Officer Shot in Florida Hostage Crisis

STEPHEN FRAZIER, CNN ANCHOR: We're getting word from Tampa, Florida. And we have some pictures in and taped just a moment ago as they were sent in from our affiliate WTVT in Tampa of a hostage taking and a situation where a police officer was chasing a bank robber, chased him a few blocks into apartment complex which you see in the rear of the picture there, and was shot in an exchange of gunfire at the apartment complex.
The officer has been taken to Tampa General Hospital. We don't have information on his injuries yet. There was a flurry of gunfire described by witnesses. Police now have the apartment complex surrounded, we believe, but not sure we will check there are hostages being held inside the complex. Again Tampa, Florida, a hostage situation possibly unfolding now as police respond to a bank robbery. Now to Daryn.
