Authorities Seek Third Indictment of Moussaoui

LEON HARRIS, CNN ANCHOR: Getting some word about a breaking development, somewhat related to what definitely did happen there at the World Trade Center site.

Zacarias Moussaoui, the so-called "20th hijacker," the one who did not participate in the plan because he had been arrested already by authorities, we understand now that we are getting word from the Associated Press that authorities are saying they now are seeking a third indictment against him, which could trigger the death penalty. We understand this is just now coming in over the Associated Press wires. We will try to get some more information. We're chasing down whatever we can get on this story, but the word that prosecutors may be seeking yet another indictment of Zacarias Moussaoui.
