Theresa May Addresses the Parliament; Update On The Death Of Jamal Khashoggi 6-7a ET

MAX FOSTER, CORRESPONDENT, CNN: Theresa May there addressing Parliament after a draft agreement reached with the EU, at least it went through the Cabinet. Whether or not it will go through Parliament is another question. She said the choice is clear choose to leave, with a no deal, risk no Brexit at all or we can choose to unite and support around the best deal that could be negotiated.

We're going to break that down for you in "CNN Talk" coming up, but we've also got an update for you on the death of Jamal Khashoggi. Saudi prosecutors will seek the death penalty we're told for five people they accuse involvement in his murder. Eleven people have been charged altogether with the five facing capital punishment alleged to have ordered and executed the crime.

Saudi Arabia's public prosecutor says Khashoggi was injected with a sedative which killed him, following, quote, "a fight and a quarrel" at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul and then his body was chopped up and given to a local collaborator.
