Sentencing Agreed Upon for Convicted Embassy Bomber

LOU WATERS, CNN ANCHOR: We have breaking news out of New York. As you know, there was a recent conviction of four men in connection with the bombings in Africa, the embassy bombings in Africa. Two of the men are eligible for the death penalty in that case. One of them, Mohammed al-'Owhali, jurors were asking yesterday why there was no space on the verdict form for a less-than-unanimous decision for the death penalty against al-'Owhali.

The judge sent them back to try to reach a unanimous decision. We understand some sort of decision now has been made. We'll find out shortly what that decision is and whether Mohammed al-'Owhali will be sentenced to death in connection with those embassy bombings.
