DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: We have word of breaking news coming from Southern California. A train accident in Orange County, in Placentia, that is near Anaheim, which is not far from Disneyland. This is a commuter train, a Metrolink commuter train run by Amtrak that has run into a freight train run by BNSF. Rescue workers are on the scene, trying to help people out of the train, and as they pull out, you can see there some folks that are actually on the ground there on the side of the tracks. We are working to get more on the story.
Once again, the commuter train, the Metrolink, is one of the trains that folks try to take to get away from that really intense freeway traffic, and the tough commute in Southern California.
Once again, a Metrolink commuter train running into a BNSF freight train. No word on exact numbers of casualties or injuries, or what might have caused -- what might have caused the accident. As you can see, the rescue workers are going in, trying to bring people out. We will work on getting more pictures, and more information as we track the story out of Southern California.
