LEON HARRIS, CNN ANCHOR: We're showing you right now what is -- this is not a live picture that you're seeing right now, but this a live playing of a videotape that some are saying is a confession by Nathaniel Brazill. He is the young child that you see there in the center of the screen. He is a 14-year-old who is on trial now in Florida for killing his teacher, and we are now looking at what is the playback of what is being called his confession tape in court.
Let's listen in.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What I am going to do is I'm going to step outside of this room, I'm going to get some soda, OK. If there's something you think of and you want to talk to me about, you knock on the door, OK, and we'll see if we can answer these questions that I have. Maybe you have the answers and maybe you don't; maybe you have questions, OK? And then we'll answer those, OK?
Are you sure you don't need a doctor or anything?
NATHANIEL BRAZILL, DEFENDANT: I'm OK.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You are?
BRAZILL: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Who is your mom and dad?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And is she at home or does she work?
BRAZILL: She should be home.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Where does she work?
BRAZILL: Bishop Gray: b-i-s-h-o-p-g-r-a-y.
(CROSSTALK)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Bishop Gray, where's is that?
BRAZILL: I think Littleton Trail, it's in the (UNINTELLIGIBLE).
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. OK. OK. And do you accept that?
BRAZILL: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is your dad around?
BRAZILL: My dad, he stays in Daytona.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In Daytona.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What's his name?
BRAZILL: Nathaniel Brazill. It's the same as mine.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Are you a junior?
BRAZILL: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Do you have the same middle name?
BRAZILL: No.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So, what's your middle name?
BRAZILL: Rashard, r-....
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK, Rashard. That's fine. All I need is the middle initial, Rashard. What is your dad's middle name?
BRAZILL: I don't know. I don't think he has one.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Do you know how old your dad is?
BRAZILL: (UNINTELLIGIBLE)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Where does he live?
BRAZILL: Daytona Beach.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We can leave this open.
BRAZILL: Sure.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don't what. My key's bent, and I couldn't open the door from the outside. So, I am going to -- so, I'm just going to leave the door open a little bit.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Are you sure you're OK?
BRAZILL: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK, I just want to make sure that you don't need any medical attention of any kind.
BRAZILL: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, two, and she lives with you?
BRAZILL: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And who else?
BRAZILL: My brother, his name is Douglas Brazill, and...
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: D-o-u-g-l-a-s?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK, how old is he, approximately?
BRAZILL: Twelve.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Twelves years old.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How old are you?
BRAZILL: Thirteen
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Thirteen?
BRAZILL: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Do you have any questions for Officer Mahony (ph) or any questions for me?
BRAZILL: No.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Are you sure?
BRAZILL: Yes.
HARRIS: Just to advise you, what it is you have been watching and having a difficult time listening to hear is a tape of the young child, Nathaniel Brazill's, so-called confession. What we saw there was Brazill being interrogated by the police, and it looks as though it was early in the process of that interrogation in the wake of that shooting of his teacher, and he right now is on trial for that shooting, which resulted in the teacher's death.
We're going to keep our eyes and ears out on this tape as it's being fed into to us here at CNN. Once it gets to another portion we think you may be more interested in, we'll get back to that in a bit.
