MILES O'BRIEN, CNN CORRESPONDENT: And we have a little bit of breaking news coming in to us now. This via the Reuters News Service. According to Reuters, Liberia's president, Charles Taylor, has, in fact, agreed to step down, but he wants a foreign force in his country first. Liberia's Charles Taylor, the president, has agreed to step down, according to Reuters, waiting a foreign force in place first, specifically, of course, certainly at the very least, a U.S.-led force.
As you know, President Bush and other members of the Bush administration have been insisting that Taylor step down and leave the country. Quoting Mr. Bush, "In order to bring some semblance of peace to that war torn country." This is a story that's just breaking. We're just getting details in. As this comes in to us, we will share them to you.

But just to reiterate, Reuters is telling us that Charles Taylor has agreed to step down, provided a foreign force is in place in Liberia.
