(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

ASHLEIGH BANFIELD, HOST (voice-over): Closing in -- one by one, his friends are dropping.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Go ahead and kill him, babe (INAUDIBLE)

BANFIELD: As police make arrests in the hunt for a killer on the run.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This violent felon had no qualms about killing a pregnant mother or shooting and killing a police officer.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He said a pipe or something came through the windshield and hit his wife.

BANFIELD: He claimed his wife died in a freak crash, but we`ve got the forensic file on a man whose stories just don`t match up.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She was hit in the head (INAUDIBLE) or something!

BANFIELD: Living it up in a $4 million mansion, lounging, fishing, even shopping for Ferraris. Only this man is on house arrest, accused of a

filthy sex assault on a 12-year-old girl.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The man needed knee replacement.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Where`s your cane?

BANFIELD: 17 and busted for kiddy porn. His excuse, it`s not illegal if you`re just a teen. Think again, kiddo! The law is fighting back.

Faceoff -- what do you get when you cross an angry felon with a logging chain? You get the business end of a shotgun.

You`d think locked doors, security cams and a pitbull would ward off the burglars.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And they knew exactly where to enter, where to go, what to look for and what to take.

BANFIELD: Yes, a team of thieves goes through the doggy door and left the dog out in the street.

And maid of horror!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She grabbed up this big bottle of Captain Morgan and just guzzled it like this.

BANFIELD: A woman goes nuclear at her best friend`s wedding.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Soon as I turned around, she came and cracked me up the side the face.

BANFIELD: And police say dragged the best man behind a car!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She`s no longer my friend.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BANFIELD: Hello, everyone. I`m Ashleigh Banfield. This is PRIMETIME JUSTICE, and we`ve got breaking news right off the top about that manhunt

for the accused cop killer Markeith Loyd. He`s the man who`s also accused off starting off a murderous rampage by shooting dead his pregnant ex-

girlfriend, shooting and injuring her brother, shooting a responding cop and possibly causing the death of another cop on the manhunt.

And just a short time ago, police in Orlando have revealed what they found in the hours after they said that he shot and killed his most recent

victim, Master Sergeant Debra Clayton. They say they believe that Sergeant Clayton was able to get a round off, actually shoot at him, but that he was

wearing body armor.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHIEF JOHN MINA, ORLANDO PD: Hours after the shooting incident, we did find his clothing. And based on credible information and evidence, we

believe Markeith Loyd was wearing a bulletproof vest when he shot Debra Clayton. Further, we know that when she returned fire, she may have struck

him in that bulletproof vest and T-shirt. It appears that the bulletproof vest may have stopped that bullet, but in the general area of the

bulletproof vest and the chest area.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BANFIELD: But police do seem to be closing in because three people have been arrested, accused of helping Markeith Loyd while he`s been on the run

and before that officer was killed, too. Loyd has been on the run since mid-December when police say he killed this woman, that pregnant ex-

girlfriend, Sade Dixon.

And tonight we`ve uncovered video that the pair posted on Facebook just days before that woman was found murdered.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARKEITH LOYD, WANTED FOR MURDER: They don`t know yet. Last time, they didn`t see anything so we just came back because they wanted to see because

she wasn`t far along.

So how long before they really tell if it`s a boy or girl?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: 16 weeks.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Four more weeks. The baby on his head. The baby is standing on his head. We got a gangsta in there!

(LAUGHTER)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BANFIELD: That`s them at the sonogram office. She would soon be dead and the life of her unborn baby gone, as well.

Ray Caputo is with me now. He`s a reporter at news 96.5, WBDO in Orlando.

Ray, one of the really important pieces of evidence that we learned about today in this crime is that they found his pants and his shirt after the

shooting of that officer. And is that what led them to understand that he had the body armor on?

RAY CAPUTO, WDBO: Yes, Ashleigh. Well, early on, we knew that Debra Clayton, Master Sergeant Clayton, got a round off, OK? But we didn`t know

if Markeith Loyd was hit. But finding that shirt today, what Police Chief John Mina said was that there was signs that he was shot, but no visible

injury.

[20:05:12]So what I gather was there was a bullet hole in his shirt, but no blood. So yes, they found that body armor today. And we`re learning more,

you know, just about the state of mind of Markeith Loyd and how dangerous and cold he is.

BANFIELD: Yes, as I understand it, the police were also able to divulge that while he was shooting at Master Sergeant Clayton, she fell. She was

down. She was disabled. And he kept shooting.

CAPUTO: Yes, I mean, how disturbing is that. And I mean, but then again, Ashleigh, We`re talking about a guy who shot his pregnant girlfriend and --

and -- you know, after those sonogram videos. I mean -- I mean, who does that?

So I mean, at one sense, it`s completely disturbing, but after what Markeith Loyd is originally accused of doing, I mean, it almost is not

surprising. This guy has -- he -- he has absolutely no compassion for people. And he`s going to keep on killing until he`s caught.

BANFIELD: Real quickly, Ray, these people who`ve been brought into custody -- my thought was that they were being squeezed with the threat of 15 years

in prison. I mean, this is a serious offense, aiding and abetting somebody who`s then able to go on and commit murder. But they`re not cooperating?

CAPUTO: No. Well, we`ve got three people in custody, a former business associate, Markeith Loyd`s former girlfriend and a niece. Now, one thing

we know is that the niece had intimate knowledge of Markeith Loyd after he had shot his pregnant girlfriend, OK? So if she would have given up that

information, then we wouldn`t even be in this situation right now.

So it`s almost like you can kind of -- if she`s accused of what she is accused of doing or she`s guilty of what she`s accused of doing, you know,

her -- these officers` blood is on her hands, too. She`s not cooperating. That`s just really -- that`s really sad, you know, given the situation.

BANFIELD: There`s a lot of sadness to go around with the people who`ve been injured in his wake. Hold for on a second, Ray, if you will.

Tom Fuentes is with me. He`s a CNN law enforcement analyst, a former FBI assistant director. So Tom, I want to read from (ph) you some things from

the arrest affidavit because there is some really interesting material in here.

One of those arrested and charged with this accessory after the fact of first degree murder is this ex -- there`s another ex-girlfriend in the

picture. And by the way, I failed to mention he was also married. He has a wife, too.

But this other person who`s been arrested -- her name is Jameis Slaughter, and this is what the arrest affidavit says. Approximately an hour-and-a-

half after Sergeant Clayton was murdered, Jameis Slaughter`s vehicle drove to that Wal-Mart and circled the area where Markeith Loyd escaped. It went

on to say that the two of them spoke verbally about the fact that law enforcement would have to kill him before he went back to prison.

And by the way, that conversation happened after the death of the pregnant ex-girlfriend. So it seems, if you believe the arrest affidavit, that

Jameis Slaughter has been in on his entire odyssey of evil, or at least has been in -- she`s been aware of what he`s been up to, and she`s accused of

being a part of it now in this accessory.

I have to ask you, though, with this knowledge now that we have, Tom, that he had a bulletproof vest -- he`s got this body armor -- how does that

change the dynamic for those who are coming after him, knowing full well that he said that he wanted to die, that they`d have to kill him before

he`d go back to prison?

TOM FUENTES, CNN SR. LAW ENFORCEMENT ANALYST: Well, the fact that he had body armor, Ashleigh, and they located this body armor, you know, the

question, does he still have additional body armor? But it doesn`t change the investigation much, other than trying to determine where he obtained

it, who may have purchased it if he didn`t buy it himself, you know, what brand it is and that type of thing. But it still doesn`t change the basics

of this type of fugitive investigation to try to locate him.

BANFIELD: I have another question for you. There was one point, Tom, where -- we can just play some video, the video of a police stop where

Markeith Loyd was pulled over with that pregnant ex-girlfriend who just days later would be dead. And if we can just show this video that the --

the lights are flashing in the background.

And in this moment, there`s no search of the car. He has a huge rap sheet that includes resisting arrest with violence, battery on a law enforcement

officer, battery and murder not prosecuted, and the officer who`s involved in this stop does not ticket him, actually lets him go and says, Have a

good day, sir.

Had they searched his vehicle -- they talk in this video about him having a lot of illegal stuff in the car. And he would have been -- he would have

been taken in, right? I mean, if you`re -- if you`re an ex-con with this kind of a rap sheet, you are on probation. And if there`s anything naughty

found in your vehicle, you`re going back into the slammer.

FUENTES: I think what we need to know in this situation is whether or not the police officer making the stop had that information.

[20:10:03]You know, sometimes I know when I made traffic stops, you`d get the computers are down or they`re delayed or it`s a common name, and you

might not get all of the information you`d want on a timely enough basis to have somebody just waiting on the street for 30 minutes to an hour to get

the information. So we just don`t know what the circumstances are or why the officer made that decision.

BANFIELD: It would just be a few weeks later this young woman would be dead and only -- if only they had searched the car, found whatever they

were referring to as illegal and then taken him in, she`d be alive. So would Officer Clayton and many other people wouldn`t be injured in his

rampage. We wouldn`t be on this manhunt right now.

Real quickly, I want to show you something else that he posted on his Facebook. It`s about smoking dope and who women who are trouble -- well,

you just knock them off. Have a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOYD: He said, like, don`t put it on Facebook, the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on Facebook. The (EXPLETIVE DELETED) don`t know me, (EXPLETIVE DELETED),

because she did, she would have been knocked off.

(LAUGHTER)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BANFIELD: So that`s his face. He is on the run. He`s got friends who`ve been helping him, allegedly. Many have been arrested. There are threats

that there might be another arrest.

I want to bring in Danny Cevallos real quickly here. Look, there are a lot of people who are afraid of this guy. He talks about things on Facebook.

He talks about taking people out. He talks about, Just knock the lady off if she`s giving you trouble.

So how are you to expect that anybody in his community is going to speak up because of the whole expression, Snitches get stitches, and in this case,

might get more than that.

DANNY CEVALLOS, CNN LEGAL ANALYST: Absolutely! I mean, the message is out. You don`t want to be called into court to testify against this

person.

BANFIELD: Or have him find you.

CEVALLOS: Or have him find you or have any -- have your name associated in any way with this investigation. This is clearly somebody that gives

people good reason to stay quiet. And that`s the problem. That`s the problem in any neighborhood. If they`re afraid of somebody and he posts

videos like this and actually acts on them, that`s going to create a very chilling effect.

And this is something that law enforcement grapples with all the time. You can try to prosecute the people who silence others, but it`s a hard thing

to do.

BANFIELD: So take a good look at your screen. That is Markeith Loyd. He is on the run. He is armed and dangerous. And the police say if you come

anywhere near him, if you know anything about him, first of all, don`t get near him he is lethal and he has proved so, but call police. Call the

police right away.

There is a manhunt that involves hundreds of officers. It has expanded way past Orlando. It has expanded way past Florida. So America, if you`re

watching tonight, be mindful. Keep on the lookout. That woman lost her life. Others have, too. So let`s be really careful, but let`s find this

man and get him off the street any way possible.

We`re also following breaking news out of Houston, Texas, tonight where police are searching for three missing kids, 2-year-old Jason Frausto, 3-

year-old Aaliyah Frausto and 5-year-old Isac Frausto. They are believed to be with their mother. Her name is Doris Camerena. That`s a picture. They

say she`s driving a 2011 gold Chevrolet Cruze. The license tag is FGJ- 6333. Anyone who has any information on her whereabouts are asked to contact the police. They wouldn`t ask so if they didn`t worry about the

safety of those kids.

A husband claims that his wife died in a terrible accident when a pipe flew off a flatbed truck and into their car. It`s plausible, isn`t it, until

the new clues come in. And they change things and they don`t change things for the better. Why prosecutors have now said they think you did it. And

you`re wearing orange for a reason.

Also, remember this woman charged with stealing an Arizona deputy`s cruiser, naked as a jaybird while she did it? Now we have the officer`s

bodycam video, and it shows us how it all went down.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

[20:18:06]BANFIELD: A man in Wisconsin claims his wife died in a freak accident. Todd Kendhammer called 911 in late October after he claimed that

a pipe fell off a flatbed truck and hit his wife while they were driving. How horrible! Take a listen to his call.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE)

911 OPERATOR: OK. And (INAUDIBLE) wife is injured?

(CROSSTALK)

911 OPERATOR: ... car accident?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, a pipe or something came through our windshield, a pipe did.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

BANFIELD: Sounds plausible, right? He told the officers that his wife, Barbara, (ph) was killed when that pipe fell off that truck and went

through the windshield and struck her.

Then something just didn`t add up. You know those pesky forensics? Yes. Well, according to the medical examiner`s reports, Barbara`s injuries were

not consistent with a single blow from a single pipe from a single flatbed truck. Then came the accident reconstruction. Yes, that happened, too,

and it poked even more holes in Kendhammer`s story, and now he is facing charges that he killed her, that it was him.

Michael Christian`s a PRIMETIME JUSTICE producer. He`s been working this story all day. So here`s what I`m so fascinated by. When you start

getting those forensics in, it tells a whole other story, Michael.

In fact, at one point, he was talking about that she`d been hit in the head and that there was something wrong with her throat. That`s what he told

the 911 operator. But then the actual physical forensic inconsistencies include the fact that there was no blood on the pipe. There were scratches

on the defendant`s chest.

Let`s put up a list of all of these things that didn`t match up. Blood of the victim was on the rear passenger tire. There was glass in the gear

shift.

Michael, why does that matter that there was glass found in the actual gear shift?

[20:20:00]MICHAEL CHRISTIAN, PRIMETIME JUSTICE PRODUCER: Because investigators say, Ashleigh, that the glass could only have been in the

gear shift the way it was in the if the car had been in park. Well, if this is a car going down the road when it`s all of a sudden hit by this

errant pipe, it`s not going to be in park. It`s going be in drive.

BANFIELD: Yes, that makes perfect sense. Pesky forensics. And then on the passenger seat, theoretically where Barbara was struck, there was a

whole bunch of glass -- do we have that picture? -- a bunch of scattered shattered glass on the seat. Now, had she been sitting there, it wouldn`t

have been there, right?

CHRISTIAN: That`s right.

BANFIELD: OK. Next thing I wanted to ask about is that there was no sign of a truck in any of the video that they were able to actually acquire. No

flatbed truck had been going through there. And then there`s this odd little moment where the passenger door was likely open when that windshield

was broken. Why do they know that?

CHRISTIAN: Because there`s no glass in the little map compartment on the side of the door, the interior side of the door.

BANFIELD: Oh!

CHRISTIAN: So that suggests that the door was open when the windshield was actually broken.

BANFIELD: And then this little note about grass found in the trunk. Why would that mean anything to anyone?

CHRISTIAN: Well, again, this is a man who says he was driving down the road when this pipe came out of nowhere and smashed through the windshield.

But apparently, investigators found a single blade of grass in the trunk between the trunk opening and the little rubber seal that keeps the trunk

from getting wet. How did that grass get there unless it happened during sometime when the car was parked at the scene?

BANFIELD: OK. Michael, some of the things he told now seem to be lies. He said he was going that morning to pick up a truck with his wife.

Apparently, the truck owner needed a new windshield. Why was that not true?

CHRISTIAN: Well, apparently, as you say, he was going to fix this windshield, but the owner of the truck says that he had never contacted

this guy about fixing it, and he didn`t want it fixed. He used it -- it was an old truck. He used it to plow (ph) his field (ph). So that was a

problem.

BANFIELD: Ruh-roh! That`s a problem.

CHRISTIAN: Yes.

BANFIELD: What about the fact that he said that Barbara, his wife, had made a plan to start work at the school where she works later that morning,

like at 8:30 that morning? What was wrong with that story?

CHRISTIAN: She started every morning at 8:00, according to her co-workers. This incident happened slightly after 8:00. Now, he said that he -- she

had made an arrangement to come in at 8:30, that she had dome some flex time, but her co-workers say no, she never did that.

BANFIELD: Yes, that`s never good when you`re trying to, you know, make a story stick.

Dr. Larry Koblinsky is a professor of forensic science at John Jay College, and he joins me now to walk through some of these issues, as well.

Isn`t it terrible, Dr. Koblinsky, when the forensics come up and bite you in the you know what, when your story just doesn`t match moment by -- they

make a whole show out of this. It`s called "Forensic Files."

I want to show you a couple of medical inconsistencies because you`re the doctor here. Help me work through this. There was a pattern of injuries

inconsistent with a pipe coming through the windshield. There were lacerations that were bone deep to the back of her head. She had neck

injuries consistent with strangulation.

And then, Larry, she had torn fingernails, which to experts suggests that there was possibly a sign of a physical struggle. And then there was that

whole blood spatter business. It didn`t match the accident reconstruction.

I know that says a lot to you, but does it give you a best guess as to how Barbara actually died, Larry?

LARRY KOBLINSKY, PROFESSOR OF FORENSICS, JOHN JAY COLLEGE: I think it does. The blunt trauma to the head in multiple locations certainly could

not have been inflicted by a single pipe penetrating the windshield. There were multiple blows to her forehead, to the nose, the fractured nasal bone,

the fracture of the occipital bone on the back of the skull, injuries to her lip to her cheeks.

There was a real brutal attack on this woman. It extended to the neck, where there was damage to the strap muscles, some indications of

compression, and also blunt trauma to the extremities. So there was a vicious attack.

There are indications of some defensive motions by her. She was strapped into the vehicle when she was so badly beaten. Her brain swelled. She had

subdural hematoma, as well as subarachnoid hematoma. This caused the brain to swell. This put pressure on the centers that are involved with

respiration. So she died of brain death.

But it was due to the blunt trauma to the head, but it was also compounded by damage to the neck. There`s a good chance she had been strangled, as

well as beaten badly.

BANFIELD: I keep coming back to the fact that there was no blood on the actual pipe that was supposed to have come through the car and done all

this damage and killed her. Dr. Koblinsky, I don`t know how it is you do what you do and how you know so much and how your science has come so far,

but all I can say is thank you. Thank you so much because we know now when people are lying. The devil is in the microscopic details. Thank you,

sir. It`s always good to see you.

[20:25:10]KOBLINSKY: Sure.

BANFIELD: Got some new charges to tell you about tonight against a millionaire who`s charged with sexually assaulting his stepdaughter. And

it goes way beyond that. Here he is. Seriously. I am not kidding. This is the guy. Nice ankle bracelet. But you know what`s even nicer? His

surroundings, his fishing pole. Aren`t guys like this supposed to be in jail or isn`t house arrest supposed to be inside the house? The answer is

yes.

So what happens when the boat (ph) pulls up and catches you? You`re going to see in a moment.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

BANFIELD: A millionaire is on house arrest in Florida on charges he repeatedly assaulted his stepdaughter, and the details in the case are

simply sickening.

He`s accused of molesting the girl, using knives, chloroform, needles, duct tape, sleeping pills and all of it over a six-year period. Ages 12-18.

According to Bianculli`s ex, he admitted to all of it on a secret recording.

So, again the question is why is he on house arrest? Even after violating that house arrest in 2015, when apparently he left that beautiful $4

million plus mansion that he had to wander around in to go to a Ferrari dealership, and to Best Buy and to an Italian restaurant. Good life, if you

can get it, right?

Bianculli convinced a judge that he needed knee surgery and he was released on bond, but then good old inside edition, that show we love, caught up

with him here. Sure didn`t look like he was having any trouble walking.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you exaggerate your knee injury so you could get out of jail, sir? Where`s your cane? You used a cane in court, but you`re

not using a cane today. Why is that?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BANFIELD: No. He`s using a fishing pole. I want you to take just a nice bird`s-eye view at his pad. This is again more than $4 million. This is his

cell, effectively. A private investigator shot video of that millionaire hanging out by his pool, and going fishing. No cane, no use at all of a

cane. But nice ankle monitor.

Joining me now, Doug Burns, Misty Marris, Danny Cevallos is still with me. All right, you three. I`ve got a couple of more videos I want to show you

up close and personal.

DANNY CEVALLOS, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Sure.

BANFIELD: And there`s a reason. It`s not just because it`s delightful to see a guy behavior badly, and doing things he`s not just due. But before I

do that we need to know that the conditions of this house arrest were actually housed.

You have to be inside the house, you don`t get to go strolling around your lovely grounds unless you have to do some physio and actually do some

walking with the cane on the ground. So, let`s see him walking.

Here`s the first video I want to show you of him doing his walking. This is not physio. There is no cane. That`s a fishing pole next to that ankle

monitor. And this is him walking out to the water side dock where his fancy expensive boat is parked and just dropping a line. And casting out. Going

fishing. Going fishing.

This is a guy who`s not supposed to be outside his house. How does this happen? Doug, it is in sensing those watching it right now.

DOUG BURNS, FORMER FEDERAL PROSECUTOR: You see, this a lot of time in disability fraud cases, guys are out with like a full back disability. And

agents go and watch the guy and he`s working on a boat, in one case I was in lifting heavy anchors.

So, yes, I mean, it appears to be a flat out violation of the terms of his release.

BANFIELD: No cane.

BURNS: As you said right on the money, actually house arrest usually means in the house.

BANFIELD: Yes.

BURNS: Which is, you know, a lot more. A lot of them are restricted.

(CROSSTALK)

BANFIELD: There`s a passing boat by the way. He gets to look at the pretty boats.

BURNS: But the best was when he took the fishing pole when the reporter shouted out to him and then converted it to a cane.

(CROSSTALK)

BANFIELD: Use it as a cane.

BURNS: You saw that.

BANFIELD: So you think that`s the best. How about this next video I`m going to show you. Because you might change your mind when I show you how

he has his lunch.

BURNS: OK.

BANFIELD: He gets his sandwich and his fancy cocktail soda. I don`t know what`s he`s drinking there. Maybe it`s a fancy latte. Again, no cane. No

problem walking pool side because there is nothing like the Florida sun and lunch by the pool.

When you are charged with three counts of sexual battery against your 12- year-old stepdaughter and awaiting trial on it and supposed to be inside. Once again, Misty, does something happen when judges see these videos.

MISTY MARRIS, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Absolutely. I mean, the reason that he`s on house arrest is because it was deemed medically necessary. He is a

flight risk. He was a danger to society. The court already said that. That`s why he was initially in jail. The fact that he`s out here enjoying

his pool side lunch is an absolute slap in the face to the victim.

BANFIELD: I think of most people going to Florida for a vacation and, certainly, we don`t have hotels that are as nice as this mansion. By the

way, I just want to tell you a couple of things. So that while we`re all having fun watching this guy. This isn`t the kind of personal injury case

that Doug was mentioning.

This is a guy who was accused of so many crimes it took 50 pages to have this arrest affidavit. That he used chloroform on this girl and weekly,

apparently was performing makeshift surgical procedures of the sexual nature on her.

BURNS: Right.

BANFIELD: I can`t tell you the details it`s not fit for TV no matter what time of night. He used a folding doctor`s table. He would use it in the

fancy theater that apparently that mansion has.

At one point put a bag over her head allegedly and counted the number of breaths until she passed out. I think we all have met Jayne Weintraub.

BURNS: Yes.

BANFIELD: She`s an attorney who`s been on this show. I love her. She`s adorable. She`s a great lawyer.

BURNS: Yes.

BANFIELD: And she better be a good lawyer. She`s his lawyer. She gave us a statement. She said there`s no proof of him sexually assaulting

stepdaughter. But Jayne, while I do love you, I`m going to bat through the television lens with you here.

[20:35:07] There is from the arrest affidavit, Bianculli speaking to his step -- is stepdaughter`s mother, that`s his ex-wife, and actually

admitting in that recording about sexual encounters with the 12-year-old. So, that`s going to be hard to get past.

And then there is this one video as well where once again, folks, we all go to Florida for a nice r and r rest, relaxation and maybe get a suntan, this

is what he does pool side. You know, gets a little stretch of ankle monitor, looks up to sun. Enjoys some of that warm Florida sunshine. That

might be after lunch. I`m not exactly sure.

One question, Danny, three counts of sexual battery after all the things that are listed in that arrest affidavit. Undercharged. Perhaps?

CEVALLOS: Maybe. I noticed we`re separating the charges from what are potentially house arrest violations.

BANFIELD: Yes.

CEVALLOS: And in the world of house arrest violations, I have to play devil`s advocate here. This is stepping into your backyard while

technically a violation and it will get your house arrest revoked. Because people don`t seem to get this. House arrest is not bail.

BANFIELD: Yes.

CEVALLOS: You`re considered to be in jail when you`re on house arrest.

BANFIELD: Yes.

CEVALLOS: And if you leave that house that would violate anything people go in their backyard all the time. They don`t realize that your backyard is

not part of your cell which is your house, but in terms of the violations of house arrest that I`ve seen, this really staying in your backyard on

your porch eating lunch is not the most egregious.

BANFIELD: I`m angry.

CEVALLOS: And the funny thing -- I understand.

BANFIELD: I`m angry, because if the rest of us flunky (Inaudible) stinky place or we end up in a stinky cell...

(CROSSTALK)

CEVALLOS: In our mom...

BURNS: Yes.

BANFIELD: In our mom`s (Inaudible) Danny.

CEVALLOS: And our mom is facing with an ankle brace.

BANFIELD: And By the way, the next time Jayne joins us on the panel, she`s going to be steaming mad at me for going after her client. But you know

what, she is a great lawyer and he is going to need her.

Why do you think kids, especially teenagers, think they can get away with something, like a crime? Just because they`re kids. There`s a teenager

using a defense that has a lot of people shaking their heads right now. He just didn`t know child porn was a crime until you turn 18. I would have my

head in my hands too. You`re going to find out about this story in a moment.

[20:40:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

BANFIELD: If you`ve been watching this show, you probably know I have a thing when it comes to teenagers behaving badly and getting away with it.

Because it seems over the years that I`ve been getting older, they`ve been getting more brazen and they`ve been getting away with a lot. And they are

getting the upper hand.

The law seems to protect them. Parents seem to protect them. I don`t know if there`s an easy answer here, but I have a story tonight that fits right

into this category.

It comes from Wisconsin. A 17-year-old kid named Brandon Zittlow, just months from graduation; instead, he`s facing a charge for adult possession

of child pornography. he was allegedly storing the pictures of child porn on his cell phone.

And then we get to Zittlow`s defense. Here we go again. He said, "I didn`t think it was illegal for me to have possession of it since I thought when

you were 18 it was illegal." Like you can do this stuff when you`re a teenager. You just can`t do it when you`re a grownup. That`s how I read

that statement.

And I need to be pulled off the ledge. Stacey Newman, our Primetime Justice producer is going to do that for me. Stacey, you`ve been working the story

all day. The first thing I thought was OK, listen, back off, Ashleigh.

Maybe just maybe these pictures weren`t as bad as I usually think they are. You know, there`s child porn and there`s child porn sometimes, it`s really

awful. And I don`t know, maybe I`m just trying to sugar coat this. How bad was it?

STACEY NEWMAN, CNN PRODUCER: You know, I want to be really clear here with people. We`re not talking about cute little selfies of little girls posing

in their clothes at the camera. We`re talking about very graphic explicit video of children being sexually assaulted, girls posing nude, doing very

graphic explicit poses from the waist down totally unclothed, Ashleigh.

And it`s the kind of stuff that police are saying gives them nightmares. It`s these kind of cases that hurt their heart to see, especially the ones

who are children. And on top of that, we also see in these videos according to police, some of these girls who are as young as 10 years old, look like

they`re being coached and manipulated by somebody behind the camera of what to do.

BANFIELD: So, he`s facing 10 counts. And he`s 17 but he`s been charged as an adult. I want to bring my attorneys back here. Because again, someone

has to get me off the ledge. Stacey put me right back on it.

Doug Burns, back here, Misty Marris, and Danny Cevallos. Guys, it seemed to me with that quote, that he thought he was bulletproof because he was 17.

And what do they do instead, Misty, they charge him as an adult.

MARRIS: They sure did. And you know what, Ashleigh, ignorance of the law is no defense at all.

BANFIELD: Even when you`re 17.

MARRIS: It doesn`t matter if you`re 17 or 70. It`s all the same. You cannot walk into the court and say I didn`t know what I did was wrong. It

is a charge.

(CROSSTALK)

BANFIELD: Doug, he`s facing 35 years.

BURNS: Yes.

BANFIELD: I mean, look, 17 years old is different in terms of what you know to be wrong than 48-year-old man who was doing it.

MARRIS: Yes.

BURNS: Right. I think what roll that up is math, it was a misguided, you know, juvenile versus adult concept that he loosely had in his mind. In

other words, I always thought that if you were under 18 you were going to be treated differently. So, I`m a little less adamant in hammering him.

However, as you say, ignorance of the law is not a defense.

BANFIELD: So, here`s the thing, Danny. They pulled him out of class, chemistry class. And they questioned him without his parents there. Again,

he`s 17. Please tell me he doesn`t get off these charges because of the technicality.

[20:44:57] CEVALLOS: No, the rule doesn`t require that a parent be absolutely be present. It just requires that law enforcement make their

best efforts to notify or requested to have a parent there. But it happens all the time that juveniles give statements after being properly Mirandize.

So, it`s not -- that`s not going to be a per se bar to the admission of that evidence.

BANFIELD: Promise me, right. Because I`m telling you one thing, after Stacey told me what the pictures actually were, they are horrifying. And

any kid any age would know. This is so wrong. And those pictures right there shows me he knows they are so wrong.

Maricopa County, famous for Sheriff Arpaio.

CEVALLOS: Yes.

BANFIELD: Former Sheriff Joe Arpaio. But I got a whole new reason for Maricopa County to be famous now. And it`s a video. A body cam video. A

naked woman stealing a police deputy cruiser. We`re going to show you how we ended up in this particular spot, but I`m also going to show you this.

The young woman who was supposed to be the maid of honor. Pretty girl. Supposed to be the maid of honor, it turned out a maid of horror. Wow. Wait

until you hear what she did.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She just went up to best man and grabbed the keys out of his pocket and jump went in his car.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So, back inside and she grabbed up the big bottle of Captain Morgan and just guzzled it like this.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

[20:50:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

BANFIELD: OK. Road trip to Arizona right now. Because we got home surveillance video that would be run of the mill if it weren`t for one

thing at the end. Guy jumps over the back. He`s going to make his way in the home using a most unconventional way.

Here`s a puppy dog. He gives treats to the puppy dog. Happy puppy dog. And then he uses the puppy dog`s door to get in. And the puppy dog is not going

to let him go in without him. And this is what they take out of the home, this man and this woman.

And the puppy dog is like, I`m coming too, right. You`re going to take me on a car ride too, right. No. They`re not. They`re going to take the Chevy

Impala and all those electronics and they`re going to take off and leave the puppy dog.

Oh, come on. You left the dog outside. That`s the thing that makes me the most angry. They left the dog. Good news, the dog didn`t get hurt. The dog

didn`t run away. A neighbor found the dog and brought the dog back. Shame on you Caucasian male and female, 25 to 35 years old.

I love my pet.

All right. Next to Florida. Florida, the gift that keeps giving. Amanda Willis. Wow. OK. Before I show you this video, Amanda Willis was a maid of

honor. And something tells me this pretty lady is going to be always the bridesmaid after what she pulled at her best friend`s wedding.

We got a whole bunch of mug shots of this nice lady. It turns out she`s not that nice of a lady. Because the wedding was a disaster. How do I even

start. Well, let`s let the best man tell you what happened.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She was a mess. I mean, she drank almost an entire bottle of fire ball.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She was drunk within 20 minutes to half an hour.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BANFIELD: Oh, my. Apparently she stole a car, dragged the best man, socked the best man, when they finally got her, she had apparently downed a full

bottle of fire ball. Swigging on the Captain Morgan. Had that fancy dress that you get when you`re a bridesmaid and you don`t like it.

So when she ended up in the hospital she pulled the dress up and wouldn`t put it down and ultimately, like I said, always a bridesmaid. Probably not

going to be a bride.

Next, I want to take you to Wisconsin. This is unbelievable video. This fellow named Daniel Lexvold, 57 years old. Cops came upon him, he gets out

of his car, and let me just say two words. Logging chain.

Yes, not a good idea, Daniel Lexvold. Those are bean bags. They didn`t seem to have much effect on him. The police dog didn`t have -- well, look it.

They finally got him. They got him in there.

Hey, wow, three counts of resisting -- well, three counts of attempted battery to a police officer. Resisting arrest, criminal damage to property,

battery to law enforcement. I can`t even go on. Just a whole lot more than that.

So, what happens when a sheriff`s deputy comes across the naked woman walking down the street? This does.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hi. Are you OK? Where`s all your clothes?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

[20:55:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

BANFIELD: Maricopa County, Arizona. Now before I tell you about this next story, I need you to know one really important fact. The woman who you`re

about to see naked as a jay bird lied to the cops when they encountered her and said that she had been a victim of sexual assault. She hasn`t. With

that many mind. The tape you`re about to see becomes much more funny until the officer gets injured. Have a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hi. Are you OK? Where`s all your clothes at?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I was raped.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You were raped?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, but I`m OK.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: When did this happened, tell me when. Why don`t you come over here, ma`am? What`s your name? Hey, can you come over here, away

from the crowd and talk to me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do you have like a jacket or something.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, right here. I`ll see what I can get for you, all right.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BANFIELD: She took the car. And she hurt the guy. Doug Burns, there are so many felonies here. I can`t imagine where to start.

BURNS: Her behavior was arsine.

BANFIELD: Oh, Misty, boom, boom.

MARRIS: Good thing we have the body cam, right?

BANFIELD: And Danny is like...

(CROSSTALK)

CEVALLOS: I don`t have...

BURNS: I am clean.

BANFIELD: Come on, Danny.

CEVALLOS: The body cam is MT17 rating, I don`t know. What can you say about that? Poor cop. Tried to help.

BANFIELD: I know.

CEVALLOS: Everyone -- you know what, I feel sorry for him. All his brother officers are just going to be breaking his stones back. How did you let the

naked lady steel your car.

BANFIELD: But she was pretty comfortable, right.

CEVALLOS: Yes.

BANFIELD: She led them on 100-mile-an-hour chase. There were helicopters all over the place.

BURNS: Yes.

BANFIELD: And we`ve actually refrained from reporting it because at the time she said she was a rape victim and it was a lie, so now she`s on the

TV.

[21:00:00] Anyway, thanks, guys. I appreciate it.

BURNS: My pleasure.

BANFIELD: OK. Thank you, all for being here. We`ll see you back here on Monday at 8 o`clock, Primetime Justice. Stay tune for Forensic Files.
