THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED. KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: Another story that we are following, this one also breaking as we speak out of Ramallah, we just talked with our Nic Robertson not too long ago by phone in Ramallah. He was reporting to us explosions outside of Yasser Arafat's compound. As you know, the Palestinian leader has been holed up there for 20 days. And we are continuing to monitor the situation out of Ramallah there.
Nic also telling us that he has tried to make contact with Yasser Arafat, has been able to do that sporadically by cell phone, has not talked to him in recent minutes. He has told us though, that no supplies have been allowed to get into that compound. Water and electricity continuing to be turned off for most of the time. Nic says Israeli authorities are telling him that this situation will continue and Yasser Arafat will be holed up in his compound until he turns over what Israelis say are some terrorists that are there finding refuge in that compound.
We will continue to follow this, check in with Nic. We hope to hear from him in this hour.
