CATHERINE CALLAWAY, CNN ANCHOR: We take a look at the breaking story we're following this hour. An Amtrak train carrying more than 400 people derailed in Northeast Florida, killing at least three people. Now, this accident happened in Putnam County, as the train was traveling from Florida to Virginia. A number of people were injured, at least 20 critically. Some are being flown as far away as 35 miles away, because this is such a remote area where the accident occurred.

Some of the people on the train had to climb out of windows after nearly a dozen cars left the train and landed on their sides. All of the trains that were -- all of the train cars that landed on their sides were passenger cars.

We'll have much more on this story coming up.
