(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

[21:00:16] DR. DREW PINSKY, HLN HOST OF "DR. DREW" PROGRAM (voice-over): Tonight, there is no stopping Donald Trump.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DONALD TRUMP (R) PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: Now, we are going to get greedy for the United States. We are going to grab, and grab and grab.

(TRUMP SUPPORTERS CHEERING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY (voice-over): As the billionaire thanks supporters.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: I love the poorly educated.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY (voice-over): Plus an accused housewife claims she did not hire a hit man to kill her husband. She said it was all just an act for reality

television. Her attorney is here. And, an actor`s shocking confession online.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TERRY CREWS, ACTOR: For years, years, my dirty little secrets was that I was addicted to pornography.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY (voice-over): Let us get started.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

PINSKY (on camera): Let us start with Donald Trump, the man who loves to win. He has done it again. This time in Nevada with a victory speech that

was classic Trumpology. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: You know, we were not expected -- a couple of months ago, we were not expected to win this one. You know that, right? We were not. Of

course, if you listen to the pundits, we were not expected to win too much. And, now we are winning, winning, winning.

We get greedy, right? Now, we are going to get greedy for the United States. We are going to grab and grab and grab. We are going to bring in

so much money and so much everything. And, soon, the country is going to start winning, winning, winning.

(TRUMP SUPPORTERS CHEERING AND APPLAUDING)

TRUMP SUPPORTERS: Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: I want to create a whole new terminology around Donald Trump, as it occurs now. I just invented that word Trumpology. So, let us see how

that takes. Joining us, Rolonda Watts, host of the podcast, "Rolonda On Demand." Jane Velez-Mitchell, author, founder of JaneUnchain.com. Both

have some opinions about Mr. Trump.

Don lemon, anchor CNN tonight and Jacob Wohl, back with us tonight, 18- year-old entrepreneur and Trumpophile and Erin Elmore, former "Apprentice" contestant. She also is a Trump fan. And, Don, I am going to start with

you. First of all, I wanted to say, this is the first time Don Lemon has sat with us on this set. You have been on the show before.

DON LEMON, CNN ANCHOR: Yes.

(APPLAUDING)

PINSKY: So, welcome. Welcome.

LEMON: I used to sit in the studio.

PINSKY: And, I know you are taking over our set for the Oscars.

LEMON: I am.

PINSKY: We are going to exploit you tonight.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: So, is this train stoppable?

LEMON: No.

PINSKY: No. You predicted something --

LEMON: From the very beginning, when first I -- I was one of the first person people to interview him after he decided to run for president when

he declared it. And, if you tell me you are going to run for president, I am going to take you seriously.

But, I have to say that, after I did that first interview and especially after the second one, I started to feel sort of this whisper thing campaign

that you heard around President Obama, or then-candidate Obama.

PINSKY: It felt the same.

LEMON: It felt -- people would say, "You know," I look around. "I like that guy. I like that guy." "Trump, Trump." And, it came from people

youwould at least expected. It came from democrats. It came from gay people. It came from people of color. It even came from Hispanic, from

Latinos.

PINSKY: I got to tell you. We had this audience filled with Trump supporters. And, it was not Caucasian.

LEMON: Yes.

PINSKY: It was not under educated, even though he loves the uneducated. I think he said that. Let me show you -- He actually thanks the people. I

think he includes those groups in here. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: We are the smartest people with the most loyal people. So, we won the evangelicals. We won with young. We won with old. We won with highly

educated. We won with poorly educated. I love the poorly educated.

(TRUMP SUPPORTERS CHEERING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Is it fair on the campaign in Nevada. Go ahead.

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, JOURNALIST: Dr. Drew, of course, I love you, Don Lemon. But, I have to say, the people I am talking to are horrified and

terrified. And, talking about leading the country. Anne Frank`s stepsister compared his rise to the rise of Hitler. Yes, he is amusing and

talks about winning, winning, winning. Who does it remind me of? Charlie sheen.

LEMON: Look, who does not like winning?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Look, what he is today? Another megalomania.

LEMON: Jane. Jane. Jane. I am not saying that you are wrong. I hear that as well. But, I think people underestimate his appeal. And, I have

been especially around staunch liberals and staunch conservatives, right? The people who are part of the conservative establishment. And, they under

estimate him as well. I think he is speaking for people who are unheard, who think that their voices are not heard.

PINSKY: But, Don, let me interrupt you. I want to go out to Erin and ask Erin, who is a supporter. Why is that? Why is he underestimated?

ERIN ELMORE, FORMER "THE APPRENTICE" CONTESTANT: Well, I do not think he is underestimated. I think, as I said all along, the numbers do not lie.

And, now, the election results do not lie. Look what she did in Nevada. Almost 50 percent of people turned out for him. They are rich. They are

poor. They are black. They are white.

They are educated. They are uneducated. It does not matter. Everyone is seriously sick of the career politician. They are cookie cutter. They are

rhetoric. They are insiders in Washington. And, people just do not want it. They want some change.

PINSKY: Now, Erin, there is an interesting thing about our panel tonight. Three of the five panelists here have actually met Donald Trump, right?

You used to worked with him in New York. Don, you have interviewed him. Erin, you were on "The Apprentice." As you had met him --

[21:05:01] VELEZ-MITCHELL: I met him briefly.

PINSKY: You met him briefly as well. OK. So, four -- Jacob?

WOHL: I cannot comment on it.

PINSKY: I met him too. I think, I had dinner with him one night. I was a judge on Miss U.S.A. or something. Yes, Miss U.S.A., years and years

ago. I had dinner with Donald Trump. I was not thinking that I was dealing with a presidential candidate. Did you guys think you might be at

the time?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: No, no. He seems very arrogant to me.

ELMORE: I always knew it.

PINSKY: Erin. Even back when you are in "The Apprentice," you thought, yourself, this guy is going to be a presidential contender?

ELMORE: He was always planting seeds even back then. Well, maybe, I will run for president. I can do it. I am a good man. I have vision.

PINSKY: OK. All right.

JACOB WOHL, 18-YEAR-OLD ENTREPRENEUR/TRUMP SUPPORTER: Yes, because there is nothing controversial about winning. And, you know what? It takes one

to know one. And, it looks like Donald Trump is a winner, and the American people are seeing that, more and more.

And, you know, that is why you have people like Jeb Bush dropped out of the race. Backed with 120 million and he is gone. And, there is this big

debate about campaign finance. And I, you know, especially talking to young people about Bernie because he is not -- he does not have the

establishment backing.

PINSKY: Well, Trump, certainly, does not.

WOHL: No.

PINSKY: But, he is part of the people that used to be the campaign backers. I think maybe that is not highlighted so much. Why? What is the

matter, Jane?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I just want to say. He is winning amongst republicans. I mean let us keep this in context. Everybody said, "He won

the Latino vote." He won the Latino vote of republicans in Nevada, a very strange group indeed." OK?

WOHL: Oh, come on.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: So, let us keep this in perspective, because there are so many people who are so horrified by his candidacy, who are democrats, who

are progressives, who are women, and feel that Hillary Clinton will rise up now, stop Bernie Sanders and take control.

LEMON: There you go. That is the ideology speaking.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: No. Not ideology.

LEMON: Just because you see the reality, it does not mean that I support Donald Trump. I do not. I am not supporting anyone for president. I am a

journalist. But, I see the people, who are staunch opponents of Donald Trump, ideologically, underestimating and saying, "No, there is not way for

this man!" It is like, wake up. This man could be the next president of the United States. But, from the beginning, he is going to be a nominee.

PINSKY: I was talking to Rob Schneider, the comedian actor, a couple nights ago. And, he said to me -- we were sort of reminiscing about the

rise of Ronald Reagan. He said, "Do you remember there was this huge campaign.

LEMON: Same thing.

PINSKY: Well, they said the same thing. They said, "He is an actor. What is the big deal?" "That is impossible." They said, "He is going to cause

a nuclear war." Remember that? But, then they had a campaign where they said, "Listen to this. Listen to his words, side by side. It is the

strangest sounding thing you ever heard. `President Reagan.` Weird. Can you imagine that?" That is what we were saying in 1979.

WOHL: And, even a year ago, we were talking Jeb and Hillary. Jeb was low energy as Donald Trump pointed out and now he is gone. And, you know,

Hillary is one of the most corrupt individuals out there and now it is showing in the poll numbers.

(LAUGHING)

ROLONDA WATTS, HOST OF "ROLONDA ON DEMAND" PODCAST: Well, I was just going to say, this is also taking the temperature in our nation. But, there are

so many people who are anti-establishment right now.

PINSKY: Yes. Yes.

WATTS: And, so, it is a vote of anger so much.

PINSKY: Yes. That is a one universal I found. Everyone is angry, angry.

WATTS: That is a one universal.

PINSKY: And, they like the idea if somebody saying, "Hey, follow me, I am going to make this better."

LEMON: No.

PINSKY: How are you doing that? We are just going to do it. Do not worry.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: We have an earning problem.

LEMON: You know, you are right. People are angry. They are hurting.

WOHL: And, who can do it? And, people are looking to Trump and saying, "He has built billion dollar businesses. He is that guy."

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And, he has had four bankruptcies. Four business bankruptcies.

WOHL: Through his businesses --

JANE-MICTHELL: Yes.

WOHL: Which is a legal --

JANE-MICTHELL: It is legal, but it is not something you should applaud.

PINSKY: Next up, Trump`s wife rushes to his defense. If she was here tonight, we would hear from Melania, but you will hear from her just a

minute. And, later, a well-known actor, great guy goes online. He talks about his addiction to pornography and he will help others as a result. I

will get into that. We are back after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:10:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: The evangelicals were supposed to go with Cruz. But, you know what? Honestly, I won the evangelicals by a lot. You saw that, right? I

won short people, tall people. I won fat people, skinny people. I won highly educated, OK educated and practically not educated at all. I love

them all.

(TRUMP SUPPORTERS CHEERING)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: I love the OK educated. Donald Trump, laundry list of thank yous as he racks up many wins now during last night`s speech in Nevada. He

acknowledged his sons. And, I thought this was interesting. Have a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: So, I want to begin by thanking my boys. Eric has been all over the place making speeches. He is getting better than me, so I am a little

jealous. And, Don went up to Elko, where you are all over, right? And, he loves the rifle stuff. This is serious rifle. This is serious NRA, both

of them.

(TRUMP SUPPORTERS CHEERING)

Both of them. We love the second amendment, folks. Nobody loves it more than us. So, just remember that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: I am back with Rolonda, Jane, Don, Jacob and Erin. And, Janes, I am going to give you a chance to talk about loving the NRA. I know you

feel profoundly --

JANE-MICTHELL: Well, yes, I think the Trump children are also go hunting these animals.

PINSKY: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: You know, it is like -- if we want to advance as a species, let us stop calling this whole existence called life a zero sum

game. Let us --

PINSKY: Uh-oh. The 18-year-old has something to say.

JANE-MICTHELL: Let us understand that if we live together --

PINSKY: Hold on.

WOHL: The second amendment is a constitutional right and there is a serious talk on the left about compromising that. And, you know,

obviously, people are very concerned about that, and that is what Trump is speaking to. People are concerned that their rights are going to be taken

and Trump is playing right into it.

PINSKY: Guys, I will let it drop there. I want to get off the set in a moment -- for a second with fourth amendment --

LEMON: Second amendment.

WOHL: Second amendment.

(LAUGHING)

LEMON: That is like a 14-hour conversation.

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: Yes. It is a very long conversation. And, I want to talk to Erin, because you know Donald Trump`s sons. And, I want to -- and you also

--

ELMORE: I do.

PINSKY: You met them with "The Apprentice." Is that right?

ELMORE: I met them after "The Apprentice." I got to spend a lot of time with them --

PINSKY: I want to stop you.

ELMORE: -- and also with his daughter and wife, too.

PINSKY: OK. And, I want to tell you that everybody I know -- and I know a lot of people who have done the apprentice, one thing they say is that the

way his children, Donald Trump`s children, speak about him -- they speak about him with great respect, and admiration and love.

And, that to me speaks volumes. Because we can call him a narcissist, because let us face it, he got those qualities. I mean that is just what

it is. But, then, to run for president --

ELMORE: He is an alpha male.

PINSKY: Well, it is narcissistic features. It is just what it is. But, a real narcissist losses empathy and has trouble raising kids that feel

connected to them. So, to me, this is not that. These are children -- adult children now, that feel very connected to their father. That is a

pretty strong endorsement. And, everyone I have spoken to, who has been on "The Apprentice" mentions that. Is that you, too?

[21:15:15] ELMORE: I mean, I think that is not even enough to say about them. You do not see these kids stumbling out of nightclubs or getting

arrested. They have families. They have great careers. They are philanthropists. They conduct themselves in business professionally in

doing amazing jobs they are doing so.

They shake your hand, look you in the eye, and remember your name. These are good kids. These are good people. They are high functioning adults.

You see rich kid syndrome every single day, and none of his kids have this. So, that is a testament to who he is as a person.

PINSKY: All right. Don, you agree with that?

LEMON: I have been with all of his kids, yes. You know, I have not spent that much time with them but when I go -- when you go to Trump Tower to

interview him, he takes you in to his kids` offices. There is Ivanka`s office and then there is Don`s officer --

PINSKY: Why do not we see more of her?

LEMON: And, they are all right there. They are all very nice. They are all very nice. And, you will hear they say, "Hey, dad! How are you

doing?" And, he will just say, "Put on a jacket if you are going to take a picture." "That is right, I should go get my jacket, dad."

PINSKY: They do not feel like, "Dad, I am fine."

LEMON: No, no, no, no.

PINSKY: But, Ivanka is extremely powerful.

WATTS: She is amazing. I have not met her, but I admire her.

PINSKY: Right. Jane?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I am just listening.

(LAUGHING)

LEMON: Of course, you do not know what people are like privately, right? They could have rich kid syndrome . But, I think she is right.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: There are others.

LEMON: They do not fall out of clubs. They are not drinking. They are not -- you know what I mean. You do not see them in the tabloids.

WOHL: They are admirable young people.

LEMON: Yes.

PINSKY: But, Jane.

JANE-MICTHELL: They are hunting animals --

PINSKY: Go ahead, Jane. That is all right.

JANE-MICTHELL: They are. I have seen pictures of them big game hunting.

PINSKY: And, I have had --

WOHL: What is wrong with big game hunting?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: There is a lot wrong with big game hunting.

WOHL: Nothing wrong with it. It is legal, moral.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: That is invading our wildlife populations and we are causing many, many animals to go into --

PINSKY: That is a separate topic. I am going to put that with the second amendment. We need to forget that for a second. You have not met Ivanka,

though, right?

(LAUGHING)

WATTS: No. I have not, but I admire her as a young woman. Just watching "The Apprentice." You can tell she comes from some good home training and

she is very professional.

PINSKY: Yes.

WATTS: I -- I --

PINSKY: What is the matter?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I am just losing my mind. This is a candidate who has used words that I cannot we repeat on this show, because I would get the

show in trouble. And, we are talking about how polite and well behaved and wonderful everybody is.

WATTS: Blah, blah, blah. You want me to use those words?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I challenge you.

PINSKY: What do they have to do with it? I mean what kind of words?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, you know, the words that Donald Trump has used. Hillary got bleeped in the last election by Obama.

PINSKY: OK. OK.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: OK. I like to --

WATTS: He is calling people liars, something like that.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I would like to punch somebody in the face.

LEMON: He is talking about pussy willow, pussy cat.

PINSKY: Erin, who was it talking about the shock? Show me that footage about the shock and awe sort of strategy he uses. Here is comes. I asked

Scottie Nell Hughes last night his winning strategy. And, she brought up this whole issue of how he uses shock and awe in his negotiations.

I start to think, I think that is how he is conducting everything in his life. This whole campaign is just about a giant negotiation management

that he is accustomed to using or managing as you will hear here.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SCOTTIE NELL HUGHES, CHIEF POLITICAL CORRESPONDENT, USA RADIO: Go read his book, "The Art of the Deal." He explains what he does. Go in, it is kind

of a shock and awe, take all the air out of the room. People may not know what you are saying, but they see your face over and over and over, whether

good or bad. It worked. It gets that name brand in their mind. That is why he is winning, because people know his name.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Then he says outrageous things. And, the next day, he says something else outrageous. You are in this sort of defensive moment, where

you got poor Ted Cruz like trying to catch his balance, because a machine gun is being fired in his direction. Trump`s wife, Melania spoke to

MSNBC`s Mika Brzezinski. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MIKA BRZEZINSKI, MSNBC HOST OF "MORNING JOE" PROGRAM: What was it that you saw in Donald when you met him or fell in love with him?

MELANIA TRUMP, DONALD TRUMP`S WIFE: His mind, amazing mind. And, very smart, very charming, great energy. We have a great relationship. We are

our own people. I am my own person. He is his own person. And, I think that is very important. I do not want to change him. He does not want to

change me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Rolonda, what do you think?

WATTS: Well, she is absolutely beautiful.

LEMON: Gorgeous.

WATTS: That you can say. Will she be a first lady? I do not know.

PINSKY: She addressed some of the name calling directed towards her husband. Take a look at this clip from MSNBC.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MELANIA TRUMP: We know that people will judge him and people will call names. And, they do not give him enough credit. From June that he

announced, they do not give him enough credit.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BRZEZINSKI: Many felt he had insulted Mexicans.

MELANIA TRUMP: No. I do not feel he insulted the Mexicans. He said illegal immigrants. He did not talk about everybody. And, after few weeks

or like after two weeks, giving him a hard time and bashing him in the media, they turn around, they said "You know what? He is right."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

[21:20:00] PINSKY: Now, Don, I got to let you go in a couple of minutes. It has been a privilege having you here with us in the studio. And, I know

-- you said you are going to take it over in a couple of days. But, I had John Vaus in here from CNN international a couple days ago. And, he is an

Australian fellow. And, I finally look at him and I went, "This is strange, is not that?"

Is not it strange? Are not we weird here in America? And, you have been through a number of presidential campaigns. What are we into here? What

is this? I feel like I am watching great entertainment, but I do not know if I am watching -- what I am watching?

LEMON: It is like nothing we have ever seen. And, I think that, you know, people have the right to be whatever they want. And, rather than being

afraid of it, I think that we should just sort of open our minds to understand what other people are going through. Why is Trump?

PINSKY: Wait a minute. I do not understand what you mean by that.

LEMON: Well, people are -- As Jane was saying, "Oh, well, people are afraid. You know, afraid of this and afraid of that. OK. Maybe you

should be a little bit more curious about why your neighbor is attracted to vote for someone like that.

PINSKY: Don, you hit the nail on the head for me.

LEMON: Yes.

PINSKY: I want to pick these people apart and go, "What is happening?"

LEMON: What is the matter with you?

PINSKY: We have an 18-year-old, as an entrepreneur, in there. I want to know what is this?

WOHL: Trump is rekindling the American dream for millions and millions of people. And, that is what you are seeing play out. They are saying, you

know, low opportunity in the economy. You are seeing Bernie talk about 90 percent taxes and Trump is coming in and saying, "Let us get rich." You

know, that is always an appealing argument.

LEMON: So, why does Bernie Sanders have an appeal? Why does Hillary Clinton have an appeal? So, instead of being angry and going into our

corners, because when we go into our corners, you would never get anything accomplished.

PINSKY: I agree.

LEMON: We just call people names and say, "Oh, my gosh, what is going on here?" Well, why do you like Bernie Sanders? Why does this attracts you

about Donald Trump? What do you like so much about Hillary Clinton? And, then, maybe you can understand your neighbor and maybe you can teach them

something or you can reach some common ground.

PINSKY: I am talking to the CNN brass out there and to my producers, and to your procedures, because Don and I need to do a town hall where we take

a giant group of people and we do exactly that, and we figure out what this is appealing. What makes the people tick to get behind these various

candidates?

Next up, the housewife and the hit man. She says she was not arranging a murder. She was merely acting for a reality show. I mean, of course, of

course. Back after this.

(LAUGHING)

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:25:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE SPEAKER: She meets undercover Agent Widy Jean because she wants to kill her husband Mike Dippolito.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WIDY JEAN, UNDERCOVER AGENT: When it is done, you know, you are not going to have an opportunity to change your mind.

DALIA DIPPOLITO, WIFE OF MIKE DIPPOLITO: No. There is no, like -- I am determined already. I am positive.

JEAN: OK.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: -- like 5,000 percent sure. I am a lot tougher than what I look. I know you came here, and "Oh what a cute little girl" or

whatever, you know, but I am not.

(LAUGHING)

JEAN: Yes, you are. You are extremely beautiful.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Thank you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: In 2011, that woman, Dalia Dippolito, was convicted of hiring a hit man to kill her husband. Police had been tipped off to her plan and

staged a crime scene at her house telling her that the husband had been killed. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE POLICE OFFICER: Listen, we have a report of a disturbance at your house and there were shots fired. Is your husband

Michael? OK. I am sorry to tell you, ma`am, he has been killed.

(DAHLIA DIPPOLITO SOBBING)

DALIA DIPPOLITO: No, no.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE POLICE OFFICER: Try to calm down.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE POLICE OFFICER: Stop crying --

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Wow! She would have been good on a reality show. Seven years later, now, facing a new trial, Dalia said she did not plan her husband`s

murder. She claims all part of an act, part of a plan to become famous online with her husband. This was all planned with her husband and their

friend, all together. Just figure this out. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: That was all scripted?

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: And Mohamed told you to say that, "I am a lot tougher than I look?"

DALIA DIPPOLITO: I had to go in that meeting with Widy Jean, and as though, you know, that is what I wanted to have done.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: That is all Mohamed told you to say, right?

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Yes. He told me to say that.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Yes. 5,000 percent sure?

DALIA DIPPOLITO: I needed to project confidence. And, yes, that is what he -- He told me I needed to make it look believable.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Back with Rolonda, Jane, Darren Kavinoky, Attorney, host of "Deadly Sins" on Discovery I.D., Brian Claypool, Brian is the attorney for

Dalia Dippolito. And, I got Tiffanie Davis Henry. Our friend we have not had for a little while, Psychotherapist. Tiffanie, it is so great to see

you.

All right. Now, she said she is not just a cute little girl. She has to project confidence. And, I know we got Brian here, but anybody have

trouble believing -- Jane, what do you say?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: She is like Jodi Arias.

DARREN KAVINOKY, ATTORNEY: Yes, she went to the Jodi Arias School of acting. I am not going to say that she went to the Jodi Arias School of

acting, but if she had I think she did well.

PINSKY: You just said it. He would never say that.

WATTS: Listen. If she was that good of an actor, she needs to be out here in those audition rooms with me out here in Hollywood. Listen, that is

ridiculous.

PINSKY: Brian, you understand that everyone watching the show has got to have the same reaction which is, "Oh, come on now." How do you defend a

lady like this? She is seen on video planning a murder, executing it, being convicted of it. It is overturned because the jury was tainted or

something due to a selection process, which "OK, that is the process." How do you get out of this now?

BRIAN CLAYPOOL, ATTORNEY FOR THE ACCUSED: Drew, this is bigger than Dalia Dippolito. This case is about safeguarding all of our constitutional

rights, whether you like her or not, whether she is attractive, fat, skinny, she is entitled to constitutional protection. What I am trying to

bring attention to in this case is this police department entrapped her. They put pieces of cheese in front of her to draw her in to do these

videos.

PINSKY: To be a murderer ?

CLAYPOOL: Listen. They violated just about every policy and procedure within that police department to get her to do those videotapes.

PINSKY: So, you are saying --

WATTS: But, who -- Go.

PINSKY: Go ahead, Rolonda.

WATTS: But who got her to poison his tea from Starbucks before all this happened?

[21:30:00] CLAYPOOL: Yes. Well, that is fiction, too. There is no evidence of that. And, there has been no criminal investigation about it.

That is the problem with this case. Everybody looked at this case -- Looked at those videos and they went right to the conclusion. What I am

trying to do now is tell people about chapters one through ten.

PINSKY: Brian.

CLAYPOORL: Now, she is entrapped.

PINSKY: Brian, did O.J. do it?

(LAUGHING)

And, Jane -- he has got -- I am a little sympathetic in the fact that they were filming episodes of "Cops" around her at the time in which they setup

that alleged murder scene. That is pretty outrageous stuff, right?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, cops is a show and they shoot police. I do not think there is anything outrageous about that in and of itself, but I think

this is -- I Love you and I love Eiglarsh.

CLAYPOOL: Your nose is wrong.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: But, it is the silliest defense since the Twinkie defense, really. I mean --

(LAUGHING)

PINSKY: Kavinoky is going to defend Brian.

KAVINOKY: What I think this really turns on and what cannot be ignored is that the focus has to be on whether what law enforcement did is objectively

reasonable. Take her out of the equation for a second --

PINSKY: You both sound such a double talk to me, but you are supposed to do, right? You are doing your job as a defender.

KAVINOKY: No. It is not double talk. It is really about having integrity of the system and what is it that we are allowing police officers to do?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Let me tell you something. The cops may very well have saved this man`s life. She wanted to kill her husband. And, thank God her

friends went to the cops, and they set up this phony scenario --

PINSKY: OK, Brian, what you do you say?

CLAYPOOL: This is a mockery of the criminal justice system, Jane. This was never a credible criminal investigation. This was a casting call by

this police department to make a sensational episode of "Cops" and they broke all the rules to make sure Dalia would be their lead actress on that

episode.

PINSKY: Now, speaking of her being the lead actress, here she is crying for you all on the stand yesterday. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Mr. Williams did not play the rest of that jailhouse call, did he?

DALIA DIPPOLITO: No, he did not.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Were you afraid during this undercover investigation?

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Yes. I was afraid.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: No further questions, your honor.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Now, Tiffanie, you are a psychotherapist. And, it is hard to make much of her crying on the stand after you have seen her pretend crying

outside of her house after we saw her husband allegedly shot. But, if you were treating this woman would not you feel like you were treating Tony

Soprano?

TIFFANIE DAVIS HENRY, PH.D., PSYCHOTHERAPIST: I would. I definitely would feel a little Dr. Melfyish. I felt as though. You know, the most

challenging thing for me was really that, you know, in this scenario which she says is made up and it was scripted, nobody has ever seen the script.

She actually came forth with real cash money during the transaction. And, nobody else is corroborating her story. If she was in psychotherapy, I

would want some collateral. I would want someone else to say yes, this is true?

PINSKY: And, Tiffanie, if you are not seeing the collateral evidence, what would you expect you are dealing with here?

DAVIS HENRY: I would say the whole Cluster B Axis II. It is a personality disorders. It is for sure. A little borderline. A little histrionic. A

little narcissistic, a little this and little that.

KAVINOKY: All of those things used to describe me.

PINSKY: Darren, we used to describe -- I mean, Kavinoky, we used to described him --

DAVIS HENRY: But we say that with love, Darren.

PINSKY: We say with peace and love and we used to say it about him when he was -- that is another story for another time, right?

(CROSSTALKS)

DAVIS HENRY: That is another segment.

PINSKY: But, you do, Tiffanie, bring up a number of terminologies that we were using on a regular basis when we are describing Jodi Arias.

DAVIS HENRY: Absolutely. And, it is eerily similar, is not it, Drew?

PINSKY: Eerily similar. We will keep the conversation going. Later, a dirty little secret confessed online by an actor who tells us about his

porn addiction. Terry Crews, great guy. Back after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:35:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERROGATOR: Your husband is well and a alive.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Thank God.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERROGATOR: Oh, yeah, thank God?

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Please, can I see him?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERROGATOR: No. He does not want to see you.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Oh my God.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERROGATOR: He does not want to see you.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Please.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERROGATOR: You better quit your playing, listen to me.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: Oh my God. Oh my God.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERROGATOR: I want you to quit your acting and get this over with.

DALIA DIPPOLITO: I am not.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE INTERROGATOR: Yes, you are. OK. You know what? You need a real good attorney. You need a real good attorney, because we are

going to show him the film where you say you are 5,000 percent sure you want him dead.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: And, she did get some good attorneys. She got convicted five years ago, Dalia Dippolito, of hiring a hit man to kill her husband. The

conviction overturned due to improper jury selection. And, this is not the first we are hearing from her as she testifies in a pretrial hearing.

We are back with Rolonda, Jane, Darren, Brian, and Tiffanie. Listen to the husband. The almost victim, Michael, describing the relationship the two

have had. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MICHAEL DIPPOLITO: I thought we had a good marriage. We had some issues, you know. But, you know, I was in love with my wife. I married her and I

wanted a future with her. So, you know, I thought we were doing well.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: And, now -- now, this is what he thinks of her. Watch.

MICHAEL DIPPOLITO: This girl does not feel sorry for anything. She still does not think she did anything. And, believe me, I do not want to get up

here and be nasty, but the reality is, I sit and listen to this. Even, today, we are talking about a retrial.

Retrial for what? What is it we are doing? Who did not understand what happened here? They still do not want to admit anything happened. Nothing

bad happened. It is all good. Let us just go home and it is fine. I am not OK.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Brian, he is not OK. But, you say the police chief was planning a big viewing party and these are some of the pieces of evidence that suggest

this whole situation was tainted.

CLAYPOOL: Drew, the hallmark of a criminal investigation and you all have to agree with this is integrity, preserving the integrity of the

investigation. There was zero integrity in this investigation. There were over 500 phone calls made by the informant to Dalia Dippolito.

[21:40:07] Guess what? None of those phone calls were recorded. We do not know what was said. My client says, she was backing out of this. She

was being threatened to go forward with this. Well, we do not have that information, because the police department cherry picked the investigation.

WATTS: I am sorry. But nobody --

(CROSSTALK)

PINSKY: Wait. Wait. Rolonda. Rolonda.

WATTS: Wait a minute. I do not care how much cherry picking is going on, you are not going to get me to admit I am going to go murder somebody,

particularly my husband.

PINSKY: Let me look at an interview from ABC`s 20/20, where she talks about how she is doing now.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Your every move is monitored.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE INTERVIEWER: She is under house arrest accused of solicitation to commit murder, tethered to an ankle bracelet .

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DALIA DIPPOLITO: It does not come off at all.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE INTERVIEWER: She said she is on medication for what is unsurprising depression and anxiety. And, that faith gets her through each

day.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DALIA DIPPOLITO: I feel like I am casting away the negativity and just really bringing it light.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(END VIDEOTAPE)

PINSKY: To be depressed and angry, she should be elated and joyful, but she is not in prison it seems to me. I want to ask a Tiffanie question,

Darren, which is, Tiffanie, she says she is in intensive psychotherapy also, and that she is on meds for depression, anxiety, whatever. Do not we

need to really know a lot more about her previous history if any of us are really going to understand who this woman is?

DAVIS HENRY: Absolutely.

PINSKY: Yes.

DAVIS HENRY: I think psychological records should be uncovered. And, in some ways, I think it should be admissible to see if there is any pattern

of this type of behavior before. It does not surprise me that she would be stressed, and anxious and depressed. But, unlike you, Drew, first thing I

thought is, you know what? You should be thanking your lucky stars that you are not behind a jail cell while you await in your trial. She is

lucky.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I am confused. Maybe the defense attorney can explain this to me. She claims this was, "Oh, it was not a real hit. It was a

T.V. show. We were trying to do a reality T.V. show," except she could have shot that without involving the police. And, she did not even know

that police were secretly videotaping.

PINSKY: Well, I think she is saying --

CLAYPOOL: It was not her idea to go to police. It was the informant`s idea to go to the police. And, then when he went to the police, it got out

of hands. She was like, "Look, I do not want the police involved." And, by then he was having to threaten her because the police department was

threatening to prosecute him unless they got her on tape.

PINSKY: Tiffanie, what do you say?

DAVIS HENRY: Tiffanie, here is the thing. I watch a lot of reality T.V., probably more than I should have seen --

PINSKY: I am sorry for that. Yes, way more than you should. Way more than is good.

(LAUGHING)

DAVIS HENRY: Way more than I should, but I have never, ever, ever seen a reality T.V. show that followed someone who is planning to murder someone.

PINSKY: Darren.

DAVIS HENRY: That usually --

PINSKY: Yes. Darren, you are going nuts. Darren.

KAVINOKY: But how she is doing in the court of public opinion to how the police went along with the integrity of what they are supposed to be doing

in a court of law. And, I am just thinking when we are talking about integrity, I am thinking back to a case we discussed recently with Steven

Avery, right? "The Making of a Murderer".

PINSKY: Well, I have been thinking about that. This reminds me of that.

KAVINOKY: Well, in a sense, the headline about Brendan Dassey, the nephew, who is confessing and then when you see the confession, it is really not

that.

PINSKY: No. That is right. You are right.

KAVINOKY: And, I am wondering about this is as we look at the police behavior, at the behavior of government officials, we require a certain

level of integrity, what they do, objectively.

PINSKY: And, Brian, I think that is the case we are making. But, Brian, we are giving you an assignment, if you have not been this ready. Go home

and watch "Making a Murderer," because you will find -- there are lots of good ideas there for your defense.

(LAUGHING)

CLAYPOOL: I promise I will not have a viewing party watching the "Cops" episode of Dalia Dippolito.

PINSKY: All right. Fair enough.

WATTS: I bet the husband still feels that he was about to --

PINSKY: Yes. That must have -- By the way, he was a con man.

CLAYPOOL: He is a convicted felon.

PINSKY: He was a convicted felon. Bu, she was a -- was she a prostitute?

CLAYPOOL: She is not.

PINSKY: OK.

WATTS: Escort.

PINSKY: Escort!

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Escort.

PINSKY: Way off. Way off.

Well known actor takes to Facebook. He wants to come clean about his pornography addiction. And, I think he does so masterfully. I will tell

you about it after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:45:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TERRY CREWS, ACTOR: Pornography, it really, really messed up my life in a lot of ways.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: You know him as the hunky actor on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" or maybe as the old spice guy. But, Terry Crews also has a

dirty little secret he wants you to know about. He had a porn addiction, and is taken to Facebook to confess.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CREWS: The subject is dirty little secret. And, you know, for years, years, my dirty little secret was I was addicted to pornography for years.

Some people deny it and say, "Hey man, you know, you cannot really be addicted to pornography. There is no way." But, I am going to tell you

something. If day turns into night and you are still watching, you probably got a problem.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: The new video series has been viewed millions of times and garnered tens of thousands of comments.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

PINSKY: And, tonight`s fans are wondering why a celebrity like Terry Crews would come out just so publically about something that is often shaming and

stigmatizing and kept quiet. Back with Rolonda, Jane, Darren and Tiffanie. And, Darren, you and I, during the commercial break, we were talking about

exactly this point.

KAVINOKY: Yes. And, I speak to people all across the country about this very thing when I do my keynote speaking. That is, for me, I found so much

value in taking things that I thought were secret, that were the most shameful things --

PINSKY: Shameful. Shameful.

KAVINOKY: -- I had ever done. The over doses, and car wrecks, and flunking out of college like all of that stuff --

PINSKY: And more, be fair.

KAVINOKY: And, more. Yes, yes.

PINSKY: We do not care you are on T.V. Yes.

KAVINOKY: Yes, that is cleaned up.

PINSKY: Yes.

KAVINOKY: But, taking that and making it instead of the shameful secret, I started by sharing it with one person and then publically. It takes the

weight out of that.

[21:50:00] PINSKY: And, Jane, it makes it so you can flip it and start to help other people, does not it?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Absolutely. And, as a person who is recovering alcoholic, with knock on wood, if there is wood, 21 years of sobriety in a couple of

weeks. But, here is a thing, internet porn is a real addiction.

And, people who say that porn is an addiction, they are just lying. Because, the internet has super sized porn, to an incredible degree. And,

the nasty porn you can get within seconds.

PINSKY: Well, that is right. it is more arousing than it has ever been, so it is usurping the brain`s drive system. Again, which is -- I am

bringing my brain out. It is way, way, way inside here somewhere. And, it is the drive system that is really the survival system itself.

An, now, not only do we have this hyperintense material, sometimes at a young age we carry, effectively, what is a crack pipe with us at all times,

which is the phone where they can access the stuff. Here is our Terry describes how porn altered his brain.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CREWS: My issue was and is with pornography is that it changes the way you think about people. People become objects. People become, you know, body

parts. They become things to be used rather than people to be loved.

And, it really, really -- you know, you start to change the way you see people. And, you started to use people. You started to feel like, you

know, you are the man and they are just -- you know, whatever.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: And, then his marriage got affected. He goes into that, too. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CREWS: My wife was like, "I am out." And, you know what? I did not get help, so that I could get my wife back. I just want to tell you that. I

got help because I needed it. My wife could have decided, "I am gone and that would have been it."

And, you know what? There is nothing I could have done about it, because that was her choice, but she did decide to stay with me because she knew I

was repenting. She knew I was going to get help and she knew I was sorry.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: But, Tiffanie, it is often times a loss that gets the addict`s attention and particularly with things like porn addiction. That is what

may have -- Who knows what it saved him from, what misery was he had. But, a reminder also that typically when someone is involved with a porn addict,

they too need to get some treatment.

DAVIS HENRY: Absolutely. That is why groups like Alenon is so important in psychotherapy, especially is so important, because it does not just

affect the person that is using porn and utilizing it. It definitely affects the entire family in generally.

When someone is addicted to porn, it is so engrossed in that culture. Their family definitely suffers, because they do not connect with their

family. They have lost some element of communication and stimulation, if you will, within the family system. And, they seek it outside of that.

PINSKY: Yes. But, they have lost the real connection. Connection is the solution. When there is disconnect, there is disregulation and people are

searching for intense experiences to make them feel better, leave their emptiness, leave their pain behind.

And, if you think you have a problem, here is good ways to tell. Loss control, hurting yourself, your work, your family, your legal status, your

financial status, and something that used to be enjoyable, no longer enjoyable. That loss of control is that big, big -- You have tried to cut

down.

You tried to stop but you cannot. I got to take a break. We will talk a little more about this. Darren, I know you are itching to talk about it.

There is a lot to be said here, so we will get to it after this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

[21:55:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

PINSKY: Terry Crews, the guy you may know from "Brooklyn Nine-Nine." He also did an old spice, movies. But, his new attention has been directed

his way because he has gone public about being a recovering porn addict. He is not hiding it. He is taking his shame. He is flipping it around.

He is releasing it in a new Facebook video series. He confesses and he counsels fellow addicts. People are struggling with the same phenomena.

And, believe me, there are plenty of them. Back with Rolonda, Jane, Darren and Tiffanie. Tiffanie, do we have any numbers about how many people are

suffering with this today?

DAVIS HENRY: I do not have specific numbers, Drew. But, I know it is tremendous.

PINSKY: I heard that 10 percent of the population are having some problem with this.

DAVIS HENRY: I would say, it is probably more.

JANE-MICTHELL: I heard 30 percent of women.

PINSKY: Yes. Women, that is right. There is a certain percentage. And, people always think this is a male and a young male problem. Not so much.

It is man. What else do we have here about Terry? I think I have another piece of tape to show you with him. There it is. For those who do not

understand addiction, Crews made this analogy.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CREWS: I had to realize when I was depressed. I had to realize when I was sad about something or when I was feeling lonely, because those were the

times that I was more likely to use pornography. The times when I would, you know, something really bad happened or I had my heart broke.

I thought I am going to get something and it did not happen. And, there were times, it is just like eating. You know, when you feel sad or lonely,

you grab food. Instead of food, for me it would be pornography.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PINSKY: Is not that Jane pretty vivid? That is the addictive thing.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And, I applaud him for that.

WATTS: I do, too.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Absolutely great guy.

WATTS: I do too.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: This is rampant in America. And, the thing is it is mostly men and the wives do not know. When your husband says, "Honey, go

to sleep I am going to check the scores." --

(LAUGHING)

WATTS: Can I say this?

PINSKY: Please.

WATTS: I know Terry and Rebecca.

PINSKY: Yes.

WATTS: And, they are just the most beautiful couple.

PINSKY: Yes.

WATTS: They are very much into their faith. And, I know that is what keeps them together. But, what I really appreciate about what Terry is

doing, he is also saying, "Man up, men. This is an issue. And, this is something we have to address, because it affects our entire family." And,

being aware. Being aware.

KAVINOKY: We see that people go through life one or two ways, either an example of what is possible or a warning including Terry is an example and

that is wonderful thing.

PINSKY: Listen. Everyone has met this guy and I know thinks he is a great guy, whether he is a porn addict or not. The fact that he is now coming

clean about this, he feels better and is helping other people.

That is when you know somebody is really engaged in their treatment and their recovery when they are helping others. Thank you panelists. DVR us,

then you can watch this program anytime. We do appreciate you watching. And, we will see you next time.

[22:00:00] (MUSIC PLAYING)
