PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: "The Boston Globe" this morning says American Catholic bishops are now issuing a very strict new policy on priest sex abuse. According to the report, which is due to become public today, the bishops want the pope to defrock any priest who abuses any minor in the future or who has abused more than one minor the past.
