Judge Rules Moussaoui Competent to Plead Guilty

The judge has ruled that Zacarias Moussaoui is competent enough to enter guilty pleas. You know that this is the only man behind bars that has been tied to the September 11 attacks, and the defendant says he will plead guilty to some charges, not all charges, but some charges. According to the Associated Press that the judge has ruled that he is competent to enter guilty pleas.
