McVeigh's Lawyers File for Another Stay of Execution

JOIE CHEN, CNN ANCHOR: And this is the news happening right now: out in Denver, Colorado, the papers have been filed, attorneys for Timothy McVeigh have filed the papers asking for another delay in his execution. Of course, it had been delayed until June 11 because of the fowl-up with the papers, the documents, that the FBI failed to turn over to his defense team before the trial, indeed, until almost the date of the original scheduled date of execution.

Now, Tim McVeigh's lawyers, with their client's approval, have moved forward and filed those papers in Denver, Colorado.
