CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: We have breaking news this morning out of Iraq. We're just getting word of an explosion at the Iraqi foreign ministry. Coalition forces suspect a rocket propelled grenade struck the building in central Baghdad. No reports of fatalities or injuries.
