not even see him. Look, I love protesters, because the only way the cameras turn and show how big the audience is, is

when there is a protester; otherwise, they never turn. I love protesters.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Multiple protesters emerged at a Trump rally in Nevada. One protester, he wants to punch. But he loves the one we just saw because it

turned the camera away from him, which he likes, he has admitted to that, towards the giant crowd.

Back with Sam, Loni, Segun, Jacob and Scottie. That is it, Scottie. He gets criticized for being a little self-congratulatory. And, in a way, I

guess he could say it because these giant crowds, he is sort of entitled to that.

HUGHES: Yes, he can. He can definitely say that. But, the thing is, you have to realize why are the crowds there? You know, we were talking about

in the past segment about, you know, him bullying and calling names and he is just so popular because he is part of pop culture.

No. He is popular because he has created close to 22,000 jobs. That is the best billboard, that is the best commercial, that is the best mailer

you could ever have is 22,000 people out there pretty much happy about what you have done since you have been in business.

PINSKY: And, Jacob --

HUGHES: You know?

PINSKY: Yes, Scottie. Jacob, why does not he talk more about it? We are going to hear this later.

SCHACHER: I would much rather here that.

PINSKY: Well, that and the special interest. I mean he does not take money from anybody. That is a big problem in American politics, you know,

the money and interest. He is the money and interest?

WOHL: Yes. Well, you know, I think he does talk about it but through the proxy of the veterans issues, which he talks about a lot. He talks about

how he hires veterans. You know, I recently hired a veteran. He goes down to the V.A., he has to wait for days or weeks to get care. And, that is

the number issue. Nobody else is talking about it. Trump talks about it. He has been the strongest proponent --

PINSKY: What do kids your age that are Bernie fans think about you and how you are formulating your political views?

WOHL: Well, you know, they cannot generally articulate quite why they like Bernie, anyway. So, it is not, you know, really --

PINSKY: Sam?

(LAUGHING)

SCHACHER: I can articulate why I like Bernie.

PINSKY: OK. Go ahead.

SCHACHER: I like the idea that he is narrowing the wage gap. I think that is important. I like the idea that he champions equality. I like the idea

that he is mandating family leave, as an entrepreneur myself I am scared S- H-I-T list, that I am going to have to have --

PINSKY: I do not know if anybody can spell that.

(LAUGHING)

ODUOLOWU: Yes.

(CROSSTALK)

SCHACHER: I am scared --

PINSKY: Go ahead, Sam.

SCHACHER: Let me finish my statement. I am scared when I choose to have a child, I am not going to be able to take time off to bond with my child or

my husband will not be able to take time off to bond with the child.

[21:15:03] PINSKY: Jacob, what do you say?

WOHL: Yes. I mean, so, let us talk about the wage gap. OK?

PINSKY: Yes.

WOHL: If you are a middle manager at McDonald`s, you make $16 an hour. But, now, the fry cook is going to make $15. What are you going to have to

say about that?

SCHACHER: I think that is fantastic. Look how expensive rent is. I think, look, I pay employees and guess what, my employees 17 years old, and

we pay him $15 an hour.

WOHL: But, the price of living is going to rise --

SCHACHER: But, you motivate people more.

PINSKY: Guys, I got to --

SCHACHER: I find that when you pay people --

PINSKY: Stop. I got to play this video --

SCHACHER: -- fairly, they are more motivated.

PINSKY: -- of him taking a swing at the media. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: With these cameras, so they never show the audience. So, I said to my wife, "Did you see the size of that audience tonight?" We had 25,000

people. "No. They just keep it on your face." And, then, I realized, they are instructed never ever show the audience.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: The other night we had 12,000 people. Bernie had 3,000. I turn on the television, because I do like watching myself to be totally honest --

OK. So, he had a massive crowd at three, 12 they do not mention. This is really bad. These are the most dishonest people I think I have ever dealt

with. It is true. It is true.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING AND CHEERING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Segun, the media are the most dishonest people on earth.

SCHACHER: I thought Ted Cruz was.

PINSKY: Yes. That is what I thought.

ODUOLOWU: Yes. Everybody that is against him is.

COOMBS: Yes.

ODUOLOWU: And, my thing is how dare you to Trump supporters say that he is the only pop culture icon on the days? He is the only one with a T.V.

show. He is the only one who has made money off the media. He is the only one who has made money off the media. He is the only one who comes to

media events with his own entourage ready to use --

WOHL: No. Come on. Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather, you can name them all day long.

ODUOLOWU: We are talking about a politician --

WOHL: He is not a politician and that is why --

ODUOLOWU: No, no, no. When you are running for office, you are a politician. I do not care how you want to dress it up. He is going for

votes. He is angling. And, by the way, winning in Nevada when you own casinos, it is not that far of a stretch.

But, please, do not tell me about the jobs that he has provided in hotels and his casinos that add to America`s deterioration with gambling addiction

and all types of alcohol addiction, which he profits off of it.

PINSKY: Scottie.

ODUOLOWU: People do not realize just how bad this dude is.

PINSKY: Scottie, he has an interesting strategy. That is why I am asking Jacob about game theory, because Trump just puts everyone on their heels.

He seems to have learned that you do not engage, you just attack and push back and then they are appearing defensive. I mean Cruz looks addled now,

just because Trump pushing -- I do not know who Ted Cruz is anymore.

HUGHES: He is controlling the narrative and he is the headline of every story. I mean go read his book "The Art of The Deal." He explains what he

does. Go in, it is kind of shock and awe, and take all the air out of the room. People might not know what you are saying but they see your face

over and over and over, whether good or bad, it worked.

It gets that name brand in their mind. That is why he is winning because people know his name. And, you talk about policies, if we were talking

about the specifics, which he has on his website, we would not be talking about him as much.

PINSKY: Are we going to hear about it -- Scottie, are we going to hear about the specifics on Thursday in the next debate?

HUGHES: I would hope so. But, how do you do that, with a ring leader of the circus. It is a circus -- you know, we went from like 17 candidates

and their grandmother down to at least, now we got like four or five. I think Kasich is still in there.

PINSKY: You cannot argue with what he has done --

(CROSSTALKS)

COOMBS: It is a game.

ODUOLOWU: I cannot argue but do you want that to lead your country.

PINSKY: It is game theory. That is why I keep asking about game. Yes.

COOMBS: He is not giving substance. He is giving people --

(CROSSTALKS)

PINSKY: If he gets the nominee. Hang on.

COOMBS: That is his job.

(CROSSTALK)

WOHL: Winning is always good.

COOMBS: That is Donald Trump right there. Winning is always good.

ODUOLOWU: But, he is scorching the earth. Everyone says game theory, it is the old Mike Tyson thing. Everybody had a plan to get hit in the mouth.

He just keeps swinging and throwing haymakers and nobody --

PINSKY: But, it is working. So, my question would be, if he does get the candidacy -- well Jacob, you have done the math. It looks like he will get

the nomination.

WOHL: Yes.

PINSKY: When he get across from, I am assuming Hillary, are we going to hear some specifics then and is that where we are going to get to the weeds

of it? Jacob you have a point.

WOHL: Yes. I mean, I think we have heard a lot of specifics. There is PDF papers galore on his website that you can read.

PINSKY: All right.

WOHL: And, you know, we are not hearing the same thing of where is Bernie specifics. We are hearing ridiculous plans to spend $18 trillion and

nobody is asking the same questions on the other side of the panel.

SCHACHER: That is not true. But, do you think Trump supporters are really going to watch -- are really going to read and download all those PDFs?

COOMBS: Yes.

(CROSSTALK)

SCHACHER: They do not care. Scottie, just said -- Scottie just said --

WOHL: I do not know where that statistic come from.

SCHACHER: Scottie just said that the majority of people voting for him are people they are voting for him because they know his name. That is

frightening. That is scary.

ODUOLOWU: Right.

PINSKY: Trump went after Cruz again when he mocked his response to a debate question. Have a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: So, they are asking Ted Cruz what do you think, "what do you think of water boarding?" "Well, what do I say? I want to be politically

correct. Water boarding, it is so terrible." He could not answer the question. He was like a mess.

[21:20:00] Then they said to me, "What do you think of water boarding?" I said, "I think it is great, but I do not think we go far enough." And, the

whole place -- it is true. It is true.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDIGN AND CHEERING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

SCHACHER: Oh my God.

PINSKY: So, Scottie, what you are saying is, shock and awe is his strategy in business, it is his strategy in politics and you will hear more policy

at some future date or you can go see it now on his website. Is that what you are saying?

HUGHES: Exactly. Or go listen to the town halls. It is out there. It is just as much out there as everyone else. And, when you talk about this

water boarding comment, guess what? They are terrorists. He is right. They do not have rights. They are sitting here coming here to kill us, so

whatever it takes to protect my family, do it.

PINSKY: Thank you, guys.

ODUOLOWU: You know what? Throw the Geneva convention. Throw it all out.

WOHL: There is Syed shooting up San Bernardino 10 miles away. I am not worried about whether our terrorists are comfortable or not, when that is

going on, I am worried about what office my mom is at. So, you know, that is my --

ODUOLOWU: You cannot play that card. I am a black guy, I am walking down the street. I got white cops killing black people. Should I then take up

the same type of --

WOHL: No, because statistically, it is not the case --

ODUOLOWU: Hold on a second. But, the same type of mentality and act the way Trump is saying. Two wrongs do not make a right. He is scaring people

into believing his way. Please open your eyes.

PINSKY: OK. Next up, we will hear from Kesha who moments ago thanked her fans this after claims she had been sexually and emotionally abused by her

long-time producer. We are getting all the details after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:25:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KESHA ROSE SEBERT,SINGER, SONGWRITER AND RAPPER (singing): Tik Tok on the clock, but the party do not stop, no. Whoa-oh, oh, oh.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(PROTESTERS SCREAMING)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: I am pretty heart broken right now because if it were not for Kesha and her music, I do not nowhere I would be.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: The pop star lost a preliminary injunction that would allow her to be free of her contract with Sony Music and

producer, Dr. Luke.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: Kesha sued record producer, Dr. Luke, in 2014 accusing him of drugging, abusing and raping her a decade ago.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: Dr. Luke has denied the abuse in is a series of tweets saying, quote, "I did not rape Kesha and I have never had sex

with her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Kesha broke down in court after a judge ruled that she will not be released from her contract with music producer Dr. Luke, so-called, that is

not his real name. He is a man, who is accused of having abused her.

I am back with Sam, Loni and Segun. And, joining us, the great Lisa Guerrero, Chief Investigated Correspondent for Inside Edition. She,

herself, a former sportscaster. So, Segun, should she have to honor this contract?

ODUOLOWU: If he did what he did, he should be punished legally, but the contract --

PINSKY: That is what I asked. Apparently, because -- Lisa you help me with this or Loni, you help me with this too. The burden of proof is

beyond a reasonable doubt for criminal action.

LISA GUERRERO, FORMER SPORTSCASTER: Right.

PINSKY: So, there is not going to be that with this --

COOMBS: Nobody filed criminal charges.

PINSKY: So, the civil action is more reasonable, right?

ODULOWU: Short answer is no. Short answer, no. Do it. You put your name on the contract. Short answer is no. And, really, quickly, because I know

all of the women are going to and might have a certain view point, and I will take the ugly side of the men.

You can go show business, we know the record business. There is an unseen elephant of the room, where "You all, you want me to produce this record,

you have to give me something in return." Hold on. We may not like it. We may find it deplorable and ugly, but that is not rape. And, if she did

that and it is ugly but the casting couch in entertainment.

GUERRERO: Wow.

ODUOLOWU: And if that is what happened --

SCHACHER: Wow!

ODUOLOWU: If that is what happened --

COOMBS: Whoa.

PINSKY: So, I will tell you what. I will say what I am going to do. Let me go to the camera here. All right. I am going to leave the room and

tear him apart limb from limb. Quite a spectacle. If I leave they will actually tear him apart.

SCHACHER: OK. Can I chime in here.

COOMBS: Wait, wait, wait.

SCHACHER: First and foremost, there are a lot of men that I have talked to and teenagers that support Kesha. OK? So, it is not men against women.

OK. Second of all, I think it speaks -- first of all, it is a representation of just how persuasive rape culture is in our society today,

not only on college campuses but in the record industry, in the music industry.

PINSKY: In Segun`s brain.

SCHACHER: In Segun`s brain.

ODUOLOWU: Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!

SCHACHER: Wait a second.

ODUOLOWU: Whoa! Whoa!

SCHACHER: Kesha, there is such a small percentage of victims of sexual assault, abuse, rape that come out with false accusations. Segun, that are

falsely accusing. That is a small, small, small percentage.

PINSKY: But, Sam I agree with you; however, and obviously, I am going to say something equally as unpopular as what you said.

ODULOWU: Come on, Dr. Drew.

PINSKY: But, this is what troubles me about this is that not that -- you are absolutely right. Everything you said, I 100 percent agree with. The

rape culture exists. It is unspeakably horrific, but what bothers me as soon as somebody evokes the rape culture, the conversation stops.

SCHACHER: Well --

GUERRERO: Hold on. Hold on. Because this is more than just about the rape culture. This is about a corporation that had a teenager working for

that corporation. A young girl and they put a man over her. So, this is not just about rape culture. This is also about sexual harassment in the

workplace.

ODUOLOWU: That is not fair.

GUERRERO: This man was her boss.

PINSKY: Loni.

GUERRERO: This man was her boss.

ODUOLOWU: That is not cool.

COOMBS: OK. This is a contract that was signed with an 18-year-old with her mother involved.

ODUOLOWU: Thank you.

COOMBS: These contracts are done all the time. There are attorneys involved in both sides. They are heavily negotiated.

PINSKY: So, there are a lot in Dr. Luke`s side.

COOMBS: No. What I am saying is you have --

(CROSSTALKS)

PINSKY: One at a time. One at a time. One at a time.

COOMBS: We are talking about the legal process here. OK? We are talking about the contract and we are also talking about these allegations she is

making, but you have to go through the steps along the way.

This preliminary injunction that they were asking for was something that was thrown out by her attorneys that went beyond -- it was not actually

sitting there litigating the sexual allegations. It was something different saying, she does not want to have to work with him during the

time this trial is pending.

SCHACHER: Yes. I wonder why.

ODUOLOWU: Yes. But --

PINSKY: Hang on, Segun.

SCHACHER: Where is the proof? How come no one --

PINSKY: This is from the 2014 complaint in which Kesha claimed Dr. Luke raped her. Here is the reenactment. Here it is.

(BEGIN AUDIO REENACTMENT)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE SPEAKER: On another occasion after forcing Ms. Sebert to drink with him, Dr. Luke instructed Ms. Sebert to take what he described

as sober pills in order for her to sober up. Ms. Sebert took the pills and woke up the following afternoon naked in Dr. Luke`s bed sore and sick with

no memory of how she got there.

[21:30:09] Ms. Sebert immediately called her mother and made a fresh complaint, telling her that she was naked in Dr. Luke`s hotel room. She

did not know where her clothes were that Dr. Luke had raped her and that she needed to go to the emergency room. Dr. Luke repeatedly threatened

that if she ever told anyone about these abusive incidents, he would destroy both Ms. Sebert and her entire family.

(END AUDIO REENACTMENT)

PINSKY: And, new tape just surfaced tonight. Bombshell to quote, "Nancy", obtained by TMZ from a 2011 deposition. Kesha and her mother are being

questioned about comments her mom had allegedly made about Dr. Luke. His real name is Lucas Gottwald and it does not really match with the recent

complaints. So, take a listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERVIEWER: Did you ever have an intimate relationship with Dr. Gottwald?

KESHA: No. I do not know what my mother told to David. I know that I -- Dr. Luke never made sexual advances at me, so --

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERVIEWER: Were you ever told at any time prior to when you met with David for the first time that Luke had had a sexual

relationship of any kind with your daughter?

PEBE SEBERT, KESHA`S MOTHER: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERVIEWER: Had anyone told you that Gottwald had slipped Kesha a date rape drug?

PEBE: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERVIEWER: Were you told at any time prior to the meeting DAS at the Chatteu Marmont that Luke had given your daughter drugs

of any kind?

PEBE: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERVIEWER: Did Dr. Luke ever give you a rooffie?

KESHA: No.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: TMZ says the video had been sent to them by quote, "A Dr. Luke`s source" and that it was heavily edited. Sam.

SCHACHER: OK. You just had your arms up in the air like a Hail Mary moment. I am sorry. Often times with victims, Segun, they are scared. He

threatened to kill her dog. He threaten to take away her contract. He threatened -- listen --

ODUOLOWU: Her mom is there.

SCHACHER: OK. Segun, more often times than not, Segun victims are afraid to come forward, OK?

GUERRERO: And, this is why --

SCHACHER: And, this is one of the main reasons --

ODUOLOWU: But wait. But wait --

SCHACHER: And, number two, do not you think it is a little crazy that it speaks volumes that the majority of the music industry, and I am not just

talking about like Kelly Clarksons who have, by the way, worked with Dr. Luke and call him a crappy person, a very bad person, where is everybody

rallying around Dr. Luke? How come nobody is singing his praises?

ODUOLOWU: Wait a second. OK. So, here is the thing. If as, I always say, all I want is punishment for the guilty and justice for the victim.

If he did what he did, yeah, let him burn, but before that, let him get his day in court. And, under oath --

SCHACHER: Yes.

ODUOLOWU: Hold on a second. Under oath --

SCHACHER: There is a trial. The trial is set.

ODUOLOWU: Under oath, they asked her and her mom and they both said no. Now, if you want to say they are scared, I cannot legislate the scared in

the video.

PINSKY: OK. Hold on.

ODUOLOWU: No, but if I take them at their word, now they are lying.

PINSKY: Segun, hold on. Hold it.

SCHACHER: OK. If their contract is about to be destroyed --

PINSKY: Lisa, quick thought. A quick thought.

GUERRERO: Here is my thought. Let us take a breath and here is the problem with Sony. What parent in their right mind is ever going to let

their daughter sign with Sony? They have completely lost this fight.

PINSKY: Because of this.

GUERRERO: Because of this. This is terrible for Sony.

PINSKY: Dr. Luke took to Twitter to defend himself and said, quote, "It is sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous

and untrue." In another graphic, "But I feel confident when this is over. The lies will be exposed. The truth will prevail." Let me take a little

break here.

I got something from Wendy Williams. She rings in on this. A lot of people, there is a lot of celebrities who are coming in on, really on the

side of Kesha. And, I like that. I like that people are supporting Kesha in a bad situation regardless --

SCHACHER: Because they know Dr. Luke.

PINSKY: Well, regardless -- But we do not know him, regardless of where the truth lies. Let us get into it a little more. We are going to hear it

from Dr. Luke. More from him.

And, later, the man who stalked Erin Andrews and went to jail for it. Now, being sued by Erin for millions along with the hotel. Back after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:35:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PROTESTERS: Free Kesha now! Free Kesha now! Free Kesha now!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: She claims one of Sony`s producers, Dr. Luke, assaulted her, sexually abused her emotionally, physically.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED KESHA`S MALE SUPPORTER: It is inhumane. Everything about this trial is sickening.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: When a judge ruled that Kesha could not record with another label while the case is ongoing. The artist is looking

for the courts to terminate her six album deal with Dr. Luke and Sony records.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: She has her freedom, like no one should be forced to worked with someone that has sexually abused her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Kesha says she suffered years of sexual and emotional abuse at the hand of her music producer, so-called Dr. Luke. He says that is a lie.

She is just trying to get out of the contract. And, some say, maybe that contract is not so good and she got to do whatever she has to do to get out

of it.

Back with Sam, Loni, Segun and Lisa. I will give you one more tweet from Dr. Luke. It says, "Imagine if you or someone you love was publicly

accused of a rape, you knew they did not do. Imagine that."

And, of all the things in this story, that bothers me the most. When I said in the opening of this segment, when we start talking about the rape

culture, conversations stopped, because we are like mortified by the fact that we have a rape-filled culture. We do.

But, we got to sort of understand that this is a sword. This is a weapon if you accuse somebody of rape that could ruin someone`s life forever.

Segun, during the break said, "It is a bell that never gets unrung." I want to show you what Wendy Williams said on her show. Have a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WENDY WILLIAMS, TALK SHOW HOST, "THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW": Unfortunately, business is business and it sounds like it is fair, you know. And, if

everybody complained because somebody allegedly sexually abused them and was ripping them off, then contracts would be broken all the time, number

one. Number two, if she and her mom were so close, and Kesha is no spring chicken. I mean, you know, she is like, what? 30 years old or something

like that?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE CO-HOST: Yes.

[21:40:00] WILLIAMS: So, she was not stupid ten years ago, neither was her mother when the sexual abuse -- alleged sexual abuse started. Why were

not they rolling camera on it? You know, a camera up in the wig.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE CO-HOST: Right.

WILLIAMS: I mean it is so easy -- Men are so stupid, that if you are sexually abusing, it is so easy to catch you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Sam?

SCHACHER: I love Wendy Williams.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: I do, too.

SCHACHER: But, I --

PINSKY: For the record.

SCHACHER: Segun, you had stated that this is a bell that cannot be unrung for like a falsely accused person if this was Dr. Luke. Some -- a victim

is often times more than not, we are seeing this with Kesha as an example or brandished as a liar or they asked for it or they deserve it.

PINSKY: Horrible. Terrible.

SCHACHER: And, they are a victim. So, you have to see it from that point of view, too.

GUERRERO: And, the other thing that is important about this case, specifically, to Kesha is she has so many young women fans. So, the fact

that she has come forward and the rest of the entertainment world has embraced her for coming forward, she is really sending a strong message

that look -- maybe I did not come forward when I should have.

(CROSSTALKS)

PINSKY: Hang on. Let me read -- I am going to read the tweet -- can you guys put the tweets up for me from all the other -- we have like Demi

Lovato and things I could read all these different tweets of people in the industry, who are supporting for that very reason. And, I think --

GUERRERO: For being brave.

PINSKY: That is a reason to support this.

ODUOLOWU: Those are not fans. Those are peers.

COOMBS: I think we also tried to learn from the Bill Cosby thing.

PINSKY: Yes.

COOMBS: It took so long for people to believe and is trying to believe, you know --

PINSKY: Kelly Clarkson. You mentioned this earlier, Sam. Kelly Clarkson have worked with Dr. Luke, said, quote, "Trying not to say anything since I

cannot say anything nice about a person, so this is me not talking about Dr. Luke."

Demi Lovato tweeted, quote, "This is only going to make you stronger you brave and beautiful girl. Prayers are with you." Demi Lovato, I do know

about you, guys, she is a wonderful person.

SCHACHER: Uh-huh.

ODUOLOWU: Yes.

PINSKY: Lady Gaga, "There are people all over the world who love you and I can say truly, I am in awe of your bravery." And, those are good messages.

Forget where the truth lies. There is a message to be taken from women.

GUERRERO: That is my point.

ODUOLOWU: But, those are peers. Those are not fans --

SCHACHER: No.

GUERRERO: Hold on.

ODUOLOWU: We said that she has a lot of fans. Kesha has not been hot because Kesha is broke.

PINSKY: She is broke because she had a crappy contract.

ODUOLOWU: Hold on a second. Her music has not been charting. This is the same girl who went to rehab for drugs --

SCHACHER: Whoa.

GUERRERA: Wow.

ODUOLOWU: What I am saying is --

GUERRERO: Maybe she did drugs because she was sexual assaulted.

SCHACHER: Yes.

ODUOLOWU: Come on.

COOMBS: Hold on.

(CROSSTALKS)

PINSKY: Whoa! Hold on. I got to go to the phone. This is Kimberly Locke. She is a singer. American Idol finalist. Kimberly, what should we

do with all these controversies swirling around Kesha?

KIMBERLY LOCKE, RECORDING ARTIST: Wow, what a conversation.

PINSKY: Yes.

LOCKE: You know, I think that the fact that she was 18 years old when she signed her contract. You really have to pay attention to that aspect of

it, and --

PINSKY: So, let me interrupt you, Kimberly. Are you suggesting it was a bad contract, that a kid got into and now she wants out? That is at the

core of this? Is that what you are suggesting?

LOCKE: I am suggesting that she was a kid and obviously, if something like this happened, no one was protecting her.

PINSKY: Right.

SCHACHER: Right.

LOCKE: That is what I am saying.

PINSKY: Well, the mom is --

ODUOLOWU: The mom is there with her 18-year-old daughter --

PINSKY: We do not know. We do not know. We cannot substantiate anything. We do not know what happened back then. But, Kimberly, were you surprised

when Kesha made the allegations?

LOCKE: I was not surprised.

SCHACHER: Wow.

LOCKE: I think that we do not want to -- you know, we do not want to look at what is really going on --

PINSKY: Does this happen a lot? Does this kind of thing happen in the industry?

SCHACHER: Yes.

PINSKY: Sam says yes.

LOCKE: I am going to say, it happens more than we want to admit --

PINSKY: Yes.

(CROSSTALKS)

PINSKY: Kim, I am going to go back to my panel. I thank you. I thank you gave a very clear account of what you think is going on. I appreciate

that. Sam.

SCHACHER: Segun, you mentioned that these are her peers. It actually takes a lot of balls for these women to speak up, because newsflash, Dr.

Luke is a hit maker. He is way more of a golden boy to Sony in his record labels than any of these artists combined. He produces -- for them to

speak out --

ODUOLOWU: Dr. Luke pulling anything --

SCHACHER: -- for them to speak out against him can jeopardize their career --

ODUOLOWU: No, it cannot. It cannot cost them anything --

SCHACHER: That is not true.

ODUOLOWU: Female fans, Kelly Clarkson and Demi Lovato --

PINSKY: Loni, last word then I got to get out.

COOMBS: I think that it would be good for everyone, I think it is great to support Kesha, but let us wait until the trial goes. Let us hear the

evidence. OK?

PINSKY: Let us trust the process.

COOMBS: That is right.

PINSKY: There you go. All right. We are going to come back. We are going to get into the Erin Andrews story. Lisa is going to give me her

thoughts on this. We are back after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:45:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: An average Joe was able to stalk and shoot nude video of an ESPN sports reporter in her hotel room. Room 1051 at the

Nashville Marriot, where Erin Andrews was staying. Evidence the room security people had been tampered with. The eye piece hacksawed. That is

how this man took video of the sideline reporter while she was naked then posted it online.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

RANDY KINNARD, ERIN ANDREWS` LAWYER: The Nashville Marriott could have completely prevented this if they followed standards they were supposed to

follow. The room next to Erin Andrews? Excuse me, ah, you are going to have to call around and get permission for this or at least call Erin

Andrews and say there is somebody wants to stay next to you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: That is Erin Andrews, the sportscaster. She is suing Nashville Marriott and the man who had spied on her. He posted videos of her naked

on the internet. They were viewed 300 million times, everybody.

We think that thing gets out on the internet, it is not going to live forever. There you go. She wants $75 million. In 2010, the peeping tom

pleaded guilty to felony stalking, but Andrews was still shaken. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ERIN ANDREWS, SPORTSCASTER: I have screamed. I have cried. I have said to my family, why me? Why is this happening to me? It affects your

everyday life the way you communicate. The way you travel. The way you take double glances at people. It affects everything in your life.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

[21:50:13] PINSKY: Back with Sam, Loni, Segun and Lisa. Lisa, you actually had something similar happened to you.

GUERRERO: Well, when I was a sports caster, I worked at Fox Sports Net and I was on a show called "Best Damn Sports Show Period." And, one day

security called while we were on the set and they told me to get into my dressing room and lock the door.

A stalker, one of my stalkers has gotten onto the set and that they were worried that he was going to find me and the guy had flown from Florida

with a poster of mine and he broke in to Fox`s lot to try to find me.

As a female sportscaster, you are traveling all over the country. You are staying in strange hotels. You got a lot of male fans and you feel

vulnerable to somebody being able to contact you or stalk you. And, so I really feel for Erin Andrews.

As an investigative reporter after this news came out about her being stalked, in 2009 I went back to that hotel, the exact same hotel in

Nashville. The Marriott and I checked in, a couple of minutes later, my male colleague Jim Morey from "Inside Edition" checked in after I did. We

were doing an investigation to see --

PINSKY: But, wait. They would recognize Jim, right?

GUERRERO: No. They did not.

PINSKY: You are Jim Moray, whatever you want. You are partner --

GUERRERO: Not at all. Not at all. He was wearing a hat. I checked in as Lisa Guerrero. He checked in a few minutes later. And, on hidden camera,

he said I want to stay next to Lisa Guerrero`s room. Can you tell me where Lisa Guerrero is staying? This same hotel gave him -- First of all, they

said "Yes, she is staying here."

PINSKY: OK. So, that is already a problem.

GUERRERO: That is already a problem.

PINSKY: You see the look Loni just gave me.

GUERRERO: That is already a problem.

PINSKY: Not good.

GUERRERO: So, they confirmed that I was staying there.

PINSKY: Yes.

GUERRERO: They said, "Yes, Lisa Guerrero is staying here." You cannot get the room next to her because somebody is in that room, but here is the

floor she is staying on. I am going to give you a room on the floor above her. Same hotel.

PINSKY: A 19-year-old Vanderbilt student that is working the desk.

COOMBS: Yes, it is still, but that is not an excuse. I mean, you know, hotel safety is a priority and everyone should be trained to do that.

PINSKY: How bad is it? How bad is it?

COOMBS: OK. Apparently according to what is coming out in the trial right now, it was not as bad as that. They did not say, "Where she is staying?

I want to stay next to her."

PINSKY: But, what is their responsibility? What is their defense?

COOMBS: Well, there is no law in Tennessee that says they cannot give out this information surprisingly.

PINSKY: Wow. Lisa.

GUERRERO: First of all, they did give her -- they gave him the room right next to hers. So, they did tell him what room she is --

COOMBS: No, no. Are you talking about Erin Andrews. No.

GUERRERO: Yes.

COOMBS: What happened was, first of all, he calls from an inside phone and makes it sound like he is part of, you know, her group when he gets the

room number. Then he goes up and looks at the room number. Finds out what the number is next to it, goes down, we do not know if he is talking to the

same clerk and says, "Hey, you know, my room is not ready but I saw this other room is ready, can I get into that room?"

PINSKY: He is diabolic.

GUERRERO: Let us be clear. This is not the first -- Erin Andrews was not the only woman that he did this too. He had done this dozens of times to

other women that did not have any kind of fame.

PINSKY: Is this guy out of prison now?

SCHACHER: Right. He is a terrible person.

COOMBS: He is out of prison.

GUERRERO: But it was up to -- that employee should never have, -- the employee that I met should never have let my male colleague know that I was

there. But, here is the problem, after this happened, the Marriott said that they are going to train their employees but this is still happening

today. You got to watch Inside Edition, tonight.

PINSKY: You got to keep watching us, we got more to say. We will wrap it up after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:55:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

PINSKY: Sportscaster Erin Andrews suing her stalker and a hotel at Nashville for $75 million. Stalker pleaded guilty several years ago. He

served prison time, but Andrews is now taking the case further in civil court. Back with Sam, Loni, Segun and Lisa. Now, a lawyer for the hotel

suggested that Erin Andrews` career has thrived since this all happened. She is employed by Fox Sports. She has hosted "Dancing with the Stars."

Loni is that fair?

COOMBS: Well, it is true, she has thrived; however, if defined liability. They will go to damages and damages can be the impact on her emotions --

PINSKY: OK. So, hold on. So, it is just using each of our imagination. I am going to go down the line here. $75 million too much?

SCHACHER: That is not up for me to decide. No. That is not up for me to decide.

COOMBS: It is ridiculous.

PINSKY: It is ridiculous. Thank you. We heard it is ridiculous.

ODUOLOWU: He can afford it.

COOMBS: It is ridiculous.

SCHACHER: I have no problem with $75 million. Get them.

COOMBS: It has to be based on actual damages. Come on, people.

ODUOLOWU: Loni, Loni, Loni, what is your soul and sense of mind worth? Because they robbed -- they took that from her?

COOMBS: $75 million is too much.

ODUOLOWU: They took that from her.

COOMBS: And, she threw that number. She did not have a number. They said you got to put a number.

PINSKY: The attorney did it. The attorney did it.

COOMBS: So, she put it on there. To get the attention, to get the attention from the hotel and from the media. They know --

GUERRERO: For the rest of her career, she can never check into a hotel without being fearful. She, at one point, said she thought that the man

was going to kill her.

SCHACHER: Right.

(CROSSTALKS)

PINSKY: But, Lisa is making a separate point. Forget the money, what will she get? Couple million, probably?

COOMBS: Probably.

PINSKY: OK. But, Lisa, you have a very important point. The stalker stuff is no bologna. Having stalkers is dangerous. Simple stalking,

people that do that have significant psychiatric problems. They tend to be dangerous and they do not respond to traditional measures to get them under

control. Things like the barrier. What do you call those court --

ODUOLOWU: Body guards.

COOMBS: Restraining orders.

PINSKY: Restraining orders do not do, they inflame them more.

GUERRERO: Yes, they does.

PINSKY: And, they tend -- because they have personality disorders, they tend not to respond or not be willing to go to treatment. And, we do not

have a lot of good remedies to keep them in treatment. I had a terrible stalker once. Thank God, he was a drug addict. That can get better, guys.

Guess what? There are certain psychiatric problems that can resolve completely. And, my guy got his drug addiction treated and was

significantly --

GUERRERO: But, if this man is a sex offender, you cannot fix that.

PINSKY: That may not be something you can fix.

GUERRERO: Right.

PINSKY: That is exactly right.

ODUOLOWU: 75 is on the low end for my peace of mind.

COOMBS: Well, that is where she is going to get the damages from is that not from the financial, because her career has been fine, it is the

emotional impact.

SCHACHER: Correct.

PINSKY: DVR us. Watch us any time. We thank you all. Check out our Facebook page. Follow us on Twitter. Good job panel. We thank you all

for watching as well as you. And, I will see you next time.

[22:00:00] (AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)
