A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Right now on the "Top Ten Countdown," two mega stars speak out. Lady Gaga`s stunning addiction confession.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LADY GAGA, SINGER: A friend gave me this term. I lily pad from substance to substance, because I get to a point where I can`t go any further with one substance and have to move to another.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Is Lady Gaga staying clean now?

Plus, Ricky Martin weighs in on a pot controversy. Everyone still talking about Miley lighting up at the European MTV Music Awards. Well, Ricky is right here to tell me if he`s team Miley.

SBT starts right now.

Hello, thanks so much for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer along with my guest co-host tonight, Nischelle Turner, who`s the entertainment correspondent for CNN`s "NEW DAY."

NISCHELLE TURNER, CNN ENTERTAINMENT CORRESPONDENT: Hello, my friend. Good to be with you once again.

We are kicking off our Top Ten Countdown of today`s must-see, must-share stories with No 10. Lady Gaga, Ooh, the pot.

what a difference a day makes. All the talk about pothead Miley Cyrus lighting up what appears to be a joint at MTV`s European Music Awards in Amsterdam on Monday night.

And Lady Gaga is revealing she has a marijuana issue. She says she`s addicted to it.

HAMMER: Amanda Seals from VH-1`s "Best Week Ever." And Amanda. I want to play for you now what Gaga confessed on a radio event to my old friend. Listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LADY GAGA: No, I`m not actually, actually. I had to stop.

ELVIS DURAN: Why?

LADY GAGA: I was addicted to it.

DURAN: Really?

LADY GAGA: Yes.

DURAN: Were you addicted to it because of an addiction or you created -- or you thought you were creating better if you were stoned?

LADY GAGA: I mean, this is a very long story. But I mean, I`ve been addicted to various things for -- since I was young.

DURAN: Right.

LADY GAGA: And most heavily over the past seven years.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Most heavily over the past seven years. I`m doing the math here, Amanda. Now, her first album was released in 2008. So that`s only five years ago. So she`s been dealing with this basically as long as she`s been in the spotlight.

AMANDA SEALS, VH-1`s "BEST WEEK EVER": Right. Which is not surprising. I mean, she also says in an interview that fame is really hard. She does give a callout and says it`s amazing but it`s really difficult.

And I we see this all the time. I think that Kanye is a really good example of seeing how dealing with fame can really be a bit of a doozy for lack of a better word. So, you know, I think it`s really great, though, that she speaks so candidly about...

HAMMER: Oh, yes.

SEALS: ... not only about her dealing with it but also, like, helping to dispel the notion that it`s just all glam and all fab and that there isn`t anything really to deal with, because so many people now are just itching to be famous and don`t understand what goes along with it.

HAMMER: She`s been speaking very candidly along this promotional tour for her new album, which is amazing, by the way, about the various degrees of pain that she has experienced, psychologically and physically and all that.

And Nischelle, this isn`t going to be a great argument against pot and using pot. But it clearly hasn`t affected her creativity.

TURNER: No. Obviously not. You know, but I think I`m treading on a little thin ice here. Because maybe I`m the cynic in the bunch in thinking is this something for shock value here, too, along the lines of Miley Cyrus? I mean, it`s almost like who can one up and shock...

HAMMER: No. Let me jump in, because it`s real. If you listen to the whole interview...

TURNER: Well, I think it`s real.

HAMMER: She`s just answering the question. She`s not smoking for shock value. She literally is dealing with psychological and physical pain.

TURNER: No, I do believe it`s real. I do believe that she did do that for a while. I think she does have an addiction. I guess maybe because I`ve dealt with celebrities for so long, I think why would they reveal these things? But maybe she is just of a pure heart and she wants to help someone else.

So, you know, I just ask the question. I`ll ask it to you, Amanda: Why did she decide to reveal this now? Let`s listen to a little more what she told Elvis Duran.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LADY GAGA: A friend gave me this term, a lily pad, from -- substance to substance. Because I get to a point where I can`t go any further with one substance and have to go to another.

DURAN: That is frightening.

LADY GAGA: Yes. It can be. But with marijuana, you know, I actually decided to speak about this. Because although I do think it is the best of the drugs to choose from in terms of, you know, when you`re playing around and experimenting. I just want young kids to know that you actually can become addicted to it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: Well, that`s a good message. But I don`t know who plays around with -- I don`t know. Let me see if I can get somebody on my side here. Entertainment journalist Hyla is joining us from Hollywood.

Hyla, what do you think about this? Do you think Lady Gaga is trying to get her little monsters to take heed to something that she thinks can be potentially dangerous for them?

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Well, here`s the thing. I mean, how much of the marijuana itself is the addictive property, and how much is it her personality? Because she has had issues with drugs throughout her entire life. As she alluded to, I remember a "Vanity Fair" interview in 2010 where she was talking about how she did cocaine a lot, and that kind of brought her to a rock bottom type of situation.

So I think it`s less about the drug itself. It`s less about marijuana. It`s more about her personality. And you`ve just got to hope that there`s people in her life that can kind of help her through this. I mean, people are saying that she`s lily-padding. It sounds like she has some type of support system. At least it`s, you know, a problem with marijuana and not something like heroin.

HAMMER: I will say this, though. I don`t think -- and I hear you, Nischelle. I don`t think it`s an attention grab here. Because she is just, in this case, particularly answering a question she was asked.

SEALS: Yes.

HAMMER: Does she smoke pot? Does she still smoke pot? And she said she`s dealing with it. Apparently, she stopped, though.

Amanda, Hyla, I want to thank you both. And we`re going to move on to No. 9 in our countdown right now. It`s Amy Robach`s breast cancer battle. And now, she`s actually getting advice from Angelina Jolie`s doctor. The ABC News correspondent found out she has breast cancer soon after getting a mammogram, which she did live on "Good Morning America."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

AMY ROBACH, ABC NEWS CORRESPONDENT: I had cancer the whole time we were sitting in that office, and I was saying, "I don`t have a connection to the disease. Should I be the one to do this?" And wow. Boy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And now, Dr. Christie Funk, who performed Angelina Jolie`s double mastectomy, has some advice for Amy, Dr. Funk telling CNN`s Piers Morgan that early detection is, of course, key.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DR. CHRISTIE FUNK: You know, prevention does not yet exist. So early detection is our best defense against this disease and our only chance at a cure.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Such an important message. And just like Angelina Jolie, "CNN EARLY START" co-anchor Zoraida Sambolin also had a double mastectomy. Well, I spoke with Zoraida earlier on "SBT LIVE" at noon, and I asked her about her inspiration in going public with her breast cancer battle.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I know you can relate to this story. You went public with your diagnosis and you decision to have a double mastectomy partially because of Angelina Jolie`s revelation. So I`ve got to know what was your reaction was to Amy`s story?

ZORAIDA SAMBOLIN, CNN ANCHOR, "CNN EARLY STAR": You know, I was saddened by it. Any time that you hear anybody`s been diagnosed with breast cancer, it just -- I know what she felt at that moment when it took her breath away. And you could see in her face her struggles. And, you know, she talked about having to tell her family and how complicated that was. She`s a mother of, you know, two girls. And so having to have those kinds of dialogues really, really complicated. And so my heart just broke for her.

HAMMER: And Piers also asked Angelina`s doctor if she recommends the radical double mastectomy, like Angelina Jolie chose to have. Let`s watch what she told him about that.

FUNK: Absolutely not. I recommend things on an individualized basis. For Angelina, her breast cancer risk was up to an 87 percent lifetime risk, which was just too high for her to take one day at a time.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, obviously, it is a huge step. It is something that should be handled, clearly, on a case-by-case basis. How tough of a decision was it for you?

FUNK: It`s an incredibly grueling decision. It`s definitely not something that you take lightly, A.J.

And I think, really, the good news is that women have options and choices nowadays. You get all of this information. You get several opinions, and then you make the decision that is right for you.

And so I was really grateful. It`s complicated, I`ll say, because they leave it up to the woman to make the decision. And so, you know, you really struggle.

Having a double mastectomy, and I had the reconstruction, which Amy is having, as well. So when you look at me, I look pretty normal. But I have to tell you, when -- when you decide to have a double mastectomy, they remove everything, and they cut the nerve endings. And, so, even though it looks the same, it doesn`t feel the same. And so psychologically you have to come to terms with that, as well.

But I have to tell you, I am thrilled that I had the opportunity to decide myself what I wanted; what was best for me.

HAMMER: I love -- and you and I have spoken about this before. I love the fact that you have been so candid about all this. And hearing Amy Robach`s story, I think, is also really terrific. Because as you well know, there are women like Amy who may be turning 40 and who are thinking, "Hey, no family history here. So maybe I don`t need to run out and get it." Whatever mammogram or test there is. And then they don`t do that. But I think this reinforces you`ve got to do it.

I do have to end it there, but Zoraida, it`s great to see you, and thank you for being here.

SAMBOLIN: My pleasure. Thanks for having me.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: And our Top Ten Countdown is just getting started. George Clooney is vying for the top spot as he warns his fellow stars, "Get the heck off of Twitter before it destroys your careers."

Plus, Ricky Martin doesn`t need Twitter, because he`s sounding off right here on SBT about Miley madness and so much more.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Miley Cyrus, she just performed at the European Music Awards. She gets up onstage. She`s obviously very talented but lights what appears to be a joint on stage to get a rise out of the crowd.

RICKY MARTIN, SINGER: But isn`t the world music -- excuse me, the MTV Music Awards, crazy things happen.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Is Ricky team Miley? Who`s going to be No. 1 on today`s countdown?

This is SBT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SBT I`m A.J. Hammer, along with the lovely Nischelle Turner. Our "Top Ten Countdown" continues now with No. 8. It is Scarlett Johansson`s porn endorsement? What?

TURNER: I`m shaking my head here, A.J.

Scarlett is in this new movie called "Don John." Her co-star, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, plays a porn addict in it. So when "Marie Claire" magazine`s U.K. edition just asked Scarlett what she thinks of porn, she told them it can be productive. Here`s her exact quote, actually. She says, "I think porn can be enjoyed. It can be productive for both men and women."

So there you have it. The lovely and talented Scarlett Johansson isn`t totally against porn. Who knew?

HAMMER: Now we do. That brings us to No. 7 on the SBT countdown. Dear Lululemon, you`re wrong. So says yoga pants creator Tony Posnanski.

TURNER: Yes, Tony is firing back at yoga pants maker Lululemon for pointing the finger at plus-sized shoppers over the company`s see-through pants debacle. The see-through yoga pant is not a good look for anyone.

Now the company is still reeling after it was forced to recall its pants because of the really weird defect. But Chip Wilson, co-founder of Lululemon added fuel to the fire, telling Bloomberg TV the problem isn`t the pants. It`s some of the women who wear them.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHIP WILSON, CO-FOUNDER, LULULEMON: The thing is that women will wear seat belts that don`t work or they`ll wear a purse that doesn`t work. Or, quite frankly, some women`s bodies just actually don`t work for it. And that could be -- it can be...

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: They don`t work for the pants?

WILSON: No. They don`t work for certain -- some women`s bodies.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: You see the look on my face. Really? Tony Posnanski, hope you have a lot to say about this. I know you wrote a blog on the Huffington Post about your yoga pants crusade. You`re joining me now from Orlando. So Tony, you know, I get it, why so many women were turned off by what they were hearing from Lululemon. But why did it bother you so much that you`d actually go out and try to squeeze into a pair of yoga pants yourself?

TONY POSNANSKI, COLUMNIST, HUFFINGTON POST: Well, I think, first and foremost, I wanted to see if the pants actually would fit and they would actually, like, start peeling in the center. So I went up to my wife, and I was going to go drive over to the store. And she started laughing on me and said that I would never be able to fit in one of the pants.

And, you know, I thought about it, and I wear a size medium men`s clothes, and they go up to size 12. And I couldn`t understand why I wouldn`t be able to fit. So I just went to Target to try on a pair of size 12 yoga pants and I couldn`t fit into it at all.

TURNER: Well, you...

POSNANSKI: Bummed me out a little bit. It made me think that basically, I`m a plus-sized woman. And I went to a plus-sized store to see what size I really was, and they said I was a size 20.

TURNER: Wow. A 20 is what you would wear being a woman`s size. You know, I`m glad you did this experiment, because it seems like someone at Lululemon is getting the message. The co-founder just issued an apology on the company`s Web site. Let`s watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WILSON: I`m really sad. I`m sad for the repercussions of my actions. I`m sad for the people at Lululemon who I care so much about who have really had to face the brunt of my actions.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: OK. I want to believe him. But Tony, I know you`ve been having a little bit of fun with this. But do you think that women will get a little satisfaction of seeing that apology, if that`s what you can call it?

POSNANSKI: No. I think it`s a knee-jerk reaction apology. I think that, you know, first and foremost, to make $100 pants, they shouldn`t have any issues at all. And to blame women, their bodies, for the pants fault is just not right.

TURNER: Right. Well, you know what, Tony, thanks very much for bringing a little awareness to all this. Appreciate you.

POSNANSKI: Thank you.

HAMMER: And the countdown is about to seriously tug at your heart strings. Jennifer Lawrence just may make you cry with one of the most amazing fan moments ever. You`ve got to see her rush off the "Hunger Games" red carpet to comfort a young fan. How does that moment stack up against this? It`s the brand-new campaign for a transgender Victoria Secret model.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Transwomen do represent a part of the female population, and I think that they deserve respectful representation.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: She got her start with RuPaul. Now is this model about to become the first transgender woman ever to walk the Victoria Secret runway?

Will one of these surprising stories be No. 1 on our countdown?

This is SBT on HLN.

And now "Star Spaces" is where we take you inside some of the most exclusive residences in the world. And right now, we bring you to the New York city townhouse owned by Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.

You want to buy this thing? Well, you can, because it`s currently on the market for just under $25 million.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER (voice-over): There are 12 rooms inside the townhouse. That includes five bedrooms, two full baths, many walk-in closets, and there are some seven fireplaces. There`s also a high-end kitchen and breakfast area located by a garden area, which makes dining al fresco very convenient.

This place would make even Carrie Bradshaw jealous. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick bought the Greenwich Village townhouse in 2011 for $19 million. So if they get the nearly $25 million they`re asking, they`ll make a nice profit and someone will get an amazing star space.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Our "Top Ten Countdown" continues now with No. 6. Killing the ratings. Rob Lowe`s brand-new TV movie about the Kennedy assassination just earned record ratings for the National Geographic Channel. Listen to this: nearly 3.5 million people tuned in for "Killing Kennedy."

TURNER: Wow. Wow, that`s crazy. I can tell you Rob Lowe nailed the way Kennedy looked and talked. But much more than that, he really captured the absolute epic nature of Kennedy`s presidency.

Now Rob`s famous for being a self-proclaimed liberal, so it wasn`t hard for him to connect with a liberal legend like Kennedy. The great part about this, though, this movie is that it`s based on a hit book by conservative powerhouse Bill O`Reilly.

Now Rob stopped by the set of CNN`s "NEW DAY" to talk with my good friend Chris Cuomo, Kate Bolduan and Michaela Pereira about that and his remarkable revelation. No. 6 on the countdown.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CHRIS CUOMO, CO-HOST, CNN`S "NEW DAY": When the project came to you and you knew that Bill was attached to it, what was your first present sense? And how did that develop for you over time?

ROB LOWE, ACTOR: Well, the first thing I looked at was I couldn`t believe how successful this book was.

CUOMO: Right.

LOWE: I mean, I thought, wow, this has got a built-in audience of people, which in today`s world is just such a great thing to have. Because you`ve got to break through the clutter.

And then I read the book, and Ridley Scott, who produces the movie, and I had a conversation about how we wanted to handle it. Because it really is a historical look. It`s not -- it`s not a sugar-coated version. But it`s also not one of those ones that`s looking to be overly provocative.

CUOMO: Right. It`s not highly conspiratorial.

LOWE: No, it`s not. So I thought that was really good to do now at the 50th anniversary. I thought it was important to do it in that way.

CUOMO: Did Bill say to you, "You don`t have what it takes, Lowe"?

LOWE: No. There was a lot of finger pointing, and there was a lot of, "Lowe, let me talk to you."

KATE BOLDUAN, CO-HOST, CNN`S "NEW DAY": Have you talked to him?

LOWE: I was with him last night at the D.C. premiere. He`s been so supportive and so great. I did get a good review. Because I don`t want to cross Bill O`Reilly so much.

BOLDUAN: I wonder why.

LOWE: He was -- he has been great.

MICHAEL PEREIRA, CO-HOST, CNN`S "NEW DAY": We talked to you when you were here for "Behind the Candelabra." That film changed you, and you had a great time making it. This is a very different kind of film, different kind of role to sink into. And you had your own opinion going into this about the events of that day. Did it change how you felt about that day in a way or about the man or the family?

LOWER: I was -- I think what it did was it re-underlined how I felt going in. You can`t believe the amount of wit this man had. To study the press conferences, it`s like a Jay -- it`s like Jay Leno doing a monologue, and he was like -- it sounds like a laugh track has been pumped in. The reporters were just -- they literally were rolling in the aisles for him.

He was the first telegenetic [SIC] president, as we all know. But that was organic to him. He wasn`t studying old footage of John Kennedy to be charming at the podium, which is now what every politician does. He was that man.

And at the end, what I came away with was the -- what an amazing love story he had, in spite of its complications, with Jackie. It was truly one of the great American love stories.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: So Nischelle, Rob and I ran into each other the day he did that interview. I`ve got to show you this picture. He grabbed me, and he said, "We`ve got to pose for this." There`s Anderson. He`s kind of blocked by the tweet there. And Rob tweeted that out.

TURNER: That`s great.

TURNER: Anderson hasn`t spoken with either of us since.

Stay right where you are, because we`re getting even closer to No. 1 on the countdown. It could be George Clooney`s brand-new Twitter diss. Why does George think celebs and Twitter just don`t mix?

Here`s a star who`s doing things right. Paying it forward big time.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ELLEN DEGENERES, TALK SHOW HOST: When you were here last time, I needed to give you something that I -- I forgot I gave it to Jeanie. Those are keys to your brand-new car.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow. Ellen gives one of the best gifts ever to that amazing waitress who paid the tab for two furloughed soldiers. Now Sarah Hoidahl`s right here, telling me how Ellen has changed her life forever. Will that be No. 1 on our countdown?

This is SBT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now the Top Ten Countdown. George Clooney versus Twitter? George calls Twitter the worst thing a celebrity can get involved with. No selfies, no rants. Is George dead wrong?

Ricky`s return. I am one-on-one with the supremely talented Ricky Martin. And Ricky tells me why he is team Miley.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You have somebody like Miley Cyrus. She just performed at the European Music Awards. She gets up onstage. She`s obviously very talented. But lights what appears to be a joint onstage to get a rise out of the crowd.

MARTIN: But isn`t the world - excuse me, the MTV music awards, crazy things happen.

HAMMER: Ricky sounds off. "SBT" continues right now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Welcome back. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer along with Nischelle Turner, the entertainment correspondent for CNN`s "New Day." Always good to have you here.

NISCHELLE TURNER, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Always good to be here, A.J. You know, our countdown of today`s top ten must see, must share stories of the day continues now with number five. Ricky Martin sits down with "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" for a friend talk about his kids, his marriage plans and his brand new project, a children`s book.

HAMMER: I must tell you, it was great seeing how well Ricky is doing. He is so proud of this book. And as we were talking, a fellow music star came up in the conversation. Miley Cyrus - so what does Ricky thinks about Miley`s latest antics, you know, lighting up what appears to be a joint on stage during the MTV European music awards? Well, his answer just may surprise you.

(BEGINI VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Your success has always come from putting your talent out there first. I must ask you about the trends that seem to be happening now where that is not always necessarily the case. You have somebody like Miley Cyrus. She`s just performed at the European music awards. She gets up on stage. She is obviously very talented, but lights what appears to be a joint on stage to get a rise out of the crowd. For you, it`s the talent that got you the attention and the accolades and that was enough.

MARTIN: Thank you very much. I`m team Miley, to be honest. I love her story and I love her attitude. And I - and this is a moment that she is really enjoying. And this is her, and she is a young woman and eventually she will do whatever she needs to do to -- how can I explain this? I mean life is full of cycles and she will change. Maybe she won`t, but, you know, she is happy with what she is doing right no. Go Miley.

HAMMER: Congratulations on this. This is awesome.

MARTIN: It`s a new journey.

HAMMER: "Santiago the Dreamer."

(LAUGHTER)

MARTIN: "Santiago the Dreamer" and "Land Along the Stars." It`s a very, very special moment in my life.

HAMMER: I have to imagine. It is, I know for me, that I couldn`t have achieved anything that I have been able to achieve in my life and career were it not for the support and the blessing of my parents who said follow your bliss. And I know the same was true for you with your father.

MARTIN: True.

HAMMER: And the same is true for Santiago.

MARTIN: Well, the story of Santiago the Dreamer is a kid who feels frustrated because he is not accepted into his first musical play at school and then his father comes to lift him up and tells him that this is very important to - this is your dream. Don`t give up. Keep following it. You know, do whatever it takes in order for you to reach him. And then in this case, reach for the stars which is the beautiful metaphor. And it happened to me. The first time I did my audition, they said no. The second time, the same thing. And the third time they said no. And my father was there helping me and supporting me. And we`ve done pretty good. I can`t complain.

HAMMER: Whenever I speak to anybody who perhaps got known through some other artistry. And they write the children`s books when I speak with them, ultimately, at the end of the day, this yes, it`s for all children. I really I wrote it for my kids because I want them to make sure they see this message comes from mom or dad.

(LAUGHTER)

MARTIN: Well, the truth is, this is a children`s book, but it`s more for parents, to be honest. It`s the importance of mom and dad to listen to your kids and be aware and alert. That they talk and there is a meaning to every word your kids say. And at least that`s how I feel with my children. And I`m always, you know, triggering conversations. Because even though they are only five years old, they are smart. And they say things that they really feel.

HAMMER: They are paying attention.

MARTIN: They are paying attention. They are absorbing, but they are also giving us a lot of info that we need to be aware of.

HAMMER: What is the most rewarding part of having these kids in your life every day?

MARTIN: Oh, my god. There is nothing like coming back home and seeing them run towards you, saying I love you, daddy. That is just -- it`s just amazing. And they bring me back to my childhood every day of my life. And that I believe that is very healthy.

HAMMER: Did you just talk about marriage, you and Carlos? I`m sure .

MARTIN: Me and Carlos?

HAMMER: I`m sure, everybody.

MARTIN: Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, we`ve talked about it.

HAMMER: Yeah.

MARTIN: But, you know, right now unfortunately in Puerto Rico, we can`t get married. And we are fighting for that to happen. It would be amazing for me to be able to get married in my hometown.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: People want to know when it`s happening. I mean they do. He is a great guy, as you well know, Nischelle. And so grounded, particularly with this book and now a website as well. I`m going to .

TURNER: I love how you just went there. When you get married, Ricky, come on? Come on! Give it a hop - I love it.

HAMMER: People want to know.

TURNER: All right. Now to number four in our must-see, must-share countdown. George Clooney telling stars to get the hack off Twitter. Clooney who is a notorious Twitterphobe went off on social media in a new interview with "Esquire" magazine. He warned his fellow stars, Twitter can ruin your career 140 characters at a time. Here is what he told "Esquire." "If you`re famous, I don`t for the life of me I don`t understand why any famous person would ever be on Twitter. Why on God`s green earth would you be on Twitter?

HAMMER: You know, a lot of people feel this way. Well, Clooney`s Twitter bashing rant goes on from there. But does he have a point? Well, comedian Amanda Seales is here in New York. You can also see her on VH1 "Best Week Ever." Entertainment journalist Hyla in Hollywood. So, let me read some more of why Clooney thinks the stars shouldn`t tweet - I love as he told - tells "The Esquire." "So, one drunken night you come home and you`ve had two too many drinks and you are watching TV and somebody pisses you off, and you go - and fight back. And you go to sleep and you wake up in the morning and your career is over. Amanda, we have certainly seen that before, haven`t we? Our countdown question to you, my friend, is George Clooney right? Should stars stay off Twitter?

AMANDA SEALES, COMEDIAN "VH1`S BEST WEEK EVER": You know, I think we don`t need to make a blanket statement here. But this is the thing, stars love their fans. Stars love getting response from fans. Majority of stars do. So you know, what Twitter does, it is allows you to get that immediately without having to put out a new album or put out a new book or a new movie like if you just put out a new thought you get all this love and stars love love. So that`s where it comes from.

HAMMER: Yeah. A little bit of narcissism is involved, perhaps?

SEALES: Yeah!

HAMMER: Hyla, perhaps what Clooney should have been saying is, everybody needs to get some kind of a breathalyzer app on their phone to prevent them from drunk tweeting.

(LAUGHTER)

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Yeah. I know Clooney said stars or famous people in general. I think he was really talking about himself. I think he came home last night drunk and he is like man, thank God I don`t have Twitter. Because I wanted to go off on whoever. So, I think he is more channeling himself. I mean a guy like him - he doesn`t even need Twitter. Really, he has a lot to lose. Most of the celebrities on Twitter, what are they really losing at the end of the day?

HAMMER: Yeah. Nischelle, I think - I think George makes a terrific point, but he also comes from a different school .

TURNER: Yeah.

HAMMER: Where celebrities don`t necessarily want to be that accessible. You know, the game has certainly changed. I think it`s OK if Clooney stays in the place he is at. He`s doing just fine.

TURNER: Yeah, I think so too. But, you know, we`re talking about George Clooney here who was like the A-lister of all A-listers. He doesn`t need Twitter. Whatever he says - if he says hi, that makes news on the front page of "People" magazine or whatever. But you know what, he also mentioned Ashton Kutcher`s Twitter controversy. Do you remember this? When Ashton tweeted in show of support for then Penn State football coach Joe Paterno without knowing about the Penn State sex scandal. Here`s what Clooney said about this. He said "I mean, when you see like Ashton Kutcher coming out, and going, you know, everybody leave Joe Paterno alone or whatever he said you just go 15 minutes longer in the thought process and probably you wouldn`t have done that." Amanda. What do you think should be the number one Twitter rule for stars?

SEALES: The number one Twitter rule for stars should be let me ask my publicist first.

(LAUGHTER)

SEALES: If you are going to be that famous and you are going to have that big of a platform, maybe just run it by the person you are paying that big check to.

TURNER: OK, Hyla what do you think?

HYLA: The number one rule should be let Tom Hanks run your Twitter account. Because he is on the same level as George and he`s figured out a way to do it without getting in trouble on those drunken nights. So, head it over to Hanks.

TURNER: You know, I think I`m going to borrow from former Jets coach and current ESPN Edwards, Herman Edwards. His number one rule is don`t press send.

HAMMER: Yes.

TURNER: So, that is going to be one rule for me, for celebrity.

HAMMER: I`m going back to the breathalyzer.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: No, shouldn`t tweet right now. Put this thing down.

TURNER: .16. I`m over the limit. I can`t type. All right, Amanda, Hyla, thank you, guys very much.

HAMMER: Here`s something I thing George can definitely appreciate, Ellen`s huge heart. Ellen DeGeneres found out about a waitress who paid the tab for two soldiers who were affected by the government shutdown.

Ellen gave the waitress a big fat check, but wait until you see what Ellen did for her favorite waitress now.

(BEGINI VIDEO CLIP)

ELLEN DEGENERES: When you were here last time I needed to give you something that I -- um -- I forgot I gave it to Jeanie.

Those are keys to your brand new car.

(APPLAUSE)

(END VIDEO CLIP) HAMMER: That`s right. A new car. The waitress Sarah Hoidahl couldn`t speak then. But she is talking to "SBT" right now. And there she is. Great to have Sarah back with us talking about Ellen`s outstanding new surprise. Plus, a transgender Victoria Secret`s model?

(BEGINI VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Transwomen do represent a part of the female population and I think that they deserve respectful representation.

HAMMER: It is a "New Day" Carmen Carrera could make history as the first transgender Victoria Secret model to rock the runway and in an annual fashion show. But will she top the countdown? This is "SBT" on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to "SBT". I`m A.J. Hammer along with guest co-host tonight Nischelle Turner. Jennifer Lawrence`s world domination continues now. It`s number three in our countdown.

TURNER: Yes, we all know about the big buzz around her new movie, A.J., "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," but it`s what Jennifer did at her London premiere that has us all cheering. Look at that. In the madness of the red carpet Jennifer spotted a young fan in tears. I think she was just overwhelmed by the crowds and all the star power. This what Jennifer did: moved the barricades to give the girl a hug like you see right there. She posed for pictures with her. That`s so fantastic. That`s what I call an action star.

HAMMER: No kidding.

TURNER: Yeah.

HAMMER: All right. That leaves at number two on our countdown. It`s Ellen DeGeneres, the good deed waitress and the reward of a lifetime.

TURNER: Not long ago, Ellen invited Sarah Hoidahl on her show and thanked her with a $10,000 tip. This is after she heard the waitress picked up the $27 lunch tab of two soldiers during the government shutdown. But imagine, Sarah surprise when Ellen just called her and said, you know, it was something else that she forgot to give her. And to be a good waitress Sarah Hoidahl joins us from Ruby Tuesday`s restaurant in New Hampshire where it all began. Hey, Sarah, how are you?

SARAH HOIDAHL: I`m great. How are you?

TURNER: I`m great. You know, I just wanted you to watch with us again when Ellen surprised you. You were in your restaurant, she was on her show via satellite. When she made believe that she was going to give you something in her purse. But then we know what happens next. Let`s watch.

(BEGINI VIDEO CLIP)

DEGENERES: That`s right. I don`t have it. Jeanie, will you give it to her? I forgot, I gave it to Jeanie.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, yeah, sure. Here you go.

SARAH: All right, this is from Ellen!

DEGENERES: Those are keys to your brand new car.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

TURNER: I mean - OK, so what was going through your mind? Were you like - what is she giving me? What`s going on here? What were you thinking when she sprung that on you?

SARAH: I was very, very surprised.

(LAUGHTER)

SARAH: It`s funny though, because when Jeanie handed me the car keys it doesn`t have an actual key. It`s the push start car. So she handed me the keys and I literally didn`t know what they were .

(LAUGHTER)

SARAH: . until she says these are the keys to brand your new car and I was like, oh my gosh, really?

(LAUGHTER)

TURNER: Do you like these fancy new things that I don`t even know what to do.

SARAH: I know.

TURNER: Here`s the question. So, now that you don`t have to spend any of that $10,000 that Ellen gave you on a car. How do you make the most of the money now?

SARAH: Well I do plan on giving some of it to charity. I`m going to give some to the New Hampshire Chaplain`s Emergency Relief Fund, which helps military families that face financial crisis, but the rest of it is going to go towards medical bills, student loans and probably some Christmas presents for my little boy.

TURNER: I hear you girl, because there`s nothing going on but the rent these days. That`s what I always say. Now, you were here on SHOWBIZ with A.J. after Ellen surprised you the first time, and we asked some people if - if people are going to ask for your table from now. So, now do you get that? Do people come in and request you?

SARAH: Sometimes, yes. I do have a lot of tables that will ask other co- workers of mine about me. I have people that will recognize me. And all up to date on - I`ll be like my name is Sarah, I`ll be taking care of you, and they`ll be like, are you the girl from Ellen?

(LAUGHTER)

SARAH: Yes, that was me.

TURNER: I love it. They come in and say do you have the flat breads today and can I get Sarah to take care of me?

SARAH: Exactly. Exactly

TURNER: Exactly. Sarah, thank you so much and once again, thank you for what you did. It was really a nice gesture.

SARAH: Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much.

TURNER: Absolutely. A.J. I know why you love her. I think she`s such a sweet girl.

HAMMER: I`m asking for her table. I`m going to get in my car and drive up to New Hampshire just so I can see her in person. I really dig the whole story.

TURNER: Road trip.

HAMMER: And I`m so happy now that she has all this extra money left over for gas.

TURNER: Yes.

HAMMER: All right. Great seeing her again. All right. From free cars to Ricky Martin, George Clooney, one heck of a countdown has been on. But what can be number one? The big reveal is just moments away. But right now it is time for SHOWBIZ buzz list. These are the things we are so hype about right now. It is finally here, Lady Gaga`s "Art Pop" is already on repeat on our smartphones. And listen to it all day. Watch out Netflix, because Amazon studios as in Amazon.com has a brand new show, it`s called "Alpha House." John Goodman, and he`s great, Mark Consuelos are starring in it. First three episodes are free. Well, we do love a road trip around here. The new movie "Nebraska" starring Bruce Dern and "SNL" love Will Forte is a trip like no other. It`s going to open on Friday.

How cool is this? It`s the Seene. And it lets you take and see 3D images right there on your phone. And we just love Ricky Martin`s for his children`s, both "Santiago The Dreamer" and "Land Among the Stars."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Well, it has got to be the sexiest night of the year on television. I mean come on, the Victoria Secret`s fashion show. Of course, well, this year, some fans are actually demanding a huge change to the show.

TURNER: Yeah, and you know what - this brings us to the big reveal number one on the countdown. Because this year`s Victoria Secrets fashion show include its first transgender model. Carmen Carrera shot as a contestant on a reality show RuPaul`s Drag Race. And after the show Carmen fully transitioned into a woman and started taking fashion runways by storm. Now here is a change.org petition that has 35,000 people strong on it demanding that Carmen walk in Wednesday night`s show. Now with us now in New York is CNN En Espanol correspondent Maria Santana. Now, Maria, I know you just spoke with Carmen and she told you that she hadn`t heard from Victoria`s Secret yet. But she says her debut isn`t the only reason that the company should get on board. Let`s watch a little bit of what she told you.

(BEGINI VIDEO CLIP)

CARMEN CARRERA: Transwomen do represent a part of the female population. And I think that they deserve respectful representation. And I think that it would be pretty amazing for Victoria`s Secret be that, you know, huge corporation that embraces them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

TURNER: OK. First of all she is stunning.

MARIA SANTANA, NEW YORK CORRESPONDENT, CNN EN ESPANOL: Absolutely.

TURNER: But here`s my question to you: should Victoria`s Secret let Carmen walk? I mean we reached out to them for a comment, we didn`t hear back by our deadline, but, you know, what do you think about that?

SANTANA: Well, that would definitely be a huge step for the transgender community. And Carmen and her fans know that. They know that if companies as mainstream and influential as Victoria`s Secret welcomes transgender people with open arms, that it sends a pretty powerful message about equality, beauty and definitely progress. How far we have come as a society when it comes to gender and sexuality. Now, this year, this year it may be a bit too late for Carmen to join the angels. Despite all the support she has been getting, Victoria`s Secret runway show is scheduled to take place tomorrow here in New York.

TURNER: Right.

SANTANA: We ourselves, as you did, reached out to the company for comments and have not received a response. Carmen at least is hoping for an invitation to the event. But I will tell you that us at CNN En Espanol, we will be covering the show tomorrow.

TURNER: OK.

SANTANA: But it will be part of all the glamour, excitement, backstage, we`re going to glimpse of that million dollar bras. But, you know, I think I would also be curious to know how some of the other models Heidi and Giselle, how they would feel about it.

TURNER: What they think about it, right.

SANTANA: Someone like Harman (ph). We`ll see what they say.

TURNER: You know, Maria. I`m pretty sure that Hollywood is going to come calling for her soon. Did you get the sense of that also when you were speaking with her that she is ready to take that next step?

SANTANA: I certainly did, I mean just as you said, by any standard, at least by my standard, she is an absolutely gorgeous woman. She has already been signed on by elite model management and done a spread for "W" magazine. But I also got the sense that she is a very secure, very well grounded person who most importantly has the support of those that matter most to her, and that is her family. She is half-Puerto-Rican, half- Peruvian, grew up in a very traditional, conservative Latino family, but she says that they have fully embraced and accepted her throughout this whole process. And that probably .

TURNER: Yeah, that`s great to hear, because in so many cases that`s not what happens when kids are going through this really tough time. CNN` En Espanol correspondent Maria Santana. Thank you very much. We appreciate you joined us.

SANTANA: Thank you..

HAMMER: Moving on now to a reality feud. And it`s a great combination involving Honey Boo-Boo, the Cake Boss and passing gas. I will explain all in tonight`s moment of awesomeness. This is "SBT" on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: It is time for our moment of awesomeness. And it is the awesome showdown between the reality families of here comes Honey Boo-Boo and Cake Boss.

TURNER: Just marinate on that for just a second. Two great shows, two hilarious families. They were facing off on Steve Harvey`s "Family Feud" and the scene stealing Honey Boo-Boo child was first up against Buddy`s little girl Sophia. Now, things got a little out of hand from the very start. Watch this.

(BEGINI VIDEO CLIP)

STEVE HARVEY: Name something your body does that people think is funny. Sophia?

SOPHIA: Move.

HARVEY: Moves! It moves.

(APPLAUSE)

HARVEY: Honey Boo-Boo?

HONEY BOO-BOO: Jump.

HARVEY: Jump?

Buddy?

BUDDY: Fart.

(APPLAUSE)

(LAUGHTER)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He said fart!

HARVEY: Fart?

(APPLAUSE)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You can`t go wrong there! The Cake Boss family won on the entire thing. $20,000 for their Momma Mary Foundation benefitting ALS (inaudible). But thank you for watching, and catch "SBT" Monday through Thursday, 11 P.M. Eastern and Pacific. HLN continues right now.
