NANCY GRACE, HOST: Bombshell tonight. The female body found dead on the University of Texas campus has been identified as freshman coed from

Oregon, dance major Haruka Weiser.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The popular student walkway now a crime scene and the center of a homicide investigation.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Haruka Weiser in a brutal murder.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s a cyclist. There`s other individuals walking in the area. We see the individual a little after 11:00 o`clock.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Breaking news now. LAPD launches a felony investigation into movie star Charlie Sheen for, among other things, plotting to hire a hitman?

Tonight, we obtain the police search warrant for secretly recorded tapes reportedly of Charlie Sheen. Will the star finally land behind bars?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Police in Los Angeles confirm Charlie Sheen is under criminal investigation, his ex-fiancee, Scottie Ross (ph), claiming he

threatened her life.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I was scared of him. Charlie was so abusive to me.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Reports of an explosive secret audio recording between Sheen and an unidentified woman.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That`s on the NBC "Today" show and Foxnews.com.

Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. The female body found dead on the University of Texas campus has been identified as freshman coed from Oregon, dance major Haruka

Weiser. There you are seeing her. She has been dancing since she was about 6 years old -- a dance major with a second major, as well, there at

University of Texas, Austin campus. That is from the victim`s Vimeo page.

Let`s go straight into the police presser.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Between 9:30 and 9:45 is -- Haruka was seen leaving the drama building here on the University of Texas campus. She had

communicated with one of her friends, so we were pretty confident that -- and knew the direction that she traveled and the way that she traveled back

to her dormitory. She never made it to her dormitory that night. Her roommates called the university police department and actually reported her

missing on Monday around 11:30.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Straight out to Tony Plohetski joining us, reporter with "The Austin-American Statesman." Tony, thank you for being with us. Do we have

any idea how the body was ultimately identified? Because from what we are learning, it was in no shape to be identified by the family. There had to

be another way. What do you know, Tony?

TONY PLOHETSKI, "AUSTIN-AMERICAN STATESMAN": Well, it`s my understanding that that is one of the things that actually caused the delay in police

positively identifying Haruka and then naming her publicly. And that is, it is my understanding that authorities were actually awaiting some key

information from Portland to actually make it here to Austin.

I don`t know exactly what that evidence was, but we can assume that it potentially was fingerprints or maybe even dental records.

What police did tell us, though, today is that she was, in fact, assaulted. They declined to describe or to elaborate by what they meant by assaulted,

but assaulted was -- apparently contributed to her death or was, in fact, her cause of death.

GRACE: The body that has been found on University of Texas campus has been identified as Haruka Weiser, just 18 years old, a first-year theater and

dance student at U.T. Haruka was found dead in Waller Creek there on University of Texas campus.

Joining me also, Matt Zarrell on the story. Matt -- let`s see the layout of the school, please, because you`ve got the liberal arts department, and

then all you have to do is cross over Waller Creek on this little bridge we were just showing you. It looks idyllic. And then beyond that is her

dorm, Prather Hall.

She didn`t have far to go, Matt.

MATT ZARRELL, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER (via telephone): No, she didn`t. And police say that she actually communicated with one of her friends shortly

before she left the drama building, so the cops are actually confident of the path that she took when she traveled back to her dormitory. But she

never made it back to the dormitory.

[20:05:03]GRACE: You know, another thing, Matt Zarrell, this should be striking fear in every parent that has their child there, and I`m telling

you why. This guy has not been apprehended. But tonight, we are obtaining grainy video of who may be the suspect in this case. Take a look at this

guy.

As we`re looking at him, Tony Plohetski, what do we know about this potential suspect? Let`s stay on the video, please.

PLOHETSKI: Well, Nancy, police give a very loose description of the suspect, saying that he is described as a black male about 6 feet tall.

But clearly, their video, this video is the best way that they are hoping they are able to get leads about who this person was, why he was in that

area. Could he even be a student on campus?

But Nancy, I know one of the things that we talked about last night is that there are actually a couple of major bus stops in this area where this

crime was carried out, Capital Metro bus stops. So you know, anyone has access to this campus, of course. It is not a closed campus.

So that is one of the things that police are really hoping to get out there, and that is this -- as you describe it, this grainy video and

hoping...

GRACE: OK, let`s take a look at this guy. Let`s take a look at this guy, Tony. We`re showing him right now. Police have gone so far as to call

this guy a potential suspect. At first, they said person of interest, now they are saying suspect.

Look at the SUV going by. Police believe the occupants of that vehicle may have more information on this guy. Now, this is something I don`t

understand. I want to stay on the picture of this guy. He`s about six feet tall, thin framed. He`s wearing bluejeans, white tennis shoes. But

we can`t tell much more about him.

Now, what I want to know, is it possible to hone in on this? From what we`ve learned so far, Tony, we believe he actually had a pink or red

women`s bike. Have you heard that, Tony?

PLOHETSKI: That is one of the pieces of evidence that authorities did confirm earlier today, and that is he did have that bicycle. And as you

describe it, it is described as a women`s bicycle, pink or possibly red. They did release pictures of a similar bicycle. And I think one of the

things they`re also trying to do, Nancy, even as we speak, is potentially try to find out whether or not there had been stolen bicycle reports.

GRACE: Another issue here, Tony Plohetski, is why this guy? Why is he the suspect? There`s got to be more because, I mean, this is a college campus.

There have got to be hundreds, at the least, of guys walking by back and forth on video. Why him? What`s different about him, Tony?

PLOHETSKI: Well, authorities are not elaborating on that. But Nancy, as you know and I know from covering, you know, these types of cases for many

years, is that police frequently know more than they are willing to say, particularly at this stage of the investigation.

But from what law enforcement sources are telling me, they do apparently seem to have a level of confidence that not only is this their guy, but

that they are sooner rather than later going to be able to identify him and potentially charge him.

GRACE: Well, that`s good because as of right now, they haven`t. And look, I don`t expect them to work miracles. But I`m very curious -- to Joe Scott

Morgan, certified death investigator, professor of forensics at Jacksonville State University, very curious, Joe Scott, how of all of the

guys they see walking on the sidewalk, why this guy?

Now that leads me to her body. Wait a minute. You`ve children. I`ve got children. This girl was an all-star at her high school in Oregon. Her

parents sent her to U.T. Austin. She`d actually been there before in high school with a dance program. And they started recruiting her way back

when, she`s so incredibly talented. Now, in an ironic twist of fate, we`re talking about what evidence can be gleaned from her body.

But Joe Scott Morgan, what I`m telling you, is the reason they`re picking this guy out, out of all of the men they see walking up and down the

sidewalk, is, A, what Shannon Wolfson just told us, he emerges around the time she goes missing, he disappears, now he re-emerges after a period of

time for an attack and a murder.

But I guarantee you there`s something at the scene, something at the scene, whether it is hair, pubic hair, skin, forensics under her fingernails.

There`s something going back to this guy, Joe Scott Morgan.

JOSEPH SCOTT MORGAN, CERTIFIED DEATH INVESTIGATOR: Yes, the two things that we want to think about, Nancy, are the terms connectivity and

individualization in cases like this. There is something that the police know that is tying this individual back to this young lady who has met with

this terrible, terrible fate.

[20:10:05]As a college professor, as well, I have to tell you, this type of event on a college campus absolutely, positively strikes fear into the

hearts of not just the student population, but also all of those parents that are spread out all over the nation that have their students there, and

there is nothing they can do to help (INAUDIBLE)

GRACE: And not just this campus, every campus. You send your child...

MORGAN: Every campus, yes.

GRACE: ... away to school, you think, Hey, I finally made it. They`re in college. And now this.

Unleash the lawyers, Yale Galanter, New York, Trinity Hundredmark, Atlanta,

Yale, now, you notice when the cops were asked point blank was she sex molested, they said, Well, all we`re going to say is she was assaulted.

Well, we know she was assaulted, as in aggravated assault, because she`s dead. So clearly, I`m extrapolating to mean yes, she was, because if she

hadn`t been, they would have said, We have no indication of that. You know they would have. But instead, they refuse to comment.

That right there is going to give them DNA evidence, whether through skin, through sperm, through saliva. They`re going to get DNA evidence, and

something has made them suspect this particular guy, Yale.

YALE GALANTER, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Forensics. I mean, that`s what this case is going to be built on. That`s why the police aren`t saying anything.

They don`t want anything to hinder their investigation.

But I agree with you. This is one of the few times, Nancy, we`re on the same page. They have a lot more than what they`re talking about, and

obviously, they`re building a forensic case and they certainly have their suspect in mind.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[20:16:38]UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is a difficult and tragic day for our campus community.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Upon discovery of the body, UTPD suspected a homicide.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Multiple local and state agencies are assisting in the investigation.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All law enforcement assets will be available and deployed in this investigation and protecting this campus and all members

of our community.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: The body we reported being found on University of Texas campus Austin last night has been identified positively. It is a 19-year-old

freshman. Her name, Haruka Weiser. She is a first-year theater and dance student there at U.T., highly accomplished. She`s been dancing since the

6th grade and was heavily recruited to come to U.T.

The 18-year-old girl shown here, body found at Waller Creek, very close to her dorm, Prather Hall, between her dorm and the liberal arts building.

She had been at the liberal art building, I believe, Shannon Wolfson, KXAN, until about 9:30 that night. And now grainy surveillance video has emerged

of a six-foot male who police believe is the suspect. He is on a red or pink female`s bike. Is that her bike? Is that her backpack? Why have

they identified this guy? Shannon, what do we know of a timeline?

SHANNON WOLFSON, KXAN: Nancy, so Haruka left the drama dance building around 9:30 to 9:45. We know that she spoke to someone and believe that

she was walking back to her dorm, Prather Hall.

And it`s important to know that the building is only about a hundred yards from her dorm, and so there really wasn`t a very long walk. But we know

she said good-bye to a friend and was walking back to her dorm, and that is where she was going around 9:30, 9.45. She never showed up back to her

dorm room.

So around 11:00 o`clock, 11:30, the next morning, Monday morning, her friends reported her missing to police. U.T. police did start looking for

her. They retraced the route. They said they didn`t find anything on Monday. But then they went back, and they did that again. And Tuesday

morning...

GRACE: How could they retrace the route...

WOLFSON: ... as we know, is when they found Haruka`s body.

GRACE: ... Shannon? How could they retrace the route because she is found on the route between liberal arts and her dorm at Prather Hall.

WOLFSON: Well, she was found in the creek. So technically, you know, they went along her presumed route along campus, along the street. I really

don`t know if...

GRACE: Yes, let`s take a look at that. That`s a good point, Shannon. That`s a good point. Let`s look at it again because I believe her route,

as you pointed out correctly, is only about a hundred yards. That`s one football field between the liberal arts building -- you see it over there

to the left -- you cross over that little bridge, go over Waller Creek, and there`s Prather Hall dorm.

Hold up that, Matt, just a moment, please.

With me, psychologist Dr. Lillian Glass out of L.A. Dr. Glass, this is something that I`m struggling with. You know,I try to make sense out of

crime, even though I know it doesn`t make sense.

[20:20:02]This is not somebody that was in a parking deck. You know, we`re always afraid of the multi-level decks. You`re secluded. It`s dark.

You`re alone. She wasn`t out on some trail or hiking path all by herself that`s known to have had crime right before.

She`s walking from the liberal arts building to her dorm, minding her own business. A hundred yards, Lillian, a hundred yards! There`s

streetlights, although at Waller Creek, there`s not a lot of streetlights. We have walked and confirmed it.

But she went a hundred yards, Lillian. The random nature of this is very disturbing!

LILLIAN GLASS, PSYCHOLOGIST: It`s beyond disturbing, Nancy, you are so right, because it could happen to anybody. And you didn`t expect anything

like this to happen. A college campus should be safe. Everybody should be able to come and go. And this is shocking. And I think a lot of students

are going to be very much in fear, and it`s going to be a while before they feel safe.

GRACE: You know, Tony Plohetski with "The Austin-American Statesman," I`m thinking this through. Is that her bike? Is that her backpack? Is there

something about what they`re seeing on this guy that makes them so sure it`s him?

Now, didn`t they say that her attack -- and I`m telling you, I think she was molested even though they won`t say so. Is there something that is

connecting her to him? Because they`re definitely saying, Tony -- correct me if I`m wrong -- that her attack is not related to the string of sex

assaults in and around the area. Didn`t they say that?

PLOHETSKI: Yes, that is my understanding. You know, one of the things that we have seen in Austin in recent months is a string of sexual assaults

reported against female joggers. But that was one of the big questions that emerged as soon as this happened, is whether or not these crimes could

be linked. You know, could this perpetrator potentially have elevated his dangerousness and his violentness. But apparently, so far, at least, there

is no real indication that any of this is connected.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[20:26:22]UNIDENTIFIED MALE: UTPD found the victim of a homicide on our campus.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The university`s focus is healing and a thorough investigation.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Law enforcement authorities from multiple agencies are actively investigating.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Healing? Healing? There`s not going to be healing until this murder and attack on this 18-year-old girl is solved.

Right now, all of our energy focused on who killed this girl. Her parents sent her to school, one of the finest schools in the country, University of

Texas there at Austin. She`s dead. She left the drama building around 9:30. She stayed there practicing on some program they`re working on. She

had a hundred yards to walk to her dorm. She`s dead.

I want to ask -- to Tony Plohetski. Is there any chance that -- look at this guy, potential perp. Is there -- are there cameras on the building,

the drama building, the dancing arts building that she was at? Are there cameras there, surveillance cameras?

PLOHETSKI: Well, one of the interesting things about the current video that we have seen is that authorities aren`t exactly saying the precise

buildings where these cameras were -- potentially, they were, you know, halo (ph) cameras on some of the nearby buildings. But as for the drama

building itself, we don`t exactly know if -- if police have obtained any video from (INAUDIBLE)

GRACE: Well, I`m very curious. Is she spotted on camera? Was he in the building? Did he follow her out? Was he milling around Waller Creek? I

mean, there`s more to his appearance than he`s there before the attack and there after the attack.

And to Joe Scott Morgan. What about the severe trauma they keep alluding to?

MORGAN: Well, I think the key here is that they`re talking about severe trauma. At first, they talked about evidence of criminality. And this

goes to the idea that they weren`t able to get her identified immediately.

This indicates to me that this is a very, very violent event. I don`t know if the face has been greatly traumatized, but it would seem that she could

not be visually identified, either that or they were trying to hold back.

I think also, this goes to the makeup of the individual that did this. The authorities are going to be -- want to look for somebody that potentially

has a very violent past relative to sexual attacks and maybe hatred geared toward women.

GRACE: And Trinity Hundredmark, Yale Galanter -- to you, Trinity. You`ve got AFIS. You`ve got COTIS (ph). If he is in there by fingerprint or by

DNA, he`s nailed. He`s nailed by forensics on the body.

But don`t you think there`s something else because they, right now, aren`t saying they made a DNA match or they`d have a name. They don`t have a

name. So there`s something about his appearance, looking at him. Is it her bike? Is that her backpack? It can`t just be the coincidence that he

shows up before the attack, then he re-shows up after the attack. That`s not enough to name him as a suspect.

TRINITY HUNDREDMARK, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Yes. And, Nancy, you mentioned it before. The path is a little odd (ph). We`re only talking about a hundred

yards, and then they didn`t find her for two days? That`s a little strange. So something leads you to believe that they caught something

else, maybe on a different camera or something with her and this guy somewhere else.

GRACE: Exactly. Exactly.

HUNDREDMARK: You can only hope that, you know...

GRACE: They`re not releasing it.

HUNDREDMARK: Right. And that she was an athlete, and maybe, hopefully, she fought back. Hopefully, he`s got defensive wounds. Maybe there`s, you

know, fibers under her fingernails. Given her athletic powers, you can only hope she did that.

GRACE: You know, that leads me another -- another thing we`re just finding out, Trinity.

[20:30:03] I`m glad you mentioned that.

Matt Zarrell, what can you tell me? What do we know about stats on the perp? What do we know about him? And why is this SUV important, Matt

Zarrell?

MATT ZARRELL, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Okay, so we learned that he is a six- foot tall African-American male. We`ve just learned from police he also has an athletic build and he was seen in that area for several hours and the

thing to look at is this SUV that`s going to go by on this video. The SUV may have seen this guy, may have gotten a very good look at this guy and

it`s very important that police find whoever was in that SUV.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

[20:35:00] GRACE: Breaking news now, LAPD launching a felony investigation into Charlie Sheen for among other things, plotting to hire a hitman.

Tonight we obtain the police search warrant for secretly recorded tapes reportedly of movie star Charlie Sheen. Will the star finally land behind

bars?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: In L.A., police are investigating threats Charlie Sheen allegedly made -- a lawyer for Sheen`s former fiancee said she was

the target of death threats.

SCOTTINE ROSS: I had no voice during our whole relationship. Because of me, the fiancee speaks up and leaves the pact (ph), maybe it gives other people

strength.

CHARLIE SHEEN, MOVIE ACTOR: I`m willing to admit that I am in fact HIV positive.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is from the NBC`s Today Show and Fox News.com. The way I understand that this has unfolded is that the offices of Radar Online.com

and National Enquirer have been raided. They were served a search warrant for secretly recorded phone conversations, including conversations about

death threats. Let`s see what the search warrant says. That`s "Anger Management" from Lionsgate TV.

The search warrant detailing that Sheen made threats to put a hit on her former boyfriend and there were other death threats as well, stating that

he wants to pay someone $20,000 to kick his fiancee`s head in, to kill her. The article quotes Sheen stating, "You know what treason is? It`s

punishable by death." This piece of S-H-I-T needs to be effing buried. Alexis Tereszcuk, senior reporter RadarOnline.com -- you`re seeing "Wall

Street" from 20th Century Fox - Alexis, what is going on?

ALEXIS TERESZCUK, RADAR ONLINE SENIOR REPORTER: So, we published the transcripts of the tapes, that we have three tapes of Charlie Sheen and

where on it, he is heard saying repeatedly horrible things. In fact, he is threatening his girlfriend, but actually she was just ...

GRACE: Okay, let me clarify something, Alexis Tereszcuk. Horrible things does not a felony make. People say horrible things every day, all day,

24/7, 365. We`re talking about a felony. We`re talking about is Charlie Sheen going to jail? What, if anything, on these secretly-recorded tapes,

if they exist and apparently the police think they do because they issued a search warrant for them, what does he say, if anything, about hiring a

hitman for $20,000 to kill the fiancee? Here`s Ferris Buehler`s Day Off, Paramount Pictures. Okay, hit me.

TERESZCUK: That is exactly what he does. He threatens. He said it would be worth $20,000 to have her kicked in the head. It is a direct threat on her

life. And also he states that he wishes that she would be buried. This is not something that somebody who has a casual relationship, these are actual

death threats that he levied against Brett Rossi, his fiancee, after she claims that he did not tell her that he was HIV positive and they had

unprotected sex.

She says also that he was hitting her. He put her in a chokehold. He repeated held an unloaded gun to her head but pulled the trigger. She was

terrified for her life and this is what`s revealed on these recordings, that Charlie Sheen was out to kill her.

[20:40:00] GRACE: You`re seeing "Platoon" from Orion Pictures, and I picked this movie on purpose specifically because I remember seeing Platoon. I

remember the theater I saw it and I didn`t know who Charlie Sheen was, I never heard of him. Yes, I heard of his brother Emilio Estevez. I heard of

his father, of course, the whole family, but when I saw Charlie Sheen in "Platoon", I thought this guy has more talent than the whole family put

together.

This guy is awesome in "Platoon" and now it`s come to this. Back to you, Alexis Tereszcuk. Here is the issue legally, Alexis, everybody, what we`re

talking about is a search warrant that has been filed and has been delivered on Radar Online.com as well as the National Inquirer who owns

Radar. Here is the deal, she can say he abused me, he hit me, he slapped me, he emotionally and mentally abused me. This is "Two and a Half Men"

from Warner Brother`s TV. That is he say-she say unless there`s a witness that I don`t know about.

But if there is a recording, hold on Alexis. Unleash the lawyers. Yale Galanter, prior attorney for Charlie Sheen and Trinity Hundredmark defense

attorney out of Atlanta. Yale, not only are there alleged threats about on this tape, this tape that police seem to think exists, about killing the

fiancee, Brett Rossi, but hiring a hitman or killing the former wife, Denise Richards, putting the children in danger. Her saying he hit me five

months ago, that is going to be hard to prove in court. But if there is a tape of him saying this, Yale Galanter, your client is in a lot of trouble.

YALE GALANTER, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well first of all, I don`t represent Charlie on these charges. I`ve certainly represented him in the past and I

will tell you this, you know Charlie says a lot of things that he doesn`t mean. And saying it, as you`ve pointed out, doesn`t mean he did it. There`s

got to be this present intent to actually carry it out. And I will tell you, Charlie loves Denise. He loves Brooke. He loves his kids. Charlie -

Charlie -- Charlie -- Charlie

GRACE: But didn`t he just get her out of their mansion?

GALANTER: Charlie may blow a lot of hot air but he doesn`t have` mean bone in his body, Nancy, and I will tell you right now these charges will never

stick.

GRACE: Hold on, Scary Movie 3. If you look at this possibly put the lips together. You`re seeing "Scary Movie 3" from Miramax. Put Galanter up,

please. Please put Yale -- Galanter, I know you said that he loves Denise, his former wife, the mother of his children. Okay. I`m sure you that you

believe the other wife, the mother of the two little twin boys.

GALANTER: Max and Bob.

GRACE: Okay. Well, it`s interesting that say that because claiming I love you and cheating on you and kicking you out of the family home, according

to reports, with your children -- they are out, fighting over child support, calling the mom all of these curse words -- there is domestic

abuse allegations, as you will recall on the second wife or the third wife -- the one that had the two twin boys.

There she is, Brooke Mueller. So, you know, you say he loves her. You know what, I don`t even know what you`re talking about. So, you and I have very

different definitions of love, okay, but forget that. What I`m talking about is talking about hiring a hitman to kill somebody. Now take a listen

to this and you tell me about love.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDREA CANNING, NBC NEWS CORRESPONDENT: Some are saying that you are bipolar.

SHEEN: Wow, what does that mean?

CANNING: I guess that, you know, you are on two ends of the spectrum.

SHEEN: Wow, and then what? What is the cure? Medicine? Make me like them? Not going to happen. I`m by winning. I win here and I win there. Now what?

If I`m bipolar aren`t there moments where a guy like crashes in the corner and say it`s all my mom`s fault. Shut up. Shut up. Stop. Move forward.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is from ABC`s GMA

[20:45:00](COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGI VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The National Inquirer and Radar Online published what they say are quotes from that recording. Sheen allegedly says Ross needs to

be effing buried and I`d rather spend $20,000 to have her head kicked in.

SHEEN: Threatening the health of so many others which couldn`t be farther from the truth.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is Charlie Sheen on NBC`s Today. In the last hours, we learned that police have served a search warrant on the officers of Radar

Online.com after they published stories about secretly-recorded phone calls with Charlie sheen discussing the death -- hiring a hitman, paying $20,000

to kill fiancee Brett Rossi by kicking her head in. You`re seeing "Hotshots" part two from 20th Century Fox. You know, Alexis Tereszcuk, do

you -- does Radar Online have the recording or National Inquirer? Do you have the recording?

TERESZCUK: We do.

GRACE: Okay, you`re sitting on it. Why are you sitting on it? Are you going to hand it to police?

TERESZCUK: No. We have no intention of turning over these documents. We believe that we are protected under the First Amendment and we believe that

the LAPD and this judge requested something illegally and we are not turning over these documents.

GRACE: Whoa, hold your horses. Alexis Tereszcuk, all I said was are you going to hand them over. And the answer is no. Now, Alexis, why? What are

you protecting?

TERESZCUK: It`s a good question, Nancy. You would think we shouldn`t protect Charlie Sheen,

(CROSSTALK)

TERESZCUK: But you know what, we are ...

GRACE: You`ve been writing stories about it. You have been giving quotes so what are you protecting?

TERESZCUK: We`re just not turning it over. That is not what our business is about. We are not about revealing sources. It`s not how we do our business

and we believe we are protected by the First Amendment.

GRACE: Okay, yeah, I heard you throwing around the First Amendment, Alexis. Okay, A plus, gold star. Now, you`ve already printed the excerpts from the

tape recording that you claim you have, all right. So, if you`d already printed it, I think what you`re trying to say between all the regurgitation

of the First Amendment is that you`re trying to protect the identity of the person that recorded the conversation -- am i getting close?

TERESZCUK: Yes, you`re right. We do not want to reveal our source.

GRACE: All right, here we go. Got it, got it. Okay, let`s take a listen to Charlie Sheen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[20:50:00] CANNING: Tell me about the last time you took drugs.

SHEEN: The last time I took drugs, I probably took more than anybody could survive, you know.

CANNING: What are we talking about? How much?

SHEEN: I don`t know, man, I was banging seven-gram rocks and finishing them because that`s how I roll. I have one speed, I have one gear. Go.

CANNING: How do you survive that?

SHEEN: Because I`m me, I`m different. I just have a different constitution. I have a different brain. I have a different heart. I have a different, you

know, I get (inaudible)

CANNING: Your anger and your hate I think is coming off as erratic to people.

SHEEN: Passion, my passion.

CANNING: Okay, your passion is coming off as erratic.

SHEEN: Well, if you borrow my brain for five seconds and just be like, dude, can`t handle this, unplug this bastard. Yeah, because it just fires

in a way that, I don`t know, maybe not from this particular (inaudible) realm.

CANNING: I think some of these things you`re putting out there are making people think that something`s wrong with you.

SHEEN: That has nothing to do with me, really, they`re entitled to I suppose, to interpret stuff as they must.

CANNING: Have any celebrities reached out to you, to help you?

SHEEN: Oh, yeah, radical people like Sean Penn, Mel Gibson and Collin Ferrell and just radical people and something not telling me what to do --

CANNING: Who gave you the best piece of advice?

SHEEN: Well, they didn`t give me any advice, and within that, there`s great advice, just love. And so, you know, it`s oftentimes as unknown, but

TRINITY HUNDREDMARK, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Yes, but Nancy look, I mean he`s crazed and yet the police want to use his statements that are on tape

recordings to try to say he was meaning the truth? That he had some intent? I mean, you can`t do that. I mean, this is a guy who says he was winning

death threat on Denise Richards, his ex-wife? What exactly are you saying it says?

TERESZCUK: So we have three tapes, 35 minutes total and it runs the gauntlet of everything. You are right, it does say where Sheen talks about

Brett Rossi. He says that, you know what, she has committed treason against him because she filed a lawsuit claiming that he harmed her life because

they had unprotected sex and he`s HIV positive and he says, you know what the punishment for that is, for treason, death. That is a point blank death

threat.

GRACE: What does he say about Denise Richards, the mother of his girls?

TERESZCUK: So, what he says about Denise Richards is that he -- this s a little bit more difficult. It`s the person on the tape saying -- and

they`re talking with Charlie that he is making threats against her.
