Connecticut Capitol Building Shut Down

DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: We want to let you know about some breaking news that we're getting out of Hartford, Connecticut. Apparently, and this is from the Associated Press, that the state Capitol has been locked down and there are police cruisers blocking intersections and police cruisers all over the area following a report that a man with a gun spotted on top of a legislative office building.

And that is all we are getting on this now. This is the day, by the way, that Governor Rowland of Connecticut has given the State of the State address. So once again, the state Capitol, Hartford, Connecticut, in a lockdown situation.
