LAX Bomb Threat Under Investigation

BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: First from L.A., the airport there. That situation continues aboard that flight from Rio, the Varig flight there, against which a bomb threat had been made. It landed at LAX.

All passengers taken off. The baggage was taken to a remote area stock checked out as well. Obviously, the plane is under consideration right now.

In a separate incident a short time ago, Terminal 3 was evacuated, but since then, the passengers had been allowed to go back through that part of the airport.

Again, that situation ongoing at LAX, in Los Angeles.
